- Lucas: Hey Luna, welcome back to Learn Danish with Fexingo. Luna: Thanks, Lucas. So last time we were slicing onions and boiling water in the kitchen. That was fun. Lucas: Yeah, and today we're staying in the kitchen, but we're adding a couple more handy verbs. Because I'm ready to learn some new verbs. What's first? Lucas: We already know at skære, to cut. But today we have at blande, to mix. Luna: At blande. To mix. Lucas: Exactly. And then at hælde, to pour. Luna: At hælde. To pour. Lucas: Good. And we'll revisit at koge, to boil, because we can use it in a full sentence. Luna: Sure. So what's the plan? We learn these verbs and then maybe make a little soup? Lucas: A soup is perfect. So, let's start with at blande. Repeat after me: at blande. Luna: At blande. Lucas: Great. Now, at hælde. Luna: At hælde. Lucas: Perfect. Now, let's put them in a sentence. Jeg blander ingredienserne. Luna: Jeg blander ingredienserne. I mix the ingredients. Lucas: Yes. And hælder, to pour, in a sentence: Jeg hælder vandet i gryden. Luna: Jeg hælder vandet i gryden. I pour the water into the pot. Lucas: Excellent. Now, remember at koge? Jeg koger vandet. Luna: Jeg koger vandet. I boil the water. Lucas: Awesome. Now, let's do a tiny scene. Imagine we're cooking together. Luna: Okay. Lucas: First, I cut the vegetables. Jeg skærer grøntsagerne.
