- 0:00Speaker 1: You got Fourth of July weeked coming up, and there's
- 0:01Speaker 1: a lot going on, right, People are traveling, people are barbecuing, right,
- 0:06Speaker 1: And I have two things that fall into that category.
- 0:10Speaker 1: For one, seven things you should never grill. Okay, seven
- 0:16Speaker 1: things you should And I think this is going to
- 0:17Speaker 1: cause controversy really because you know what Number one on
- 0:20Speaker 1: that list is hamburgers. How else are you supposed to
- 0:25Speaker 1: make up? It says. The argument is that fat trips
- 0:28Speaker 1: down the outside, doesn't get caramelized, you lose all the
- 0:31Speaker 1: flavor you're supposed to use, like a flat piece of
- 0:34Speaker 1: cast iron you put on top of the grill. So
- 0:36Speaker 1: fourth of July it's all about freedom, though, so you
- 0:38Speaker 1: do what you want. Yeah, So filet mignon not supposed
- 0:42Speaker 1: to grill a filet migna. It doesn't have enough fat
- 0:44Speaker 1: on the grill, and they're usually pretty thick, so it's
- 0:46Speaker 1: hard to cook them the way you want when you're
- 0:48Speaker 1: using a flame, cast iron, skilt and butter. It's a
- 0:50Speaker 1: way to go with.
- 0:50Speaker 2: That, right.
- 0:50Speaker 1: The same thing pizza, most girls don't cook very evinly.
- 0:54Speaker 1: It's hard to get the toppings to cook right, So
- 0:57Speaker 1: you got to use a liminen foil or a pizza stove.
- 1:00Speaker 2: Uh anyway, that's I feel like people are only doing
- 1:03Speaker 2: that with their like blackstones nowadays, but those aren't open flames,
- 1:05Speaker 2: so it makes it different.
- 1:06Speaker 1: Things. Never to barbecue, fish, including salmon, tends to do
- 1:10Speaker 1: better when you cook it on low heat. Pork chops
- 1:13Speaker 1: all that you lose all the delicious fat shish kebobs, which,
- 1:16Speaker 1: by the way, is really weird looking at the words
- 1:17Speaker 1: shish kebobs, shish spell shish, I was.
- 1:21Speaker 2: Insh it looks weirdh ssh kebab shish kebobs.
- 1:27Speaker 1: They're actually okay on the grill, but not the way
- 1:28Speaker 1: most people do, and vegetables send it cook faster than meat,
- 1:31Speaker 1: so don't put everything on the same skewer. Put meat
- 1:33Speaker 1: on one and veggies on the other, and then melty cheeses.
- 1:37Speaker 1: Don't put cheeses on thererill. I was saving this for
- 1:41Speaker 1: last But this is all according to chat Chipete.
- 1:46Speaker 2: It's like, what is chat know about grilling?
- 1:48Speaker 1: Do you want to hear something weird about chat Pete.
- 1:50Speaker 1: I was asking it some advice about parenting. This is
- 1:53Speaker 1: really really weird. So I'm going back and forth to
- 1:56Speaker 1: CHATCHI to about some some advice like I was trying
- 1:59Speaker 1: to be one of my kids. I was there was
- 2:01Speaker 1: an issue with one of my kids, so I wanted
- 2:03Speaker 1: to I know, if this makes sense, I'm about to say.
- 2:05Speaker 1: I wanted to be the dad that he needed for
- 2:08Speaker 1: the situation he was in. And I was struggling. So
- 2:10Speaker 1: I was asking chattapy Ti something and Chatti he said
- 2:12Speaker 1: to me, from one dad to another, from one dad
- 2:17Speaker 1: to another, I gotta tell you this. And I was like,
- 2:18Speaker 1: he's got a little baby. Chat I thought that was
- 2:24Speaker 1: so such a weird football.
- 2:27Speaker 2: Sorry, yad, congratulations becoming a father. Yeah, isn't that weird
- 2:32Speaker 2: version of chaty.
- 2:33Speaker 1: He was like listening. He was like, from one dad
- 2:35Speaker 1: to another, like, trust me, this is the right move.
- 2:37Speaker 1: This is what I think. I was like, No, you
- 2:39Speaker 1: got kids, dude, man, I go, why wouldn't you have
- 2:42Speaker 1: kids you already got Maybe you're hooking up with Kyle Schatch. Anyway,
- 2:48Speaker 1: I was talking to you. There's also a travel stuff.
- 2:49Speaker 1: People are barbecued and traveling, and I guess TSA has
- 2:54Speaker 1: put out a thing of things not to put in
- 2:58Speaker 1: a little thing that goes through the airport, the conveyor
- 3:00Speaker 1: belty security check. Yeah, things never to put in there
- 3:03Speaker 1: like Wallace and cash. Take all your cash and put
- 3:06Speaker 1: it in your wallet, and then put your wallet inside
- 3:08Speaker 1: of a bag. I first time I ever saw anyone
- 3:10Speaker 1: do that was rich. He takes all this stuff and
- 3:12Speaker 1: puts it in his bag, and it was like, what
- 3:13Speaker 1: are you doing? Just throw it in the little round thing. No, No,
- 3:16Speaker 1: because I don't want to get stopped by anybody. I
- 3:18Speaker 1: throw my backpack, zip it all up. If you lose cash,
- 3:21Speaker 1: they won't return it. Why would they don't put your
- 3:24Speaker 1: passport or ID in there? Same with your wallet, put
- 3:26Speaker 1: it in the bag. Your phone to s a line.
- 3:29Speaker 1: So the number one place for stolen smartphones.
- 3:31Speaker 2: That kind of makes sense because you know, sometimes you
- 3:34Speaker 2: need more than one bin, and let's say your phone's
- 3:37Speaker 2: just sitting out and in the other bind, but they
- 3:40Speaker 2: take your first bin, like maybe you left the water
- 3:41Speaker 2: bottle on your backpack and you kind of have to
- 3:43Speaker 2: go over there. Easy to swipe.
- 3:45Speaker 1: Watches and jewelry. Don't put those in the thing. Loose
- 3:48Speaker 1: lynthium batteries or power banks because they're a fire. Risks
- 3:51Speaker 1: headphones classes neck pillows now because you might lose them
- 3:54Speaker 1: because the bins are loaded with germs. Oh, and those
- 3:57Speaker 1: germs are about to touch your face, so be careful
- 4:01Speaker 1: this fourth of July when you're grilling and when you're traveling,
- 4:05Speaker 1: and know that your chat GPT has kids. All right,
- 4:10Speaker 1: it's John Jay and Ridge Once upon a time, Feel
- 4:13Speaker 1: mistakes ago,
