Data reveals number of properties selling at a loss on the rise
In Auckland, nearly 20 percent of residential houses sold at a loss in the first quarter. And, for apartments the number was 40 percent. The new data comes from Cotality. Its Head of Research, Nick Goodall spoke to Guyon Espiner.
