- 0:00Speaker 1: Scrubbing In with Beca Tilly and Tanya rad and iHeartRadio
- 0:04Speaker 1: and two time People's Choice Award winning podcast.
- 0:10Speaker 2: Hello everybody, we are scrubbing.
- 0:12Speaker 3: In, scrubbing In, Scrubbing.
- 0:18Speaker 2: We have a very special guest joining us in studio,
- 0:21Speaker 2: Kaitlin Bristow. Okay, we normally say it like, we normally
- 0:28Speaker 2: have our regular episodes on Monday, and then we have
- 0:30Speaker 2: our guest episodes on Thursday. But you're special a Monday guest?
- 0:34Speaker 3: Is it because I've really got nothing going on? And
- 0:35Speaker 3: you're like, we'll just have her as a filler. No, no,
- 0:39Speaker 3: because things are sacred.
- 0:40Speaker 1: And like our scribbers prefer our Monday episodes because it's
- 0:43Speaker 1: just us. They don't really, I mean, they like guests,
- 0:45Speaker 1: but I feel like that they prefer the ones that
- 0:47Speaker 1: are just us. But we feel like you're a good
- 0:49Speaker 1: enough guest that you belong, like in the mix.
- 0:52Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, because you're there.
- 0:53Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, yeah, you're like a third host.
- 0:55Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, I feel that welcome.
- 0:58Speaker 2: I was just saying, last time you were on the
- 1:00Speaker 2: podcast was twenty twenty two over Zoom.
- 1:03Speaker 3: Wild Time, Wild Time. But why were we still in
- 1:07Speaker 3: Zoom in twenty twenty two?
- 1:08Speaker 2: I don't think we were still into I think it
- 1:10Speaker 2: was just CHITLN was gone. Yeah okay, And I don't
- 1:13Speaker 2: remember what if you were promoting something or if I
- 1:15Speaker 2: was just like, has.
- 1:16Speaker 3: This thing got to be in the way of our eyesight?
- 1:18Speaker 2: I know, okay, I know, I'll get over.
- 1:21Speaker 3: Yeah, twenty twenty two feels like it was yesterday. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:25Speaker 3: I'm scared.
- 1:26Speaker 2: I know.
- 1:26Speaker 3: Isn't that crazy? The passage of time really freaks me out.
- 1:29Speaker 2: Okay, wait, I just listened to your podcast when you
- 1:31Speaker 2: were talking about the passage of time, and it got
- 1:33Speaker 2: me feeling anxious about the passage of time because I
- 1:36Speaker 2: don't think about that in those terms. I have a
- 1:41Speaker 2: like a societal fear of aging in terms of like
- 1:44Speaker 2: how my body and face and all that stuff, but
- 1:47Speaker 2: in terms But then I'm like, oh, it's such a
- 1:49Speaker 2: privilege to age, so I go there. But you started
- 1:51Speaker 2: talking about the passage of time that comes along with aging,
- 1:54Speaker 2: and then I was like, I got kind of dark.
- 1:57Speaker 3: So I'm sorry. I probably did that for a lot
- 1:59Speaker 3: of people. It is dark, though, Like I feel like
- 2:01Speaker 3: there's a glitch in the matrix and like time is
- 2:03Speaker 3: moving faster than normal.
- 2:05Speaker 1: I think it's getting older because I feel like because
- 2:08Speaker 1: my parents always said that, yeah, because I feel like
- 2:10Speaker 1: we were little and we're like, oh, like the school
- 2:12Speaker 1: year is so long, and now we're like, oh.
- 2:14Speaker 3: My gosh, it's Christmas tomorrow, you know what I mean. Yeah,
- 2:18Speaker 3: everything happens so fast. I think you're right because my
- 2:20Speaker 3: dad was like, well, wait until you turn fifty, because
- 2:22Speaker 3: I think about how fast my thirties just went. And
- 2:24Speaker 3: I'm turning forty in like two months, which is wild
- 2:28Speaker 3: barely birthday, thank you. And then I'm like, well, then
- 2:31Speaker 3: I'm going to be fifty before you're not, because my
- 2:32Speaker 3: thirties passive us. And then I'm like, it all just
- 2:35Speaker 3: scares me so much. But like you said, it's so
- 2:37Speaker 3: confusing because you're it. I've always focused on like aging's bad,
- 2:43Speaker 3: and then I did this whole like inner child work
- 2:46Speaker 3: retreat and realize like what a privilege to live? What
- 2:49Speaker 3: the alternative? But then it's just also confusing because it's
- 2:53Speaker 3: just it's a lot. It is a lot.
- 2:54Speaker 2: I also, you were saying it was like something that
- 2:57Speaker 2: your grandpa like instilled in your mind, so then your
- 3:01Speaker 2: mom like.
- 3:01Speaker 3: It was, yeah, it's passed down.
- 3:03Speaker 2: I do think that, Yeah, not so much like my
- 3:05Speaker 2: mom didn't focus a lot on like her looks or anything.
- 3:08Speaker 2: But there is something I wonder with our generation that
- 3:11Speaker 2: I wonder. I wonder if the next generation is either
- 3:13Speaker 2: gonna be way worse or if.
- 3:15Speaker 1: They'll be more like I think it's because we're seeing
- 3:18Speaker 1: all like on our like social media pages, we're seeing
- 3:21Speaker 1: these twenty year olds with like no pores and like
- 3:24Speaker 1: smooth skin, and they're just like in our feed twenty
- 3:26Speaker 1: four seven are.
- 3:27Speaker 3: Starting skincare at like seven. Yeah, it's it's I just
- 3:30Speaker 3: I'm like, well, I wish I thought of that.
- 3:32Speaker 2: I know, literally I had Doctor Bubber chapstick as my lipstick.
- 3:37Speaker 1: Like we like literally sat in the sun all day.
- 3:40Speaker 3: Yeah, you know what is that stuff that? It was
- 3:43Speaker 3: like the like bronze do it like attracted the sun
- 3:46Speaker 3: more Hawaiian Hawaiian tropics or whatever. Yeah, I don't know
- 3:50Speaker 3: it was. It had a yellow top. I don't know. Yeah,
- 3:52Speaker 3: but like I can you said the doctor pepper lips maas. Yeah,
- 3:56Speaker 3: I smelled it when you said that, and I just
- 3:58Speaker 3: smelled the tanning. Yeah that happen, do you guys? Yeah?
- 4:02Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, it takes memories. Smells like sense of uli.
- 4:06Speaker 3: Is my favorite feeling in the world. And I just
- 4:08Speaker 3: did a deep dive on it. And it's because it
- 4:10Speaker 3: like brings you back to such a simple time. Ye
- 4:13Speaker 3: like when you felt joy. I just got goosebumps. I
- 4:15Speaker 3: just love nostylegia so much. Wait, you brought up your birthday.
- 4:18Speaker 3: Do you have plans? I means to freak you out?
- 4:24Speaker 3: Plan And I feel like forty is so chic.
- 4:26Speaker 2: I really it's Jennifer Aniston.
- 4:28Speaker 3: Yeah, it's like the new twenty and I've read so much,
- 4:32Speaker 3: Like so many people that are in their forties. Everyone
- 4:34Speaker 3: talks about how wonderful it is, and so I'm actually not,
- 4:37Speaker 3: like it just sounds so much older, Like my age
- 4:40Speaker 3: sounds serious, but I'm not serious. Yeah, And you know
- 4:43Speaker 3: there's also everyone says like, ah, you do you feel
- 4:45Speaker 3: pressure about where you're supposed to be at? And I
- 4:47Speaker 3: was like, I actually don't, Like I think I'm supposed
- 4:49Speaker 3: to be where I am, but I don't have plans
- 4:52Speaker 3: because I am the worst planner in the world. Like
- 4:55Speaker 3: I am such a tight b person and I need
- 4:58Speaker 3: somebody to just do it for me. There's this girl
- 5:00Speaker 3: who is a company. Her name's Anna. How genius is
- 5:03Speaker 3: this up Anna Away? And she like, does plan to travel?
- 5:05Speaker 3: I need to just contact her because I need to
- 5:08Speaker 3: plan something. Forty is a big deal. Yeah, you have
- 5:11Speaker 3: to plan. I have nothing planned, Hannah, Hannah, help me.
- 5:16Speaker 2: Yeah, I love Annaway.
- 5:18Speaker 3: That's a genius, right. Yeah. I would like to do
- 5:21Speaker 3: something like go to Europe. But then I have this
- 5:25Speaker 3: guilt of making people come to Europe for me. I
- 5:28Speaker 3: don't know me start on that.
- 5:29Speaker 1: Yeah, with the wedding stuff, that's all. I just felt
- 5:32Speaker 1: guilt the entire time.
- 5:33Speaker 3: Yeah, and you shouldn't. I'm like, I, yeah, you know,
- 5:36Speaker 3: I hear you say that, and I'm like, no, that's silly. Yeah, yeah,
- 5:39Speaker 3: but I feel that. Yeah, it's real.
- 5:41Speaker 2: But it's funny because if someone's putting in the effort
- 5:44Speaker 2: to go to Europe, it's because they want to go
- 5:45Speaker 2: to Europe. Yeah, to celebrate you.
- 5:47Speaker 3: I hope they just don't feel like they have to.
- 5:50Speaker 2: I don't think it's one thing to go to dinner.
- 5:51Speaker 2: It's one thing to feel like you have to go
- 5:53Speaker 2: to dinner. It's another to feel like you have to
- 5:54Speaker 2: go to Europe.
- 5:55Speaker 3: Yeah. I don't want anyone feel like they have to come,
- 5:57Speaker 3: Like I'll be mad.
- 5:58Speaker 2: If they don't.
- 5:58Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah, like I'm not twelve anymore, but I'm I
- 6:01Speaker 3: just want like my favorite people there.
- 6:03Speaker 2: Yeah, if you were to do a birthday trip, how
- 6:05Speaker 2: many people does your favorite people entail? Because sometimes if
- 6:08Speaker 2: you get too big, it's like I want like, okay,
- 6:11Speaker 2: it's good.
- 6:11Speaker 3: I want like my childhood friends. Did you say that's
- 6:14Speaker 3: a lot?
- 6:14Speaker 2: Yeah? Oh no, I was not thinking a lot?
- 6:17Speaker 3: Oh wow, Well and then I'm like do they bring
- 6:19Speaker 3: their significant others? And then oh yeah, I don't know.
- 6:24Speaker 3: Yeah I do like their significant others. Okay, yeah, like
- 6:28Speaker 3: very they're also I'm so close with all that. Then yeah, yeah,
- 6:31Speaker 3: yeah I.
- 6:31Speaker 2: Should do like a house in my Orca or something.
- 6:33Speaker 3: Okay, I was thinking about that too, or like the
- 6:35Speaker 3: Bahamas is get some villas. Yeah, like a private chef
- 6:39Speaker 3: or something. Maybe you could do like a happy medium
- 6:41Speaker 3: between Europe and somewhere else. And I wanted to be
- 6:45Speaker 3: like how My girlfriend Penny asked me such a good question.
- 6:48Speaker 3: She goes, well, what what do you want this to
- 6:49Speaker 3: be about?
- 6:50Speaker 2: Like?
- 6:50Speaker 3: Is it about how you're gonna feel? Is it about
- 6:53Speaker 3: like just throwing this big, crazy party? And I was
- 6:55Speaker 3: like no, I actually just want to feel like safe
- 6:57Speaker 3: and happy and be like, oh my god, these are
- 6:58Speaker 3: my people. Yeah, And she's like, well, then you can
- 7:00Speaker 3: do that like in your backyard if you want, true,
- 7:03Speaker 3: which also I would think would be so fun to
- 7:05Speaker 3: do a little long table dinner in my backyard. Yeah,
- 7:07Speaker 3: or rager in your backyard. Rage. I just built a
- 7:11Speaker 3: pool in my backyard so I could have like a
- 7:13Speaker 3: DJ and a pool party. Yeah.
- 7:15Speaker 2: Yeah, you could really get.
- 7:16Speaker 3: Crazy and get in the cold plunge. Yeah, and then
- 7:18Speaker 3: you can have more people.
- 7:19Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 7:20Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't know. I know, the possibilities are endless.
- 7:23Speaker 2: Really. It is interesting though, because I every time I've
- 7:26Speaker 2: always thought about the age of forty for some reason,
- 7:28Speaker 2: I think I think I remember Jennifer Annison turning forty,
- 7:30Speaker 2: so like that in my mind she's forever forty, but yeah,
- 7:33Speaker 2: she's not anymore. And so I've always been like, oh
- 7:35Speaker 2: my gosh, I like, don't fear forty because of Jennifer
- 7:38Speaker 2: Anison turning forty. Yeah, But when I think about myself
- 7:42Speaker 2: turning forty, I'm like, oh my gosh, how am I?
- 7:44Speaker 2: How am I?
- 7:45Speaker 3: It's a trip? Yeah, it's an actual trip. Kisses me off.
- 7:51Speaker 2: I't is that we do have these like.
- 7:55Speaker 1: Even though it's not societal pressures, it's like actual biological pressures.
- 7:59Speaker 3: That what pisses me off, do you know what I mean?
- 8:01Speaker 1: I get that, Like that's where I get like annoyed
- 8:03Speaker 1: because I'm like, yes, so I'm thirty seven, about to
- 8:06Speaker 1: be thirty eight, and I'm like in the whole wanting
- 8:10Speaker 1: a baby phase right now, and I'm like, Okay, well,
- 8:13Speaker 1: I can't wait.
- 8:13Speaker 3: Too long because you're geriatric now.
- 8:15Speaker 2: No.
- 8:16Speaker 1: Yeah, I've been geriatric for years, so I've got past that.
- 8:18Speaker 1: But it's just like I don't know, that's what like
- 8:20Speaker 1: pisses me off about.
- 8:22Speaker 3: I know, age is really just that did you freeze
- 8:24Speaker 3: your eggs? No? Okay, did you freeze yours? Yeah? Okay
- 8:27Speaker 3: I did when I was thirty two, and I'm really
- 8:29Speaker 3: happy I did it. But also like like for my
- 8:32Speaker 3: fortieth birthday, I'm getting my fibroids removed, Like how old
- 8:35Speaker 3: does that feel?
- 8:36Speaker 2: Like?
- 8:36Speaker 3: I have fibroids all over my uterus?
- 8:38Speaker 2: Tho, oh, do you have horrible periods?
- 8:39Speaker 3: Horrible?
- 8:40Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 8:41Speaker 3: Like like what's a fibroid?
- 8:43Speaker 2: Do you have an ometriosis?
- 8:45Speaker 3: I don't, I might, but how do they test for that?
- 8:47Speaker 1: So it's hard to test for, like you basically have to,
- 8:50Speaker 1: like I think you have to for them to know
- 8:52Speaker 1: for I don't know. I'm not going to speak because
- 8:53Speaker 1: I'm not a doctor, but like I got I got tested,
- 8:57Speaker 1: and she's like, you can't know for sure unless something,
- 9:00Speaker 1: And I guess I think it's like you are pregnant.
- 9:02Speaker 3: Are you trying to get pregnant or something. Yeah, I
- 9:04Speaker 3: feel like it's something of course that we have to
- 9:06Speaker 3: like find out the hard way. Yeah, but I am
- 9:08Speaker 3: in so much pain, Like I will lay on the
- 9:10Speaker 3: bathroom floor and like black out from pain, like I'll
- 9:13Speaker 3: see stars because the pain is so bad. I know.
- 9:17Speaker 2: Well, I'm glad you're getting that taken care of.
- 9:21Speaker 3: Yeah, I know, but I'm like, what a forty year
- 9:23Speaker 3: old thing to do, like going in to get my
- 9:25Speaker 3: fabroids moved so that maybe we're not now baby, you're
- 9:29Speaker 3: gonna do that literally like June twenty second, my birthdays
- 9:34Speaker 3: June nineteenth. Honestly, it's smart, I know, because I'm like
- 9:39Speaker 3: I do I do still believe like there's a chance
- 9:41Speaker 3: for me to have a baby. Yeah, I say, Now,
- 9:44Speaker 3: I don't know. Maybe I'll just get a turkey baster.
- 9:46Speaker 2: And well, That's why I was gonna ask you that,
- 9:48Speaker 2: because since I know I.
- 9:50Speaker 3: Just had a baby, how old is she? Forty? Thinks
- 9:53Speaker 3: jam Jackson had a baby at like fifty two.
- 9:55Speaker 2: Yeah, Yeah.
- 9:55Speaker 1: Courtney Kardashian she's forty six. Yeah, and her baby is
- 9:58Speaker 1: a year difficult it was for her. It was difficult,
- 10:00Speaker 1: but you know, good things don't come easy.
- 10:03Speaker 3: Amen.
- 10:05Speaker 2: I feel like since we met, which, by the way,
- 10:07Speaker 2: can you believe now, yeah, a decade has passed since
- 10:11Speaker 2: the season well, I mean actually longer, it'd be like
- 10:13Speaker 2: eleven years since we met, actually coming out eleven years.
- 10:16Speaker 3: Yeah, Because I'm rewatching my season of The Bachelorette for
- 10:20Speaker 3: the ten year anniversary, and I thought it would be like, well,
- 10:23Speaker 3: like what a funny time. I'm like sobbing in each episode,
- 10:27Speaker 3: just being like I feel sick. I didn't realize how
- 10:29Speaker 3: much it was going to bring up for me. I
- 10:31Speaker 3: like went to drive somewhere after I was like shaking,
- 10:34Speaker 3: like it's really bringing up a lot for me. Wait
- 10:36Speaker 3: what d I don't know. I think it was just
- 10:39Speaker 3: such a like I was so fragile in that day
- 10:42Speaker 3: being there and so confused, and I like watching it back,
- 10:47Speaker 3: I feel so sad for myself because I was like
- 10:50Speaker 3: really going through it, like I just will never forget
- 10:52Speaker 3: how much hair I lost, and like like I just
- 10:55Speaker 3: was like under so much stress, and I like look
- 10:58Speaker 3: back at it and I'm like, oh, it was that
- 11:00Speaker 3: where like it was it was like the bad guy
- 11:03Speaker 3: who made you feel desired and you were like, yeah,
- 11:06Speaker 3: so crazy, But then there's the guy that you actually
- 11:08Speaker 3: really love and you're like just given, like it's just here,
- 11:12Speaker 3: you go have both and you're like okay, and then
- 11:14Speaker 3: it's fun till it's not. Yeah, and I just I'm like, wow,
- 11:17Speaker 3: I really hurt people's feelings and I really made so
- 11:19Speaker 3: many mistakes, but I would do it the same if
- 11:21Speaker 3: I did it again. And I just like, I don't know,
- 11:23Speaker 3: I want to go in through the screen and like
- 11:25Speaker 3: hug that version of me because I was just going
- 11:28Speaker 3: through it. Yeah yeah, And I just haven't rewatched it.
- 11:30Speaker 1: I it's probably like when you're like saying that like
- 11:32Speaker 1: the guy that's like bad for you, but you like
- 11:34Speaker 1: the attention, and I'm like we've all been there, yeah,
- 11:36Speaker 1: And like it's in my mind if I had to
- 11:38Speaker 1: like watch that on like an actual TV, I think
- 11:41Speaker 1: it would make me, like really upset too.
- 11:43Speaker 3: Yeah, I can't believe how much it actually is bringing
- 11:46Speaker 3: up for me. I'm like, why did I do this
- 11:47Speaker 3: to myself? And then I'm going to interview like some
- 11:49Speaker 3: of the guys after and then I'm like, god, got
- 11:51Speaker 3: myself got how good of a group of guys?
- 11:54Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, she had a really good group of guys.
- 11:56Speaker 3: Yes, Ben Higgins one that got away Becca for both
- 12:03Speaker 3: of us, Yeah, Ben, Ben and Jared shared, Yeah, obviously
- 12:09Speaker 3: Nick and Sean and then like ben z Yeah, ben Zorn, Yeah,
- 12:13Speaker 3: ben Zorn, what a sweetie?
- 12:15Speaker 2: No? Yeah, who else?
- 12:16Speaker 3: There's one more than I Wasner Tanner, Yeah, that's what
- 12:19Speaker 3: I was gonna say, Yeah, Tanner, Yeah, so many goodies.
- 12:23Speaker 2: Is it weird for you because the season ended with
- 12:26Speaker 2: you getting engaged to Sean? You'll had like a long
- 12:29Speaker 2: how long were you engaged?
- 12:30Speaker 3: Almost four years? Four years, three and a half.
- 12:32Speaker 2: Yeah, and then it ends and obviously there's been time,
- 12:35Speaker 2: But is it weird to like transport yourself back into
- 12:37Speaker 2: that space of watching you fall in love with him?
- 12:39Speaker 3: Yes, it's really really strange because it ended on such
- 12:43Speaker 3: a bad note when we did break up, and now
- 12:46Speaker 3: it's obviously time is heals all and like helps, but
- 12:50Speaker 3: seeing just how intense that relationship was and just how
- 12:56Speaker 3: badly it did end, but we had so many great
- 12:59Speaker 3: times to get it's really hard to put myself back
- 13:01Speaker 3: in that position because I'm like, I'd never felt that
- 13:03Speaker 3: way in my whole life. I mean, there was this
- 13:05Speaker 3: guy that I'll never forget and I talk about him
- 13:07Speaker 3: like eight million times on my podcast and I need
- 13:09Speaker 3: to shut up because he was like the one that
- 13:11Speaker 3: got away from me when I was like twenty six.
- 13:13Speaker 3: But I had never felt like that about anyone as
- 13:16Speaker 3: instantaneous as it was with Sean, And so it's so
- 13:20Speaker 3: weird to watch it back because I'm like, wow, yeah,
- 13:23Speaker 3: I've never felt like I've never felt that before. And
- 13:26Speaker 3: it's like sad how it all went down. I guess
- 13:29Speaker 3: I would never, you know, wanted to. It all worked
- 13:32Speaker 3: out the way it of course, but it's still weird
- 13:35Speaker 3: and sad. Can you?
- 13:36Speaker 1: And you can not answer the question if you've chosen
- 13:42Speaker 1: not to share, But what happened with you guys?
- 13:46Speaker 3: I think it just was a really like I didn't
- 13:49Speaker 3: realize it was so ugly only at the end because
- 13:52Speaker 3: he was so mad that I moved on really fast.
- 13:56Speaker 3: I think that's where it got ugly got it. But
- 13:58Speaker 3: like the breakup was like no natural, like just like
- 14:01Speaker 3: natural causes. I just didn't feel loved at all. And
- 14:03Speaker 3: I don't think I made him feel loved. I think
- 14:05Speaker 3: it was just a toxic kind of relationship that was
- 14:07Speaker 3: not like hurting people. Yeah, it was e satuation at first, yeah,
- 14:13Speaker 3: but then it was so real and then I don't know,
- 14:16Speaker 3: I just think we were we were building a really
- 14:20Speaker 3: insecure relationship off a really shitty foundation of like no
- 14:23Speaker 3: trust when he had trust issues, Dame, I know. Yeah, Well,
- 14:29Speaker 3: I feel like you learn so much from that, do
- 14:31Speaker 3: you know what I mean?
- 14:32Speaker 1: Learn from that, so then you bring that into like
- 14:34Speaker 1: everything moving forward, which is kind of a blessing.
- 14:36Speaker 3: And like last night, I was at this Hulu event
- 14:39Speaker 3: and People magazine brought him up, and I'm like, it's
- 14:41Speaker 3: so funny that we still talk about him ten years later.
- 14:44Speaker 3: But obviously it was such a big part of the
- 14:46Speaker 3: show that everybody watched, and I was like, I wanted
- 14:50Speaker 3: to promote his new gym. I was like, I wanted to, like,
- 14:52Speaker 3: I just feel happy for where he's at in life
- 14:55Speaker 3: and where we're at, and I have a lot of
- 14:57Speaker 3: like compassion and forgiveness for both of us for what
- 15:00Speaker 3: we had to go through. Have y'all talked Yeah, a
- 15:02Speaker 3: little bit, like.
- 15:03Speaker 2: In a cordial way.
- 15:04Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 15:04Speaker 2: Oh wow, that's amazing, because I think the last time
- 15:07Speaker 2: I talked to you, it hadn't Yeah.
- 15:09Speaker 3: Why I held on to anger for quite a bit. Yeah,
- 15:11Speaker 3: but it's so different now. I actually moved into my
- 15:14Speaker 3: new house like a year and a half ago, not even,
- 15:17Speaker 3: and I was going through all these suitcases in my closet.
- 15:21Speaker 3: I was like, I gotta donate some of these suitcases
- 15:23Speaker 3: because why do I have like twenty And so I'm
- 15:25Speaker 3: going through each one and I opened one and it
- 15:26Speaker 3: was like all his stuff. It's so much of his stuff.
- 15:29Speaker 3: And I started sabbing because Tucker's hair was in there,
- 15:32Speaker 3: and the U and the dog. I was like, oh
- 15:34Speaker 3: my god.
- 15:34Speaker 2: It was like a little piece of Tucker was still
- 15:36Speaker 2: tucked in the suitcase.
- 15:37Speaker 3: And it was all of his like tax paperwork, and
- 15:41Speaker 3: I was like, oh my gosh. And so I dropped
- 15:43Speaker 3: it off to him and yeah, yeah, have you sent
- 15:46Speaker 3: his baby a gift? Oh? Should I define? So that's
- 15:51Speaker 3: why my mind went there. But you know, and oh,
- 15:53Speaker 3: my god, I think that would he would be like,
- 15:56Speaker 3: don't He's like, We're good at it's little line passive
- 16:00Speaker 3: as right, yeah, yeah, yeah, except it looked like I'm
- 16:03Speaker 3: being nice.
- 16:03Speaker 2: Yeah, but it was cute. It was Taylor Swift she
- 16:06Speaker 2: did it.
- 16:07Speaker 3: I think it was Joan Sophie. Really she sent them
- 16:11Speaker 3: a baby gift. Do you think that's appropriate?
- 16:13Speaker 2: I think that it depends.
- 16:15Speaker 3: I guess where you are. Yeah, relationship.
- 16:17Speaker 2: I think y'all having cord of conversations just just fine. Yeah.
- 16:20Speaker 2: I was gonna ask though, because you said you moved
- 16:23Speaker 2: on fast from that relationship. Yeah, and then that relationship.
- 16:27Speaker 2: Obviously we don't we will limit how much we speak
- 16:31Speaker 2: of no movie. But do you think because like you
- 16:35Speaker 2: were coming out of an insecure, toxic relationship jumping right
- 16:39Speaker 2: into another relationship, like, do you feel like there was
- 16:41Speaker 2: a part of you that hadn't healed, something that needed
- 16:43Speaker 2: to be healed? One?
- 16:44Speaker 3: I do it every time.
- 16:46Speaker 2: I do it every time.
- 16:47Speaker 3: I literally the guy that I was talking about, the
- 16:49Speaker 3: one that got away. As as soon as Sean walked
- 16:51Speaker 3: out of the limo, I was like, he looks like
- 16:53Speaker 3: my ex. He's the one, and I'm going to fix
- 16:55Speaker 3: what I didn't fix in the last relationship, and I do.
- 16:57Speaker 3: I do this all the time. This is your twenty
- 16:59Speaker 3: six year old self. Where is he now?
- 17:01Speaker 1: I'm oh, married with a baby, fit okay before dang okay, yeah, oh,
- 17:07Speaker 1: dang okay.
- 17:08Speaker 2: Wait. So when you say you're gonna fix it, you
- 17:10Speaker 2: couldn't fix before, fix him, or fix the relationship or
- 17:13Speaker 2: fix yourself. Me.
- 17:14Speaker 3: Oh, and like, I'm gonna make it better this time,
- 17:17Speaker 3: and I'm gonna do what I did, and then when
- 17:18Speaker 3: I move on to the next that person has what
- 17:20Speaker 3: that person didn't have it. I'm in such a different
- 17:23Speaker 3: place in my life now where I'm like, oh, I'm
- 17:25Speaker 3: like a whole I feel very I feel the most
- 17:28Speaker 3: confident I've ever felt in my life right now. Yeah.
- 17:30Speaker 3: I don't feel like I need to do that anymore.
- 17:32Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 17:32Speaker 3: Nice. I'm so happy to hear that hyper independent, which
- 17:36Speaker 3: is like problem is because I'm like I known forever yeah,
- 17:41Speaker 3: or like long distance forever. Like I'm so hyper independent
- 17:45Speaker 3: that my therapist always tells me that's like a trauma
- 17:47Speaker 3: response to So I'm like, god, no, you're.
- 17:49Speaker 1: Something so true because it's so funny. Is I can't
- 17:53Speaker 1: remember I was dating somebody. I was dating somebody who
- 17:57Speaker 1: was like almost fifty and he had never been so
- 17:59Speaker 1: he was single for like the majority of his life.
- 18:02Speaker 1: And my therapist at the time that time I was
- 18:04Speaker 1: dating him, she was like, you get stuck in your
- 18:07Speaker 1: like not single ways, but like when you live so
- 18:10Speaker 1: much of your life independent and single, you create certain
- 18:13Speaker 1: habits that like are hard to break when like because
- 18:17Speaker 1: relationships do come with compromise and like living with somebody
- 18:19Speaker 1: and like you know what i mean, like all that
- 18:20Speaker 1: type of stuff.
- 18:21Speaker 3: It was like just such an interesting perspective because yeah,
- 18:24Speaker 3: it is a happy medium. Well, and I'm so scared
- 18:27Speaker 3: of like men and I'm just like, what's the next
- 18:32Speaker 3: one gonna do? That shocks me? Like yeah, I always
- 18:35Speaker 3: just like I'm like fully like in I feel like
- 18:38Speaker 3: I'm so like, yeah, I'm always in fight or flight,
- 18:40Speaker 3: which I'm like, I'm so healed and I'm whole, but
- 18:43Speaker 3: I'm also the human and totally feel like I'm protecting
- 18:47Speaker 3: my piece so much to a like fault now at
- 18:50Speaker 3: this point in my life.
- 18:51Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I think that's so normal. And also, like
- 18:54Speaker 2: you said, you're a human and like we're flawed and
- 18:57Speaker 2: and if the pattern is persistent. How would do not think?
- 19:00Speaker 2: Like how why wanted this next person do?
- 19:03Speaker 3: What the poor next person?
- 19:05Speaker 2: Oh? Is there a next person right now? I mean
- 19:09Speaker 2: I am.
- 19:09Speaker 3: I have made it so clear on like social media
- 19:13Speaker 3: and podcasts. I'm like, I just want my dating life
- 19:17Speaker 3: to be a little sacred right now, and like keep
- 19:19Speaker 3: it close because I I just think the minute you
- 19:23Speaker 3: expose a relationship, it invites everybody into obviously have opinions
- 19:28Speaker 3: and you know how it goes. And so I'm like,
- 19:31Speaker 3: I will share when I'm married and like pregnant, be like, hey,
- 19:34Speaker 3: now now you can know. Like I'm just so I'm
- 19:37Speaker 3: keeping it so close.
- 19:39Speaker 2: Oh my wow, I get it. I mean Haley and
- 19:41Speaker 2: I were private for four years because I was like,
- 19:44Speaker 2: I don't feel I just didn't feel like I could
- 19:47Speaker 2: handle any criticism or opinions on it until I was
- 19:50Speaker 2: ready to, and like it felt it was so nice
- 19:53Speaker 2: having it. And then at the same time, it's like
- 19:55Speaker 2: we we share what we want to share, right, we
- 19:58Speaker 2: don't share what we don't want to share, hiding like no, no,
- 20:01Speaker 2: we just didn't.
- 20:04Speaker 1: That's what I also feel like, I want to go
- 20:05Speaker 1: back to what you said about what I can't remember
- 20:07Speaker 1: exactly what you said.
- 20:08Speaker 3: You said, poor next guy or whatever like that. But no,
- 20:11Speaker 3: we do that.
- 20:12Speaker 2: Let's take a break.
- 20:13Speaker 3: I was about to Tony Robbins your ass.
- 20:34Speaker 2: All right, we're back. Go ahead, Tony Robbins, Away, Tanya,
- 20:37Speaker 2: Tony Robins.
- 20:38Speaker 1: Yea, Tony Robins, you are not not poor next guy.
- 20:42Speaker 1: You are so accomplished. You have so much going for you.
- 20:46Speaker 1: You should be so proud of the person, the woman
- 20:48Speaker 1: that you are and what you've built for yourself and
- 20:50Speaker 1: the next person, the next guy, the next whatever comes
- 20:53Speaker 1: into your life. Is so lucky to be able to
- 20:56Speaker 1: have that and to be able to experience that, and
- 21:00Speaker 1: you should have that perspective because I really believe that
- 21:02Speaker 1: about you, and you should believe it about yourself.
- 21:06Speaker 2: She's a woman of words.
- 21:07Speaker 1: Really, I'm like, okay, Tony, Yeah, But it's so easy
- 21:12Speaker 1: to like because I've been there. I've been there, like
- 21:14Speaker 1: I always like, I feel like there was so many
- 21:16Speaker 1: and I'm like so mad that for so many years
- 21:18Speaker 1: I was like what's wrong with me? Because I love
- 21:21Speaker 1: so fiercely, or like I'm so embarrassing or like whatever,
- 21:24Speaker 1: and I used to internalize it and I'm like, no,
- 21:26Speaker 1: like the right guy came into my life and he's
- 21:28Speaker 1: like obsessed.
- 21:29Speaker 3: With all that about me totally, and the internet likes
- 21:32Speaker 3: to guess light me into thinking I'm like the worst,
- 21:35Speaker 3: So I'm like, is it me? Oh, but no, I
- 21:38Speaker 3: agree with you, and I do feel proud and I
- 21:40Speaker 3: do feel like whoever I'm with will be lucky because
- 21:42Speaker 3: I really do believe I am a catch but for
- 21:45Speaker 3: so many reasons. But I also do come with like
- 21:48Speaker 3: such a guarded heart.
- 21:49Speaker 1: But so does everybody, by the way, Like I honestly,
- 21:52Speaker 1: like I really. What I've also realized is like every
- 21:55Speaker 1: single person has some sort of issues that they are
- 21:58Speaker 1: dealing with from like their childhood. Even if you grew
- 22:00Speaker 1: up in like a perfect loving home, like you have
- 22:02Speaker 1: issues from like the school, playground.
- 22:05Speaker 2: Or like whatever.
- 22:06Speaker 3: Everybody's carrying something. Yeah, I'm just laughing because I just
- 22:11Speaker 3: thought of like these mean girls in the fifth grade
- 22:13Speaker 3: I got in this fight with like all the girls
- 22:15Speaker 3: turned against me. I can't even remember why. But whatever
- 22:18Speaker 3: age you are in the fifth grade, like ten, I
- 22:20Speaker 3: don't know, yeah, eleven, and they all turned on me
- 22:22Speaker 3: and they all chanted your butt's as big as a garbage.
- 22:26Speaker 3: I'm like, and I'm like, I laugh. But I remember
- 22:29Speaker 3: going home and sobbing, yeah, because of what I'm like.
- 22:32Speaker 3: I was literally like thirty pounds soaking web. But they
- 22:34Speaker 3: were telling me my butts said, I feel like I'm
- 22:38Speaker 3: high right now.
- 22:38Speaker 2: You should make that like put a little jingle behind
- 22:42Speaker 2: it and make it a little chant on off the vine.
- 22:44Speaker 3: Yeah, just like. And I heard those girls listen and
- 22:47Speaker 3: they're like, oh, it's me.
- 22:48Speaker 2: I bet they listen to everything you do and watch everything.
- 22:51Speaker 3: Really scary is I posted a TikTok and somebody on
- 22:54Speaker 3: a like it was like a no picture, Yeah, yeah,
- 22:57Speaker 3: of course apple, use are nine eight whatever? And they
- 23:01Speaker 3: were like, I can't I can't believe they've made this
- 23:03Speaker 3: girl famous. I used to work with her at Cactus Club,
- 23:06Speaker 3: and I'm like, oh, you're the scary ones because you
- 23:08Speaker 3: like know me and I've probably been nice to you
- 23:11Speaker 3: and we work together. And I always think about that.
- 23:14Speaker 3: With really nasty people, sometimes I get like the worse
- 23:16Speaker 3: kind of messages and I'm like, like, do I know
- 23:19Speaker 3: you from school or something? I don't know what's scarce.
- 23:21Speaker 2: I'm curious why it is. It is like profoundly strange
- 23:26Speaker 2: to me. Why you get such like mean comments and
- 23:32Speaker 2: messages because I think what it I think where I
- 23:35Speaker 2: get confused is that there's been so many people since
- 23:38Speaker 2: you were on the show who have been very confident
- 23:41Speaker 2: and like about their sexuality and been bold and like,
- 23:46Speaker 2: you know, you kind of changed the game in the
- 23:48Speaker 2: Bachelorette world yea, in bachelor world in general, but like
- 23:51Speaker 2: without you, those girls would not be able to like
- 23:54Speaker 2: freely say, but you're the one who gets like so much,
- 23:58Speaker 2: I can't you can't do anything.
- 24:00Speaker 3: It's really crazy. It's I mean, the misogyny in this
- 24:03Speaker 3: world is so real first of all, and so I
- 24:05Speaker 3: can't do anything right. But it's yeah, it feels like
- 24:09Speaker 3: but I'm like sad for those people that are so mean,
- 24:11Speaker 3: Like well, yeah, I mean, it's it's actually sad. But
- 24:14Speaker 3: I was thinking about that because I'll never forget just
- 24:17Speaker 3: getting like absolutely slutshamed from my season and just like
- 24:20Speaker 3: people like i'got about it that I can't wait till
- 24:23Speaker 3: I get to the mentel All episode when Chris Harrison
- 24:26Speaker 3: reads the mean tweets that I get, like from people
- 24:28Speaker 3: on the internet and they were like, shut your whore
- 24:30Speaker 3: legs and die in a dumpster, like I got it bad.
- 24:33Speaker 3: And then Hannah Brown was like I had sex four
- 24:35Speaker 3: times in a windmill and like doing this and the
- 24:38Speaker 3: crowd goes wild, and I was like part of me
- 24:41Speaker 3: was like oh, and then part of me was like, no,
- 24:43Speaker 3: that's awesome because I like that that changed the game. Yeah,
- 24:46Speaker 3: I like that. People will celebrate her now for that. Who,
- 24:49Speaker 3: by the way, is guest bartending on this season?
- 24:52Speaker 2: I just saw that she last night. Yeah she is. Yeah.
- 24:58Speaker 2: I was like, what happened to wo Wells too? He's
- 25:01Speaker 2: the main PARTI chage Bubbly.
- 25:05Speaker 3: I guess yeah, oh wow.
- 25:08Speaker 2: I know.
- 25:08Speaker 3: I was like, what crazy?
- 25:10Speaker 2: But I so my question for you is that you
- 25:13Speaker 2: are so vulnerable you share things that because I was
- 25:18Speaker 2: listening to your podcast about the dog name stuff and
- 25:23Speaker 2: it's like you you preface it, which I know I'm
- 25:25Speaker 2: gonna get a lot of hate for this, Yeah, but
- 25:27Speaker 2: you still do it knowing you're gonna get hate. But
- 25:30Speaker 2: you also struggle with anxiety and like the stress of it.
- 25:33Speaker 2: So how do you? I guess my thing is like
- 25:35Speaker 2: I would just have to get off social media.
- 25:37Speaker 3: I think yeah, I did a little bit actually after
- 25:40Speaker 3: that because I knew, yeah, You're like, I'm gonna drop
- 25:43Speaker 3: this and then I'm yeah, exactly in Tutulu for a week. Yeah,
- 25:49Speaker 3: I knew, I just knew. I mean, it's it's all
- 25:52Speaker 3: the I feel like it's a lot of like mothers
- 25:55Speaker 3: who think he's the perfect son, and they like think
- 25:58Speaker 3: I'm this degenerate like yeah, being crazy and but people
- 26:03Speaker 3: are looking for something to like be mad at me
- 26:06Speaker 3: for all the time. So it's like an easy If
- 26:08Speaker 3: I do something and I know I'm gonna get hate
- 26:10Speaker 3: for it, it's like they're like, oh, yes, we get
- 26:12Speaker 3: to hater for it. So I mean the love that
- 26:15Speaker 3: I get and the DMS is so nice and like
- 26:19Speaker 3: because for some reason, the hate the haters and the
- 26:22Speaker 3: crazy trolls are so loud, and then the people who
- 26:26Speaker 3: are normal and loving aren't going to comment on these things.
- 26:29Speaker 3: They're gonna maybe just send me a DM and be
- 26:31Speaker 3: like hey, that's pretty fed up and like here for
- 26:33Speaker 3: you and like we love you.
- 26:34Speaker 2: B Yeah.
- 26:35Speaker 3: It's always so I'm like I want to avoid the dms,
- 26:38Speaker 3: but at the same time, it's nice to feel validated
- 26:41Speaker 3: by some people Warner, which is sick, but yeah, I
- 26:46Speaker 3: just not silly. It's like they it's weird because it is.
- 26:50Speaker 1: It's like there there are these people that you don't know,
- 26:52Speaker 1: so it's like you should we shouldn't care what they
- 26:54Speaker 1: think about us, whether it's good or bad.
- 26:57Speaker 3: But the the I don't want to say the prey,
- 27:00Speaker 3: but like the thumbs up and like the encouragement is nice.
- 27:03Speaker 2: Well, it's like, if you're gonna care about the bad ones,
- 27:05Speaker 2: then why not care about the good ones? Yeah, Like,
- 27:08Speaker 2: if anything, I wish I could focus more on the
- 27:10Speaker 2: good ones unless, like I.
- 27:12Speaker 3: Try, I've got I've actually gotten better at that. Yeah,
- 27:14Speaker 3: I feel like I'm like, instead of I used to
- 27:17Speaker 3: always call it shopping for pain, instead of like going
- 27:19Speaker 3: looking for these mean comments and like harping on them,
- 27:21Speaker 3: I actually now go looking for like love and support
- 27:24Speaker 3: and try and have conversation with those people instead. Yeah,
- 27:28Speaker 3: And it's so much more fulfilling.
- 27:30Speaker 2: If if I open my DMS and I see like
- 27:32Speaker 2: one negative thing, I'm like, okay, I'm off. I'm just
- 27:35Speaker 2: really logging off for the day, or not looking at
- 27:37Speaker 2: my DMS.
- 27:38Speaker 3: You know, somebody DM me last night and they were like, uh,
- 27:42Speaker 3: you have such a lazy eye. Maybe I do too,
- 27:45Speaker 3: Could you help me with that? And I'm like, bro,
- 27:49Speaker 3: I just like google the picture of a lazy eye
- 27:51Speaker 3: and I sent it back and I went, that's a
- 27:53Speaker 3: lazy eye. I have one eye that's smaller than the other.
- 27:55Speaker 3: Would you like to talk about that instead? Like people
- 27:59Speaker 3: are just so I find it so funny, though, what.
- 28:01Speaker 2: Are they just looking for connections? So they're like, let
- 28:03Speaker 2: me be mean.
- 28:04Speaker 3: So I think they've heard me talk about it before
- 28:06Speaker 3: where I used to like not hand out my school
- 28:07Speaker 3: picture in the fifth grade because I thought my eyes
- 28:10Speaker 3: were so like wonky and so can we You used
- 28:14Speaker 3: to hand out your photos? No, I used to not
- 28:16Speaker 3: have Oh yeah, what you never wrote on the back
- 28:19Speaker 3: like stay cool? No, why did you do?
- 28:21Speaker 2: What had your book? Yeah? You didn't like my family.
- 28:25Speaker 2: I guess my family got the thing for me.
- 28:27Speaker 3: I'd never had it, like.
- 28:29Speaker 2: You kept them in your wallet or something.
- 28:31Speaker 3: Yeah, like I would have so my all my friends
- 28:33Speaker 3: would like give me their school photos and I'd give
- 28:35Speaker 3: them mine and we'd sign the back saying like stay
- 28:37Speaker 3: cool but spell it like kati w Yeah. Yeah, I'd
- 28:40Speaker 3: had them on book on the wall in my room
- 28:42Speaker 3: and I had all my friends Oh yeah, yes your
- 28:44Speaker 3: book to Oh maybe that's like the bulletin board. So
- 28:46Speaker 3: funny heard that I had a bulletin board.
- 28:49Speaker 2: Yeah, I had one too, It just had I don't
- 28:51Speaker 2: even like picture of Leonardo DiCaprio from Titanic on it. Yeah, primetime, literal, primetime. Yeah.
- 29:00Speaker 2: I just I find it. I find it strange that
- 29:02Speaker 2: you and it's it's it seems to be centered around
- 29:06Speaker 2: this is what bugs me. It seems to be centered
- 29:07Speaker 2: around men and your relationship and breakups. But then if
- 29:11Speaker 2: I talk about it, I'm whatever, if I'm taking attention.
- 29:14Speaker 2: I was also I was gonna say, it's so crazy
- 29:17Speaker 2: because you go on podcasts and of course people are
- 29:19Speaker 2: going to ask you about it. So the options or
- 29:20Speaker 2: you either go, I don't want to talk about it,
- 29:22Speaker 2: which is not fun for a podcast hosts, or you
- 29:25Speaker 2: go you talk about it in in the most gracious
- 29:28Speaker 2: way that you can while being honest, and then people
- 29:30Speaker 2: are like, why is she still talking about this? I
- 29:32Speaker 2: know it's like you can't win.
- 29:34Speaker 3: Damned if you do, damned if you don't.
- 29:35Speaker 2: Totally world that.
- 29:36Speaker 3: I live in that I've just accept I've accepted that.
- 29:39Speaker 3: I'm like, like, even somebody asking me at the event
- 29:42Speaker 3: last night, like they're like, I'm with people. Magazine can
- 29:44Speaker 3: ask you a few questions. I was like, we're going
- 29:48Speaker 3: because I knew what it was gonna be. Yeah, it
- 29:50Speaker 3: was just you know, the breakups are hard, and your
- 29:53Speaker 3: last podcast you talked about this this, and I was like,
- 29:56Speaker 3: but I also said in the podcast that I never
- 29:57Speaker 3: wanted to talk about again. Yes, done, I'm it's in
- 30:01Speaker 3: the past and the only X I want is extra money.
- 30:05Speaker 2: Members.
- 30:06Speaker 3: Do you know that TikTok trend? Like that? It's like
- 30:11Speaker 3: if you'd done with your ex, move on to the next,
- 30:13Speaker 3: and it's like, oh my god, now you'll hear it
- 30:15Speaker 3: all the time. I'm I can't stop listening to it,
- 30:18Speaker 3: and now that's just my theme.
- 30:20Speaker 2: I had never seen her say that on the podcast,
- 30:23Speaker 2: and I thought, hmmm, how do we bring this up?
- 30:25Speaker 2: Because when we talked about it on the podcast about
- 30:28Speaker 2: the name thing.
- 30:29Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm sorry that story. I think I sent that
- 30:34Speaker 1: to like every person in my contacts.
- 30:39Speaker 3: I was so validated by all the right people, but
- 30:41Speaker 3: it was again just the people that hate me that
- 30:43Speaker 3: are gonna be like, it's a dog name. I'm like, yes,
- 30:46Speaker 3: And we had talked about it so many times, Yeah,
- 30:50Speaker 3: like it was my it's it's messed up. But I
- 30:53Speaker 3: also like, yes, you're right too, both can be true.
- 30:58Speaker 3: That is a common dog name, right, and it was
- 31:02Speaker 3: the number one. We went on getting Ash's podcast saying
- 31:05Speaker 3: that that was like, you know, it's just it's just
- 31:07Speaker 3: messed up. Yeah, no, it really is.
- 31:10Speaker 1: Like I remember when I saw that story, I literally
- 31:12Speaker 1: sent it to like every single person that I know
- 31:14Speaker 1: on the planet, like this is the craziest thing.
- 31:17Speaker 2: Yeah, did it feel like it was like a job
- 31:20Speaker 2: to hurt you?
- 31:20Speaker 3: Or like, because I'm so confused, because my thing is like, did.
- 31:24Speaker 2: He if it's something?
- 31:25Speaker 3: But if it's somebody mean?
- 31:27Speaker 2: But I'm saying if it's something, but I'm saying, if
- 31:30Speaker 2: it's something that y'all talked about, did he think that
- 31:32Speaker 2: you want it bring like I guess that you wouldn't
- 31:36Speaker 2: bring it up at some point?
- 31:37Speaker 3: Yeah, I think maybe I think it's hard because I
- 31:43Speaker 3: think I think he knew I would bring it up,
- 31:46Speaker 3: and I think that would get more traction to his page,
- 31:49Speaker 3: and that's essentially what he's been going for lately. So
- 31:52Speaker 3: I'm thinking maybe that was the reason. There's no way
- 31:55Speaker 3: he forgot, Like, there's no way. No, it was like
- 31:58Speaker 3: a very it was like five year conversation. Yeah, So yeah,
- 32:02Speaker 3: I'm not sure I would.
- 32:03Speaker 1: But you know what, I also think too. I think that,
- 32:06Speaker 1: and this is no slight against anybody. I do think
- 32:10Speaker 1: sometimes in breakups, like you can be petty. People can
- 32:14Speaker 1: be petty. Sometimes breakups bring out.
- 32:16Speaker 2: The worst, the worst version of yourself. Yea.
- 32:20Speaker 1: So maybe that was done in like a moment of
- 32:23Speaker 1: just like pure like anger, pettiness or whatever.
- 32:26Speaker 3: But it's just it was wild.
- 32:28Speaker 2: That was like wild for me.
- 32:30Speaker 3: Yeah it was really.
- 32:32Speaker 1: But now I supposed to show you cannot share your
- 32:34Speaker 1: baby names you like a lot, especially not with your fan.
- 32:42Speaker 3: I literally was coming out of a weekend therapy retreat
- 32:45Speaker 3: in Nashville, this place called on Site. Oh my god,
- 32:47Speaker 3: I got to do equine therapy with horses, and I
- 32:49Speaker 3: literally like saw that as I came out and got
- 32:51Speaker 3: my phone back, and I was like, wow, the timing
- 32:57Speaker 3: is so crazy to practice everything you had just learned.
- 33:01Speaker 3: I was literally like, but part of me was like
- 33:04Speaker 3: it made me feel sorry for him because I'm like,
- 33:06Speaker 3: there is a reason for that. A lot of things
- 33:09Speaker 3: he does, in my opinion, is calculated. I'm like, this
- 33:11Speaker 3: is sad. That's sad.
- 33:13Speaker 2: So you know, they say sorry, go ahead. The opposite
- 33:16Speaker 2: of love is indifference. Yeah, you know it's not. It's
- 33:19Speaker 2: not hate because there's passion like that. It's it's all
- 33:24Speaker 2: rooted in love and hurt and pain. And as soon
- 33:27Speaker 2: as you just don't care, that's how you know when
- 33:29Speaker 2: you've moved on. You know what I'm saying.
- 33:31Speaker 3: I'm yeah, I definitely am through the hate phase.
- 33:33Speaker 2: Yeah, you just seem shot by the by the well
- 33:38Speaker 2: yeah yeah yeah.
- 33:45Speaker 1: Moving forward, do you feel like you want to not
- 33:49Speaker 1: date someone in the public eye or do you still
- 33:51Speaker 1: like not care It doesn't matter.
- 33:53Speaker 3: No, it doesn't bother me. Okay, it's I mean if
- 33:56Speaker 3: that's like their number one priority and they're like, here's
- 33:58Speaker 3: what I don't want. Like, is a a man that
- 34:00Speaker 3: like sneezes into a transition into like a different outfit
- 34:04Speaker 3: and like has a like I'm like picked out by
- 34:08Speaker 3: I'm picked out by like a lot. Yeah, yeah, it happens,
- 34:12Speaker 3: but by like certain people on social media. And I'm
- 34:16Speaker 3: sure I ick people out so hard on social media too,
- 34:19Speaker 3: but like that's just a preference for me. I find
- 34:20Speaker 3: it a turn off when guys like do transitions not
- 34:25Speaker 3: just specific, but I get it, I get I get
- 34:30Speaker 3: the picture you're painting like I can like see it. Yeah. Yeah,
- 34:34Speaker 3: but there's like Andrew from Bachelor World, Spencer and Greg.
- 34:39Speaker 2: Do it so well. Oh they're so funny.
- 34:40Speaker 3: Make me laugh so hard. That's funny to me. It's
- 34:44Speaker 3: just the like, I don't know. I think, as long
- 34:46Speaker 3: as you're like an authentic person, I don't care if
- 34:50Speaker 3: you're in the Publicuy, I don't care what you're doing. Like,
- 34:52Speaker 3: here's the thing, some people like that, you know what
- 34:54Speaker 3: I mean.
- 34:56Speaker 1: Yeah, Like I'm like if Robbie posted a photo at
- 34:58Speaker 1: the gym, like even like I would like I would,
- 35:02Speaker 1: I would.
- 35:03Speaker 3: I don't know what I would do.
- 35:04Speaker 2: I don't know. I don't think you from him at all.
- 35:07Speaker 2: You know, I never pretty locked in.
- 35:08Speaker 1: I'm very locked I think in the beginning, like in
- 35:12Speaker 1: the beginning of when we were dating, if he had
- 35:13Speaker 1: any sort of social media presence, I feel like it
- 35:16Speaker 1: would like have thrown me off a little bit.
- 35:18Speaker 3: It's funny because I'm so contradicting though too, because then
- 35:20Speaker 3: I'm like posting a bikini photo like I'm like, but
- 35:24Speaker 3: that I do it too, Yeah, Like I'd be picked
- 35:26Speaker 3: out of myself.
- 35:27Speaker 2: Right, here's the thing. It's not fair. It's not fair,
- 35:31Speaker 2: but some things are for the girls. Yeah something, and
- 35:33Speaker 2: that's just what it is.
- 35:34Speaker 3: And I know people have opinion.
- 35:36Speaker 2: About that, but it's just the facts. Like Becca Moore,
- 35:39Speaker 2: you know, all her stuff for the girls, where she's
- 35:41Speaker 2: like blankets are for the girls, Like why do you
- 35:43Speaker 2: need a blanket? Like that's the same thing with the
- 35:46Speaker 2: true social media transition. It's true.
- 35:48Speaker 3: It's true. It's so true with that. I also am
- 35:51Speaker 3: like one of those people that I'm like, I get it,
- 35:53Speaker 3: that's not fair, but it's true.
- 35:54Speaker 2: It's not fair.
- 35:55Speaker 1: So what Okay, Well, this is really exciting because you
- 35:57Speaker 1: are turning forty, so you have like a whole new decade.
- 35:59Speaker 1: What is next decade? Or you look like like are
- 36:02Speaker 1: you living in Nashville? Are you doing what you're doing?
- 36:04Speaker 1: Like what are your ambitions?
- 36:06Speaker 3: Your goals?
- 36:07Speaker 2: I can't wait to hear about that after this break.
- 36:30Speaker 2: All right, we're back. So Tanya said, you're going into
- 36:33Speaker 2: a new decade. Yes, I have a question before you
- 36:35Speaker 2: start talking about that, because I want to talk about
- 36:36Speaker 2: Spade and Spars because you started your company. How long
- 36:41Speaker 2: ago was that?
- 36:43Speaker 3: That was in twenty like seventeen?
- 36:47Speaker 2: So crazy are you at a point now? And I
- 36:49Speaker 2: don't know if you want to share this, but like,
- 36:51Speaker 2: are you making because I know, starting a company like that,
- 36:53Speaker 2: and like you just put as much effort money and
- 36:56Speaker 2: then you don't see anything for like a minute. Are
- 36:58Speaker 2: you at the point where you're making im?
- 37:01Speaker 3: And then now I'm like the alcohol business is so
- 37:05Speaker 3: hard and it's so like I wish I there's obviously
- 37:10Speaker 3: the benefit of hindsight, like I wish I did certain
- 37:13Speaker 3: things differently, but like Target, for example, I was starting
- 37:18Speaker 3: to get into all these targets and it was really
- 37:20Speaker 3: starting to go. The problem is with wine. Wine sales
- 37:24Speaker 3: are down like I don't know, I want to say,
- 37:26Speaker 3: like fifty two percent or something like it's insane alcohol
- 37:29Speaker 3: in general, but wine and beer specifically, because everyone is
- 37:33Speaker 3: being told on the internet like this is going to
- 37:36Speaker 3: kill you, like sugar, yeah, although like refine you anyways.
- 37:40Speaker 3: And so I feel like alcohol sales are down and
- 37:43Speaker 3: Snoop Dogg right now is selling his wine for like
- 37:45Speaker 3: two dollars everywhere because everywhere is just sitting on so
- 37:48Speaker 3: much inventory for wine, and so I'm feeling so defeated
- 37:52Speaker 3: in that way because I'm like, yeah, I'm like you
- 37:55Speaker 3: know what things go through their ups and downs, and
- 37:58Speaker 3: I'm I'm no matter what happens, I'm like so proud
- 38:01Speaker 3: of Spade and Sparrows and that whole brand because so
- 38:04Speaker 3: many people work with other alcohol companies and they can
- 38:06Speaker 3: have the best distributors from working with this and they
- 38:09Speaker 3: get to like throw these big events. But everything I've
- 38:11Speaker 3: done is like from my own money had to Like
- 38:14Speaker 3: I was a cold calling people to get to people
- 38:17Speaker 3: in touch with people at Target, Like yeah, I and
- 38:20Speaker 3: I don't have good I can say this because I'm
- 38:22Speaker 3: not with them anymore partners Like I did not have
- 38:24Speaker 3: not my business partners. I mean the like production facilities
- 38:28Speaker 3: and stuff. They just like stopped caring because sales were down. Yeah,
- 38:31Speaker 3: And so now I'm trying to just like pivot and
- 38:33Speaker 3: find ways because I mean, it's so good. The wine
- 38:36Speaker 3: is so good. It is low sugar and people still
- 38:39Speaker 3: but I still have my wine club, Like it's not
- 38:41Speaker 3: we're not drowning over here. It's fine. It's just yeah,
- 38:44Speaker 3: wine sales are tough right now.
- 38:46Speaker 2: It's true though, It's like the stock so you go,
- 38:48Speaker 2: there's ups and downs, and it's like right now it's
- 38:50Speaker 2: a try, like I'll not.
- 38:51Speaker 3: Leave what they're told. Yeah, people are being told, hey,
- 38:54Speaker 3: alcohol is going to kill you. It's then it goes viral,
- 38:57Speaker 3: so they never wants to go viral. So everyone's talking
- 38:59Speaker 3: about how bad talks and alcohol and it's going to
- 39:01Speaker 3: kill you because it's going viral right now, and people
- 39:03Speaker 3: just believe what they're told. I know.
- 39:05Speaker 1: I'm actually trying to get better about that because like
- 39:07Speaker 1: I'm like one of those people. I'll see something on
- 39:09Speaker 1: Instagram and like I'll just like, I'll believe it.
- 39:11Speaker 3: Vegetables anymore. Yeah, it's like they're gonna kill.
- 39:13Speaker 2: Me, dumb, like I can so are gonna kill us?
- 39:16Speaker 3: Apparently they're not organic. Yeah, my kidding, I'm kidding. Oh
- 39:20Speaker 3: it's crazy, Okay, forty decades. Yeah, yeah, I've always been
- 39:26Speaker 3: like this manifesto, I make vision boards, I always have
- 39:28Speaker 3: a plan. I'm always like this is what I want
- 39:30Speaker 3: to accomplish. I don't have anything in forties. Like, I'm
- 39:33Speaker 3: just like I want to just feel happy anytime I
- 39:36Speaker 3: see eleven eleven. I used to be like I will
- 39:39Speaker 3: win Dancing with the Stars, like I'm but I did
- 39:42Speaker 3: and then I did, so you'd think I would have
- 39:44Speaker 3: some more goals, but I'm like just thinking about I
- 39:48Speaker 3: always think about how I want to feel. I'm like,
- 39:51Speaker 3: I want to enjoy how hard I've worked and that
- 39:53Speaker 3: I'm like where I'm at. I want to enjoy where
- 39:56Speaker 3: I'm at and not push myself. Like I have this
- 40:00Speaker 3: big thing coming up that I can't even talk about
- 40:01Speaker 3: because it's a whole thing. I was at the Hulu
- 40:04Speaker 3: event last night because we were supposed to announce something,
- 40:06Speaker 3: but it's getting pushed and so I can't talk. I
- 40:10Speaker 3: can't talk about it, and it's so tough because I'm like,
- 40:15Speaker 3: because that could be a really big thing that happens.
- 40:17Speaker 3: But really, I my podcast means everything to me. I've
- 40:21Speaker 3: been doing it for eight years, and yesterday was the
- 40:25Speaker 3: first time in eight years I didn't release an episode
- 40:28Speaker 3: because I'm rewatching and I'm just having to go through
- 40:31Speaker 3: some hoops with ABC and Disney and Warner Brothers to
- 40:34Speaker 3: get the footage. And I'm like, oh God, everyone's gonna
- 40:39Speaker 3: turn on me. My O TV family is everything to me.
- 40:41Speaker 3: They're going to be like, well, I'm done, because you
- 40:43Speaker 3: have to be so consistent with podcasts. Yeah, and like
- 40:47Speaker 3: for my forties, like, I'm just I just want to
- 40:49Speaker 3: like elevate the conversations. I want to have these guests
- 40:51Speaker 3: on that are going to make me like, like fill
- 40:53Speaker 3: everybody's cup. I'm I like to I like to have
- 40:56Speaker 3: deep conversations, and like I like to have the reality
- 40:58Speaker 3: TV people on once in a while, and you know,
- 41:01Speaker 3: I love having musicians on. But I'm like, I just
- 41:03Speaker 3: want I just want to keep going with that so
- 41:05Speaker 3: much because I love it. I've never been so passionate
- 41:08Speaker 3: about something in my life as my podcast. So I
- 41:11Speaker 3: feel like that maybe a few more dogs. I would
- 41:14Speaker 3: love to have a baby one day. Healthy marriage. I
- 41:17Speaker 3: feel like forties, maybe maybe the time for that next
- 41:20Speaker 3: phase in life.
- 41:21Speaker 2: Yeah, does does? Because you were saying how you've gotten
- 41:25Speaker 2: so hyper independent? Yeah, what does it look like for
- 41:29Speaker 2: you to because obviously going from hyper the hyper independent
- 41:33Speaker 2: mentality to marriage is like there's a bunch of space
- 41:36Speaker 2: in between there.
- 41:37Speaker 3: Yeah is that men?
- 41:40Speaker 2: I told you that earlier. Yeah, I just to date
- 41:42Speaker 2: a girl for a second.
- 41:43Speaker 3: I wanted to so badly, I really did. I thought
- 41:46Speaker 3: it was my time, and I mean maybe I still could.
- 41:53Speaker 3: I think I just like want somebody who also who
- 41:56Speaker 3: like loves the independence that I have and like I
- 42:00Speaker 3: I know that like codependency and relationship can also be cute,
- 42:03Speaker 3: like to a certain degree, and I want like, I'm
- 42:08Speaker 3: sorry that is so it's the Kanye West.
- 42:10Speaker 2: Oh yeah, then get really.
- 42:15Speaker 3: Where am I Codependency could be cute? Oh yeah, it's cute,
- 42:19Speaker 3: Like I want. I just want somebody who is also
- 42:22Speaker 3: independent and like we just do our own thing and
- 42:25Speaker 3: then we come back together and we just I don't know,
- 42:27Speaker 3: I just have this vision, and maybe I should not
- 42:29Speaker 3: be so specific on my vision, but I do think,
- 42:33Speaker 3: you know, I'm just I'm happy in this dating world
- 42:36Speaker 3: that I'm in right now, and I'm happy doing it privately,
- 42:38Speaker 3: and I have like a lot of hope.
- 42:40Speaker 2: I do.
- 42:42Speaker 3: Best thing, a little bit of hope. I'm gonna leave
- 42:45Speaker 3: you with something. Okay. Oh god, she's crossing her hands.
- 42:50Speaker 3: Thank you? Why I was doing it? Have you read
- 42:56Speaker 3: this book called Calling in the One?
- 42:59Speaker 2: Okay?
- 43:00Speaker 1: It's first of all, it's more than just about It's
- 43:04Speaker 1: more than like a dating book. To me, it felt
- 43:05Speaker 1: like therapy in a book. Like it's like, do you
- 43:08Speaker 1: like homework and stuff? Yeah, I think you're gonna love it.
- 43:10Speaker 3: Okay, it's seven weeks. Every day there's like I'll get
- 43:13Speaker 3: it for you.
- 43:13Speaker 2: I'm happy.
- 43:13Speaker 1: I would love nothing more than to send it to you, okay,
- 43:16Speaker 1: And I like it was like I had major breakthrough
- 43:19Speaker 1: moments doing this book.
- 43:22Speaker 2: Do you still do it if?
- 43:23Speaker 3: Like what if hypothetically speaking, you already called in? What
- 43:26Speaker 3: if I've already called one in and I just wouildll
- 43:28Speaker 3: it reaffirm or like validated. It's not even that because
- 43:31Speaker 3: I did it.
- 43:32Speaker 1: I met my now husband before I finished it, and
- 43:34Speaker 1: I finished it while we were in our early stages
- 43:37Speaker 1: of dating. But it was just like it helped me
- 43:41Speaker 1: like get rid of so much stuff that I've just
- 43:43Speaker 1: toxic stuff that I was just doing in general patterns.
- 43:47Speaker 1: It made me see patterns and stuff in my life.
- 43:48Speaker 1: But I just yeah, anyways, it really was like game changing.
- 43:52Speaker 2: It's stuff like cleaning out space in your closet for
- 43:54Speaker 2: a person, cleaning getting rid of like old packs.
- 43:58Speaker 1: That you maybe had with liketners from your past or whatever.
- 44:01Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah, oh yeah I could. Yeah, I have a
- 44:04Speaker 3: you know what, my like DNA makeup, and I found
- 44:07Speaker 3: out I'm a generator and all the stuff come all
- 44:09Speaker 3: into that. There. She said, my life purpose is to
- 44:12Speaker 3: learn how to let go. And I was like, because
- 44:17Speaker 3: I was like, wow, that is that feels true. Yah,
- 44:19Speaker 3: it's very true. Yeah, I will take that book also,
- 44:22Speaker 3: just I don't know why I talk about X when
- 44:24Speaker 3: I'm with you Becca, But it's faked out.
- 44:26Speaker 2: My danglely feet right now, like that they don't touch the.
- 44:29Speaker 3: I hate that too, and I got upset.
- 44:32Speaker 2: I'm like immediately uncross them.
- 44:34Speaker 1: But we have I have trash can underneath mind that
- 44:37Speaker 1: I usually have my feet up on because I like,
- 44:38Speaker 1: I can't.
- 44:39Speaker 3: I can't seat at the bar at my hotel and
- 44:41Speaker 3: his feet were dangling and I was like, ew, yeah,
- 44:45Speaker 3: it's gross. I can't.
- 44:46Speaker 2: It's weird what like triggers that for for some people,
- 44:50Speaker 2: and some people that don't have that don't understand and
- 44:52Speaker 2: they're like that's so mean. I'm like, it's not mean.
- 44:54Speaker 2: It's just like it's what happens to my brain when.
- 44:57Speaker 3: You do like a lot of like press or like
- 44:59Speaker 3: TV press and they have like on those stools. None
- 45:01Speaker 3: of those stools have.
- 45:03Speaker 1: A place for you to like put your ankles or
- 45:05Speaker 1: like hey put your feet on. So yeah, you have
- 45:07Speaker 1: like dangly feet and on.
- 45:08Speaker 3: Okay, yeah, the dangly feet. I don't know. Yeah, even
- 45:12Speaker 3: iack myself out a lot actually, like I I do
- 45:15Speaker 3: you know the app Marco Polo. So it's this app
- 45:18Speaker 3: where you can like talk to your friends. It's like
- 45:20Speaker 3: a video chat and you can watch it live. Like
- 45:23Speaker 3: if I hit record right now on the Marco Polo,
- 45:25Speaker 3: my girl can be like, Okay, let's talking to me
- 45:26Speaker 3: and then watch it live, or you can watch it
- 45:28Speaker 3: later and like respond back. And I talked to two
- 45:31Speaker 3: of my best friends on it every single day. And
- 45:33Speaker 3: last night I'd had a few glasses of wine and
- 45:36Speaker 3: I decided to send her a Marco Polo about the
- 45:39Speaker 3: Hulu event last night and all the things that went
- 45:41Speaker 3: down and people that were there. And I was eating
- 45:45Speaker 3: chicken tendis and fries and while talking and she was like, oh,
- 45:50Speaker 3: your polo last night it was gold, like you told
- 45:52Speaker 3: me so much inside info. And I went back to
- 45:54Speaker 3: watch it and I was like, ah, I couldn't even watch.
- 45:56Speaker 2: I was so grossed out by myself chewing it, don't
- 46:00Speaker 2: you yes?
- 46:01Speaker 3: And I couldn't. I honestly hate the sound of myself
- 46:04Speaker 3: drinking water. I hate the sound of myself chewing like
- 46:07Speaker 3: I annoy myself. It's not so I'm like I feel
- 46:10Speaker 3: better about it that I'm not just the figure. So
- 46:13Speaker 3: like you, I know I have to get this app.
- 46:16Speaker 2: By the way, I knew I could see your wheel.
- 46:18Speaker 2: I was like, put to Caitlin, please stop telling her
- 46:20Speaker 2: what this is.
- 46:22Speaker 3: It's the best I want my best friend since I
- 46:24Speaker 3: was like, you see you when they've watched it. Yeah,
- 46:26Speaker 3: oh my gosh. You can see when they watched it.
- 46:29Speaker 3: You can see if they're there live watching, you can
- 46:31Speaker 3: like live react to it. I should get paid by
- 46:34Speaker 3: Marco Polo because I talk about this app all the time.
- 46:36Speaker 3: It's I feel about that book.
- 46:38Speaker 1: I'm like, I have probably sold so many of these
- 46:40Speaker 1: and myself I bought Amazon.
- 46:43Speaker 2: No.
- 46:45Speaker 3: Oh yeah, I'm just happy to give them, happy to
- 46:48Speaker 3: give the yes, paying it forward, Yeah, paying for exactly totally.
- 46:52Speaker 2: Okay, I have a question that I want both of
- 46:54Speaker 2: you to answer. It's a critical thinking question. So I'm
- 46:57Speaker 2: going to give you four things and you can choose
- 47:01Speaker 2: one of them that you're the best at, and then
- 47:03Speaker 2: the other three you're the worst at.
- 47:05Speaker 3: Okay, Okay, So.
- 47:06Speaker 2: The things are beauty, brains, talent, and charisma.
- 47:12Speaker 3: Oh, charisma for me, brains interesting joking kiss Like not
- 47:19Speaker 3: what I expected. I was going between brains and charisma.
- 47:23Speaker 2: What is that the fourth one? Talent, beauty, brains, and charisma.
- 47:29Speaker 2: I said, what a great question. So I started following
- 47:33Speaker 2: this girl who she was talking about how she loves
- 47:35Speaker 2: critical thinking questions because she gets so like she hates
- 47:39Speaker 2: small talk and she loves like when people can talk.
- 47:42Speaker 2: That she just met and they asked her something that's
- 47:44Speaker 2: like profound. So I just started going to her videos
- 47:46Speaker 2: and I was like, that's such a good question to
- 47:48Speaker 2: ask one because I thought about it for a long
- 47:50Speaker 2: time because I was like, brains, Like, you're smart, so
- 47:53Speaker 2: you can outsmart things. But I think charisma every time.
- 47:58Speaker 3: I think talent. If you ask me, I'm joking. I
- 48:01Speaker 3: actually don't think I have any of those. You charisma,
- 48:04Speaker 3: yes you do. I don't think I have charisma. I
- 48:06Speaker 3: definitely have charisma.
- 48:07Speaker 2: You have all of those, but the whole thing is
- 48:09Speaker 2: like hype. You can only choose one and then you're
- 48:11Speaker 2: the worst at the others.
- 48:13Speaker 3: I'm definitely going with charisma. I'm I'm pretty talented, though, what.
- 48:21Speaker 2: Do you ever have? Have you ever? I know that
- 48:23Speaker 2: we talked a lot about you, like you've talked a
- 48:25Speaker 2: lot about wanting to host like Dancing with the Stars,
- 48:27Speaker 2: and is there ever, I know that's probably still on
- 48:30Speaker 2: the list. I was.
- 48:31Speaker 3: I was with Alfonso last night and I was like, oh,
- 48:34Speaker 3: you have my dream job. We literally spent one hour
- 48:37Speaker 3: on my golf swing at this Hulu event, just like
- 48:39Speaker 3: him and I just practicing like the golf swing. I
- 48:41Speaker 3: was like, what are we doing? Okay, but he has
- 48:44Speaker 3: my dream job. But they are so good that that
- 48:47Speaker 3: that is kind of like a pipe dream maybe down
- 48:51Speaker 3: the road. I don't see it happening anytime soon because
- 48:54Speaker 3: they are so good. Julianna and Alfonso are so good.
- 48:58Speaker 3: But like I do love hosting. My dream job is
- 49:01Speaker 3: to host a TV show for sure.
- 49:03Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, but you loved you loved Dancing with the Stars.
- 49:05Speaker 3: I was like, well, I if I could just live
- 49:07Speaker 3: there and just hang out with them all the time.
- 49:10Speaker 3: I loved it so much. It was hands down the
- 49:13Speaker 3: hardest thing I ever did, and then also hands down
- 49:15Speaker 3: the most memorable thing I ever did. And like, I
- 49:18Speaker 3: feel like everybody speaks so highly of that show.
- 49:20Speaker 2: Oh it loves me.
- 49:21Speaker 3: Yeah, it's so hard, like the work you put in.
- 49:23Speaker 2: Nobody.
- 49:24Speaker 3: I was with Danny how do you say his last name? Amadella?
- 49:26Speaker 3: Andla what Emmondola he's gonna be like, thanks a lot, Kaylen.
- 49:31Speaker 3: We were with him in Miami for one night. We
- 49:33Speaker 3: had a drink with him and he was talking about
- 49:36Speaker 3: how hard it is. He's like, you do not know
- 49:37Speaker 3: what you're signing up for, but once you get in it,
- 49:39Speaker 3: if you're a competitive person, you're like, I'm going out
- 49:43Speaker 3: there with like cracked ribs and like just still doing it.
- 49:45Speaker 3: And I should have been out of the competition for
- 49:47Speaker 3: because they're like the doctor told me at one point,
- 49:49Speaker 3: They're like, I don't think you should continue dancing, like
- 49:51Speaker 3: you're really doing damage to your body. And I was
- 49:53Speaker 3: like I don't care.
- 49:54Speaker 2: I don't care.
- 49:55Speaker 3: I want to win. And you just you really it's
- 49:58Speaker 3: like eight hours a day and you get one day
- 50:00Speaker 3: off and it's a long show. You get so into
- 50:03Speaker 3: it and the crew and the producers and the whole
- 50:07Speaker 3: all the stars are just so amazing. I just love
- 50:09Speaker 3: it so much. The last night and I was like,
- 50:12Speaker 3: have you met me?
- 50:13Speaker 2: Have you met Riley Arnold? Yes? Okay? Speaking of no
- 50:16Speaker 2: poor like when she came. She came as a guest
- 50:19Speaker 2: and we were staring at her and we were like,
- 50:21Speaker 2: shouldn't have pores on her face?
- 50:23Speaker 3: I will after. This is Emma's makeup from last night.
- 50:26Speaker 2: Oh, I've always admire this is a skill that you have.
- 50:30Speaker 2: It is, this is talent.
- 50:32Speaker 3: I woke up like Lipline are still on, I don't know,
- 50:35Speaker 3: I won't happen. I was like, and I went, that'll work.
- 50:39Speaker 3: I literally was staring at your eye makeup like, yeah,
- 50:41Speaker 3: she was amazing. She was like, Wow, she has a
- 50:44Speaker 3: really good job and like doing it herself. No, this
- 50:46Speaker 3: is all Emma. I just sleep like a vampire. It's great.
- 50:49Speaker 2: That's amazing.
- 50:50Speaker 3: I just put a little powder under my eyes and
- 50:52Speaker 3: a little more lip gloss on cold. It probably looks kind.
- 50:54Speaker 2: Of dirty, but you don't really have any pores either.
- 50:56Speaker 3: Well they're covered up.
- 50:57Speaker 2: But back to Riley.
- 50:59Speaker 3: I saw her also on Your Guys podcast and I
- 51:01Speaker 3: was like, she is the cutest, sweetest, most innocent little
- 51:06Speaker 3: thing I ever met in my life.
- 51:07Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 51:08Speaker 3: Precious, Oh precious is the perfect word for her. She's
- 51:11Speaker 3: Polly Pocket. Yeah.
- 51:12Speaker 2: I have two questions and we're done. Who's been your
- 51:16Speaker 2: most impactful guest that you've had on off the Mine?
- 51:19Speaker 3: Oh? Mel Robins had really Oh my gosh, she changed
- 51:23Speaker 3: my life. Oh yeah, she was amazing. Also, I had
- 51:26Speaker 3: Jay Shaddy on, but it was during zoom times and
- 51:28Speaker 3: I'm so mad I didn't get to just like breathe
- 51:30Speaker 3: in his presence and like smell him. Yeah, but his
- 51:34Speaker 3: conversation with me and mel Robbins, because I feel like
- 51:38Speaker 3: I didn't even need to like say anything, Like she
- 51:40Speaker 3: just sat there and like it's like I went to church,
- 51:42Speaker 3: Like I just sat there being like yeah, wow, yes,
- 51:46Speaker 3: and she calls you out on certain things.
- 51:49Speaker 2: What was the video she called you out when you
- 51:50Speaker 2: said something and she was like, no, I can't.
- 51:53Speaker 3: She was like, I think you need to talk to
- 51:54Speaker 3: your therapist about that. I was like, oh, but I
- 51:57Speaker 3: like that, Like she's just so real and it was yeah,
- 52:01Speaker 3: definitely Meil Robins.
- 52:02Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, who's your pipe dream guest to have on the.
- 52:04Speaker 3: Pop Bradney Spears? Oh wowow do you imagine? I mean
- 52:08Speaker 3: she could still for that long. But yeah, that's like
- 52:12Speaker 3: my unrealistic one. Maybe a realistic one.
- 52:14Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 52:16Speaker 3: Oh gosh, Chelsea Handler was up there for me and
- 52:18Speaker 3: I got to talk to her and that was amazing. Yeah,
- 52:21Speaker 3: I don't I don't know. I talk about this all
- 52:23Speaker 3: the time, and now I forget all the people I
- 52:26Speaker 3: buckle under pressure.
- 52:28Speaker 2: There's zero pressure here.
- 52:29Speaker 3: Yeah, literally pressure, the opposite of pressure. Yeah, maybe like
- 52:34Speaker 3: one of the Kardashians because I just want.
- 52:36Speaker 2: To like know, yeah, how they do?
- 52:39Speaker 3: You know they do? I'd love to have one of
- 52:41Speaker 3: them on too.
- 52:41Speaker 2: I would love to have one of them if we
- 52:42Speaker 2: could be if it could be just like real and
- 52:44Speaker 2: raw and not.
- 52:45Speaker 3: Like yeah, like if they can come in in sweats
- 52:47Speaker 3: with no makeup and just talk about like the real
- 52:49Speaker 3: like like if they have diarrhea or like like yeah yeah,
- 52:54Speaker 3: like yeah, the stuff that you would never know because
- 52:56Speaker 3: they're always so put together. I bet they have diarrhea,
- 52:59Speaker 3: do you think?
- 52:59Speaker 2: I don't sure.
- 53:02Speaker 3: Chloe does, yeah, and Courtney and Courtney.
- 53:05Speaker 2: Yeah let me poo. I don't know about him.
- 53:08Speaker 3: Yeah, Kim's a robot. I would like to know how
- 53:13Speaker 3: to be a billionaire. That's what I would ask her.
- 53:15Speaker 3: How do you get to be a billionaire? I don't
- 53:17Speaker 3: know if I want to be a billionaire. I don't
- 53:19Speaker 3: think I want to be a billionaire, Like why do you?
- 53:21Speaker 2: And then you have and then everything you have to
- 53:23Speaker 2: question every relationship. Are they just my friend? Because I
- 53:27Speaker 2: have billions of dollars and.
- 53:29Speaker 3: You don't need it. You don't need to do with
- 53:31Speaker 3: a billion dollars.
- 53:33Speaker 2: I would just get you have to give it away
- 53:35Speaker 2: for it to be even like ethical. Yeah, you know,
- 53:38Speaker 2: but they don't be doing that, Caitlin. We love you,
- 53:44Speaker 2: thank you for coming in the studio a TikTok or something,
- 53:47Speaker 2: so yeah, can you do that? You can teach us,
- 53:53Speaker 2: but it's hard.
- 53:54Speaker 3: It Actually I finally got it yesterday and I was sweating,
- 53:58Speaker 3: like I was sweating learning to do that.
- 54:00Speaker 2: What if you're doing we're just staying hype you up and.
- 54:02Speaker 3: The Yeah that works. I'm horrible with TikTok or we
- 54:05Speaker 3: can find one that we're all.
- 54:05Speaker 2: Good Yeah, yeah, yeah, I think there's something we can do.
- 54:08Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 54:09Speaker 2: We love you so much. We're so happy for you.
- 54:11Speaker 2: I'm so happy for the place that you're in and
- 54:13Speaker 2: love the person that you are and can't wait, can't
- 54:17Speaker 2: wait to see what forty the forties bringing. Yeah, because
- 54:20Speaker 2: I feel up until then you has brought you a lot,
- 54:23Speaker 2: Like I feel like the thirties brought you a.
- 54:25Speaker 3: Little really good to a lot of ups and a
- 54:27Speaker 3: lot of downs.
- 54:28Speaker 2: That's like, yeah, yeah, you lived a lot of life
- 54:30Speaker 2: in your thirties.
- 54:31Speaker 3: I lived a lot of I think I've lived like
- 54:33Speaker 3: a hundred different lives in my life. Every time I
- 54:35Speaker 3: tell my girl, my girlfriend cat a story, she's like,
- 54:38Speaker 3: of course, that happened to you, Like I just so weird.
- 54:40Speaker 3: Things happened to me all the time. Yeah, but yeah,
- 54:42Speaker 3: thanks for having I don't want to leave.
- 54:45Speaker 2: Next man.
- 54:49Speaker 3: Now I'm really done.
- 54:50Speaker 2: Talking to it. We put a cap on the finale
- 54:55Speaker 2: of all things in the past.
- 54:56Speaker 3: Yeah bye.
- 54:57Speaker 2: It's being left in the thirties forever.
- 55:00Speaker 3: Yeah bye bye.
