Nate's NFL Monday Night Football Wager and Cousin Vinny's Lock of the Week 1028 · Nate's Daily Wager

• 0:06
Welcome to Nate's daily wager. I ain't picking winners, but I
• 0:10
am making wagers. Time to put my money where my
• 0:13
mouth is. This is Nate's daily Wager for
• 0:20
October 28th, 2024. And another sweep him Sunday.
• 0:26
Gaffer got his. I got mine.
• 0:29
Now, Cousin Vinny, he's coming up a little later in this one.
• 0:32
So he deferred on the Sunday to go to the Monday.
• 0:37
But hey, we had ours in the bag all the way.
• 0:41
Yeah, it came down to the last throw in a Hail Mary that was
• 0:44
caught. But hey, we knew it all the way.
• 0:47
All right, So take those winnings, move it
• 0:49
forward-looking at tonight's Monday night game, of course,
• 0:53
cousin's got you on the actual spread part or money line,
• 0:57
you'll find out and I'm going to take you on the total here.
• 1:01
So I think Vinny and I are are are in agreement about how this
• 1:06
game generally is going to go and that's basically crappy
• 1:11
offenses. So looking at the total, it's
• 1:15
sitting at 36 1/2 and I wouldn't be surprised if this if they
• 1:20
don't even it combined the the 30.
• 1:22
So we're going to take the under.
• 1:24
So we're going under 36 1/2 total points between the Giants
• 1:30
and Steelers in tonight's Monday Night Football NFL action.
• 1:35
Is there anything better than that?
• 1:36
Pound it. That's my pick and I'm sticking
• 1:37
to it. Oh, and cousin, tell them what
• 1:40
you got. Yo, it's called a mini.
• 1:42
We're going in the week 8 and I'm 6:00 and 1:00 and if you
• 1:46
haven't started to follow along by now then I don't know what
• 1:48
it's going to take to get you on board to cousin Viddy Choo Choo
• 1:51
train as we head towards 7 and one this week.
• 1:55
Keeping with the theme of just finding terrible teams that are
• 1:59
going to get chillax, last week as an Eagles fan, I got to watch
• 2:04
the Giants. They just got nothing man.
• 2:08
Daniel Jones stinks, they gave up eight sacks and Eagles
• 2:14
defense, which I hope they're that good, but I'm not sure
• 2:16
they're that good and they just can't move the ball.
• 2:20
Danny Boy was pulled by the end of the game and you know it was
• 2:23
over before it even started. Now this week, the Giants go
• 2:28
into Pittsburgh on Monday Night Football and they are a six
• 2:32
point dog. So they're going into Pittsburgh
• 2:34
where they're going to play against arguably the best
• 2:37
defense in the league, led by arguably one of the best pass
• 2:41
rushers in the league in TJ Watt.
• 2:44
They're also going up against the Pittsburgh offense that all
• 2:47
of a sudden is shown a spark of life.
• 2:49
They've got 30 points in the last two games and all of a
• 2:51
sudden Russ is cooking for the first time in a couple of years.
• 2:55
Got some nice pieces around them.
• 2:56
George Pickens hauling in some nice catches, and Nanji Harris
• 2:59
is breaking the 100 yard mark last week over the first time in
• 3:03
a long time. I know there's been a lot of
• 3:05
fantasy owners out there on the 9G trainer, I should say, got
• 3:08
off the 9G train the last two years, but looks like this team
• 3:10
is starting to really click. They got an offense all of a
• 3:13
sudden and they have a good defense.
• 3:15
So income, the lowly New York Football Giants, and they're
• 3:19
only getting 6 points. You know it's under a touchdown.
• 3:23
I like this number. I just don't see the Giants
• 3:26
scoring more than 10 points at most, and I could see the
• 3:30
Steelers at least putting up 20, easily covering the six points.
• 3:35
So take the Steelers -6 points at home on Monday Night Football
• 3:42
and enjoy it as we head to seven and one on a season.
• 3:46
