Speaker 1: I am probably the President's number one thing and that's
• 0:07
Speaker 1: not going to change. And the hate or what people
• 0:13
Speaker 1: have to say, it does not affect me at all.
• 0:17
Speaker 1: It actually motivates me to support him more, and it's
• 0:21
Speaker 1: going to motivate all of us to support him more.
• 0:23
Speaker 1: We're not going to let them get away with bullying
• 0:26
Speaker 1: him and you know, the smear campaigns, it's not going
• 0:29
Speaker 1: to work. Okay, he has a lot of force behind
• 0:34
Speaker 1: him and God is protecting him.
• 0:39
Speaker 2: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben ferguson.
• 0:43
Speaker 3: Good Thursday morning. It's so nice to have you with
• 0:45
Speaker 3: us on the forty seven Morning Update, and we've got
• 0:47
Speaker 3: two big stories for you. First up, the FBI search
• 0:52
Speaker 3: the Fulton County election office in Georgia. So what are
• 0:56
Speaker 3: they looking for and what are they find? We'll have
• 0:58
Speaker 3: all that information for you and just a moment. Also,
• 1:02
Speaker 3: shocking new video shows Alex Pretty in a clash with
• 1:06
Speaker 3: Ice agents days before his fatal shooting in Minneapolis. Not
• 1:11
Speaker 3: only was he busted in the video spitting, shouting and
• 1:15
Speaker 3: kicking out the taillight of ICE agents vehicles, but the
• 1:19
Speaker 3: Left has now gone completely silent on what they were
• 1:22
Speaker 3: claiming he actually was instead of a radical activist protester.
• 1:27
Speaker 3: Before we get to that, though, can you buy real
• 1:30
Speaker 3: bitcoin in your retirement account? If not, it's time to

Speaker 3: ben to learn more right now or call eight six
• 1:50
Speaker 3: six six seven nine seven eight seven to one. That's
• 1:55
Speaker 3: eight sixty six six seven nine seven eight seven to one.
• 1:59
Speaker 3: It's forty seven morning Update and it starts right now.
• 2:03
  Speaker 2: Story number one.
• 2:04
Speaker 3: It is a question that every American should ask. Are
• 2:08
Speaker 3: our elections actually honest? Are they fair? Or are their vulnerabilities?
• 2:15
Speaker 3: We know from new reporting and this is a shocking headline,
• 2:19
Speaker 3: fifty plus Mexican consulates were working to upend the US elections.
• 2:26
Speaker 3: You may not even heard about this story, but in
• 2:29
Speaker 3: a brand new blockbuster book, The Invisible Coup, how American
• 2:34
Speaker 3: elites and foreign powers use immigration as a weapon, it
• 2:38
Speaker 3: is now exposing how the Mexican government has built a
• 2:42
Speaker 3: sophisticated political influence network inside the United States of America.
• 2:47
Speaker 3: And what are they trying to do? One thing, They're
• 2:51
Speaker 3: trying to reshape our American elections as well as our culture,
• 2:55
Speaker 3: and then the policies. This is truly shocking to see
• 2:59
Speaker 3: that there are fifty plus consulates from Mexico that are
• 3:03
Speaker 3: literally trying to change the outcome of our elections, Which
• 3:06
Speaker 3: brings us to the even bigger story of what happened
• 3:09
Speaker 3: in twenty twenty. We now are being told that FBI
• 3:13
Speaker 3: agents executed a court authorized search warrant at the Fulton
• 3:18
Speaker 3: County Election Hub and Operation Center near Atlanta, Georgia. The
• 3:23
Speaker 3: operation involved seizing records and materials related to the twenty
• 3:28
Speaker 3: twenty president election, including ballots and other election documents. Federal
• 3:35
Speaker 3: action on the twenty twenty election records is a major
• 3:39
Speaker 3: point of the investigation, and the fact that the Department
• 3:42
Speaker 3: of Justice and the FBI are actively collecting materials tied
• 3:46
Speaker 3: to the election can obviously be spun by many as
• 3:50
Speaker 3: to say Donald Trump may have been right all along.
• 3:54
Speaker 3: They're finally reviewing the concerns that were previously dismissed by
• 3:58
Speaker 3: the last regime. Now, court authorized law enforcement activity is
• 4:02
Speaker 3: a big deal. The FBI did not act unilaterally. They
• 4:08
Speaker 3: secured a judge signed warrant, which means a federal magistrate
• 4:13
Speaker 3: found probable cause to authorize the search. So when the
• 4:18
Speaker 3: media says this is Trump going on a witch hunt,
• 4:20
Speaker 3: be clear a judge had to authorize this. What it
• 4:24
Speaker 3: also means is this is now a legitimate legal case
• 4:28
Speaker 3: with legitimate legal action, rather than a political witch hunt
• 4:33
Speaker 3: or a political stunt, which is of course how many
• 4:36
Speaker 3: in the media in the left will try to spend this.
• 4:39
Speaker 3: President Trump had publicly demanded accountability. In fact, just last week,
• 4:44
Speaker 3: Donald Trump predicted prosecutions tied to the twenty twenty election,
• 4:49
Speaker 3: and now federal agents are executing a warrant tied to
• 4:53
Speaker 3: that election debate, which supporters might see as a major
• 4:58
Speaker 3: call to action. It is long overdue. I want you
• 5:02
Speaker 3: to take a listen to how Brett Baer at Fox
• 5:04
Speaker 3: News Channel explain the Fulton County office being raided by
• 5:08
  Speaker 3: the FBI.
• 5:10
Speaker 4: Not FBI agents are going through materials found today during
• 5:13
Speaker 4: a search of the Fulton County, Georgia election office. That
• 5:17
Speaker 4: search is said to be related to the twenty twenty election,
• 5:20
Speaker 4: of course, by the David Spott has details tonight, Good
• 5:23
  Speaker 4: even David.
• 5:23
Speaker 5: Brett Good evening. FBI agents are still on site at
• 5:27
Speaker 5: the records warehouse for the Fulton County Georgia Board of elections.
• 5:31
Speaker 5: The matter is sealed before court, meaning details are limited,
• 5:34
Speaker 5: but we can report this is related to the twenty
• 5:37
Speaker 5: twenty presidential elections. Sources tell Fox News that agents retrieved documents, phones,
• 5:42
Speaker 5: and computers after a judge signed to warrant. President Trump
• 5:45
Speaker 5: is long made Georgia, and specifically Fulton County, a target
• 5:49
Speaker 5: of his complaints relating to the twenty twenty election. Shortly
• 5:52
Speaker 5: after that election, Trump spoke to Georgia's Secretary of State
• 5:56
Speaker 5: Brad Raffensberger and said he needed eleven thousand and seven
• 6:00
Speaker 5: hundred and eighty votes to win the state. At the time,
• 6:02
Speaker 5: Raffensberger said he felt pressure from Trump and denied any
• 6:06
Speaker 5: widespread election fraud. He continues to deny it to this
• 6:09
Speaker 5: day now. Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis brought state
• 6:12
Speaker 5: criminal charges again then former President Trump and others in
• 6:17
Speaker 5: twenty twenty three for conspiracy to overturn the election, but
• 6:20
Speaker 5: her prosecution Brett was eventually derailed completely after it was
• 6:24
Speaker 5: revealed she had an intimate relationship with a top prosecutor
• 6:27
Speaker 5: on her team and it could have tainted the case.
• 6:30
Speaker 5: Late last year, a judge dismissed the case in its entirety,
• 6:33
Speaker 5: now Brett. Last month, the Justice Department sued Fulton County, Georgia,
• 6:37
Speaker 5: seeking access to twenty twenty voting records after state officials
• 6:41
Speaker 5: allegedly failed to respond to a subpoena. Fox News has
• 6:44
Speaker 5: learned the head of the FBI's Atlanta field office was
• 6:47
Speaker 5: recently forced out in recent days. But its unclear Brett
• 6:50
Speaker 5: if this is all related.
• 6:52
Speaker 3: One point that should also be made. In twenty twenty,
• 6:55
Speaker 3: many believe it wasn't even an election in Georgia. It
• 6:58
Speaker 3: was a crime scene Biden, Georgia, they said, by eleven thousand,
• 7:02
Speaker 3: seven hundred and seventy nine votes. But Fulton County was
• 7:05
Speaker 3: forced to admit certifying about three hundred and fifteen thousand
• 7:09
Speaker 3: early votes without poll workers signatures that they said we're
• 7:14
Speaker 3: supposed to be required. Forty thousand citizen affi davids of
• 7:19
Speaker 3: election fraud were also filed in Georgia. The FBI are
• 7:24
Speaker 3: now loading those twenty twenty election ballots into trucks right
• 7:28
Speaker 3: now at the Fulton County election office. You have to
• 7:31
Speaker 3: ask yourself this question, who is worried, if anyone at all.
• 7:37
Speaker 3: President Trump also talking about Georgia, and here's what he
• 7:41
Speaker 3: had to say about a month ago on the issue.
• 7:44
Speaker 6: Did you have one yes? Please, thank you, mister President.
• 7:47
Speaker 2: I'm going to ask you about the Georgia Senate race.
• 7:49
Speaker 6: I know it's very early, but there's several Republicans who
• 7:52
Speaker 6: that deal that are lying for your endorsement.
• 7:53
Speaker 5: A lot of the people.
• 7:55
  Speaker 2: Yeah at all.
• 7:57
Speaker 6: I haven't made a decision on them, but you have
• 8:00
Speaker 6: very good people in the Georgia senators, well governments, the government.
• 8:06
Speaker 6: As he stood to me about it a lot. He
• 8:08
Speaker 6: likes that candidate Alow And I understand that I haven't
• 8:12
Speaker 6: made a decision yet, but I'm following that race very carefully.
• 8:17
Speaker 6: I think it's very important for Georgia to get a
• 8:19
Speaker 6: real senator because the senator they have now is a
• 8:21
Speaker 6: horrible senator. He allows all the crime, all the border
• 8:25
Speaker 6: you have open borders. I mean, his old philosophy is
• 8:28
Speaker 6: a disaster. That's not representative of the people of Georgia.
• 8:31
Speaker 6: I know the people of Georgia. I won Georgia three times,
• 8:34
Speaker 6: but they say twice.
• 8:36
Speaker 3: President Trump, putting it perfectly, I won Georgia three times,
• 8:40
Speaker 3: but they say twice. Now, with the FBI involved, we
• 8:43
Speaker 3: may actually get an answer to that big question did
• 8:47
Speaker 3: the president win Georgia in twenty twenty and if he did,
• 8:51
Speaker 3: what's the accountability for those that change the outcome of
• 8:55
  Speaker 3: the election.
• 8:56
Speaker 2: Next story number two, Alex Preddy.
• 8:59
Speaker 3: Is that guy guy who was shot and killed by
• 9:02
Speaker 3: ICE agents in Minnesota. He is the man the Left
• 9:06
Speaker 3: wants you to believe was an innocent bystander that did
• 9:09
Speaker 3: nothing wrong and he was somehow murdered by ICE agents. Well,
• 9:14
Speaker 3: there is new video that has come out showing the
• 9:17
Speaker 3: complete opposite of that narrative. What we now know is
• 9:22
Speaker 3: that in new footage, Alex pretty was armed, spitting at
• 9:27
Speaker 3: federal Immigration officers and smashing the tail lights of their
• 9:32
Speaker 3: black SUV during a psychotic clash more than a week
• 9:37
Speaker 3: before he was fatally shot by Border Patrol agents in Minneapolis.
• 9:42
Speaker 3: The video, which the BBC said is verified and has
• 9:47
Speaker 3: now gone viral, captured the ICU nurse yelling at agents
• 9:53
Speaker 3: while they were driving away during a heated January the
• 9:56
Speaker 3: thirteenth protest, before booting the back of the car, prompting
• 10:01
Speaker 3: them to jump out and tackle him to the ground
• 10:03
Speaker 3: after knocking out their tail light. The man who was
• 10:06
Speaker 3: wearing similar clothes in the video to what Preddy had
• 10:10
Speaker 3: on when he was fatally shot last Saturday. Was taken
• 10:13
Speaker 3: to the ground by at least five agents who deployed
• 10:16
Speaker 3: tear gas into the crowd during the wild confrontation. Now
• 10:22
Speaker 3: the hordes of agents continue to hold him down until
• 10:25
Speaker 3: he retreated and joined the crowd and shouting at the
• 10:28
Speaker 3: agents with a gun visibly tucked into the back of
• 10:32
Speaker 3: his pants. Homeland Security Investigations is reviewing the newest footage
• 10:37
Speaker 3: of the thirty seven year olds apparent prior brushed with
• 10:40
Speaker 3: federal agents just day before the fatal shooting took place.
• 10:44
Speaker 3: A spokesman for Preddy's devastated family and the family's attorneys
• 10:49
Speaker 3: have verified that the man in the video is pretty
• 10:54
Speaker 3: that coming from the Minnesota Star Tribune a week before
• 10:57
Speaker 3: Alex was gunned down the street, posing no threat to anyone,
• 11:02
Speaker 3: he was violently assaulted by a group of ICE agents,
• 11:04
Speaker 3: is what the family attorney said in his statement to
• 11:07
Speaker 3: the Post. Obviously he doesn't match what you can literally
• 11:10
Speaker 3: see with your own eyes in the video. Then this,
• 11:14
Speaker 3: nothing that happened a full week before could possibly have
• 11:18
Speaker 3: justified alex killing at the hand of Ice on January
• 11:21
Speaker 3: the twenty fourth. Now, Preddy was apparently known to federal
• 11:25
Speaker 3: authorities and had suffered a broken rib during that confrontation
• 11:31
Speaker 3: with agents eleven days before his death. Is what CNN reported.
• 11:35
Speaker 3: Federal officers pulled the loaded six hour pistol from his
• 11:39
Speaker 3: waistband before the shooting took place. DHS investigators believe in
• 11:44
Speaker 3: errant round from Pretti's own pistol after it was taken
• 11:48
Speaker 3: away from him may have prompted Border patrol agents to
• 11:51
Speaker 3: then open fire. Now, the deadly caught on camera incident
• 11:56
Speaker 3: has erupted when he wedged himself between a female protester
• 12:00
Speaker 3: and ICE officers and was tackled and disarmed by border
• 12:03
Speaker 3: patrol before two agents shot him dead in that fight.
• 12:09
Speaker 3: The two federal immigration officers who fired their weapons at
• 12:12
Speaker 3: Preddy have been placed on administrative leave now. That is
• 12:15
Speaker 3: standard protocol for agents involved in a shooting, the Department
• 12:18
Speaker 3: of Homing Security confirming that on Wednesday. Now, neither of
• 12:23
Speaker 3: those agents have been identified publicly yet. What we do
• 12:27
Speaker 3: know is Prady's death was a second shooting involving federal
• 12:31
Speaker 3: immigration officers of Minnesota in less than three weeks, during
• 12:35
Speaker 3: the Trump administration's massive rollout of illegal migrants in the
• 12:39
Speaker 3: North Star State, and on January the seventh, ICE agent
• 12:43
Speaker 3: Jonathan Ross, shot and killed a thirty seven year old
• 12:46
Speaker 3: mother of three. We know her is read a good
• 12:49
Speaker 3: after federal authorities showed on video that she used her
• 12:53
Speaker 3: two ton car to ram an officer, him shooting to
• 12:58
Speaker 3: save his own life. Now, both sho have sparked waves
• 13:01
Speaker 3: of protests across the state, prompting local and national elected
• 13:05
Speaker 3: officials to call for President Trump to pull ICE out
• 13:08
Speaker 3: of Minneapolis and Minnesota to defuse the chaos. Clearly, that
• 13:14
Speaker 3: is not going to happen. What has happened is Trump
• 13:18
Speaker 3: has sent the borders are tom home to Minnesota, putting
• 13:21
Speaker 3: Homeland Security Segretate Christy Nome on the sidelines and leaving
• 13:25
Speaker 3: her future in the administration uncertain, at least from a
• 13:28
Speaker 3: public standpoint. We also know the President did put out
• 13:31
Speaker 3: a statements saying that he stood by Christy Nome. So
• 13:35
Speaker 3: you have to decide who you want to believe. US
• 13:38
Speaker 3: Border Patrol chief, who is leading the massive immigration operation
• 13:42
Speaker 3: in Minneapolis, and other agents have been pulled out of
• 13:45
Speaker 3: Minneapolis after the latest violence erupted. So here we are
• 13:49
Speaker 3: with the President of the United States of America. Yet
• 13:52
Speaker 3: again showing that the media lied to all of us
• 13:55
Speaker 3: about Alex Pretty. They tried to turn him into some
• 13:58
Speaker 3: innocent individual when the reality is he is assaulting law
• 14:03
Speaker 3: enforcement on a regular basis.
