- 1:21Speaker 1: so fantastic, and you guys have grown so much over
- 1:24Speaker 1: the years. So what has brought you together today? Are
- 1:27Speaker 1: you on site or what are you doing? Are you
- 1:29Speaker 1: in Charleston?
- 1:30Speaker 3: Are you We're in Kansas City, the Charleston of Missouri,
- 1:36Speaker 3: and shout out, yeah, okay, nice, nice, nice, Oh my god,
- 1:41Speaker 3: that's amazing. Look at this like production guys already.
- 1:45Speaker 4: Know as a production value has already gone up.
- 1:52Speaker 3: We are working on something super secret. We can't I'm
- 1:55Speaker 3: just kidding. I love when influencers do that, and then
- 1:57Speaker 3: it's like I'm doing a collab, but.
- 2:01Speaker 1: I can't wait to share with you guys. Big announcement tomorrow.
- 2:06Speaker 3: We are gonna go see Heather McMahon Tonight's fantastic together.
- 2:10Speaker 2: Yes, so that's what we're doing. But very rarely are
- 2:13Speaker 2: we together.
- 2:14Speaker 4: Abby's in Saint Louis if you're not familiar with us,
- 2:17Speaker 4: This is Vanessa speaking. Abby's in Saint Louis and I'm
- 2:20Speaker 4: in Kansas City and it's a four hour drive. So
- 2:23Speaker 4: we are very often not together in the same room,
- 2:26Speaker 4: and very often we don't know what to do, Like
- 2:29Speaker 4: I'm avoiding eye contact with her, but I'm also like
- 2:32Speaker 4: practically so this will be fun.
- 2:35Speaker 3: What happened?
- 2:37Speaker 1: Lisa Barlow? The thing is they do a podcast together
- 2:40Speaker 1: and it's always remote, and now they've joined together as one.
- 2:44Speaker 1: She doesn't like to Every once in a while, I
- 2:45Speaker 1: have to tell Lisa Barlow, like what happened?
- 2:48Speaker 3: Yeah, it's hard for her. She has a lot to
- 2:50Speaker 3: keep up with.
- 2:51Speaker 1: Did you guys love that Wendy's commercial that she did
- 2:54Speaker 1: with West and Jesse?
- 2:57Speaker 3: I don't know what I love more the commercial or
- 2:59Speaker 3: the re action, Like Jesse posted to social media like
- 3:03Speaker 3: they were freaking out overseeing their Wendy's commercial And I
- 3:06Speaker 3: thought that was so sweet because it's like you guys
- 3:08Speaker 3: starred in it. You know, it happened, but they were
- 3:10Speaker 3: just like Jesse and West were so excited. What an
- 3:13Speaker 3: unexpected trio. But oddly, I feel like they would all
- 3:16Speaker 3: get along very well.
- 3:18Speaker 1: Yeah. And then also, you know what I would love
- 3:19Speaker 1: to see out of Jesse is to see him start
- 3:23Speaker 1: commenting on Lisa Barlow's posts like fire, you're so hot,
- 3:27Speaker 1: you know, just going berserve baby gorgeous?
- 3:30Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 3:31Speaker 4: I wonder what John Barlow would think though, I mean
- 3:35Speaker 4: some of his things. He said, it's more than being
- 3:38Speaker 4: super hot, it's just more or less, you know your
- 3:42Speaker 4: Itit's look great, Lisa.
- 3:43Speaker 2: I don't know John Barlow. Oh knowing John.
- 3:48Speaker 3: Even him mad, he'd be like, yeah, I really wish
- 3:50Speaker 3: Jesse wouldn't make those comments. Like he literally gets like
- 3:53Speaker 3: a you know, oh my god. He never really eats mad.
- 3:57Speaker 1: Except that time with Justin, which was wild. He just
- 4:00Speaker 1: stepped right and he just like took his like real
- 4:03Speaker 1: pointy shoulders and was like hey and those shoulders like
- 4:06Speaker 1: really made that move. It was it was impressive. It's impressive.
- 4:10Speaker 1: But we're here to talk about Southern shar Mom's braw
- 4:18Speaker 1: and I am so excited to do that. So let's
- 4:20Speaker 1: let's welcome in this recap.
- 4:23Speaker 5: Welcome.
- 4:25Speaker 1: Have you noticed that everyone's welcome anyway?
- 4:27Speaker 2: It's a thing.
- 4:27Speaker 3: You'll do this, Okay, I love it.
- 4:31Speaker 1: So so basically this was a I mean, Southern charm
- 4:35Speaker 1: is really delivering obviously, just hitting it, hitting it hard.
- 4:39Speaker 1: And we finally in this episode got some resolution with
- 4:43Speaker 1: Sienna and Shep and that was really nice to see you.
- 4:45Speaker 1: It took a long time to get there. He really
- 4:48Speaker 1: threw himself prostrate to the viewers, you know, he really did.
- 4:54Speaker 1: He just let himself be roadkill for all of us
- 4:57Speaker 1: to see him be demolished by her over and over
- 5:03Speaker 1: and over again.
- 5:04Speaker 3: You know, I give them a lot of credit too,
- 5:08Speaker 3: because then everyone else was like chiming in, like how
- 5:11Speaker 3: awkward to be broken up with? But then everyone else
- 5:14Speaker 3: asking the person who basically just dumped you about the
- 5:18Speaker 3: relationship like that none of this is normal, I mean
- 5:21Speaker 3: the whole, the whole setup. Like you meet this person
- 5:23Speaker 3: on Riyah, she lives in the Bahamas, You're gonna go
- 5:25Speaker 3: visit her. I'm like, okay, like this is not normal.
- 5:29Speaker 3: But poor guy just having to constantly relive the heartbreak.
- 5:33Speaker 2: Okay.
- 5:34Speaker 4: I might be in the minority here, but these non
- 5:37Speaker 4: freckled lips loves every second of it. Because we don't
- 5:40Speaker 4: see enough men get rejected on TV. Love always the
- 5:46Speaker 4: girls and they're crying. They're the ones running off, They're
- 5:49Speaker 4: the ones maybe sleeping on the recliner. And I'm here
- 5:53Speaker 4: for a sad man on my screens because I don't
- 5:56Speaker 4: see it enough.
- 5:57Speaker 1: I'm here for it too.
- 5:59Speaker 2: I have to.
- 6:00Speaker 3: I wonder what point did shep think these feelings were mutual,
- 6:02Speaker 3: because I did not see any reciprocation even when she
- 6:06Speaker 3: was in Charleston. It didn't feel like she was overly affectionate.
- 6:11Speaker 2: It didn't.
- 6:12Speaker 3: I don't know. I just like, I don't think shep
- 6:14Speaker 3: she ever thought this was going to be endgame, you
- 6:17Speaker 3: were gonna be her husband.
- 6:19Speaker 1: He keeps referring to, like, well, what was it that
- 6:23Speaker 1: we had? I mean, all those things that we said
- 6:25Speaker 1: and the moments that we had, And I keep thinking
- 6:28Speaker 1: it sounds like it was just one night where you
- 6:32Speaker 1: guys did ayahuasca. That's what it seems like to me.
- 6:35Speaker 1: They did ayahuasca. They laid on the beach, they had
- 6:38Speaker 1: sex like a million times, and they were just talking
- 6:42Speaker 1: about a future with each other or without each other,
- 6:46Speaker 1: but some sort of future. And he is holding onto
- 6:49Speaker 1: that because I don't understand how he can be so
- 6:52Speaker 1: they can be so on different pages, and she is
- 6:55Speaker 1: just straight up denying everything. And to watch her say, oh,
- 7:00Speaker 1: weren't over again so quietly, but we weren't in a relationship.
- 7:07Speaker 2: Yeah, that's the part that.
- 7:10Speaker 4: Is that he is like, I love you, wasn't wasn't
- 7:13Speaker 4: that real?
- 7:14Speaker 2: But then he's like.
- 7:15Speaker 4: It's very millennial of you like to put like you
- 7:18Speaker 4: want to put a label on it. Yeah, I think
- 7:21Speaker 4: most people if you're gonna say I love you, at
- 7:24Speaker 4: least want to know that we're in a relationship.
- 7:27Speaker 2: That's not asking too.
- 7:28Speaker 1: Much, Yeah, she I mean he wants to be like
- 7:33Speaker 1: he wants everyone to feel the sense of confirmation that
- 7:37Speaker 1: they at least had something at one point, and he
- 7:39Speaker 1: wants everybody to know. But she's like, yeah, I can't
- 7:43Speaker 1: even give that to you, like even that, I don't
- 7:47Speaker 1: if I said it, probably didn't mean it. Don't even
- 7:49Speaker 1: know if I said it. If I said it, that
- 7:51Speaker 1: you probably just misheard it. I probably just said I
- 7:55Speaker 1: like cupcakes and you heard I love you. Because he
- 7:57Speaker 1: is so skewed with his thinking, it's like the delusion
- 8:02Speaker 1: is like Housewives almost, you know.
- 8:06Speaker 3: I mean it is very like Sonya Morgan lifestyle brand,
- 8:10Speaker 3: Like you know, it's like just not aware of any
- 8:13Speaker 3: like the actual real life interactions. You're just like, no,
- 8:17Speaker 3: like in my head, I'm marrying this person and we're
- 8:20Speaker 3: in love, right.
- 8:21Speaker 2: And that's just what it's gonna be.
- 8:23Speaker 3: And like I even his friends like, wasn't the best
- 8:26Speaker 3: episode for Craig, and we love Craig over here, I
- 8:28Speaker 3: felt like it was maybe just a little too harsh
- 8:31Speaker 3: at times. But even his friends are trying to like
- 8:33Speaker 3: tell him, this isn't good for you. You're gonna end
- 8:37Speaker 3: up on like sleeping on a beach again. She's kind
- 8:39Speaker 3: of made it clear, but I feel like he sort
- 8:41Speaker 3: of forced her to do this dinner, like why otherwise.
- 8:44Speaker 2: She showed up.
- 8:46Speaker 1: I almost like I was wondering that too abby, and
- 8:48Speaker 1: I was thinking, like, well, once we finally saw the scene,
- 8:52Speaker 1: and at the end of it, he said, so, you know,
- 8:56Speaker 1: we were on this journey together. It was like a
- 8:58Speaker 1: roller coaster going up. So this is just shocking to me.
- 9:02Speaker 1: This is just very sudden, and so this is it now.
- 9:05Speaker 1: And at the end of this conversation he's like, I
- 9:07Speaker 1: just let's you know, at least just have a good night,
- 9:10Speaker 1: even though it's over. And I thought, okay, Well, then
- 9:13Speaker 1: he obviously knew that he wanted closure with her on
- 9:18Speaker 1: camera for us to see, and he was willing to
- 9:20Speaker 1: do that, and for that I appreciate it. But when
- 9:22Speaker 1: he met up with when he stormed into Craig and
- 9:26Speaker 1: Austin's room and had to, you know, feast his eyes
- 9:29Speaker 1: on their badly burned bodies from that boat trip, he
- 9:35Speaker 1: didn't really lay it out like that. He wasn't like
- 9:38Speaker 1: I need that closure and I just wanted to tell
- 9:40Speaker 1: me like eighteen more times and then I'll be able
- 9:42Speaker 1: to move on. It seemed like he was going to
- 9:45Speaker 1: continue to profess his love and not hear it. But
- 9:48Speaker 1: so they were like why would you do that? So
- 9:52Speaker 1: that it made more sense in the end, but at
- 9:54Speaker 1: the beginning it was absurd that Craig was like, why
- 9:58Speaker 1: are you going to put yourself on to this? Don't
- 10:00Speaker 1: do it man, like I are.
- 10:04Speaker 5: But and that what also smiled is the megaladon of
- 10:07Speaker 5: it all is the necklace that he's so delusional that
- 10:12Speaker 5: he decides to gift while his ex girlfriend is present.
- 10:17Speaker 4: Another megaladon, and then like for claims like this one
- 10:21Speaker 4: is more special like.
- 10:22Speaker 2: Another, like staff Taylor.
- 10:25Speaker 4: Taylor has so many opportunities to roast this man, embarrass
- 10:30Speaker 4: him in front of Sienna, and she handled I mean,
- 10:33Speaker 4: she handles herself so much better than I would. But
- 10:36Speaker 4: he's like, no, that was a great Why this is like.
- 10:38Speaker 3: Better, more historic, more prehistoric. Yeah, I'm like, poor Taylor, Like,
- 10:44Speaker 3: oh so now even my ugly shark tooth necklace isn't
- 10:47Speaker 3: to the level of which you're giving Sierra r or Sienna. Yeah,
- 10:51Speaker 3: just uh, but Taylor has to feel somewhat vindicated watching
- 10:58Speaker 3: all of this unravel, like this is what he's done
- 11:01Speaker 3: to so many women, now he's experienced it himself. Like
- 11:04Speaker 3: she said, she at one point actually found herself feeling
- 11:07Speaker 3: bad for him, which I mean, I give her credit,
- 11:10Speaker 3: because I don't know if somebody admitted a cheating on
- 11:13Speaker 3: me but then kept playing mind games with me at
- 11:15Speaker 3: a reunion, saying like they think they might have married
- 11:17Speaker 3: me if things had gone differently, and just messing.
- 11:20Speaker 2: With her the way he did.
- 11:21Speaker 3: Yeah, I appreciate that she was like, no, I actually
- 11:23Speaker 3: feel bad because this is pretty embarrassing to have to
- 11:26Speaker 3: watch him be told by a woman multiple times she's
- 11:30Speaker 3: just not into him.
- 11:32Speaker 1: I thought at the beginning of the season that Taylor
- 11:34Speaker 1: was not over him, that we were going to have
- 11:36Speaker 1: to watch this entire season of her being very still
- 11:40Speaker 1: in the anger phase of their breakup and also deep
- 11:44Speaker 1: down beneath the anger, pining for him and just wishing
- 11:48Speaker 1: that they never broke up. I really thought we were
- 11:51Speaker 1: headed in that direction. So for this dinner for her
- 11:55Speaker 1: to be like, oh my god, Craig being like, oh Taylor,
- 11:59Speaker 1: this is like salt in the wound, like seeing him
- 12:01Speaker 1: give like this woman in the same thing and gave
- 12:03Speaker 1: you and not fighting for you like he's fight and
- 12:07Speaker 1: she's like, no, I'm actually okay. It was so believable
- 12:11Speaker 1: she is okay, like she's this is actually helping her
- 12:15Speaker 1: move on and heal. And I did not expect that.
- 12:18Speaker 3: But Craig.
- 12:20Speaker 1: With the how does it feel to watch him fight
- 12:23Speaker 1: for someone else and he didn't fight for you? You guys?
- 12:28Speaker 3: I mean I give her credit that she's on a
- 12:30Speaker 3: healing journey with.
- 12:32Speaker 2: That that didn't derail.
- 12:34Speaker 3: Her from her healing this. Yeah, Like, Craig, if someone
- 12:38Speaker 3: talked to you like that directly post break up to
- 12:42Speaker 3: page you would like not like you would have just
- 12:45Speaker 3: stormed off, like yeah, good for Taylor. I do believe
- 12:49Speaker 3: her too, where she's like, no, actually this doesn't bother
- 12:51Speaker 3: me in the slightest, like she seems so unbothered.
- 12:54Speaker 1: Absolutely, I'm so happy for her now, guest On, I
- 12:57Speaker 1: don't necessarily think that that's going to be, you know,
- 12:59Speaker 1: the right route in the long run, but at least
- 13:02Speaker 1: she has like wrapped it up with SHEP and went
- 13:06Speaker 1: on her way. You know what I was surprised about
- 13:08Speaker 1: Shep saying that he's had his heart broken three or
- 13:12Speaker 1: four times, and this is the first time that when
- 13:17Speaker 1: he went to fight for that, that this person didn't
- 13:21Speaker 1: appear to want that to happen. What did you make
- 13:24Speaker 1: of that? Because I thought that was a pretty shocking
- 13:26Speaker 1: statement because I was under the impression this is the
- 13:28Speaker 1: first time he's ever fought for someone and been dumped.
- 13:32Speaker 1: So what are your thoughts on this?
- 13:34Speaker 3: I can't believe he had his heart broken three or
- 13:36Speaker 3: four times, because we've has never discussed that at all.
- 13:38Speaker 3: I was more like, well, who are these women? We
- 13:40Speaker 3: need him no more?
- 13:41Speaker 4: Right again, I'm here for a sad man's shep. I think,
- 13:44Speaker 4: to me, this is like a trust fund.
- 13:47Speaker 2: He's been spoon fed.
- 13:49Speaker 4: He was like who was always used to being the
- 13:51Speaker 4: guy and always getting his way, probably his pick of
- 13:54Speaker 4: the litter with the girls. And I'm here for him
- 13:58Speaker 4: being humbled and the fact that CNA is going to
- 14:00Speaker 4: continue to be the one that got away in his mind,
- 14:03Speaker 4: Like I look forward to what other Taylor swift lyrics
- 14:06Speaker 4: he's going to.
- 14:06Speaker 2: Be quoting.
- 14:09Speaker 4: A thousand cuts. I'm just I don't know sad Man's shep.
- 14:13Speaker 4: I thoroughly enjoyed it.
- 14:17Speaker 1: You know what I was thinking. I'm thinking that the
- 14:20Speaker 1: people that he's referring to that he got his heart
- 14:23Speaker 1: broken by, he probably cheated on them and then went
- 14:28Speaker 1: back to win them back and they were like not
- 14:31Speaker 1: having it, and so then his heart was broken because
- 14:34Speaker 1: they didn't you know, forgive him and allow him back in.
- 14:37Speaker 1: That's the only equation I can think of.
- 14:40Speaker 3: Yeah, only he's ever had his heart broken in a
- 14:42Speaker 3: sense of like he was pursuing someone and they didn't reciprocate.
- 14:47Speaker 3: Like what he's experiencing right now. Where I'm confused is
- 14:50Speaker 3: like this story of Shep and who he was dating
- 14:54Speaker 3: as they were, you know, promoting the season leading into it,
- 14:58Speaker 3: there was implication that Sienna just wanted to be on
- 15:01Speaker 3: the show, and she actually you know, because Madison said
- 15:04Speaker 3: something in Miami about like, well, don't date someone with
- 15:07Speaker 3: a fan account, and you guys will find out that,
- 15:10Speaker 3: like Shep was just being used. I'm not seeing to me,
- 15:14Speaker 3: if this is someone who's like thirsty to get on
- 15:16Speaker 3: the show, she would have played into the relationship a
- 15:19Speaker 3: little bit more. She would have showed up to the
- 15:22Speaker 3: boat like she would have taken advantage of all the
- 15:24Speaker 3: time she could have been filming, Like, I don't know
- 15:26Speaker 3: where that came from, but I'm not seeing that. I
- 15:28Speaker 3: don't know if I yeah, I don't buy it.
- 15:32Speaker 1: No, And the Whitney stuff, we had the screenshots that
- 15:35Speaker 1: she put up there of him like reaching out to
- 15:38Speaker 1: her first, that they matched on Riyah. Well that's both
- 15:41Speaker 1: that's out of both of their hands. So if they
- 15:43Speaker 1: matched on Riyah, that's neither one of them reaching out.
- 15:45Speaker 1: But then he sent her the first message, and now
- 15:48Speaker 1: he's on this show saying that she contacted him.
- 15:52Speaker 3: Yeah, she reached out to me first. He made it
- 15:54Speaker 3: sound like I turned her down, and then she went
- 15:56Speaker 3: to shep on Really he was. I think he said
- 16:00Speaker 3: something like how are you and she said I'm good
- 16:02Speaker 3: and that was.
- 16:02Speaker 1: It, Like there was nothing, And that checks out. That
- 16:06Speaker 1: checks out for Sienna, because that's all she's going to say.
- 16:08Speaker 4: You know, I think Senna had work chemistry with Madison.
- 16:12Speaker 4: She either of those two men and Madison I always
- 16:16Speaker 4: say as the biggest BD of a lot of people,
- 16:20Speaker 4: and like.
- 16:21Speaker 2: She had more chemistry with Madison.
- 16:24Speaker 1: What about Leva? That's for you, Vanessa just killing the points.
- 16:28Speaker 1: So what about Leva? Calling and being like, well, she
- 16:32Speaker 1: winked at me and said I'm here for a good time,
- 16:34Speaker 1: not a long time, or something along those lines. I
- 16:36Speaker 1: was like, yeah, aren't you all though, I mean, like,
- 16:38Speaker 1: isn't everyone of the show, isn't that kind of like
- 16:42Speaker 1: I just the thing that she thought that was a
- 16:44Speaker 1: smoking gun in a way, and I was like, it's not.
- 16:47Speaker 1: She's literally said that to Shep every day. I mean,
- 16:51Speaker 1: they didn't have a relationship, they didn't qualify it, they
- 16:54Speaker 1: did not have any And and the fact that SHEP
- 16:57Speaker 1: is walking away being like, well, if only we would have,
- 17:01Speaker 1: you know, labeled our relationship, it would have worked. If
- 17:06Speaker 1: we would have just said, you know, we were in
- 17:08Speaker 1: a relationship, then we never would have been been apart.
- 17:11Speaker 1: It's like he just he still doesn't quite get it.
- 17:15Speaker 3: I give see in a credit. She's been very consistent
- 17:17Speaker 3: with every person she's talked to. Yes, she had never
- 17:20Speaker 3: at any point said like, I'm really serious about SHEP.
- 17:23Speaker 3: We're exclusive. I think we're in a relation. She has
- 17:25Speaker 3: been so consistent with every person, like I don't think
- 17:27Speaker 3: we're you know, that serious, We're not that exclusive. I'm
- 17:30Speaker 3: here for a good time, not a long time, Like
- 17:33Speaker 3: I feel I was like, almost like chef, I think
- 17:35Speaker 3: you just never listened to her, and we're looking for
- 17:39Speaker 3: signs for what you wanted, but not what was actually
- 17:42Speaker 3: being said to you.
- 17:45Speaker 1: It is, and like the other thing is we're so
- 17:48Speaker 1: used to you know, there's always someone in the relationship
- 17:51Speaker 1: that is telling the the bedtime lies you know what
- 17:56Speaker 1: I'm saying, or the just pillow talk if you will so,
- 18:01Speaker 1: and typically in a heterosexual relationship, it's usually the man
- 18:05Speaker 1: that's like, oh my god, I want to have your kids.
- 18:07Speaker 1: You're so beautiful, like I you know, we'll be together forever,
- 18:10Speaker 1: and it's all bullshit and you Usually the woman's like,
- 18:12Speaker 1: but but what about what you said when we were
- 18:14Speaker 1: like in bed naked. It's like, uh, we never really
- 18:17Speaker 1: define that and we were just kind of talking. It
- 18:21Speaker 1: sounds like he was saying these things to her and
- 18:23Speaker 1: she was like, yeah, sure, can you give me a
- 18:27Speaker 1: cup of coffee while you're at it? You know what
- 18:29Speaker 1: I mean?
- 18:30Speaker 2: And I lot of I'll FaceTime you tomorrow.
- 18:32Speaker 1: Yeah I'm running late, so I'm not quite sure you
- 18:37Speaker 1: know when I'll talk to you again.
- 18:40Speaker 3: I want to know if he's reached out since that trip.
- 18:43Speaker 3: I feel like he probably has. He'll say he hasn't,
- 18:47Speaker 3: but I guarantee he followed up with her after that trip.
- 18:51Speaker 1: That dinner was wild when when they were basically like well,
- 18:58Speaker 1: they were commenting on them talking and Madison says to Taylor,
- 19:02Speaker 1: I've never seen him so emotional of you, and she
- 19:05Speaker 1: was like, no, I haven't, and I'm like really sad,
- 19:11Speaker 1: Oh my god. And then Craig is uh is calling
- 19:17Speaker 1: Austin an enabler with Shep because he's not. He's kind
- 19:20Speaker 1: of just making it more of a soft landing. And
- 19:25Speaker 1: then I loved this is just kind of a throwaway thing.
- 19:28Speaker 1: Rodrigo is so funny. He's like, oh, I love this
- 19:30Speaker 1: time of night when everyone is just and Sally goes
- 19:32Speaker 1: normal and he's like, no, at they're facused because they're all.
- 19:38Speaker 3: So many good one liners, like I like, I also
- 19:41Speaker 3: love when they're like Shep's getting his heart broken and
- 19:44Speaker 3: Rodrigo's making memes like it just and.
- 19:49Speaker 4: Rodrigo is one of us, He's like a plant, like
- 19:52Speaker 4: he's a just one of us in there, just providing
- 19:56Speaker 4: a little comedy, little levity.
- 19:58Speaker 2: But we need that.
- 20:00Speaker 1: It's so subtle because like, you know, you don't expect
- 20:03Speaker 1: it to come, and he's just being himself like he
- 20:05Speaker 1: would be, you know, around this group. And at the
- 20:08Speaker 1: very end he says, you know, shep, I wouldn't travel
- 20:11Speaker 1: anywhere else internationally to watch anyone else break up. I
- 20:15Speaker 1: have someone break up with that.
- 20:18Speaker 3: I also yet love that Craig was like, I ordered
- 20:20Speaker 3: Flamingos for everyone, as are like conv brunch, which that
- 20:25Speaker 3: was really cool.
- 20:26Speaker 1: That is so Craig, though, isn't It is like you're
- 20:29Speaker 1: on the Flamingos er and and my Flamingos make it.
- 20:35Speaker 1: I love that he's like I saw it on the website.
- 20:38Speaker 1: I was like done. I tried to sen me the
- 20:42Speaker 1: page but she wasn't into it.
- 20:46Speaker 3: I wanted a flamingo farm. But now page is breaking
- 20:49Speaker 3: up with me.
- 20:50Speaker 1: Oh yeah, my god, So why don't we talk about well?
- 20:57Speaker 1: And I will say that, like the group directly talking
- 21:02Speaker 1: to Sienna was tough because they were really it did
- 21:08Speaker 1: feel like like a gang up. But it was very
- 21:10Speaker 1: uncomfortable that they were asking her question.
- 21:11Speaker 3: An interrogation for her, like she's already made it clear, TOSHEP,
- 21:14Speaker 3: she's done? Does she have to like tell the entire
- 21:17Speaker 3: group like I don't know, if she really owed any
- 21:19Speaker 3: of them answers, I would have just left after that,
- 21:21Speaker 3: though I don't think I would have stayed for the dinner.
- 21:23Speaker 2: But what got me is when she left and she
- 21:25Speaker 2: was like, don't hate me.
- 21:26Speaker 4: Where she's been very clear and everything she's been saying
- 21:31Speaker 4: to shep. He just wasn't ready to receive it. And
- 21:34Speaker 4: it was such an awkward but goodbye because you could
- 21:36Speaker 4: tell he wanted to like kiss her, and he's like.
- 21:39Speaker 2: Like, I mean disclosure.
- 21:40Speaker 4: Like also, let's not forget while they were at the dinner.
- 21:43Speaker 4: This's just like I'm having flashbacks right now? Is the
- 21:45Speaker 4: fireworks going off? Like that just added like a whole
- 21:48Speaker 4: other level right now, Like the universe is celebrating you
- 21:53Speaker 4: to not be.
- 21:54Speaker 2: There like that one drama Darling.
- 21:58Speaker 1: Yeah, oh my god. Okay, let's I'm going to take
- 22:05Speaker 1: a quick break and then when we come back, we're
- 22:08Speaker 1: going to talk about Craig and Austin. The seasons are changing,
- 22:12Speaker 1: and that does not mean that your skin needs to
- 22:15Speaker 1: change if it is in peak condition. Because if you've
- 22:18Speaker 1: been listening to my show and you have gotten into
- 22:21Speaker 1: one's skin, you are having exceptional skin right now. So
- 22:26Speaker 1: it's going to stay that way, because as the weather shifts,
- 22:29Speaker 1: it can leave your skin feeling irritated and tight and dry,
- 22:33Speaker 1: especially if you have sensitive skin or conditions like eczema.
- 22:38Speaker 1: But here's the thing. If your skin routine can help
- 22:42Speaker 1: calm your skin and reverse the signs of cellular aging
- 22:45Speaker 1: at the same time, why wouldn't you just use One's
- 22:48Speaker 1: skin and my code drama. It's the beginning of March.
- 22:53Speaker 1: This past week it was eighty degrees here in California.
- 22:56Speaker 1: Today it was forty five and raining. I tell you
- 23:01Speaker 1: that my skin has been in the best shape it's
- 23:04Speaker 1: ever been in. I owe it to One Skin. I
- 23:07Speaker 1: use the os one face topical supplement every single day.
- 23:11Speaker 1: Sometimes I do it twice a day because I'm feeling
- 23:13Speaker 1: kind of sassy and I'm so obsessed with it, and
- 23:16Speaker 1: because of the peptides. These peptides, they are the real deal.
- 23:20Speaker 1: One Skin is founded by four PhD level researchers. Shout
- 23:25Speaker 1: out ladies, because it's all females. One Skin is the
- 23:29Speaker 1: only company with the os one peptide. This is the
- 23:32Speaker 1: first ingredient scientifically proven to reduce the dysfunctional senescent cells
- 23:38Speaker 1: otherwise known as they call them zombie cells, which is hilarious.
- 23:42Speaker 1: The zombie cells are those that build up as you
- 23:45Speaker 1: age and make you more sensitive to those seasonal symptoms
- 23:49Speaker 1: like tight dry skin. And their products are free from
- 23:52Speaker 1: more than fifteen hundred common irritants and backed by countless
- 23:56Speaker 1: lab and clinical studies. So this is just a few
- 23:59Speaker 1: reasons why. Guess what deta de da. They have earned
- 24:02Speaker 1: the National Exzema Association Seal of Acceptance. That's huge. If
- 24:07Speaker 1: I had a dime for every time someone told me
- 24:09Speaker 1: they had exema, I wouldn't have to do this podcast.
- 24:12Speaker 1: That's what I'm trying to get at. So check out
- 24:14Speaker 1: one Skin get fifteen percent off with my code Drama
- 24:19Speaker 1: at one skin dot Co. That's fifteen percent off one

- 24:30Speaker 1: rid of her zombie cells sent you there. And invest
- 24:33Speaker 1: in your health and longevity of your skin with one Skin,
- 24:37Speaker 1: trust me your future self. Well, thank you. Okay, we're
- 24:40Speaker 1: back talking Southern charm. It's me Amy Phillips from Drama,
- 24:42Speaker 1: Darling and Abby and Vanessa from Real Mom's of Bravo.
- 24:47Speaker 1: So okay, Abby, Vanessa, Craig and Austin. You know, they're
- 24:52Speaker 1: on the beach after this dinner and Craig is like,
- 24:56Speaker 1: I told him this dinner was going to be a mess.
- 24:59Speaker 1: And then then Austin and Craig get into the whole.
- 25:02Speaker 1: I I, you know, I know you love me, but
- 25:06Speaker 1: but you're you do you have a hard time not
- 25:09Speaker 1: hating me?
- 25:10Speaker 2: Such a good question.
- 25:11Speaker 3: I feel like that's marriage coded, like any marriage. After
- 25:15Speaker 3: a while, I know you love me, but you also
- 25:17Speaker 3: really hate everything I do. It's like that's pretty accurate. Yeah,
- 25:22Speaker 3: that's so true.
- 25:24Speaker 1: Well, I did not expect this scene. I mean, I
- 25:28Speaker 1: know we got like flashes, you know, we got previews
- 25:31Speaker 1: of it, But did you guys expect Craig to say addict?
- 25:35Speaker 3: We were actually discussing that choice of words. It did
- 25:37Speaker 3: surprise us quite a bit because he said, he's said
- 25:41Speaker 3: before he doesn't have a good relationship with alcohol alcohol,
- 25:44Speaker 3: But to say addict, that's a I mean, I give
- 25:47Speaker 3: him a lot of credit for openly saying that. I
- 25:49Speaker 3: did find it out slightly ironic though, that we're saying
- 25:52Speaker 3: we're addicted to alcohol while like just putting down a
- 25:55Speaker 3: bottle of champagne. It was a little like, what's I
- 25:58Speaker 3: don't know, like what he doesn't owe it to any
- 26:02Speaker 3: of us, I guess to define his full relationship with alcohol,
- 26:05Speaker 3: but I felt like it was kind of weird he
- 26:06Speaker 3: was saying addict and that this was one of the
- 26:08Speaker 3: first times we've seen him drink at all this season.
- 26:11Speaker 1: Right, do you think that he's referring to more of
- 26:15Speaker 1: an addiction to pills than alcohol or the adderall, or
- 26:20Speaker 1: hard liquor or some other things you know that we
- 26:22Speaker 1: don't maybe we don't know about or you know, and I,
- 26:26Speaker 1: I mean, it's tough because a slippery right, It's a
- 26:30Speaker 1: slippery slope though, because if you are drinking, I and
- 26:34Speaker 1: then I think to his point about going out while
- 26:36Speaker 1: he has to stay on the couch because he'll go
- 26:38Speaker 1: out and make bad decisions. But you know, if you
- 26:41Speaker 1: have a drink, then maybe you want to pop a pill.
- 26:44Speaker 1: And then if you pop a pill, you want to
- 26:46Speaker 1: have another drink and then you know, so it's such
- 26:48Speaker 1: a slippery slope. So you're right, the irony of him,
- 26:52Speaker 1: you know, having drinks. How have we seen him even
- 26:55Speaker 1: drink at all this season? Until now because I don't
- 26:58Speaker 1: I don't remember.
- 26:58Speaker 3: Clocks, so it's been very secretive. For a beer, yeah,
- 27:01Speaker 3: he'll drink it, he'll order na beers, but I mean,
- 27:05Speaker 3: I don't Maybe that was na champagne. I don't know.
- 27:08Speaker 3: But it didn't seem.
- 27:10Speaker 1: Like he seemed like he was a little bit buzzed
- 27:12Speaker 1: affected by right, didn't he?
- 27:14Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 27:15Speaker 3: Okay, right, especially when he was showering after that boat
- 27:19Speaker 3: trip too. You know, like maybe he let himself have
- 27:23Speaker 3: one or two glasses of champagne and if you'd ever
- 27:26Speaker 3: drink it, maybe it's affecting you a little bit harder.
- 27:28Speaker 3: But this was, to my knowledge for the season, it
- 27:30Speaker 3: was the first time we've seen him actually drink.
- 27:33Speaker 1: Wow. This was so intense and for him to use
- 27:38Speaker 1: that word, and it now is all out that he's
- 27:41Speaker 1: been struggling with this, and that page has really been
- 27:44Speaker 1: like an incredible partner and support for him, which is
- 27:49Speaker 1: so interesting considering that page of a Summer House family
- 27:54Speaker 1: and what Lindsay did with Carl and that situation. I
- 28:00Speaker 1: just find it very interesting that Lindsay and Paige were
- 28:03Speaker 1: in similar situations with both of their partners coming out
- 28:06Speaker 1: of addiction or struggling and that journey, and they're the
- 28:11Speaker 1: ones kind of left holding the bag in a way,
- 28:14Speaker 1: helping them along. And then look what happened. Their relationships ended.
- 28:18Speaker 1: You know, I think that it's very difficult to go
- 28:22Speaker 1: through something like that and have a partner alongside of you,
- 28:26Speaker 1: which is why I know in AA and the steps
- 28:28Speaker 1: they say like do not get into any relationships. But
- 28:31Speaker 1: certainly I don't think Craig necessarily planned on maybe even
- 28:36Speaker 1: getting sober or doing any of that until he perhaps
- 28:40Speaker 1: met Paige and was like, I want to pull it together.
- 28:42Speaker 1: But it really solidified the image thing and why Austin
- 28:48Speaker 1: was confusing it. And it's really sad that Craig doesn't
- 28:51Speaker 1: trust Austin to share that with him, but I understand
- 28:55Speaker 1: because this is reality TV and you really can't trust
- 28:58Speaker 1: any of these big mouth assholes. And I'm saying, like
- 29:00Speaker 1: Austin could have said it to he probably would have
- 29:02Speaker 1: said something.
- 29:03Speaker 3: Don't you think Austin would have slipped accidentally. I don't
- 29:05Speaker 3: think Austin is like meanhearted necessarily, but I mean Craig
- 29:10Speaker 3: is the same way. They all arely slipped with anything
- 29:14Speaker 3: that could be remotely good gossip, And I think Austin
- 29:17Speaker 3: probably would have slipped with that and maybe not delivered
- 29:21Speaker 3: it in the best way. We're now correct, Like Craig
- 29:23Speaker 3: does want to kind of control his image and the message.
- 29:26Speaker 3: And this was a really interesting scene because it was
- 29:30Speaker 3: taking place between two men. I don't think we often
- 29:32Speaker 3: have two men opening up like this and both being emotional.
- 29:36Speaker 4: Also, I might i add Craig had alluded to Austin's
- 29:42Speaker 4: antidepressant that he took. Do you guys remember earlier in
- 29:44Speaker 4: the season. I don't remember, like zannied out. He's like,
- 29:48Speaker 4: you know, Austin can be zannied out, like so talk
- 29:51Speaker 4: about this slip and like airing something out.
- 29:54Speaker 2: I mean, clearly these two are.
- 29:56Speaker 4: Struggling with their mental health in two different ways. Were
- 30:00Speaker 4: Austin it seems like more of the anxiety type. He's
- 30:03Speaker 4: seen a therapist, he's like working on himself. And then
- 30:06Speaker 4: we have Craig who may have some sort of addiction issues.
- 30:10Speaker 2: We don't know what substance, but it's working through that.
- 30:13Speaker 4: And it's it's a bummer for two who have a
- 30:15Speaker 4: podcast and have a platform that it took them so
- 30:18Speaker 4: long to like see each other and know that they
- 30:21Speaker 4: both have been hurting.
- 30:22Speaker 1: You know, yeah, difficult to do that when their podcast
- 30:25Speaker 1: is called Pillows and Beer, you.
- 30:27Speaker 2: Know, yeah, you're right about that.
- 30:32Speaker 1: But they could change the name to Pillows and Flamingos.
- 30:35Speaker 1: I mean, they could easily do something different. And I
- 30:39Speaker 1: love that they and Austin was very touched, very moved,
- 30:42Speaker 1: and they understand each other. It was it couldn't have
- 30:45Speaker 1: been a better way to come out of this, you know,
- 30:49Speaker 1: and Austin acknowledging that, like the word addict was not
- 30:52Speaker 1: used with him and that he wouldn't have seen that
- 30:56Speaker 1: been the case, and Craig saying that page helped him
- 30:59Speaker 1: beat this emon and him being emotional. So lastly, let's
- 31:05Speaker 1: just chat about JT and Venita, because Sally sees paragraphs
- 31:10Speaker 1: from JT on Vanita's phone, And then I want to
- 31:13Speaker 1: get your opinion on how Venita was really set up
- 31:16Speaker 1: on this show and with the storyline being mixed up
- 31:21Speaker 1: by showing what happened with them and the Bahamas, like
- 31:26Speaker 1: showing that dinner before the Bahamas and making her look
- 31:30Speaker 1: like a homewrecker as she's saying. So thoughts on JT,
- 31:34Speaker 1: Vanessa and thoughts on Vanita and how she was set
- 31:37Speaker 1: up JT.
- 31:40Speaker 2: No one should be fighting over JT.
- 31:42Speaker 3: I just want to put that out there, like this,
- 31:45Speaker 3: why aren't.
- 31:47Speaker 2: Is not worth all this attention? So number one.
- 31:52Speaker 4: That I do think JT giving the sending paragraphs, I'm
- 31:57Speaker 4: really curious if his girlfriend ever knew that.
- 32:00Speaker 2: I doubt it, so like everyone direct her attention to JT.
- 32:04Speaker 2: I hate.
- 32:05Speaker 4: I don't like that Vanita and JT's girlfriend are like
- 32:09Speaker 4: fighting online but direct that anger. I do think Vanita
- 32:13Speaker 4: and our experiences with her, I think she's very genuine
- 32:18Speaker 4: and I think when she's a good friend to someone,
- 32:20Speaker 4: she's very much a good friend. She's just broken hearted.
- 32:24Speaker 4: She you know, sees something romantic with JT. JT's leading
- 32:28Speaker 4: her on, giving her reasons to believe this, but she's
- 32:33Speaker 4: being perceived as a homeworker.
- 32:35Speaker 2: I don't think that's fair.
- 32:37Speaker 1: Oh, it's all JT, right, right? Abby? What do you think?
- 32:42Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 32:42Speaker 3: I mean I think we have a little bit more
- 32:44Speaker 3: of maybe an inside or look at to it, because
- 32:47Speaker 3: we also then had JT's people on his side try
- 32:52Speaker 3: to send us like receipts that really didn't give any
- 32:55Speaker 3: receipts that really implied that maybe Vanita knew that she
- 33:01Speaker 3: was leading on. I feel like it's interesting to me.
- 33:04Speaker 3: So the producer of this show did change midway through.
- 33:08Speaker 1: Okay, I heard something about this, yeah, yeah.
- 33:12Speaker 3: And so I'm like, well, it was the direction maybe
- 33:16Speaker 3: to like expose JT. And then this new producer was like, no,
- 33:20Speaker 3: I like it better, Like who made the call to
- 33:22Speaker 3: flip the order of these? Because I do think we
- 33:25Speaker 3: set Venita up to look like she was chasing a
- 33:28Speaker 3: man who already told her he had a girlfriend. And
- 33:31Speaker 3: it makes so much more sense now why she was
- 33:34Speaker 3: like so excited to have that dinner and put that out,
- 33:37Speaker 3: like her feelings out to him in the way that
- 33:39Speaker 3: she did if it came after the Bahamas, because I
- 33:42Speaker 3: wonder if maybe there was a kiss or something that
- 33:46Speaker 3: happened in his room. He claims he pushed her off
- 33:47Speaker 3: of him, but I wonder if maybe something there was,
- 33:52Speaker 3: like maybe a little bit more to that. And then
- 33:54Speaker 3: she's like, Okay, now I want to let him know
- 33:56Speaker 3: I feel the same way, like let's try to explore this.
- 33:59Speaker 3: And she claimed too that she knew he was talking
- 34:02Speaker 3: to other women, but did not know he had an
- 34:05Speaker 3: actual girlfriend until that dinner.
- 34:07Speaker 2: So I mean, it feels to.
- 34:08Speaker 3: Me like, Okay, yeah, I don't see her being the
- 34:10Speaker 3: type to find out like, oh, he has a girlfriend
- 34:12Speaker 3: and I'm just going.
- 34:12Speaker 1: To keep She would not do that, No, Yeah, it's
- 34:15Speaker 1: just that wouldn't It doesn't even make sense, it does.
- 34:18Speaker 1: It doesn't even there are no breadcrumbs leading to why
- 34:21Speaker 1: she'd make that decision. And also the producers would be
- 34:25Speaker 1: all over her in a confessional saying like, so you
- 34:28Speaker 1: knew he had a girlfriend, but you just liked him
- 34:29Speaker 1: so much you decided to keep going, and you know,
- 34:31Speaker 1: I mean they would ask that question like. It just
- 34:34Speaker 1: doesn't nothing about it makes sense. And I just either
- 34:37Speaker 1: think it's sloppy editing where or I mean, I can't
- 34:41Speaker 1: say that it's sloppy. I think it must have been premeditated,
- 34:45Speaker 1: and I do not like that. I think that that
- 34:48Speaker 1: is crawl to do, not only to like the people
- 34:52Speaker 1: on the show, but like really to the viewers, because
- 34:54Speaker 1: it's not the real storyline.
- 34:56Speaker 3: And that's I think that's where I get the most mad,
- 34:59Speaker 3: Like one, you're setting her up, which is really shitty,
- 35:01Speaker 3: but two, like, don't think of us viewers as like
- 35:06Speaker 3: dumb or that we won't catch onto this or that,
- 35:08Speaker 3: like you can manipulate us with the show, because I mean,
- 35:10Speaker 3: you don't want to lose credit with the fans, I
- 35:14Speaker 3: think from a production value, because then like, now something
- 35:18Speaker 3: else happens, like well, it's at the order in which
- 35:19Speaker 3: it happened.
- 35:20Speaker 1: Right, you know, we're going to start asking. Yeah, I'm
- 35:23Speaker 1: so glad that she called that out. I'm so glad
- 35:26Speaker 1: that we now, as the reporters on the front lines
- 35:30Speaker 1: of Bravo, are bringing it to attention because and calling
- 35:34Speaker 1: out that we won't stand for it, because they will
- 35:37Speaker 1: hear us, they will notice the backlash that they're getting,
- 35:41Speaker 1: and hopefully they won't make that decision in the future. Okay.
- 35:47Speaker 3: I ultimately just hope too that JT's girlfriend's like, wait,
- 35:51Speaker 3: you know, you were kind of flirting with her, whether
- 35:53Speaker 3: we were like exclusive or not, and you're really not
- 35:55Speaker 3: worth it. Like I just I'm ready for this reunion
- 35:58Speaker 3: for him to get torn up a little bit because
- 36:02Speaker 3: I just don't I don't understand the appeal of JT.
- 36:05Speaker 1: I did in the beginning. I was so into him
- 36:08Speaker 1: being on the show. I was like, Oh, he's like funny,
- 36:09Speaker 1: he's not afraid to say, you know, and I kind
- 36:12Speaker 1: of enjoyed his energy being a little bit messy a
- 36:17Speaker 1: little bit.
- 36:17Speaker 2: I was, Yeah, I was.
- 36:20Speaker 3: I was here for it. So I did like that
- 36:22Speaker 3: on the chair. That did make me laugh to be
- 36:24Speaker 3: on Austin's level.
- 36:25Speaker 1: I mean, there were funny things, but now it's just
- 36:29Speaker 1: getting too I don't I'm not diabolical, but it's just
- 36:32Speaker 1: getting too weird and there's no lightness anymore. And so
- 36:36Speaker 1: I'm I'm unhappy about that because I thought he was
- 36:39Speaker 1: going to be I thought he was a great addition,
- 36:41Speaker 1: you know, because then we've got Ryan who's like, hey,
- 36:46Speaker 1: don't don't you guys stop? That is what I said,
- 36:50Speaker 1: you know, like he's trying.
- 36:51Speaker 3: To point other than his bad hair plugs that we
- 36:54Speaker 3: have to pretend like.
- 36:55Speaker 2: Oh oh what happened?
- 37:01Speaker 1: Oh my god.
- 37:02Speaker 3: When they showed his wedding picture, I was like, oh,
- 37:04Speaker 3: I would not have picked that one.
- 37:06Speaker 1: They showed his wedding picture the doctor, Yeah, like straight across.
- 37:11Speaker 2: I think it's like probably right before or after. I yeah,
- 37:15Speaker 2: I probably.
- 37:16Speaker 1: Don't know what I missed that.
- 37:18Speaker 4: Oh, do yourselves a favor in google his wedding photos everyone,
- 37:22Speaker 4: and you're welcome.
- 37:24Speaker 1: Okay, okay, wow, wow, you're hearing it here. Okay, well

- 38:28Speaker 1: and we should make more of a point of that.
- 38:29Speaker 1: You don't even because I always feel like so much
- 38:31Speaker 1: time gets away from us. But I know how busy
- 38:32Speaker 1: you are, and you're looking at two gals who work
- 38:37Speaker 1: full time jobs, have this amazing podcast and social media platform,
- 38:42Speaker 1: and have children and partners, so they are the real
- 38:47Speaker 1: deal and like, I don't even I mean, I don't.
- 38:51Speaker 1: You've got more kids than I do, so I don't
- 38:53Speaker 1: know how you do that. But I'm with you in
- 38:55Speaker 1: solidarity and I love that we support each other. So
- 38:58Speaker 1: I'm so happy to know you guys. We'll have a
- 39:02Speaker 1: great time tonight watching Heather McMahon. She's so seen her before,
