- 0:27Speaker 2: favorite conservative rock star, direct from the entertainment capital of
- 0:31Speaker 2: the world, Las Vegas.
- 0:33Speaker 1: What time is it. It's time War War.
- 0:38Speaker 2: Here's your host, one hundred percent raw truth, one hundred
- 0:41Speaker 2: percent American made the Warrior, Wayne Alan Roots.
- 0:57Speaker 3: Well, here we go, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome, Welcome, Welcome,
- 1:01Speaker 3: Talk Media Network.
- 1:03Speaker 4: The show is War. Wayne Allen Root is your host
- 1:06Speaker 4: with the most He'll be here in exactly sixty minutes.
- 1:09Speaker 4: Don't you dare change that dial. My name is Lee Elsie.
- 1:13Speaker 4: That's l E E E l CI.
- 1:16Speaker 3: Lee Elsradio at gmail dot com. Is how you can
- 1:18Speaker 3: get a hold of me. That's lelsiradiogmail dot com. The
- 1:22Speaker 3: boys up in Minnesota pushing the buttons keeping us on
- 1:24Speaker 3: the air. Thank them from the bottom of my heart.
- 1:28Speaker 3: Here on this last day, the final day, the end
- 1:32Speaker 3: of January twenty twenty five. Man, it goes very very quickly,
- 1:36Speaker 3: doesn't it one page after another, after another after another,
- 1:40Speaker 3: and February will be here tomorrow. Broundhog Day. Lot to
- 1:43Speaker 3: get to you today. I wanted to talk about why
- 1:47Speaker 3: President Donald Trump actually won the twenty twenty four election.
- 1:50Speaker 3: Why did he win, Why did he win in such
- 1:53Speaker 3: a landsline? Why do you think the tone of the
- 1:57Speaker 3: country actually flipped? Because clearly there was, you know, there
- 2:02Speaker 3: was a changing of the feel of the United States
- 2:05Speaker 3: under Biden. Right, there was a definite you keep using
- 2:11Speaker 3: the phrase lurch to the left. There was, and Kamala
- 2:15Speaker 3: Harris was a dangerous scenario that would have taken us,
- 2:20Speaker 3: i think, to the brink of a change in philosophy
- 2:23Speaker 3: and how we live our everyday life. And that factors
- 2:25Speaker 3: into maybe why Donald Trump won the election. People while
- 2:29Speaker 3: they were able to wise up in time before the
- 2:32Speaker 3: catastrophe happened, but there were other factors to that.
- 2:36Speaker 5: Right, the left, they have.
- 2:39Speaker 3: This this constant hysteria, this hysterical tactic that they continue
- 2:46Speaker 3: to try to promote, even now they're doing it to
- 2:50Speaker 3: a certain extent. Right, you've got the Schumers, You've got
- 2:52Speaker 3: the pelosis, you've got the aocs. We're talking about Hitler
- 2:56Speaker 3: and the sky coming crashing down on all of us.
- 3:00Speaker 3: But after years of these relentless attacks, the left's approach
- 3:05Speaker 3: became predictable.
- 3:06Speaker 5: It's predictable.
- 3:07Speaker 1: Now.
- 3:08Speaker 5: We all told you what was going to be said
- 3:10Speaker 5: and what was going to be done.
- 3:11Speaker 3: I told you that you were already going to start
- 3:12Speaker 3: to see the very sad, crying, weeping faces of you know,
- 3:16Speaker 3: folks of brown color being shipped back to countries of
- 3:20Speaker 3: their origin. And you're going to tug at the heartstrings.
- 3:23Speaker 3: It's already happening. I told you that predictable. It's all predictable.
- 3:28Speaker 3: But you can go back to the Russian collusion hoax,
- 3:31Speaker 3: the laptop disinformation scandal, bending of Trump's statements, putting them
- 3:36Speaker 3: out of context, right, And these are all things that
- 3:41Speaker 3: happened consistently, constantly, the CNNs, the MSNBC's and a just
- 3:46Speaker 3: an attack and attack and attack.
- 3:49Speaker 5: As I said to.
- 3:49Speaker 3: You just the other day, Trump's pardons on MSNBC gobbled
- 3:55Speaker 3: up fifty four minutes while Biden's pardons gobbled up four
- 3:58Speaker 3: minutes of a program. Come on, man, come on man,
- 4:04Speaker 3: that's not free and fair journalism and no substance and
- 4:09Speaker 3: no substance. Right, Remember Rachel Madcow.
- 4:14Speaker 5: The walls are closing in.
- 4:16Speaker 1: The walls are closing in.
- 4:20Speaker 5: Biden resorting to the.
- 4:22Speaker 3: Vague attacks, the semi fascist ultramaga attacks on you, the voter.
- 4:29Speaker 3: Remember talking about how you know it's us against them.
- 4:32Speaker 3: This is the president who was supposed to be the
- 4:34Speaker 3: great uniter. You exhausted the public. The voters were exhausted
- 4:39Speaker 3: by this constant, NonStop manipulation.
- 4:46Speaker 5: And they were smarter, right.
- 4:48Speaker 3: The people were smarter than I think we gave them
- 4:50Speaker 3: credit for. That's right, A feather in your cap, you
- 4:55Speaker 3: pulled it out. I was very, very skeptical, you know
- 4:58Speaker 3: that I was. I wasn't sure. I wasn't sure the
- 5:02Speaker 3: country wasn't gonna wise up. Why wasn't I sure? Because
- 5:05Speaker 3: I see a lot of stupid people. You know, you
- 5:08Speaker 3: run across a lot of people who you say, what what.
- 5:12Speaker 5: Did you just do? What did you just say? And
- 5:15Speaker 5: they're walking around every day.
- 5:17Speaker 3: Yeah, you see him at Walmart, you see him at
- 5:19Speaker 3: stopping job, you see him on the roads driving.
- 5:23Speaker 5: I was skeptical, but it was almost like.
- 5:26Speaker 3: An the overload of this non stop in your face.
- 5:32Speaker 3: We know better than you where the social elite, where
- 5:35Speaker 3: the political elite listen to US and Middle America aside
- 5:39Speaker 3: from the ilt progressive cities, et cetera.
- 5:41Speaker 5: They just said no, we're done with this.
- 5:44Speaker 3: And Donald Trump won the White House and now the
- 5:47Speaker 3: Republicans have the majorities and they control both houses of Congress.
- 5:51Speaker 3: Now can they get something done? That's the question. Will
- 5:54Speaker 3: they get something done? And they also have a conservative
- 5:57Speaker 3: Supreme Court. These next four years are very crucial for
- 6:02Speaker 3: the direction of the country. Border security, the economy, immigration, crime,
- 6:10Speaker 3: foreign policy all have to continue in a direction of
- 6:16Speaker 3: more conservative values and poll above fifty percent. Whatever it
- 6:20Speaker 3: is that Trump decides to try to put in place
- 6:24Speaker 3: in those areas has to work. If it works, it
- 6:29Speaker 3: bridges a gap and gets us again moving in a
- 6:32Speaker 3: direction of prosperity.
- 6:34Speaker 5: I believe that.
- 6:35Speaker 3: I mean, right now, the Democrats are polling at historic lows,
- 6:41Speaker 3: historic lows as a group, even lower than Biden is
- 6:45Speaker 3: in his later days as president. They're just not being
- 6:49Speaker 3: well recepted. The topics that our progressive friends want to
- 6:54Speaker 3: champion are ones that most of Middle America either think
- 6:58Speaker 3: are insignificant or they don't hold the common sense test,
- 7:03Speaker 3: and they're pushing back against that. It's a constant, NonStop
- 7:07Speaker 3: effort to either tear down the moral values that I
- 7:12Speaker 3: think this country was built on. I mean, think about what,
- 7:15Speaker 3: you know what we witnessed just in the Episcopal bishop's
- 7:20Speaker 3: sermon right rebuking Trump's National Prayer Service, harsh portrayals of
- 7:26Speaker 3: illegal aliens, etc.
- 7:27Speaker 5: Trying to paint Trump is an ogre, that's all she
- 7:31Speaker 5: was trying to do.
- 7:31Speaker 6: That.
- 7:32Speaker 3: That's a left strategy. And people maybe they saw through that,
- 7:35Speaker 3: maybe they didn't. I mean those of us with half
- 7:38Speaker 3: a brain saw through that. And that was just a
- 7:40Speaker 3: plant to try to corrupt what was supposed to be
- 7:43Speaker 3: a very special day for Trump and a very special
- 7:45Speaker 3: day for the people who voted for him. Their strategies
- 7:49Speaker 3: in these areas backfire, they did, and that's why you've
- 7:53Speaker 3: got President Trump. That's why you've got again a Republican
- 7:56Speaker 3: House and a Republican Senate. And state like Connecticut, or
- 8:01Speaker 3: a state like California, or a state Illinois, some of
- 8:05Speaker 3: these other very left leaning states. They haven't gotten to
- 8:08Speaker 3: that point yet because they're filled. There's just too many
- 8:11Speaker 3: they out, the left out numbers there right in those states.
- 8:14Speaker 3: And then maybe they'll be a coming around. Maybe they'll
- 8:16Speaker 3: be there, come to Jesus moment. It's self destructive to
- 8:20Speaker 3: be like that, to act like that, to have a
- 8:23Speaker 3: country like that.
- 8:24Speaker 5: Now, this goes for both sides for sure.
- 8:26Speaker 3: Wouldn't you just want the truth tellers to tell the truth,
- 8:29Speaker 3: to seek the truth, to want the truth, and insist
- 8:32Speaker 3: upon the truth. And that's where your media comes in again,
- 8:35Speaker 3: to be that fourth or state to promote honesty. And
- 8:39Speaker 3: if you've got candidates or politicians who are bending and
- 8:44Speaker 3: breaking societal norms and what they want or what they
- 8:49Speaker 3: hope for and the truth and all that that is
- 8:51Speaker 3: associated with it, call them out, call them out over
- 8:55Speaker 3: and over again. If one call out doesn't work, call
- 8:59Speaker 3: them out again, third time, in a fifth time, in
- 9:01Speaker 3: a ten time, until the public actually sees what, well,
- 9:04Speaker 3: that story is not true. How dare the press hide
- 9:08Speaker 3: the hunter Biden's story? How dare they do that? How
- 9:11Speaker 3: dare Joe Biden pick up the phone and call Mark
- 9:13Speaker 3: Zuckerberg and say, no, you can't put that meme up
- 9:16Speaker 3: or you can't print that story. It makes us look bad,
- 9:19Speaker 3: and then have Zuckerberg not put it out on Facebook?
- 9:22Speaker 3: How dare they do that? And voters turned away? They
- 9:26Speaker 3: didn't want to hear that. They didn't want to be
- 9:28Speaker 3: a part of it. They didn't want to be trapped
- 9:32Speaker 3: in this vicious cycle of irrelevance and repeat the same
- 9:39Speaker 3: mistakes over and over again. And that cycle got broken,
- 9:42Speaker 3: Thank goodness, it got broken. And now you've got maybe
- 9:45Speaker 3: a changing of the guards again. In the first week
- 9:48Speaker 3: he's been president, he's probably done more, or at least
- 9:51Speaker 3: attempted to do more than four years of you know,
- 9:54Speaker 3: Biden just milling around the White House, going on vacations
- 9:57Speaker 3: every other day.
- 9:58Speaker 5: So here we are. That's what it.
- 10:01Speaker 3: And in addition to those lies and manipulation, the public
- 10:04Speaker 3: also saw a leader in Biden that was deteriorating in
- 10:11Speaker 3: front of their eyes. He was withering away on the vine,
- 10:14Speaker 3: becoming inept, becoming impotent to search for a word. That's
- 10:22Speaker 3: what our president had become prior to the November fifth election.
- 10:28Speaker 3: Joe Biden was an impotent shell of a leader and
- 10:33Speaker 3: as corrupt as the day is long, and very manipulating
- 10:37Speaker 3: in his fifty years in office. And at the end
- 10:40Speaker 3: he became nothing but a shadow of the person that
- 10:44Speaker 3: maybe they thought they had voted for. And they saw
- 10:47Speaker 3: that and they said, well, my choices now are somebody
- 10:49Speaker 3: who's a liar in Kamala Harris who protected that ineptness,
- 10:54Speaker 3: or Donald Trump. And we'll go back to Donald Trump
- 10:58Speaker 3: because he seemingly has the nation's best interest at heart,
- 11:03Speaker 3: where the other folks seemingly have their own best interests
- 11:07Speaker 3: at heart. And that's how we got Donald Trump. Thank God,
- 11:12Speaker 3: that's how we got him, because I don't know where
- 11:15Speaker 3: we would be if, in fact, he had lost on
- 11:19Speaker 3: November fifth. I shut it to think what would be
- 11:24Speaker 3: what we'd be talking about today. It would be a
- 11:27Speaker 3: whole different books, that's for sure.
- 11:29Speaker 2: All right.
- 11:30Speaker 5: My name is Lee Elsie.
- 11:31Speaker 3: That's break number one here on this great talk media
- 11:34Speaker 3: network waiting again, and they'll be here in a little
- 11:37Speaker 3: less than an hour.
- 11:37Speaker 5: And now we'll take a short break. Got a great
- 11:39Speaker 5: hour in store for you. Keep it right here. The
- 11:42Speaker 5: show is called War.

- 14:54Speaker 5: My name is Lee Elsie Voice.
- 14:57Speaker 7: Oh Freedom, Wayne Allen Root that's the host's name, and
- 15:04Speaker 7: he'll be here, yeah, probably all forty five minutes, ready
- 15:08Speaker 7: to rock and roll.
- 15:08Speaker 3: I think he's getting all membered up in the green room,
- 15:12Speaker 3: getting ready to hit the ground running.
- 15:14Speaker 5: So the US government will.
- 15:17Speaker 3: Apparently repurpose Guantanamo Bay to hold as many as thirty
- 15:21Speaker 3: thousand quote unquote undocumented migrants after President Donald Trump said
- 15:27Speaker 3: the facilities will be used as a holding center for
- 15:30Speaker 3: high priority migrants facing deportation with criminal backgrounds. This is
- 15:36Speaker 3: a freaking brilliant idea. Known as Gitmo, the naval base
- 15:42Speaker 3: has operated on a small patch of southeast Cuba under
- 15:47Speaker 3: an open ended lease since nineteen oh three. The facilities
- 15:51Speaker 3: became infamous during the War on Terror for the indefinite
- 15:56Speaker 3: detention of suspected enemy combatants, by the way, many of
- 15:59Speaker 3: which which Joe Biden let go, remember that, another notch
- 16:04Speaker 3: in the bedpost, if you will, of our former fearless leader,
- 16:09Speaker 3: Joe Biden. Can't you just see Trump in a negotiation
- 16:13Speaker 3: to put all of the illegals, or at least a
- 16:16Speaker 3: high priority illegals at GITMO.
- 16:19Speaker 8: I'm a fair guy, but heat is making me absolutely crazy.
- 16:23Speaker 8: You want to ask me about code reds. On the record,
- 16:26Speaker 8: I tell you I discourage the practice in accordance with
- 16:29Speaker 8: the commanders directive. Off the record, I tell you it
- 16:32Speaker 8: is an invaluable part of close infantry training, and if
- 16:35Speaker 8: it happens to go on without my knowledge, so be it.
- 16:39Speaker 8: I run my unit how I run my unit. You
- 16:43Speaker 8: want to investigate me roll the dice and take your chances.
- 16:47Speaker 8: I eat breakfast three hundred yards from four thousand Cubans
- 16:50Speaker 8: who are trained to kill me. So don't think for
- 16:52Speaker 8: one second that you can come down here, flash a
- 16:55Speaker 8: badge and make me nervous. You have to ask me nicely,
- 17:01Speaker 8: you see, Danny, I can deal with the bullets and
- 17:03Speaker 8: the bombs and the blood. I don't want money, and
- 17:06Speaker 8: I don't want medals. What I do want is for
- 17:09Speaker 8: you to stand there in that white uniform and with
- 17:12Speaker 8: your Harvard mouth extend me some courtesy.
- 17:16Speaker 1: You got to ask me nicely.
- 17:18Speaker 3: You got to ask me nicely, all right, Send some
- 17:21Speaker 3: of the undocumented down to get mo More information coming
- 17:27Speaker 3: out on a Saturn note. All sixty four people aboard
- 17:30Speaker 3: the American Airlines Regional commuter jet and three people aboard
- 17:34Speaker 3: the army helicopter are dead. According to the officials, that
- 17:37Speaker 3: happened again, the two aircraft collided midair. Trump is actually
- 17:41Speaker 3: on today talking about now the helicopter was too high.
- 17:45Speaker 3: It's a very very strange accident in the way that
- 17:48Speaker 3: it happened, and I'm sure it's going to take quite
- 17:52Speaker 3: a while to get to the bottom of it. But
- 17:54Speaker 3: early reports suggest again air traffic control was aware of
- 17:58Speaker 3: both aircrafts, asking the helicopter pilot if they were aware
- 18:03Speaker 3: of the incoming jet and instructing them to pass behind it.
- 18:07Speaker 3: And then, of course we've all seen by now the
- 18:10Speaker 3: footage of the helicopter striking what appears to be from
- 18:16Speaker 3: behind of the airliner. There's a Ugandan ebola outbreak. A
- 18:23Speaker 3: thirty two year old man died yesterday from the sudden
- 18:26Speaker 3: strain of abola virus in Uganda's capital. More than forty
- 18:31Speaker 3: close contacts of the victim now were placed under observation.
- 18:35Speaker 3: The East African country has seen at least eight ebola
- 18:39Speaker 3: outbreaks over the last three decades, the deadliest of which
- 18:42Speaker 3: came in two thousand, when two d and twenty four
- 18:45Speaker 3: people died. And one final thought, before we take a break,
- 18:50Speaker 3: look what happened to x US Senator Bob Menendez. He's
- 18:54Speaker 3: jailed for eleven years, Former New Jersey Senator Bob Menendez
- 19:00Speaker 3: in the Huskaw for eleven years. Of course, he's the
- 19:02Speaker 3: guy that had, you know, the big giant bricks of
- 19:05Speaker 3: cash and gold bars in his refrigerator freezer. Yeah, that's
- 19:09Speaker 3: nothing to see here, Nothing to see here, guys, it's
- 19:13Speaker 3: just a little spending money that I have saved over
- 19:16Speaker 3: the years. Corruption, corruption, corruption at epic levels in the government,
- 19:24Speaker 3: hopefully being ferreted out by President Donald J.
- 19:29Speaker 5: Truman.
- 19:30Speaker 4: We shall take a short break, Ladies and gentlemen, once again,
- 19:32Speaker 4: if you want to email me LELC radio at gmail
- 19:35Speaker 4: dot com.

- 22:08Speaker 3: also follow him up on the X S.
- 22:11Speaker 5: Bucci.
- 22:12Speaker 3: His name is Colonel Stephen Bucci and Colonel I want
- 22:15Speaker 3: to start, if you don't mind. President Trump had said
- 22:19Speaker 3: he wanted to bulldoze Gaza and move everybody out, But
- 22:23Speaker 3: the impression I got was that he wasn't going to
- 22:26Speaker 3: disperse everybody in all different directions. He was actually gonna
- 22:30Speaker 3: fix up Gaza bulldozer because it was a mess, and
- 22:33Speaker 3: then eventually give people the option to come back.
- 22:36Speaker 11: I think that is what is in his mind. Or
- 22:39Speaker 11: you know, if those people chose to stay in those
- 22:43Speaker 11: other Muslim countries, that's you know, that's their right, their choice,
- 22:48Speaker 11: I guess, uh, but uh, you know, it's gonna be
- 22:51Speaker 11: kind of tough to rebuild that place with all the
- 22:54Speaker 11: people sitting around in the rocks, right, and they can
- 22:59Speaker 11: say hamas for that, but it's you know, he's the
- 23:04Speaker 11: man is thinking out of the box. Jee big surprise.
- 23:07Speaker 11: He tends to do that. He he doesn't want the
- 23:12Speaker 11: status quo for the last thirty years. He's trying to
- 23:16Speaker 11: figure out something that will solve this problem long term
- 23:20Speaker 11: and be workable for all the peoples involved. So you
- 23:26Speaker 11: know that all the people immediately going, oh my god,
- 23:29Speaker 11: it's terrible. Why is he suggesting this? Okay, then you
- 23:33Speaker 11: suggest something genius. Yeah, you know, the man is at
- 23:37Speaker 11: least trying to address these problems in a practical way.
- 23:43Speaker 11: Give him some credit for that, even if you don't
- 23:46Speaker 11: like his his initial suggestions.
- 23:49Speaker 3: I gotta say, if we're not as a nation empowered
- 23:52Speaker 3: by his first week in office, I don't know what
- 23:54Speaker 3: will jazz people. Because it's been remarkable.
- 23:58Speaker 11: Colonel it is you know, I had the last following
- 24:02Speaker 11: that exchange, and for me it's mostly X. But you
- 24:07Speaker 11: look at it and people are clutching their pearls and
- 24:11Speaker 11: swooning and going, oh my gosh, how could he do this?
- 24:14Speaker 11: It's terrible. You know, AOC trying to scare all the
- 24:18Speaker 11: Americans that their a cup of coffee is going to
- 24:21Speaker 11: cost even more, which is kind of amazing because it's
- 24:24Speaker 11: it's kind of ridiculous for a cup of coffee now,
- 24:28Speaker 11: But what happened, like literally an hour later, the guy
- 24:33Speaker 11: is not just capitulating. He's going no, no, no, no, we
- 24:37Speaker 11: want to help. We'll even send the presidential airplane cars
- 24:41Speaker 11: to get these people from him. And you know, maybe
- 24:45Speaker 11: the Colombian guy just didn't like the optics of you know,
- 24:49Speaker 11: American military aircraft bringing his citizens, who are frankly criminals
- 24:53Speaker 11: for the most part, back to him. But I'm sorry,
- 24:58Speaker 11: that's tough. Then don't send your criminals this way, or
- 25:01Speaker 11: allow them to go this way. Keep them in your jails.
- 25:05Speaker 11: But you know, you're right, President Trump again as he
- 25:10Speaker 11: did in his first term, and in this case, I think,
- 25:13Speaker 11: probably way more effectively than he did in the first
- 25:16Speaker 11: term because he kind of knows a little more about
- 25:19Speaker 11: the system. Now he is being massively effective in the
- 25:24Speaker 11: first week in office. And I had to laugh, Lee,
- 25:28Speaker 11: I just throw this one in. I saw one tweet
- 25:31Speaker 11: about it was a picture of President Trump at the
- 25:34Speaker 11: golf course. Apparently he played golf yesterday, and they said, oh,
- 25:40Speaker 11: he's the laziest president ever. You know, he's only been
- 25:43Speaker 11: in office, you know, less than a week, and he's
- 25:45Speaker 11: already taken a vacation day. No, it's called a weekend,
- 25:49Speaker 11: you moron. You know, the president does not have to
- 25:53Speaker 11: work twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.
- 25:56Speaker 11: And I can tell you this president did more in
- 25:58Speaker 11: that first partial week of his administration and his predecessor
- 26:03Speaker 11: did at least in the last year and probably in
- 26:07Speaker 11: the last four years.
- 26:09Speaker 3: You know, Colonel I was going to say exactly the
- 26:10Speaker 3: same thing, and he's giving a master class at least
- 26:14Speaker 3: in the first week or so in negotiations. He is
- 26:18Speaker 3: just beating all these countries where we used to lie
- 26:22Speaker 3: down and just take it before. Now he's going out
- 26:25Speaker 3: of his way to make sure that we're putting America first.
- 26:29Speaker 5: There's nothing wrong with this.
- 26:30Speaker 11: No, President Trump's I think his information is to lead
- 26:35Speaker 11: with the carriage. If you want to work with him,
- 26:38Speaker 11: he's more than happy to do that. You'll be a
- 26:40Speaker 11: good friend and you'll probably be able to get a
- 26:42Speaker 11: lot of good deals. But if you try and tell
- 26:45Speaker 11: him not no, but heck no, he just shrugs his
- 26:48Speaker 11: should and says, Okay, we'll go to the next step.
- 26:50Speaker 11: And it's going to be an escalation, not necessarily military escalation,
- 26:55Speaker 11: but it's going to cost your money at least to
- 26:59Speaker 11: not cooperate with him. But I'm with you. I mean,
- 27:02Speaker 11: I think we should be a positive partner. We should
- 27:07Speaker 11: always lead with the carrot, not with the stick. But
- 27:10Speaker 11: people need to understand that the stick is right there
- 27:13Speaker 11: in your other hand, and you can either cooperate with
- 27:17Speaker 11: us or not. That's your choice. But if it's not,
- 27:21Speaker 11: there's going to be a price to pay. And you know,
- 27:24Speaker 11: that doesn't mean we're bad guys. It doesn't mean we're hit.
- 27:27Speaker 11: It means we have a president who's putting our country's
- 27:33Speaker 11: national interests before everything else, and I think that's kind
- 27:37Speaker 11: of what we hired him to do.
- 27:39Speaker 5: All right.
- 27:40Speaker 3: Colonel Stephen Bochie with US Heritage Foundation Heritage dot org
- 27:43Speaker 3: Sboucci on the ex you mentioned January sixth and the pardons.
- 27:46Speaker 3: I know we've talked about this. The blanket pardon sort
- 27:50Speaker 3: of doesn't sit all that great with me, and I
- 27:52Speaker 3: know you know his excuse was Trump's excuse was there's
- 27:55Speaker 3: just so much to go through, which again, that doesn't
- 27:58Speaker 3: sit well with me either. Your thoughts on some of
- 28:01Speaker 3: the more violent folks from January sixth being let out, Look.
- 28:04Speaker 11: If there is hard evidence that an individual, you know,
- 28:07Speaker 11: like video or or multiple testimony that you know someone
- 28:14Speaker 11: was was doing physical violence to a police officer was,
- 28:18Speaker 11: you know, destroying the building. Hey, I don't think they
- 28:23Speaker 11: should have been part. I think maybe a review of
- 28:27Speaker 11: their some of their sentences because I think some of
- 28:31Speaker 11: the sentences, even for the people who took actions that
- 28:34Speaker 11: deserve to be punished, were a little over the top.
- 28:39Speaker 11: That maintaining people in solitary confinement for you know, a
- 28:43Speaker 11: couple of years is a little bit much and should
- 28:46Speaker 11: then be a mitigating factor in how they're sentenced and
- 28:52Speaker 11: and taken care of. That would have taken a lot
- 28:55Speaker 11: of effort. I think that effort would have been worth
- 28:58Speaker 11: it and unfortunate. In doing the blanket pardon, President Trump
- 29:04Speaker 11: handed the left, you know, a cause that they could
- 29:07Speaker 11: coalesce around and in a way to attack him. That
- 29:13Speaker 11: was an unforced foul. He didn't have to do that.
- 29:16Speaker 11: He could have started. He could have done a couple
- 29:18Speaker 11: of waves of pardons, the obvious ones first where the
- 29:23Speaker 11: people didn't do anything but happened to be breathing the
- 29:25Speaker 11: air in Washington, d C. On January sixth, too, you know,
- 29:30Speaker 11: down the road others where they review their sentences and
- 29:35Speaker 11: make a decision whether those were appropriate or not. After
- 29:40Speaker 11: evaluation by for those individual cases by sort of jumping
- 29:46Speaker 11: the gun on that. I think he missed the boat.
- 29:49Speaker 11: I think that's something that you know, it's not it's
- 29:53Speaker 11: not going to cause him to get impeached or anything
- 29:56Speaker 11: like that, but it gives the left something to gnaw on.
- 30:00Speaker 11: And if you you know, last week, nobody on the
- 30:05Speaker 11: left side of the legacy media was covering any of
- 30:09Speaker 11: the positive things Trump was doing. They were all focused
- 30:12Speaker 11: on that issue. And that's a shame to give them,
- 30:17Speaker 11: you know, that much of an issue to grab hold of.
- 30:20Speaker 5: Let me just throw this at you.
- 30:22Speaker 3: I know we've talked about this before in the past,
- 30:23Speaker 3: but it's becoming pretty clear that there were agents provocateurs
- 30:28Speaker 3: within the midst of the January sixth ers. What are
- 30:32Speaker 3: your thoughts on that? And you know, what do we
- 30:34Speaker 3: do about that?
- 30:36Speaker 11: Well, you know, we we have evidence of the FBI
- 30:39Speaker 11: doing that. We saw that here in Michigan. You know,
- 30:43Speaker 11: with our half dozen morons, I've talked about them before
- 30:47Speaker 11: that we're going to kidnap the governor. And when you
- 30:50Speaker 11: looked at these guys, you realize that they probably only
- 30:53Speaker 11: shared about three brain cells between the half dozen of
- 30:56Speaker 11: them and would have never come up with a plan
- 30:59Speaker 11: like this, beyond sitting around with a bunch of beers
- 31:03Speaker 11: and talking smack about what they're gonna do if they
- 31:05Speaker 11: ever run into this governor, and instead an FBI informant
- 31:12Speaker 11: infiltrates them and basically develops a plan for him to
- 31:16Speaker 11: to take action. They go down the road with it,
- 31:20Speaker 11: and then eventually they arrest them all and get them
- 31:24Speaker 11: as conspirators for, you know, trying to do sedition here
- 31:27Speaker 11: in Michigan. And so the FBI does this stuff, I
- 31:33Speaker 11: think it's it's overstepping and unnecessary. Uh, you know, there's
- 31:38Speaker 11: a lot of other things they could have arrested them
- 31:40Speaker 11: for other than trying to convince them to do this stuff.
- 31:46Speaker 11: So to me, I think that's something that needs to
- 31:49Speaker 11: be evaluated. No offense to deputy or to Director Array,
- 31:55Speaker 11: but he did not show any inclination to ever question
- 31:58Speaker 11: his own organization behavior, and in fact, he showed much
- 32:03Speaker 11: more loyalty to the FBI than he did to the
- 32:07Speaker 11: people of the United States of America. And I think
- 32:10Speaker 11: that's something that most of the FBI people that I
- 32:13Speaker 11: know say, Look, I don't know if we had people
- 32:18Speaker 11: all over there at January sixth, none of them were
- 32:21Speaker 11: involved in that, but they said there's a shadow over
- 32:26Speaker 11: the organization now because of January sixth. It needs to
- 32:30Speaker 11: be investigated independently and to either clear the FBI of
- 32:36Speaker 11: that accusation or prosecute the people who were involved in it.
- 32:43Speaker 11: And that hasn't happened clearly wasn't going to happen under Biden.
- 32:48Speaker 11: Now needs to be looked into. So hopefully, you know,
- 32:51Speaker 11: Cash Bettel and Attorney General BONDI will will get on
- 32:56Speaker 11: that and we'll get some closure.
- 33:00Speaker 2: Colonel, thank you.

- 36:35Speaker 3: Top Media Network special guest Judge John Nazarro retired.
- 36:41Speaker 5: Judge's joining us right now. I have a million different
- 36:43Speaker 5: things to ask.
- 36:45Speaker 3: And questions on, but I want to start with a
- 36:48Speaker 3: video I was watching about class action suits against certain companies,
- 36:54Speaker 3: and specifically Johnson and Johnson's baby Powder has asbesto Senate
- 36:58Speaker 3: possibly was a big.
- 37:00Speaker 12: Verdict some years ago, and I remember I went to
- 37:02Speaker 12: the national conference in Denver, Colorado, and I think it
- 37:06Speaker 12: was over one hundred million dollars.
- 37:08Speaker 5: There was a having to.
- 37:09Speaker 12: Do with talcum powder and the like, and unfortunately there
- 37:12Speaker 12: was a reversal and a remand, but there were all
- 37:15Speaker 12: these claimants there was a causal connection between the baby
- 37:18Speaker 12: powder and cancer. And to your point about the spin
- 37:22Speaker 12: offs and the attempts to avoid liability, we saw with
- 37:26Speaker 12: John's Mansville and Asbestos they went bankrupt, right so people
- 37:30Speaker 12: got three cents on.
- 37:32Speaker 5: The dollar of their awards. Wreck and this this is evil.
- 37:34Speaker 12: This is evil, and we're involved right now. My firm
- 37:37Speaker 12: Levin Rojas Chemisar and Wreck. We're involved with litigation against
- 37:41Speaker 12: two formula companies, Abbot Labs and Mead Pharmaceuticals, because we
- 37:45Speaker 12: believe there is a causal connection and the science seems
- 37:48Speaker 12: to be clear between baby formula and necrotizing interior colitis
- 37:53Speaker 12: when the formula is given to premature babies. We are
- 37:55Speaker 12: on trial right now against the local hospital involving the
- 37:59Speaker 12: death of a premature baby. And it's it's really contested.
- 38:03Speaker 12: There have been two huge verdicts on the product liability sector.
- 38:07Speaker 12: But back to your point. These companies then they form
- 38:10Speaker 12: these separate corporations and they seek to avoid liability. It's horrible,
- 38:14Speaker 12: it's horrible what's going on. And in Texas the judge
- 38:17Speaker 12: didn't buy it, you know about this reorganization and they said, no,
- 38:20Speaker 12: this is this is an attempt to avoid the liability.
- 38:22Speaker 12: We're just not going to permit.
- 38:24Speaker 3: Can you get to the point where it's a criminal suit,
- 38:26Speaker 3: Like if you're if you're a Johnson and Johnson and
- 38:28Speaker 3: you know you've hit it.
- 38:30Speaker 5: You hit the.
- 38:30Speaker 3: Information from the government because the government may have requested it.
- 38:33Speaker 3: You've hidden the idea or the facts that there is
- 38:36Speaker 3: a certain amount of asbestos. And I'm using that as
- 38:38Speaker 3: the example in baby powder, talcum powder, and you've hidden
- 38:43Speaker 3: that and then people end up getting cancer and dying.
- 38:45Speaker 13: I mean, not to me, kin to you committing a murderer.
- 38:50Speaker 13: In some cases directly it's not brought in the criminal court.
- 38:52Speaker 13: But I'll use tobacco as an example. I mean Richard
- 38:55Speaker 13: Blumenthal when he was Attorney general, he secured millions across
- 38:58Speaker 13: the country and for the state of Connecticut in connection
- 39:01Speaker 13: with tobacco litigation. The connection between tobacco and cancer and
- 39:05Speaker 13: the cover up by ligate and that there was a
- 39:08Speaker 13: movie that came out Jeffrey Wygan Russell Crowe played Jeffrey Wygan.
- 39:12Speaker 12: The Whistleblower. And so there have been huge civil penalties,
- 39:16Speaker 12: and I know back to Attorney General William Tong, he's
- 39:19Speaker 12: filed some lawsuits on behalf of consumers. So it normally
- 39:22Speaker 12: ends up in the civil arena. It can be by
- 39:25Speaker 12: state attorneys generals, the United States Attorney General seeking civil penalties.
- 39:29Speaker 3: Right, but there's no culpability for a criminal actemy.
- 39:32Speaker 5: You know, you're killing people.
- 39:34Speaker 3: I know the city you've made use cigarettes And now
- 39:36Speaker 3: of course that's the well the number one example.
- 39:39Speaker 12: It's a controversial thing.
- 39:40Speaker 1: It's rare.
- 39:41Speaker 12: I mean, there's a lot of criticism, you know about
- 39:43Speaker 12: the Sackler family and opioids and what they did with
- 39:47Speaker 12: the opioid production, pushing of the pills, the addiction, the
- 39:52Speaker 12: hundreds of thousands of people that have died because of
- 39:55Speaker 12: fentanyl and this. They knowingly got people hooked on these opioids.
- 40:01Speaker 12: And now what's sad is that you can't get them
- 40:03Speaker 12: prescribed and you talk to the docs. They don't want liability,
- 40:07Speaker 12: they don't want to get sued. So they've gone away
- 40:09Speaker 12: from opioids and they move to other pain medication gabapentin
- 40:14Speaker 12: and other levels because they just don't want to get sued.
- 40:17Speaker 3: Should there be some kind of legislation something that's in
- 40:20Speaker 3: the mix. If you deceive, you know, you're just you're
- 40:23Speaker 3: purposely deceiving the American consumer.
- 40:26Speaker 5: I'm with you, you know, I mean, I'm just saying.
- 40:28Speaker 5: It's one thing.
- 40:29Speaker 3: If you do it, you know, you say to everybody, hey,
- 40:32Speaker 3: I've got the best lunch box in the world, that
- 40:34Speaker 3: it won't break, and then it breaks. That's okay, no
- 40:37Speaker 3: one's dead. But if you tell me that you know
- 40:39Speaker 3: this talcum powder is safe, and then I put it
- 40:42Speaker 3: on my baby and they get cancer and you knew it. Yeah,
- 40:45Speaker 3: I mean, what's the difference between that and you're putting
- 40:47Speaker 3: arsenic in my drink? I don't even know what's the
- 40:49Speaker 3: different thing there is.
- 40:50Speaker 12: And I think this is why there's disdain for you know,
- 40:53Speaker 12: three M Corporation and all the people that died of asbestosis.
- 40:56Speaker 12: My father in law was one of the first cases
- 40:58Speaker 12: of esbestosis at electric vote And it's very sad. And
- 41:03Speaker 12: I think your point is well taken. And this controversy
- 41:06Speaker 12: over opioids and fentanyl. It's now hundreds of thousands of
- 41:11Speaker 12: people die, and I think it warrants what you're talking about,
- 41:14Speaker 12: the attention. But you know who's going to get the
- 41:16Speaker 12: attention of the lawmakers. It's going to be the latest headline.
- 41:19Speaker 3: So let me pivot in the time we have left,
- 41:21Speaker 3: tell me your thoughts on these inspector generals being bounced
- 41:25Speaker 3: by Trump.
- 41:26Speaker 12: Having worked in public corruption, investigation, prosecution, I sometimes say
- 41:31Speaker 12: inspector general ethics and that kind of thing. Those offices
- 41:35Speaker 12: you want them, but you want them in name only.
- 41:38Speaker 5: Okay.
- 41:38Speaker 12: So President Trump comes in and he terminates these seventeen
- 41:42Speaker 12: igs and there's all this clamor because he did.
- 41:45Speaker 1: Not follow the law.
- 41:47Speaker 12: The law requires thirty days notice to Congress, and there
- 41:51Speaker 12: has to be a justified reason. But this is one
- 41:53Speaker 12: of the reasons President Trump was elected. I do believe
- 41:56Speaker 12: that he's knowingly not following the law because this is him.
- 42:00Speaker 12: He doesn't follow process. He says, I don't like this situation.
- 42:03Speaker 12: I'm going to go in and fix it. And you know,
- 42:05Speaker 12: Lindsey Graham was quoted, it's technically illegal. We have a process.
- 42:09Speaker 12: He's one of the congressmen that passed the law. But
- 42:12Speaker 12: you know the reality is it's not going to be appealed.
- 42:14Speaker 12: So we're going to go through inspector generals for those
- 42:17Speaker 12: that don't know, they're appointed to investigate certain things involving
- 42:21Speaker 12: ethics and corruption. But what have we seen over the
- 42:24Speaker 12: last four years. We've seen the weaponization of the Department
- 42:27Speaker 12: of Justice. We've seen millions and millions spent on investigations
- 42:31Speaker 12: and prosecutions to nowhere. And part of his agenda, the
- 42:35Speaker 12: President's agenda, is to change all that. And as an
- 42:38Speaker 12: executive he can clean house.
- 42:40Speaker 3: So you don't think this these terminations, you said they
- 42:42Speaker 3: won't be.
- 42:43Speaker 5: An appeal, Well, I don't.
- 42:45Speaker 12: I doubt there will be legal challenges because they can
- 42:49Speaker 12: paper the file, they can come up with justifications right
- 42:52Speaker 12: and after the fact, and we'll see if any anybody's
- 42:56Speaker 12: going to take that case. I'm not taking that case.
- 42:58Speaker 3: A good stuff. Appreciate it, Judge. We have a ton
- 43:02Speaker 3: more to cover, but unfortunately we are.
- 43:04Speaker 1: Out of time.
