- 0:37SPEAKER_03: This is your host Ecta.
- 0:38SPEAKER_03: And today I have a very special guest.
- 0:41SPEAKER_03: They're actually I consider us friends now, Alexis, right?
- 0:44SPEAKER_03: So you know, I want to introduce uh without further ado, I want to introduce Alexis uh Richardson.
- 0:50SPEAKER_03: She is the founder of Tallula Skincare, and it's such a beautiful line.
- 0:54SPEAKER_03: Um, I love it.
- 0:56SPEAKER_03: I love your product.
- 0:56SPEAKER_03: So welcome, Alexis.
- 1:01SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much.
- 1:02SPEAKER_01: Um, so to kind of give a little background about me and my brand, Tallula.
- 1:07SPEAKER_01: Um, we've been in business now for a little over a year, um, which is huge.
- 1:14SPEAKER_01: Um, it's definitely something I've been trying to launch um or I tried to launch a long time ago.
- 1:21SPEAKER_01: Um, but you know, with research and everything and perfecting a product, it took a little bit longer.
- 1:25SPEAKER_01: Um I'm definitely happy to be in business.
- 1:28SPEAKER_01: Um, I'm personally someone who suffers with eczema and dry skin.
- 1:33SPEAKER_01: So our products cater to those with eczema and dry skin to help soothe it.
- 1:38SPEAKER_01: Um, because obviously, you know, there's no um cure for eczema.
- 1:42SPEAKER_01: It's something you kind of just have to deal with and as much as possible.
- 1:47SPEAKER_01: Um so I thought, you know, why not create something?
- 1:50SPEAKER_01: I could never find something that fits great for my skin in particular.
- 1:55SPEAKER_01: So that kind of is what started me, you know, the the research process.
- 2:00SPEAKER_01: I wanted to see, okay, well, maybe maybe I'll try to find um, you know, certain ingredients to create a body butter and scrub that helps soothe my eczema and also you know helps exfoliate dead skin because obviously with you know eczema, there's dry skin, skin flaking off all the time.
- 2:18SPEAKER_01: So that's super important.
- 2:19SPEAKER_03: Um, that's uh I love that that's that's a personal experience that you brought into this.
- 2:26SPEAKER_03: That's really important.
- 2:27SPEAKER_03: I think the people you know, people who deal with this are the best ones to you know formulate and come up with uh solution.
- 2:33SPEAKER_01: So exactly, and I'm super picky with skincare.
- 2:37SPEAKER_01: So when I tell you I put a lot of love into this product, I truly mean it.
- 2:41SPEAKER_01: Um, it took a while, obviously, with a lot of research.
- 2:44SPEAKER_01: And um, my background, I went to school for fashion marketing, not in I have no background in skincare, but I've always been obsessed with skincare and beauty.
- 2:52SPEAKER_01: So I thought, you know, why not give it a try?
- 2:55SPEAKER_01: You know, I feel like if I create something that works for me, maybe it'll work for other people, and that'll be great.
- 3:01SPEAKER_01: So when I first started off, you know, I had friends and family test out the product, and everyone fell in love with it.
- 3:07SPEAKER_01: Um, the body butter and scrub combo is amazing, it leaves you super moisturized, and of course, all the ingredients are natural, which is super she's actually playing it down, it makes your skin feel like silk.
- 3:19SPEAKER_03: Seriously, I just want to say that is the truth.
- 3:22SPEAKER_03: It makes your skin feel like heavenly.
- 3:24SPEAKER_03: Like, I don't know.
- 3:25SPEAKER_03: I want you to go into that formulation, Alexis, but seriously, I just had to say, like, yeah, amazing results.
- 3:31SPEAKER_03: Thank you.
- 3:33SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah.
- 3:34SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 3:34SPEAKER_01: So as far as the I know you're talking about the body butter, that's one of everyone's favorites, obviously a personal fave.
- 3:41SPEAKER_01: I love both, but the body butter is amazing.
- 3:44SPEAKER_01: Um, it took a while, honestly, to perfect that formula just because I had to figure out, you know, the right combination of oils, shea butter, you know, the coconut oil, everything to wear it with the right consistency and to where it, you know, it melts into your skin without leaving it super greasy.
- 4:01SPEAKER_01: That's one thing I personally did not like with a lot of products, especially body butters, is that it just feels like it's a grease glob just sitting on top of your skin, like it's not being absorbed properly.
- 4:13SPEAKER_01: So for me, I was like, no, I'm not creating just some ordinary body butter, it has to be perfect.
- 4:20SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 4:21SPEAKER_03: And you I I can definitely see that.
- 4:23SPEAKER_03: I mean, it's exactly what you described that um, you know, the greasy feeling is actually why I stay from a lot away from a lot of body products.
- 4:30SPEAKER_03: I'm not gonna lie to you.
- 4:31SPEAKER_03: I mean, I love skincare, but you know, body skincare was not something that I felt very confident about, you know what I mean?
- 4:37SPEAKER_03: And so having used your product, I'm not even joking.
- 4:41SPEAKER_03: I when I first put it on, um, you know, my boyfriend was sitting in front of me and I was like, look at my skin, like it's glowing.
- 4:49SPEAKER_03: I was like a little kid, you know what I mean?
- 4:52SPEAKER_03: So it was something that gave me a lot of pride, and I and I want to highlight that.
- 4:55SPEAKER_03: And because I think with body care, it's very different than than facial skin care, if you know what I mean.
- 5:00SPEAKER_03: Like it's we have so many products for facial skin, you know?
- 5:03SPEAKER_01: Yes, a hundred percent.
- 5:04SPEAKER_01: And that's the thing, you know, people do reach out and they're like, Can I use this on my face?
- 5:08SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, no, please don't, okay?
- 5:10SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I did not make it for that reason, it's strictly for your body.
- 5:14SPEAKER_01: Um, I'm personally someone too, I deal with acne too, and I've had body acne and stuff like that, so yeah, it's just I that's another thing about the body butter, it ne didn't make me break out on my back or anything.
- 5:27SPEAKER_01: Yeah, because of the way it absorbed into the skin.
- 5:30SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it's a beautiful, beautiful formula.
- 5:32SPEAKER_03: I mean, it it really like sinks into the skin.
- 5:34SPEAKER_03: And I I don't think I see that with um skincare that's for the body because a lot of it is either too hydrating, if that makes sense, or too like just slick, something really slick about it, almost like a silicone feeling.
- 5:46SPEAKER_03: And it never makes me feel like it's my skin is being nourished, you know what I mean?
- 5:50SPEAKER_03: But yours does.
- 5:51SPEAKER_03: I feel like there are the ingredients and everything that's in there is my skin is loving every bit of it because the results for me are even next day kind of thing.
- 5:59SPEAKER_03: And you know, that that's I I know I'm talking a lot in it about this, but I really believe in it.
- 6:04SPEAKER_03: And I I want to talk about what inspired you to create like a shea butter kind of feel um version of this because I know as a woman of color, um, we deal with, you know, we're very particular about our body skincare, right?
- 6:18SPEAKER_03: So like I I want you to go into that cultural background that really influenced you too.
- 6:22SPEAKER_01: Well, growing up, I mean, my mom always had shea butter around.
- 6:25SPEAKER_01: That's something I always was using on my skin, or she was basically like putting on me or throwing on me.
- 6:31SPEAKER_01: So that is like a staple, um, at least in my household, um, growing up.
- 6:36SPEAKER_01: So, but still, like even then when I was using it, I'm like, I feel like even combined with other things, like this would like treat my skin better.
- 6:46SPEAKER_01: I was never like a hundred percent in love, like it was either shea butter or it was cocoa butter.
- 6:51SPEAKER_01: Um, I obviously like shea butter more than cocoa butter, and that's why I included it um into the formula.
- 6:59SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but yeah, shea butter growing up, super important.
- 7:03SPEAKER_01: My mom uses it, it it absorbs into her skin differently though.
- 7:07SPEAKER_03: So yeah, yeah, and I think it's different for all of us, right?
- 7:10SPEAKER_03: We all have to be a little customized in our skincare.
- 7:13SPEAKER_03: But I think that's I I wanted to bring that up because I know in Indian culture we have a lot of things that you know we kind of grow up around, and to you know, put it into like the the heart of a a product is it's a beautiful thing.
- 7:25SPEAKER_03: So I think you've done that really well.
- 7:26SPEAKER_03: I think a lot of us can relate to where I use shea butter growing up as well, you know, and I never really looked for it, uh ironically, in skincare.
- 7:34SPEAKER_03: I don't know why.
- 7:35SPEAKER_03: I mean, I I would be kind of shy away because I was like, I know all the bad things about shea butter that can go wrong for my skin.
- 7:42SPEAKER_03: You know what I mean?
- 7:43SPEAKER_03: Instead of giving it the benefit.
- 7:45SPEAKER_03: So, um, anyways, I want to go more into your um just your vision with like you know, in terms of body positivity and stuff with your skincare line because it's very like I feel like you have a minimalistic approach, but it's very classy and beautiful.
- 8:00SPEAKER_03: So I wanted to talk about that.
- 8:02SPEAKER_01: Um yeah, so as far as going into like the background and branding and everything, obviously, you know, the color, the main color for Tullet um branding is pink, you know, but it's more of like a subtle pink.
- 8:14SPEAKER_01: Like I've spent a lot of time picking the right shade.
- 8:16SPEAKER_01: The thing is, obviously, like our products are for anybody, male, female, or however you identify.
- 8:24SPEAKER_01: It's not just for strictly females.
- 8:26SPEAKER_01: Um, so that was one thing that went to it.
- 8:30SPEAKER_01: I feel like, you know, we've had a good amount of um different people, you know, trying out the products, um, which is amazing, you know.
- 8:40SPEAKER_01: I feel like people aren't really thrown off too much by it, especially with the and that's something that I was really scared of because I'm like, no, like everyone there everyone suffers from eczema, or a majority of people do.
- 8:52SPEAKER_01: So I don't want to scare anyone off, you know.
- 8:54SPEAKER_03: Yeah, of course.
- 8:56SPEAKER_03: And it's a very, you know, it's a it's a touchy topic for uh all of us, you know, in some way.
- 9:00SPEAKER_01: Mm-hmm.
- 9:01SPEAKER_01: It definitely is, and so you know, I feel like the brand itself, it's inviting.
- 9:06SPEAKER_01: I feel like, you know, I try to make things as personal as possible.
- 9:10SPEAKER_01: Um, just because I feel like you know, there's been certain skincare brands where I'm just like, okay, like maybe this isn't for me, maybe it's too, you know, high class or something like that.
- 9:20SPEAKER_01: Like, this is not for me.
- 9:21SPEAKER_01: And I feel like when you go into Lula Page, like it's for anybody.
- 9:26SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah, no, it is.
- 9:28SPEAKER_03: And I I want to actually, that was one of my questions is when you were coming up with your uh demographic of who you wanted to really uh you know speak to.
- 9:35SPEAKER_03: What do what was in your mind initially with the the brand?
- 9:39SPEAKER_01: Well, initially, because I when I was first starting off, I was just like, okay, you know, maybe like 18 to like 35 as far as age goes.
- 9:50SPEAKER_01: But then again, because of the ingredients being so natural, I've had you know people reach out and say, Hey, like I've used this on my child and it works really good for them.
- 9:59SPEAKER_01: Like, I love it.
- 10:00SPEAKER_01: So that to me, that just showed like, hey, this is not just for a certain age group.
- 10:06SPEAKER_01: Obviously, you know, I had numbers in in mind when I was thinking about this, but based off the data and everything shown, it's like there's it's a wide group of people, age range.
- 10:17SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it is, and because I think it's a fundamental product, you've created a fundamental product.
- 10:22SPEAKER_03: I mean, it's it's not about um, you know, it's not about putting everything into boxes, right?
- 10:30SPEAKER_03: So it's like I feel like even like uh unigender lines are very boxy in that like philosophical standpoint where it's like, well, it has to be gray or like brown, you know what I mean?
- 10:39SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it can't be pink or blue.
- 10:41SPEAKER_03: So that's why I I like that.
- 10:42SPEAKER_03: I like that you you stuck to the beautiful um, you know, the colors and the color press.
- 10:47SPEAKER_03: It really appeals to me.
- 10:49SPEAKER_03: I mean that's what I mean.
- 10:50SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much.
- 10:51SPEAKER_01: I appreciate that.
- 10:52SPEAKER_03: Yeah, of course.
- 10:54SPEAKER_03: Um, so I want to actually shift focus, Alexis, and I want to uh talk about um your your perspective of you know what it's like right now for women, you know, female entrepreneurs, especially those of us, you know, from like different backgrounds, right?
- 11:10SPEAKER_03: Multicultural backgrounds, like how is that uh played into your brand and uh your journey?
- 11:15SPEAKER_03: Um just if you could tell us.
- 11:18SPEAKER_01: Um, yeah, so being a female entrepreneur, I feel like as far as you know, the support from other female entrepreneurs, I feel like it's been amazing.
- 11:28SPEAKER_01: Like I've partnered with a lot of other women of color um to help, you know, build my brand up or help build theirs up, you know, helping market on my page and showcase their products and things like that.
- 11:40SPEAKER_01: Um, I've as far as you know, for women of color right now, I've seen the us like doing a lot of great things, which makes me super happy.
- 11:50SPEAKER_01: Um and it just gives me, you know, motivation and hope that you know there's gonna be more women entrepreneurs.
- 11:56SPEAKER_01: I that's the thing.
- 11:57SPEAKER_01: I was really scared to branch off and start this line of my own because I was kind of intimidated, you know.
- 12:06SPEAKER_01: You see these stories and everything, and what they've gone through, it's it's intimidating.
- 12:12SPEAKER_01: Um I think with the support of other female entrepreneurs that I've connected with, it helps a lot, you know.
- 12:18SPEAKER_01: It's good to have a support group.
- 12:20SPEAKER_01: And I try if anyone reaches out who's a fellow, you know, entrepreneur, I definitely give all my advice, you know.
- 12:26SPEAKER_01: I feel like that's super important as well.
- 12:29SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 12:30SPEAKER_03: I love that.
- 12:30SPEAKER_03: And and you know, one thing I and I completely agree with you in the sense that it's it's very scary sometimes seeing all the like it's like trauma almost like oh, I don't support my life.
- 12:40SPEAKER_03: I don't want to put myself through that.
- 12:42SPEAKER_03: Yeah, so I I get it.
- 12:43SPEAKER_03: Uh you know, but one thing I think that stands out to me about you specifically is that um I think a lot of brands that are like um people of color found, you know, founded or whatnot, they focus a lot on that, right?
- 12:55SPEAKER_03: It's like almost like they corner themselves in.
- 12:59SPEAKER_03: We all do that.
- 12:59SPEAKER_03: Um, and I think it I think the philosophy of that is that we want to stand out and make people understand this is a truly inclusive product.
- 13:07SPEAKER_03: But you know, I like I really like that your presentation of your product is not this like label, you know, you don't have any labels on it.
- 13:14SPEAKER_03: That's what I mean.
- 13:15SPEAKER_03: Like it has to be this way.
- 13:17SPEAKER_03: So, how did you did you consider that when you were like branding?
- 13:20SPEAKER_03: I mean, when you were thinking about it, or it was just naturally like you came up with it.
- 13:24SPEAKER_01: It was just kind of natural.
- 13:26SPEAKER_01: I'm telling you, a lot of the things um as far as like the branding, look, all of that, it all came natural and it all came together so perfectly.
- 13:36SPEAKER_01: Um, to the point where I was just like, this is it.
- 13:38SPEAKER_01: I know people are gonna love it, people are gonna gravitate towards it, and that's what ended up happening.
- 13:44SPEAKER_03: Right, right.
- 13:45SPEAKER_03: No, and that's that's the best way.
- 13:46SPEAKER_03: I think organically, that's the best way to do things.
- 13:49SPEAKER_03: But I don't know.
- 13:50SPEAKER_03: I think people plan a lot these days, you know what I mean?
- 13:53SPEAKER_03: Just to make things um, yeah.
- 13:56SPEAKER_03: I know, I think it's just because no, go.
- 14:00SPEAKER_03: I'm sorry, go ahead.
- 14:01SPEAKER_03: I'm gonna add it to this, don't worry.
- 14:02SPEAKER_03: I'm gonna add it.
- 14:04SPEAKER_03: So yeah.
- 14:05SPEAKER_01: No, you're fine.
- 14:05SPEAKER_01: Um, so I think you know, a lot of people like the thing is you're always kind of comparing yourself to other brands, right?
- 14:12SPEAKER_01: And that's one thing like I nipped in the butt immediately because I'm like, I'm not like any other brand.
- 14:17SPEAKER_01: Like, this is my brand.
- 14:18SPEAKER_01: Obviously, you can get inspiration from brands, but you can't really compare them, especially like these bigger brands.
- 14:24SPEAKER_01: I noticed a lot of um people who I've connected with, like, they compare their brand to like a big brand, like you know, like what's a big one?
- 14:34SPEAKER_01: Like drunk elephant or something like that.
- 14:35SPEAKER_01: I'm like, okay, well, you're a small business, you just started out, you can't really compare.
- 14:40SPEAKER_01: And your product and your brand is unique, like they can't be you, and vice versa.
- 14:46SPEAKER_01: So it's that's another thing is just not comparing, just knowing that this is my brand and just you know, being myself and being super personable with the brand.
- 14:56SPEAKER_03: Yeah, of course.
- 14:57SPEAKER_03: I mean, it should be a representation of you, right?
- 14:59SPEAKER_03: You know in a lot of ways, what you create.
- 15:01SPEAKER_03: So I I that makes sense.
- 15:03SPEAKER_03: You know, one thing I'm I'm curious about is um what you're like, you know, what what is the future for Tolula skincare?
- 15:10SPEAKER_03: Like, what are you really looking to like kind of I guess grow into?
- 15:14SPEAKER_03: Is there a specific sector that you'd like to expand your line into?
- 15:18SPEAKER_01: Um, so right now, definitely, you know, sticking with our top two, our two products that we have.
- 15:25SPEAKER_01: Um, we've recently expanded and offered different sizing as far as the um containers to hold the product.
- 15:34SPEAKER_01: But we're I'm still in the process of thinking about you know expanding and adding different products in there.
- 15:40SPEAKER_01: But you know, I think it's important, you know, this is something that we do extremely well.
- 15:44SPEAKER_01: We make a really good exfoliating scrub, we make an amazing body butter.
- 15:48SPEAKER_01: I want to focus on that, and then of course, you know, grow the Tulula family, grow the Tulula brand.
- 15:54SPEAKER_01: I think that's most important, especially just because you know we're just hitting over a year, right?
- 16:00SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 16:01SPEAKER_03: And that that's wonderful.
- 16:02SPEAKER_03: I think you know, the packaging is like the packaging in terms of like uh sizing is important because that makes me think of sustainability too, right?
- 16:10SPEAKER_03: It's like we don't want to keep because I think with body products, especially, like people want a lot of it and they want to be able to like you know um replace it, but it's like how much packaging are you gonna use when you do that?
- 16:21SPEAKER_03: So I like that you came out with the different sizes.
- 16:24SPEAKER_01: Um exactly, and you know, we um like all our products, they're glass, like you know, mason jars, you can reuse them.
- 16:32SPEAKER_01: Um, and actually that brings new things.
- 16:34SPEAKER_01: So actually, we're thinking about you know, doing a um program where people can send back in their jars and we just refill them.
- 16:42SPEAKER_01: Um, that's obviously a process, and we're working on that, but that's another thing, you know.
- 16:47SPEAKER_01: I didn't want to put natural products in plastic jars just as they make any sense, you know.
- 16:52SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 16:53SPEAKER_03: No, it makes yeah, that makes sense.
- 16:55SPEAKER_03: And you know, I I actually I actually think that you know, people talk a lot about sustainability and stuff these days, but I think um little changes like just you know, the sizing and what's available to consumers, that those kind of things are hugely impactful when it comes to like global sustainability of anything, right?
- 17:11SPEAKER_03: Like it doesn't have to be this over-the-top effort every time, like it should little things, little changes, like they make a big difference.
- 17:17SPEAKER_01: So they definitely do, and we're we're working, you know, to be more you know, sustainable.
- 17:24SPEAKER_01: We're not perfect, obviously.
- 17:26SPEAKER_01: But no brand of yeah, so we're working to improve a lot of things, but as you know, as a new brand, you know, you're still figuring things out to a certain extent, so you know that's something that we're working on, and I'm excited I'm definitely excited for the future.
- 17:41SPEAKER_01: You know, we had um within our first year the feature in Cosmopolitan, which is something that is super huge.
- 17:48SPEAKER_01: Like, I did not think that would happen the way it did.
- 17:52SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I congratulations on that, by the way.
- 17:54SPEAKER_03: I love that they've featured you.
- 17:56SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much.
- 17:57SPEAKER_01: Um, but you know, obviously just getting more recognition, having people notice us, and you know, like you think of drunk elephant like it's everywhere.
- 18:07SPEAKER_01: Like I want Tulula to be everywhere.
- 18:10SPEAKER_03: Right, right.
- 18:11SPEAKER_03: Of course.
- 18:12SPEAKER_03: And I think good products, like, you know, they just need to be recognized.
- 18:16SPEAKER_03: Like, I think it's very difficult.
- 18:18SPEAKER_03: I mean, it's very difficult to come out with something that works for most people, you know.
- 18:22SPEAKER_03: I don't want to say all because there's always exceptions, you know.
- 18:26SPEAKER_03: But I think in the in the realm of body skincare, I it needs to be, you know, the focus needs to be on inclusivity in the sense that it's gonna work for most people.
- 18:36SPEAKER_03: And like the product is really the one that's speaking for itself.
- 18:39SPEAKER_03: You know, people talk a lot about inclusivity and you know, uh all the all the stuff, but it's like if you just have a good product, I don't think you can be more inclusive than that.
- 18:48SPEAKER_03: You know what I mean?
- 18:48SPEAKER_03: That's that's literally like that's letting your work free speak for itself, kind of thing.
- 18:53SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
- 18:54SPEAKER_01: You know, I've seen it a lot of times where you know a lot of brands try to do all this act these extra things to you know promote their products.
- 19:02SPEAKER_01: And I'm just like, no, I want this to be natural, organic.
- 19:05SPEAKER_01: Like it's a great product, like the reviews speak for themselves.
- 19:09SPEAKER_01: I know that this works for the majority of people, obviously not saying all like you.
- 19:14SPEAKER_01: Um but you know, it's just it's a great product.
- 19:18SPEAKER_01: It's just you know, we're just trying to expand and get into everyone's hands.
- 19:23SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I love that.
- 19:24SPEAKER_03: Actually, I would love to see if you guys come out with like hair care down the line too.
- 19:28SPEAKER_03: I feel like you would like you're the one person I think that could do it really well.
- 19:32SPEAKER_03: Because I I I honestly like you know, I I don't know.
- 19:35SPEAKER_03: I I think people don't understand their own talents until we create something, you know what I mean?
- 19:40SPEAKER_03: And then we start realizing, well, your perspective goes longer way sometimes than um you know medical opinions, like in everything, you know what I'm trying to say, like there's there's a place for everything, is my point.
- 19:50SPEAKER_01: So um exactly, and it's so funny that you bring up the hair thing because I had um so I had a model who was buying the product, and she said, Oh, I use the body butter of my hair.
- 20:02SPEAKER_01: And I was like, Really?
- 20:03SPEAKER_03: I was because my mother used to give me coconut hair massages when I was younger, you know what I mean?
- 20:12SPEAKER_03: So, like, yeah, it makes sense what she's saying, yeah.
- 20:15SPEAKER_01: So super shocked.
- 20:17SPEAKER_01: I'm like, I would have never thought, because, like, you know, for me, I tend to not put like heavier things into my hair, but I was like, hmm, maybe that is something for someone, you know.
- 20:28SPEAKER_03: Right, of course.
- 20:29SPEAKER_03: No, I think I know there's like especially like the way your formulation for the body butter is.
- 20:34SPEAKER_03: I mean, I know y'all keep ranting about this, but seriously, that's how in love with it I am.
- 20:38SPEAKER_03: Um, I just want to say, like, every when you put it on for everyone listening, it turns into this like oil consistency almost like immediately.
- 20:45SPEAKER_03: And you the way it applies, it's so beautiful.
- 20:48SPEAKER_03: You know what I mean?
- 20:48SPEAKER_03: It's almost like it's shifting, it's um like you know, it's it's shifting, it's melting into your skin.
- 20:54SPEAKER_03: So um, you know, I think it's literally like butter.
- 20:57SPEAKER_03: Literally, yeah, it is.
- 20:59SPEAKER_03: It's like home turned butter.
- 21:01SPEAKER_03: That's what it's like, but yeah, no, I I honestly I love it.
