Leadership Lexington’s 2026-27 class kicks off with 52 dynamic new members poised to shape the future of their community. After an immersive orientation retreat, they’ve already begun shaping group projects and uncovering their leadership styles — all part of a decades-old program that’s graduated over 1,900 changemakers since 1979. With monthly in-person sessions across Lexington covering everything from government and public safety to arts and education, participants invest time, talent, and $3,500 to earn their diploma — and must attend at least 80% of meetings.
