Latest / Brandon Fogal Evolution / #161 - And 'Poof' The Epstein Client List Has Been Laid to Rest—RIP
Transcript
- 0:00And poof, just like that, the Epstein client list has vanished.
- 0:04So we're going to take a look at this. I'm going to look at a couple things
- 0:08that have been posted, and I know Elon Musk has been all over the case on this.
- 0:12He posted a pretty funny meme the other day about, I'm going to just switch
- 0:16over there now so you can see it.
- 0:17It says, we will release the Epstein list, and it's a guy putting on some clown
- 0:23makeup, says we just need more time, a little bit more clown makeup.
- 0:27Then the Epstein list is on my desk. Was that Pam Bondi that said that?
- 0:33And then finally, there is no Epstein list, and it's a full clown makeup on
- 0:38this guy's face. It's a hilarious meme.
- 0:41I really appreciated that. I think I appreciate most things that Elon Musk does.
- 0:46But I honestly did not see this coming. I did not see this coming.
- 0:49I thought this administration would be all about transparency.
- 0:54Maybe because it's weird, because the people that you think you could trust
- 0:57the most, like Dan Bongino, Cash Patel, like Pam Bondi, I've always been a little
- 1:04bit like iffy on her. I'm not 100% bought into her.
- 1:07But those other two guys, unless there is really no there there,
- 1:11it is kind of weird that now it's just there is no client list.
- 1:15Maybe it is they are, they're thinking the long game, like it could do more
- 1:20harm than good by releasing this.
- 1:22I honestly don't think there is no, like, then why did Epstein even go to prison
- 1:27and kill himself supposedly?
- 1:29If the, and then that other Ghislaine Maxwell or whoever it is that is still
- 1:35in prison, I, it just doesn't make sense.
- 1:38It doesn't add up. It's just kind of really weird.
- 1:41So I, I thought I would get more from, because you've seen the video,
- 1:45if you've seen the videos of Dan Bongino, he was, before he got into the FBI,
- 1:49you know, got, you know, called up, got appointed and all that.
- 1:52He was in podcasting for a long time. And he was really just raking on all this
- 1:58and just saying, do not let it go away.
- 2:00Do not let this kind of just fly under the radar. Do not let people stop talking about it.
- 2:04And he gets in there and now he's like, Epstein killed himself.
- 2:08There's, there's nothing there. There's nothing to see here.
- 2:11I haven't seen everything he said, but it just seems he looks so different so
- 2:15different you know but i honestly i i trust dan bongino i just think he.
- 2:20It's kind of weird like is did he get there and then like he's like just scared
- 2:26straight or something did they do something to him because it is kind of it
- 2:31is kind of freaky when you see the videos of dan bongino before he got went
- 2:35into the fbi and now and now he's there and what he's.
- 2:42But it is kind of, it's just kind of, it's really, really odd.
- 2:46And I don't know if he's not telling everything. I don't know if they've threatened
- 2:50him, if he's been scared about something or because even Kash Patel,
- 2:54like, does like Washington change people this much that they like, they get in?
- 2:59It's like, if I went in, would I be completely different?
- 3:02Would I like my eyes be open to things that in like saying, if you don't really
- 3:07play ball, you're gonna, you might, things might happen. It is kind of thought-provoking.
- 3:13When you think of the CIA, are they the supreme power up there that are the
- 3:20ones doing things in the darkness?
- 3:24They're keeping us safe, but how much power do they got?
- 3:28Do they got some even more strong power over the FBI, even over the president himself?
- 3:34Because you hear videos about president Nixon and like them talking to him and
- 3:39the CIA director talking to him back in the seventies or whatever,
- 3:43and almost alluding to about the Kennedy assassination and Nixon,
- 3:50he doesn't, he's like almost, he doesn't want to bring something up.
- 3:52He's like, he doesn't want to go down that rabbit hole because he knows there's
- 3:55something on the other side of the desk that is, has some power.
- 3:59Is this all conspiracy nut jobs theory, or is this, is there something going on when you get there?
- 4:06Like, I mean, can they threaten you? Like, I mean, you can be threatened with
- 4:10your own life or whatever, but then are they threatened people like with their family or something?
- 4:15Like, are there people on this list that if it got out, are like our economy
- 4:21would tank? We would like go into world war three or world war four.
- 4:25If you know, if we're already there yet or past world war three,
- 4:28that happened in that one day or whatever.
- 4:30It's just, it's, it's just crazy that like, I thought like Donald Trump's administration
- 4:34would be all about transparency and let, and just letting everything,
- 4:40you know, throw everything to the wind, everything, caution to the wind.
- 4:43No, it doesn't matter just because I mean, they are the ones that like released
- 4:46all about the Kennedy files and
- 4:48all that. And I don't know if we've really had a smoking gun, you know?
- 4:51So is there really, is it not, is I, it just, it doesn't make sense to me about the Epstein thing.
- 4:56It does not make sense whatsoever that now we're just, it is,
- 5:00there's nothing, you know, we'll close this file all done because it's just,
- 5:05I think some people have power.
- 5:07Some people, there are powerful people out there that are, they're untouchables.
- 5:11There's untouchables out there in this world. It feels like,
- 5:15all right, but I want to skip over to a little bit lighter note,
- 5:19a little bit sweeter note.
- 5:21We're going to, we're jumping over to coffee and I wanted to actually,
- 5:24you might like How do you switch from that to coffee?
- 5:28Is there ever a bad time for coffee?
- 5:31I saw a cool post from this guy. I'm going to butcher his name, but a Brie Babkis.
- 5:38I don't know. He says, and I think I've probably seen, I can run across his
- 5:42feed a lot of times in my, in my ex, it's always so weird to not say Twitter,
- 5:47but he says caffeine is the number one metabolism booster used right.
- 5:53It melts fat and suppresses hunger within minutes, but 90% of people use it
- 5:58wrong, causing chronic stress and energy crashes.
- 6:02Here's how to use caffeine correctly.
- 6:04And you haven't just skipped into a commercial, ladies and gentlemen.
- 6:07I just love coffee and I'm going to talk about it because I want to.
- 6:11And look at that picture on the screen. That's beautiful.
- 6:14That's beautiful. All right. Because these are things I think are nice tips to know.
- 6:18Nice tips to know because a lot of people don't know. You don't know how to
- 6:21like, you don't know how if you treat your coffee right, it'll treat you right.
- 6:25All right. He says caffeine works fast, boosts dopamine and adrenaline,
- 6:30increases fat burning, suppresses appetite, but timing is everything.
- 6:34Used wrong, it wrecks sleep, raises cortisol, and drains your energy.
- 6:39So I agree with pretty much everything that this guy is just laying out there.
- 6:43There's a couple things I'm going to disagree, and it might be because of I
- 6:47can't stop drinking coffee. I can't stop it. I can't stop.
- 6:50All right. This is something I have took into heart, and I try not to do.
- 6:53It's do not drink your coffee too early.
- 6:56He says, do not have coffee within
- 6:5890 minutes of waking up. Your cortisol naturally spikes when you wake up.
- 7:03Caffeine spikes it even more leading to excess stress and an energy crash later.
- 7:08It also messes with your buildup of adenosine. I cannot pronounce that one.
- 7:14It says, don't just drink coffee, have some water too.
- 7:17I see, I always think of it. I got my, my dehydrator as in my coffee and then
- 7:22my hydrator as my water. And I got to have both.
- 7:25I feel like Monk, if you ever watched the show Monk and he, he,
- 7:29he, he felt at perfect peace when he was in a bed and on one side of the bed
- 7:34was a, the air humidifier.
- 7:36And then on the other side of the bed was the air dehumidifier.
- 7:40And it's like, they were working their magic and it is just, he's in that sweet spot.
- 7:44And I think that's what having your coffee and your water will do.
- 7:48If you, if you do it right, you got to have both.
- 7:51Says, don't have coffee on an empty stomach. That is kind of odd.
- 7:55Says, it's acidic and can damage your gut when you drink it without any food.
- 8:00Plus, when you're fasted, cortisol is higher and caffeine will spike it even more.
- 8:05You feel wired, but it's your body's stress response, not healthy energy.
- 8:10Stop drinking coffee as early as possible during the day. See,
- 8:14he says, don't drink it 90 minutes before.
- 8:15Once you wake up, let yourself get going and then drink it after about 90 minutes
- 8:19after you've woken up. and then he says, still try to drink it earlier in the day.
- 8:23And this is where I'm going to have to, I'm going to have to depart from you, Bree.
- 8:27I'm going to have to depart. I can't, I, because I like, I could drink it before bedtime.
- 8:30But he says, stop drinking coffee as early as possible during the day.
- 8:33You still have half of the caffeine in your system six to eight hours after you have it.
- 8:39Afternoon coffee ruins your sleep. I don't like that. I like my afternoon coffee.
- 8:45Then you'll feel more tired and the next day you won't, you'll want even more
- 8:48coffee. It's a vicious cycle.
- 8:50It says, combine coffee with L-theanine. L-theanine increases GABA,
- 8:55G-A-B-A, I don't know, and alpha brainwaves, which calms your brain,
- 8:59but doesn't make you sleepy.
- 9:01Combined with caffeine, you have energy and focus, not stress.
- 9:06Take 100 to 200 milligrams of L-theanine for every coffee you have.
- 9:11L-theanine, it can do wonders, wonders. Get some of that in you.
- 9:15It says, take the right dose. never go about 300 milligrams of caffeine per
- 9:19day above, never go above 300 milligrams of caffeine per day.
- 9:23Who's measuring in milligrams and micrograms and all those kinds?
- 9:26I guess maybe we are. I just don't look at that. I don't look at the labels.
- 9:29Ideally stick to around 200 milligrams per day.
- 9:32Excess caffeine long-term leads to poor sleep, chronic stress,
- 9:37adrenal fatigue, and even heart issues in the worst cases.
- 9:41Man, what? It says, uh, psyching, uh, cycle caffeine.
- 9:44The more caffeine you have, the more used to it. You become,
- 9:47you take more risks, more side effects, and it has less effect anyway.
- 9:51Try only having it on weekdays and never on weekday. We try only having it on
- 9:56weekdays and never on weekends.
- 9:58Never, never says, if you love coffee, try a decaf coffee on the off days. There are no off days.
- 10:05There are no off days, but I do.
- 10:08I don't mind decaf. I don't mind it. I don't mind. It's pretty good.
- 10:12It's good stuff as well. It says, bonus, coffee and caffeine aren't just for
- 10:16your metabolism and energy levels.
- 10:18One study found that drinking three cups of coffee or 200 to 300 milligrams
- 10:23of caffeine per day lowers your risk of developing stroke, diabetes,
- 10:28heart disease by up to 48%.
- 10:30It says, the bottom line, caffeine is a miracle drug if you use it correctly.
- 10:36Cycle it. Not on an empty stomach.
- 10:39Combine it with L-theanine. Never go above 300 milligrams per day.
- 10:43Only drink it in the mornings.
- 10:45Drink some water to stay hydrated. Not within 90 minutes of waking up.
- 10:50Man, that's some good stuff. I really appreciate it, Bri. I really appreciate that.
- 10:54Anything about coffee, anything that can improve my knowledge base,
- 10:58and I hope that it was helpful for you. Drink coffee.
- 11:01You could say in moderation, you know, wait 90 minutes after you wake up and
- 11:05there's a lot of good stuff there. You can rewind this video and watch it over and over.
- 11:09So you can get all those, those good, those good stats and ideas that a Brie just gave us.
- 11:15So if you've enjoyed this video, I hope you have a wonderful day and click into
- 11:20this other video and I'll see you on the other side.
