- 0:00Speaker 1: Off the Bench with Jacob Hester and Matt Flynn.
- 0:03Speaker 2: Let's go.
- 0:04Speaker 1: Let's go from a championship backfield to your morning drive Hansday.
- 0:07Speaker 2: Hester and Hester got it five out of.
- 0:11Speaker 1: Pa your locks in to off the Bench.
- 0:13Speaker 3: We describe control for the ANSO.
- 0:18Speaker 1: Live from the Raising Kine studio. Here's Jacob Hester and
- 0:22Speaker 1: Matt Flynn.
- 0:35Speaker 4: You welcome in O TV on this Thursday morning.
- 0:53Speaker 2: Hold up this thing on?
- 0:55Speaker 5: Something's wrong with Matt?
- 1:00Speaker 3: Really? You the cof No, yeah, I had it on
- 1:03Speaker 3: push to talk instead of pushed to mute.
- 1:06Speaker 2: Technical difficulties continue.
- 1:08Speaker 3: That's on Taylor.
- 1:14Speaker 4: Taylor trying to sabotage another show yesterday, trying to give
- 1:20Speaker 4: American flags away. He said, not on my watch watch this.
- 1:25Speaker 5: It was one wire that.
- 1:27Speaker 3: So that's what I explained everybody.
- 1:28Speaker 6: I was like, I showed up yesterday morning, I brought
- 1:30Speaker 6: him coffee, I cut one wire.
- 1:32Speaker 3: Didn't think it was a big deal. Turns out, not
- 1:35Speaker 3: on my watch.
- 1:36Speaker 4: There's not gonna be a flag giveaway here. I'm taking
- 1:38Speaker 4: the ring and today because he wanted them all and
- 1:43Speaker 4: then today he does this to try to make it
- 1:45Speaker 4: look like we have just technical issues all over the place.
- 1:48Speaker 4: When it was really trying to rain on the flag parade, brutal.
- 1:54Speaker 4: He didn't cut it this time, though, that'd be I'd
- 1:57Speaker 4: be too obvious.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Two days in a.
- 1:59Speaker 3: Row, he said, here, just trying to embarrass me. Embarrassed
- 2:03Speaker 3: me in front of my child, front of my child.
- 2:06Speaker 2: Mm hmmm.
- 2:07Speaker 7: Sorry, if anybody heard a cute little.
- 2:10Speaker 3: However, probably the I would say, by far, it's not
- 2:13Speaker 3: even particularly close cutest. How we've had on the show,
- 2:16Speaker 3: much better than our father's, much better than mine. That's
- 2:19Speaker 3: that's probably why Taylor muted my uh muted my mics,
- 2:23Speaker 3: so you didn't hear my how to be.
- 2:25Speaker 4: Fair, she has practiced because they're in your yard as well.
- 2:30Speaker 3: We had a lot. Uh yeah, two's that seas she
- 2:34Speaker 3: sees the coyotes quite often in the yard. Yeah, you
- 2:38Speaker 3: sure do. Two's that's here. First day of summer. Let's go,
- 2:42Speaker 3: let's go.
- 2:43Speaker 2: I mean, good on her, didn't you right.
- 2:48Speaker 3: Off?
- 2:49Speaker 2: Didn't want to sleep, I don't want to come hang out.
- 2:51Speaker 5: She's a third grader.
- 2:53Speaker 7: So it's not surely that big of a deal.
- 2:56Speaker 2: It's very true, so.
- 2:58Speaker 4: We do apologize for yes to day. I'll give it
- 3:03Speaker 4: like they tried. Forecast was so.
- 3:07Speaker 8: Stressed she's like, I'm so sorry. I'm like, it is
- 3:10Speaker 8: not your phone the most stress you are. Okay, everything
- 3:14Speaker 8: is fine.
- 3:16Speaker 3: No, no, I didn't see her do though. I didn't see
- 3:19Speaker 3: her unplugged fan. It might have been some dust bunnies
- 3:26Speaker 3: in there. I don't know.
- 3:28Speaker 6: Cassie don't know the old didn't know the Super Nintendo
- 3:32Speaker 6: con to She actually, yeah, does not know.
- 3:34Speaker 2: She wasn't born when it was out right.
- 3:37Speaker 3: So maybe it is on her. Actually, people are asking,
- 3:41Speaker 3: people are wondering, gets engaged, relaxing a little bit.
- 3:46Speaker 5: Yeah, She's like, I don't need a job.
- 3:50Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 3:50Speaker 3: They ever turned the fan on high in your in
- 3:52Speaker 3: your room and hold it up to the fan. I
- 3:55Speaker 3: don't need it. The cartridge.
- 3:58Speaker 4: The most absurd one was people like, if you have
- 4:01Speaker 4: scratches on your cead, put it in the toilet and
- 4:03Speaker 4: flush the toilet. Yeah, I swear it's gonna clean it.
- 4:11Speaker 3: Did it work? Why would the now you have to
- 4:13Speaker 3: put it face down or face out? Face way does
- 4:16Speaker 3: the toilet toilet water? Okay, let's face out. I don't know,
- 4:24Speaker 3: like you just held it with your hand or what?
- 4:26Speaker 4: Oh I mean it was you know a flush toilet already?
- 4:28Speaker 4: You just throw it down in there and then you
- 4:30Speaker 4: flush it and like that was the thing.
- 4:32Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 4:33Speaker 3: Okay, well did it you did it? Did you try it?
- 4:37Speaker 2: I don't.
- 4:37Speaker 4: I don't believe I did. I don't believe I did.
- 4:40Speaker 4: But I would have if I needed to. If I
- 4:42Speaker 4: was on Vice City and it wasn't working. You know,
- 4:46Speaker 4: you knew what to do. I'll never forget Kirk Doll
- 4:52Speaker 4: shouts to coach Doll, he's calling me, because that was
- 4:55Speaker 4: our recruiter, f Relowshoe we had.
- 4:56Speaker 2: We had the same guy because the same territory, and
- 5:00Speaker 2: you know.
- 5:00Speaker 4: He was just recruiting pitch and trying to talk and
- 5:02Speaker 4: probably something really important. And I was like in the
- 5:05Speaker 4: middle of playing By City and I remember being like,
- 5:07Speaker 4: all right.
- 5:07Speaker 3: Coach, hiight, coach, Well, like I'm coming, so.
- 5:14Speaker 2: Yeah, this man is doing his job. He was a
- 5:16Speaker 2: really good recruiter.
- 5:18Speaker 3: It was awesome, Like, Coach, I just need to go
- 5:20Speaker 3: back to a bunch of these people that grocery store
- 5:24Speaker 3: or something.
- 5:24Speaker 2: Yeah, And I believe I really do.
- 5:25Speaker 5: It was like before running over pedestrians.
- 5:28Speaker 4: I think it was like before all the eighteen stuff happened,
- 5:31Speaker 4: and you just kind of like call and ask Jersey
- 5:34Speaker 4: number something by city I don't.
- 5:38Speaker 3: Know, coach him in the middle of a probably a
- 5:40Speaker 3: convenience store to get.
- 5:41Speaker 2: Back to you.
- 5:42Speaker 3: You know what really confused me when I was when
- 5:45Speaker 3: I was growing up, like because it was like even
- 5:47Speaker 3: before the first one that had the discs. To me,
- 5:50Speaker 3: it was like regular PlayStation that had the CD type game,
- 5:55Speaker 3: and I was always confused, like, how could this one
- 5:57Speaker 3: CD go into this PlayStation and it has all this
- 6:00Speaker 3: memory I can play, I can play a complete game
- 6:03Speaker 3: with one of one hundred and fifty different college games.
- 6:06Speaker 3: It has all this stuff I can do on it,
- 6:09Speaker 3: But I can only put twelve songs on a CD. Yeah,
- 6:12Speaker 3: that never made sense to me. That's a pretty good point. Yeah,
- 6:16Speaker 3: until later, like in high school when we discovered m
- 6:19Speaker 3: P three's you can hold like one hundred, one hundred
- 6:22Speaker 3: and twenty those things on.
- 6:23Speaker 8: There, and then you could later do that convert the
- 6:25Speaker 8: YouTube video to an MP three file so you wouldn't
- 6:28Speaker 8: have to buy from iTunes hotly to.
- 6:31Speaker 5: Do that all the time.
- 6:32Speaker 3: I mean I never bought music for a while. Yeah,
- 6:35Speaker 3: we had this scene called Napster had a couple of computers.
- 6:38Speaker 4: Rhapsody, Yeah, LimeWire was my go to probably, yeah, a
- 6:42Speaker 4: couple of new computers.
- 6:43Speaker 3: LimeWire, was it Kaza because they were kind of the
- 6:46Speaker 3: same deal. I did have the original Napster though, like
- 6:50Speaker 3: the og Napster I can tee down. Yeah. Yeah.
- 6:57Speaker 7: Then in college it was a little bit more torrents.
- 7:02Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, the whole albums right there. Click of a
- 7:06Speaker 3: button wasn't good for the music industry me.
- 7:12Speaker 2: No, people like Metallica were really mad at people like I.
- 7:14Speaker 3: Did not give my share balling on a budget, I
- 7:19Speaker 3: mean enough money sole a lot of music.
- 7:21Speaker 5: Yeah, she's like, wrap it up.
- 7:26Speaker 2: It's like, I don't know what you're talking about. Wrap
- 7:29Speaker 2: it up, y'all.
- 7:30Speaker 4: Don't y'all, don't just open your phone and type in
- 7:32Speaker 4: what you want to hear and hear it automatically.
- 7:34Speaker 2: That's weird, so weird.
- 7:36Speaker 3: Can you just talk to Alexa?
- 7:38Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 7:39Speaker 8: Oh guys, wait, you know how I have CDs still
- 7:41Speaker 8: and I will listen to CDs.
- 7:43Speaker 5: My new car doesn't have a CD player.
- 7:45Speaker 3: Oh doesn't have a system to a sty changer.
- 7:49Speaker 4: It's probably been a while since one's had one, you
- 7:52Speaker 4: know what I mean, I know, probably twenty sixteen.
- 7:58Speaker 6: Yeah, I guess my doesn't either. Have a checked, but
- 8:01Speaker 6: I mean, I'm sure it doesn't.
- 8:03Speaker 7: Yeah, I hadn't, hadn't even thought to check.
- 8:05Speaker 2: Yeah, old one had a tape deck. Probably my old one.
- 8:07Speaker 3: Had a cassette. Ye.
- 8:09Speaker 6: That's actually how I how my cord worked.
- 8:15Speaker 3: Respect, dude, respect, It sounds better that way. It's kind
- 8:18Speaker 3: of final, Yeah, cassette ox cords. Yeah, just like a.
- 8:24Speaker 4: Little scratchiness to it, which the imperfections are what I
- 8:26Speaker 4: like about vinyl. So kind of same situation today.
- 8:29Speaker 3: Except his inperpections was probably skipped every time you had
- 8:32Speaker 3: a speed bump. Yeah, yeah, it rattled a little bit,
- 8:35Speaker 3: It routed a little bit. Now, like you know, you
- 8:38Speaker 3: were a baller too, if you had the if you
- 8:40Speaker 3: could fit six CDs into your dashboard, yeah, right here
- 8:45Speaker 3: it load one disc one, You could load six of
- 8:48Speaker 3: them in there. You could switch from disc to disc.
- 8:52Speaker 3: I know that was my mom's USU Rodeo d Those
- 8:56Speaker 3: dudes used to get all the ladies dau.
- 8:58Speaker 6: I remember when it's like five oh six, he took
- 9:01Speaker 6: a CD out and he's like, okay, we'll just we'll
- 9:04Speaker 6: play another one. I'm like, you just took it out.
- 9:06Speaker 6: He's like no, no, no, I got like five of them
- 9:08Speaker 6: in there. I'm like that little slot, like, I don't
- 9:11Speaker 6: blew my mind.
- 9:13Speaker 2: That two is just sumost to know she can have
- 9:15Speaker 2: the new tele brother.
- 9:15Speaker 3: Yeah, you can have new tail sticks.
- 9:17Speaker 2: Yeah you can have it.
- 9:17Speaker 4: Yeah, Breakfast Champions right there.
- 9:21Speaker 2: Tuess has probably been two hours.
- 9:23Speaker 3: So she so I was getting coffee about five forty
- 9:26Speaker 3: five this morning. Yeah, and she walks in there barely
- 9:30Speaker 3: opened her eyes. That this is what she wanted to
- 9:33Speaker 3: do on her first day of summer. Yeah, right here,
- 9:36Speaker 3: be part of the foxholl I like it. I walked
- 9:40Speaker 3: in and asked him. No sleeping in the first day
- 9:41Speaker 3: of summer. No, oh, no, she's not. She does not
- 9:44Speaker 3: sleep in She'll go to sleep at eight thirty in
- 9:47Speaker 3: a heartbeat, same sleep at thirty.
- 9:53Speaker 8: I also would fall asleep in the Superior Yeah, table,
- 9:57Speaker 8: I would give me one margarita.
- 9:59Speaker 2: I'm out.
- 9:59Speaker 3: Yeah, you chose to the last three times we've been
- 10:04Speaker 3: over there to Spirior, she's definitely falling asleep.
- 10:08Speaker 2: It's good. Good for hm.
- 10:14Speaker 8: Hm.
- 10:14Speaker 2: This is gonna be kind of difficult to see where
- 10:15Speaker 2: we get started next. Yeah.

- 10:20Speaker 3: To choose from.

- 14:19Speaker 4: All right to get the show started, And I'm glad
- 14:23Speaker 4: we are starting here.
- 14:24Speaker 2: Coach Oh's coming back to LSU.
- 14:28Speaker 3: Here we go.
- 14:29Speaker 4: That's all right, edozeron national championship winning head coach is
- 14:34Speaker 4: coming back in the building. This came out late last
- 14:38Speaker 4: night that LSU finalized the deal to hire coach Oh back.
- 14:42Speaker 4: He's going to be on Lane Kiff and staff. Of course,
- 14:44Speaker 4: we all know he is the head coach of the
- 14:46Speaker 4: twenty nineteen LSU football team, the greatest football team in
- 14:50Speaker 4: college football.
- 14:51Speaker 3: It's a good history.
- 14:52Speaker 2: They were pretty good.
- 14:53Speaker 3: Best ever is the head coach of it?
- 14:55Speaker 2: He was?
- 14:56Speaker 4: Wow, he was, and so you're adding him to the roster.
- 14:59Speaker 4: He is going to be big in the recruiting department.
- 15:02Speaker 4: Also going to kind of be an analyst on defense
- 15:05Speaker 4: kind of help out where he can. But the most
- 15:08Speaker 4: important part of this is the recruiting part of this.
- 15:12Speaker 4: It is important to remember with the changes in recruiting rules,
- 15:16Speaker 4: this means that Coach O will be able to go
- 15:19Speaker 4: on the road and recruit for LSU. We know he
- 15:23Speaker 4: is an all time recruiter. We know what he means
- 15:25Speaker 4: to the state of Louisiana. This to me makes all
- 15:29Speaker 4: the sense in the world because of his ties to LSU,
- 15:33Speaker 4: what he's always been in his career, which is elite
- 15:36Speaker 4: at recruiting, and also like the football stuff that he's
- 15:39Speaker 4: going to be able to help out with as well.
- 15:41Speaker 4: But with him being able to go out there and
- 15:44Speaker 4: sell LSU because nobody, nobody could sell LSU like Coach O.
- 15:51Speaker 4: Even after he was let go as the head coach.
- 15:54Speaker 4: When you would talk with Coach O, he would sell LSU.
- 15:58Speaker 4: He still would do it. I saw Coach O in
- 16:01Speaker 4: Mobile a couple of weeks ago at an event. People
- 16:04Speaker 4: were coming.
- 16:05Speaker 3: Up to him.
- 16:06Speaker 4: He was selling LSU to them. He still did it right.
- 16:10Speaker 4: He would end the conversation with go Tigers. He was
- 16:13Speaker 4: always LSU through and through. He was somebody that still
- 16:17Speaker 4: had a home here you'd see him around town. He
- 16:20Speaker 4: never left. This makes all the sense in the world
- 16:23Speaker 4: to me, because look, this isn't like you're bringing him
- 16:26Speaker 4: in to be the D line coach. That's not what
- 16:28Speaker 4: he's here for. He's not here to be the D
- 16:29Speaker 4: line coach. Sure he'll help out if you got a question, Hey,
- 16:32Speaker 4: coach O, what technique would you use here? Great, he's
- 16:34Speaker 4: in the building. It is for recruiting to get back
- 16:39Speaker 4: to dominating Louisiana. He's respected from Shreveport to Monroe, to
- 16:44Speaker 4: Alexandria to Lafayette, Dahoma, the Cutoff, the New Orleans Batnut,
- 16:49Speaker 4: you name it. He's respected. He can walk into any
- 16:52Speaker 4: gym in Louisiana. He doesn't even have to have an
- 16:55Speaker 4: LSU shirt on if he doesn't want to, because they're
- 16:57Speaker 4: going to know exactly who he is. I think with
- 17:00Speaker 4: a new staff was you know a lot of different
- 17:03Speaker 4: people that have you know, not been here, a lot
- 17:06Speaker 4: of people that don't have necessarily Louisiana ties.
- 17:09Speaker 2: You got the ultimate Louisiana time.
- 17:10Speaker 3: Now. I was so fired up yesterday when I saw
- 17:16Speaker 3: this news come across. What a perfect move by Lane
- 17:19Speaker 3: Kiffin to bring him in and in perfect timing and
- 17:23Speaker 3: what and like, just like you mentioned the rules of
- 17:25Speaker 3: college football, he comes into the position he can go
- 17:28Speaker 3: on the road and recruit, Like what a perfect time
- 17:30Speaker 3: for him to come full circle back to LSU. It
- 17:35Speaker 3: just didn't feel right last year seeing coach O like
- 17:37Speaker 3: walking around with like a hurricane shirt on on the
- 17:40Speaker 3: field and stuff like that he saw us, It just
- 17:42Speaker 3: didn't feel right to anybody.
- 17:44Speaker 2: You know, sons were coaching there.
- 17:45Speaker 3: Yeah, of course I know I get that, but still
- 17:47Speaker 3: it's it's one of those things where it's just a
- 17:50Speaker 3: natural fit and for in a natural position for him
- 17:53Speaker 3: to come back and be in like this is this
- 17:56Speaker 3: is a man who is as high as it goes,
- 18:00Speaker 3: as good as it gets when it comes to recruiting,
- 18:03Speaker 3: being able to talk and be passionate about something. And
- 18:07Speaker 3: this man could have gone to any university and been
- 18:10Speaker 3: a good recruiter, Yeah, and been able to give a
- 18:13Speaker 3: sales pitch and seem endearing about it and truthful, because
- 18:16Speaker 3: that's he's just a passionate man. But there's another level
- 18:19Speaker 3: when it comes to him talking about LSU and Louisiana
- 18:22Speaker 3: because it's home and so that that reverence for the
- 18:27Speaker 3: university that he has for the state and that just
- 18:31Speaker 3: appreciation that it has comes through when he talks, and
- 18:33Speaker 3: you could be like it oozes out of him like
- 18:35Speaker 3: the LSU pride. I mean so much that Lane Kiffen
- 18:39Speaker 3: mentioned coach Osoron in his opening statement when he came
- 18:41Speaker 3: to LSU at the press conference. He mentioned about talking
- 18:44Speaker 3: to him and calling him when he was on his
- 18:47Speaker 3: little caravan from the airport to the football ops for
- 18:50Speaker 3: the first time and passing passing the stadium and calling
- 18:53Speaker 3: coach oh right there, so we knew they had a
- 18:55Speaker 3: great relationship. I didn't know if this was possible because like, look,
- 19:01Speaker 3: I mean a lot of times coaches a vegos, right coaches,
- 19:04Speaker 3: all coaches have vegos coach. No head coach at a
- 19:07Speaker 3: place ever wants to have a former head coach, especially
- 19:11Speaker 3: national champion winning head coach joining his staff, because there's
- 19:14Speaker 3: a you know, there could be a power and balance there.
- 19:17Speaker 3: But this is like, I don't think that's even a
- 19:19Speaker 3: thought with this like that, like that they have such
- 19:21Speaker 3: a good relationship. Coach O is probably in such an
- 19:23Speaker 3: awesome place in his life and and doing exactly what
- 19:29Speaker 3: he is awesome at at a place that that he
- 19:32Speaker 3: loves So I couldn't be more fired up for this.
- 19:35Speaker 2: Move for.
- 19:38Speaker 3: Not for LSU, not only not only LSU, but like
- 19:41Speaker 3: for him itself. Like it's just a it's a good
- 19:44Speaker 3: fit for everybody and LSU football is going to be
- 19:47Speaker 3: far better for it. So, and didn't he tried to
- 19:53Speaker 3: get Laying here when Coach O took the head coaching job,
- 19:55Speaker 3: try to kind of lure him away from Bama at
- 19:58Speaker 3: the time, right, got.
- 20:00Speaker 2: The Florida Landing job for Lane exactly? Yeah, but the
- 20:03Speaker 2: hell that works right, right?
- 20:04Speaker 4: And we know, like when coach O was here, you
- 20:07Speaker 4: had top five recruiting classes in nineteen twenty twenty one,
- 20:12Speaker 4: Like that's that's what he always has done. And it's
- 20:17Speaker 4: a good point. I'm glad you did bring that back up.
- 20:19Speaker 4: Coacho did try to get Lane Kiffin here. That relationship, too,
- 20:22Speaker 4: is why this can work because of what you said,
- 20:25Speaker 4: Like as players, as coaches, you got to have a
- 20:28Speaker 4: little bit of ego to be able to be the best,
- 20:30Speaker 4: and a lot of times this would be a disaster
- 20:34Speaker 4: if you didn't have that relationship.
- 20:36Speaker 2: But the fact that when Coacho was here, he wanted
- 20:38Speaker 2: Lane here.
- 20:39Speaker 4: When Lane's here now, he won a Coacho with him,
- 20:41Speaker 4: and so they've worked together at Tennessee, they've worked together
- 20:44Speaker 4: at USC. They know each other inside and out right.
- 20:47Speaker 4: They know how to work with each other. Like sure
- 20:50Speaker 4: they might disagree on something, but they've worked through that before.
- 20:53Speaker 4: That's another piece of this that allows me to think
- 20:55Speaker 4: that it's going to work out. And you know, Lane
- 20:58Speaker 4: Kiffin is not somebody that's going to be boots on
- 21:01Speaker 4: the ground, hitting the road, hitting the trails high school recruiting.
- 21:05Speaker 4: It's not where he's had his success. He's had his
- 21:07Speaker 4: success through the transfer portal. So for me, this is
- 21:10Speaker 4: also Coach O's kind of going to take over that role.
- 21:13Speaker 4: It feels like he's going to be the guy in
- 21:15Speaker 4: the gymnasiums, in the coach's office, around the you know,
- 21:19Speaker 4: the state recruiting LSU and he's going to be able
- 21:22Speaker 4: to do that while Lane Kiffin is going to be
- 21:25Speaker 4: able to still do.
- 21:26Speaker 2: What he does in the transfer portal. And you try
- 21:28Speaker 2: to blend those two things together.
- 21:31Speaker 3: So did we keep count after t is coach O?
- 21:37Speaker 3: Seventy seven, seventy eight.
- 21:40Speaker 2: A hashtag seventy eight When I sent the news last.
- 21:42Speaker 3: Night, Oh se yeah, it didn't it didn't click.
- 21:45Speaker 5: I remember, like t was the seventy seventh.
- 21:47Speaker 3: Wow, oh, seven seventh right, tell me Taylor, I had
- 21:53Speaker 3: at Margarita. At Margarita, you know well, and looking at
- 21:56Speaker 3: the details, he's still not.
- 21:58Speaker 2: Over eleven hours ago. I know I had.
- 22:01Speaker 3: Margarite eleven hours ago. Okay, exactly eleven hours ago. Was delicious.
- 22:07Speaker 3: So that's why I said eleven. So I'm super fired up. Though,
- 22:10Speaker 3: by the way, I can't wait. I talked to coach
- 22:12Speaker 3: O about a month ago a Dick Sporting kids saw
- 22:18Speaker 3: each other by the by the baseball mit section. I
- 22:22Speaker 3: talked to him for like twenty five minutes.
- 22:24Speaker 4: I watched Mimesis baseball team when I was in Mobile, Alabama.
- 22:29Speaker 4: As I said, I was doing an event. They had
- 22:31Speaker 4: the championship game. I was on Game Changer off in
- 22:34Speaker 4: the corner watching them play, and Coacho came over there like,
- 22:37Speaker 4: what are you watching in my son's baseball games? So
- 22:40Speaker 4: you can watch it right down on the phone right there.
- 22:42Speaker 2: Like crystal clear. I was like, yes, sir. He sat
- 22:44Speaker 2: there and watched about three outs with me.
- 22:46Speaker 3: Yes, I was twenty twenty six.
- 22:49Speaker 4: It is I mean think about that though, like, wait,
- 22:52Speaker 4: you can sit there and you can watch Yep. He's like, man,
- 22:55Speaker 4: that's what a great tool that is. I wish i'd
- 22:56Speaker 4: had that my boys were playing. I know, so Coach
- 23:01Speaker 4: O stay true. He hasn't ever gone away from LSU.
- 23:06Speaker 4: You know, his sons are coaching across the country, very
- 23:08Speaker 4: successful as what you know, by what I think all
- 23:10Speaker 4: of them are in the playoff lash with the schools
- 23:13Speaker 4: that they were at.
- 23:13Speaker 2: It was funny.
- 23:14Speaker 3: It's like, like we think as fans all the times
- 23:17Speaker 3: you see these common sense things that you want teams
- 23:20Speaker 3: to do.
- 23:20Speaker 7: Oh thanks, should go hire that guy or pick that
- 23:22Speaker 7: guy up?
- 23:22Speaker 3: Like it just makes so much sense, but it never happens,
- 23:26Speaker 3: Like this is one of those things that made so
- 23:28Speaker 3: much sense that I never thought it would happen because
- 23:31Speaker 3: it made so much sense. I come back, recruit, do
- 23:34Speaker 3: what you want to do. You already like live here,
- 23:36Speaker 3: you love luis like you have a good relationship, and
- 23:39Speaker 3: it's one of those things that made so much sense
- 23:42Speaker 3: to me that I'd never thought was possible. But then
- 23:45Speaker 3: it happens, and it's like, man, this is what a
- 23:47Speaker 3: great move it is. So we should all be fired up.
- 23:50Speaker 3: We got coach oh back.
- 23:52Speaker 8: I saw a tweet from Preston Guy that I completely
- 23:56Speaker 8: agreed with. He said that it feels like people talking
- 24:00Speaker 8: in a bar and they're like, oh, just pay the
- 24:01Speaker 8: buyout and fire Brian Kelly and then just go get
- 24:04Speaker 8: Lane Kiffin.
- 24:05Speaker 5: And then it's like, let's just bring Will Wade back.
- 24:07Speaker 5: And it just sounds like.
- 24:07Speaker 8: We're people talking at a bar about sports and the
- 24:12Speaker 8: athletic directors are.
- 24:13Speaker 5: Just doing it. Bring Will way back.
- 24:16Speaker 2: It's legal. Now. It does have a feel like, hey,
- 24:18Speaker 2: you know what I would.
- 24:19Speaker 3: Do, right, Yes, that's what That's kind of like how
- 24:23Speaker 3: I felt about this last night. I was like, man,
- 24:25Speaker 3: this is like what everybody wants to happen, but it
- 24:28Speaker 3: never happens because.
- 24:29Speaker 4: For some reason, it just like they like that's it's very,
- 24:32Speaker 4: very true, and it's a great way to put it,
- 24:34Speaker 4: because like how many times have we been here like
- 24:37Speaker 4: on air, off air and be like, man, God.
- 24:39Speaker 2: Would you get We'll Wade back?
- 24:40Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 24:41Speaker 8: Sometimes I'm like I can't believe this is actually like
- 24:44Speaker 8: a school that I'm covering and it's actually all happening here,
- 24:47Speaker 8: Like we really got Lane Kiffin, we really hired back
- 24:50Speaker 8: a coach that we fired for Jones.
- 24:52Speaker 2: Is back on the Johnny Jones is back.
- 24:54Speaker 6: On one you've always rod. It's like, why stop there?
- 24:57Speaker 6: What else can we do?
- 24:58Speaker 3: What can Brian Kelly do?
- 25:04Speaker 2: Nobody asked that.
- 25:05Speaker 3: Yeah, let me tell you a step further another bar time.
- 25:07Speaker 3: This is after a couple of different shots. Why don't
- 25:10Speaker 3: we just go get a bunch of professional basketball players.
- 25:13Speaker 5: Why don't we just go overseas?
- 25:14Speaker 3: I dropped about the Celtics. Somebody could play. Here's a
- 25:17Speaker 3: big tip player of the year last year, let's go
- 25:20Speaker 3: get him.
- 25:21Speaker 5: I heard that guy tell.
- 25:22Speaker 2: VI was good. All right.
- 25:24Speaker 4: Maybe we didn't say that because we didn't know that
- 25:26Speaker 4: that was actually a thing you could do. But we
- 25:28Speaker 4: did always be like Mann, we have Willa, we have
- 25:31Speaker 4: coach O like on this staff, just in some capacity,
- 25:35Speaker 4: I mean before Lane became the coach, Like, hey, can
- 25:37Speaker 4: we get Lane Kiffin over here to get some excitement.
- 25:40Speaker 8: It's a fever dream that's actually about the ViRGE.
- 25:43Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, like, what a feeling we have right
- 25:46Speaker 3: now after the worst year of LSU athletics, Ben's men's athletics. Yes,
- 25:51Speaker 3: excuse me, uh, we're just like, yeah, are happening.
- 25:58Speaker 6: Virgin is just like the picture of guy where he's
- 26:00Speaker 6: like I'll do it.
- 26:02Speaker 3: I'll do it, do it.
- 26:03Speaker 8: We do it where everyone's like triple dog bearing birds
- 26:06Speaker 8: to do it. He's like, all right, it's great, dude,
- 26:11Speaker 8: hire back coach O. I triple dog dare you.
- 26:14Speaker 2: But like it's probably in the building right now, already
- 26:18Speaker 2: on the phones.
- 26:19Speaker 3: But if we talked about like, yeah, it's been a
- 26:22Speaker 3: disaster this year in men's sports, right, but it's all
- 26:27Speaker 3: led to this. We talked like how crazy of a
- 26:31Speaker 3: butterfly effect was Garretsmeyer get injured in training camp? Yeah? Yeah,
- 26:36Speaker 3: it was bad for a couple of months. But if
- 26:39Speaker 3: he doesn't we're stuck with we still have Brian Kelly,
- 26:42Speaker 3: right and probably could you probably win nine games? Yeah,
- 26:45Speaker 3: we still Brian Kelly is still the head coach. If
- 26:47Speaker 3: not Smier didn't get hurt, right, So like what a
- 26:49Speaker 3: butterfly Now we got Lane Giffen and coach O, or
- 26:53Speaker 3: we don't get just.
- 26:54Speaker 5: Like pummeled by Texas A and M two seasons in
- 26:56Speaker 5: a row and you.
- 26:58Speaker 7: Don't do its help accelerate.
- 27:03Speaker 3: You might lose that game, but you don't lose a
- 27:05Speaker 3: lot of the other one. You win two three more
- 27:09Speaker 3: more games, right at least, and you don't get fired.
- 27:11Speaker 5: But the was just like completely embarrassing.
- 27:14Speaker 3: Yeah, that's the only reason the appetite for the buyout
- 27:16Speaker 3: was because you got embarrassed.
- 27:19Speaker 5: Yeah, it was embarrassing that trap and took over your trap.
- 27:23Speaker 3: No, if you just have a bad season, he's still
- 27:26Speaker 3: h which is a wild thing, So so everybody. Yet,
- 27:31Speaker 3: we had a bad year, but can we be thankful
- 27:33Speaker 3: for the like now that we're on this side of it. Yeah,
- 27:36Speaker 3: looking back on it, we're like it.
- 27:39Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 27:40Speaker 7: I think it was the Taylor's thinking about it. It
- 27:43Speaker 7: feels worth it.
- 27:45Speaker 5: I think it was.
- 27:49Speaker 3: Come back to me to you right now, I'm still saying.
- 27:51Speaker 7: No, you would have rather been been decent and have
- 27:53Speaker 7: Brian Kelly still your head coach.
- 27:56Speaker 6: I mean, like, how far are we getting last year
- 27:58Speaker 6: with Brian Kelly if you mean like c appearance probably,
- 28:03Speaker 6: but nine wins now, I'm good on that.
- 28:06Speaker 2: I am so excited where we're at right now.
- 28:08Speaker 3: If it had eight wins, it's not fired. No, I
- 28:12Speaker 3: don't want that.
- 28:13Speaker 4: Everything somebot like if it was just like normal losses,
- 28:15Speaker 4: you're saying, yeah, because it was the way A and
- 28:17Speaker 4: M did it.
- 28:18Speaker 2: That was like, now you doing that?
- 28:19Speaker 3: No, more. Yeah, but it was also in a combination
- 28:21Speaker 3: with everything else in the season, like the way you
- 28:24Speaker 3: look the rest of the season.
- 28:25Speaker 2: Yeah, it was Yeah, like losing to Vanderbilt and.
- 28:28Speaker 3: The offense just looking pitf God, if not Smier is
- 28:32Speaker 3: not injured. Probably, Yeah, Brakela didn't get fired.
- 28:37Speaker 8: There's everything that's happening is really exciting. But I'm not
- 28:40Speaker 8: gonna like I need a wait to see.
- 28:44Speaker 3: It was a it was a blood sacrifice.
- 28:46Speaker 2: I'm jumping. I just cannon ball right the deep end.
- 28:51Speaker 2: Let's go.
- 28:51Speaker 3: I'm in need.
- 28:54Speaker 4: I need something after after after basketball was last in
- 28:57Speaker 4: the SEC, after baseball, there are seasons already over and
- 29:01Speaker 4: we're sitting here and it's May twenty.
- 29:03Speaker 3: First we need something. Yeah, you know, I've been I've
- 29:09Speaker 3: been a little bit, a little bit more dipping the
- 29:12Speaker 3: toe for a lot longer than most. I'm full. I'm
- 29:17Speaker 3: flying squirrel into the deep end right now.
- 29:19Speaker 4: I mean, I mean the butterfly effect of what football
- 29:26Speaker 4: season was. And because you know of a major injury
- 29:29Speaker 4: to your you know, your quarterback, your best player, and
- 29:34Speaker 4: then the way the season went, the way the A
- 29:36Speaker 4: and M game went, that not only changed your head coaching,
- 29:40Speaker 4: football changed your athletic director. So like that one thing
- 29:44Speaker 4: that happened started this chain of events where you got
- 29:49Speaker 4: a new a D. So if that doesn't happen, not
- 29:52Speaker 4: only is Lane Kiffin here's the question is Will Weighed
- 29:56Speaker 4: still here?
- 29:57Speaker 2: Right? That's like that's a big hard like no, Will Wait.
- 30:01Speaker 2: I mean they answered the questions, no Matt McMahon still here, Yeah, because.
- 30:09Speaker 3: Certainly Lane's out here.
- 30:10Speaker 4: When when Scott will Wait charge they were like, everything
- 30:14Speaker 4: that we heard was that Matt was going to get
- 30:16Speaker 4: another year, So that happens. Those changes happened, Bird says,
- 30:21Speaker 4: that's not happening, moves on from Matt McMahon, Hire's Will Wade,
- 30:25Speaker 4: Hire's Lane Kiffen.
- 30:27Speaker 3: And if you remember the discussions prior to all that
- 30:31Speaker 3: happening and the rumors coming out was LSU has no
- 30:36Speaker 3: appetite to fire McMahan right now and the buyout unless
- 30:42Speaker 3: it's Will Wade, Yeah, it's nobody else, Like it's either
- 30:45Speaker 3: Will Wade or Matt McMahon next year.
- 30:47Speaker 8: I think if Scott was still here, then I think
- 30:51Speaker 8: Matt McMahon would still be here because I think that
- 30:55Speaker 8: LSU had a prior opportunity to bring Will Wait in Oh.
- 31:02Speaker 4: Matt McMahon would would definitely still be here along, I
- 31:06Speaker 4: agree with you, and then like Matt Campbell would be
- 31:08Speaker 4: your football.
- 31:08Speaker 6: Here, Kevin would not be your football you know what
- 31:11Speaker 6: I mean? Hey, you got you know me, you love
- 31:15Speaker 6: I'm a Matt Campbell guy. But it doesn't bring the
- 31:17Speaker 6: same jews and excitement.
- 31:19Speaker 2: And that's just that's what would have happened. Yeah, man
- 31:22Speaker 2: and Matt Campbell.
- 31:23Speaker 4: And I'm just knowing Matt Campbellut there becase I'm thinking
- 31:24Speaker 4: of like somebody who's in this little basic.
- 31:28Speaker 3: In the scenario they're playing out. No, Brian, Brian Kelly
- 31:31Speaker 3: would be your head coach, it would still be your
- 31:33Speaker 3: head coach.
- 31:33Speaker 4: So hmm, no, Smark maybe the way if there's no
- 31:37Speaker 4: maybe the way you fell off. I'm talking about that
- 31:39Speaker 4: personal conversations I had with the people that make this.
- 31:43Speaker 3: But what the point of saying is the falloff is
- 31:46Speaker 3: not there. The falloff is not their football. If your
- 31:50Speaker 3: quarterback doesn't get injured. Oh yeah, what I'm saying about
- 31:53Speaker 3: he was already injured.
- 31:54Speaker 4: Like the season would have gone how the season probably went,
- 31:57Speaker 4: wins and losses, wives Brian Kelly, No, Brian Kelly, because
- 32:04Speaker 4: I mean I don't know that he was gonna make
- 32:09Speaker 4: a differences. No, no, no, I'm saying the season and
- 32:14Speaker 4: the record for football would have been the same because
- 32:16Speaker 4: NUS had already been hurt. Okay, all right, so they
- 32:19Speaker 4: probably would have lost the same games if they and
- 32:21Speaker 4: so like by the end of the year changed.
- 32:23Speaker 3: Our hypothetical situation.
- 32:25Speaker 2: Got it? Wait what.
- 32:29Speaker 5: Let's figure it out in the break?
- 32:31Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 32:32Speaker 7: Yeah, boy, or tb off the bench.

- 34:29Speaker 2: O TV here live from the Raising Kine studio. You know,
- 34:36Speaker 2: while we are getting the band kind of back together.
- 34:39Speaker 4: In football, college game day is going to be on
- 34:43Speaker 4: campus for the first game against Clemson.
- 34:45Speaker 2: We all know that.
- 34:46Speaker 4: So the stadium and the campus is going to be
- 34:49Speaker 4: turned up to an eleven. I think we all agree there.
- 34:54Speaker 4: I've got how LSU should come out of the tunnel. Okay,
- 34:59Speaker 4: well we got today, all right, Well that would be awesome,
- 35:03Speaker 4: But what if, right, the team doesn't run out, but
- 35:07Speaker 4: the door is open, you can't really see who's walking out,
- 35:10Speaker 4: and all of a sudden they get to the end
- 35:11Speaker 4: of the cheerleaders and they reached down and they pull
- 35:15Speaker 4: a blade of grass and they hold it up and
- 35:17Speaker 4: it's Coach Miles and he eats the grass and then
- 35:21Speaker 4: the team runs out behind him.
- 35:24Speaker 5: Electric.
- 35:26Speaker 2: You want to talk about having the stadium. Yeah, that's
- 35:32Speaker 2: how we do it.
- 35:33Speaker 7: It'd be pretty sweet. Would the crowd go crazy?
- 35:36Speaker 2: They would? I would he lose my mind on the
- 35:40Speaker 2: podcast Coach came back.
- 35:43Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 35:43Speaker 5: I think the general l s U population loves him.
- 35:48Speaker 7: I thought you should.
- 35:49Speaker 2: He won a national champion.
- 35:51Speaker 6: Played for three SEC championships. Yeah, winning his coaching program history,
- 35:55Speaker 6: no big.
- 35:56Speaker 3: Deal, decent see it. I'd like to see me at
- 36:02Speaker 3: grass one last time. Yeah, oh, ran in our paray,
- 36:06Speaker 3: that'd be awesome. I said it would be awesome. Coach
- 36:09Speaker 3: Miles comes out kind of you know, keeps keeps his
- 36:12Speaker 3: face just.
- 36:13Speaker 5: A shadow, kind of lights down and just boom.
- 36:17Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 36:19Speaker 3: If you like neck Neck was at its.
- 36:23Speaker 5: Heyday with Yeah, he can come out to neck.
- 36:26Speaker 7: Mm hmmm.
- 36:29Speaker 3: I thought you're gonna say, alive unleashed Tiger. We almost
- 36:34Speaker 3: had that with Omar.
- 36:37Speaker 5: Omar was crazy.
- 36:41Speaker 2: Like that never happened, right, it was a dream. My god,
- 36:46Speaker 2: I forgot about that.
- 36:50Speaker 3: Shipped him in from Florida. The shipped them in from Florida.
- 36:53Speaker 3: The fact it's hard to erase memories when you keep
- 36:56Speaker 3: bringing him up.
- 36:56Speaker 5: I mean they brought a Floridian tiger into it.
- 37:00Speaker 3: There was.
- 37:03Speaker 5: Named Omar.
- 37:04Speaker 3: Barely fit in the cage. I mean it was just
- 37:07Speaker 3: not a good look. That's bad look. You can't.
- 37:11Speaker 2: I wish I hit how actual Mic could like.
- 37:14Speaker 3: Like that's why we pay Mike. We don't need them,
- 37:17Speaker 3: do Mike?
- 37:18Speaker 5: Just didn't.
- 37:20Speaker 8: They used to say that they would open the cage
- 37:24Speaker 8: or something and if he got in, they'd bring him out,
- 37:26Speaker 8: and if he didn't, they would sleeve him alone. Let's
- 37:28Speaker 8: just do that again, like if he feels like coming out,
- 37:31Speaker 8: let him come out like a real.
- 37:34Speaker 3: Time as they suld pull the tarlot. The cheerleaders would
- 37:38Speaker 3: be on top of the cage. It was great. Here's
- 37:41Speaker 3: my question. I want to upset you animal lovers out there.
- 37:45Speaker 3: If you own a dog and you need to go
- 37:48Speaker 3: outside the potty, Yeah, and it doesn't want to go outside.
- 37:51Speaker 3: Let's say it's raining, right, you kind of just throw
- 37:54Speaker 3: it outside, true, Yeah, just kind of make it go
- 37:58Speaker 3: outside because it's a dog.
- 38:00Speaker 5: Yeah, Lord, so make it go outside because it's a tiger.
- 38:04Speaker 6: A little harder to pick up and push the tiger
- 38:07Speaker 6: into the g's true, but figured it out several people
- 38:11Speaker 6: they've done it before.
- 38:13Speaker 3: Yeah, you know, that's just a question I'm asking asking
- 38:17Speaker 3: for a friend.
- 38:18Speaker 8: Yeah, I wonder if we started a petition, if it
- 38:21Speaker 8: would be like if they would yep, if it be effected.
- 38:25Speaker 3: You know, it's it's cool to the animal lovers to
- 38:28Speaker 3: ask the tiger nicely if he would like to get
- 38:31Speaker 3: in the cage at some point for twenty minutes of
- 38:34Speaker 3: his life. But at some point you.
- 38:38Speaker 5: Could just you could put him in there the cage.
- 38:42Speaker 7: He absolutely, he lives a pretty plush life.
- 38:47Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean he gets ground beef given to him
- 38:51Speaker 3: before every game in the logo of the people were
- 38:53Speaker 3: playing right, pretty good.
- 38:56Speaker 5: He gets like frozen goat milk popsicles all the time too.
- 38:59Speaker 3: Yeah. I think he can just get in the cage.
- 39:03Speaker 5: Yeah, get your ass in the cage, Mike, get your button. Sorry.
- 39:08Speaker 3: I mean we can ask him, we can keep asking
- 39:10Speaker 3: him nicely on that Missalan, who's that she's right there
- 39:15Speaker 3: about you?
- 39:16Speaker 2: Have you ever seen the movie Demolition Man.
- 39:18Speaker 4: I have.
- 39:19Speaker 5: It's been a really long time.
- 39:21Speaker 4: In the movie, when you say a swear word no
- 39:23Speaker 4: matter where you're at. It's like in the future, you
- 39:26Speaker 4: get fined, you get like a ticket.
- 39:27Speaker 5: Dang, I would get so many tickets. I would go bankrupt.
- 39:31Speaker 3: When you bring your we bring your cat to the vet.
- 39:34Speaker 5: Huh what do you do? What do you mean you
- 39:36Speaker 5: force him in the cage?
- 39:37Speaker 3: You put him in the little cage? Yeah, to bring
- 39:39Speaker 3: him to trans But they don't love it. But it's
- 39:42Speaker 3: for for them. It's for them, it's for the betterment
- 39:46Speaker 3: of you and the people around you. They got to
- 39:48Speaker 3: get shots to help everybody else's right, right. I love
- 39:51Speaker 3: your enthusiasm on this.
- 39:53Speaker 8: I do.
- 39:53Speaker 3: I'm with you.
- 39:54Speaker 6: We're gonna have to get about six seven people to
- 39:57Speaker 6: help out with us. Shouldn't shouldn't have set it around
- 40:01Speaker 6: a kid. Shouldn't have set it around a kid.
- 40:02Speaker 3: That's on me. It's going crazy because like, yeah, I
- 40:06Speaker 3: can pick up a three pound cat in the.
- 40:09Speaker 5: Cage, but I think the full o TV wolf pack
- 40:13Speaker 5: can pick up Mike.
- 40:15Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 40:17Speaker 7: More than heavy lifting, probably, yeah, pretty heavy.
- 40:21Speaker 5: Have you ever seen anybody with more leathery skin?
- 40:24Speaker 3: Like?
- 40:24Speaker 8: Have you ever seen a duo between Lane Kiffin and
- 40:28Speaker 8: Coach O that are so tan and so leathery?
- 40:33Speaker 2: Probably?
- 40:33Speaker 8: Probably the tan leatheriest duo in college All yeah, No,
- 40:39Speaker 8: I don't think there's anything wrong with it.
- 40:40Speaker 2: I love it.
- 40:41Speaker 5: But they got to be the most in college football.
- 40:47Speaker 3: Studs.
- 40:47Speaker 5: Yeah, aura their aura farming, right right.
- 40:54Speaker 7: Yeah, all right, hold on say it. I've just looked
- 40:57Speaker 7: this up.
- 40:58Speaker 3: Google's trying to tell me, Mike, to tell your waist
- 41:00Speaker 3: three hundred and forty five pounds. That can't be accurate.
- 41:03Speaker 6: I'd just look the average weight of a Bengal tiger.
- 41:07Speaker 6: A male's like four forty five seven.
- 41:09Speaker 3: That is shockingly small. I feel right, job, I was
- 41:12Speaker 3: just thinking the same thing. I was thinking, like, what
- 41:14Speaker 3: do they weigh? Eight nine hundred maybe one thousand. Yeah,
- 41:17Speaker 3: it's like five hundred.
- 41:18Speaker 7: Belt that one says Mike. The tiger three forty five depending.
- 41:21Speaker 5: We can definitely do three forty five.
- 41:23Speaker 3: Two of us can do three, like you, like you
- 41:25Speaker 3: could get a three forty five pound cat into a case.
- 41:28Speaker 6: Absolutely, yeah, for sure. And now the now, the logistics
- 41:30Speaker 6: don't seem nearly to drive.
- 41:32Speaker 3: To drive around a field and be praised for twenty minutes, Mike, God,
- 41:35Speaker 3: oh terrible.
- 41:37Speaker 2: Yeah, there's no way.
- 41:38Speaker 5: Shut it down.
- 41:39Speaker 4: Shut it down, all right, we gotta take a break,
- 41:42Speaker 4: we'll take that break more OTB when we come back
- 41:44Speaker 4: here live from the Raisin Kine studio.
- 41:46Speaker 3: Off the bench.
- 41:48Speaker 4: We already know it's here that South Louisiana Heat started
- 41:52Speaker 4: last weekend. And look, you'll get fooled every now and again.
- 41:55Speaker 4: It'd be a cooler day and you'd be like, oh,
- 41:57Speaker 4: it's not coming, it's here. So if it's here, you
- 42:00Speaker 4: got to make sure what your AC's working. You got
- 42:03Speaker 4: to make sure that it's doing the things that it's
- 42:04Speaker 4: supposed to be doing. And when you work with Emerson
- 42:06Speaker 4: Heating and Air, that's what you're going to get. Ems
- 42:09Speaker 4: air dot net, ems air dot net. They've come out
- 42:12Speaker 4: to my house, they've done the tune up, they've gone
- 42:13Speaker 4: to Flint's house as well. Any issue that I've had,
- 42:16Speaker 4: it's been like an under five minute fix, Like it's
- 42:18Speaker 4: truly remarkable.
- 42:19Speaker 2: But have them come out eighty nine dollars OTV special.
- 42:23Speaker 2: Let them know you heard it on OTV.
- 42:24Speaker 4: They're gonna make sure that gets done and you're gonna
- 42:26Speaker 4: make sure your unit is doing what.
- 42:27Speaker 2: It's supposed to be doing.
- 42:28Speaker 3: That's right. Emerson Heating and Air the best in the business.
- 42:31Speaker 3: I have worked with them multiple times they've been out
- 42:33Speaker 3: to the house. Great people over there locally, people that

- 43:06Speaker 1: From the locker room to the airwaves gets off the
- 43:09Speaker 1: bench with Jacob Hester and Matt Flynn.
- 43:15Speaker 3: Man.
- 43:17Speaker 4: Welcome back here, no TV here live from the Raisin
- 43:20Speaker 4: Kine Studio.
- 43:21Speaker 2: We will get to baseball here in a little bit.
- 43:25Speaker 4: Obviously their season is going to be finished now as
- 43:29Speaker 4: they go down in the SEC Tournament late last night
- 43:31Speaker 4: to the Auburn Tigers, and so there's obviously a lot
- 43:34Speaker 4: to get to there and what this season was and
- 43:36Speaker 4: what it means kind of going forward. But yeah, LSU
- 43:39Speaker 4: season is over after they lose three to one to
- 43:42Speaker 4: the Auburn Tigers, and certainly would have led with that
- 43:45Speaker 4: if it wasn't for Coacho coming back to LSU football
- 43:49Speaker 4: and being a coach.
- 43:49Speaker 2: So we will certainly get there.
- 43:51Speaker 7: Got worry.
- 43:52Speaker 3: Yeah, we had Coach O and then we had to
- 43:53Speaker 3: talk about how it's Tiger's way. Well that's kind of
- 43:58Speaker 3: the way the show goes. It's important, important people know.
- 44:01Speaker 3: We're trying to really get down to the facts of that.
- 44:04Speaker 3: But yes, selish you baseball.
- 44:08Speaker 4: It is.
- 44:09Speaker 3: The season is over, so we're gonna give you all
- 44:11Speaker 3: the details on that. But you know what, we talked
- 44:16Speaker 3: about it when I walked in this morning, Landre, we
- 44:18Speaker 3: were unit were talking about it. What they fought they fought.
- 44:23Speaker 5: Oh yeah, the.
- 44:26Speaker 3: Very last out, very last week.
- 44:28Speaker 2: We were asking for for large portions of the season.
- 44:31Speaker 3: He didn't want one rules like we've been getting and
- 44:34Speaker 3: I thought we had a little shot at it.
- 44:35Speaker 2: I thought so too, strikeout.
- 44:40Speaker 5: He was locked in.
- 44:42Speaker 2: If he gets that out on the.
- 44:43Speaker 8: Air, I know that's and then Jay pulled him after that,
- 44:48Speaker 8: and you could tell he didn't. He was like, coach,
- 44:51Speaker 8: I'm trying to stay in here, and I get why
- 44:54Speaker 8: j pulled him, but yeah, just very disappointing, but also
- 44:59Speaker 8: predictable well into the season unfortunately.
- 45:02Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, gonna be a complete And I was like, oh,
- 45:06Speaker 2: come on, you knowl she just always does something like
- 45:09Speaker 2: that in Hoover.
- 45:11Speaker 8: And that late night magic they like, Dary kept talking
- 45:14Speaker 8: about the late night magic and you hoped for something.
- 45:17Speaker 2: I really did about this, Yeah one, and he was
- 45:20Speaker 2: swinging bro.
- 45:21Speaker 8: He had a good at bad That was a great
- 45:26Speaker 8: from him as challenges in the night every time.
- 45:31Speaker 5: So cas animals got cheated out of strikeout like.
- 45:35Speaker 4: Think about that, Like if it wasn't for abs, like
- 45:37Speaker 4: the game would have ended on a strikeout, but it
- 45:39Speaker 4: got extended.
- 45:39Speaker 2: So I'm all for it anyway.
- 45:41Speaker 4: So we'll talk baseball, We'll talk more, coach Oh, coming
- 45:43Speaker 4: back to l s U stay locked.
- 45:45Speaker 2: In here to o TB off the bench?
