- 0:26Speaker 1: Good, I'm real good.
- 0:28Speaker 3: To help you if you're a good.
- 0:30Speaker 5: Yeah, No, look I'm I'm tippity top.
- 0:34Speaker 1: That was the play last night? Brilliant? You like that ship? Brilliant? Wow?
- 0:39Speaker 3: Really?
- 0:39Speaker 5: Yes, great, one of that. One of the best plays
- 0:45Speaker 5: I've seen, very.
- 0:48Speaker 3: Very good, best play you've seen this year?
- 0:52Speaker 4: Yes, you see what I mean about the ending there? Yes,
- 0:57Speaker 4: playing to the raked where we're sitting. You went and
- 1:01Speaker 4: saw a view from the bridge last night with Beulah, Yes,
- 1:04Speaker 4: who was a guest a couple of weeks ago there.
- 1:06Speaker 3: And what did your wife think?
- 1:09Speaker 1: She loved it?
- 1:09Speaker 3: She cried Wow.
- 1:11Speaker 5: Yeah, I cried as well. And I can say that
- 1:19Speaker 5: throughout it there was a lot of.
- 1:22Speaker 1: There is a real.
- 1:26Speaker 2: Oh, quite as you should go, you should go to it.
- 1:32Speaker 3: I just it's not what it's just not at all
- 1:34Speaker 3: our cop.
- 1:35Speaker 5: What I will say is they played the tension they
- 1:41Speaker 5: played the tension beautifully, beautifully. It was very very very good.
- 1:49Speaker 5: Five Buzzies fellows.
- 1:53Speaker 1: That's pretty good, isn't it?
- 1:54Speaker 5: Five Buzzies performance sub he Where did you say sorry balcony?
- 2:01Speaker 1: Oh you're good?
- 2:02Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, I'd like to go somewhere else because I
- 2:04Speaker 4: was right on the stay yes, okay, which was great
- 2:07Speaker 4: because you're looking up. Yes, And it was quite good
- 2:10Speaker 4: because I think every vantage point you see things and
- 2:14Speaker 4: you're also miss things. Yes, you know, so every sort
- 2:17Speaker 4: of area that you see you catch things that you
- 2:19Speaker 4: wouldn't if you're sitting somewhere else and you miss things.
- 2:21Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 2:21Speaker 2: Yeah, it's a famous play, right you guys haven't seen
- 2:26Speaker 2: it or didn't know the moments in it, and you
- 2:27Speaker 2: still have.
- 2:28Speaker 5: Never read it, right, I knew.
- 2:32Speaker 1: I've never known it to be run at.
- 2:34Speaker 5: And actually an old mate was there who's a real
- 2:37Speaker 5: theater chap and he was saying what he loved about
- 2:40Speaker 5: it because usually when that plays put on a view
- 2:42Speaker 5: from the bridge, it's a massive production, right, And he said,
- 2:46Speaker 5: the last time he saw, you know, it was ru
- 2:50Speaker 5: and a massive cast and they had like very good
- 2:53Speaker 5: people shouting from apartments and they had the whole set
- 2:56Speaker 5: you know, and like when immigration comes. It was like
- 2:59Speaker 5: eight of them with their you know, billy thing clubs.
- 3:02Speaker 5: Billy clubs. But that's what I really liked about this
- 3:06Speaker 5: production was very sparse, very well directed, very it was tight, tezy.
- 3:11Speaker 4: What kind of cheer was it? It was a dining
- 3:13Speaker 4: room table chair, a wooden chair.
- 3:16Speaker 5: Yes, that was it.
- 3:17Speaker 3: And what did they turn the cheer into?
- 3:18Speaker 1: Like a car cheer? A car a.
- 3:21Speaker 5: Driving scene where they was.
- 3:23Speaker 1: There anything.
- 3:26Speaker 4: Laid down at one point on his back and it
- 3:28Speaker 4: was like a space rocket. I said that was representing
- 3:32Speaker 4: his organism. Well, I think I will go see it.
- 3:35Speaker 5: I think the one thing I hated Mace when I
- 3:37Speaker 5: used to do that, I used to do auditions is
- 3:42Speaker 5: pretending you had to pretend to be driving. Your wife
- 3:45Speaker 5: had to do that, and I just I mocked her,
- 3:49Speaker 5: and she said all of us were like, fun, can
- 3:51Speaker 5: we just be steering? Its different high and you're just like.
- 3:57Speaker 1: No safety.
- 3:59Speaker 4: Because she sold it so well that she was driving,
- 4:01Speaker 4: I thought she was going to get into an accident.
- 4:02Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, totally thankfully spoiler of it. But it was
- 4:06Speaker 1: very good. Isn't he sup? He looks? And you know
- 4:08Speaker 1: what I meant?
- 4:09Speaker 4: It was weird because I thought, because I've not met
- 4:11Speaker 4: him before, but I thought he'd be bigger because he
- 4:13Speaker 4: seems big on the stage.
- 4:15Speaker 5: He's just got a big presence. And I thought the
- 4:18Speaker 5: daughter was magnificent.
- 4:19Speaker 1: And the wife was amazing. Yes, yes, they were all great.
- 4:23Speaker 1: Yeah they were Yeah.
- 4:25Speaker 5: Ten out of ten.
- 4:25Speaker 3: Busies Keys, five busies?
- 4:27Speaker 1: Ja Man?
- 4:28Speaker 5: What did We're not for? Plays The Whole Lucky Big
- 4:31Speaker 5: Show week days from four on Radio Hurarchymer The ha
- 4:36Speaker 5: Wcky Big Show Podcast. What did you do last night?
- 4:42Speaker 3: What did I do?
- 4:43Speaker 2: Sorry, there's people outside the window and everyone's distracted. Now
- 4:46Speaker 2: what did I do last night?
- 4:47Speaker 1: I you're good man? Tonight?
- 4:51Speaker 3: No, I had like one asleep.
- 4:53Speaker 1: You were thinking about? What were you worrying about?
- 4:55Speaker 5: Keys? You should have called me, man, I would have
- 4:58Speaker 5: you know, I would have talked you to sleep.
- 5:01Speaker 1: You sleep, man, probably know what I was.
- 5:03Speaker 4: I'll open up about what I was awake about if
- 5:05Speaker 4: you like, and then that might help.
- 5:07Speaker 1: You to share with us.
- 5:08Speaker 4: Okay, you go, fucking cat, wake me up. It's not
- 5:12Speaker 4: helping about four o'clock in the morning. And so you
- 5:16Speaker 4: know what the troublers I've got is that the cat's fine.
- 5:19Speaker 4: But then I get up, and I have to go
- 5:20Speaker 4: to the bathroom, and it hears me, and it's like, oh,
- 5:22Speaker 4: go and see what old Mogi's up to in the pizza.
- 5:25Speaker 4: It comes in for a pet because I'm doing one
- 5:26Speaker 4: of my sit down wings. And then that's that the
- 5:29Speaker 4: cats up comes and bangs on outdoor fork and then
- 5:32Speaker 4: I get up four thirty. So I've been up since
- 5:35Speaker 4: four thirty. Well four.
- 5:37Speaker 1: Yeah, so I've got some things going on in my life.
- 5:41Speaker 3: Took sounds cool, man.
- 5:44Speaker 2: I had the situation where I had three jobs to do,
- 5:47Speaker 2: and in my head at dream, not in real life,
- 5:50Speaker 2: and in my head at night, the jobs were massive
- 5:55Speaker 2: and very overwhelming right and then, and I couldn't sleep.
- 5:59Speaker 3: I was like, oh my god, don't even know if
- 6:00Speaker 3: I can do these jobs.
- 6:01Speaker 2: And then eventually, like at seven am, I had like
- 6:04Speaker 2: two hours sleep or something, and then when I woke up,
- 6:07Speaker 2: I went and did the jobs and they were done
- 6:08Speaker 2: in about an hour. They were totally fine. And so
- 6:11Speaker 2: it was this weird situation where my brain was making
- 6:13Speaker 2: things way worse than actually, which I assume is some
- 6:17Speaker 2: sort of anxiety about something.
- 6:18Speaker 5: Yes, it is you should you should?
- 6:20Speaker 3: I never get you should do?
- 6:22Speaker 1: You should?
- 6:23Speaker 5: Listen to Ikea toll Man. I do it all the time. Now,
- 6:26Speaker 5: it's all about being in this moment now because all
- 6:29Speaker 5: the grief we cause ourself Keezy is worrying about the
- 6:32Speaker 5: future or thinking or thinking about the past, we forget
- 6:36Speaker 5: the now, the moment we're in right now, totally just
- 6:39Speaker 5: on the cat front.
- 6:41Speaker 3: Oh yes, so that's me.
- 6:43Speaker 1: No, tell me, you're telling them about the cat.
- 6:46Speaker 5: Whenever we get up jezz our cat.
- 6:52Speaker 1: She likes to bite us.
- 6:54Speaker 3: Yeah, she bites us like affectionately.
- 6:57Speaker 5: Yes, it's like a nip. Yeah, but cat for shot man.
- 7:01Speaker 5: And so you're going to be making your coffee and
- 7:03Speaker 5: my dude just flopping around there. Thank god, it's not
- 7:08Speaker 5: right at the floor, would be in all sorts of trouble.
- 7:10Speaker 3: It'll give it time, but she does.
- 7:15Speaker 5: Or you know, we'll be chilling out on the couch
- 7:17Speaker 5: and she'll be sitting in your crutch and then she'll
- 7:20Speaker 5: just bite your arm. She'll just bite it, which is
- 7:22Speaker 5: bored and it's like, ah fuck.
- 7:24Speaker 3: Yeah, she is outside. She wants to hunt skink, she
- 7:28Speaker 3: wants to jump off the window.
- 7:29Speaker 1: In a zoo. As far as as far as that
- 7:33Speaker 1: Jesus consumed.
- 7:34Speaker 2: It was funny at Jason's dinner when Jizz did something
- 7:40Speaker 2: and you had no Josh, I mean you know what, I.
- 7:45Speaker 3: Believe she didn't realize that you would named the cat gin.
- 7:49Speaker 1: That was so I didn't.
- 7:50Speaker 5: I didn't care about my wife knowing about the name.
- 7:52Speaker 5: It was more my daughter knowing about the name. She
- 7:55Speaker 5: would be fucking mortified.
- 7:57Speaker 3: Your wife turned around, was just like sorry, what did
- 7:59Speaker 3: you just say?
- 8:01Speaker 1: No? Sorry? Who?
- 8:04Speaker 5: But yes, well that's no good, Kizy, No, it's no good.
- 8:08Speaker 2: It's something that it's for me. It's a sleep it's
- 8:10Speaker 2: a sleep thing. And if I don't, if I don't
- 8:13Speaker 2: go to sleep, which I'm usually very very good at.
- 8:16Speaker 2: Only recently the last two months. Yes, this has happened
- 8:18Speaker 2: to me three or four times.
- 8:19Speaker 1: Yeah, well I.
- 8:20Speaker 4: Started having those sorts of things when I was older
- 8:22Speaker 4: as well, certainly sleep, but certainly for me it was
- 8:26Speaker 4: panic attacks, and it would have been I was thirty seven,
- 8:29Speaker 4: so slightly older.
- 8:31Speaker 2: But I think the thing for me is because my
- 8:33Speaker 2: wife can get anxious at times, I put more pressure
- 8:36Speaker 2: on myself to be the one that doesn't that's right,
- 8:39Speaker 2: which means I then whole lot of stuff being like
- 8:41Speaker 2: I'm gonna look after this, so she doesn't have to
- 8:43Speaker 2: worry about it.
- 8:44Speaker 3: And it's never even a big deal. It's not even
- 8:45Speaker 3: a big thing. But lately I'm like, holy shit, right,
- 8:48Speaker 3: you know, extra worry hasn't there.
- 8:50Speaker 2: But today, after I did the jobs, I was like,
- 8:52Speaker 2: what the fuck was I worried about?
- 8:53Speaker 1: But it's not even about the worry. No, it's not
- 8:55Speaker 1: even about the jobs.
- 8:56Speaker 4: That's what happens is your brain gets into a cycle, yeah,
- 9:01Speaker 4: of making things worse than they are, spiraling, spiraling.
- 9:04Speaker 1: Yeah, it's strificing.
- 9:06Speaker 4: And it's not even about the things anymore. No, it's
- 9:08Speaker 4: about your braining into a habit of making things worse
- 9:11Speaker 4: than they appear, which is not good.
- 9:13Speaker 2: But until until I could actually go and do the thing,
- 9:18Speaker 2: you know, there's no way of stopping but sleeping.
- 9:20Speaker 4: When I was over in Australia there and doing a
- 9:23Speaker 4: hell of a lot of staff things, partying, and I
- 9:29Speaker 4: would get.
- 9:29Speaker 1: To a Sunday.
- 9:30Speaker 4: By the time I get to a Sunday there, and
- 9:32Speaker 4: I'd be dreaming about the only way that I could
- 9:34Speaker 4: sleep would be it because I was weaking as a
- 9:37Speaker 4: funiture remoevelest was if I packed the truck.
- 9:39Speaker 1: So if I packed the truck properly, and I put
- 9:41Speaker 1: a mental in my dream.
- 9:43Speaker 4: Oh I packed the truck with all of the boxes,
- 9:46Speaker 4: then I could sleep. But if I didn't do that,
- 9:48Speaker 4: then I couldn't sleep. So I'd have a shocker of
- 9:50Speaker 4: a sleep trying to do that, and then I'd wake
- 9:52Speaker 4: up and go and pack a truck all day. Yeah right,
- 9:55Speaker 4: I fucking meant I've had.
- 9:57Speaker 5: Well, there's something quite amazing happened to me on the
- 10:00Speaker 5: sleep front. Four nights in a row, just cracking sleeps,
- 10:05Speaker 5: cracking sleep even when I was in the half when
- 10:08Speaker 5: I was in the halfway house.
- 10:10Speaker 3: In Melbourne and Melbourne, you had a good sleep there.
- 10:13Speaker 5: Yeah, Well, the beard was really firm, and my wife
- 10:17Speaker 5: and I were both like our backs were fine again
- 10:20Speaker 5: because and when we went yeah yeah, and when we
- 10:24Speaker 5: went to Vietnam it was the same thing. We were
- 10:26Speaker 5: on foom beards all the time and we had no
- 10:28Speaker 5: back issues. And we've got to change our fucking metress.
- 10:33Speaker 5: It's really comfortable though, our mattress.
- 10:36Speaker 2: You know what you should do is go get a
- 10:38Speaker 2: new mattress, go get a new phone, and go to
- 10:40Speaker 2: the doctor.
- 10:42Speaker 5: Like boom boom boom, No, my sist's gone now.
- 10:45Speaker 1: Spend all your time buying new ships.
- 10:47Speaker 5: Yeah, totally, there's so many there's so many great shops
- 10:51Speaker 5: and the CBD and K road.
- 10:53Speaker 2: Why wouldn't I the Big Show four to seven weekdays,
- 10:59Speaker 2: Radio Rocky
