- 0:00Speaker 1: This is seven R Boy The Mark Simung Show starts.
- 0:06Speaker 2: Now, well, hey, it's a little gloomy out there. It's
- 0:11Speaker 2: going to be a rainy day to day, a big
- 0:13Speaker 2: storm coming later and then tomorrow some rain and then beautiful,
- 0:17Speaker 2: beautiful Sonny eighty. The rest of the week, we'll get
- 0:20Speaker 2: to Iran, We'll get to Lindsey Graham, We'll get to
- 0:24Speaker 2: the arrest of Benjamin Netting, Yahoo, will get to Tom Holman,
- 0:30Speaker 2: and a whole lot more coming up. Now, Mayor Mom
- 0:36Speaker 2: Donnie doubling down on his threat to arrest Benjamin net
- 0:41Speaker 2: and Yahoo. Now, this is what happens. These the type
- 0:44Speaker 2: of things that happened when you elect a kid who's
- 0:46Speaker 2: never had a job before, just a goofy kid, never worked,
- 0:51Speaker 2: never run anything. These threats to arrest net and Yahoo.
- 0:56Speaker 2: All kinds of theories and why he's doing it. We
- 0:59Speaker 2: know he obviously hates Israel, he's anti Semitic, that's a
- 1:03Speaker 2: big part of it. But what is the point of
- 1:06Speaker 2: just saying this stuff over and over again.
- 1:08Speaker 3: When someone is charged with an international criminal court warrant,
- 1:10Speaker 3: it's something that should be taken seriously. Whether it's Benjamin
- 1:13Speaker 3: Nettnyah or it' Vladimir Putin or whomever else. What I've
- 1:16Speaker 3: also made clear is that my administration will follow all
- 1:19Speaker 3: applicable local laws.
- 1:21Speaker 2: Yea. Now, this International Criminal Court isn't a real thing.
- 1:24Speaker 2: It's just a silly thing some countries created in the Hague.
- 1:28Speaker 2: They have absolutely no authority over anything. The US not
- 1:34Speaker 2: only does not recognize them, the leadership of that court
- 1:36Speaker 2: is banned from the US. It's a Mamdani type of court.
- 1:40Speaker 2: It was created by some countries to be left wing kookie,
- 1:45Speaker 2: very anti US, very anti Israel. It's just a crazy,
- 1:49Speaker 2: ridiculous court somebody just created. It's like if you created
- 1:53Speaker 2: a court in your backyard. I mean, doesn't mean anybody
- 1:55Speaker 2: recognizes it or it has any authority at all. So
- 2:01Speaker 2: it's an anti Semitic, anti American court. So of course
- 2:03Speaker 2: they're going to convict Benjamin Netna, who they have absolutely
- 2:07Speaker 2: no authority to convict anybody. They have no authority to
- 2:09Speaker 2: do anything about it. So I don't know what the
- 2:13Speaker 2: point of it is that people trying to figure out.
- 2:15Speaker 2: Is mom Downie just amazingly stupid? Is he just nuts?
- 2:21Speaker 2: Is he? I mean people are analyzing it.
- 2:23Speaker 1: He's doing it purely for political theater. He's doing it
- 2:27Speaker 1: because he's a demagogue. He knows that by demonizing Israel
- 2:32Speaker 1: he can rile up his base. And unfortunately, the side
- 2:37Speaker 1: effect of that is that Jews in New York City
- 2:42Speaker 1: feel the side effects of this anti Zionist baiting.
- 2:46Speaker 2: Well, that's probably what it is. It's political theater. He
- 2:49Speaker 2: knows he can't arrest of netnya who and he's a
- 2:53Speaker 2: real anti Semite, and he's doing it just to stir
- 2:56Speaker 2: up the you know what.
- 2:58Speaker 1: It empowers anti sem that's the problem with the mayor's rhetoric.
- 3:03Speaker 1: And he refuses to see this. He refuses to take
- 3:07Speaker 1: a look at what anti Zionist rhetoric can do, because
- 3:11Speaker 1: I have to tell you that when people raise the
- 3:16Speaker 1: level of hatred of Israel in the streets, it's the
- 3:19Speaker 1: Jews that are going to get attacked.
- 3:21Speaker 2: Well, that's one bad ringtone that guy is. But so
- 3:25Speaker 2: he got this crazy kid, this dope be crazy left
- 3:28Speaker 2: wing kook of a kid gets elected mayor. He's never
- 3:31Speaker 2: had a job before. What's the answer to this. I
- 3:33Speaker 2: think we should raise the voting age to forty. Don't
- 3:37Speaker 2: let anybody in the twenties vote. Don't let anybody who
- 3:41Speaker 2: just came out of an indoctrination camps like Harvard or
- 3:44Speaker 2: Columbia or any of those places, don't let them vote anymore.
- 3:49Speaker 2: So listen, he can't arrest Netanyahu. First of all, the
- 3:52Speaker 2: police commissioner. Let me just give you some facts. The
- 3:54Speaker 2: police commissioner does not have the power to arrest anybody.
- 3:58Speaker 2: Oh no way, excuse me. Mayor doesn't have the power
- 4:01Speaker 2: to arrest anybody. Of course, the police commissioner could order
- 4:04Speaker 2: it in a second, but that's the point. The mayor
- 4:07Speaker 2: has no power to arrest anybody. If you watch Blue
- 4:10Speaker 2: Bloods like I do, there's like half the episodes or
- 4:13Speaker 2: about the mayor wants somebody arrested or something done, and
- 4:17Speaker 2: the police commissioner refuses. It's he can replace the police commissioner.
- 4:22Speaker 2: He could put in somebody that he knows he'll do it,
- 4:24Speaker 2: but he the mayor has no authority, no power to
- 4:27Speaker 2: arrest anybody. Also, President Trump tweeting last night that be
- 4:34Speaker 2: Netanya who will not be arrested. It will not happen.
- 4:39Speaker 2: There will be no arrest of Benjamin Netanyaho. And that's it,
- 4:42Speaker 2: according to the President United States. Now here's the thing
- 4:47Speaker 2: I have the actual laws in my hand. Here, Mamdanni
- 4:52Speaker 2: would be committing a crime and would be facing prison
- 4:55Speaker 2: if he did that. That's right, Mamdanni would be committing
- 4:58Speaker 2: a crime and could end up in pret And here
- 5:01Speaker 2: there's one law here that basically says, mom, donnie has
- 5:05Speaker 2: already committed the crime. Now here's President Trump's statement, Benjamin
- 5:10Speaker 2: Netanyahu will not be arrested in any way, shape or
- 5:13Speaker 2: form while in the United States of America. That's the president.
- 5:18Speaker 2: Now if mom donnie, here's the laws, Federal law twenty
- 5:22Speaker 2: two Usc. Seven four to two three. It's a prohibition
- 5:28Speaker 2: on cooperation with the International Criminal Court. Not only we
- 5:32Speaker 2: do not recognize them, there's an actual law. You are
- 5:35Speaker 2: prohibited from cooperating in any way with the International Criminal Court.
- 5:40Speaker 2: So you'd be violating that law by arresting him because
- 5:44Speaker 2: they have a warrant. That'd be cooperating with them. You'd
- 5:47Speaker 2: be violating a law. No agency or entity of any
- 5:50Speaker 2: state or local government, including any court, may cooperate with
- 5:54Speaker 2: the International Criminal Court in response to a request for cooperation.
- 6:00Speaker 2: Now that's a United States law, federal law. He'd be
- 6:04Speaker 2: violating this. Now here's another part of the law. Who
- 6:08Speaker 2: this is where Mamdani could be facing prison right now.
- 6:11Speaker 2: He could be arrested for this. Whoever willfully intimidates, coerces, threatens,
- 6:20Speaker 2: or harasses a foreign official or an official guest, or
- 6:24Speaker 2: obstructs a foreign official in the performance of his duties,
- 6:28Speaker 2: attempts to intimidate, coerce, threaten, or harass a foreign official
- 6:33Speaker 2: in the performance of his duties could face arrest and
- 6:37Speaker 2: prosecution and even prison. So Mamdani is already guilty of
- 6:43Speaker 2: a crime. Now, let me read you eighteen USC. One
- 6:47Speaker 2: one two. Now, if you're coming to the UN, if
- 6:52Speaker 2: you're a foreign leader coming to the UN General Assembly,
- 6:54Speaker 2: you are protected by federal law. Here's the law protection
- 6:58Speaker 2: of foreign officials, official guests, and internationally protected persons. Whoever assault, strikes, wounds, imprisons,
- 7:07Speaker 2: or offers violence to a foreign official, official guest, or
- 7:11Speaker 2: officially protected person shall be fined under the title or
- 7:15Speaker 2: imprisoned not more than three years or both. Whoever, in
- 7:19Speaker 2: the commission of any such act, uses a deadly dangerous
- 7:22Speaker 2: weapon shall be fined and imprisoned for more than ten years.
- 7:26Speaker 2: So Mam Donnie already facing three years in prison for this.
- 7:31Speaker 2: I mean, these are the actual laws and then of
- 7:32Speaker 2: course the fact that the mayor has no authority to
- 7:36Speaker 2: arrest anybody. It's just him being a childish, anti Semitic,
- 7:42Speaker 2: crazy left wing kook of a mayor. So nett nya
- 7:46Speaker 2: who's not getting arrested. And I'm sure the I don't know,
- 7:51Speaker 2: would he actually try it? Would would Mom Donnie actually
- 7:53Speaker 2: try it? When now who's here? President Trump has said
- 7:58Speaker 2: off the air, off the wreck that, and he met
- 8:02Speaker 2: with mom town he's good at reading people, he said, basically,
- 8:04Speaker 2: the guy's a coward. He loves to talk, but he's
- 8:06Speaker 2: an actual coward. He's not brave, so he wouldn't have
- 8:11Speaker 2: the guts to do it in real life. He simply
- 8:12Speaker 2: put out a statement that the legal experts say that
- 8:15Speaker 2: he can't do it, but he will be protected when
- 8:18Speaker 2: he comes here, by his own security, by a moussad
- 8:22Speaker 2: and by federal agents. They'll they'll be protecting him at
- 8:25Speaker 2: all times. Hey, yesterday there was this little I wouldn't
- 8:30Speaker 2: I guess it was a terrorist attack. It was so little.
- 8:33Speaker 2: It was downtown. But you know around the country, especially
- 8:36Speaker 2: in Florida, you know all the people that have moved
- 8:39Speaker 2: down there, all the retired new Yorkers down there in Florida.
- 8:42Speaker 2: They like to think that everything is horrible here, We've
- 8:44Speaker 2: got nothing but trouble, and that we're facing the worst
- 8:48Speaker 2: terrorist will There was a guy yesterday down by a
- 8:51Speaker 2: federal building who was a nut job who lit some stuff.
- 8:55Speaker 2: It was basically fireworks. He had some fireworks and he
- 8:57Speaker 2: lit them.
- 8:58Speaker 4: He ignites a bout.
- 8:59Speaker 2: This is the police commissioner.
- 9:01Speaker 4: He ignites a bundle of what appears to be fireworks,
- 9:04Speaker 4: which begin to smoke. He then goes back into his
- 9:08Speaker 4: cart and takes out an airsoft rifle and proceeds to
- 9:12Speaker 4: brandish it, and he appears to fire several pellets from
- 9:16Speaker 4: the airsoft rifle.
- 9:18Speaker 2: So fireworks and pellets.
- 9:19Speaker 5: He poured he had, He poured gasoline onto the ground.
- 9:23Speaker 5: It ignited it with a lighter and an insidiary device.
- 9:26Speaker 5: That device was a firework, a large firework and a canister.
- 9:31Speaker 2: Yeah, so just a nut job down in front of
- 9:34Speaker 2: a federal building. I think it was a federal courthouse.
- 9:36Speaker 5: He had two axes, a hammer, a machete, and three knives.
- 9:44Speaker 2: So this is the guy without a clear battle plan here.
- 9:48Speaker 2: He's not exactly figure out exactly what he's gonna do.
- 9:51Speaker 2: But he's prepared for everything. He's got fireworks, he's got gas,
- 9:54Speaker 2: he's got an axe, he's got bow and air whatever
- 9:58Speaker 2: whatever might work. So it was a terrible thing, obviously,
- 10:05Speaker 2: and a little frightening to people down there. But it's
- 10:07Speaker 2: not if you all you listening in Florida, that people
- 10:11Speaker 2: keep ask you okay in the terrorist attack, it was
- 10:14Speaker 2: more just a nut job going crazy. So everybody making
- 10:18Speaker 2: fun of AOC who was speaking in the South and
- 10:22Speaker 2: put on a fake Southern accent. It's a Democratic tradition.
- 10:27Speaker 2: These Democrats, they love to pander and pander. I guess
- 10:31Speaker 2: Republicans do it. They get their own way of pandering,
- 10:33Speaker 2: but Democrats, Obama used to do it. He'd go down
- 10:36Speaker 2: there and pretend you all you know we suddenly there
- 10:38Speaker 2: were no g's at the end of the words I'm
- 10:40Speaker 2: running them and then Hillary, remember Hillary down south.
- 10:45Speaker 4: I don't feel no ways tired.
- 10:48Speaker 5: I come too far from where I started from. Nobody
- 10:54Speaker 5: told me that the road would be easy.
- 10:57Speaker 2: Yeah, well, you know, she was the wife of the
- 10:59Speaker 2: g of Arkansas. I guess that's kind of the that's
- 11:02Speaker 2: the South, obviously, but she's from Chicago, she's from Harvard
- 11:05Speaker 2: or Yale or wherever the hell's she's from. And remember Kamala,
- 11:10Speaker 2: Kamala with an IQ like eighty tries to do a
- 11:13Speaker 2: Southern accent.
- 11:14Speaker 3: And you all know, just win in twenty twenty and
- 11:17Speaker 3: we don't do it again in twenty twenty four.
- 11:20Speaker 2: Y're all we gonna do it, we you all. And
- 11:27Speaker 2: Obama did that. Obama is the smartest guy in the world.
- 11:30Speaker 2: Can you imagine him trying that? You see him speaking
- 11:33Speaker 2: at the Economic Forum in New York. Oh no, no, no,
- 11:35Speaker 2: Then you hear him down Southway. Hey, yeah, I mean
- 11:39Speaker 2: it's absolutely ridiculous. Don't they know about the Internet. They've
- 11:42Speaker 2: never heard of the internet that we can. It's going
- 11:44Speaker 2: to be all over Twitter the next day, the videos
- 11:47Speaker 2: comparing everything. So Iran, well, we're bombing the hell out
- 11:53Speaker 2: of them. It's a last night was night ten of
- 11:56Speaker 2: just pounding away at them, bombing them. Now, Iran execu
- 12:00Speaker 2: to a couple of people yesterday. Looks like they were
- 12:02Speaker 2: trying to help protesters hide. So Iran execute them. Iran
- 12:08Speaker 2: loves to execute their citizens. Now we had a couple
- 12:11Speaker 2: of soldiers killed. And if you're reading the New York Times,
- 12:15Speaker 2: they're watching MSNBC. All you're seeing is these soldiers. Look
- 12:20Speaker 2: who it was, Look at their family, look at this,
- 12:22Speaker 2: Look how great they were, which is wonderful to pay
- 12:25Speaker 2: tribute to them. But it's fake news. They're not really
- 12:29Speaker 2: paying tribute to them. They're just trying to hurt Trump. Now.
- 12:32Speaker 2: Remember the botched up Biden withdrawal from Afghanistan where we
- 12:36Speaker 2: lost fifteen were killed. Soldiers never mentioned them, no tribute
- 12:40Speaker 2: to them, never showed you who they were, never mentioned them.
- 12:44Speaker 2: Remember Obama had twenty three hundred troops died during his
- 12:49Speaker 2: eight years, twenty three hundred. No mention of them. New
- 12:53Speaker 2: York Times. No, I didn't even mention it. But with Trump,
- 12:57Speaker 2: that's all you hear about. So lots to get to today,
- 13:03Speaker 2: we'll get to.
- 13:03Speaker 5: Hey.
- 13:04Speaker 2: Lindsey Graham, his sister, was appointed to fill his seat
- 13:09Speaker 2: temporarily until the term is up in January, and she
- 13:14Speaker 2: went to Washington met with President Trump. They had quite
- 13:17Speaker 2: a meeting, and then he the next day said I
- 13:18Speaker 2: think she should run. She should go full time. She
- 13:22Speaker 2: should run in the election and be the full time
- 13:24Speaker 2: senator for the next six years. Well, yesterday she said
- 13:28Speaker 2: she'll do it. She said, I'm in Obviously, the President
- 13:31Speaker 2: wouldn't have pushed that publicly unless he knew she was
- 13:35Speaker 2: willing to do it. It wasn't easy. She's got a family,
- 13:37Speaker 2: she's got kids, She's been talking to them, praying, she said,
- 13:40Speaker 2: But she will do it. There's a primary coming up
- 13:43Speaker 2: August eleventh. The decision has to be made by July
- 13:49Speaker 2: twenty eighth. What's today, the twenty first, So she's got
- 13:52Speaker 2: a week to do it. This is while working on
- 13:55Speaker 2: the funeral of her brother. But she's going to have
- 13:57Speaker 2: to file all that and get all that done. The
- 14:00Speaker 2: funerals on July twenty eighth, so it's a week from now,
- 14:05Speaker 2: but that's the same as the primary deadline. But she'll
- 14:08Speaker 2: get filed. President will back her. The governor, very popular
- 14:12Speaker 2: governor South Carolina, will back her. So that should be
- 14:15Speaker 2: pretty easy for her to win that seat and continue
- 14:20Speaker 2: to vote. Like Lindsay Graham. Now, the problem was, Lindsay
- 14:22Speaker 2: Graham was much more than a vote you could count on.
- 14:25Speaker 2: Lindsay Graham was a guy who could get your votes.
- 14:27Speaker 2: He could run around the Senate. He was very good
- 14:29Speaker 2: at winning people over on a bill or on an issue,
- 14:34Speaker 2: even Democrats. He was pretty good at that very valuable
- 14:37Speaker 2: to the president at getting him votes, lining up votes,
- 14:40Speaker 2: and he was a great advisor to the president. They
- 14:42Speaker 2: talked every day, a couple times a day. Good counsel
- 14:46Speaker 2: for the president could give him a lot of background
- 14:48Speaker 2: on stuff. So obviously she won't be able to do
- 14:51Speaker 2: that to that extent, but at least you got a
- 14:54Speaker 2: solid vote there. Hey, we'll take some calls. Next. Eight
- 14:57Speaker 2: hundred three to two one z seven ten is the number.
- 15:01Speaker 2: Eight hundred three two one zero seven ten
