- 0:08Speaker 1: Scarable advice Spice. Welcome to the Naughty but Nice Share.
- 0:17Speaker 1: I'm from Shooter and it's Wednesday, which means our dear
- 0:20Speaker 1: friend Donnie Meetcham joins us. Hey, Danny, are you there? Hello, Lula,
- 0:25Speaker 1: Wednesday my favorite day of the week. And Rob, I
- 0:29Speaker 1: know you had a field day with our this Jennifer
- 0:32Speaker 1: Loveness Press. We'll get into that on the show. So
- 0:37Speaker 1: I used to work for j LO. To our new
- 0:39Speaker 1: listeners a level level low. I did Good Day New
- 0:41Speaker 1: York yesterday, and we've got a ton of new naughties.
- 0:45Speaker 1: That's what we call ourselves here. If you are new
- 0:47Speaker 1: to the program, the colts is that what we are
- 0:49Speaker 1: I'm not quite sure program. So if you know a
- 0:52Speaker 1: level level low, if you wanted, the o G is
- 0:54Speaker 1: a level lower low to you too. Let's jump into
- 0:56Speaker 1: the show. What time is it, my friends? It is
- 0:59Speaker 1: tea time. So I love this story. Jennifer Lopezz and
- 1:03Speaker 1: Ben Affleck's tense conversation at the Grammars has been revealed,
- 1:09Speaker 1: so it appears as if Jennifer was aware that her
- 1:13Speaker 1: Oscar winning husband was going viral for his quote miserable
- 1:18Speaker 1: appearance during the award show. On Sunday night and turned
- 1:22Speaker 1: around to tell him to improve his facial expressions. So
- 1:28Speaker 1: they are a liberate leader at the Daily Mail, of
- 1:31Speaker 1: course they did genius and the lip reader tells the
- 1:34Speaker 1: Daily Mail that Jennifer said stop to Ben Affleck. I
- 1:39Speaker 1: don't know she said it quite like this. My accent
- 1:41Speaker 1: is not Jlo's creating it here as if it's theater.
- 1:45Speaker 1: Stop look more friendly, look motivated, Ben replied, I might.
- 1:55Speaker 1: What do you think it all leads? Because the thing
- 1:57Speaker 1: is at the end of the day, Bennett, and he's
- 2:00Speaker 1: been around the block no pun intended, Ginny upon the block,
- 2:04Speaker 1: but he knows what this is all about. He doesn't
- 2:06Speaker 1: really want to be there. He wants to be at home.
- 2:09Speaker 1: He wants to be We've all been dragged to events
- 2:13Speaker 1: that are spouses, our partners have dragged us to. We've
- 2:16Speaker 1: all gone to those work cocktail parties that we don't
- 2:18Speaker 1: really want to go to. We know nobody there. I
- 2:20Speaker 1: don't think Ben knows this world. He's an actor, he's
- 2:23Speaker 1: a movie star. He doesn't know Harry Styles. He's not
- 2:27Speaker 1: interested on borrowing Glizo's flute. He does not know Adele
- 2:32Speaker 1: And so I think this was not Ben's crowd, But
- 2:36Speaker 1: most people in the room, particularly people in the room
- 2:39Speaker 1: who are on camera, put on a show. Just put
- 2:41Speaker 1: on a show. Don't go. If you're not going to play,
- 2:44Speaker 1: don't go. It's like when you go backstage to see
- 2:47Speaker 1: a performer. If you're lucky enough to be invited backstage,
- 2:51Speaker 1: you have to adore them. You don't have to stand
- 2:54Speaker 1: there with a puss on your face. If you're going
- 2:56Speaker 1: backstage to give a note, don't go, don't go. I've
- 2:59Speaker 1: really trually seeing people do this, go backstage and give
- 3:02Speaker 1: give their advice. No, no, no, Billy Joel is doing
- 3:06Speaker 1: just fine. You go backstage and you gush, well, you
- 3:09Speaker 1: don't go. And I think Ben should have sat at
- 3:11Speaker 1: that table, even if it was a big phony smile.
- 3:14Speaker 1: But with a big smile on his face, what do
- 3:17Speaker 1: you think the car ride home was like, Oh, you know,
- 3:23Speaker 1: Jin was showing him every meme on her phone, going, sweetie,
- 3:27Speaker 1: I told you what to do. I'm telling you. Next
- 3:31Speaker 1: Award show, Ben Affleck is going to be up just
- 3:33Speaker 1: like Taylor Swift, dancing to every performance, standing ovation. He's
- 3:39Speaker 1: gonna be picking Jin up, throwing her around the room.
- 3:41Speaker 1: He gonna be animated that be doing dirty dancing in
- 3:45Speaker 1: the aisles at the next of ward shows. So Jennifer's
- 3:47Speaker 1: pr is going to overdrive after this, after this disastrous night,
- 3:52Speaker 1: and Jennifer is on her own social media saying quotes
- 3:55Speaker 1: always the best time with my love, my husband, Jennifer,
- 3:59Speaker 1: we eyes, we had a ears resore. I think this
- 4:06Speaker 1: was actually a little insight into the reality. So I
- 4:09Speaker 1: don't think this is abnormal. I think Ben's a little
- 4:13Speaker 1: bit more grumpy, and I think Jennifer is the one
- 4:16Speaker 1: that's full of life. We often find this in couples.
- 4:19Speaker 1: One is the giver, one is full of life, happy
- 4:21Speaker 1: to be there, wakes up in the morning having a
- 4:24Speaker 1: great day, and one can be a little bit grumpy.
- 4:27Speaker 1: And I think Ben's the grumpy one in this case. Yes,
- 4:31Speaker 1: I can see that, but I think a lot of
- 4:32Speaker 1: people are trying to say, like, maybe there's trouble in paradise.
- 4:35Speaker 1: I don't think there's trouble in paradise. I think Bench
- 4:37Speaker 1: just didn't want to be there, and instead of doing
- 4:41Speaker 1: what he should have done, it played the good husband
- 4:43Speaker 1: role because she was at his movie premieres. She smiled there. Yeah,
- 4:48Speaker 1: she looks fabulous, big smile on the face. Can you
- 4:50Speaker 1: imagine if she had walked the carpet and his movie
- 4:53Speaker 1: from with that puss on her face? They want to
- 4:56Speaker 1: get married. I agree with you. I don't think there
- 4:59Speaker 1: is trouble. You're gonna see lot of press over the
- 5:01Speaker 1: next couple of days, weeks, maybe months about this marriage
- 5:04Speaker 1: falling apart, and I don't believe it. I think this
- 5:06Speaker 1: is who Ben is. This is Ben in neutral, when
- 5:08Speaker 1: Ben's not putting on a show, when Ben's not trying
- 5:11Speaker 1: to kiss babies or run for president or get scar
- 5:15Speaker 1: but he's not being charming. I think this is who
- 5:17Speaker 1: Benny is. He's not the most welcoming. He doesn't stand
- 5:22Speaker 1: there with a huge smile. And I think we know
- 5:25Speaker 1: because of his own history. He's been very, very, very
- 5:28Speaker 1: honest about his struggles. Ben has some demons. He's not
- 5:32Speaker 1: a happy, go lucky type of chap. So I agree
- 5:35Speaker 1: with you. I don't think their marriage is over. I
- 5:37Speaker 1: don't think this is the beginning of the end. I
- 5:39Speaker 1: think this is who Ben really is, and she knows it.
- 5:43Speaker 1: She knows it. I guess it would be lovely to
- 5:46Speaker 1: have him dancing and smiling and shaking his bottom up
- 5:49Speaker 1: there ain't gonna happen. This is who he is. Ain't
- 5:52Speaker 1: gonna happen. Hey, I want to know what you or
- 5:55Speaker 1: think about this. So now the tense conversation has been
- 5:58Speaker 1: revealed thanks to a Daily mail who say via a
- 6:03Speaker 1: lip reader, of course, that Jennifer said to Ben stop
- 6:07Speaker 1: look more friendly, look motivated? Was she right? Was she
- 6:11Speaker 1: right to ask him to do this? He didn't really oblige,
- 6:15Speaker 1: but was she right? Yes or no? Go vote on
- 6:19Speaker 1: Twitter page at Naughty Knights, rob at Facebook page and
- 6:22Speaker 1: already gossip and be sure to check back tomorrow to
- 6:25Speaker 1: hear your results. Hey, Donnie, what are you working on?
- 6:28Speaker 1: The Pamela Anderson tim Allen thing will not go in
- 6:34Speaker 1: her love Pamela. She basically said that on the set
- 6:38Speaker 1: of Home Improvement Timmel and flashed her his you know
- 6:41Speaker 1: what down there. Well, he basically onto the news he
- 6:45Speaker 1: was like, no, I hope not do that. Never did that.
- 6:49Speaker 1: She's back now, are e t kenna this day? Well,
- 6:53Speaker 1: he did it, but he has to deny it because
- 6:56Speaker 1: look at the times when she's me too and I
- 7:00Speaker 1: kind of agree with her here. If he said I
- 7:02Speaker 1: did it, he would be in a world of trouble,
- 7:05Speaker 1: and it would also open the floodgates for any other
- 7:08Speaker 1: type of accusations that might come out with This is
- 7:10Speaker 1: basically what Pam is saying. But I mean, she's your
- 7:14Speaker 1: tends calling her a liar. Basically by saying he didn't
- 7:17Speaker 1: do it, he's calling her a liar. It's in print,
- 7:19Speaker 1: she wrote it in her book. I'm garner to believe
- 7:21Speaker 1: that if she wrote it in a book, they have
- 7:23Speaker 1: to fact checked it's true. So she wrote in the book,
- 7:26Speaker 1: I was in my dressing room and I came out,
- 7:28Speaker 1: and then he came out of his dressing room and
- 7:29Speaker 1: he had a robe on, and then he opens his
- 7:33Speaker 1: robe and basically says to her, I've seen you naked.
- 7:37Speaker 1: We've all seen Pam naked, and now you've seen me naked.
- 7:41Speaker 1: So let's start the show. It's a very specific quote.
- 7:44Speaker 1: I'm with Pam on this one, and I think he
- 7:46Speaker 1: would do best to just not say anything, because you're right.
- 7:49Speaker 1: If you say it didn't happen, then Pam's going to respond,
- 7:52Speaker 1: I do love had casual. She's like, he has to
- 7:54Speaker 1: deny it. It happened. Like she's not trying to prove
- 7:57Speaker 1: the point here. She's selling her book. She's doing farmes
- 8:00Speaker 1: like it's just a sentence in the book, it's not
- 8:02Speaker 1: the whole book. I think that Pam wasn't trying to
- 8:05Speaker 1: like throw him to the wolves and say he was
- 8:07Speaker 1: degrading her or so. I think they actually thought it
- 8:10Speaker 1: was funny at the time. They both might have laughed
- 8:12Speaker 1: about it. But it's the thing is that she said it.
- 8:14Speaker 1: But now he's coming back being like, no, it never happened, Like, buddy,
- 8:18Speaker 1: you either shut up or admit it. Hey, maybe along
- 8:21Speaker 1: Army Hammer, another person that probably regrets talking out now
- 8:25Speaker 1: he is rape accuser, is branding him as manipulative following
- 8:30Speaker 1: his first interview. So the woman who accused on the
- 8:33Speaker 1: Hammer of rape is now branding him as manipulative after
- 8:37Speaker 1: he spoke out broke his silence in his first interview
- 8:40Speaker 1: last week. Healthy accused Hammer violently raping her and abusing
- 8:45Speaker 1: her emotionally, mentally, and sexually in two thousand and seventeen
- 8:50Speaker 1: when she was just twenty years old. Now Army has
- 8:53Speaker 1: done an interview with their Male Curious out Let's saying
- 8:56Speaker 1: there was no criminal wrongdoings in his four year relationship
- 9:00Speaker 1: with her. He does admit that he had a relationship
- 9:02Speaker 1: with her, but he said it was all consensual. She's saying,
- 9:05Speaker 1: oh no, what he's doing now is trying to get sympathy,
- 9:09Speaker 1: and she doesn't even believe him when he claims that
- 9:12Speaker 1: he thought about committing suicide. When you say something is
- 9:17Speaker 1: not true, then the person who's accusing you will fire back.
- 9:21Speaker 1: This is a conversation. You can't just say not true
- 9:24Speaker 1: and then we move along. Noah, you're going to really
- 9:27Speaker 1: antagonize the person who first came forward with the allegation.
- 9:32Speaker 1: So I think it's better to just say nothing if
- 9:35Speaker 1: you're guilty. That's the best advice I ever got. A
- 9:38Speaker 1: was at CNN and I was in the green room
- 9:40Speaker 1: with this really handsome lawyer, Joey Jackson is his name.
- 9:44Speaker 1: You see him on CNN all the time, always loveless square.
- 9:48Speaker 1: I was in the green room. We're both fighting over
- 9:51Speaker 1: a chocolate chip cookie, and I said to him, what's
- 9:54Speaker 1: the best advice for when I get arrested? Not if,
- 9:57Speaker 1: but when I get arrested? And he said, say nothing,
- 10:00Speaker 1: good advice? Shut up me. What do you think? Yeah, no,
- 10:04Speaker 1: I agree with you. It's like you work in pr
- 10:06Speaker 1: you know how this works. If he comes out now
- 10:09Speaker 1: and he's like, no, basically calling her a liar. She's
- 10:13Speaker 1: going to now double down onto these accusations. I'm sure
- 10:17Speaker 1: she has proof because a lot of the women have proof.
- 10:20Speaker 1: They have text message as text. There might be things
- 10:22Speaker 1: out there that are not released. It goes to this,
- 10:24Speaker 1: there's a new report out now that Adam Levine is
- 10:27Speaker 1: talking he might go on that Call Her Daddy podcast. Yes,
- 10:31Speaker 1: why don't do it. I don't think it's true. I
- 10:34Speaker 1: don't think that one straight, but don't do it? Hey,
- 10:36Speaker 1: moving along, this story is bizarre. So there's naughty Housewives
- 10:41Speaker 1: have probably crossed the lion and what's going on? This
- 10:45Speaker 1: Real Housewives Ultimate Girl's trip is turning out to be messy.
- 10:49Speaker 1: So Brandy Glanville and Caroline Manzo, they were reportedly taken
- 10:54Speaker 1: off the show. Like the show, they've been removed from
- 10:56Speaker 1: the show. Well, now it turns out that Brandy Glenville
- 11:00Speaker 1: might have touched Caroline Manzo's vaginal area what while filming
- 11:07Speaker 1: the show. Earlier reports said that basically Brandy had tried
- 11:10Speaker 1: to kiss Caroline. Now multiple sources coming out and saying
- 11:15Speaker 1: that she touched her chest, which I'm assuming means boobs
- 11:18Speaker 1: and her genital area as well. I am very confused.
- 11:24Speaker 1: This is sexual assault. I don't think people don't usually
- 11:27Speaker 1: say it against women on women, but this is sexual
- 11:30Speaker 1: sexual assault. Absolutely. Brandy was kicked off the show Manso
- 11:34Speaker 1: Caroline Manzo left on her own accord a couple of
- 11:38Speaker 1: days later. And it's serious because Peacock, who are part
- 11:41Speaker 1: of brother this is where the show is. It doesn't
- 11:43Speaker 1: there on Brothers on their streaming service Peacock. They've issued
- 11:46Speaker 1: a statement saying quotes, the safety and security of the
- 11:49Speaker 1: cast and the crew while shooting is extremely important and
- 11:52Speaker 1: we take all these reports seriously. In this situation, production
- 11:56Speaker 1: immediately launched a comprehensive review and it's taking appropriate action.
- 12:02Speaker 1: I think I'm done with the Housewives. I just think
- 12:04Speaker 1: now what was funny and this wasn't funny ten years ago.
- 12:07Speaker 1: But stuff that we laughed about with the housewives drinking
- 12:10Speaker 1: and being abusive and being rude to one another and
- 12:12Speaker 1: calling each other horrible, horrible names might have been funny
- 12:15Speaker 1: ten years ago, it's not now. Times have changed and
- 12:17Speaker 1: this stick, it's got old, and this certainly is never
- 12:21Speaker 1: ever a good thing to even think about. Just disgraceful.
- 12:25Speaker 1: Danna do you think Peacock will acts the show completely.
- 12:28Speaker 1: I think that this investigation is going to really uncover
- 12:31Speaker 1: a lot of stuff. And let's remember it's a reality show.
- 12:34Speaker 1: There was cameras everywhere, so I think they're going to
- 12:36Speaker 1: interview all the ladies and I think this is the
- 12:38Speaker 1: end of this spinoff. I think it's just too toxic.
- 12:41Speaker 1: No one's gonna want to watch this, and even if
- 12:43Speaker 1: they do get those die hard fans that like the drama.
- 12:46Speaker 1: There's a lot of people that watch the Housewives, including myself,
- 12:49Speaker 1: who love all the drama, this is too much there
- 12:51Speaker 1: for for me. I think it's gonna be really hard
- 12:53Speaker 1: to get an advertiser. What advertiser is going to be?
- 12:56Speaker 1: I want to be part of this messy, messy show. Hey,
- 12:59Speaker 1: quickly before we get a break. This made me scream.
- 13:02Speaker 1: Iced Tea is laughing off one person at the Grammys
- 13:06Speaker 1: who was checking out Coco, and he said, I totally
- 13:10Speaker 1: understand so Iced. He might have problems, but been a
- 13:14Speaker 1: Grammy attending with his wife is not one of them.
- 13:17Speaker 1: The rapper pokes fun at an audience member who was
- 13:20Speaker 1: watching Coco dance to a performance. So Coco had a
- 13:23Speaker 1: very local dress on and she was darting away, jiggling, jiggling.
- 13:28Speaker 1: Can we say, and there's a guy that's sitting right
- 13:31Speaker 1: next to her who can't take his eyes off her chest. Now,
- 13:35Speaker 1: this photograph has literally gotten viral, and actually Iced Tea
- 13:41Speaker 1: has seen it and he said, hello, l I love
- 13:44Speaker 1: how the white dude looked at me then took the
- 13:47Speaker 1: time to check Coco. I totally understand it. Coco looked
- 13:53Speaker 1: remarkable that night. Can you laugh at this? You're a
- 13:57Speaker 1: jealous type, darnie. If I was out with you and
- 14:00Speaker 1: your fella and I gave your fella a little glance,
- 14:04Speaker 1: I don't think you'd laugh. Well, I would maybe do
- 14:07Speaker 1: a little chuckle because I would know, at the end
- 14:09Speaker 1: of the day, like Iced Tea did, he's going home
- 14:12Speaker 1: with Coco. He's laughing. He's like, okayy, Cocoa. She knows
- 14:16Speaker 1: she loves that man. They been through it, but they
- 14:19Speaker 1: love each other. But I would definitely give you the
- 14:21Speaker 1: up and down, sweetie. You tell me off there you go, Oh,
- 14:26Speaker 1: give me a dirty look. I've seen many of those looks,
- 14:28Speaker 1: not because of that, but because of other drama. I
- 14:31Speaker 1: think this is so funny. I know them a little bit.
- 14:33Speaker 1: They're really fun people. I wish their daytime talk show
- 14:37Speaker 1: was a hit. They did a pilot for six weeks.
- 14:39Speaker 1: I loved it. The ratings were good. Maybe it was advertisers,
- 14:42Speaker 1: but it never got picked up. Just adorable. If you're listening,
- 14:45Speaker 1: Allowa law allow, Hey, we're gonna take a quick bread
- 14:48Speaker 1: and we'll be right back. Welcome back to the Naughty
- 14:51Speaker 1: but Nice Show. And what she told with that dear
- 14:53Speaker 1: friend Donnie meat Chum. Hey, Donny, let's get to the polls,
- 14:56Speaker 1: do extra extras. So then Affleck and Jayla were caught
- 15:02Speaker 1: to have an intense conversation that we now know exactly
- 15:04Speaker 1: what was said thanks to the lip reader at the
- 15:07Speaker 1: Daily Bail. Are you worried about these two? Let's have
- 15:10Speaker 1: a look, said, yes, I knew it. I knew these
- 15:13Speaker 1: stories are going to start. People are worried about him. No,
- 15:16Speaker 1: this is who he is. She knows it, she's fine
- 15:19Speaker 1: with it. He's just not that jolly, jolly person. And
- 15:23Speaker 1: evidently he can't even pretend to be that happy for
- 15:27Speaker 1: two or three hours. Don't forget to vote on today's pole.
- 15:31Speaker 1: Going to a Twitter page at Naughty Nice Rob on
- 15:33Speaker 1: Facebook page Naughty Dos EDBA and is sure to check
- 15:35Speaker 1: back to morrow to hear your results are. Now it's
- 15:39Speaker 1: time for our nicest of the giant. Well, it's good news.
- 15:46Speaker 1: Maria mn who knows she's going to be a mom
- 15:50Speaker 1: Rats the TV host. She's forty four years old, and
- 15:53Speaker 1: husband Kevin Undergarow they're expecting their first baby. A rep
- 15:58Speaker 1: for the couple confirmed to People magazine, just after a
- 16:01Speaker 1: decade of trying everything, We're so grateful to the beautiful
- 16:04Speaker 1: family helping us conceive our baby, which means she's having
- 16:07Speaker 1: to give the surrogate. But the thing is, it's taken
- 16:10Speaker 1: her a decade too. She wanted to have a kid
- 16:12Speaker 1: on her own. Obviously, different treatments and stuff goes to
- 16:16Speaker 1: show it is very hard out there. She tried, it's
- 16:18Speaker 1: a decade later she's doing it. I am so happy
- 16:21Speaker 1: for her because Maria is actually a lovely, lovely human being. Yeah,
- 16:25Speaker 1: we had a little falling out. I know, it's quite unfortunate.
- 16:27Speaker 1: So she's not the biggest fan of me. So if
- 16:31Speaker 1: you're listening, I'm sorry, sorry, sorry, but this makes me happy.
- 16:34Speaker 1: It really does make me happy. Goodness knows she really
- 16:37Speaker 1: wanted this, and she has been working so hard to
- 16:40Speaker 1: be a moment. I think there was a time when
- 16:42Speaker 1: she didn't know if it was going to happen. There
- 16:44Speaker 1: was some real concerns here. So this is just wonderful,
- 16:47Speaker 1: wonderful news and nicest of the day. And now I'm
- 16:50Speaker 1: naughtiest of the day. She naughty, naughty, naughty, naughty. I
- 16:54Speaker 1: notice the day is a BC because it turns out
- 16:57Speaker 1: that t J and Amy were not the only member
- 17:00Speaker 1: of staff who were involved in sexual relations for a
- 17:04Speaker 1: new report by New York magazine The Cut has exposed
- 17:07Speaker 1: a scandalous culture of apparently people being very very friendly
- 17:13Speaker 1: with one another within ABC for a long time. The
- 17:16Speaker 1: Cut said the following quote. Ruth, who left g m
- 17:19Speaker 1: A in two thousand and nineteen and still works at ABC,
- 17:22Speaker 1: says the show in particular, seemed like it was staffed
- 17:26Speaker 1: by a bunch of horned up teenage students. Another person
- 17:32Speaker 1: identified a Sasha in the article, who worked at ABC
- 17:35Speaker 1: News in two thousand and fourteen when she was twenty
- 17:38Speaker 1: seven years old, She talked about a romantic relationship she
- 17:41Speaker 1: had with t J. It wasn't long, she said, before
- 17:44Speaker 1: Holmes booked a hotel near his Upper West Side apartment
- 17:47Speaker 1: and center the details. When she walked into the room,
- 17:50Speaker 1: he was sitting on the bed. Another person comes forward
- 17:54Speaker 1: and saying, is inside the edit bay, which was the
- 17:57Speaker 1: windows were covered. They were editing in there a gentleman
- 18:00Speaker 1: and a staff member put his hand on a woman's knee.
- 18:03Speaker 1: Lots of scandal. Pick up a copy of this. It's
- 18:06Speaker 1: a real expose. It's a really long story, but wow
- 18:10Speaker 1: and naughtiest of the day. Let's end with the moment
- 18:13Speaker 1: of rab You got Robbie Na Rabba. So flip in
- 18:16Speaker 1: the cruel thoughts inside your head before they take over
- 18:21Speaker 1: is the only way that you will win the conversation
- 18:26Speaker 1: the second they start. The second those cruel thoughts start,
- 18:29Speaker 1: stop them in the tracks before they can take roots.
- 18:32Speaker 1: They're like weeds and they've got roots. You've got to
- 18:34Speaker 1: stop them right away. And there is nothing that you
- 18:37Speaker 1: were thinking about that can't be reversed and seen from
- 18:40Speaker 1: a different angle. Let me give you an example here,
- 18:42Speaker 1: and I want you to practice this. When a negative
- 18:45Speaker 1: thought comes into your head, see if you can flip
- 18:48Speaker 1: it and make it a positive. So start training yourself
- 18:51Speaker 1: to do this a good example instead of telling yourself
- 18:54Speaker 1: I don't know anything. How many times have you said that?
- 18:56Speaker 1: Don't say that. Say I can't wait to learn this
- 18:59Speaker 1: that easy. Instead of telling yourself everybody hates me. No, no, no,
- 19:03Speaker 1: tell yourself. I love myself and I'm excited to find
- 19:07Speaker 1: people who will love me too. Instead of saying I'm
- 19:10Speaker 1: ugly flipping on his head and say I've got gorgeous eyes,
- 19:14Speaker 1: I've got a beautiful smile. Find one thing about yourself
- 19:16Speaker 1: that you love. Flip these thoughts everybody and life gets
- 19:21Speaker 1: a lot better. It's a fun thing to practice. The
- 19:23Speaker 1: Next time a negative thought pops into your head, text
- 19:26Speaker 1: me Donnie and I will text you the opposite, the
- 19:28Speaker 1: positive that. That is it for today. Thank you so
