Latest / The Epstein Chronicles / Mega Edition: Alex Acosta And The Lack Of Courage In Palm Beach (5/27/26)

- 0:00Speaker 1: Now that a year's worth of emails for mister Acosta
- 0:06vanished from two thousand and seven to two thousand and eight.
- 0:10Where did those emails go? Oh? But the government says
- 0:15it's just a glitch. It affected a lot of people.
- 0:20Does anybody really believe that? So it was a glitch
- 0:24with the video cameras, it's a glitch with the emails.
- 0:29Everything's just coincidence, and none of this adds up to
- 0:34a much darker, more devious picture. Huh, that's what you
- 0:38would have us believe. Well, I'm sorry, but I don't
- 0:43believe it. I don't believe it for one single minute.
- 0:46These emails just happened to disappear. Ha. I'm sure the
- 0:50NSA has them. They have all the metadata and all
- 0:53the other information from everybody else. Pretty sure that they
- 0:56probably have those emails too, don't they. I find it
- 0:59very hard to believe that a year's worth of emails
- 1:03from this crucial period of two thousand and seven and
- 1:07two thousand and eight just happened to disappear. And it's
- 1:13a glitch, you say. Now, we know that Jeffrey Epstein
- 1:18had some very powerful friends for a very long time
- 1:22that spanned numerous presidencies. Did somebody in power pull on
- 1:29a lever to get rid of these emails knowing how
- 1:34damning they were? What? It's above these people. They don't
- 1:40have the capability to do something like this. Of course
- 1:43they do. We're talking about the FBI, We're talking about
- 1:48the intelligence services. There is nothing out of the realm
- 1:51of possibility for these people. These are kingmakers, these are
- 1:57nation topper. They topple these people. You think it's above
- 2:04their pay grade to get rid of some emails that might,
- 2:08you know, lead to a place they don't want anyone
- 2:11to go. And look, I'm not saying that's exactly what happened, right,
- 2:15I don't have the evidence for that. But what I
- 2:17am saying is this, I don't believe that all these
- 2:19coincidences are just coincidences. There are way too many of
- 2:23them around this case. I am not a conspiracy theorist
- 2:27in the least. You'll never catch me piping off about weird, wild,
- 2:31nonsensical bullshit. But when things don't add up, they don't
- 2:34add up. There is way too much that has occurred
- 2:39in this case, from Jeffrey Epstein's death all the way
- 2:43back to this first investigation that they would want us
- 2:47to believe is just coincidence, And I'm sorry, I don't
- 2:50believe that it's statistically possible for all of this to
- 2:54just be coincidence. Not when you add up everything or
- 3:00around the case, everything that was Jeffrey Epstein in general,
- 3:05and then you add in all these coincidences and you
- 3:09look at the big picture, and it's really a hard
- 3:11pill to swallow to buy that narrative that they're trying
- 3:14to sell. And with these emails, of course they're gonna say, oh,
- 3:19it affected multiple people or a bunch of people, But
- 3:23I honestly I don't believe it again a glitch or
- 3:27was it something that was done on purpose by who
- 3:32the hell knows? Again, we know that Epstein was rolling
- 3:36with some of the most powerful people in the world,
- 3:39prime ministers, presidents, leaders of industry, leaders of science and academia.
- 3:47You don't think it would be possible for insert whoever
- 3:53to try and clean up a little bit of the
- 3:55mess by getting rid of these emails. I mean, it's
- 4:01something that we have to talk about and think about.
- 4:03At the very least. I I'm not willing to buy
- 4:07their explanations anymore. They've been nothing but untruthful with us.
- 4:13They've been very guarded, They've been everything but transparent, and
- 4:19they have sold us some whoppers, expecting us just to
- 4:23buy right in, folks, I'm here to tell you I
- 4:26am not buying it. They honestly think we're going to
- 4:29believe anything that they say. And the sad part is
- 4:33there's a good portion of the populace that believes every
- 4:36single thing they hear on the news. They don't bother
- 4:40to dig deeper. They have this trust in the media
- 4:43to do the right thing. And while I wish I
- 4:46could have that sort of trust, it just is not reality.
- 4:51The legacy media does not have anyone's best interest at heart,
- 4:55and this whole entire situation was just going to be
- 4:59blown up, forever blown up, and these people are never
- 5:05ever going to be able to sweep this under the rug.
- 5:07I don't care about missing emails, I don't care about
- 5:10all the coincidences in the world. I don't care about
- 5:12the legacy media running cover for them. We're just gonna
- 5:16keep on keeping on, and we're gonna keep digging, and
- 5:20we're gonna keep talking about these articles on a daily basis,
- 5:24and these people are not getting off the hook. I'm sorry.
- 5:27I am I'm not going to just let it go
- 5:29by the wayside and be like, oh yeah, just miss
- 5:32missing emails. It's not like this is, you know, a
- 5:36missing email chain from a Taco Bell employee who got fired.
- 5:41This is serious shit here, folks. You know we talk
- 5:44about how the United States is the world leader and
- 5:47how you know the world should look up to the
- 5:49United States. We can't even keep our own backyard cleaned up.
- 5:53So it's time that we focus on cleaning up our
- 5:55own backyard before we try and tell other people what
- 5:58they should be doing. And we certainly shouldn't be dropping
- 6:00any more bombs of freedom on anyone anytime soon. We
- 6:04have a lot of looking in the mirror and some
- 6:07self reflecting to do in this country, and we need
- 6:10to realize that these people that we send to Washington,
- 6:12DC are not working for us, and most times they're
- 6:17working against us. And we see it here. This will
- 6:20just go by the wayside, nobody will be in trouble,
- 6:22and they'll write it off as just a glitch. There'll
- 6:25never be any further investigation. Congress won't care, the Senate
- 6:29won't care, and it'll be just forgotten by these people.
- 6:34Because at the end of the day, they don't care
- 6:36about any of this. This is not something that they
- 6:40care about. If any of them cared, they would have
- 6:42stopped this guy a very long time ago. But they
- 6:45didn't care. Nobody cared, not the FBI, not the prosecutors, nobody.
- 6:51This man was able to do whatever he wanted for
- 6:53all of these years, and people like Acosta and his
- 6:58bosses get away with bullshit like this, Oh, the inbox
- 7:02is missing. We can't provide that for you. Let me
- 7:07or you try that, say the government's coming after us
- 7:10in an investigation. Let us try that bullshit. Oh yeah,
- 7:13well I lost that stuff. You know, we don't have
- 7:16it for you. I'm sure that would go over real well.
- 7:21Our article is from the Daily News. The headline alex
- 7:26Acosta's email inbox during critical period of Jeffrey Epstein case missing,
- 7:33author Steven Rex Brown nearly a year of emails and
- 7:38alex Acosta's email inbox while he oversaw the case against
- 7:42Jeffrey Epstein are missing, the Justice Department has revealed to
- 7:46the survivor's lawyers during a meeting on Thursday. Imagine being
- 7:51the person that has to deliver that news. Talk about
- 7:54showing up and having to break the bad news to
- 7:59the survivors lawyers that the federal government is inept. Once again.
- 8:04We have to tell you guys, sorry, we screwed the
- 8:07pooch here. We really we don't know what we're doing. Obviously,
- 8:12the emails in the INBOC back gone. Sorry, that's a glitch.
- 8:16We don't know what happened to those. But the good
- 8:19news is federal officials attributed the gap from May twenty six,
- 8:26two thousand and seven to April second, two thousand and
- 8:30eight to a technical glitch that wasn't limited to the
- 8:33former US Attorney for the Southern District of Florida. Two
- 8:37sources familiar with the Justice Department review of Epstein's sweetheart
- 8:40deal told The Daily News, and there it is. Well,
- 8:44it wasn't just him. So come on, folks, all right,
- 8:47don't be crazy, don't be a conspiracy theorist. Just suck
- 8:52down this bullshit that we're feeding you. It's like they
- 8:57want you to just obey, don't question anything, don't have
- 9:00any kind of critical thought or critical critical thinking. They
- 9:06just want you to just fall in line, listen to
- 9:09what they have to say, and buy into the narrative. Meanwhile,
- 9:17they have done nothing to prove their worthiness of us
- 9:21just believing them, not at this point, not after everything
- 9:24we have seen, and I don't just mean the Jeffrey
- 9:27Epstein case, folks, look at the way these people conduct themselves.
- 9:31Look at the absolute, absolute shit show that the Department
- 9:35of just Us is. It is a shame, a dumpster fire,
- 9:41a clown show. You insert whatever kind of derogatory comment
- 9:46you want here, and it would be fitting. Bill Barr
- 9:52is a failure. His predecessor was a failure, and all
- 9:56of them before them were failures as well, the whole
- 9:59entire lot of them. It's it's just completely corrupt, and
- 10:05it's unacceptable that it could be that the Department of
- 10:10Justice could be mismanaged in such a way. It has
- 10:13such an overreaching effect on all of our lives, and
- 10:18the ineptitude shown time and time again, administration after administration
- 10:24is unacceptable, and somebody somewhere in our government has to
- 10:29has to put a stop to it. There has to
- 10:31be accountability for this shit. No chain of custody, nobody
- 10:35got in trouble for the video missing from Jeffrey Epstein's
- 10:39alleged suicide attempt. The first time around. No chain of
- 10:43custody issues whatsoever. There here emails go missing. No big deal,
- 10:47We'll just keep it moving and blame it on a glitch.
- 10:50You're a conspiracy theorist for asking questions. Though. The review
- 10:58made public Thursday found that Acosta exercised poor judgment but
- 11:02committed no misconduct when he allowed Epstein to plead guilty
- 11:05to state prostitution charges rather than face a federal case.
- 11:10The serial pervert served thirteen months in Palm Beach County
- 11:13jail despite evidence he ran an underage sex trafficking scheme.
- 11:20And now, mind you, the deal that was cut between Acosta,
- 11:26all the other attorneys involved, and Epstein's lawyers, and let's
- 11:30not forget the Justice Department, all of those emails in
- 11:33that inbox for that year, that period of a year
- 11:36just magically disappeared. I mean, it's not like, you know,
- 11:41there was an internal investigation and by the Department of
- 11:45Justice or anything looking into this stuff. It's not like
- 11:48there were other people who were interested in this stuff.
- 11:52It's just very convenient that the emails go missing. Huh,
- 11:56very convenient. Indeed, Epstein hanged himself last year in a
- 12:02Manhattan federal jail allegedly after being slapped with new sex
- 12:07trafficking charges. Investigators with the Justice Department's Office of Professional
- 12:12Responsibility said they were able to reconstruct much of a
- 12:16Costa's inbox by examining his cent folder, as well as
- 12:20other staffers' emails. Are we're supposed to believe this? Honestly, folks,
- 12:26real talk here. Do any of you believe this narrative
- 12:29that they're spinning to us because I just can't. I
- 12:33can't buy into it. I believe me. I wish it
- 12:36was this cut and dry. I wish I didn't have
- 12:38to spend all this time every day talking about this
- 12:43this case. I wish these people would just do their job.
- 12:46I wish they would have done their job and we
- 12:48could have had a trial and all of this could
- 12:50have been sorted out. But no, they have to play
- 12:53their games. They have to be not transparent, they have
- 12:55to f around. Well, the bullshit's over. People are done
- 12:59with the nonsense, all right. It is time for accountability.
- 13:04It is no longer time for excuses. And if these
- 13:08people are not held accountable, this shit will continue to
- 13:11go on and we will continue to see people like
- 13:14Jeffrey Epstein pop up in our society, because when there's
- 13:18no repercussions, then why would these people not conduct themselves
- 13:22in the same manner. The email gap came during a
- 13:29critical period in the Florida Epstein case, when the sex
- 13:32offender's powerhouse legal team aggressively negotiated with Acosta and as prosecutors.
- 13:38Epstein's non prosecution agreement with a Costa's office, which covered
- 13:42named and unnamed co conspirators, was executed in September two
- 13:47thousand and seven, an unprecedented deal in Justice Department history,
- 13:53officials said during the meeting. According to attendees, so in
- 13:57all the deals the Justice Department has ever cut, all
- 14:00the people that have come through those doors, all of
- 14:03the people that have been served federal warrants, nobody ever
- 14:08has had a deal quite like Jeffrey Epstein's. But yet
- 14:12you mean to tell me I should just accept all
- 14:14of the coincidences around this case, around Jeffrey Epstein. That's
- 14:18what you're telling me. I am not buying it. Okay,
- 14:23this guy gets the greatest deal in the history of
- 14:26great deals, and nobody gets held accountable for that. The
- 14:32Department of Justice, the Inspector General couldn't come up with something,
- 14:37couldn't slap sanctions on any of these lawyers who were
- 14:40involved in this, of course not, because it's always about
- 14:43protect our own cover your ass. Now, we can't make
- 14:46the Justice Department look bad, so we'll say it was
- 14:49just an error in judgment and a glitch. In October
- 15:00two thousand and seven, Acosta had an unusual breakfast meeting
- 15:04at a Miami hotel with Epstein's lawyer, Jay Lefkowitz. Now
- 15:08remember Jay Lefkowitz is also the man who told us
- 15:11that Epstein made an obscene amount of money donation to
- 15:16the Clintons for their Clinton Global initiative. So this is
- 15:22someone who's really locked in with Jeffrey Epstein. Jay Lefkowitz
- 15:26was a huge part of that team. Him and Dershwitz
- 15:29were pretty much the frontmen, the guys that were really
- 15:32running the show. So Lefkowitz was really locked in. He
- 15:36knows the deal. He had this meeting with Acosta. They
- 15:38were not talking about their families. They were obviously talking
- 15:43about this case. The gap was also just revealed Thursday.
- 15:50Despite more than ten years of litigation over prosecutors handling
- 15:54of the case. All these years and we've never heard
- 15:57anything about that. It took some bitch ass internal investigation,
- 16:01and that's the bone they're going to throw us, that
- 16:03the emails were missing. And they wonder why there are
- 16:06all these questions about this. They wonder why people are
- 16:09making documentaries about this. They wonder why nobody trusts the
- 16:14Department of just Us anymore. Yesterday we were told that
- 16:21OPR was unable to recover months of emails from Alex Acosta,
- 16:25who was the US attorney and the person ultimately in
- 16:28charge of this deal. That raises numerous questions about what
- 16:32the defense attorneys were telling mister Acosta and why he
- 16:35continually exercised influence to give us sweeter and sweeter deal
- 16:40for Epstein, said Epstein's survivor's attorney, Paul Cassel. We intend
- 16:44to pursue this issue through all possible venues to determine
- 16:49why these emails were missing and why we were never
- 16:53told about it until yesterday. Good on you, mister Cassell,
- 16:56and I hope you guys do go harden the paint
- 16:58over this, because the more I think about it, the
- 17:01more enraging it is to me. Like I said, I
- 17:04didn't even plan on doing a daily drop tonight. I
- 17:06had other things going on already, I was doing other things,
- 17:09and I'm sitting here and I'm like, you know what,
- 17:11this shit can't wait till the morning. This is such
- 17:14an egregious move by the Department of Justice, and I
- 17:18really hope the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals is watching,
- 17:21and I hope they take this into account, and I
- 17:23hope that they understand that they're literally the last line
- 17:26of transparency and the last line of defense of some
- 17:33semblance of justice truly occurring, because that non prosecution agreement
- 17:39has to go. It has to go. And if I
- 17:42was the lawyers for the survivors and the Eleventh Circuit
- 17:45Court didn't rule in my favor, I would take this
- 17:47all the way to the Supreme Court if I had to.
- 17:51It's that important, it's that serious, and it has that
- 17:54kind of those kind of long reaching ramifications, not only
- 17:57on this case but on the nation as a whole.
- 18:01We have to do some soul searching, folks, who do
- 18:03we want to be? The email gap is further fodder
- 18:09for conspiracy theories or more evidence that there's no conspiracy
- 18:14theory here. This is obviously some sort of real screw up. Okay,
- 18:21there's something really disgustingly weird going on here. Okay, nobody's
- 18:26talking about no sasquatches, nobody's talking about little green men,
- 18:30nobody's talking about anything like that. Okay, We're talking about
- 18:34an absolute failure by the Department of Justice that is
- 18:38not explained away by the excuses that they're giving us.
- 18:42And if you're willing to accept that narrative from them,
- 18:47that basic explanation about what occurred, then more power to you.
- 18:52I'm not here to tell anybody how to think me personally, though,
- 18:56I am not accepting that bullshit. Sorry, I need more answers,
- 19:00all right, I need proof At this point, the government
- 19:06has done nothing but live for ten years. They know
- 19:09about these emails missing, and they don't tell nobody about it.
- 19:12They don't tell the lawyers about it for the survivors.
- 19:15Why not? What else is the government hiding? So I'm
- 19:19guessing it's going to have to come down to a
- 19:21flurry of Freedom of Information Act suits to try and
- 19:26get some information from these scumbags like Angela Clemente did.
- 19:31It's a sad world, folks, when the people who are
- 19:35in place to protect us do everything in their power
- 19:39to avoid bringing people like Epstein and disassociates to justice.
- 19:48The email gap Excuse me, I am a firm believer
- 19:51that there are no coincidences. Epstein survivor's lawyer, Jack Scrollas said,
- 19:56there are a lot of strange things that went on
- 19:59with regard to to this case, a lot of questions
- 20:02that remain unanswered and not yet adequately investigated. That's from
- 20:07the lawyer himself, So I guess he's a conspiracy theorist
- 20:09too right, or maybe that's something they like to throw
- 20:14around to try and make it seem like there's nothing here,
- 20:19but folks, there's a lot here. Like mister Scariola says,
- 20:23there is a lot of unanswered questions that have not
- 20:27yet been adequately investigated, and that's a damn shame. The
- 20:32legacy media has had decades to do this and they failed,
- 20:38like at everything else they get involved with, for the
- 20:40most part, their failures. So the investigation continues, the digging continues,
- 20:50the search for answers continues, and ultimately the goal is justice.
- 20:58If you like to contact me, you can do that

- 21:10me on Twitter at Bobby underscore cap you cci. All
- 21:17of the links that go at this episode can be
- 21:19found in the description box. All right up, everyone, and
- 21:23welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. One of the things
- 21:28I like to do when we're discussing this case is
- 21:31go back in time and look at news articles from
- 21:35years gone by, and you can see how this story
- 21:39has changed over time, how it's transformed over time, and
- 21:43how the legacy media loves to use revisionist history talking
- 21:48about how nobody knew what was going on with Jeffrey Ebstein. Well,
- 21:52I say, that's a bunch of bs. And the proof
- 21:55of that is all of these articles that you can
- 21:58still find if you just do a simple search, that
- 22:01we're telling the story about who Jeffrey Epstein was. Here's
- 22:05the truth. The people that were still associating with them,
- 22:08the people that were still hanging out with them, they
- 22:11didn't care. That's the truth. So today we're gonna go
- 22:16back in time once again and go all the way
- 22:19back to twentyand and eleven to an article from the
- 22:22Daily Beast. This article was authored by Counchiitah Sarnoff and
- 22:28Lee Aiken headline Jeffrey Epstein, how the hedge fund mogul
- 22:33pedophile got off easy. So at least they call him
- 22:36a pedophile in the headline, right, And this was in
- 22:38twenty and eleven. Nowadays you can't even get the legacy
- 22:42media to admit that he committed crimes, right. Oh, his
- 22:45alleged victims, his alleged trafficking survivors, No, nothing alleged about it.
- 22:53Documents obtained by The Daily Beast reveal how pedophile hedge
- 22:56fund mogul Jeffrey Epstein escaped tifty jails sentence despite overwhelming
- 23:01evidence of sex crimes with dozens that's dozens folks of
- 23:05young girls can Cheatah Sarnoff and Lee Aiken on how
- 23:09the fear and intimidation experience by survivors during pre trial proceedings,
- 23:15combined with a ferocious, protracted campaign to undermine the prosecution,
- 23:20culminated in a set of charges that became a virtual
- 23:23slap on the wrist. Now we all know that twenty
- 23:28twenty two, we all know the story well, but remember
- 23:32this is twenty eleven when this story was published. So
- 23:36for all the people out there that act like they
- 23:37had no idea what was going on? That's a lie.
- 23:41This was out in the Daily Beast, this was out
- 23:43in other publications, so I don't want to hear. We
- 23:47had no idea who Epstein was. Why is Prince Andrew
- 23:50pallin around with this dude? It is proving difficult for
- 23:55Hedge Funge Hedge fund manager and registered sex offender Jeffrey
- 23:59Epstein to avoid the glare of media scrutiny. British tabloids
- 24:03most recently cried foul over the shabby royal comportment of
- 24:08Prince Andrew in agreeing to be the guest of acknowledgment
- 24:13of the Pedophile, but the larger mystery surrounding Epstein, who
- 24:16completed a thirteen month sentence for soliciting prostitution from a
- 24:20minor in twenty ten, has remained unsolved. How did the
- 24:24hedge fund mogul manage to finesse the kind of sex
- 24:27crimes allegations typically associated with a hefty prison sentence, And
- 24:33that's really what it comes down to, right, How does
- 24:36someone like Jeffrey Epstein avoid serious jail time for these
- 24:42obviously very very serious crimes that usually carry a very
- 24:48long time in jail. Twenty thirty forty fifty years, but
- 24:52he gets thirteen months in a county stockade, a county lockup,
- 24:57and nobody's supposed to have any questions about that. Huh.
- 25:03For the first time, the US attorney who oversaw the
- 25:06Epstein prosecution in Florida's Southern District is commenting publicly on
- 25:11the case in a letter released exclusively to The Daily Beast.
- 25:15This letter, along with other correspondents on Earth and our reporting,
- 25:19sheds new light on the no holds barred battle waged
- 25:23by Epstein's lawyers to evade the full exercise of prosecutorial power.
- 25:29So remember this is twenty eleven, before Alexander Acosta was
- 25:34even considered for a role in a presidential administration. Why
- 25:41would anyone, and I ask this honestly, why would anyone
- 25:45have alex Acosta as part of their administration? Are you
- 25:49kidding me right now? You don't have people that are
- 25:52vetting people like Acosta for these positions. All who would
- 25:56take is a simple Google search or a Duck Duck Ghost,
- 26:00whatever browser you use, and you could come up with
- 26:04this information. So why would anyone want this guy to
- 26:06be part of their administration? Some of the most shocking
- 26:13allegations against Epstein surfaced only after the conclusion of an
- 26:17FBI probe in civil suits brought by the survivors, for example,
- 26:22the claim that three twelve year old French girls were
- 26:25delivered to him as a birthday present, but the FEDS
- 26:29did identify roughly forty young women, most of them under
- 26:32age at the time, who described being lured to Epstein's
- 26:35Palm Beach home on the pretense of giving a massage
- 26:38for money, then pressured into various sex acts, as well
- 26:42as the Balkan sex slave Epstein allegedly boasted of purchasing
- 26:47from her family when she was just fourteen. So that's
- 26:50Nadial Marsenkova obviously right. Again, now that we have hindsight
- 26:54to guide us, we know what that is, and we
- 26:58also know that it was Jean Luke Brunell who allegedly
- 27:01provided these twelve year old triplets to Jeffrey Epstein for
- 27:04his birthday for him to abuse. We heard that right
- 27:07from Virginia. We've heard it from other sources, and that's
- 27:11why I am so adamant at this point that Nadil
- 27:14marson Cova should be looked at in a different manner
- 27:17than these other women because she was brought in at
- 27:19such a young age. You're purchased from Think about it
- 27:23for a minute, Okay, your parents sell you to some
- 27:27disgustoid and then you end up in their atmosphere, in
- 27:31their orbit, and your whole life. This kind of abuse
- 27:34is normalized, so of course you're going to think that
- 27:37this is the right way to go, like this is
- 27:38how normal people live. So when we're talking about Nadil
- 27:42marson Cova, it's a whole different ball of wax for me,
- 27:46And my opinion on her and her involvement here has
- 27:50evolved over time. When I first started looking at this,
- 27:52I just lumped her in with the other core four members.
- 27:56But when you get down into it and you get
- 27:58into the weeds and you follow the epit evidence, to me, anyway,
- 28:01it's rather obvious that Nadia Marsenkova was somebody who was
- 28:06groomed and was dragged along into this. More recently, a
- 28:15big cash payment from Mail on Sunday coaxed one of
- 28:18Epstein's main survivors out of anonymity to describe what she
- 28:23claims were her years as a teenage sex toy. This survivor,
- 28:27Virginia Roberts produced a photo of herself with Prince Andrew
- 28:30in two thousand and one and reported that Epstein paid
- 28:34her fifteen thousand dollars to meet the prince, then seventeen
- 28:38years old. She claims that she was abused by Epstein
- 28:41and loaned to his friends from the age of fifteen.
- 28:44Now again another girl who was brought into his orbit
- 28:47when she was young. And you see, there's the issue
- 28:50for me. If you're brought in when you're malleable, right,
- 28:54a young teenage girl a little bit younger than that,
- 28:57maybe even it's a lot easier for these six bastards
- 29:00to manipulate you mentally and for them to create this
- 29:06sort of picture in your brain that what you're doing
- 29:10is okay. And Jeffrey Epstein and Glen Maxwell were professionals
- 29:15at that Sex crimes of the kind Roberts alleges took
- 29:21place typically carry a term of ten to twenty years
- 29:25in federal prison. Yet when all was said and done,
- 29:28Epstein served his scant year plus one month in a
- 29:31private wing of the Palm Beach Jail and was granted
- 29:34a sixteen hour per day free pass to leave the
- 29:37premises for work. Now, how many of you out there
- 29:40have friends who have been to prison, or maybe yourself.
- 29:43Were you ever afforded that kind of those kind of privileges,
- 29:47you could leave jail, go to work, do whatever you want.
- 29:50Of course you weren't because you're not rich, because you
- 29:53weren't running around with a bunch of others so called elite.
- 30:00Daily Beast examination into the inner workings of Epstein's defense
- 30:03strategy reveals how the fear and intimidation experienced by survivors
- 30:08during pre trial proceedings, combined with a ferocious, protracted campaign
- 30:13to undermine the prosecution, summed up as the best defense
- 30:17is an all star offense culminated in a set of
- 30:21charges that became a virtual slap on the wrist for
- 30:23the globe trotting financier for the pedophile. And that's why
- 30:27I'm so adamant about a full look into what went
- 30:31on down in Florida as well. I know I go
- 30:33hard on the SDNY, and that's because they're considered the
- 30:37most elite prosecutor or prosecutorial office in the nation, right,
- 30:41so they should be doing a better job. But what
- 30:44went on down in Florida, Yo, this is a straight
- 30:46up abortion of justice. The prosecutors in Florida and everybody
- 30:53involved down in Florida. They should all be looked at
- 30:56because Epstein manipulated everything that happened down here. He was
- 31:00able to finagele and maneuver himself into a position of
- 31:03only getting thirteen months. And this next segment was the
- 31:09actual letter from Alexander Acosta to the Daily Beast. Over
- 31:14the past weeks, I have read much regarding mister Jeffrey Epstein.
- 31:19Are words opening an extraordinary letter written by our Alexander Acosta,
- 31:23who served as US Attorney for the Southern District of
- 31:26Florida during Epstein's criminal investigation. Mister Acosta goes on to
- 31:31detail how in two thousand and five, a young girl
- 31:35first brought sex crimes allegations to the Palm Beach Police Department,
- 31:39which sought felony charges against Epstein. Subsequently, however, the state
- 31:44Attorney agreed to charge him only with one count of
- 31:48aggravated assault with no intent to commit a felony, Acosta writes.
- 31:52He notes that such a charge would have resulted in
- 31:55no jail time, no registration as a sexual offender, and
- 31:59no responsible ability for restitution to Epstein's underage survivors. So
- 32:04basically what he's saying is he's the hero here, folks.
- 32:07Mister nospine limpiass backbone, Alex Acosta sent himself up as
- 32:13the hero. You're no hero. You're just another yes man
- 32:17that went along with this absolute travesty. Frustrated by the
- 32:24state attorney's decision, the police referred the case to the FBI,
- 32:28which handed it to the US Attorney General's office. After
- 32:31reviewing the charges, federal prosecutors agreed that the state charges
- 32:36were insufficient. Acosta rights in a script that could have
- 32:40been lifted from Law and Order. His team gave Epstein
- 32:42two choices. Plead to more serious state felony charges or
- 32:47prepare for federal felony trial. Well that never happened, right,
- 32:52and you might ask yourselves why is that? Well, we're
- 32:55about to find out. The next passage is where things
- 32:58get really interesting. What followed was a year long assault
- 33:02on the prosecution and prosecutors. Epstein had assembled the world
- 33:06class legal team, including Allen I Kept My Pants on, Dershowitz,
- 33:10Kenneth Starr, and Roy Black, best known for having defended
- 33:15William Kennedy Smith against rape charges in Palm Beach One
- 33:19member of the defense team warned me that the office's
- 33:23excess zeal in forcing a good man to serve time
- 33:26in jail might be the subject of a book if
- 33:29we continued acosta rights. In his view, excessive zeal more
- 33:35aptly describes the actions in Epstein's camp. Defense Council investigated
- 33:40individual prosecutors and their family. So why didn't you put
- 33:43a stop to it? Your prosecutors? Let Jeffrey Epstein and
- 33:47his lawyers run rough shot over you and your whole
- 33:49ass office. Who's the blame for that? If it's not you.
- 33:53Often felt to negotiate in good faith. They would obtain
- 33:56concessions as part of a negotiation and agreed to proceed,
- 34:00only to change their minds and appeal the office is
- 34:03position to Washington. Oh well, there you go, folks. Let
- 34:08me be very clear once again, it was not Alexandra
- 34:12Acosta making these decisions on his own. He just told
- 34:15you that. Okay, they appealed to Washington, d C. Who
- 34:19was in DC at the time, mukayzy, Right, Well, just
- 34:22follow the trail. Who was mcazy associated with? What were
- 34:26his associations? And then you come to the reasoning at
- 34:28how Epstein and his lawyers can manipulate this situation. Remember,
- 34:32you're not paying for your lawyer for what he does
- 34:34in the courtroom. You're paying for who he knows behind
- 34:38the scenes, how many judges chambers he can access. And
- 34:41when you have the team that Jeffrey Epstein had, do
- 34:45you really think that these guys had trouble accessing the
- 34:48very highest levels of DC or any of these judges.
- 34:52Of course not. That's what you're paying for. That's why
- 34:55it costs you twenty five hundred an hour. Undeterm Acosta
- 35:00stuck to his position that Epstein must agree to the
- 35:03three criteria he had laid out jail time, registration as
- 35:07a sex offender, and restitution to survivors. Acosta's account is
- 35:13supported by his second document, obtained by The Daily Mail Beat.
- 35:16By The Daily Beast, a five page letter written by
- 35:20assistant US Attorney and Marie Villafauna to another of Epstein's lawyers,
- 35:25Jay Lefkowitz, during the period when both sides were hammering
- 35:28out the eventual plea agreement. The indictment was postponed for
- 35:32more than five months to allow you and mister Epstein's
- 35:35other attorneys to make presentations to the office to convince
- 35:39the office not to prosecute Villafana writes, conjuring the degree
- 35:43of pushback apparently central to the team's strategy. Those presentations
- 35:48were unsuccessful. Villa Fauna also mentions her efforts to ensure
- 35:52that Epstein would serve time in a federal prison camp
- 35:55and not a state prison, which would be far rougher environment,
- 35:59particularly for a child molester. So and Anne Marie Villafauna
- 36:05was over here acting like she was helping the survivors,
- 36:08but at the same time playing ball with Epstein's lawyers.
- 36:12So she was playing both sides of the fence here,
- 36:15and that's always been my interpretation of her involvement. Villafano
- 36:22marshals these facts in the process of strenuously disputing apparent
- 36:26charges of misconduct by the defense. I continue to work
- 36:30with you in her professional manner, even after I learned
- 36:33that you had been proceeding in bad faith for several weeks,
- 36:36thinking that you would fool our office into letting mister
- 36:39Epstein plead to a non registerable offense. And the whole
- 36:43entire time that they were trying to maneuver, they were
- 36:46reaching out to the bosses in DC, they were reaching
- 36:50out to the Muckesy's office and the Department of Justice leadership.
- 36:55What do you think they were doing? Just hanging out
- 36:57eating cereal. At another point in her letter, Villafana refers
- 37:03to an apparent allegation of self dealing in the selection
- 37:06of an outside attorney who would represent the forty odd
- 37:09survivors identified in the probe. In a somewhat unusual arrangement,
- 37:14Epstein agreed not to contest his liability in any civil
- 37:18suits brought by these survivors, and in fact pay for
- 37:21lawyers to represent them. So take all of the alleged
- 37:26and shove it okay. Epstein admitted numerous times that he
- 37:30did this shit, and he did it with hubris and
- 37:33in a straight up, in your face manner, and nobody
- 37:36had anything to say to them. Huh, nobody wanted to
- 37:38stop them. Yeah, thirteen months, man, that's all you're going
- 37:41to get for this, No big deal. In her letter,
- 37:45Villafana denies any personal interest in the choice of attorney
- 37:48and goes on to say, your attacks on me and
- 37:51on the survivors established why I wanted to find someone
- 37:54whom I could trust with safeguarding the survivor's best interests
- 37:58in the face of intense pressure from an unlimited number
- 38:01of highly skilled and well paid attorneys. Imagine being some
- 38:05girl from the other side of the tracks accusing somebody
- 38:07like Jeffrey Epstein of this, and then getting faced with
- 38:11all of these high profile attorneys that are basically ruining
- 38:14your life. If they're so brazen and so comfortable going
- 38:18after prosecutors, do you really think they'd have any qualms
- 38:21going after survivors. Responding to a request for comment on
- 38:27a Costa's account of events, Roy Black wrote The Daily
- 38:30Beast on Thursday that I can't reply to a letter
- 38:33I haven't received. I can't give a reason to response
- 38:36without examining the files and being able to refresh my
- 38:39recollection of events that occurred years ago. Black went on,
- 38:43I do not believe any of the things you mention occurred,
- 38:46except for the fact we did exercise our right to
- 38:49appeal to the Department of Justice to determine if a
- 38:52federal crime had been committed. There you go again, folks,
- 38:55Remember what I tell you about the little golden nuggets
- 38:57that we get here lawyer telling you, not me. Okay,
- 39:01this isn't me telling you, it's his lawyer, Roy Black
- 39:05telling you that they appeal to the Department of Justice.
- 39:08That means mukhesy, that means the bosses about all of
- 39:12this and what was going on? Now, You mean to
- 39:15tell me that those guys had nothing to do with
- 39:18a slap on the wrist here, huh okay, it's all
- 39:20Acosta's fault. Other Epstein attorneys contacted by The Daily Beast
- 39:25did not respond. The US Attorney's Office for the Southern
- 39:28District of Florida had no comment. Why did Acosta decide
- 39:32the Voice's opinions now? In part, he clearly is reacting
- 39:36to ongoing criticism that Epstein's puny punishment did not fit
- 39:40his crimes. Some may feel that the prosecution should have
- 39:43been tougher. Acosta Rites evidence that has come to light
- 39:46since two thousand and seven may encourage that view. Many
- 39:50survivors have since spoken out. Physical evidence has since been discovered.
- 39:56Acosta may also have chosen to come forward now because
- 39:59on Monday, attorneys for a number of those survivors filed
- 40:02the suit under the Victim's Crimes Rights Act to challenge
- 40:06the non prosecution agreement that ultimately resulted from all the wrangling,
- 40:11claiming that they were not consulted the US Attorney's Office,
- 40:14now led by Wilfredo A. Ferrar, has indicated it will
- 40:18file a response to the suit on April seventh. Now,
- 40:22remember this was two thousand and seven, and they brought
- 40:26this suit in two thousand and excuse me, twenty and eleven.
- 40:29And they brought the suit in twenty and eleven, and
- 40:31it was still ongoing all the way through all these years.
- 40:35Now ask yourselves, why is that the case. Don't you
- 40:39think a case like this would be heard in a
- 40:42timely manner and not dragged out through the courts. The
- 40:45fact is this, the government doesn't want to be transparent here.
- 40:48They don't want to give you all of the details
- 40:50of what went down because it makes them look absolutely horrible.
- 40:58In his letter, Acosta also takes issue with the way
- 41:01Epstein's sentence was carried out. Although the terms of confinement
- 41:05in a state prison are a matter appropriately appropriately left
- 41:09to the State of Florida, without doubt, the treatment that
- 41:11he received while in state custody undermined the purpose of
- 41:15a jail sentence. Indeed, Epstein's brief confinement likely reinforced a
- 41:19perception that he had merely succumbed to a nuisance suit.
- 41:23Such a gross misapprehension would help account for the apparent
- 41:28ease with which Epstein has rejoined the ranks of the
- 41:31social elite twenty eleven. Folks. Remember this is before the
- 41:35second arrest, when all of these people welcomed them back
- 41:39with open arms. Katie Kirk, Woody Allen, and George Stepanopolis,
- 41:46among others, attended a dinner party he hosted for Prince
- 41:49Andrew in December, and New York Authority seemed to be
- 41:52either unaware or unconcerned that his Upper east Side home
- 41:57is within one thousand feet of an Episcopal preschool and
- 42:00violation of sex offender laws. You know, it's all just
- 42:03such a big ass joke to these people, all of
- 42:07these people who are supposed to safeguard folks, who are
- 42:09supposed to protect the vulnerable. They made a big joke
- 42:13at all of this and acted like these survivors and
- 42:17what they went through didn't matter, and they thought they
- 42:19were never going to have to hear about it again.
- 42:21They thought this boomerang was never gonna come back and
- 42:24slap them in the head. Well, guess what, the boomerang
- 42:27has arrived and the slapping has begun yet a source
- 42:32tells The Daily Beast that Epstein's legal troubles may not
- 42:35be over. Talk about foreshadowing. Huh, it is possible that
- 42:40as an outgrowth of the two thousand and seven Florida investigation,
- 42:44federal investigators are now looking into allegations of money laundering
- 42:47and other financial misdeeds. BOYD, wouldn't that be nice? How
- 42:51long have I been telling you this is a financial crime?
- 42:54They knew it all the way back then, and they
- 42:56didn't chase it down because people like Mukasey and the
- 43:00bosses at the DOJ told them not to. Now can
- 43:03I prove that with documentation? I cannot. But if you
- 43:07add up all of the things that we have heard
- 43:09from Acosta and others involved, it's obvious who was pulling
- 43:12the strings here. And if you think some second rate
- 43:15Florida state attorney general or I mean federal attorney general
- 43:20is going to be pulling the strings of an investigation
- 43:22like this into Epstein, I don't know what to tell
- 43:25you because this comes from on high. Villafana notes at
- 43:34the end of her letter to Lefkowitz, you accuse me
- 43:37of broadening the scope of the investigation without any foundation
- 43:41for doing so by adding charges of money laundering and
- 43:44violations of a money transmitting business to the investigation. Again,
- 43:49I consulted with the Justice Departments Money Laundering Section about
- 43:52my analysis. The duty officer agreed with my analysis. So
- 43:57that's the FBI telling you right there, folks, that there
- 43:59was money laundering going on, a whole ass lot of
- 44:02it too. Villa Fanna knew it, their office knew it,
- 44:06the DOJ knew it, and they refuse to act. So
- 44:09keep this all in mind what we just talked about.
- 44:12Next time you hear somebody talking about how this is
- 44:14all Acosta's fault, it is not. He is somebody who
- 44:19played a part, and a big part, no doubt about it.
- 44:22But he ended up really being the fall guy. And
- 44:25when we use fall guys, we don't ever get to
- 44:28the real problem, do we. So the people who were
- 44:31really at the levers of power here, the people who
- 44:34were really making the decisions, once again, get off Scott free,
- 44:37and we turn all of our anger, all of our
- 44:40ranker towards Acosta. And while he definitely deserves it. Again,
- 44:46I have to keep reiterating that because I don't want
- 44:48you to think I'm saying, oh, Acosta is a victim here.
- 44:51He is not. He is a spineless coward who should
- 44:54have stepped up to the plate. But I'm not willing
- 44:56to just stop there. Other people might just want to
- 45:00go hunting for a regular old deer, right me, I'm
- 45:04looking to go trophy hunting, and that means I want
- 45:08the people who are behind the decisions. Those are the
- 45:11people that need to answer questions because they're the ones
- 45:14who made these decisions and let Jeffrey Epstein, in the
- 45:18wake of those decisions, continue to abuse people. Somebody needs
- 45:22to be accountable for it, and all these years later, unfortunately,
- 45:26still nobody is. All Right, folks, it's gonna do it
- 45:31for this episode. If you'd like to contact me, you
- 45:33can do that at Bobby Kapuci at ProtonMail dot com.
- 45:37That's bo b b Y c apu Cci at ProtonMail
- 45:42dot com. You can also find me on Twitter at
- 45:45Bobby Underscore c ap u Cci. The link that I
- 45:50discussed can be found in the description box for you, buddy.
- 45:56We have talked, obviously a lot about a Costa and
- 46:01his role in the non prosecution agreement with Jeffrey Epstein. Now,
- 46:07I have always contended that it went much higher up
- 46:10the chain, that that was not a decision that Acosta
- 46:14made on his own, and that Mukasey and Mark Philippe,
- 46:19the Attorney General and the Deputy Attorney General, that both
- 46:23of them had to be involved and that their office
- 46:26would have to sign off on a deal like this.
- 46:29And in the new court filings by Maxwell's lawyers, they're
- 46:33asserting the same thing. They're saying that top Department of
- 46:37Justice officials were the ones who okayed the deal. And
- 46:43we know that that's the case. We know that Mark
- 46:45Philippe is the one who signed off on it. So
- 46:49as much as Maxwell's lawyers have been wrong in this case,
- 46:53in this instance, they most certainly are correct. This went
- 46:57all the way up to the most tippitty top of
- 47:02the Department of Justice. This is not the sort of case,
- 47:05not the sort of decision that was going to be
- 47:08made by a state prosecutor like Acosta, not in a
- 47:15million years. And what I'll do is I'm going to
- 47:22post a couple of links in the description box to
- 47:24go along with this article, where you can see for
- 47:27yourself in the actual court documents that Mark Philippe is
- 47:32the one who signed off on this, and that It
- 47:35wasn't just a Costa making this decision all on his own.
- 47:39And now again a Costa is a spineless coward, right.
- 47:44He deserved to be fired, he deserved to be ridiculed,
- 47:48and he deserved to be put on the spot about
- 47:52what went on here. But he's nothing more than a
- 47:56scapegoat in my opinion. We haven't heard anything from Mark Philippe,
- 48:01We haven't heard anything from Mukaysy. Why would they sign
- 48:04off on this deal? Why would they be okay with it?
- 48:06Why was Mark Philippe and Mukayzy speaking with left Goowitz?
- 48:12See none of that stuff was even dug into by
- 48:15the legacy media, was it? Why no political footballs to spike,
- 48:20no points to gain. I've said from the very beginning
- 48:26that Acosta was being scapegoaded here, and it's all gonna
- 48:31come out as this case moves forward. It wasn't Acosta
- 48:35who made this deal. It was Mukasey and Phi Leap
- 48:40and the top brass over at the Department of Justice.
- 48:46So let's jump into this article from the New York
- 48:48Post by the author Ben Furehard and see what exactly
- 48:54they're talking about. Headline top Department of Justice officials oked
- 49:00Epstein non prosecution deal Maxwell lawyers, and it's a fact.
- 49:06We can confirm that. Like I said, I've read the
- 49:09court filings. They've been out there forever, so I'm gonna
- 49:12post a link to those and you can check him
- 49:14out yourself. Where it says that Mark Felipe had to uh,
- 49:18he signed off on it. His signature is the one
- 49:21that's on the actual agreement, So what he just you
- 49:25want me to believe that the Deputy Attorney General is
- 49:27just willy nilly signing everything in anything that comes across
- 49:30his desk like a rubber stamp, because that's the assertion
- 49:35that that is being made about all of these supposedly
- 49:39really powerful, smart people, that they just sign whatever. They
- 49:42don't vet who they're hanging out with, they don't look
- 49:45at where their money's coming from. They want us to
- 49:47believe that they're all just a bunch of absolute morons,
- 49:51I guess, and all of their fortunes just magically appeared
- 49:55and they just happened to luck into them. I guess
- 49:58that's what all of these so called elites want us
- 50:01to believe. The non prosecution agreement that spared multi millionaire
- 50:09pedophile Jeffrey Evstein federal sex trafficking charges in the early
- 50:13two thousands was certified at the highest levels of the
- 50:17Justice Department. Lawyers for alleged cohort, co conspirator, fellow child molester,
- 50:23general all around scuzbag, and bipedal serpent Elan Maxwell charged
- 50:27in court documents unsealed Thursday. So again, those assertions are facts,
- 50:38those statements are facts. This wasn't just an Acosta deal.
- 50:41This wasn't something a Costa could have approved on his
- 50:44own if you wanted to. If you've ever worked in
- 50:47a corporate structure, you understand how it works. If you
- 50:51have a project that you're working on as a department
- 50:54that has to get kicked up, and then the head
- 50:57of the department takes a look at it and he
- 50:58decides what's what. It's no different here. Acosta approaches headquarters
- 51:05with the situation, and then the situation advises Costa a
- 51:08costa of what to do. You think those the year
- 51:11worth of missing emails wouldn't paint the picture. You think
- 51:15the year's worth of missing emails wouldn't tie up some
- 51:18of these loose ends. But they want you to believe
- 51:21that that's a coincidence as well. That's just part of
- 51:24the absolute screw up by the federal government. In the filing,
- 51:32Maxwell's attorney sought to dismiss federal charges she now faces
- 51:36for allegedly procuring underage girls for Epstein and lying about
- 51:41it under oath by claiming she is subject to the
- 51:44same agreement he signed in two thousand and seven. So
- 51:48again she's hinging a lot of her hopes on this
- 51:52non prosecution agreement providing her with protection and coverage. Now
- 52:01she is not named in this agreement. Remember, but you
- 52:06have the Department of Justice, Mukasey and Philippe who decided
- 52:13that that's all good, no worries, We'll have it named
- 52:16and unnamed co conspirators. It always cracked me up when
- 52:21people were acting like Acosta was the one who authored
- 52:26all of this, and he was the architect of all
- 52:28of this, and he was operating on his own. And
- 52:31that's not how it works. That is not how the
- 52:34bureaucracy of the United States government works, and it most
- 52:38certainly is not how the Department of Justice works. When
- 52:42they have a high profile case like this, it is
- 52:45all hands on deck, especially when you have the Attorney
- 52:51General and the Deputy Attorney general being contacted by these
- 52:55high profile lawyers who were engaged in months long back
- 52:59in forth to get this non prosecution deal signed and delivered.
- 53:06Anyone that believes Acosta had that kind of power is
- 53:12just not paying attention to what's really going on here.
- 53:16The state attorney generals have a decent amount of power, right,
- 53:20no doubt about it. They can bring charges, they can subpoena,
- 53:24they have a lot of power. But when it comes
- 53:26to high profile people like Jeffrey Epstein, Acosta is so
- 53:31out of his league that it's not even funny. And
- 53:35you see that they had so little respect for him,
- 53:38meaning the defense team from Jeffrey Epstein's side, they had
- 53:41so little respect for him. They went directly over to
- 53:44his over his head, to Philippe and Moukasey, and he
- 53:48was just a puppet on a string. And the real
- 53:50puppeteers were obviously Epstein's lawyers and their buddy buddy friends
- 53:55in the Department of Justice. Above Acosta, now Costa was
- 54:01worth his weight. He would have stood up to all
- 54:03of this and said, no way, this is egregious. We
- 54:06have to prosecute this dude federally, and we have to
- 54:09do it to the fullest extent of the law. But
- 54:12he didn't do that. He's just another noodle backed lifelong
- 54:16politician who went with the flow. Oh this is what
- 54:20my bosses want. I'm not going to make any waves.
- 54:22I'm just gonna let them do whatever they want, and
- 54:25we'll let this sick prick cop to one count of prostitution.
- 54:31And what alternate reality, does that sound like a good idea,
- 54:36because here where we're at in actual reality, it most
- 54:40certainly is not. The court filing includes a copy of
- 54:49the deal signed by then Florida federal Prosecutor Alexander Acosta,
- 54:55and details how the atypical agreement, which bart Epstein from
- 54:59facing federalcution if he copped to a one count state indictment,
- 55:03was agreed upon. So again, this just goes to show
- 55:08you that Acosta was the middleman. He signed off on
- 55:11this deal because his bosses told him to. He wasn't
- 55:16sitting there saying, you know what, I'm gonna do what
- 55:18I want here and I'm just gonna sign this deal
- 55:20and that's gonna be the end of it. No, what
- 55:24he is is a coward, a through and through coward,
- 55:28no questions asked, no spine no backbone and no courage
- 55:32in him. He got run rough shot by headquarters. They
- 55:38ran right over him like a four foot man trying
- 55:44to tackle Saquon Barkley. Maxwell's attorneys claim in the filing
- 55:53that the agreement was heavily negotiated over approximately eight months
- 55:58and was approved by senior levels of Maine Justice in Washington,
- 56:03d C. And yeah, there's no doubt about that. It really,
- 56:08that's really what happened. And I knew it would eventually
- 56:12come out in this case as it moved forward and
- 56:15we got into the discovery phase and the defense brought
- 56:20it to the forefront that this was using it as
- 56:23a part of their strategy. Right, well, even the top
- 56:27brass at the Department of Justice thought this was a
- 56:29good idea, trying to use that to bolster their argument,
- 56:33when in reality that goes against any sane person's argument.
- 56:37Considering we all know how corrupt these sons of bitches are. Sure,
- 56:41let's trust George Bush's Department of Justice to do the
- 56:45right thing. It adds that the agreement approved by the
- 56:50Office of the Deputy Attorney General before it was signed,
- 56:55allowing Epstein to avoid federal prosecution in Florida for a
- 56:59track underage girls to sexually abuse. Now they don't even
- 57:03say his name in the article, and I don't know why,
- 57:06but I'll say his name once again for you. Mark
- 57:09Philippe was the Deputy Attorney General under Michael Mukasey who
- 57:14signed off on this. It was his office who signed
- 57:16off on it, his office that directed Acosta to make
- 57:22this deal, his office that put the stamp on it.
- 57:27Is there no accountability for people in management, for people
- 57:30in the upper levels. Is it only the front line
- 57:35so called dispensable people that are held accountable, because that's
- 57:40certainly what it looks like. Got the two guards, they're
- 57:45held accountable. Acosta takes all the blame like he's the
- 57:49fall guy, whereas there's plenty of blame to be spread around.
- 57:54And after Acosta was taken out, the focus should have
- 57:58been put right on and Mukasey, and which it should
- 58:01have went all the way to the top and not
- 58:03just stopped at a cost of the way it did
- 58:06to score a couple of political points. Lawyers for Epstein,
- 58:13who killed himself allegedly in a Lower Manhattan jail cell
- 58:16in twenty nineteen, have said previously that the deal was
- 58:20certified at the highest levels of the Justice Department. And
- 58:24it was again, you know, you can look at these
- 58:27documents yourself. They're all out there. You can look at
- 58:30all of it. Mark Philip his signature is the one
- 58:33on the documents. His office is the one that gave
- 58:36the okay. And there's no spinning that. That's just the
- 58:40reality of the situation. In the filing, Maxwell's attorney said
- 58:48the agreement should apply to her right now and spare
- 58:51her from the indictment she's currently facing in the Southern
- 58:54District of New York. And again, remember that's why she's
- 58:57bringing this up. She's bringing it up because she leaves
- 59:00it bolsters her case that the top brass at the
- 59:03Department of Justice signed off on this. These are the
- 59:06top guys in the war world. Why would they sign
- 59:08off on it if she did anything wrong? And meanwhile,
- 59:16even in death, Jeffrey Epstein's reputation is being refurbished by
- 59:27the behavior of the Department of Justice. What a world
- 59:32we live in. The parties to the NPA clearly intended
- 59:37to confer a benefit on any and all of Epstein's
- 59:41potential co conspirators in explicitly giving them immunity of the
- 59:45filing states under the well established principles of general contract law,
- 59:50and particularly under the law relating to non prosecution agreements,
- 59:55any and all of Epstein's potential co conspirators our third
- 59:59part beneficiaries of the NPA, it adds, and there's really
- 1:00:05no disputing that. Unfortunately, that is what they signed off on.
- 1:00:10That is what the Attorney General and his deputy gave
- 1:00:13the okay too, That's what they put their stamp of
- 1:00:16approval on. And there's no getting around that. And we're
- 1:00:20not going to let that bone go here on the podcast.
- 1:00:24We're gonna keep driving that home. And I wonder if
- 1:00:26the legacy media, with all of their fancy resources, are
- 1:00:31ever going to track down Mukasey and ask them or
- 1:00:34ask Mark Philippe what's going on, get him to go
- 1:00:36on record and talk about this. Maxwell has pleaded not
- 1:00:44guilty to allegedly procuring girls for Epstein to abuse and
- 1:00:48to lying about it under oath. She's being held in
- 1:00:51a federal jail in Brooklyn pending trial, exactly where she belongs,
- 1:00:56in a jail cell awaiting trial. Well, folks, I've been
- 1:01:02talking about this for a long time now, and I'm
- 1:01:06glad to see that it's starting to get a little
- 1:01:08bit of tread. I'm glad to see that it's out
- 1:01:11there in the papers a little bit, and I hope
- 1:01:13more people get hip to the fact that while LaCosta
- 1:01:17certainly was part of the problem, he wasn't the problem
- 1:01:20in itself. It went all the way up to the
- 1:01:23very top of the Department of Justice, and still Mukasey
- 1:01:27and Philippe have not answered any questions about how or
- 1:01:32why they would sign off on such a ridiculous non
- 1:01:37prosecution agreement that afforded such protections to known and unknown entities.
