- 0:10Speaker 1: Warning, The Root, The Root, The Roots on fire. You're
- 0:14Speaker 1: about to experience the most high chain pedal to the
- 0:17Speaker 1: metal controversial show of your life. Please buckle up and
- 0:20Speaker 1: hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:24Speaker 1: This is Wayne Alan Root, America's favorite conservative rock star,
- 0:28Speaker 1: direct from the entertainment capital of the world, Last Vegas.
- 0:32Speaker 1: What time is it?
- 0:33Speaker 2: It's time war War. Here's your host.
- 0:38Speaker 1: One hundred percent raw truth, one hundred percent American made
- 0:42Speaker 1: the Warrior, Wayne Alan Roots.
- 0:59Speaker 2: All right, The Root, the.
- 1:01Speaker 3: Root is on fire. So much going on. I'm keeping
- 1:04Speaker 3: up with it all. Just finished shooting my other show,
- 1:07Speaker 3: and it's exhausting, man, it's exhausting. So much going on
- 1:11Speaker 3: in the age of Trump that it looks like a
- 1:14Speaker 3: ping pong match, Like a ping pong match, unbelievable. Look,
- 1:18Speaker 3: most of you are in the path of this major
- 1:21Speaker 3: winter storm. So I want to start the show by
- 1:24Speaker 3: wishing you well and get inside and don't stay on
- 1:27Speaker 3: those roads over the weekend, because it's going to be
- 1:29Speaker 3: a nightmare out there, at least according to Weather Service,
- 1:31Speaker 3: which sometimes gets to write and sometimes is overly hysterical
- 1:35Speaker 3: to attract headlines, and they give you the worst case
- 1:37Speaker 3: scenario because they don't want to ever be accused of.
- 1:40Speaker 4: Missing the worst case scenarios.
- 1:42Speaker 3: They give you the worst case scares you to death,
- 1:43Speaker 3: and it never has to be you know, it never
- 1:45Speaker 3: turns out to be that bad.
- 1:47Speaker 4: Well, I don't know which one it is.
- 1:48Speaker 3: So you can never ever assume that they're being hysterical
- 1:51Speaker 3: or exaggerative. You have to assume they're being right and
- 1:54Speaker 3: get prepared to get scared. I hear supermarket shelves are
- 1:57Speaker 3: empty across the entire United States. People have bought up everything.
- 2:00Speaker 3: There's no water, there's no food, there's no nothing, and
- 2:03Speaker 3: they're making it like it armageddon is coming. They're making
- 2:05Speaker 3: it like the biggest catastrophe in world history is coming.
- 2:08Speaker 3: It's a snowstorm. I lived, you know, I live in Vegas.
- 2:11Speaker 3: Now it's warm, it's sunny, it's beautiful. But I lived
- 2:13Speaker 3: in New York for the first twenty six years of
- 2:15Speaker 3: my life, and I went through plenty of blizzards and
- 2:18Speaker 3: the world doesn't end as a matter offact is kind
- 2:20Speaker 3: of fun. You romp in the snow, You get a
- 2:21Speaker 3: day off from school, you don't drive anywhere, You play.
- 2:25Speaker 4: To hit snowballs with each other. I mean, I I
- 2:27Speaker 4: thought it was fun.
- 2:27Speaker 3: I always thought it was fun to sit by the
- 2:29Speaker 3: window watch snowfall iro and ire and they go outside
- 2:32Speaker 3: and run in.
- 2:32Speaker 4: It and shovel it.
- 2:33Speaker 3: So I don't know if it's really this disaster they're
- 2:36Speaker 3: making out to be, but if it is, then God
- 2:39Speaker 3: be with.
- 2:39Speaker 4: You, stay off the roads, be safe.
- 2:42Speaker 3: I pray all of you are healthy and happy and
- 2:44Speaker 3: enjoying it and romping like I say, and not in
- 2:46Speaker 3: any trouble. It's funny because again, I just think they're hysterical.
- 2:51Speaker 3: I read a story about New York City. It said catastrophic.
- 2:54Speaker 3: It's catastrophic. It's gonna be the worst snowstorm ever. And
- 2:57Speaker 3: then it said inside the base of the article, when
- 2:59Speaker 3: you read towards the box them, it said, you know, they're
- 3:01Speaker 3: expecting sixteen inches of snow. First five lived through that
- 3:04Speaker 3: twenty times. It's not catastrophic. It's not world record. But
- 3:08Speaker 3: also you go like three paragraphs below that, it says,
- 3:11Speaker 3: if the storm happens to move a little further north,
- 3:15Speaker 3: which is very possible, New York will get four to.
- 3:18Speaker 4: Eight inches of snow.
- 3:20Speaker 3: Four to inches of snow has happened a thousand times
- 3:23Speaker 3: in history.
- 3:24Speaker 4: There's nothing catastrophic about that.
- 3:26Speaker 3: So I just think there's a lot of hysterical people
- 3:29Speaker 3: out there that are scaring everyone to death. But in
- 3:32Speaker 3: some areas, no doubt it's going to be a bad storm.
- 3:35Speaker 3: So be careful, be safe, and make sure you're prepared,
- 3:39Speaker 3: make sure you have food and water. By now you're better,
- 3:41Speaker 3: or there is no more on the shelves. As far
- 3:44Speaker 3: as the United States of America, when Trump does something good,
- 3:49Speaker 3: I swear the media will not give him credit where
- 3:53Speaker 3: credit is due. The economy, I can tell you a
- 3:56Speaker 3: thousand things that would excite me, that may make me
- 3:59Speaker 3: believe that economy in twenty twenty six will be one
- 4:01Speaker 3: of the greatest of all times, and the greatest since Reagan,
- 4:04Speaker 3: maybe the greatest of my lifetime. And I'll get to
- 4:07Speaker 3: some of those in a minute. But how about safety.
- 4:10Speaker 3: US homicide rate plummets to one hundred and twenty five
- 4:13Speaker 3: year low, And is it possible? I mean, first of all,
- 4:18Speaker 3: it would be too much of a coincidence that Trump
- 4:19Speaker 3: happens to be president. Like you know, Trump was president,
- 4:22Speaker 3: it was no inflation, Biden was president, massive inflation. Trump
- 4:26Speaker 3: comes back, Inflation rate goes down again to very low numbers.
- 4:29Speaker 2: That's not a coincidence.
- 4:31Speaker 4: There are no coincidences in life.
- 4:33Speaker 3: Okay, the rate is low because Trump does a good job,
- 4:35Speaker 3: but the economy keeps inflation low and Biden let it explode.
- 4:39Speaker 3: Same thing with the homicide rate. You mean, it just
- 4:41Speaker 3: happens to plunge to one hundred and twenty five year
- 4:44Speaker 3: lows when Trump is president.
- 4:46Speaker 4: For no reason. The answer is that he got rid
- 4:48Speaker 4: of a lot of the legal alien scumbacks.
- 4:50Speaker 3: He deported them, they self supported, he arrested them. That's
- 4:54Speaker 3: the answer. That's why homicide rate is so low. So
- 4:57Speaker 3: all these people were running around killing perricans and they're
- 5:01Speaker 3: now in prison, or they're deported out of the United
- 5:03Speaker 3: States they're not here anymore, or they self deported. They
- 5:06Speaker 3: made the decision to get out of town. Well, the
- 5:08Speaker 3: going's good. Crime rates continue to fall. In twenty twenty four,
- 5:11Speaker 3: homicide rates expected to drop to about four per one
- 5:15Speaker 3: hundred thousand residents, the lowest rate recorded in law enforcement
- 5:18Speaker 3: or public health data going back to nineteen hundred, so
- 5:22Speaker 3: one hundred and twenty five years ago, according to a
- 5:25Speaker 3: new report by the Council on Criminal Justice based on
- 5:28Speaker 3: analysis and crime trends in forty large American cities. Homicides
- 5:34Speaker 3: are down twenty one percent from last year and last
- 5:37Speaker 3: year who was President Biden, and their down forty four
- 5:40Speaker 3: percent from twenty twenty one who is President Joe Biden.
- 5:44Speaker 3: Last year's decline of criminal activity numbers would mark the
- 5:48Speaker 3: largest single year percentage drop on record. The complete twenty
- 5:52Speaker 3: twenty five numbers will be reported by the FBI later
- 5:56Speaker 3: this year. The monumental turnaround is a direct result of
- 5:59Speaker 3: President Trump's un wavery commitment to make America safe again,
- 6:02Speaker 3: said the White House in a statement, touting the number
- 6:04Speaker 3: as the results of closing the border, deploying a whole
- 6:08Speaker 3: of government offensive, and bringing back order on America's streets.
- 6:13Speaker 2: So I don't know how you could argue about it.
- 6:16Speaker 3: Karjack used decline sixty one percent, shoplifting down ten percent
- 6:22Speaker 3: since President Trump assumed office. Just to show you there's
- 6:25Speaker 3: no coincidences. The administration has instituted strict law enforcement measures
- 6:29Speaker 3: across the country, which include arresting and deporting illegal immigrant criminals,
- 6:33Speaker 3: strengthening enforcement against gangs and transnational cartels, disrupting drug draff agains,
- 6:38Speaker 3: securing the southern border.
- 6:41Speaker 4: On January sixteenth.
- 6:42Speaker 3: Customs and Border Patrol Agency announced zero parole releases along
- 6:48Speaker 3: the southwest border in December twenty twenty five, compared to
- 6:51Speaker 3: seven thy forty one in December twenty four. This is
- 6:55Speaker 3: the eighth consecutive month of zero releases. So you know, what,
- 7:01Speaker 3: can you say? It's a direct result of Trump policies.
- 7:04Speaker 3: Fantastic job, fantastic job. Another fantastic news Another fantastic news
- 7:10Speaker 3: story I should say or headline. Homeland Security seeks to
- 7:14Speaker 3: restrict immigrants from relying on welfare. The Department of Homeland
- 7:18Speaker 3: Security is seeking to change a rule that determines eligibility
- 7:21Speaker 3: for permanent residency commonly known as a green card, based
- 7:25Speaker 3: on whether an applicant is considered a public charge someone
- 7:27Speaker 3: who's likely to depend primarily in public benefits. In other words,
- 7:31Speaker 3: you're not going to be allowed to come into the
- 7:33Speaker 3: country and get a green card if you need welfare.
- 7:36Speaker 4: Why look, you want to come to our country. I
- 7:38Speaker 4: can argue all day long.
- 7:39Speaker 3: I don't want you. At this point, we don't need anybody.
- 7:42Speaker 3: But you know, if you're legal, that's good. If you're legal,
- 7:44Speaker 3: that's bad. But the more important thing is do you
- 7:46Speaker 3: need welfare?
- 7:47Speaker 4: Do you want welfare.
- 7:48Speaker 3: There's no reason why because you want to come to America,
- 7:51Speaker 3: I got to.
- 7:51Speaker 4: Pay higher taxes.
- 7:52Speaker 3: There's no reason why we got to go more in
- 7:54Speaker 3: debt because you want welfare. It's none of your right
- 7:58Speaker 3: or business to take welfare. None of your business to
- 8:01Speaker 3: come to America. It's up to us whether we allow
- 8:03Speaker 3: you in. And nobody who wants welfare should should be
- 8:06Speaker 3: allowed in. It should be just like it was in
- 8:08Speaker 3: the nineteen fifties nineteen sixties. If you came in, it's
- 8:11Speaker 3: only with a I guess you call him a guaranteur.
- 8:15Speaker 3: A guaranteur in other words, you know your cousin, your nephew,
- 8:17Speaker 3: your brother, your uncle, your father, somebody guaranteed that you'd
- 8:22Speaker 3: stay with them, and you would not cost the public
- 8:24Speaker 3: a penny. If you need a welfare unemployment, they would
- 8:27Speaker 3: pay it or they would reimburse the government. That's the
- 8:29Speaker 3: way it should be. This rule, known as the public
- 8:32Speaker 3: charge ground of inadmissibility, generally applies to Green card applicants.
- 8:37Speaker 3: In twenty twenty two, fifty four percent of households and
- 8:40Speaker 3: about immigrants, whether legal or illegal, used one or more
- 8:44Speaker 3: welfare programs. That's compared to thirty nine percent of US
- 8:47Speaker 3: born households, by the way, thirty nine percent of US
- 8:50Speaker 3: born citizens on welfare. That's too much, too Okay, it's
- 8:53Speaker 3: nothing to be bragging about that we're so much better,
- 8:55Speaker 3: because that's not so great either.
- 8:56Speaker 4: But the other one is stunning, stunning.
- 9:00Speaker 3: The other number, Come on, man, fifty four percent of
- 9:03Speaker 3: households and by immigrants are on welfare. And that's illegal
- 9:07Speaker 3: and legal when you add just illegal, a bet seventy
- 9:10Speaker 3: eighty percent. So under the old rules put in place
- 9:15Speaker 3: under the Bide administration at twenty twenty two, officers could
- 9:18Speaker 3: not consider whether Green card applicants were using benefits such
- 9:23Speaker 3: as food stamps or the Children's Health Insurance Program or
- 9:25Speaker 3: Medicaid or housing assistance.
- 9:27Speaker 4: You couldn't based on that.
- 9:29Speaker 3: The only benefits officers could take into account where cash
- 9:32Speaker 3: benefit programs that provide direct monthly payments and tendants to
- 9:35Speaker 3: cover basic needs. So under the new proposal, officers would
- 9:40Speaker 3: also be empowered to consider all individualized, case specific facts
- 9:44Speaker 3: in any data relevant to a person's self sufficiency. So again,
- 9:50Speaker 3: I don't mean to sound rude, but if you're a
- 9:52Speaker 3: Republican or claim to be a Republican, you claim to
- 9:55Speaker 3: be maga, and you tell me that Trump is not
- 9:57Speaker 3: doing a good job.
- 9:58Speaker 4: Screw you.
- 9:59Speaker 3: You're a liar, you're an idiot, you're a fool, you're incompetent,
- 10:02Speaker 3: you don't know what you're saying. These things go on
- 10:04Speaker 3: every day and then a judge blocks them the next day.
- 10:06Speaker 4: That's not Trump's fault. Trump is doing such a great job.
- 10:09Speaker 3: The things that he is, you know, achieving on a
- 10:13Speaker 3: daily basis are truly truly amazing.
- 10:16Speaker 4: And what he's up against the kind of people were
- 10:19Speaker 4: up against.
- 10:20Speaker 3: Florida nurse fired after vile TikTok rant targeting pregnant White
- 10:25Speaker 3: House Press Secretary Carolyn Levitt. So this nurse, let's see
- 10:29Speaker 3: what this nurse actually said of Florida hospital has terminated
- 10:32Speaker 3: a nurse who said she hoped White House Press Secretary
- 10:36Speaker 3: Karen Levitt gets severely injured during childbirth. As a labor
- 10:41Speaker 3: and delivery nurse, it gives me great joy to wish
- 10:43Speaker 3: Carolyn Levitt fourth degree tear. I hope you effing ripped
- 10:49Speaker 3: from the bow to the stern, and never I'll use
- 10:53Speaker 3: the word crap normally.
- 10:54Speaker 4: Again, that's not the word she did used.
- 10:56Speaker 3: And then she called her a curse word that begins
- 10:59Speaker 3: with the letters see that applies to a woman's anatomy.
- 11:04Speaker 3: In a statement of Fox News Digital, the director of
- 11:06Speaker 3: Media Relations and Strategic Communications at Baptist Health said she
- 11:10Speaker 3: is no longer employed at the hospital.
- 11:15Speaker 4: She's a professional.
- 11:16Speaker 3: Nurse that delivers babies, and she wants a woman to
- 11:20Speaker 3: literally die on the table or to be crippled for
- 11:23Speaker 3: the rest of her life giving birth because she's a Republican.
- 11:27Speaker 3: That's what we're dealing with. We're in a civil war.
- 11:30Speaker 3: If you don't get it, you're a fool. We're in
- 11:33Speaker 3: a civil war right now, maybe a coal one, not
- 11:35Speaker 3: a hot one yet, but it's gonna be hot. It's
- 11:37Speaker 3: an insurrection. It is treason, and these people are sick
- 11:41Speaker 3: in the head, mentally ill.
- 11:43Speaker 4: Trump derangement syndrome.
- 11:45Speaker 3: We'll be right back way down the roote wardsobe.
- 11:53Speaker 2: All right way down the root.
- 11:54Speaker 3: Here with Alan powerser and advocate for Great Patriot Store
- 11:57Speaker 3: dot com. What a great company, great American company, an

- 12:45Speaker 2: There's still rising prices.

- 15:04Speaker 3: a couple of things at the top of this segment.
- 15:07Speaker 3: So again, I hope everyone is safe. The headlines are terrifying.
- 15:12Speaker 3: They're saying the next ten days of winter the worst
- 15:14Speaker 3: in forty years across the US. They're using words like catastrophic, terrifying,
- 15:19Speaker 3: historic winter storm. I don't know if they're just being
- 15:23Speaker 3: hysterical or it really is that bad, but I sure
- 15:27Speaker 3: hope it's not that bad. I sure hope they are
- 15:29Speaker 3: being hysterical and it turns out to be a big,
- 15:31Speaker 3: a big nothing burger. Keep safe, everybody, travel safe and
- 15:35Speaker 3: keep safe. Also want to give my best wishes to
- 15:38Speaker 3: Bill O'Reilly. When I was at newsmaxs TV for three
- 15:43Speaker 3: years and about seven hundred episodes, I hosted their primetime
- 15:48Speaker 3: eight pm Eastern time hour and three times a week.
- 15:52Speaker 3: Bill O'Reilly joined me to start the show. Bill O'Reilly
- 15:55Speaker 3: gives a health update from a medical facility, says he'll
- 15:58Speaker 3: be off the air for a while.
- 16:00Speaker 4: He's okay and recovering from stomach stuff. I don't know
- 16:03Speaker 4: what that means.
- 16:04Speaker 3: After announcing an unspecified illness, missed the scheduled appearance on
- 16:08Speaker 3: News Nation has not been broadcastings no Spin Zone show.
- 16:13Speaker 3: He wrote his update he was grateful for the well
- 16:15Speaker 3: wishes he's received. We'll had a medical facility in New
- 16:18Speaker 3: York City, and that he was working on his next broadcast. Amazing,
- 16:21Speaker 3: good witches, I've arrived here in New York City. It's
- 16:24Speaker 3: hard to describe my gratitude. I'm planning a jail break
- 16:27Speaker 3: out of the medical facility where there are more than
- 16:30Speaker 3: a few concierge members. That's major. If USA Today finds me,
- 16:34Speaker 3: I'm toast.
- 16:35Speaker 4: I don't know what any of that means, but that's okay.
- 16:38Speaker 4: We wish him well.
- 16:38Speaker 3: Bill Riley opened my show three times a week for
- 16:42Speaker 3: quite a few years, and the two of us got
- 16:44Speaker 3: along really great, and I wish him well.
- 16:46Speaker 4: I hope Bill's okay.
- 16:48Speaker 3: Here's a kind of a sign of the times, this
- 16:50Speaker 3: kind of exhibit a for how insane the left is.
- 16:53Speaker 3: Letitia James fires a lesbian staffer who opposed child second exchanges.
- 17:01Speaker 3: Assistant Attorney General Glenna Goldis claimed Thursday she was fired
- 17:06Speaker 3: by New York Attorney General Letitia James, Democrat, for publicly
- 17:10Speaker 3: speaking out against child sex change procedures. Goldis, a self
- 17:16Speaker 3: described lesbian, alleged in a statement posted to Acts, the
- 17:20Speaker 3: James staff treated her like a pest while she serves
- 17:24Speaker 3: as an attorney in New York Attorney General Consumer Fraud
- 17:28Speaker 3: and Protection Bureau due to a publicly raised in the
- 17:30Speaker 3: alarm about so called pediatric gender medicine providers engaging in
- 17:35Speaker 3: dangerous consumer fraud. The lawyer added, some of the attorneys
- 17:39Speaker 3: working at James office had struggled to explain why her
- 17:42Speaker 3: public statements denouncing transgender ideology and pediatric medicine were problematic.
- 17:47Speaker 3: Those attorneys struggled to explain why my public statements were problematic,
- 17:51Speaker 3: apparently because they weren't engaging with the issue. When the
- 17:54Speaker 3: General Council finally identified an objectionable line in my blog,
- 17:58Speaker 3: it was where I stated the holding of us versus Grimmetti.
- 18:02Speaker 3: She wrote that a contradicted Letitia James legal position. Indeed so,
- 18:08Speaker 3: according to her LinkedIn profile, gold Is served as Assistant
- 18:11Speaker 3: Attorney General of the Consumer Frauds and Protection Bureau in
- 18:15Speaker 3: Letitia James office from January twenty twenty two until her
- 18:18Speaker 3: dismissal in January twenty twenty six, meaning just this month.
- 18:23Speaker 3: Gold Is further alleged the person she described as james
- 18:26Speaker 3: ethics chief had warned her was unethical to take public
- 18:29Speaker 3: legal positions that conflict with Letitia james stance. It seemed
- 18:35Speaker 3: like he was trying to protect James by calling me
- 18:38Speaker 3: into silence. She emphasized in her social media posts she's
- 18:41Speaker 3: a member of the same LGBTQ community with James, purports
- 18:46Speaker 3: to champion. I tried to explain that PGM, by its nature,
- 18:52Speaker 3: targets children who defy sex norms, whose studies show are
- 18:56Speaker 3: more likely to be gay when they grow up. They
- 18:58Speaker 3: leave them with sexual des function, chronic genital pain, incontinence, among.
- 19:04Speaker 4: All sorts of other side effects.
- 19:05Speaker 3: So she's saying, when you go in and you get
- 19:07Speaker 3: that gender chaine surgery at a young age, you're left
- 19:10Speaker 3: with chronic genital pain, incontinence, sexual dysfunction. No one in
- 19:15Speaker 3: authority that the New York AG's office showed interest in
- 19:18Speaker 3: the concern that this type of PGM may be homophobic.
- 19:24Speaker 3: If she cared about lgbtuth, Leticia James would research gender
- 19:28Speaker 3: drugs and learn what they do. Instead, she glibally calls
- 19:31Speaker 3: the drug safe and fires me for contradicting me for
- 19:35Speaker 3: contradicting her. So it's just a sign of the times.
- 19:39Speaker 3: How radical and insane some of these liberals are. Like
- 19:42Speaker 3: Leticia James, an Attorney general who doesn't believe in free
- 19:45Speaker 3: speech for her own staff, and who's mad at someone
- 19:49Speaker 3: who is gay and lesbian, but admits that transgender surgeries
- 19:54Speaker 3: transgenderism is like mental illness, and transgender surgery is self hating.
- 20:00Speaker 3: You can't let someone under the ajteen make decisions like
- 20:02Speaker 3: that that will ruin the rest of their lives.

- 21:59Speaker 3: who's there and CEO of Lost Soldier Oil and Gas,
- 22:03Speaker 3: And I want to give you a few highlights Before
- 22:05Speaker 3: I say hi to Mark, I'm going to give you
- 22:07Speaker 3: some highlights why I picked him out of all the
- 22:10Speaker 3: people on the Earth in the energy business. First of all,
- 22:13Speaker 3: his background second generation oil and gas legend. His companies
- 22:17Speaker 3: had created more than fifteen billion dollars in shareholder value,
- 22:22Speaker 3: including his big hit Ultra Petroleum, which he started and
- 22:26Speaker 3: went from fifteen cents to two hundred dollars a share
- 22:31Speaker 3: in nine years, and a ten thousand dollars investment grew
- 22:34Speaker 3: to thirteen million. Anyone invested ten thousand made thirteen million
- 22:39Speaker 3: for each ten thousand they invested number one performing stock
- 22:43Speaker 3: on the planet for a decade. The incredible story of
- 22:46Speaker 3: his new project, Lost Soldier and how it came together
- 22:50Speaker 3: it took him forty years to put this forty acre
- 22:53Speaker 3: site together, Virgin Territory surrounded by massive gas production, and
- 23:00Speaker 3: it looks to be at this point the largest gas
- 23:02Speaker 3: discovery in Wyoming and the surrounding areas.
- 23:06Speaker 2: In over four decades.
- 23:07Speaker 3: Could be bigger than the Permian Basin, could be an
- 23:11Speaker 3: ocean of oil. And he's put together a talented management team,
- 23:16Speaker 3: and of course huge drilling season is now approaching, and
- 23:20Speaker 3: of course Trump has now maken it easy to drill again.
- 23:24Speaker 2: I like to say instead.
- 23:25Speaker 3: Of maga, it's Mega Gagaga, because it's make gas drilling
- 23:30Speaker 3: great again.
- 23:30Speaker 2: Mega Gagaga, make gas great again.
- 23:33Speaker 3: So, without further ado, one of my heroes of the
- 23:36Speaker 3: energy world and the energy economy and getting rid of inflation.
- 23:40Speaker 2: By drilling, baby drilling.
- 23:42Speaker 3: Mark Brunner with US founder and CEO of Lost Soldier
- 23:46Speaker 3: Oil and Gas. The website has Lost Soldier dot Com.
- 23:50Speaker 3: Take special note of that Lost Soldier dot com because
- 23:52Speaker 3: you're gonna want to contact him after you hear this interview.
- 23:55Speaker 2: I'm betting Lost Soldier dot Com.
- 23:57Speaker 3: Let's bring Mark on and let's talk talk about it,
- 24:00Speaker 3: because this could be the biggest home run of your career,
- 24:04Speaker 3: Mark Bruder, welcome to the show.
- 24:05Speaker 2: How are you.
- 24:07Speaker 6: It's wonderful to say you, Wayne, So you've found.
- 24:10Speaker 3: You've very together, not found, but put together, piece together
- 24:14Speaker 3: forty thousand acres. It took you forty years to do it,
- 24:18Speaker 3: and now you believe that this could be even bigger
- 24:22Speaker 3: and better than Ultra Petroleum. How do you beat something
- 24:25Speaker 3: where a ten thousand dollars investment eventually grew to thirteen
- 24:29Speaker 3: million each ten thy thirteen million? How could this be
- 24:33Speaker 3: bigger and better and more special than that?
- 24:36Speaker 6: Mark, Well, I think the answer to that is that
- 24:40Speaker 6: this is a basiin that has never been drilled. I mean,
- 24:44Speaker 6: we've known for fifty years where all the basis are,
- 24:48Speaker 6: and every single one of them have been drilled except
- 24:50Speaker 6: this one. And because there was a uranium mine out here,
- 24:54Speaker 6: and whenever three Mile Island melted down, the burial Lamb
- 25:00Speaker 6: management decided not to let anyone drill it until it
- 25:03Speaker 6: was reclamated. So three years ago I got a call.
- 25:06Speaker 6: Because I did Ultra, they wanted me to drill this
- 25:09Speaker 6: and because they got the permit, the reclamation in the
- 25:12Speaker 6: mind was finished and we drilled it. As they say,
- 25:15Speaker 6: the rest is history. It's certainly by far the biggest
- 25:18Speaker 6: thing I've ever found. And you know I'm not saying
- 25:22Speaker 6: it'll be you know, ten thousand will go to thirteen million.
- 25:25Speaker 6: I can't tell you with great confidence that it's an
- 25:28Speaker 6: order of magnitude bigger than the Pine Atlantic Client and
- 25:31Speaker 6: Jonah Field and Ultra patrolling.
- 25:33Speaker 7: I can tell you that.
- 25:34Speaker 3: So let me ask a simple question that maybe the
- 25:37Speaker 3: average person home would ask right now, my average fan
- 25:41Speaker 3: might ask right now, which.
- 25:42Speaker 2: Is, how do you know this mark?
- 25:45Speaker 3: Perhaps it's the last base that hasn't been drilled because
- 25:48Speaker 3: there's no oil and gas.
- 25:49Speaker 2: There, how do you know it's going to be this
- 25:51Speaker 2: big well?
- 25:53Speaker 6: We've already drilled basically a third way down in the
- 25:56Speaker 6: sedimentary section, and that's how we know, because we have
- 26:01Speaker 6: logs and tests on the wells that we drill so far,
- 26:05Speaker 6: So we already know that there's over pressured gas zones
- 26:08Speaker 6: very much like a layer cake. And because we have
- 26:12Speaker 6: hundreds of miles of seismic and a way to interpret
- 26:15Speaker 6: that seismics called a synthetic, we can see we've got
- 26:20Speaker 6: enough room for up to five hundred wells that we
- 26:22Speaker 6: can drill horizontally on what we've already found, so it's
- 26:27Speaker 6: very exciting. We know the gas is there and it's
- 26:31Speaker 6: just a matter of drilling up this field and as
- 26:34Speaker 6: they say, the rest will be history.
- 26:37Speaker 2: What are your plans for drilling this year right now?
- 26:40Speaker 6: Well, the key is we're going to be drilling this
- 26:43Speaker 6: year a deep well to test the deeper zones. And
- 26:48Speaker 6: some of those zones are we think are going to
- 26:50Speaker 6: be very similar to Lost Soldier Field, which I named
- 26:54Speaker 6: my company after, that's already produced over four hundred million
- 26:57Speaker 6: barrels of oil. So we back to be able to
- 27:01Speaker 6: test as many as another eight or nine zones below
- 27:04Speaker 6: what we've already found. If what we just already found
- 27:08Speaker 6: was five hundred locations, we've got a giant field already.
- 27:12Speaker 6: But we actually think there's more potential even below us.
- 27:16Speaker 3: So natural gas is what powers data centers. And if
- 27:19Speaker 3: you watch any financial media, you know that data centers
- 27:23Speaker 3: are the big rage in America. Everybody wants to build
- 27:26Speaker 3: data centers all over this country.
- 27:28Speaker 2: And all over the world.
- 27:30Speaker 3: You're planning a data center to be built right there
- 27:33Speaker 3: on your Lost Soldier property.
- 27:35Speaker 7: Tell us about it, Well, I think I just might
- 27:38Speaker 7: mention you besides me, the gentleman by the name of
- 27:42Speaker 7: Harold Ham that is one of the most famous guys
- 27:45Speaker 7: in the oil and gas business, certainly the most famous
- 27:48Speaker 7: in the Rocky Mountains.
- 27:49Speaker 6: Just had a meeting in Tulsa, according to the economists,
- 27:52Speaker 6: and got together with CEOs of large independence and they
- 27:56Speaker 6: all agreed that gas and data centers is the future.
- 28:00Speaker 6: And it's my belief that this test case that we're
- 28:03Speaker 6: doing right now being able to show economically with all
- 28:06Speaker 6: of the new science that has been developed, that we
- 28:10Speaker 6: will be able to open up a new business, the
- 28:12Speaker 6: deep over pressured gas business that will be the source
- 28:16Speaker 6: of the supply for all of these data centers. No gas,
- 28:21Speaker 6: big gas production, no data centers. It's that simple now.
- 28:25Speaker 6: Cole might provide a little, but mostly it's going to
- 28:27Speaker 6: be a natural gas.
- 28:30Speaker 3: You and I had a chance to have dinner in
- 28:31Speaker 3: Las Vegas, live and in person. You and I had
- 28:33Speaker 3: a chance to really get to know each other last week,
- 28:36Speaker 3: and I had a fantastic time. You're a brilliant guy.
- 28:39Speaker 3: You're a nice guy, You're a gentleman. You're a class act.
- 28:42Speaker 3: I want to make sure everybody knows that I was
- 28:44Speaker 3: so impressed. You talked about the fact that all the
- 28:47Speaker 3: pipelines are already in because so much drilling's gone on
- 28:51Speaker 3: around this area, and they're all headed for the place
- 28:55Speaker 3: where the most natural gas in America's used used, California.
- 29:00Speaker 3: Could spend decades piping natural gas to California.
- 29:04Speaker 2: Do I have that right?
- 29:06Speaker 6: Yeah? Absolutely do. The incredible thing is that the trunk
- 29:09Speaker 6: lines that go east and west to the East Coast
- 29:12Speaker 6: and the west coast to California are about fifty miles
- 29:15Speaker 6: away at want Cetter. All we're doing right now is
- 29:18Speaker 6: building a pipeline, a five mile pipeline, and we're going
- 29:21Speaker 6: to be drilling for the next thirty six months. We
- 29:24Speaker 6: expect to fill that pipeline up with fifteen to twenty wells,
- 29:27Speaker 6: not five hundred, and then within five years we expect
- 29:32Speaker 6: to put a forty two to a forty six inch
- 29:34Speaker 6: line that would handle two and a half to five
- 29:37Speaker 6: bcf a day. And my crystal Ball says, we'll be
- 29:40Speaker 6: the biggest producer of natural gas in the California.
- 29:44Speaker 3: All right, and you expect to go public as well.
- 29:47Speaker 3: That's in your plans, and fairly quickly right next.
- 29:50Speaker 2: Couple of years. You expect to be a public company
- 29:52Speaker 2: like Ultra Petroleum.
- 29:54Speaker 6: Well, that's exactly right. I think the key critical thing
- 29:57Speaker 6: is as soon as we fill that pipeline up and
- 29:59Speaker 6: we start building the forty two to the forty six
- 30:01Speaker 6: inch line, and we know we're going to have that
- 30:03Speaker 6: gas production, we're going to get a wonderful valuation in
- 30:07Speaker 6: terms of the stock market. And so Nedlin Sewell, who's
- 30:10Speaker 6: the number one energy company in the world that does valuations,
- 30:15Speaker 6: is going to do the work for us. Actually, my
- 30:18Speaker 6: father was their first client in their early nineteen fifties
- 30:21Speaker 6: for Texas Oil and Gas. So Fred Sewell's ninety seventy's
- 30:25Speaker 6: still alive. They're going to do the under they're going
- 30:27Speaker 6: to do the valuation, and we're going to get credit
- 30:30Speaker 6: for Welles. We haven't even drilled whenever we do that
- 30:33Speaker 6: engineer report, so we expect it to be a very
- 30:36Speaker 6: big IPO.
- 30:38Speaker 3: This is kind of the Grand Finale. This were a
- 30:41Speaker 3: fireworks show, you know, give me the Grand Finale. I
- 30:43Speaker 3: got about a minute. How big can Lost Soldier actually
- 30:46Speaker 3: become Mark Brunner.
- 30:50Speaker 2: Look, I mean this is my opinion.
- 30:52Speaker 6: Okay, I can't prove it yet, but I've been involved
- 30:55Speaker 6: in the business a long time. I think this is
- 30:58Speaker 6: a fifty tcf gas field. A giant field is three tcf.
- 31:02Speaker 6: That's what I think Altra was like twenty twenty five.
- 31:06Speaker 6: This is much bigger than Aulter in my opinion.
- 31:09Speaker 2: That's amazing.
- 31:10Speaker 3: Ultra is the company that went public eventually, and nobody
- 31:13Speaker 3: can guarantee results. But just to hear about Ultra, a
- 31:16Speaker 3: ten thousand dollars investment turned into thirteen million. Each ten
- 31:20Speaker 3: thousand you invested turned into thirteen million at the peak
- 31:23Speaker 3: of Ultra.
- 31:23Speaker 4: Just amazing.
- 31:25Speaker 3: If you can come even close to it, mark, forget
- 31:27Speaker 3: about equality or beating it, You've got yourself one gigantic winner.
- 31:31Speaker 3: Just like that was the big winner for a decade
- 31:33Speaker 3: on Wall Street. This could be a big winner for
- 31:35Speaker 3: a decade on Wall Street again. So history hopefully repeats
- 31:40Speaker 3: with lost soldier oil and gas. And of course the
- 31:43Speaker 3: tax shelter advantages of oil and gas are pretty cool too.
- 31:46Speaker 3: The first year he gets right off somewhere, they're able
- 31:48Speaker 3: to sixty five to seventy percent of your investment as
- 31:51Speaker 3: a tax deduction. It's it's truly an unbelievable opportunity. I
- 31:55Speaker 3: wanted to bring you on to expos to everyone. One

- 36:45Speaker 4: So there are some good things happening. I'd like to
- 36:48Speaker 4: bring in some good news.
- 36:48Speaker 3: Director Cash Mattel, FBI director fires FBI agent's link to
- 36:52Speaker 3: law fair against Trump. He's purged the FBI of agents
- 36:56Speaker 3: linked to the Biden administration efforts to jail Democrats former
- 37:00Speaker 3: President's electoral foe Donald Trump. Attel forced out field office
- 37:05Speaker 3: leaders and other senior agents connected to two criminal investigations
- 37:09Speaker 3: of Trump, including the special Agent in charge in Atlanta,
- 37:12Speaker 3: the acting Assistant Director in charge of the New York office,
- 37:16Speaker 3: and the former Special Agent at charge in New Orleans
- 37:18Speaker 3: who had recently moved on to another job. Two reported
- 37:22Speaker 3: two senior administration officials as many as six agents in
- 37:25Speaker 3: Miami were forced out over connection to the FBI's raid
- 37:28Speaker 3: of mar A Lago, conducted by over thirty agents accompanied
- 37:33Speaker 3: by CNN cameras. So they searched Malania Trump's mar A
- 37:37Speaker 3: Lago wardrobe, leading to widespread condemnation of the agents for
- 37:40Speaker 3: searching through the former supermodel's pante draw. Other agents were
- 37:45Speaker 3: involved in the widespread Arctic frost investigation of Trump. Butttel
- 37:50Speaker 3: scorched FBI agents involved in the law for Thursday, revealing
- 37:54Speaker 3: the agents had commissioned a self congratulatory trophy for their efforts.
- 37:58Speaker 3: Characterized by the establish media at the time has certain
- 38:02Speaker 3: to keep Trump either out of the White House or
- 38:03Speaker 3: off the ballot entirely, if not in prison. So people
- 38:09Speaker 3: ask why I said the old FBI was a disease temple.
- 38:12Speaker 3: This is what corruption looks like when it thinks no
- 38:15Speaker 3: one is watching a self awarded trophy celebrating Arctic frost
- 38:20Speaker 3: made by FBI officials. I disbanded c R fifteen and
- 38:25Speaker 3: removed the corrupt actors involved. So when legacy media cries
- 38:29Speaker 3: the President Trump's FBI fired people and made sweeping changes,
- 38:32Speaker 3: I have one response, You're damn right we did wow.
- 38:36Speaker 3: Trump himself has called for the removal of krup corrupt
- 38:39Speaker 3: FBI agents. These FBI agents are total scum in their
- 38:44Speaker 3: own way, no better the insurrectionists in Portland, Minnesota and
- 38:47Speaker 3: Los Angeles.
- 38:48Speaker 4: He recently posted.
- 38:50Speaker 2: So Cashpttel doing his job.
- 38:51Speaker 3: People complain often, and sometimes I even complain a little
- 38:55Speaker 3: bit about Pam Bondy and about some of the others
- 38:59Speaker 3: out there. They are not quite doing everything they ought
- 39:01Speaker 3: to do at Pam Bondi's direction. Fbig's arrest two key
- 39:05Speaker 3: leftists involved in the attack on Saint Paul Church.
- 39:10Speaker 4: So some good things are happening.
- 39:12Speaker 3: Far left Palestinian activists mal Mood khle Leel will finally
- 39:17Speaker 3: be deported to Algeria. The Department of Homeland Security confirms
- 39:22Speaker 3: that's the guy who was organizing the pro Palestinian riots
- 39:28Speaker 3: at Columbia University, and he's been fighting for the entire
- 39:32Speaker 3: year Trump's in office, and it looks like we're finally
- 39:34Speaker 3: getting rid of him. So, I mean, that's the good news.
- 39:37Speaker 3: There's some good things happening. Here's some more good things.
- 39:40Speaker 3: Murder rate hits one hundred and twenty five year low
- 39:44Speaker 3: in Trump's first year back in office, the biggest single
- 39:46Speaker 3: drop ever. President Trump signs an historic executive order to
- 39:51Speaker 3: bring back mental institutions and insane asylums. I hate to
- 39:56Speaker 3: build those suckers, he says, but you've got to get
- 39:58Speaker 3: these people off the streets. The Trump administration ends taxpayer
- 40:02Speaker 3: funding for barbaric experiments.
- 40:05Speaker 4: Using fetal tissue from aborted babies.
- 40:08Speaker 3: Another win, another win for this administration, Thank you, President Trump.
- 40:13Speaker 3: Trump is going to avail a plan allowing home buyers
- 40:16Speaker 3: home buyers to use four oh one K funds for
- 40:18Speaker 3: down payments. That was my idea that I sent to
- 40:21Speaker 3: President Trump probably about six or eight months ago. And
- 40:25Speaker 3: it actually was even my idea because it came from
- 40:27Speaker 3: my buddy, who was the number two man on one
- 40:29Speaker 3: of the biggest mortgage companies in America and is now retired.
- 40:33Speaker 3: And he said, why can't people use their four oh
- 40:35Speaker 3: one k's or their step by rays or they iraised
- 40:37Speaker 3: to buy a house. You've never been allowed to do
- 40:40Speaker 3: that before. Trump should do that. And I said it
- 40:41Speaker 3: to President Trump, and it appears that it is happening.
- 40:45Speaker 3: The Irs announces the seventeen seventy six Warrior Dividend for
- 40:48Speaker 3: troops that was one thy seven and seventy six dollars
- 40:52Speaker 3: bonus to all the military troops right before Christmas. And
- 40:57Speaker 3: it really was said to them because the bank teller
- 41:01Speaker 3: at my local bank is a friend of mine, very
- 41:03Speaker 3: nice gal, and I always talked to her about her
- 41:05Speaker 3: son who's in the army, and she said, he already
- 41:08Speaker 3: got his seventeen seventy six.
- 41:09Speaker 4: I talked to her, this was before Christmas. I say,
- 41:11Speaker 4: got it al ready?
- 41:12Speaker 3: She said, he's got it ready. It was like only
- 41:14Speaker 3: like three days after Trump announced it he had it.
- 41:16Speaker 3: And he used it as a doubt payment on a
- 41:18Speaker 3: pickup truck. So that's how you make the economy go.
- 41:22Speaker 3: But Trump got it out right away seventeen seventy six.
- 41:25Speaker 3: But that's not the announcement. The announcement is that the
- 41:28Speaker 3: bonus is tax free. The IRS announced that it was
- 41:32Speaker 3: sent to one point four or five million service members
- 41:35Speaker 3: before Christmas. And it's tax free. You don't have to
- 41:38Speaker 3: pay taxes on it.
- 41:40Speaker 2: Wow.
- 41:41Speaker 4: Wow.
- 41:42Speaker 3: Quarter one border crossings plummet ninety five percent from the
- 41:47Speaker 3: Biden era, the lowest in history.
- 41:50Speaker 4: Nobody's getting in.
- 41:51Speaker 3: If they are getting in, they're not being sent into
- 41:52Speaker 3: the you know, right into the United States.
