- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need to know.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Good morning, everybody, Welcome to a brand new week. Thank
- 0:05Speaker 2: you for being here starting yours with us. We appreciate that.
- 0:08Speaker 3: Let's go.
- 0:09Speaker 2: Ricky has got those three things. Presented by Mark Spain
- 0:12Speaker 2: Real Estate.
- 0:13Speaker 4: It looks like actor Jacob Alordi and Kendall Jenner are
- 0:16Speaker 4: getting pretty cozy. Photos are making the rounds online of
- 0:20Speaker 4: the two of them in Hawaii, and this is not
- 0:22Speaker 4: the first time that they've been spotted out together. Rumors
- 0:25Speaker 4: started when they were seen at Coachella together last month.
- 0:28Speaker 4: Sources told people that in April they've quote been hanging
- 0:32Speaker 4: out and getting to know each other the last couple
- 0:35Speaker 4: of months. These pictures don't necessarily look like they're you know,
- 0:39Speaker 4: like when I say getting cozy, they're not kissing in
- 0:42Speaker 4: the pictures or anything like that. But they're spending a
- 0:44Speaker 4: lot of time together doing a lot of different things,
- 0:46Speaker 4: and as it looks like these last round of pictures
- 0:50Speaker 4: traveling together.
- 0:51Speaker 5: Even so, I will keep you posting on that they
- 0:54Speaker 5: look like a very cute couple. Though.
- 0:56Speaker 4: Cmafes is around the corner, and we Go Transit we'll
- 0:59Speaker 4: be running a event train for it. We Go is
- 1:02Speaker 4: gonna have a train running from Lebanon to Downtown's Riverfront
- 1:05Speaker 4: station ahead of the nightly performances at Nissan Stadium on Saturday,
- 1:10Speaker 4: June sixth.
- 1:11Speaker 5: It's gonna make a few stops along the way.
- 1:13Speaker 4: Including men Juliet, Hermitage and Donelson. Round trip tickets cost
- 1:17Speaker 4: seventeen dollars, which is nice. Honestly, not a bad way
- 1:21Speaker 4: to get around. Makes things really easy for you, especially
- 1:24Speaker 4: because it is hectic down here during cmafs you don't
- 1:28Speaker 4: really want to drive or anything. And Netflix and the
- 1:31Speaker 4: Westminster Kennel Club have come to a new agreement. Starting
- 1:35Speaker 4: next year, you can stream the Westminster Kennel Club.
- 1:37Speaker 5: Show on Netflix. I love this. I love dog shows
- 1:43Speaker 5: like this.
- 1:44Speaker 4: It is fascinating to watch them and the way that
- 1:47Speaker 4: they kind of like judge what makes them the best
- 1:51Speaker 4: dog in these shows, but like watching them is just fascinating.
- 1:55Speaker 5: So it's kind of wild.
- 1:57Speaker 4: But the Westminster Kennel Club Show is the longest continuously
- 2:01Speaker 4: held sporting events.
- 2:03Speaker 3: Whoa uh huh, A little.
- 2:04Speaker 4: Fun fact for you right there, Big deal Sanchez And
- 2:08Speaker 4: those are the three things.
- 2:09Speaker 5: You need to know.
- 2:10Speaker 2: It is such a dense subculture. People take it so seriously.
- 2:14Speaker 2: It's been around that long that I get it. Thank you, Ricky,
- 2:18Speaker 2: appreciate that we're getting back into the music with Olivia
- 2:20Speaker 2: Dean and we are starting this brand new.
- 2:22Speaker 3: Week with a brand new ticket.
- 2:23Speaker 2: For the first caller of the day, we have Shaboozi tickets.
- 2:27Speaker 2: It's another big one on the way within fifteen minutes.
- 2:30Speaker 3: Last get to call the windows.
- 2:31Speaker 1: On the risk. Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 2:37Speaker 2: It's the river. There's pink panthersts with Zara Larson. Good
- 2:40Speaker 2: morning friends, Good morning, specifically to Sabrina in Nashville.
- 2:43Speaker 3: Right now she is on the line. How you doing, Sabrina.
- 2:46Speaker 3: I am wonderful good.
- 2:48Speaker 2: I think we're all good over here. We had busy weekends.
- 2:50Speaker 3: How about you?
- 2:50Speaker 5: Very busy?
- 2:51Speaker 3: Oh graduation weekend with oh graduated? What did they graduate for?
- 3:01Speaker 5: Congrats to that. That's awesome. I keep forgetting that it's
- 3:05Speaker 5: graduation season. This is a big time of year.
- 3:07Speaker 6: Oh yeah it is.
- 3:09Speaker 2: Do you have a lot of that coming up right now?
- 3:10Speaker 2: Or is this like the only grad and the fam
- 3:14Speaker 2: this time?
- 3:14Speaker 4: We still got about three years before we have another one.
- 3:16Speaker 5: So okay, a nice little break.
- 3:18Speaker 4: That's nice, relaxed because one my one complaint about graduations
- 3:23Speaker 4: and maybe they do it a little differently now is
- 3:26Speaker 4: sitting there and waiting for every single person to get the.
- 3:31Speaker 3: Actually insane.
- 3:31Speaker 5: It takes so long.
- 3:34Speaker 7: Especially if you is likewards the end of the alphabet.
- 3:37Speaker 7: You're like, oh my god, we have to wait through
- 3:38Speaker 7: all of these people.
- 3:39Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, oh.
- 3:41Speaker 5: Yeah, it was crazy.
- 3:42Speaker 3: I mean the one I went to, they were getting.
- 3:44Speaker 4: Them out the door, was like back to.
- 3:45Speaker 5: Back name Okay.
- 3:47Speaker 2: The next one said it was.
- 3:48Speaker 5: Like they had like two hundred plus kids.
- 3:50Speaker 4: So I call that efficient, Sabrina, and I love that.
- 3:54Speaker 4: Got the memo like you want everybody to have their
- 3:57Speaker 4: moment on stage, you know, and everybody gets to have
- 4:00Speaker 4: that big like, oh my god, I graduated, but oh
- 4:02Speaker 4: my god, when it's.
- 4:03Speaker 5: Three hours, get me out of here.
- 4:07Speaker 2: I think I fell asleep at both my high school
- 4:09Speaker 2: and college graduation.
- 4:10Speaker 5: Surprised at all zero, Serena.
- 4:13Speaker 3: We're happy that.
- 4:14Speaker 4: You had a nice effiicion graduation over the weekend that
- 4:17Speaker 4: you attended. And now your luck continues because you're the
- 4:21Speaker 4: first caller of the day on one of seven five
- 4:23Speaker 4: the River. You're getting tickets to see Shaboozy.
- 4:25Speaker 3: Yay, it's gonna be great.
- 4:28Speaker 2: The show's happening in September to send Down Phitheater.
- 4:30Speaker 3: You'll be there. Thank you for starting your day with us.
- 4:33Speaker 3: It's gonna be a good one. You have a great day.
- 4:36Speaker 4: Hey on the line, okay, love thank Kevin really liked
- 4:39Speaker 4: that sweetheart line right there.
- 4:41Speaker 2: You got so excited, Lovely, We've got more of these tickets.
- 4:45Speaker 1: Tomorrow, Shaboozy Ricky is Zach and Manno in the Morning.
- 4:51Speaker 4: I just got back from a very quick trip over
- 4:53Speaker 4: the weekend. Went to New York City for a concert.
- 4:57Speaker 4: It was a great time. But when I went and came,
- 5:00Speaker 4: I realized that I do something whenever I visit somewhere,
- 5:03Speaker 4: and I want to see if I'm the only one
- 5:04Speaker 4: that does it.
- 5:05Speaker 8: I feel certain that you are.
- 5:07Speaker 1: I don't think I am.
- 5:08Speaker 4: I think this is like a collective thing that everybody does.
- 5:11Speaker 8: But let's find out.
- 5:12Speaker 2: Okay, cool, right after Bieber here, Ricky's gonna tell us
- 5:16Speaker 2: what she does. And then also, I want to hear
- 5:17Speaker 2: more about that concert because it was a big one
- 5:19Speaker 2: that I know you were looking forward to.
- 5:20Speaker 3: So we'll get into it next.
- 5:21Speaker 1: Down the River Ricky is Zach and Mano in the Morning.
- 5:25Speaker 3: On the River Ricky, Zach.
- 5:28Speaker 2: And Mano in the morning on the river. We're happy
- 5:30Speaker 2: to be here with you on this Monday morning. We
- 5:32Speaker 2: had busy weekends. We were all over the place. Ricky
- 5:34Speaker 2: was on the East Coast. First, you want to tell
- 5:37Speaker 2: us why you guys went, because I know you have
- 5:38Speaker 2: been looking forward to this for a while.
- 5:40Speaker 5: We went to New York City.
- 5:41Speaker 4: AJ and I'm my fiance and I went to New
- 5:43Speaker 4: York City this weekend to see Bruce Springsteen at Madison
- 5:46Speaker 4: Square Garden.
- 5:47Speaker 3: Awesome for like months.
- 5:49Speaker 5: Yes, it was phenomenal.
- 5:51Speaker 4: We bought cheap tickets that we like, whatever we could
- 5:53Speaker 4: find because they were selling out so fast.
- 5:55Speaker 5: We're so happy that we actually went to go do it.
- 5:57Speaker 4: Age is a huge Bruce Springsteen fan, and it's kind
- 5:59Speaker 4: of have now melded into like me as.
- 6:02Speaker 5: Well being fan.
- 6:04Speaker 6: Uh.
- 6:04Speaker 4: But it was cool to actually see him for my
- 6:06Speaker 4: first time ever. He's seen him multiple times, so it
- 6:09Speaker 4: was cool for me to see him and for him
- 6:11Speaker 4: to see me watch him for the first time, and
- 6:12Speaker 4: also for me to watch him watch somebody who loved.
- 6:15Speaker 5: So much for the first time.
- 6:17Speaker 3: The entire time, Oh.
- 6:18Speaker 4: He was he was on cloud ninety entire day Saturday
- 6:22Speaker 4: and then Sunday most of the day until he got
- 6:24Speaker 4: really tired and that hit him.
- 6:25Speaker 3: That's fair.
- 6:26Speaker 2: And I just want to say real quick, and in
- 6:27Speaker 2: case anybody doesn't know this, Ricky and Age are both
- 6:29Speaker 2: from New Jersey, so it's in their blood to be big.
- 6:35Speaker 4: You support Bruce Ring see when you're from New Jersey.
- 6:37Speaker 4: I have to just the way that is. But one
- 6:40Speaker 4: of the things that I realized with traveling and I
- 6:42Speaker 4: wanted to know if this is something that like everybody does,
- 6:44Speaker 4: and I feel like everyone does. I tend to romanticize
- 6:49Speaker 4: the places that I visit so quickly and like immediately go, oh,
- 6:55Speaker 4: we could live in this neighborhood. We could do this
- 6:57Speaker 4: every day, we could move.
- 6:59Speaker 3: Here to every single time.
- 7:01Speaker 5: I do it.
- 7:02Speaker 4: Everywhere I visit, and it's kind of like partially mentally
- 7:05Speaker 4: ill of me. I like have this old moment and
- 7:09Speaker 4: AJ does it with me, so he doesn't help.
- 7:11Speaker 5: I feel like it feels that fire is there.
- 7:13Speaker 2: I've looked it up because my wife does it whenever
- 7:15Speaker 2: we have vacation anywhere.
- 7:16Speaker 3: She's on Zillow looking at prom me too. I'm immediately like.
- 7:21Speaker 5: Other people do this, everybody does this?
- 7:23Speaker 7: Then Yeah, I think it's honestly, just like because you're
- 7:25Speaker 7: in a state of relaxation because you know that you don't
- 7:28Speaker 7: have work, you don't have specific plans, you don't have
- 7:31Speaker 7: to go home and do chores, like you go back
- 7:32Speaker 7: to the hotel, that everything is taken care of. Like
- 7:35Speaker 7: you're in a state of relaxation. So you're like, oh,
- 7:37Speaker 7: I could live this life every single day.
- 7:39Speaker 4: That makes sense for me because I lived in New
- 7:41Speaker 4: York City when I went to college, so I know
- 7:43Speaker 4: what it's like to live in New York City. But
- 7:45Speaker 4: this entire weekend, over the weekend, I'm like, we can
- 7:48Speaker 4: move here. We could totally live here. We could do this.
- 7:50Speaker 4: We could do flee markets every day and walk the
- 7:52Speaker 4: high Line and get like whatever we want to eat
- 7:56Speaker 4: for food.
- 7:57Speaker 5: And walk around.
- 7:58Speaker 4: None of that would actually happen if I live New
- 8:00Speaker 4: York City, right, I'd be working all the time. I
- 8:02Speaker 4: would have a million other things happening. My family would
- 8:05Speaker 4: be so close by that I'd see them constantly.
- 8:07Speaker 7: We have a million plans with different friends instead of
- 8:09Speaker 7: just being able to actually walk around and enjoy right, the.
- 8:12Speaker 3: Reality of real life.
- 8:13Speaker 2: I looked it up again, and I don't think This
- 8:15Speaker 2: is a very technical term, but it says I could
- 8:17Speaker 2: live here syndrome.
- 8:19Speaker 3: That's what you have.
- 8:20Speaker 6: I have.
- 8:20Speaker 4: I could live here syndrome. But one percent I think
- 8:23Speaker 4: you do. It's something that I've really just realized over
- 8:26Speaker 4: this weekend that I do and I'm like, oh my god,
- 8:28Speaker 4: I do this every time.
- 8:29Speaker 8: I go, oh my god, you're going to Puerto Rico
- 8:30Speaker 8: in like a month.
- 8:36Speaker 1: Three things you need to know.
- 8:38Speaker 2: A bit past seven o'clock here on this Monday morning,
- 8:41Speaker 2: we appreciate you starting your week with us. Ricky's got
- 8:43Speaker 2: those three things? Presented by Mark Spain Real Estate.
- 8:45Speaker 4: An online streamer known for racist content has been charged
- 8:48Speaker 4: with attempted murder after taking part in a shooting outside
- 8:51Speaker 4: the Montgomery Courthouse. A veteran is in the hospital after
- 8:55Speaker 4: he was shot outside of the Montgomery County Courthouse last week.
- 8:58Speaker 4: He was shot in the stomach shoulder after an argument
- 9:01Speaker 4: ensued between him and the online streamer slash Shooter. There
- 9:05Speaker 4: is a GoFundMe in place to help with his medical
- 9:08Speaker 4: bills right now, obviously not expected, and as a veteran,
- 9:13Speaker 4: he is struggling.
- 9:14Speaker 5: To pay for those bills.
- 9:15Speaker 4: The shooter is facing charges including attempted murder and aggravated assault.
- 9:20Speaker 4: His bond was set at one point two to five million,
- 9:22Speaker 4: and this is the second time that the same online
- 9:25Speaker 4: streamer has made headlines here in Tennessee in the past
- 9:28Speaker 4: week or two. He was also arrested in Nashville after
- 9:31Speaker 4: he allegedly ordered nearly four hundred dollars worth of food
- 9:34Speaker 4: at Bob's Steak and Chop and refuse to pay the tab.
- 9:38Speaker 4: So now he is sitting in jail. His bond has
- 9:41Speaker 4: not been paid as far as I know as of
- 9:42Speaker 4: right now. I will keep you updated on how that
- 9:44Speaker 4: goes now. Horan says that he's not going to Harry
- 9:48Speaker 4: Styles and Zoe Kravitz's wedding apparently, but here this is
- 9:52Speaker 4: going to be for your take as well, because I'm
- 9:54Speaker 4: not sure that that's one hundred percent what happened here.
- 9:56Speaker 4: It's been a few months since rumors started flying that
- 9:59Speaker 4: Harry and Zoe are actually engaged.
- 10:01Speaker 5: None of that is percent been confirmed by either of them.
- 10:04Speaker 4: Nothing has been formally announced by either of them, but
- 10:07Speaker 4: obviously everybody is like, this is happening.
- 10:10Speaker 5: We're so excited for them.
- 10:11Speaker 4: And recently Nile, who was in the boy band one
- 10:14Speaker 4: direction with Harry was asked during an interview if he
- 10:17Speaker 4: had any weddings coming up, and the way that the
- 10:19Speaker 4: interviewers were asking seemed like they were leading into like
- 10:24Speaker 4: what kind of weddings do you have? Like kind of
- 10:27Speaker 4: trying to get him to say something about Harry.
- 10:30Speaker 5: But a lot.
- 10:31Speaker 4: Of his fans also noted that they could have been
- 10:34Speaker 4: asking about Taylor Swift's upcoming wedding.
- 10:36Speaker 3: Or or mine, yeah or am mine. We'll never know
- 10:40Speaker 3: which nile.
- 10:41Speaker 4: You are more than welcome to come to if you
- 10:43Speaker 4: want to, so we don't know which wedding they were
- 10:49Speaker 4: actually trying to imply because they did not want one
- 10:51Speaker 4: hundred percent say. But headlines are now going crazy saying
- 10:55Speaker 4: that he wasn't invited to Harry Style's wedding.
- 10:58Speaker 5: No word on if that's true or not, No word on.
- 11:00Speaker 4: If the wedding's even happening, but that's what people are
- 11:03Speaker 4: talking about right now. And AMC theaters have announced new
- 11:07Speaker 4: menu items.
- 11:08Speaker 5: They have announced this via their social media and people
- 11:11Speaker 5: went nuts over this. Zach, You're gonna be very excited
- 11:13Speaker 5: about one. I'm very excited about the one.
- 11:16Speaker 4: These new items include a hot Honey sausage pizza deal,
- 11:19Speaker 4: Pickle pretzels offered in bite sized or full sized pretzels,
- 11:24Speaker 4: popcorn chicken, and street corn poppers. They're all currently being
- 11:27Speaker 4: rolled out across the country so you can expect them
- 11:30Speaker 4: at your local AMC this summer.
- 11:32Speaker 5: I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you
- 11:34Speaker 5: need to know.
- 11:34Speaker 3: Thank you so much, Ricky.
- 11:36Speaker 2: We're gonna play Bruno Mars here and then learn on
- 11:38Speaker 2: this Monday morning, Zach's fax expanding our brains. We are
- 11:42Speaker 2: lifelong learners. He's got one for us next down the river.
- 11:47Speaker 1: Class is in Sessions.
- 11:50Speaker 6: Sachs Facts brought to you by Mark Spain Real Estate
- 11:53Speaker 6: on one ver.
- 11:54Speaker 7: So, Ricky just went to a Bruce Springsteen concert over
- 11:57Speaker 7: the weekend, so I decided to have a fact about him.
- 11:59Speaker 5: Oh I love this.
- 12:00Speaker 7: Did you know that he has a minor planet named
- 12:03Speaker 7: after him?
- 12:03Speaker 1: What?
- 12:04Speaker 7: Apparently there is an astronomer ian that lives in New
- 12:08Speaker 7: Zealand that was listening to Bruce Springsteen while he made
- 12:11Speaker 7: the discovery of this minor planet on July fifth, two
- 12:13Speaker 7: thousand and one. So it is a minor planet called
- 12:16Speaker 7: Springstein two three nine nine zero wo So cool.
- 12:19Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean all the awards and everything. Sure, that's great,
- 12:23Speaker 2: but that's huge planet.
- 12:26Speaker 3: Named after me.
- 12:27Speaker 4: It's so cool.
- 12:28Speaker 8: And here's the fact of the day.
- 12:30Speaker 3: Thanks for being a part of our morning.
- 12:31Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning.
- 12:36Speaker 2: Are avoiding conversation because we just don't want the awkwardness
- 12:40Speaker 2: of it.
- 12:40Speaker 3: And that's me all the time.
- 12:42Speaker 4: That's one hundred percent Kevin all the time me basically never.
- 12:46Speaker 4: I have no problem having in the conversations. It doesn't
- 12:49Speaker 4: bother me that it might turn into like a disagreement
- 12:52Speaker 4: or something like that, because I'm confident that we.
- 12:54Speaker 2: Could work through it, you know, a healthy way to
- 12:56Speaker 2: approach it.
- 12:57Speaker 8: Thank you, Kevin.
- 12:58Speaker 4: I think that's the first time you've ever said that
- 13:00Speaker 4: I was mentally well. There is, though a conversation that
- 13:05Speaker 4: I am avoiding right now.
- 13:07Speaker 3: What is it?
- 13:08Speaker 4: Not because I think it's going to turn into a conflict,
- 13:10Speaker 4: but because it's just going to be awkward because it
- 13:12Speaker 4: has to do with money. Okay, AJ and I are eloping.
- 13:15Speaker 4: Everybody you know, we've talked about it.
- 13:17Speaker 5: We are eloping and oh my god, a few weeks.
- 13:19Speaker 3: Yeah, kind of.
- 13:20Speaker 4: Crazy to think about that, but we want to throw
- 13:22Speaker 4: a big party afterwards. Back in New Jersey later on
- 13:25Speaker 4: this year, and we thought that's gonna be the easy
- 13:28Speaker 4: way out, the cheaper way out. It's all gonna work out. Well,
- 13:30Speaker 4: the party is all anybody really cares about anyways, so
- 13:32Speaker 4: we'll just throw a big party. It's still gonna be
- 13:35Speaker 4: pretty expensive, right, Yeah, And because of that, we're trying
- 13:39Speaker 4: to budget and figure out what we can pay now
- 13:43Speaker 4: when it comes down to that, AJ's parents gave us
- 13:45Speaker 4: some money nice and they were like, we've had this
- 13:48Speaker 4: saved for you, so we're gonna give you a little something.
- 13:50Speaker 8: To like help you.
- 13:52Speaker 5: My parents haven't said anything.
- 13:54Speaker 4: Oh my mom just recently did. My mom just recently did.
- 13:59Speaker 4: She didn't tell me the amount of money, but she said,
- 14:01Speaker 4: you know, like we're gonna help you. And I haven't
- 14:04Speaker 4: had that conversation with my dad yet of like because
- 14:06Speaker 4: it's weird. It's like, am I supposed to ask you
- 14:09Speaker 4: if you're gonna give me money for this wedding?
- 14:12Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 14:12Speaker 8: Like I don't even know how to like bring that up.
- 14:14Speaker 7: Of like, hey, dad, by the way, AJ's pants are
- 14:16Speaker 7: giving us money, what are you up?
- 14:18Speaker 5: I'm giving us money? Are you going to give us money?
- 14:20Speaker 2: And I know, weird nothing about any of this is
- 14:23Speaker 2: like traditional. But the old traditional thing with a wedding
- 14:27Speaker 2: is the father of the bride.
- 14:29Speaker 1: You know.
- 14:30Speaker 4: And so I haven't brought it up at all. And
- 14:34Speaker 4: I've been avoiding and avoiding and avoiding and avoiding because I.
- 14:37Speaker 5: Just don't like having conversations about money.
- 14:39Speaker 3: Let's call your dad in that way.
- 14:41Speaker 7: Let's call him conversation.
- 14:46Speaker 4: He's gonna have a panic if I call him in
- 14:49Speaker 4: the middle of like the workday right now, He's gonna
- 14:51Speaker 4: think I'm like on my death better.
- 14:53Speaker 3: Yeah, well, you.
- 14:53Speaker 2: Basically are you need money? Call him after you don't

- 17:36Speaker 2: Good morning, just after eight o'clock.
- 17:38Speaker 3: You're thank you for starting your Monday with us.
- 17:40Speaker 2: Ricky's got those three things presented by Mark Spain Real Estate.
- 17:43Speaker 3: What's Happening in Ricky?
- 17:44Speaker 4: Podcaster Alex Cooper is pregnant. The Call Her Daddy host
- 17:48Speaker 4: posted a carousel of baby bump pictures on her Instagram,
- 17:51Speaker 4: and in her caption, she wrote, quote our family. Alex
- 17:55Speaker 4: and her husband got together in twenty twenty. They got
- 17:57Speaker 4: married in twenty twenty four. She's also had her a
- 18:01Speaker 4: few weeks. She's been feuding with Alex Earl, who is
- 18:05Speaker 4: a podcaster who is once part of her podcast network,
- 18:07Speaker 4: The Tube and going at it with each other, so
- 18:10Speaker 4: lots of like negativity.
- 18:11Speaker 5: This seems to be a positive.
- 18:13Speaker 4: Switch for her in the announcements, so congrats to her
- 18:17Speaker 4: and her husband. Blood donors in Nashville have the opportunity
- 18:21Speaker 4: to get free.
- 18:21Speaker 5: Blood work done. This is a huge deal because blood
- 18:24Speaker 5: work can be.
- 18:25Speaker 4: Quite expensive, so Blood Assurances partnered with Good Labs to
- 18:28Speaker 4: offer free comprehensive lab work to blood donors here in Nashville.
- 18:32Speaker 4: Donors can choose from panels testing hormones, heart health, inflammation,
- 18:36Speaker 4: other general health markers. These tests typically can cost between
- 18:40Speaker 4: two hundred and five hundred dollars out of pocket, So
- 18:43Speaker 4: if you don't have the money for that and you
- 18:44Speaker 4: want to get something tested, you just donate blood and
- 18:46Speaker 4: then you can get tested. You can access to testing
- 18:49Speaker 4: every six months at certain Blood Assurance locations and as
- 18:52Speaker 4: of right now, the program has no end date, but
- 18:55Speaker 4: that doesn't mean to wait, go do it now. And
- 18:58Speaker 4: Fresca they have a new life of alcoholic drinks. They're
- 19:01Speaker 4: launching Fresca Hard so it's a new malt beverage. It's
- 19:05Speaker 4: going to hit shelves this summer. They have four flavors,
- 19:08Speaker 4: grapefruit citrus, pineapple citrus, peach citrus, and watermelon citrus.
- 19:13Speaker 5: They're really going in on the citrus vibes, so.
- 19:16Speaker 4: It's gonna have a citrus flavor obviously, while adding some
- 19:19Speaker 4: booze to it. They debuted their Fresca mixed Vodkas sprits
- 19:24Speaker 4: earlier and people loved it so much that they decided
- 19:28Speaker 4: to add more boozy drinks to their lineup. I'm Ricky
- 19:30Speaker 4: Sanchez and those are the three things you need to know.
- 19:32Speaker 3: I guess I'll try it.
- 19:33Speaker 2: That's a very crowded space those yes, whatever you want
- 19:37Speaker 2: to call them.
- 19:38Speaker 4: I like that they switched up the vibes for the
- 19:40Speaker 4: flavors though, you know, like a watermelon citrus.
- 19:44Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 19:44Speaker 4: Another one that has that, like another brand.
- 19:47Speaker 5: I'll try it.
- 19:48Speaker 3: Thanks for being a part of our morning.
- 19:50Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach and Minno in the Morning the Ver.
- 19:55Speaker 2: I have very vivid memories of being kindergartener, sitting in
- 19:58Speaker 2: we had a green carpet in our class. Show and
- 20:00Speaker 2: tell was always my favorite part of the week. I
- 20:03Speaker 2: think we brought something in like once a week to
- 20:05Speaker 2: do show and tell, and we're going to do that here.
- 20:06Speaker 4: This morning, it's our very own show and Tell, So
- 20:09Speaker 4: we're going to explain to you, obviously with very vivid detail,
- 20:13Speaker 4: what these things are that each of us have brought
- 20:15Speaker 4: from our homes into the studio to show.
- 20:18Speaker 5: Off to you.
- 20:18Speaker 8: I think I brought the best one.
- 20:20Speaker 4: Zach has a massive monstrosity of a thing next to me.
- 20:24Speaker 2: That he brought from Zach's is huge. Mine can fit
- 20:27Speaker 2: in the palm of my hand. I'll say that same.
- 20:29Speaker 5: Okay, it's very very tiny.
- 20:31Speaker 2: We've got small things right after State Side here. That's
- 20:34Speaker 2: the name of the song Pink Panthers and Zar Larson
- 20:36Speaker 2: Show and Tell time next down the River.
- 20:39Speaker 1: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning on.
- 20:44Speaker 5: Seven five the River.
- 20:45Speaker 4: Welcome to Ricky, Zach and Mano in the mornings Show
- 20:48Speaker 4: and Tell.
- 20:49Speaker 5: We love nostalgia.
- 20:51Speaker 4: We love thinking back to those days that just made
- 20:53Speaker 4: us really happy and excited. One of those things that
- 20:55Speaker 4: really used to make us happy.
- 20:56Speaker 5: And excited was Show and Tell at school.
- 20:58Speaker 4: So each of us has brought something in and we're
- 21:00Speaker 4: going to vividly explain to you what the things are
- 21:03Speaker 4: that we brought in for our show Intell.
- 21:05Speaker 7: I'm kind of nervous about both of yours because you
- 21:07Speaker 7: said that they're so small and yours is massive.
- 21:10Speaker 4: It's next to my head right now. It has a
- 21:13Speaker 4: whole presentation. So you're gonna go last, Zach. Okay, but Kevin,
- 21:16Speaker 4: go ahead and tell us what you brought in for
- 21:18Speaker 4: show and tell I.
- 21:19Speaker 2: Just got mine over the weekend, you guys. I mean
- 21:22Speaker 2: it's great. I earned it. On Saturday. I ran my
- 21:27Speaker 2: second half marathon his medal.
- 21:32Speaker 4: You are that marathon runner that's got to show off
- 21:35Speaker 4: his medal.
- 21:35Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm proud of myself. You know, this is something
- 21:38Speaker 2: I discovered. I'm forty two years old. I ran my
- 21:40Speaker 2: first one earlier this year, and I'm very proud of
- 21:42Speaker 2: the fact that I did it again.
- 21:44Speaker 3: I beat my time.
- 21:45Speaker 2: I did it in an hour fifty one, which is
- 21:47Speaker 2: an average pace of eight and a half minute miles.
- 21:50Speaker 2: So I think that's a good time for somebody that
- 21:52Speaker 2: kind of came to this later life.
- 21:54Speaker 3: And I, uh, yeah, I'm proud of it.
- 21:55Speaker 5: I'm proud of you, keav We are very proud of you.
- 21:57Speaker 4: But I do have to make fun of you for
- 21:59Speaker 4: the fact that you decided.
- 22:00Speaker 7: You're like one of those people that does CrossFit like that.
- 22:02Speaker 7: That's all they talk about.
- 22:03Speaker 5: Cross Ma marathons. They wear it like all day.
- 22:07Speaker 4: You see them at the bar wearing their medal, and
- 22:09Speaker 4: you're like, dude, you ran that marathon eight hours ago.
- 22:12Speaker 3: No, I think that you wear it all week.
- 22:14Speaker 2: That's and honestly they're probably just trying to get like
- 22:17Speaker 2: free food or free drinks out.
- 22:18Speaker 7: Of probably probably watching your time the entire time, like
- 22:23Speaker 7: all morning long.
- 22:24Speaker 5: Support.
- 22:24Speaker 2: I didn't look at my phone while I was running,
- 22:26Speaker 2: but I had my air pods in and I could hear,
- 22:29Speaker 2: like my SERI was reading me the text that you
- 22:30Speaker 2: guys were we were checking on.
- 22:34Speaker 3: I appreciated it, but.
- 22:35Speaker 5: We are very proud of you.
- 22:36Speaker 3: All right, Ricky, what did you bring in?
- 22:38Speaker 1: So?
- 22:38Speaker 4: Mine is even smaller than yours, Kevin, mine is.
- 22:43Speaker 5: It's an old lighter. It was my grandma's. It's teeny tiny.
- 22:48Speaker 4: It's a little slim pocket lighter and it has the
- 22:51Speaker 4: Mint Hotel in Las Vegas on the front of it.
- 22:54Speaker 8: It almost looks like a like a little piece of gold.
- 22:57Speaker 4: Yeah, like a tiny little square of gold. It doesn't
- 23:00Speaker 4: light anymore. I need to like get it fixed. But
- 23:03Speaker 4: I just recently found out that the Mint in Las
- 23:06Speaker 4: Vegas is like the first place that Hunter S. Thompson's
- 23:10Speaker 4: fear and loathing in Las Vegas is like based off
- 23:13Speaker 4: of like.
- 23:13Speaker 5: He goes to Mint. I guess doesn't exist anymore.
- 23:17Speaker 4: But yeah, and I had no idea. It was just
- 23:20Speaker 4: in my grandma's stuff that we went through when she
- 23:23Speaker 4: had passed away. And I love lighters, like I love
- 23:26Speaker 4: old lighters in the way that they like look. So
- 23:28Speaker 4: I took it, and I had no idea what it
- 23:29Speaker 4: actually was.
- 23:30Speaker 7: I feel like, like, because you love vintagey things, this
- 23:35Speaker 7: is so you.
- 23:36Speaker 8: This is so cute.
- 23:39Speaker 2: It's like a very tiny Zippo style lighter, like yeah,
- 23:44Speaker 2: and it has like a like the architecture of the
- 23:46Speaker 2: Mint Hotel on the front of it, like a little stamp.
- 23:48Speaker 3: It's so cute.
- 23:50Speaker 4: It's super cute and I love it, and I uh, like,
- 23:53Speaker 4: I said, I need to get it fixed. I need
- 23:55Speaker 4: to find somebody who can make the lighter work again
- 23:57Speaker 4: so I could actually use.
- 23:58Speaker 5: It's cool, but yeah, that's mine and Zach.
- 24:03Speaker 7: Well, I had to put it in the trunk of
- 24:04Speaker 7: my car and I drive it as SUV so I'd
- 24:07Speaker 7: fit in the trunk. And I recently discovered red light therapy.
- 24:11Speaker 7: So I bought this massive red light therapy stand.
- 24:14Speaker 3: That I like put it on over my head.
- 24:17Speaker 8: Ricky just turned it on. She has the red light therapy.
- 24:19Speaker 3: On her right now.
- 24:22Speaker 5: My eyes are close.
- 24:23Speaker 3: I looked up in all of.
- 24:24Speaker 7: The benefits are they boost collagen for anti aging, they
- 24:28Speaker 7: reduce inflammation. I thought this would be great for you, Ricky,
- 24:30Speaker 7: because it's great for people with arthritis. Oh and so
- 24:33Speaker 7: it relives joint pain and it also stimulates their hair growth.
- 24:37Speaker 7: So I use it literally every single night, like it
- 24:39Speaker 7: hovers above me in my bed while I'm like going
- 24:42Speaker 7: to sleep.
- 24:43Speaker 4: Just to give you an idea of how big this
- 24:44Speaker 4: thing actually is. I'm four to eleven, and I think
- 24:47Speaker 4: it it's almost.
- 24:48Speaker 8: As tall as it's standing up next to her.
- 24:51Speaker 5: It's the same height as me. It's massive, very bright.
- 24:56Speaker 8: Yeah, I'm just trying to take care of myself.
- 24:58Speaker 2: Zach.
- 24:58Speaker 3: Do you feel like you got it? Like, do you
- 25:00Speaker 3: feel any different? Well?
- 25:02Speaker 7: I mean I always looked beautiful, but I feel like
- 25:04Speaker 7: I look even more beautiful now.
- 25:05Speaker 5: Solid point. Okay, solid point agreed?
- 25:07Speaker 2: Yeah, and Ricky to set it r for like five seconds,
- 25:10Speaker 2: and man, you're glowing as well.
- 25:11Speaker 8: Look at you got.
- 25:11Speaker 4: Ready allbody close to the same level of beauty as
- 25:15Speaker 4: that your hairs up.
- 25:16Speaker 6: Growing have a wicked good summer on five of the river.
- 25:22Speaker 6: He's the next word in our wicked long sentence.
- 25:26Speaker 4: Okay, make sure you have your pen and paper ready
- 25:28Speaker 4: or your notepad, opening your phone wherever you're keeping all
- 25:30Speaker 4: these words, because your next one's coming at you.
- 25:32Speaker 7: Your word today is like like like I like it.
- 25:37Speaker 3: Thank you Zach.
- 25:39Speaker 2: You get three words a day. We just gave you
- 25:41Speaker 2: one at eight forty. Be here at twelve forty and
- 25:43Speaker 2: four forty two. Get all the words to make this
- 25:46Speaker 2: very long sentence, so your next one is coming at
- 25:48Speaker 2: twelve forty.
- 25:49Speaker 1: Good luck keep track of every word so when.
- 25:52Speaker 4: We're about to get into our daily double tap, this
- 25:54Speaker 4: one is for all the Matcha girlies and guys out there,
- 25:57Speaker 4: everybody who likes Macha and everybody who's even just write
- 26:00Speaker 4: it and hated it.
- 26:01Speaker 2: Yeah. I think it's maybe more for the people that
- 26:03Speaker 2: hated it.
- 26:03Speaker 4: Yeah, people who love it still get it like I
- 26:06Speaker 4: didn't try Machya for the first time ago.
- 26:08Speaker 5: Ah. Yes, this is drink alright.
- 26:12Speaker 3: This is one man's review of Macha.
- 26:15Speaker 9: Are you trying Machya? For the first time. I feel
- 26:17Speaker 9: like I'm drinking a vanilla football field just like lawn.
- 26:22Speaker 9: This this grass ain't no way, it's not grass. This
- 26:24Speaker 9: grass would show this is a bush.
- 26:26Speaker 7: It's I mean, I agree, Like the only reason that
- 26:30Speaker 7: I drink is because I know that it's good for you.
- 26:32Speaker 7: For you, like, I never think like, oh my god,
- 26:34Speaker 7: this is so good. I'm just like, Okay, I know
- 26:36Speaker 7: I'm doing something good for my body.
- 26:37Speaker 4: That's also almost word for word, the same thing I
- 26:40Speaker 4: said to my fiance the first time that I had
- 26:43Speaker 4: Macha Yeah.
- 26:44Speaker 5: Well, I literally was like, it's grap this is dirt.
- 26:46Speaker 3: I want dirt.
- 26:48Speaker 2: I feel like macha alone macha tea is good for you,
- 26:51Speaker 2: but people probably for you going to like a Starbucks
- 26:53Speaker 2: replace like that you're putting so much junk in there
- 26:55Speaker 2: that you're sort of counteracting how good.
- 26:58Speaker 3: It is for you.
- 26:58Speaker 8: You're not incorrect.
- 27:00Speaker 5: Most much of anything doesn't have stuff in it unless
- 27:03Speaker 5: you add it.
- 27:03Speaker 4: Like they have to ask, like a Macho latte is
- 27:05Speaker 4: just macha and milk?
- 27:07Speaker 2: Is that true? You're not a bunch of added sugar
- 27:09Speaker 2: and whatnot in there?
- 27:10Speaker 5: No, No, I don't know.
- 27:12Speaker 3: I don't order it normally mask.
- 27:14Speaker 4: I normally ask for a little bit of honey in
- 27:16Speaker 4: mine to sweeten mine up so it doesn't taste like
- 27:18Speaker 4: straight up dirt and grass.
- 27:19Speaker 2: Interesting, Okay, I always because I actually like like a
- 27:22Speaker 2: macho latte. But I just assumed it was so tasty
- 27:24Speaker 2: because it was not good for you. But this is interesting.
- 27:27Speaker 4: You also like nothing but vegetables and dirt and twigs.
- 27:30Speaker 1: That's why Ricky is Zach and Manno. In the morning
- 27:35Speaker 1: on the river,
