- 0:44my winter hat, fleas, all that good stuff.
- 0:48I'm almost there to the T. Maybe I needed a little Nick Cofer Co.
- 0:52Hey, with all the respect to those animal rights, I'm just saying just to keep
- 0:56myself warm because we definitely got an interesting podcast in this deconstructing type of podcast.
- 1:02And we're going to deconstruct a little bit of a story that I've known for 20
- 1:07years, but this story goes way back. It's a little mysterious.
- 1:10And I want you to just kind of put yourself in this situation because if you've
- 1:16been out there hiking, if you've been out there with Mother Nature,
- 1:18Mother Nature is just notorious.
- 1:21And if you're in a situation or if you have been in
- 1:24a situation that you're fighting the elements of mother
- 1:26nature you know what nine out of ten times you're gonna lose that battle
- 1:29because whether whatever the weather is whether it's you know the cold winter
- 1:34you know the fall spring summer the sun the clouds the water snow rain mother
- 1:43nature don't play and sometimes it don't play and it comes back at all so don't mess with mother nature.
- 1:49Once again, don't not underestimate how fragile the human body is when it comes to Mother Nature.
- 1:57So just grab yourself a little warm cup of cocoa, whatever it is that you want
- 2:02to do while you're listening to this, because it's a little mysterious in nature.
- 2:07Listen, don't mind me. I'll be trying to ease your way into this crazy story.
- 2:12So I want you to imagine this. And I just imagined.
- 2:15Because you're going to hit the like button. You know, I definitely appreciate the support.
- 2:20Feel free to comment after this episode. Let me know what you think.
- 2:24Do you want to hear more crazy, mysterious stories while listening to my voice?
- 2:28Let's go. Let's make it happen. That was my little blizzard kind of sound because
- 2:33blizzard is one of my favorite sounds that I tend to go to sleep on.
- 2:36Go sleep with whatever your choice is, but we make it happen.
- 2:39And feel free to share because, hey, listen, sharing means caring.
- 2:43But when you're listening to this story, The Dyatlov Pass incident is a story.
- 2:48I want you to just close your minds. And I did say, imagine this.
- 2:52Nine experienced hikers somewhere in the freezing mountains of Russia in 1959,
- 2:58if I'm not mistaken. In the middle of the night, they suddenly slashed their
- 3:01wig out of their tent from inside.
- 3:04And they run to the store barefoot. Something happened. You might say,
- 3:07what happened to these nine young people who decided that in their confine out
- 3:12of their little tent, bundle up, but it looks like something happened that led them to separate.
- 3:18And sadly, nine lives were gone. Interesting story.
- 3:22Now, with all due respect to those victims out there, I do not want to butcher
- 3:25the names because they are nine Russian hackers.
- 3:28And hey, listen, the names are a little bit difficult to pronounce.
- 3:32So with all due respect, don't want to butcher any name.
- 3:35Now, the leader in itself, it's an easier name to kind of mention,
- 3:38which is Igor Dyatlov, which is D-I-A-T-L-O-V.
- 3:43Again all the information would be in my description so
- 3:47once again feel free to follow but the
- 3:50fact is this and and kind of like the backstory is that in January 1959 so it's
- 3:55it was a group of 10 hikers and now the reason why I mentioned nine is because
- 3:59Igor being the leader kind of told the other nine say hey listen I got something
- 4:04to investigate here whatever they were doing.
- 4:08Because my understanding, they were part of the Uru Polytechnical Institute.
- 4:13So whatever it is that they were going to do, they were just going to challenge
- 4:16themselves to say, you know what? Let's try something precious.
- 4:19And let's all in the name of research. And as these 10 hikers decided,
- 4:24hey, listen, let's do our thing.
- 4:26And my understanding, yeah, I'm going to say 9, 10 hikers.
- 4:29My understanding is that there were two. And have you been in this story?
- 4:32Have you been in this situation where you make a decision? And I'm not going
- 4:37to work with it. nothing happened like that.
- 4:39But we've been in a situation where you make the decision, your gut feeling
- 4:42said, you know what? I'm not going to go there.
- 4:45They just say that you were invited to a cruise ship and you,
- 4:50for some reason, it's like, you know, I'm not going to go there then to find
- 4:52out there was an incident in the cruise ship, you know, no license loss.
- 4:57But the fact is this, that something happened. People got sick, whatever it is.
- 5:00And for two of those 11 hikers, they decided, you know what?
- 5:04I'm good. I'll skip this.
- 5:06So now this group was led by 20-year-old, 23-year-old, Igor Dyatlov.
- 5:11Am I understanding that, hey, Igor, you know, he was an experienced hiker.
- 5:15And he's going to say, you know what, if I'm going to experience something,
- 5:18let me reach out to my friends and my families, whatever it is,
- 5:22because those people will experience it.
- 5:23It's not like they came out, I don't know, when they say, you know what, that's fine.
- 5:27And think about this in life, that one of the members, and again,
- 5:30and I'm going to kind of fluctuate on the numbers, because my understanding
- 5:34is that there was supposed to be 10 or 11, but it came down to nine but the
- 5:38fact that one of them just got sick at once and you could probably say this
- 5:42in a tribute that ain't listen,
- 5:44life happens for a reason so the fact that one member decided, you know what?
- 5:48I'm sick, I'm good you guys have fun for me let's make it happen deep in the
- 5:53mountains deep into something hey listen, I don't know if I've been into a mountain.
- 5:58I mean, hey, I was born in Puerto Rico and there are mountains.
- 6:02But when I'm talking about Russian mines, I mean, I've seen clips,
- 6:05I've seen stuff and you'd be like, geez, those mines are a little bit bigger than Puerto Rico.
- 6:09But the fact that when you, if you're out there and enjoy the wilderness or
- 6:14Mother Nature and hiked in a mountain or whatever it is, it's not an easy thing.
- 6:19Because within those mountains, they might look as innocent,
- 6:22but some crazy stuff could happen, mountain lion.
- 6:25Whatever mountain that's out there is out there. I do apologize if I'm a little
- 6:29bit sniffle, but the fact is that I kind of like imagine this story or whatever it is.
- 6:34I kind of got myself into kind of prep myself to be in the shoes of these nine hackers.
- 6:40And somewhere, I believe it's February 1959, something went wrong.
- 6:44Despite the hikers being experienced, when they set up camp,
- 6:47they set up shop, they place this little shop, this little tent in this dead
- 6:52mountain, just chilling, relaxing. Hey, listen, hey, my understanding,
- 6:55that's what hikers do. They set up shop somewhere.
- 6:58They rest, eat, whatever it is. They move on to the next step.
- 7:01For some reason in that night, and think about this, this is why I'm kind of
- 7:05bundled up. Something happened.
- 7:07Temperatures started to decrease.
- 7:09There's reports of temperatures minus 40, 30.
- 7:12I don't think that I've ever been in my life. I'm going to go on a limb.
- 7:15I never been on a minus 40, 30 degrees. That sounds to me a little bit dangerous.
- 7:19But if you're out there listening to this podcast and you want to do that thing,
- 7:23hey by all means just bundle up it's the law right now can this and that be
- 7:28the reason why they started to kind of panic like oh wait a minute it's getting
- 7:32cold one thing is getting cold it's getting freeze we can freeze to death at
- 7:37least you know and then sadly once that this kind of,
- 7:40Panic started happening. Suddenly, some of these nine hikers started to disappear.
- 7:44And once the degrees started happening and so on and so forth,
- 7:47the next thing, there were nowhere to be found.
- 7:49So now there were people that knew what these hikers was going to do.
- 7:52So they allowed time to pass by and they started saying, wait a minute.
- 7:56Sorry about that. Where's the hikers at? Where is that? I mean,
- 8:00I see the camp. I see some stuff here.
- 8:03I mean, and it didn't for the people that kind of started searching on that.
- 8:08It's like, wait a minute. There's no discovery.
- 8:10Nothing happens. And then slowly but surely, they start to realize, hmm, there's food.
- 8:17There's clothes. There's boots. It's like, what happened?
- 8:21I mean, you know, what was the over here that was left behind?
- 8:24What would have occurred that these young folks would decide to go,
- 8:30hey, listen, they need to leave the tent.
- 8:31They need to abandon ship, even though the ship was not sinking.
- 8:36And I'm going to say no point. attended to that, but in terms of the tent.
- 8:40But slowly but surely, the people, the search party that they were,
- 8:43you know, the search party, if you will, started kind of, footprint started
- 8:47kind of like, come on, okay, something is happening.
- 8:49And as they started to search and search and search, then they started finding
- 8:53bodies, even some naked.
- 8:55Interesting. Even they were so split up that they started to wonder,
- 9:00what's the story behind that?
- 9:02You got these nine individuals that were split up. They were found naked.
- 9:06They were fine with cuts. They were fine with blood.
- 9:10They were fine with their head. They were fine with fingernails missing, lumps on their head.
- 9:14You know, you start to kind of wonder what happened to those.
- 9:18But then you start to notice because they've been outside six of the hikers,
- 9:21they died of hypothermia.
- 9:23But then the other three had some severe injuries, crushed skulls and broken ribs.
- 9:28Can that be a bear, grizzly bear? Can that be a bear foot?
- 9:33Barefoot. How is it that the three of the six victims here in this story were
- 9:38injured so badly that you could even tell who was who? You start doing the numbers. Okay.
- 9:44Igor, Jewelry, so on, just to name some of the victims here.
- 9:48Broken ribs. And even some of the bodies were missing eyes.
- 9:51And there was one that was missing a tongue. Now, what's crazy about this?
- 9:55And what added up to this story is that not too far from their tent was a military
- 10:02base, a Russian military base.
- 10:04Now, keep in mind, it's this, we're talking about 1959.
- 10:07We're talking about the height of the Cold War between United States and America.
- 10:11In my understanding, both countries, military powers, have had a history of
- 10:16government military experiment.
- 10:18As these kids knew there was something going on, because even in United States
- 10:23of America, the country that I'm in, There were those people that kind of started
- 10:27to question the military experiments,
- 10:30you know, the Philadelphia experiment, to name you a few, or paperclip,
- 10:33well, that's a little different story.
- 10:35But, you know, there's different government experiments that,
- 10:37you know, we kind of tend to like, hmm, and there's those who fight back.
- 10:41So perhaps these young kids knew that the Russian military was conducting experiments,
- 10:47because now you might say, well, why would they conduct experiments?
- 10:50If you're in the height of the Cold War, you always have to create something
- 10:53to say, let me go against the United States. If you're a big fan of Stranger
- 10:59Things, many people out there who I listen to, I love Stranger Things.
- 11:03But even Stranger Things will kind of open up a little Pandora's box into what
- 11:08the mindset of the United States and Russia was.
- 11:12Conducting experiments, military experiments, psychological warfare,
- 11:18whatever, hands on deck, whatever we can create. So these nine kids, what are the chances?
- 11:23There's a military base out there. But they're in the mountains,
- 11:27David, right? An avalanche, perhaps.
- 11:29And an avalanche seems to be that one theory that might have,
- 11:34what can I say, play a part to it.
- 11:36Now, again, I never went hiking on a mountain, never been to a snowmountain.
- 11:41I'm going to take a deep breath. I don't know if I have it. Well,
- 11:44but hey, listen, I'm an adventurous guy, but I do have my limits.
- 11:47But just the fact that in the history of humanity, there's this thing called
- 11:51an avalanche that it's a little tremble or a little whatever it is that happens in the mines.
- 11:56And there's just this big pile of snow that just comes down like a forest.
- 12:01And it could be that while they're all eating, having fun. Hey, this is Russia.
- 12:06Having their little Russian vodka, why not? Hey, Drury, hey,
- 12:10here's some vodka for you.
- 12:11Hey, vodka, you know. Oh, man, I wish that was having one right now.
- 12:15Cool, cool, cool. But to hear that rumble of the avalanche coming down,
- 12:19perhaps, perhaps that kind of shook the mother a bit.
- 12:23Because, again, if the avalanche is coming at a full force, that means that
- 12:26you have seconds, even a few minutes, just to react and do something.
- 12:30So it looks like that could be the derrick.
- 12:35Now, my understanding is, again, I've known this story for like 20 years,
- 12:39and every year it seems something different, something theory.
- 12:42There's always a theory that debunks the other theory, right? Wow.
- 12:45And avalanche seems very, very plausible. It seems very, very realistic.
- 12:52But you know me. You know, I'm not going to say you know me,
- 12:54but you know humans, we tend to be a skeptical.
- 12:57A military base, not too far from them, and an avalanche.
- 13:01Something don't give. But years ago, there was, you know, investigators that
- 13:04decided, hey, listen, an avalanche is the thing.
- 13:07Sadly, hey, listen, those conspiracy theories out there, sadly, hey, listen, relax.
- 13:12There was an avalanche. But people just continue with the military testing.
- 13:16Some, you know, believe, hey, listen. They snooping around.
- 13:19Have you ever snooped around that you'd be like, I didn't know that.
- 13:22Because the thing is this.
- 13:23There's some type of evidence, depending on where you listen to this,
- 13:28that there was some type of radiation. Wow, can they be radiated ink?
- 13:34You know, many people are very dismissive. And again, just like Russia.
- 13:38I'm sorry. Just like United States. I'm pretty sure Russia is one of those countries,
- 13:44if you will, that if something happened, therefore, you know,
- 13:47the propaganda machine might say, you know what? No.
- 13:50Radiation. You know what? Maybe that was the vodka that they drank.
- 13:53I don't want my vodka to have radiation, but in itself, alcohol does damage if you drink a lot.
- 13:58And it got radiated by vodka or something like that.
- 14:01But the fact is this. We don't know. The other thing, too, is that there's some
- 14:04type of thing that is called the infrasound that sometimes my understanding
- 14:10is this, that in a sense of panic, the human brain tends to either hear, see,
- 14:15react to things that maybe were not real.
- 14:18And perhaps them listening to that kind of frequency sounds caused a panic for
- 14:22them to say, ooh, what's going on, Juri?
- 14:27Igor? Alexis? Ooh, you know, that could be plausible as well.
- 14:31Those people out there into the paranormal and UFOs, I try to do a UFO sound, I apologize.
- 14:37Maybe that just came off as a blizzard, but I take it. But the fact that it
- 14:40was a paranormal UFO, now, hey, listen, I'll be straight up.
- 14:45I'm a skeptic of many, many things.
- 14:47But do I want to entertain stuff? Absolutely.
- 14:51Paranormal, again, I don't want to put myself in the future if I go and I'm
- 14:56freezing that I start to see things.
- 14:59Out of nowhere, I see certain people look like three people with three headed,
- 15:04and then I act to it that that's why I might stab somebody,
- 15:08or I might hit them with the hammer or something to whatever that I could find
- 15:12because I'm just delusional or having this illusion, perhaps.
- 15:16But the paranormal out there, I'm going to say is this. We live in this world.
- 15:20Beautiful world, that is. There's some crazy stuff that happens that nobody has no explanation.
- 15:24Can I say something crazy happen that we don't know that is paranormal?
- 15:28Sure. UFOs. We've seen UFOs always tied to, you know, military complex and so
- 15:33on and so forth. That could be it.
- 15:35But that's one story or one theory.
- 15:38But what they find out once again, because this story is from 1959 and from
- 15:42May, every single decade, there was always a new story that came out that people
- 15:47say, some unknown creature, they say a Bigfoot in the mountains.
- 15:52Maybe some crazy creature that we don't know. Now, keep in mind is this.
- 15:56In the history of this world, we have dinosaurs and we have some interesting creatures.
- 16:00Can there be a creature out there that we don't know about?
- 16:04There's people that believe that there's creatures that it's out there in the
- 16:08world that we don't know about. We haven't explored.
- 16:11Do we want to explore? I don't know. Have you seen the stories of the military
- 16:15creating some creature and the next thing, they gone and they're in the woods.
- 16:20They procreate and do this and do that and whatever it is.
- 16:24I don't know where you got this creature that's looking more like a human than an animal.
- 16:30So, hey, I want to say that's crazy, but it's a story we just never know.
- 16:35It's been more than 60 years, 1959. So it's going to be, what,
- 16:3860 years, if I'm not mistaken?
- 16:39And it's sort of like a kind of mystery. Now, I'm just going to go back to why
- 16:44there were the missing eyes and the tongue and so on.
- 16:47Just to give you an idea, you know, the latest story is this.
- 16:52The individual that was missing the eyes, sadly, I cannot say it too.
- 16:55They fell. And somewhere down the line, when they fell, they began panic.
- 17:00And they just started to scratch their head or whatever it is.
- 17:04The individual that was naked saw that one of their mates was cold.
- 17:08So in a moment of kind of being a hero or heroine, because there were a couple
- 17:13of women, young ladies involved, is that you take care of your coat and give
- 17:17to the other. And sadly, that's the situation.
- 17:20One was kind of missing a ton because my understanding is this.
- 17:24They were trying to stay awake. They was trying to stay alive.
- 17:26And they were using or harming themselves to stay awake.
- 17:30But sadly, Mother Nature comes in an all-shaped form.
- 17:34Weather, or whatever the case might be. Love to believe in many things that
- 17:38happened, but it's still a mysterious.
- 17:40At the end of the day, they found that, hey, listen, six of them die of hyperthermia
- 17:45and they became very, very delusional.
- 17:49And there's a world that I'm trying to look for. But in a moment of survival
- 17:53and survival mode, sadly, many humans will make that bad decision to do something more.
- 18:00I cannot say. Dangerous. Sometimes you might say that some of these individuals
- 18:04were suffering so much that in order for them to take away that pain of suffering,
- 18:09they still decide, you know what, if I'm going to die in the cold,
- 18:12let me not pretend to cover myself and just struggle.
- 18:16Let me just sadly take off my clothes off and not fight it anymore.
- 18:20It is a sad story, but it's one that, hey, was a natural disaster?
- 18:24Perhaps. Perhaps it does leads to that. Is there something that we maybe don't
- 18:29understand, maybe something.
- 18:30But whatever happened at night, sadly, those nine experienced hikers,
- 18:34they ran into that dark, no chance of survival.
- 18:37Even to this day, we still don't know exactly why.
- 18:41Again, there's theories out there you could go at night. Listen,
- 18:43I'm listening to my podcast.
- 18:46You're going to say, huh, okay. Because I'm only scratching the surface when it comes to the story.
- 18:50There are many stories that we might not know. I love these stories because
- 18:55it makes me kind of, Wow, that really happened?
- 18:59What would you do in that situation when the cold is hitting your face,
- 19:04when you hear a rumble that you never heard before,
- 19:07when you know that you are one, two seconds away from death,
- 19:12when you know that you're one good or bad decision that can cost your life. It's cold.
- 19:17It's freezing. I'll take it back. It's freezing.
- 19:20It's dark, it's gloomy, you can't even see.
- 19:23When you open your eyes, all that snow, you're just hitting your face.
- 19:27You can't even talk because you could even choke on snow.
- 19:29Not trying to be funny here, but I'm just saying, just put yourself in that situation.
- 19:34Nine hikers, one ultimate decision. They cannot speak on their behalf to say
- 19:39it was a bad or good, but sadly, they passed away that night,
- 19:42so whatever happens, they still don't know why.
- 19:45Anyways, this is my deconstruction, and I hope that you enjoyed.
- 19:49It is getting a little bit warm where I'm at because I
- 19:52do have a lot of stuff on me
- 19:55because I do want to kind of feel that sense that I
- 19:58was in some type of a blizzard or something to
- 20:00that effect but anyways hit the like button feel
