Four-Year-Old Locked in Closet for 12 Hours | Washington DC News
A four-year-old child was found locked in a dark, foodless closet for 12 hours a day—secured with a bungee cord—by authorities in St. Mary’s County, Maryland. The child’s mother, 28, and her boyfriend, 27, have been charged with child abuse and seven counts of neglect after admitting to the horrific conditions.
