- 0:08Really, if we've learned anything from these past couple of years, my home Americans is that personal medical freedom and liberty are in crisis.
- 0:19America Roll Law Pulse brings together the top experts in healthcare related fields to keep you up beaten ahead.
- 0:30Hello, ladies and gentlemen.
- 0:31This is Dr.
- 0:32Clayton J.
- 0:33Baker on the America Out Loud Pulse program on the America Out Loud Radio Network, Liberty and Justice for All.
- 0:41Today we are introducing the geofight.
- 0:44We have constitutional attorney Nicole Pearson discussing your rights as an American citizen not to be poisoned.
- 0:52She tells us how we can help win the battle, how each and every one of you can help win the battle to end geoengineering.
- 0:59So in this episode, we are uh interviewing attorney Nicole Pearson Esquire.
- 1:03Uh, Ms.
- 1:04Pearson is an experienced and fearless lawyer who is one of the leading attorneys in the geofight got dot com.
- 1:10And we encourage you to go to the geofight.com, the website, and learn more about what they are doing.
- 1:18This is the first real intentional, strong multi-firm legal action that is being uh undertaken against the geoengineering menace over all of our heads.
- 1:30Nicole Pearson is a constitutional attorney and a founder of facts, law, truth justice, a human and civil rights law firm and advocacy group.
- 1:39Pearson has sued presidents, governors, counties, public and private university systems, school boards, and other government and institutional actors to protect children, enforce constitutional rights, and defend individual freedom.
- 1:53With more than 15 years of litigation experience, Pearson utilizes strategic litigation, public advocacy and accountability to ensure that the core constitutional protections remain meaningful in practice, not just in principle.
- 2:08And Nicole, it's a real honor to have you on today.
- 2:12You're one of the three lead attorneys in the geofight, along with Blake Horowitz of the Blake Horwitz Law Firm in Chicago and Tom Rens, the well-known attorney from Ohio.
- 2:23So I can't tell you how much I appreciate you taking the time to come on to the show today.
- 2:28And why don't we just start right in and you tell me what got you into this fight and give us some introductory comments?
- 2:35Well, thank you for having me.
- 2:37I hope that everybody knows what uh an honor it is to be here and to be working alongside you.
- 2:43Thank you for everything that you've been doing the last five, six years I've been watching you and appreciate you so much as well.
- 2:49So happy to be here with you and working together to stop the poisoning of our skies.
- 2:54I um I got into this fight because very simply my passion and the basically my calling is to protect children, protect humanity, our future, and to prevent us from being poisoned by our government, forget bad actors.
- 3:12But I think we've seen pretty consistently now for the last five, six years, that there is whether intentional or unintentional knowing or reckless, certainly negligence, um, negligent uh conduct by our government that there is um that we have been poisoned by our government.
- 3:31We've been lied to and we have been poisoned.
- 3:33So whether that's from, I don't know, are we allowed to say on this podcast the the trigger words like vaccines?
- 3:40Are we allowed to talk about that here?
- 3:41Are we gonna get it?
- 3:42You can talk about what you want to here.
- 3:44Okay, so from what, you know, from vaccines, antibiotics, um, you know, flu shots, the the types of medications, testing, PCR tests, everything that we've seen.
- 3:55Uh, we've seen that again, we've been lied to, we've been um gaslit, we have been uh basically fear mongered into relying on a system that does not put people's health and best interests in um uh don't does not put that front and center.
- 4:11And so uh really we need to do that for ourselves.
- 4:15And so that's what I um uh dedicated the last several years of my career to, and now the latest uh crime against humanity that we are working to stop is the poisoning of our oxygen.
- 4:29So that's that's the geofight.
- 4:30That's how I got here and met you and Mr.
- 4:34Blake Horwitz and uh reunited with Tom.
- 4:37Very well.
- 4:38So thank you for that introduction.
- 4:39And you know, you and I have been talking off camera a little bit, and uh we there was one really powerful concept that you had brought up and had discussed, and also there was a recent uh round table discussion about geoengineering on Tom Renz and Ann Vandersteel's uh Twitter uh accounts, and I think that's also on Rumble, too.
- 5:00So I encourage people to get on either Rumble or Twitter and look at that uh geoengineering round table.
- 5:06But you had spoken in very eloquently about the issue that we have a right, you're a constitutional attorney, that we have a right not to be poisoned.
- 5:16Now that seems grossly obvious, but clearly a lot of us kind of wonder what's going on up there.
- 5:22Why are they doing this?
- 5:23They're poisoning poisoning us.
- 5:24And a lot of people feel, what can I do?
- 5:27And I think that you very powerfully laid out that we have a right, we have a constitutional human right not to be poisoned.
- 5:35Talk about that a little, please.
- 5:37When maybe not even to use, and you and I can work through this, but not even use the word rights.
- 5:42It is a uh it is a basic innate what the reason why I say that is because when people think of rights, they think of laws.
- 5:52And so it's not there is no law that gives you the right not to be poisoned.
- 5:59You, and this sounds very hippy-dippy, but it's true.
- 6:03We find these truths, we hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal and born with these innate rights.
- 6:12We use it in that context, but life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, and within that is the right to be left alone, the right not to be experimented upon by our government, poisoned by our government or private bad actors.
- 6:25It's it's not there is no law that gives you the right not to be poisoned.
- 6:30It's something that is innate and born.
- 6:33You are born with, uh, you know, whether you're American citizen or not, it is a basic human right.
- 6:39I mean, when you really want to talk about basic human rights, that is one of them, right?
- 6:43Not to be killed.
- 6:44And they were the founders refer to it as life liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
- 6:49What does that entail?
- 6:50What does life entail?
- 6:51Life entails being free, like I said, from government or even private intrusion, being able to move about freely, be happy.
- 6:59What does that entail?
- 7:00Being healthy, not being poisoned, not being murdered, not being stolen from.
- 7:04So, you know, I need people to understand that you have this authority.
- 7:12You have this power, and you have this right not to be poisoned by the sheer fact that you're born, that you are a human being.
- 7:19There is no government that has bestowed that bestowed that right upon you.
- 7:24There is no law that they can rescind or that they can qualify or manipulate to take that right away from you.
- 7:31I don't care if this geoengineering is being done for climate change purposes, national security reasons, experimentation, research.
- 7:41None of that matters.
- 7:42No federal law, no state law, no local ordinance can infringe upon and trump your right not to be poisoned.
- 7:51And so we really need to shift the narrative around that.
- 7:54But we're talking about our basic human rights.
- 7:57And there's no reason that the government can come up with that can infringe upon that right.
- 8:02There are things that they can do.
- 8:04Um, there are certainly you know, research they can conduct, experiments that they can can conduct.
- 8:10We know that they do them.
- 8:12There are, you know, um mechanisms of national security that they can pursue, but they cannot do so without our consent.
- 8:19And that's not just, you know, informed medical consent, like we spoke about prior to joining uh the Zoom.
- 8:25Um, it's without the consent of the governed.
- 8:29They do not exist without our authority.
- 8:32They have no jobs.
- 8:33They literally do not exist.
- 8:34Talk about something that doesn't exist.
- 8:36A government servant or government, uh public servant, a government actor does not exist unless we say it exists.
- 8:43And if they their existence starts to infringe upon our rights or exceed the scope of their very limited, enumerated, meaning their um described and granted authorities and powers.
- 8:57We have the right to terminate their existence.
- 8:59I'm not saying kill anyone, but I'm saying that office is gone.
- 9:02That position is gone.
- 9:03That power that we have allowed them to exercise on our behalf because it's simply a logistical nightmare to have over 300 million Americans in the Capitol trying to make decisions.
- 9:14That's gone.
- 9:16So we have to under, we have to understand that they work for us.
- 9:20And if we say that we don't consent, we don't agree with what you're doing, they must immediately stop.
- 9:25And that's what we are here to do.
- 9:27Very good.
- 9:27So again, just as to some, we want to make it very clear that this is not some law says you have a right not to be poisoned, or some, you know, uh executive order has said, oh, well, you don't we don't, we're not gonna poison you anymore.
- 9:43This is an infringement on on our God given rights.
- 9:47Yes, truths that are held to be self evident at the founding of our country, and quite frankly, which didn't come out of thin air even then.
- 9:56They came out of enlightenment philosophy, which is
- 10:00Informed by previous philosophy going back into the earliest days of Christendom.
- 10:05So this is not something that, and even beyond that.
- 10:08So this is absolutely fundamental to the fact that the fact that we are here breathing air gives us a right not to breathe poisoned air.
- 10:16Is that a fair way to put it?
- 10:18That is a beautiful way.
- 10:19It is a fundamental right that is so foundational to this country and to what it means to be a human being that it the founders recognize that and then created all of the documents, our Constitution, Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights, and the laws that a lot of people rely upon are there to protect us and these foundational fundamental rights as human beings and specifically here Americans to keep the government at bay.
- 10:52So we created those documents to say we are creating a very limited government.
- 10:57We are autonomous, powerful people with these innate powers and authority vested in us by the sheer fact that we're born.
- 11:04And we're going to create a government to help us stay organized and to protect ourselves from foreign invasion and to help us to operate more fluidly.
- 11:14But those powers are limited.
- 11:16Like I said, they're very specific, they're enumerated, they're listed.
- 11:20And then again, if you exceed those powers, then we have the right to cut that authority off from you.
- 11:27And we should.
- 11:28The problem is people forget that.
- 11:31We're in autopilot.
- 11:32Actually, at this point, I believe we're in survival mode.
- 11:35I actually don't even think that I'm not your audience, perhaps specifically, but I would say 90% of Americans even understand where our founding principles and documents came from and the type of power and authority that we have as Americans in ourselves.
- 11:53So and they may they've they've gone, you know, above and beyond to make us forget this, right?
- 11:58It's not something that they teach in civics or history class anymore.
- 12:02I don't think it's certainly not the way I learned it.
- 12:05Um, and even when I went to law school was starting to erode.
- 12:09So um, and I don't think the government wants us to understand this, right?
- 12:12So people don't know this, people are overwhelmed.
- 12:15We are certainly very um overwhelmed with information and geopolitics and social issues and our children in schools and health and medicine, uh, medical issues.
- 12:25So we don't take the time to understand it.
- 12:28And so um, they take advantage of that.
- 12:30I actually think that society is artificially structured in this way, so that we don't know, we aren't informed, we aren't given the opportunity to inform ourselves and certainly not to exercise.
- 12:41And as we've seen in my lawsuits and lawsuits across the country, when you do, when you do go up against the government, they shut you down.
- 12:49They deplatform you, they threaten your bar license, they lose your papers, they tell you the courtroom is closed and it's not closed, they issue terrible rulings, they threaten you with sanctions.
- 13:01So uh we are certainly operating um in a hostile environment.
- 13:06And so I understand why people don't um understand this, but you need to understand that if we don't want it to happen, we have every right to stop it, and that's what we at the geophyte will do.
- 13:16Very well.
- 13:17Um, you know, you had talked about that that government by definition in our founding documents is intentionally limited, and it's supposed to be delineated what you can and can't do.
- 13:34However, our government, particularly our military and our intelligence agencies and our deep state, has operated at least since World War II, and this is absolutely central to this issue of geoengineering, among other things, with black budgets, with in total secrecy.
- 13:53There's documents that if you go and look for them, you can find them.
- 13:58But if you try to bring them up or try to discuss them, you are treated in the manner that you just described.
- 14:05So we what does that speak to about the legality of these activities?
- 14:13So you've got a government actor who or government um contractor who is spraying aluminum, barium, strontium, graphene oxide, sulfur dioxide, whatever the case may be, all over us night and day.
- 14:27And none of us, or very few of us, more of us now than a year or two ago, but still a minority of us have an awareness of this, and even a small number of who the of those of us who are aware really have a detailed understanding.
- 14:40We're constantly shut down, we're constantly gaslit, as you said.
- 14:46This can't be legal.
- 14:47I mean, geoengineering has to be fundamentally an illegal activity, it seems to me.
- 14:52Can you comment on that?
- 14:54So while we do have, so actually, take let me just reframe this.
- 14:59Okay.
- 15:00We have different types of rights, okay?
- 15:05So some are fundamental, some, for example, a lot of people will hear it in the context of characteristics, protected characteristics and classes of individuals, race, religion, disability, those are protected classes, uh, different ethnic groups, religious groups, those are different types of groups of individuals.
- 15:26And so the government, and like you just mentioned, we have these founding documents.
- 15:30The government has done a good job, governments, whether state, local governments, up to the federal government has good done a good job of carving out exceptions and creating rules under which, if properly followed, they can operate, right?
- 15:47So if we are here to protect your health and safety, or we're here to provide national security, um, there may be instances in which we infringe on some of your rights, like we saw with the lockdowns, right?
- 15:59Those lockdowns forced us or convinced many of us that we had to stay at home and shelter in place for at least two weeks to flatten the curve.
- 16:08And the justification for that was that infringement on our fundamental right to life liberty, the pursuit of happiness, to moving, to working, to worshiping First Amendment right to worship, was a strict past what's called a strict scrutiny test.
- 16:24So, what I'm trying to convey to you and your listeners is that there are certain rights that are so fundamental when we're talking about fundamental rights.
- 16:33In the context of geoengineering, we're talking about the right to breathe clean air, oxygen, the right to live.
- 16:38If we don't have oxygen, we cannot live.
- 16:40Forget happiness.
- 16:41We cannot for not forget liberty and movement.
- 16:44We forget working, travel.
- 16:46We cannot live without oxygen, without clean oxygen.
- 16:51So that is a fundamental right, okay, in my opinion.
- 16:54We have the Fourth Amendment, the uh uh to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures, Fifth Amendment, 14th Amendment due process.
- 17:01If you're going to be deprived of any of your fundamental rights, you have to get the government has to give you notice.
- 17:06This is exactly what we're talking about.
- 17:08Notice that we're going to deprive you or completely or infringe upon one of your rights and an opportunity to be heard.
- 17:16Okay, you want to uh enforce mask mandates, you want to shut down businesses in wherever county you live, then we're gonna have a public hearing.
- 17:23People are going to come, give their perspectives, and then we're going to try and come up with the most narrowly tailored, most least restrictive means of infringing upon those rights.
- 17:33That's not what happened, isn't it?
- 17:35It is not what happened.
- 17:36Let's get back.
- 17:37I have to go to break, but I'm gonna bring it right back.
- 17:39We're gonna take it right back to that.
- 17:40We're gonna talk about infringement upon rights because I think that's really central.
- 17:44So this is Dr.

- 22:20Welcome back.
- 22:20This is Dr.
- 22:21Clayton J.
- 22:22Baker on the America Out Loud Post program on the America Out Loud Radio Network, Liberty and Justice for All.
- 22:29We're back with attorney constitutional attorney, Nicole Pearson of the Geo Fight.
- 22:35She's one of three major uh um very experienced uh attorneys that are leading this legal fight to end geoengineering.
- 22:46It's growing by leaps and bounds, it's generating tremendous interest.
- 22:50And when when I cut you off, Nicole, we were talking, you were talking rather about the limited legal capacity that the government has to infringe upon our rights under certain limited circumstances and how it's the responsibility, I believe, of the government to tailor that as narrowly as possible.
- 23:10It doesn't seem to me like that's what's happening with geoengineering, where we're basically uh told it doesn't exist, is when it's clearly happening right over right in front of our faces and so on.
- 23:22So can you please uh continue with this this notion about where are they overstepping with this particular infringement upon our human rights?
- 23:33Well, you raise a really good point.
- 23:35The problem, the first most glaring problem with geoengineering is number one, we now have Lee Zeldon of the EPA, our current administration, our federal government, admitting that geoengineering exists.
- 23:47So, number one, it's it exists in the documents.
- 23:51If you go to EPA.gov forward slash geoengineering, they lay out the history of geoengineering.
- 23:58It is not complete.
- 23:58Let me be clear.
- 24:00It is not complete.
- 24:01They said that they're gonna do a he was going to share with us everything he knows about geoengineering and chemtrails and con trails, and he limited that his studies, I would say.
- 24:12Uh, it's called what we call in uh the law willful blindness.
- 24:16We should put a pin in that and come back to that.
- 24:18But geoengineering exists, it's a huge problem because when you look at the federal government's own EPA website, it's been going on for decades.
- 24:26How come the American people have not been made aware of this?
- 24:29Even today, when you and I and Blake and uh, you know, reclaim our skies and Tom and you know, people Drea De Mateo is another amazing person, Kristen Meghan, a whistleblower from the military, when we have Dame Winnington, when we have people pointing out, showing data that there is geo-engineering, that there are contractors, whether they're private or federal contractors, people in airplanes that are dispersing particulate matter into the uh atmosphere to manipulate it.
- 25:00Why did we not know about this?
- 25:02This is that's the first problem.
- 25:04So we were just talking about COVID.
- 25:06In that instance, we knew, okay.
- 25:09And I'll give you the answer to that.
- 25:11The reason we didn't know is because they didn't want us to know because they didn't want to have to go through the analysis that I'm going to do with you right now.
- 25:18So I mentioned just a second ago about different types of rights, like levels of rights and classes of individuals and categories of people that we protect.
- 25:27Some, you know, the race, different races.
- 25:30If you uh a race is an issue that we protect with strict scrutiny, age is something intermediate scrutiny, and and there are different levels of protection.
- 25:38So when the government is going to do something that infringes on a right, you have to identify what that right is.
- 25:42We've already very clearly established the right not to be poisoned, but more importantly, the right to breathe clean oxygen is a fundamental right.
- 25:51Um, and I stuttered just for one second because we're going to have to create this case law because we have never seen lawsuits where the government is poisoning our oxygen.
- 26:03So it's what we're up against is a behemoth.
- 26:05We'll get into that in a second.
- 26:07If you have a fundamental right that's being infringed upon or being attacked, essentially, by the government, then they need to pass what's called a strict scrutiny test.
- 26:17So they have to identify a compelling interest that they are trying to pursue in their poisoning activities, and then they have to prove that they are doing it in the least restrictive, most narrowly tailored meats.
- 26:29So if I could just do that.
- 26:31Yeah, like spraying us all day, every day, all day every day.
- 26:34Yeah, exactly.
- 26:35100%.
- 26:36It's absurd on its face when you think that it requires strict scrutiny and they're doing this madness constantly.
- 26:42I'm sorry, I interrupted you.
- 26:44No, you no, it's it's not your comment is totally appropriate.
- 26:48It's spot on.
- 26:49However, when we have been dealing with the climate change global warming narrative that they have been slowly dripping on us and recently pummeling on us for the last 20 years, they're going to say that I'll just do one example that that's we have a compelling interest in preventing the warming of the earth's surface to save all of humanity.
- 27:12Okay.
- 27:13Um we're going to be able to do that.
- 27:14Sounds like it's the old saying from Vietnam, we have to burn down the village to save it.
- 27:19Well, that will be one of the arguments.
- 27:21First of all, we we're going to have to tackle climate change, right?
- 27:25We're going to have to tackle global warming.
- 27:27Then we're going to say, okay, let's even assume that that is an actual legitimate pursuit by a government pursuit.
- 27:33Then are you doing this in the most narrowly tailored, least restrictive means?
- 27:38And when I say narrowly tailored, it literally means that you're doing it because you're buttoning butting up against fundamental rights.
- 27:46Are you doing it in the most restrictive, narrow way possible to infringe as little as possible to restrict my rights to breathe fresh air?
- 27:55Um as little as possible.
- 27:57And the answer is going to be a resounding no.
- 28:00You know, I I won't get into our legal analyses, but my specific opinion is let's not even let's concede, let's even concede national security.
- 28:09Absolutely.
- 28:09That is a compelling government interest.
- 28:11It's actually exclusively within the purview.
- 28:13It's one of those enumerated powers that the federal government has.
- 28:16I'm not gonna say that the government doesn't have the right to protect our national security.
- 28:20I'm not gonna say that even assuming that global change is that the earth's temperatures are rising and that humanity is gonna die and fall into the ocean.
- 28:29Let's just concede that.
- 28:30That's absolutely like you just said, unequivocally without fail, they are not doing it in the least restrictive, narrowly tailored me it means possible.
- 28:40And by the way, does it matter if you stop global change if you poisoned and murdered my children?
- 28:48I would love for us to do a poll.
- 28:49I actually want to do a poll today.
- 28:51Even if it was true, XYZ.
- 28:54Does it matter if you're being poisoned?
- 28:56Does it matter if you are suffering from CEO PD or ALS or Alzheimer's disease or my children, for example, are in and out of the hospital because they have respiratory issues and are in respiratory distress?
- 29:08Does it really matter if the government, if you're dead?
- 29:11I mean, honestly, to be quite frank, uh if you don't have clean oxygen and you can't breathe and your children can't breathe, what does it even matter?
- 29:18So that's where the the debate is going to be is is this a least restrictive means?
- 29:24In that debate, regardless of whether we win or don't win, and we'll lose in several years because that's what they like to do is drag it out.
- 29:33We will be exposing everything that's happening, and we will be giving that information, making it public to you, to your viewers, so that you can decide what you can do with your authority to hold these individuals accountable to remove them from office to rattle the cages to stop programs because there are local programs, state programs, and federal programs that are being run.
- 29:57You can decide.
- 29:58Is that what you want?
- 29:59Is that what
- 30:00Your community wants, and then you can decide how you will rise up, hold them accountable, and how you will structure your local governments, which will trickle up to the federal government and preserve your way of life the way that you want it to look and your community wants it to look.
- 30:15That's what we're here to do.
- 30:17So it this is really important to emphasize because we get a lot of uh people on Twitter.
- 30:24I think many are on other social media platforms, whatever I get a lot.
- 30:28Uh, when I talk, for example, about state bills, and there's 30 states trying to pass legislation.
- 30:34There's three states, Florida, Louisiana, and Tennessee that have already passed state legislation.
- 30:39And people who, not all of whom are bots.
- 30:42I think a lot of them are genuine people that are saying, well, it didn't stop in Florida.
- 30:47They don't control the airspace, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 30:50And so what we really need to understand is that this is, I think, and I'm going to ask if you agree with this, is that this is a we need a multi-pronged attack.
- 30:59We need to say, look, at the federal level, we need to follow things like Greg Steby's Air Equality Act, and we need to push that through so it becomes law.
- 31:08We need to get every state that can to pass legislation of the strongest nature that they're their elected officials are willing to pass, because we still are a republic, at least in name, and I think we are in many ways beyond just in name.
- 31:22And then we need these legal approaches that you and the other attorneys at the geophyte are doing.
- 31:28And we need public awareness and public, frankly, public outrage about what's going on with this.
- 31:33And as you said, a lot of what matters fundamentally with lawsuits is the exposure.
- 31:40You cannot, you know, you cannot hide behind secrecy and that kind of um deception when you have to produce documents, you have to produce materials, and you have to go a step further.
- 31:56I mean, I think it was huge that Zeldon did what he did, although they think there was a tremendous amount of willful blindness there because we have two current cabinet, I was going to call them cabinet ministers who are not the UK, but cabinet members, uh, Bobby Kennedy and Lee Zeldon that have come out and said geoengineering is real.
- 32:17Stratospheric aerosol injection is real.
- 32:20Um, solar radiation management is real, and that means spraying particulate matter up and down the sky.
- 32:26It means the chemtrails are real.
- 32:28It's not just jet fuel, it's certainly not water vapor.
- 32:31So we're at a point now where we need to have everyone know the facts, know all the facts, and that's one of the things that lawsuits can do.
- 32:40Well, we've got about five more minutes.
- 32:42So I'm going to turn it over to you.
- 32:44And what I really want you to do, Nicole, is lay out for us what the average listener here needs to do.
- 32:51I think it's great to raise awareness.
- 32:53I think it's great to tell your friends.
- 32:55I hope people ask other folks to listen to this podcast, but we need action.
- 33:00And you guys can't do it alone, and you guys can't do it without funding, quite frankly.
- 33:05So I'm going to turn it over to you.
- 33:07If you were a listener, what would you ask them to do to help stop this geoengineering sprain?
- 33:14Well, I will tell you, as a human civil rights advocate and constitutional lawyer who has now spent almost another decade of her career suing the government.
- 33:25The number one adage, the number one principle is that you win in the court of public opinion before you win in the court of law.
- 33:32Our strategy at the geofight.com, the geophyte is that we will be, like you said, launching, and we are and already started launching a multi-pronged attack because it takes hundreds of thousands of dollars and years to get the results and the wins that we will need to get in court.
- 33:52In the meantime, we will be risking truly our careers, our lives, our health, our safety to get this information, the proof, the data, and make that public to you so that you can understand, and then you can take that into your communities, which I'm sorry, we are at war.
- 34:11So we need generals in every single state, every single county.
- 34:15We need a general who is taking the information that we are going to be risking life and lyn to get and taking it to their local city councils and then those city council members, and I know this sounds minute, but this you have the most power in your local communities.
- 34:30Your city council members ask me them, do you see what's going on in the sky?
- 34:34What are you doing about it?
- 34:35Have private meetings with them.
- 34:36Wait, you know, with 20 constituents, go in there.
- 34:39We're watching you.
- 34:40We want you to go to the county board of supervisors, go to the board of supervisors meetings.
- 34:44The reason why is they start with city councils, you typically know them, they're within your city.
- 34:48Number one, they're typically the meetings are in the evening.
- 34:51County is a little bit bigger.
- 34:52You might not necessarily know your representative for your district.
- 34:55Their meetings are typically during the day.
- 34:57But start doing that, getting to know your representatives, your public servants who are held accountable by you, build your local armies and start building up, asking them what's going on.
- 35:09We see what's going in the sky, on in the skies.
- 35:11I have a rash, my children are sick, my livestock is um, you know, spontaneously aborting.
- 35:16They're having miscarriage.
- 35:17My crops are failing.
- 35:19I'm testing the soil.
- 35:21I see extreme amounts of aluminum, barium, strontium in here, whatever.
- 35:25Start doing your own testing, creating your own data, building out your armies, be a general, step into the fight with us, and so that we can put cracks in the foundation and rattle again the cages up into the federal administration.
- 35:37Because, like you said, we have several three states who've already passed bans.
- 35:41If you have all 50 states or at least a majority, that would be 30, those 30 plus states, banning geoengineering, weather modification, solar radio um uh radiation management, as banning air salized, you know, spray of particulate matter into our skies.
- 35:59They're gonna have a map a lawsuit against the federal government together, collectively, empowering each other, the states against the federal government saying, hey, we're trying to protect our local skies, but you guys keep poisoning the skies above that.
- 36:13That's counter, that's running afoul of our 10th amendment state police power to protect our people.
- 36:18And so we're creating cover, we're empowering each other.
- 36:21You've said it before, courage is contagious, number one, and also courage is a muscle.
- 36:26So we have to practice it, share the information, build our armies, start empowering our elected officials to actually do the right thing and start passing legislation, local ordinances, county uh resolutions, statewide bans, laws, those are uh legitimate laws, banning the poisoning of our skies, and that will, you know, hopefully from the ground up, be able to accomplish which we would love to see come from the top down, but we've already seen is not happening.
- 36:56Very good.
- 36:57So with 90 seconds left, I want to give you the last 90 seconds.
- 37:00I want to thank you for coming on.
- 37:01This is attorney Nicole Pearson, one of the key attorneys involved in the geo fight.
- 37:07Tell us what the interested listener can do to support all of those things are great at the at the um at the individual level.

- 37:53We are going up against a multi-trillion dollar machine against demons, uh, to be honest with you.
- 38:00It is an evil an evil enterprise to poison innocent civilians, men, women, and children.
- 38:06So we are going to need millions of dollars to pursue this for however long it needs.
- 38:11We are have identified five lawsuits that we'd like to file.
- 38:15Each of those will cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, will take years for us to win, but we will win.
- 38:20So please join us at the geophyte.com, donate, submit and information and help us rise up and clear the air.
- 38:28Yeah, let's clear the air.

- 41:26America Outloud.news is that place to awaken your heart, soul, and mind to the outlook.
- 41:42Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
- 41:44This is Dr.
- 41:44Clayton J.
- 41:45Baker MD on the America Out Loud Pulse program on the America Outloud Radio Network.
- 41:51Liberty and Justice for all.
- 41:54I want to give a tremendous thank you to attorney Nicole Pearson who took almost an hour out of her extremely busy schedule to join us today on the podcast.
- 42:09As you all know, Nicole is the one of the lead attorneys for the GeoFight.
- 42:19You can look up their website, thegeoight.com, T-H-E, G E O F-I-G-H-T.com.
- 42:27She, along with attorneys Blake Horwitz from the Blake Horwitz Law Firm in Chicago, Illinois, and the well-known Ohio attorney, Tom Renz are joining together with other legal experts.
- 42:42They're the three lead attorneys, and they are fighting the geofight.
- 42:48I urge you to go to their website, thegeofight.com, T-H-E-G-E-O, F-I-G-H-T.com, and support them.
- 42:59I will tell you this off camera or off recording.
- 43:04Nicole Pearson told me herself.
- 43:07She said that if every one of your listeners, Clayton, made a hundred dollar donation to the geo fight today, we would have multiple lawsuits going against geoengineering before the end of this calendar year.
- 43:23They do need funding.
- 43:24Lawsuits are not cheap.
- 43:26Lawsuits are expensive.
- 43:28And we're not talking about paying the lawyers.
- 43:31We're talking about funding expert witnesses, funding research, funding testing, funding all sorts of the background efforts that need to be done in order to put together a viable lawsuit to file it and to pursue it.
- 43:52So I ask all of you, all listeners who can, please go to the geofight.com and contribute what you can if you want the spraying above your head, the aluminum, the barium, the strontium, the sulfur dioxide, the sulfuric acid, the graphene oxide, and all the other toxins that our government and other bad actors are spraying on us.
- 44:17If you want that to end this lit led, uh excuse me, this litigation is going to be one of the key steps in achieving the goal of clear skies.
- 44:30As Nicole said earlier, let's clear the air.
- 44:34Let's clear the air indeed.
- 44:37So one last time, thanks again to Nicole Pearson.
- 44:41I hope I'll be able to get her back on the show sometime in the near future.
- 44:46Some of you may remember that we had uh attorney Blake Horwitz on there before.
- 44:52And we also had a very uh very compelling round table discussion last Thursday.
- 45:02It's on uh Tom Renz's attorney Tom Renz's uh Twitter, it's on Ann Vandersteel's Twitter and on their Rumble platform.
- 45:12So please check that out as well.
- 45:15More to come in the future.
- 45:17We are going to stop this crime.
- 45:20However, people like the Geophyte lawyers need your help.
- 45:26We cannot sit by, sit aside and let other people do it.
- 45:31Please go to that website, check it out because there's a number of things you can do.
- 45:36The first and foremost is to make a contribution in whatever amount you're able to.
- 45:42The second is to look at some of the other options there.
- 45:46If you are someone who is interested in being a plaintiff, if you have been harmed by geoengineering, if you believe you have been harmed, you can speak to the people at the geo fight.
- 45:56If you are an expert and you wish to provide evidence, if you wish to track planes, you can do that and help in that manner as well.
- 46:05There's so many ways you can get involved.
- 46:08We are fighting a huge and very well-funded adversary here.
- 46:13We need everyone's help.
- 46:15This needs to be a nationwide effort.
- 46:20So one last time, please go to the geofight.com and find out how you can get involved.
- 46:27We are going to stop this crime.
- 46:30Let's clear the air.
- 46:32There are other ways that you can get into the fight to stop geoengineering, and I'm going to go through those as well.
- 46:42It's important that you know that there is federal legislation, a bill, federal bill to stop geoengineering right now.
- 46:50It is the air quality act.
- 46:52It has been submitted to the House for consideration by Florida House of Representatives member Greg Steuby.
- 47:03Uh the link to the bill is on Representative Stuby's website, which is Stuby.house.gov.
- 47:13S-T-E-U-B-E.H-O-U-SE dot gov.
- 47:18Look under press releases.
- 47:20You can see the bill itself.
- 47:22It is a strong bill indeed.
- 47:26It is in many ways a stronger and more comprehensive bill than the earlier um Clear Skies Act that Representative Marjorie Taylor Green submitted last year.
- 47:39The way to help is this.
- 47:41You find out who your house rep is, you find out who your senators are, and you call them.
- 47:49And the way to find your house rep and their phone number is to go to WW.house H O Use.gov.
- 47:59W.house.gov.
- 48:01You do a slash representatives.
- 48:04They will list all the representatives.
- 48:05You can pull up their phone number.
- 48:08I encourage everyone to find your representative, call their phone number and tell them to support representative Stubi's anti-geoengineer geoengineering bill, the air quality act.
- 48:21I also encourage everyone involved, everyone listening here today to spread the word on geoengineering.
- 48:31Although public awareness is much greater than it was even last year.
- 48:36There's still a majority of people who are unaware of what's going on in our skies.
- 48:43Once you see it and once you recognize that they're spraying us every day, you can't unsee it.
- 48:49But people still are unaware.
- 48:52And so I really implore every listener to encourage friends and family to get educated about geoengineering.
- 49:02Ask them to follow this podcast.
- 49:04A good place to start would be today's podcast, or perhaps last week's podcast, where I went through some of the fundamentals, the basics of geoengineering.
- 49:16I encourage people to go to Nicole Shanahan's Twitter account and read her dark maha report on geoengineering.
- 49:26The link to that is in the article accompanying this podcast today.
- 49:34And I also encourage folks to check out some of the excellent documentaries that are out there.
- 49:41There's three that come to mind that I think are really important for people to watch.
- 49:46Sit down with a family and watch them.
- 49:48There's three in particular that I think are really worthwhile.
- 49:53One of them is the dimming and the link to the dimming, which is available on.
- 50:00Geoengineering Watch, and I believe it's also available on YouTube by Dane Wiggington of GeoengineeringWatch.org.
- 50:09A second is Climate Trails, a new documentary, an excellent documentary, well worth your time.
- 50:16And a third is Franken Skies.
- 50:19So if you look those up, find them, get your family to watch them.
- 50:23Get them to check out Geoengineering Watch.org or Zero Zero Geoengineering.
- 50:30Those two websites are exceptional.
- 50:32They have an absolute treasure trove of information on the male feasance that's going on.
- 50:39I also encourage people to buy and read Peter Kirby's book, Chemtrails Exposed A New Manhattan Project.
- 50:47I've read it once.
- 50:48I'm reading it through a second time.
- 50:51It was recently a new edition, it was released by Skyhorse Publishing.
- 50:55Peter Kirby has done the world a tremendous service by writing this book.
- 51:00It is a comprehensive account of the history of geoengineering.
- 51:05And geoengineering goes back really over a hundred years, but in its modern formulation, it goes back to essentially the end of World War II.
- 51:17In the wake of World War II, as a part of the atomic weapons program and the apart in as a part of the electromagnetic and rocket science and aeronautical science boom that took place towards the end of World War II.
- 51:34A tremendous number of Nazi scientists were brought over to the United States.
- 51:40Some of them went into the space program, like Werner von Braun.
- 51:45Some of them went into atomic and nuclear weapons, and some of them went into yes, weather modification, weather weaponization, and geoengineering.
- 52:00Geoengineering has been kept much more secret than atomic weapons development.
- 52:07But it is very much a technology that has been developed in concert with atomic weapons and nuclear weapons technology.
- 52:22In fact, some of the same major players were deeply involved, including John Van Neumann and Edward Teller, the so-called father of the hydrogen bomb.
- 52:35It should be no surprise that people like Teller and von Neumann are also reputed to be the inspiration, if you will, the perverse inspiration for Stanley Kubrick's famous character, Dr.
- 52:56Strangelove.
- 52:58The point of all this, and this is all spelled out in tremendous detail with tremendous documentation by Peter Kirby in his book.
- 53:07The reason I'm bringing this up now is to tell you that what we are dealing with here with geoengineering is not just cloud seeding to make it rain over a pasture or over a snow over a ski hill.
- 53:23It is weaponization of nature.
- 53:28It is very much analogous, as I said in my last podcast to gain of functions, gain of function research for viruses and bacteria.
- 53:38In fact, as we all know, bioweapons development developed in very much the same way, that there became a largely secretive network, extensive network of bioweapons development in the wake of World War II.
- 53:58This culminated with COVID.
- 54:20Said people don't realize that weather modification is primarily a military science.
- 54:28And people also frequently conflate what Kirby describes as first generation weather modification, that is simple cloud seeding.
- 54:40Originally it was with dry ice, but now it's more exclusively done with silver iodide.
- 54:50Essentially to create rain or to prevent hail.
- 54:54However, when you take massive amounts of particulate matter, such as coal fly ash and nanoparticles of aluminum, barium, strontium, and other materials, you spray them constantly as they're doing right now, and then you apply electromagnetic frequencies to them.
- 55:14That's where you get this persistent cloud cover, this what I call wet diaper clouds over our heads every single day, blotting out the sun.
- 55:24And also these high particulate count clouds can be easily manipulated by these electromagnetic frequencies.
- 55:33It may sound science fiction-y, it is science, but it is not fiction, and it is highly toxic.
- 55:42We need to bring an end to this.
- 55:44We need to get it out in the open.
- 55:45We need to clear the air.
- 55:49And so I encourage everyone here to educate yourselves about this.
- 55:54Watch the dimming, watch uh chemtrails, excuse me, watch the dimming, watch climate trails, watch Frankenskies.
- 56:04Check out Nicole Shanahan's Dark Maha Report.
- 56:08Buy and read The Tome by Peter A.
- 56:13Kirby, Chemtrails Exposed, a New Manhattan Project.
- 56:16Go to Geoengineering Watch, go to Zero Geoengineering, those websites, and call your reps and tell them that you want an end to geoengineering and that Greg Steoby's bill, the Air Quality Act needs to be supported, gotten through committee and through the House to be signed into law.
- 56:41Last of all, I encourage you, I can't encourage you enough to go to thegeofite.com and check out the information there about the litigation that these brave lawyers, Nicole Pearson, Blake Horwitz, Tom Renz, and others, are preparing.
- 57:05And also find out from them how you can help.
- 57:09If you can make any kind of a donation, please do so.
- 57:13The ability to do so is right there on the website.
- 57:18So, ladies and gentlemen, until next week, I want to thank you for listening.
- 57:24This is an urgent issue.
- 57:26We are going to stop this crime, and we are going to clear the air.
- 57:32This is Dr.
- 57:32Clayton J.
- 57:33Baker MD on the America Out Loud Pulse Program on the America Out Loud Radio Network, Liberty and Justice for All.
