- 0:01Speaker 1: Jeffrey, Delano, and Leon met at McKinley High School and
- 0:04Speaker 1: the Shadows of the Nation's Capital. They united over skateboarding,
- 0:09Speaker 1: video games, and a fascination with Japanese weaponry. Talk to
- 0:14Speaker 1: me about each one.
- 0:16Speaker 2: Jeffrey as a caring person, will help anybody, very smart,
- 0:23Speaker 2: loved his family, loved his friends.
- 0:26Speaker 1: What about Delano?
- 0:27Speaker 2: Delano was quiet, kind of withdrawn, stayed to itself mostly.
- 0:34Speaker 2: Then Leon was the wild, crazy one. If he didn't
- 0:39Speaker 2: get his way, he would be like a little kid
- 0:41Speaker 2: having a tantrum.
- 0:43Speaker 1: Denise Washington is Jeffrey's mother, but she says she considered
- 0:47Speaker 1: Leon and Delano part of her family.
- 0:50Speaker 2: I've been in each one of us houses. I knew
- 0:53Speaker 2: their parents.
- 0:54Speaker 1: You took these boys on trips before.
- 0:56Speaker 2: Yes, parks, outings, each trips, beaches.
- 1:02Speaker 1: So when Jeffrey asks his mom if the pack can
- 1:05Speaker 1: move into a house his family owns after graduation, Denise agrees.
- 1:10Speaker 1: Do you think it was a good idea? Yes?
- 1:13Speaker 2: Why we can keep a closer eye on the boys.
- 1:17Speaker 1: So Jeffrey was playing the role of landlord. Yes, So
- 1:21Speaker 1: this little white brick row house morphs into the wolf's den.
- 1:27Speaker 3: Well, go on inside the house, seemed to stay inside
- 1:30Speaker 3: the house.
- 1:31Speaker 1: Keith Alexander, who covered this story for the Washington Post,
- 1:34Speaker 1: says the house was a real life never Land and
- 1:37Speaker 1: the pack was living a Peter Pan fantasy.
- 1:41Speaker 3: This is a place where adults grown men never grew up.
- 1:45Speaker 1: Was the house kept up?
- 1:47Speaker 3: Many people who state at that house said it was
- 1:49Speaker 3: a frat house.
- 1:50Speaker 1: The house becomes a revolving door for girls and all
- 1:53Speaker 1: night parties, one of them captured in this home video. Soon,
- 1:57Speaker 1: neighbors begin to complain about the noise and the overwhelming
- 2:00Speaker 1: smell of marijuana. Did you stop by.
- 2:03Speaker 2: The house frequently in the beginning? I did, but then
- 2:07Speaker 2: I started getting a little out of.
- 2:10Speaker 1: Control because it was a party house.
- 2:12Speaker 2: Yes.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Eventually no one is taking care of the house or
- 2:17Speaker 1: paying the bills.
- 2:18Speaker 3: They were struggling with keeping the utilities on, so there
- 2:22Speaker 3: were times when the electricity wasn't on, the water wasn't on.
- 2:25Speaker 3: Jeffrey was frustrated and angry and enraged about what was
- 2:29Speaker 3: going on in the house.
- 2:31Speaker 1: Tensions began to run high in the Wolf's Den, and
- 2:34Speaker 1: the pack, once unbreakable, is now starting to turn on
- 2:39Speaker 1: each other. Did you ever notice any violence or anger
- 2:43Speaker 1: inside the home? Between any of the men, between Jeffrey
- 2:46Speaker 1: and Leon, mostly who was the aggressor. I had to say, Leon, Collechi,
- 2:52Speaker 1: and Argie was friends with all three of the men,
- 2:54Speaker 1: and says he warned Jeffrey that he needed to fix
- 2:57Speaker 1: the problem from what I was seeing in a house.
- 2:59Speaker 1: So is something bound to happen? As the mess mounts
- 3:02Speaker 1: and the bills pile up, Leon suffers a mental breakdown
- 3:06Speaker 1: and is briefly hospitalized.
- 3:08Speaker 4: He's diagnosed with psychosis.
- 3:12Speaker 1: Those mental breakdowns caused issues within the home and issues
- 3:16Speaker 1: with Jeffrey Neo on issues with Delena. When Leon is
- 3:20Speaker 1: released from the hospital, he returns to the Wolve's den,
- 3:24Speaker 1: but there's something different about him. Jeffrey says he wanders
- 3:28Speaker 1: around the house naked, just staring out the window into
- 3:31Speaker 1: the backyard. Denise says his behavior turns almost rabbits. Leon
- 3:36Speaker 1: wrote a book.
- 3:37Speaker 2: Yes that head and there, how he was going to
- 3:42Speaker 2: kill his parents, how he was going to kill his friends.
- 3:46Speaker 1: As a mom, were you in fear for your son's safety?
- 3:49Speaker 2: We knew Leon had mental issues and we just left
- 3:55Speaker 2: it alone because Jeffreys said that he would, you know,
- 3:58Speaker 2: try to help him take care of it.
- 4:00Speaker 1: But soon even Jeffrey can't keep the peace. Scuffles between
- 4:04Speaker 1: the one time best friends escalates into full blown bronze.
- 4:10Speaker 1: Denise says, one night, Leon attacks Jeffrey while he's sleeping,
- 4:14Speaker 1: kicking him violently and repeatedly in the groin, and the
- 4:19Speaker 1: violence only escalates. Days later, Leon pulls a razor sharp
- 4:23Speaker 1: Ninja Bla on Jeffrey.
- 4:27Speaker 2: He got cut and almost cut off part of his hand,
- 4:31Speaker 2: and I had to take him to the hospital to
- 4:33Speaker 2: get stitches to.
- 4:34Speaker 1: There were some pretty serious incidents. Yes, the pack is
- 4:38Speaker 1: now completely divided. It's every man for himself. And without warning,
- 4:44Speaker 1: Delena Wingfield suddenly disappears in the deck. People were looking
- 4:48Speaker 1: for him.
- 4:49Speaker 2: Yes, my brother and my side had told me that
- 4:53Speaker 2: it had been notes put up on the door saying
- 4:56Speaker 2: please give us a call.
- 4:57Speaker 1: Have you seen Delna that A few weeks later, Delano's
- 5:01Speaker 1: grandmother receives a bizarre text saying he's heading to Europe.
- 5:06Speaker 1: His family is very suspicious because Deleno doesn't have any money.
- 5:11Speaker 1: Was Delano ever reported missing.
- 5:14Speaker 3: Deleno's grandmother went to the house and confronted Jeffrey Neil
- 5:19Speaker 3: and said, I haven't seen my my grandson. Do you
- 5:21Speaker 3: know where he is, and Jeffrey Neil said, no, I know, ma'am,
- 5:24Speaker 3: I don't know where he is. And she said, I'm
- 5:27Speaker 3: going to give him a couple of days, and then
- 5:30Speaker 3: if I don't hear from him, I'm going to report
- 5:33Speaker 3: him missing.
- 5:34Speaker 1: The pack is now down to two lone alpha wolves,
- 5:38Speaker 1: both at each other's throat. Days later, the little row
- 5:41Speaker 1: house goes eerily quiet.
- 5:44Speaker 3: It was so bizarre. It was just so bizarre, like
- 5:48Speaker 3: what was going on in that house.
- 5:50Speaker 1: Jeffrey's family is wondering that too, So on a sweltering
- 5:54Speaker 1: hot day in June, his two uncles head to the
- 5:57Speaker 1: little white brick cows, but when they get there, something
- 6:02Speaker 1: stomps them in their tracks.
- 6:04Speaker 3: One of the uncles notices a smell and he goes
- 6:09Speaker 3: up into the attic.
- 6:10Speaker 1: What does he find? Something evil is happening inside this
- 6:15Speaker 1: little white grow house outside Washington, DC.
- 6:19Speaker 3: There was a lot more going on than just mirror
- 6:21Speaker 3: roommates the wolf pack.
- 6:24Speaker 1: Delano Wingfield, Leon Young, and Jeffrey Neil.
- 6:28Speaker 4: One by one, they're disappearing.
- 6:31Speaker 3: Something went horribly wrong.
- 6:34Speaker 1: Delano texts his family he's heading to Europe. Leon, who's
- 6:37Speaker 1: been suffering from a mental breakdown, is nowhere.
- 6:40Speaker 4: To be found. Then Jeffrey Neil vanishes.
- 6:44Speaker 3: And I don't think we will ever know what happened.
- 6:50Speaker 1: To help solve the mystery, Jeffrey's uncles go check on
- 6:53Speaker 1: the little white brick cows. The minute they step inside,
- 6:57Speaker 1: they know something horrible happened up.
- 7:01Speaker 3: So he grabbed a ladder to climb into the attic,
- 7:04Speaker 3: which is pretty a really tight attic.
- 7:06Speaker 1: And once they squeeze inside.
- 7:08Speaker 3: They discovered the decomposing body of Leon Young.
- 7:14Speaker 1: Leon's been brutally murdered.
- 7:17Speaker 3: A plastic bag over his head completely moved.
- 7:22Speaker 1: Leon had been bludgeoned to death with a rusty hammer,
- 7:25Speaker 1: hit so hard part of his skull is actually caved in.
- 7:29Speaker 1: What was your reaction, I'd get foul.
- 7:32Speaker 2: I was just dumbfounded. So they asked me to come
- 7:36Speaker 2: down to the police station and bring my side, and
- 7:39Speaker 2: that's what i'd hear.
- 7:41Speaker 1: Just days before Leon's body was found, Jeffrey had resurfaced
- 7:46Speaker 1: and moved back in with his mom. But now he's
- 7:49Speaker 1: on the hot seat with detectives.
- 7:52Speaker 5: Yeah, you're gonna put your new friends, But I got
- 7:54Speaker 5: a story for you. I was a good storey.
- 7:59Speaker 1: No, it's not a good story. It's a shocking and
- 8:02Speaker 1: horrifying story.
- 8:04Speaker 5: Yeah, so I'm your gun, basically.
- 8:07Speaker 1: Jeffrey confesses, telling detectives they are looking at Leon Young's killer.
- 8:11Speaker 6: I hit him with the hammer and he didn't go
- 8:14Speaker 6: down from the first blow.
- 8:15Speaker 5: But the first blow.
- 8:16Speaker 6: Did make him bleed, and I hit him again and
- 8:19Speaker 6: then he fell.
- 8:21Speaker 5: Right on his floor. If you check his room, you
- 8:24Speaker 5: should see blood splatter. Are you sure you only hit
- 8:26Speaker 5: him two times? Yeah, I'm pretty sure.
- 8:31Speaker 1: On lead him to Toms, Jeffrey says he hit his
- 8:35Speaker 1: best friend of the head two times and then put
- 8:37Speaker 1: Leon's lifeless body in the attic.
- 8:40Speaker 6: So I shook him nothing, he met a little grumble,
- 8:44Speaker 6: and I completely freaked out. I put I put the
- 8:49Speaker 6: ladder up, put his body in the attic.
- 8:52Speaker 5: How did you get his body into the addict? I
- 8:55Speaker 5: picked him up. He's small, he.
- 8:56Speaker 6: Takes anything on him and his feet hands they the
- 9:00Speaker 6: only thing.
- 9:00Speaker 5: I did.
- 9:00Speaker 6: Try to cover his head up to stop the leading
- 9:02Speaker 6: with plastic bags, but then that didn't work, so I
- 9:06Speaker 6: just tied his head with the plastic bag and just
- 9:08Speaker 6: left it up there too.
- 9:10Speaker 1: A killer confession seems like easy work for the detectives
- 9:14Speaker 1: on Chill Jeffrey hits them with this.
- 9:18Speaker 6: I'm not I'm going to jail for this, but I'm
- 9:20Speaker 6: kind of hoping that my sentence won't be too bad
- 9:22Speaker 6: because of self defense.
- 9:24Speaker 4: That's right.
- 9:25Speaker 1: Jeffrey says he had to kill Leon because Leon was
- 9:29Speaker 1: about to kill him.
- 9:30Speaker 6: He was standing in front of the window, looking out
- 9:33Speaker 6: the window at his car with his knife.
- 9:35Speaker 5: In the sign and just shaking his knife.
- 9:37Speaker 6: Walked in his room, asked him if he was already
- 9:40Speaker 6: need to attack me with the knife. I backed up,
- 9:43Speaker 6: but he got my hand a little bit, not much, oh,
- 9:48Speaker 6: my thumb and my finger.
- 9:50Speaker 5: Okay.
- 9:51Speaker 6: So he continued to attack me with the knife, and
- 9:54Speaker 6: as I backed up, I reached on the table. It
- 9:56Speaker 6: was a hammer on the table and swung it at him,
- 9:58Speaker 6: hit him in the head.
- 10:00Speaker 1: But Jeffrey's not done with his story. He says before
- 10:03Speaker 1: Leon attacked him, he made a chilling confession.
- 10:06Speaker 6: Of his own, and he said to me, I killed Delano.
- 10:09Speaker 6: He didn't say anything else to me, but I killed Delano.
- 10:11Speaker 3: Neil said that Leon Young came at him said, look,
- 10:14Speaker 3: I just killed Wingfield, and I could do the same
- 10:16Speaker 3: thing to you.
- 10:17Speaker 5: That's what he should. I don't know if it's I
- 10:22Speaker 5: hope it isn't true.
- 10:24Speaker 1: Remember, Leon had mental problems and viciously tacked Jeffrey before.
- 10:28Speaker 4: Repeatedly kicking him in the groin, So.
- 10:30Speaker 1: Detectives started to think Jeffrey's crazy story of self defense
- 10:34Speaker 1: may not be all that crazy.
- 10:36Speaker 5: I would rather go to jail than be dead on
- 10:38Speaker 5: my floor right now.
- 10:40Speaker 1: Now, cops wonder if Leon may have told Jeffrey where
- 10:43Speaker 1: he buried Delano's body.
- 10:45Speaker 5: I hadn't mentioned where Delano is or anything like. No,
- 10:47Speaker 5: he didn't mention where Delano is or anything.
- 10:50Speaker 1: Despite his confession with Jeffrey's claim of killing Leon and
- 10:53Speaker 1: self defense, detectives released Jeffrey.
- 10:56Speaker 2: They finally come out and they bring the sun and
- 11:01Speaker 2: I said, we'll face anything he's done. What are y'all
- 11:04Speaker 2: gonna do? So if you're gonna arrest us, arrest us,
- 11:07Speaker 2: says not, let us scout.
- 11:09Speaker 1: So they let us scout. Delano had been reported missing
- 11:12Speaker 1: by his grandmother weeks ago, so cops head to this
- 11:15Speaker 1: little white brick house looking for clues. Police came back
- 11:19Speaker 1: out to this house a second time, and they arrived
- 11:21Speaker 1: with cadaver dogs. Those dogs searched the inside of the
- 11:25Speaker 1: house and the outside of the property and they would
- 11:28Speaker 1: make another gruesome discovery. This cadaver dog hits on a
- 11:32Speaker 1: spot in the backyard. Right buried in a shallow grave
- 11:36Speaker 1: under a pile of bricks, they find the Lena Wingfield's
- 11:40Speaker 1: decomposed body. So is Jeffrey now off the hook?
- 11:45Speaker 4: Not so fast.
- 11:46Speaker 1: Two members of the wolf pack are dead, and they
- 11:49Speaker 1: were both killed the same way.
- 11:52Speaker 3: One man was killed struck repeally with a hammer. Another
- 11:56Speaker 3: man was killed struck repeally with a hammer. One man
- 12:00Speaker 3: body was completely new when it was found. Another man's
- 12:02Speaker 3: body was found completely new.
- 12:05Speaker 1: At one time they were blood brothers who called themselves
- 12:08Speaker 1: the Wolf Path. Now Jeffrey Neil is the lone wolf
- 12:12Speaker 1: who says it was killed.
- 12:14Speaker 4: Or be killed.
- 12:16Speaker 5: And he turned to me like this, and he put
- 12:18Speaker 5: the knife like this.
- 12:20Speaker 1: In this police interrogation, Jeffrey is acting out what he
- 12:23Speaker 1: claims is the rage of Leon Young. He says his
- 12:27Speaker 1: best friend threatened to kill him after confessing to murdering
- 12:30Speaker 1: his other best friend, dulling a Winkfield. Jeffrey says he
- 12:34Speaker 1: had no choice. He was in a fight for his life.
- 12:38Speaker 5: I took the hammer. I hit him like that the
- 12:40Speaker 5: first time he hit it. Did you see blood splatter?
- 12:42Speaker 6: The first time I hit him, I saw a blood
- 12:44Speaker 6: spider in his head. The second time I hit him,
- 12:47Speaker 6: he I saw the hammer go.
- 12:49Speaker 5: In his head. It was two times. Pretty sure it
- 12:52Speaker 5: was two times.
- 12:53Speaker 3: Jeffrey Neil admitted to killing Leon Young. Jeffery Neil said
- 12:57Speaker 3: that it was self defense.
- 13:00Speaker 1: Even though Jeffrey confessed to killing Leon. Police let Jeffrey
- 13:03Speaker 1: go free at least for now.
- 13:06Speaker 5: If you guys hear anything about Eleno, I would like
- 13:08Speaker 5: to know too.
- 13:10Speaker 1: It doesn't take long. Two days later, investigators, with the
- 13:14Speaker 1: help of cadaver dogs, discovered Delano's body. He's buried in
- 13:19Speaker 1: a shallow grave just behind the house the wolfback.
- 13:23Speaker 4: Used to share.
- 13:24Speaker 1: Cops are stunned. It looks like a copycat killing.
- 13:28Speaker 3: Wingfield was struck multiple times with a hammer. Wingfield's body
- 13:34Speaker 3: was also nude, just like Young's.
- 13:37Speaker 1: When you heard Delano's body was found and that he
- 13:41Speaker 1: was murdered in the same exact way, what did you think.
- 13:46Speaker 2: I had to question myself and wonder about my son.
- 13:51Speaker 1: You had that honest conversation with yourself.
- 13:54Speaker 2: Yes, but he said, ma, I did not kill Delano.
- 13:58Speaker 2: He said, I did kill Leon Young. But he said
- 14:01Speaker 2: Leon was trying to kill me.
- 14:03Speaker 1: After a sweep of the house, cops find two different hammers.
- 14:07Speaker 1: One hammer is covered in both Leon and Jeffrey's blind
- 14:11Speaker 1: The second hammer only has.
- 14:13Speaker 4: Delano's blood on it.
- 14:15Speaker 1: Jeffrey's story to the cops seems to be lining up.
- 14:18Speaker 2: None of my son DNA was on delano body, ground
- 14:22Speaker 2: or the instrument that took delanover Sal's life.
- 14:26Speaker 1: Then the medical examiner's report comes in. It's not good
- 14:30Speaker 1: news for Jeffrey. Delano's blood was all over Jeffrey's bedroom
- 14:34Speaker 1: and Leon was hit a lot more than just two
- 14:38Speaker 1: times with a hammer.
- 14:39Speaker 3: The autopsy showed Leon Young was struck more than twenty times,
- 14:44Speaker 3: and that is where it became much more than just
- 14:47Speaker 3: self defense.
- 14:48Speaker 1: Each of the twenty six hits described as full body swings.
- 14:54Speaker 3: That's somebody who was going back and forth, back and
- 14:56Speaker 3: forth with a hammer. That's rage. That's rage, that's rape.
- 15:00Speaker 3: What caused so much rage for these high school friends,
- 15:04Speaker 3: And that's so personal and it's personal, and that's what's troubling.
- 15:08Speaker 3: So we just don't know what caused that.
- 15:10Speaker 1: Cops still don't have a motive, but the eerie similarities
- 15:14Speaker 1: of the murders are enough for the DC cops to
- 15:16Speaker 1: charge Jeffrey Neil with both of the killings. What was
- 15:20Speaker 1: Jeffery's reaction when they put handcuffs on him? Nothing? He
- 15:23Speaker 1: just said, there and everybody needed to sit down with.
- 15:26Speaker 1: Jeffrey Neil revealed the motive.
- 15:29Speaker 4: Behind the murders.
- 15:31Speaker 1: The wolf Pack had become more than just a band
- 15:34Speaker 1: of brothers.
- 15:35Speaker 4: They had become a den of lovers.
- 15:39Speaker 1: And that friendship did grow into something more, something romantic.
- 15:43Speaker 3: Correct, Jeffrey Neil was having a relationship with Wingfield as
- 15:49Speaker 3: well as Leon Young.
- 15:51Speaker 1: Jeffrey confesses the wolf Pack had been closet lovers for years,
- 15:56Speaker 1: claiming the trouble all started when the dynamic of the
- 15:59Speaker 1: secret threesome changed. Jeffrey recently switched his romantic affections mostly
- 16:05Speaker 1: to Delano, and when Leon found out he was being dumped,
- 16:08Speaker 1: he exploded into a jilted lover's jealous rage. So, the
- 16:13Speaker 1: people who classify this as a love triangle gone wrong,
- 16:16Speaker 1: what do you say.
- 16:17Speaker 2: It was a love triangle gone wrong?
- 16:19Speaker 1: Did you know your son's relationship with Leon and Delano
- 16:24Speaker 1: had went from a friendship to meybe love? Yes, I
- 16:27Speaker 1: know about it, and Did you know that that could
- 16:30Speaker 1: be complicated for all three of these men, Yes, especially
- 16:34Speaker 1: living in the same home.
- 16:36Speaker 5: Yes.
- 16:36Speaker 1: Did you give your son advice?
- 16:38Speaker 2: No, he was twenty wie. That was his love of fear,
- 16:42Speaker 2: not mines. But I also instructed him, you need to
- 16:47Speaker 2: use call ship. You know you're treading on kind of
- 16:52Speaker 2: weird water.
- 16:54Speaker 1: The wild claims of sexcapedes between Jeffrey and his childhood
- 16:58Speaker 1: best friends shocked this city.
- 17:00Speaker 3: What really came out was that these men were having
- 17:05Speaker 3: no sexual intercourse with each other, unbeknownst to a lot
- 17:09Speaker 3: of people outside of the house, because a lot of
- 17:11Speaker 3: these guys had girlfriends and so. But what went on
- 17:15Speaker 3: inside the house seemed to stay inside the house. Outside
- 17:19Speaker 3: the house, they carried on as friends, as heterosexual friends
- 17:24Speaker 3: who just came together and were just clear, you know,
- 17:27Speaker 3: pure photonic roommates. But according to Jeffrey Neil, inside the house,
- 17:33Speaker 3: there was a lot more going on than just mirror roommates.
- 17:36Speaker 1: Then the prosecution comes back with what some call another
- 17:39Speaker 1: smoking gun. It centers around this gruesome crime scene photo
- 17:43Speaker 1: of Delana Winfield and his grave wearing socks. When Jeffrey
- 17:47Speaker 1: confessed to killing Leon Young and hiding his body in
- 17:50Speaker 1: the attice. He told detectives Leon was naked except for
- 17:55Speaker 1: his socks. Here's the problem. Leon wasn't wearing socks. Prosecutors
- 18:00Speaker 1: say Jeffrey confused his two murder victims. The jury finds
- 18:04Speaker 1: Jeffrey Neil to be a cold blooded killer who murdered
- 18:08Speaker 1: his two best friends. He's convicted and sentenced to sixty
- 18:12Speaker 1: years behind bars. Today and a Crime Watch Daily exclusive,
- 18:16Speaker 1: Neil is talking to me about what he says really
- 18:19Speaker 1: happened that June day? Are you a monster? Were you
- 18:25Speaker 1: in fear for your life?
- 18:27Speaker 7: Purified? Especially considering the previous stable that he'd give me
- 18:33Speaker 7: a year and a half that.
- 18:35Speaker 1: Jeffrey Neil is talking to me over the telephone from
- 18:38Speaker 1: Big Sandy Prison in Inez, Kentucky. So Leon and Deleno
- 18:43Speaker 1: are both killed with a hammer. Can you understand why
- 18:47Speaker 1: that looks so bad for you?
- 18:49Speaker 7: I understand completely why it looks extremely bad for me.
- 18:53Speaker 1: What do you think the motive for Leon killing Delano
- 18:56Speaker 1: would be? Was it a love triangle gone bad?
- 19:00Speaker 7: I think that the love triangle was a very strong possibility,
- 19:04Speaker 7: But truthfully, I would just speaking with a blindfold if
- 19:09Speaker 7: I knew.
- 19:10Speaker 1: But some now question if this is all just a
- 19:13Speaker 1: part of Jeffrey Neil's defense strategy. It's been reported that
- 19:17Speaker 1: this may have been possibly a love triangle that went wrong.
- 19:21Speaker 1: Is that accurate?
- 19:22Speaker 3: Well, it depends on who you asked. That's what's so
- 19:27Speaker 3: in the unusual about this case, right, only one who
- 19:29Speaker 3: seems to really know about this love triangle is Jeffrey Neil.
- 19:33Speaker 3: No one had any confirmation that there was anything going
- 19:36Speaker 3: on sexually. Again, the only one who really seems to
- 19:40Speaker 3: know about that is the one survivor, and that's Jeffrey Neil.
- 19:44Speaker 1: Neil still maintains he did not kill Delana Winfield, but
- 19:48Speaker 1: you were romantically linked to both of them. Correct, Correct,
- 19:52Speaker 1: And in a shocking revelation, Jeffrey tells me he killed
- 19:56Speaker 1: the man he actually loved. Did you love both of
- 20:00Speaker 1: these men?
- 20:00Speaker 7: I was in love with Leon ra I was never
- 20:04Speaker 7: in love with Leno.
- 20:05Speaker 1: As for the twenty six full body swing se Leon,
- 20:08Speaker 1: Jeffrey says he remembers hitting him more times, but he
- 20:12Speaker 1: was trying to downplay the murder to detectives.
- 20:15Speaker 7: I had no idea the exact number of times for him.
- 20:19Speaker 1: Do you think you should be behind bars for Leon's death?
- 20:23Speaker 7: Truthfully? I do because I feel like my action would
- 20:27Speaker 7: have been different. I don't feel like I should be
- 20:30Speaker 7: behind bars.
- 20:31Speaker 1: First, to be a murdered What do you want people
- 20:33Speaker 1: to know about you?
- 20:35Speaker 7: I'm not a guilty man when it comes to Delana Wingfield.
- 20:38Speaker 7: I did not kill that man. That man was my brother.
- 20:41Speaker 7: I loved him, Michael brother.
- 20:43Speaker 1: Jeffrey Neil wants to appeal his conviction. What is your
- 20:48Speaker 1: hope for your future?
- 20:51Speaker 7: I hope I get a new trial, and I hope
- 20:53Speaker 7: that this new trial did Jerry really played attention to
- 20:56Speaker 7: the DNA evidence.
- 20:59Speaker 1: And Denise, who considered herself a mother to all the
- 21:02Speaker 1: boys in the wolf Pack, once felt she had three
- 21:05Speaker 1: sons and now she has none. Losing these kids, I mean,
- 21:11Speaker 1: this had to take a piece of your heart, and
- 21:14Speaker 1: I still do.
- 21:15Speaker 2: I have my moments.
- 21:16Speaker 1: Still and losing your son.
- 21:19Speaker 2: And I still have my moments with that.
- 21:21Speaker 1: Do you believe in your heart Jeffrey is innocent.
- 21:24Speaker 7: Y's I do?
- 21:25Speaker 1: What's next for you?
- 21:26Speaker 2: Try to fight my try to fight for my side.
- 21:29Speaker 2: I'm gonna do everything I can to help my son.
