Supreme Court Suspends Voting Rights Under 'Grandchildren Law'Spain's Supreme Court has temporarily frozen electoral register (CERA) enrollment for foreign-born individuals who acquired Spanish nationality through the Democratic Memory Law ("grandchildren law") based on a government directive that presumed exile status for anyone leaving between 1936 and 1955.
