• 0:00
  Hello, hello, welcome back everybody.
• 0:01
Welcome back to the CAT Scan Guru podcast.
• 0:05
I am so glad to be here with you guys as Christmas is upon us and
• 0:10
this is the last episode for 2025.
• 0:15
Can you believe it? We are at the end here.
• 0:18
So we only got a few more weeks until 2026 is here.
• 0:22
So I am going to give you a rundown of of what I'm going to
• 0:27
be talking today. So let me just do some
• 0:30
housekeeping really quick so we can get some just updates and
• 0:34
new things that are coming for 2026.
• 0:38
So first of all, I want to thank everybody who has subscribed to
• 0:43
the show, has liked the show, has favorited the show.
• 0:46
You guys are amazing. And that's what this episode is
• 0:50
all about to just thank you because I got my 2025 rap
• 0:54
results on Spotify as far as this podcast.
• 0:57
And I am like so excited and so proud of myself for these
• 1:01
results. But of course, it wouldn't be
• 1:03
  possible without you all listening.
• 1:06
So thank you so much for continuing listen and just, you
• 1:10
know, I love to share my knowledge because I know it can
• 1:13
help a new technologist out there or even somebody who's
• 1:16
  seasoned. So First things first.
• 1:18
So there are some new courses coming to my YouTube channel.
• 1:23
So very highly demanded and very highly requested.
• 1:26
There will be a registry review course on my YouTube channel
• 1:30
starting in January of 2026. Also, there will also be a
• 1:34
patient centering course that will be available to you
• 1:38
starting in January of 2026. Both of them will be on my
• 1:41
YouTube channel. So make sure to either follow me
• 1:45
on TikTok. If you follow me on Instagram,
• 1:48
I'll post it there too or if you're on my e-mail list, make
• 1:51
sure that you check your e-mail for those drop dates.
• 1:54
OK. If you want to get on my e-mail
• 1:56
list, there is a link to a free checklist which will get you on
• 2:00
my e-mail list for that OK or come follow me on TikTok.
• 2:06
That's my main platform. That's where I share all my CT
• 2:09
knowledge and give you some really helpful tips when it
• 2:12
comes to protocols and things like that.
• 2:14
Now as far as Instagram, you can follow me on Instagram at the
• 2:17
cat scan guru. I have kind of paused on posting
• 2:20
on Instagram for a while because I run 2 separate podcasts.
• 2:25
I also run 2 separate businesses.
• 2:27
I work full time and I am a full time mom.
• 2:30
So I kind of had to pause a little bit because it gets a
• 2:34
little overwhelming when you're kind of trying to schedule
• 2:37
content and make sure that content goes on all the right
• 2:41
platforms. OK, so my main platform is
• 2:44
TikTok, so I'm make sure you follow along there at the CAT
• 2:47
Scan Guru. Everything will be in the show
• 2:49
notes as far as that. If you need help with, you know,
• 2:53
any CT stuff and you're stuck, I have courses available.
• 2:56
They're affordable. Make sure you check out the show
• 2:58
notes. It is all there for everybody.
• 3:00
OK, so let's get into today's episode.
• 3:03
So today's episode we are going to announce the 2025 RAP
• 3:10
results. So we're going to do a little
• 3:12
year in review. This year I went ahead and
• 3:15
released my new YouTube channel, which is growing.
• 3:18
Thank you so much for everybody that has subscribed to my
• 3:21
YouTube channel. OK, so I post, you know, all the
• 3:24
video portions of the podcast. I've kind of, you know, stopped
• 3:29
doing it for a while because I want to put more educational
• 3:33
  things on there. OK.
• 3:34
So you can also listen to my podcast on YouTube as well.
• 3:38
So thank you to everybody who subscribed.
• 3:40
You guys are amazing though. This year I went ahead and
• 3:44
  Justice started that YouTube channel.
• 3:46
I think it was a good angle for me and it seems to be working
• 3:49
out really, really well. O more educational stuff is
• 3:52
coming in 2026 to the YouTube channel.
• 3:55
OK. Also, you know, just gearing up
• 3:57
more educational stuff. I've started doing, you know,
• 4:00
more protocol videos on TikTok and that has really skyrocketed.
• 4:06
So all those protocol videos will be available to you in 2026
• 4:11
on the YouTube channel. It is a lot of work and you
• 4:15
know, YouTube is its own animal, so it's a lot of work to put all
• 4:18
those videos on there. So it's just going to take me
• 4:21
time. That's why I'm kind of wrapping
• 4:22
up podcast episodes for the years.
• 4:24
So I can take that three weeks and get all that stuff rolling.
• 4:27
OK. And just, you know, I've taken
• 4:31
some time off, you know, from the podcast and I've come back
• 4:34
and took a little bit more time because there's certain things
• 4:37
in life that really have shifted.
• 4:39
And I'm also taking a new angle with my second business.
• 4:44
And that is just going in the most fucking awesome direction.
• 4:48
And I'm very clear when it comes to that.
• 4:51
It's a separate niche, which I have a separate TikTok page for
• 4:54
that. My coach, Tay Daniels, I can't
• 4:58
thank her enough. I have been in her world since
• 5:01
2023 and I can tell you I have one of the best just business
• 5:08
coaches, life coach, Church of coach.
• 5:10
She is like the Jack of all trades and I continue to be in
• 5:14
her world because she's amazing and she has had me just pull the
• 5:20
the stuff right out of me and I just execute and it has been
• 5:24
very successful for me. So 2026 is going to be fucking
• 5:28
epic. Plus it's the year of the horse.
• 5:30
I was born in the year of the horse in 78.
• 5:32
So that should give away how old I really am.
• 5:34
So things are just looking up and I'm just taking the last
• 5:38
three weeks of the year to really focus and get stuff done.
• 5:42
OK, so that is what's coming for 2026.
• 5:45
So there's going to be more podcast episodes, it's going to
• 5:49
be bolder. And we are just going to talk
• 5:51
about a lot of things. We're going to talk about
• 5:53
educational stuff, you know, stuff in the industry.
• 5:55
So it's going to be a mix of stuff.
• 5:57
So make sure you guys subscribe, tell your tech friends all over
• 6:02
in radiology. Make sure you guys give me a
• 6:04
follow on TikTok and make sure you guys subscribe to the show.
• 6:08
OK, so let's get into the 2025 wrapped results that I received
• 6:13
from my podcast here. So in 2025 for the CAT Scan Guru
• 6:18
for podcast, it was the number one show for 16 fans.
• 6:22
Now that is a huge accomplishment, even though
• 6:26
somebody might say, well, it's only 16 fans.
• 6:28
You know what? Considering how long I've had
• 6:31
this podcast, I started this podcast in 2023.
• 6:34
You know how long it's been since I've had the idea of a
• 6:36
podcast since 2007. And the thing was, is that I was
• 6:43
very fearful. And I let my fear of success and
• 6:47
the fear of rejection just eat away at me for years and got
• 6:51
told that it would never amount to anything.
• 6:53
And now I have over 3300 downloads just in the last two
• 6:58
years. So I mean, the results speak for
• 7:01
itself. So to all the fans who made this
• 7:05
their number one show, thank you so much.
• 7:08
You guys are fucking amazing. And that just makes me proud and
• 7:11
it just makes me want to keep going.
• 7:13
And then also for as far as the top countries of where the CAT
• 7:17
Scan Guru podcast is listened to, there are five countries
• 7:21
that are the top. So the United States, of course,
• 7:25
Canada, South Africa, Norway and the UK.
• 7:28
So this is a freaking like, I'm like super excited because I
• 7:33
actually want to go even bigger and more global.
• 7:36
So it goes around the world. So that is a goal that we're
• 7:39
going to have for 20, 26. Then also as far as the top
• 7:43
episode that everybody has listened to is episode #52
• 7:48
Understanding CT Physics without Losing Your mind.
• 7:51
OK, I guess CT physics was a hot topic.
• 7:55
And since I'm starting to kind of dive into more as far as
• 7:58
physics and the whys behind it. So you're going to see a little
• 8:01
bit more of that come in 2026. So those Spotify results I am so
• 8:08
proud of like I, I can't tell you how proud I am.
• 8:12
And just, you know, the listeners, the the amount of
• 8:14
listeners has increased by over, I think it's, it was over 200%.
• 8:19
So this is fucking amazing. And I am just super proud of
• 8:24
these results. And I have to say thank you to
• 8:28
everybody who continues to listen, who continues to
• 8:31
subscribe, who favorites, who is a fan of the show.
• 8:35
I couldn't do this without all of you listening and without
• 8:38
you, you know, and your support and just all the things that the
• 8:43
show brings. It really just makes me excited
• 8:46
about just going even further ahead and just leveling up to
• 8:52
give you guys the best information possible.
• 8:54
You guys are amazing. Thank you so much.
• 8:57
And I am so super proud that this idea of the podcast that I
• 9:02
had was just an idea back in 2007 and I just said fuck it,
• 9:08
I'm just going to do it in 2023. And it's produced amazing
• 9:12
results, you know, because podcasting is a long game and
• 9:16
I've made it work. And I am just so thankful and so
• 9:20
grateful to be a part of this radiology community because we
• 9:24
are amazing. And even though we are the third
• 9:27
largest profession in the entire entire world, OK, and even
• 9:32
though a lot of people don't see us as professionals, we are.
• 9:37
And you know what, it's our time to shine because we are going to
• 9:42
be seen and we are professionals.
• 9:45
So thank you so much everybody for really just, you know,
• 9:49
favoriting the show, supporting the show and just being a fan
• 9:54
subscribing to the show. Make sure you guys share it with
• 9:56
other technologists that need to hear it.
• 9:58
And I'm so super proud. It just makes me so excited
• 10:01
because I have a lot of good things and a lot of goals.
• 10:05
Well, actually a couple goals for the CAT scan guru and I'm so
• 10:09
super proud. And so thank you again everybody
• 10:12
for continuing to listen. So that is the wrap up episode
• 10:16
for 2025 and those are the results.
• 10:19
So lots of good shit coming for 2026.
• 10:22
So make sure you guys stay tuned, follow on TikTok, make
• 10:25
sure you subscribe to my e-mail list.
• 10:27
Make sure you subscribe to the YouTube channel so because a lot
• 10:30
of good things are happening for the next year.
• 10:32
So thank you so much. Hope this year was super helpful
• 10:37
as far as all the episodes and I will see you guys in 2026.
