- 0:00SPEAKER_01: Um, one more Lindsey Clancy thing.
- 0:02SPEAKER_01: I didn't know this, that her attorney's asking for a pardon from Trump.
- 0:05SPEAKER_01: Oh, really?
- 0:07SPEAKER_01: I just read it.
- 0:08SPEAKER_01: Just read it.
- 0:09SPEAKER_00: Why not keep that administration as polarizing as possible?
- 0:13SPEAKER_01: You get a pardon.
- 0:14SPEAKER_01: You get a pardon.
- 0:16SPEAKER_01: You get a pardon.
- 0:17SPEAKER_00: Who else asked for a pardon?
- 0:18SPEAKER_01: Was it Tiger King?
- 0:20SPEAKER_00: Well, yes.
- 0:21SPEAKER_00: Diddy did, and so did Tiger King.
- 0:23SPEAKER_01: Yes, they both did.
- 0:24SPEAKER_00: I don't know that they've gone far.
- 0:26SPEAKER_01: I don't think Tiger King got denied.
- 0:28SPEAKER_01: Diddy, I don't know.
- 0:29SPEAKER_01: I kind of started watching a Diddy documentary a little bit the other day.
- 0:33SPEAKER_01: I woke up at in the middle of the night at like three something.
- 0:36SPEAKER_01: This is on our Labor Day weekend.
- 0:38SPEAKER_01: And I think it's just because our body's so used to getting up so early.
- 0:40SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 0:41SPEAKER_01: So I just moseied on over to the couch.
- 0:44SPEAKER_01: And then, you know, clicking around, what am I going to watch?
- 0:46SPEAKER_01: Put on the Diddy thing, put me right to sleep.
- 0:48SPEAKER_00: Oh, right out.
- 0:49SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it wasn't really that exciting.
- 0:51SPEAKER_01: By the way, how was the kids' first day of school?
- 0:53SPEAKER_00: Good.
- 0:54SPEAKER_00: Real good.
- 0:54SPEAKER_00: Except Lydia threw me a curveball yesterday.
- 0:56SPEAKER_00: She got homework.
- 0:58SPEAKER_00: No, no, not at all.
- 0:59SPEAKER_00: And I, of course, had to ask Gavin that.
- 1:01SPEAKER_00: I go, Did you get homework already?
- 1:02SPEAKER_00: And he's like, no.
- 1:03SPEAKER_00: I'm like, thank God.
- 1:05SPEAKER_00: Noah.
- 1:06SPEAKER_00: I'm like, thank God.
- 1:06SPEAKER_00: No.
- 1:07SPEAKER_01: The drama.
- 1:08SPEAKER_01: No.
- 1:09SPEAKER_00: And well, oh, Lydia's got a new one now.
- 1:12SPEAKER_00: She normally, I, you know, we look at it, you know, you don't tell the adults, or you don't tell you don't tell anybody in the house, shut up.
- 1:18SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah.
- 1:19SPEAKER_00: I mean, unless you're in a heated battle with your significant other.
- 1:22SPEAKER_00: Don't do that either.
- 1:23SPEAKER_00: Yeah, don't do that either.
- 1:25SPEAKER_00: Nothing says I don't want to hear you anymore like that, and then that's a bigger fight.
- 1:29SPEAKER_00: Um, but uh Lydia has this funny one now.
- 1:31SPEAKER_00: She goes, shut up.
- 1:32SPEAKER_00: It's kind of like the old full house stuff.
- 1:35SPEAKER_01: Yes, but wait, who who else used to do that?
- 1:38SPEAKER_01: Shut uh hold on a second.
- 1:40SPEAKER_00: It was just on the tip of my tongue.
- 1:41SPEAKER_00: It's just was not sister sister, was it?
- 1:44SPEAKER_00: No, it wasn't one of those 90s shows.
- 1:46SPEAKER_00: Yes, and it's right, I can feel it.
- 1:49SPEAKER_00: All right, it'll hit you.
- 1:50SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:50SPEAKER_00: So anyway, um, yesterday, and this was kind of weird.
- 1:54SPEAKER_00: So we use this program in Elmira called School Tool.
- 1:58SPEAKER_01: And what is it?
- 1:59SPEAKER_00: It's an app where you can see the kids' grades, you can see their attendance, which I mean you would think I would know, right?
- 2:05SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but you know, things like and then their bus schedule.
- 2:08SPEAKER_00: So I saw on there it said pickup for Lydia.
- 2:11SPEAKER_00: Now I picked Gavin up, but I let Lydia ride the bus home.
- 2:14SPEAKER_00: It gives us a few minutes to get in, get settled, you know, let the terrorists of dogs, you know, get their energy out.
- 2:19SPEAKER_01: Plus cut your teeth on, you know, bullying.
- 2:21SPEAKER_01: No, I'm kidding.
- 2:22SPEAKER_00: Well, that uh, you know, yeah.
- 2:25SPEAKER_01: God, I hated the bus so much more than anything.
- 2:27SPEAKER_00: Well, Lydia doesn't mind.
- 2:28SPEAKER_00: She's got, you know, friends on it and all that.
- 2:30SPEAKER_00: So anyway, all of a sudden, I guess I was a big loser.
- 2:33SPEAKER_00: I get you said it.
- 2:35SPEAKER_00: Yeah, right.
- 2:36SPEAKER_00: So I called the bus garage yesterday and I said, hey, on the school tool, it's at the school tool.
- 2:43SPEAKER_00: School tool.
- 2:43SPEAKER_00: It says uh pickup, but I said, no, she rides home.
- 2:46SPEAKER_00: It's the only thing she does, is rides home.
- 2:48SPEAKER_00: She gets dropped off in the morning.
- 2:49SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 2:50SPEAKER_00: And uh they said, Oh no, she's on bus, blah, blah, blah.
- 2:53SPEAKER_00: And I said, Okay.
- 2:54SPEAKER_00: I said, that's good that it's there because it didn't reflect that online.
- 2:58SPEAKER_00: All right, no big deal.
- 2:59SPEAKER_00: Bus garage knows this and that.
- 3:00SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 3:01SPEAKER_00: Till Kelly Beam, her teacher, who's a friend of ours, calls and goes, Hey, uh, I still got Lydia.
- 3:07SPEAKER_00: I'm like, what?
- 3:08SPEAKER_01: So over to the Did Kelly bring her home?
- 3:12SPEAKER_00: No, I think she would have, but uh, I said, I'll I'll just come get her.
- 3:16SPEAKER_00: She would, I she probably would have, but they were just finishing off the day at the school.
- 3:20SPEAKER_00: So here I get there, Kelly.
- 3:22SPEAKER_01: Lydia's cleaning all of the whiteboards.
- 3:23SPEAKER_00: Yeah, her Kelly's daughter's there.
- 3:25SPEAKER_00: You know, they're all so they're all running around.
- 3:27SPEAKER_00: They're fine.
- 3:27SPEAKER_00: But I'm like, just throw her on the bus in the afternoon.
- 3:30SPEAKER_00: So that was the only hiccup of the day yesterday.
- 3:32SPEAKER_01: What happened though?
- 3:33SPEAKER_01: They just they know Lydia told Mrs.
- 3:36SPEAKER_00: Beam, she goes, uh oh, I'm being picked up.
- 3:39SPEAKER_01: No, you're you're not.
- 3:41SPEAKER_01: I love when kids like and why are they believing a kid?
- 3:45SPEAKER_01: But I can understand.
- 3:46SPEAKER_00: She's a friend, you know.
- 3:47SPEAKER_00: It's like we know this for these guys as a family outside of school.
- 3:50SPEAKER_01: In any other case, the teacher would say, No, get on the bus.
- 3:54SPEAKER_00: Yeah, let me verify that and send a message to the parent.
- 3:57SPEAKER_01: Don't believe a seven-year-old.
- 3:59SPEAKER_01: I'm getting picked up.
- 4:00SPEAKER_01: Actually, I have a limo arriving in 10 minutes.
- 4:02SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 4:03SPEAKER_01: With apple, sparkling apple juice and a champagne glass.
- 4:06SPEAKER_01: Honestly God.
- 4:07SPEAKER_00: Um, can I I have to come back to the NFL thing for a minute because you were talking both about college football, about uh the NFL schedule and all the different places that they are.
- 4:17SPEAKER_00: And I knew somebody would correct us.
- 4:19SPEAKER_00: And actually, I'm really glad because I have a question back to Heather.
- 4:22SPEAKER_00: So, Heather, our friend out of Buffalo, texted this on the app, of course.
- 4:25SPEAKER_00: You know how to text.
- 4:26SPEAKER_00: She said, Hulu has ABC Disney Plus Hulu ESPN one package.
- 4:32SPEAKER_00: Yes, okay, so there is that.
- 4:34SPEAKER_00: Now, here's my question because you're sitting there going, how do we get a hold of the NFL stuff?
- 4:40SPEAKER_00: Being the fact it's everywhere.
- 4:42SPEAKER_00: Some are on Paramount, some are on Peacock, some are on Amazon, some are on ESPN.
- 4:46SPEAKER_01: And isn't the NFL ticket, which is everything super expensive?
- 4:50SPEAKER_01: I don't think it's cheap.
- 4:52SPEAKER_01: And also you have to remember it's not just NFL, because Zach is also a college football fan.
- 4:59SPEAKER_01: And he has to like religiously watch Ohio State every single Saturday.
- 5:04SPEAKER_00: Uh, here we go.
- 5:05SPEAKER_00: So this is my question for Heather.
- 5:06SPEAKER_00: She uses YouTube TV, which is an it is a platform I don't ever think of getting because I'm like, I know YouTube for like if I want to fix my muffler.
- 5:18SPEAKER_01: YouTube and also the YouTube premium is a commercial I see all the time where that one guy is like he's he's at the gym and he he's saying, like, oh, how did it get any more clutch?
- 5:29SPEAKER_01: Do you guys do you know what commercial I'm talking about?
- 5:32SPEAKER_00: I haven't seen it, but I'm wondering if that's by the way, the uh NFL uh Sunday ticket ranges from$240 to$480.
- 5:39SPEAKER_00: Holy girl.
- 5:40SPEAKER_00: A month?
- 5:41SPEAKER_00: No, no, no.
- 5:42SPEAKER_01: Oh, that's actually that's not as bad as I thought.
- 5:44SPEAKER_00: Oh, it it feels bad to me.
- 5:46SPEAKER_00: But I'm curious.
- 5:47SPEAKER_01: Does YouTube anything more than$14.99 feels bad to me?
- 5:51SPEAKER_01: Apple just Apple increased from$12.99 to$14.99, and I said, sorry, Zach, we're dropping it until shrinking comes back.
- 5:57SPEAKER_01: I don't care.
- 5:57SPEAKER_00: Yeah?
- 5:58SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 5:58SPEAKER_00: I hear that.
- 5:58SPEAKER_01: But I listen to me put my foot down.
- 6:00SPEAKER_01: No, I think you're right.
- 6:01SPEAKER_00: We all have to look at it and go, where can we stop?
- 6:04SPEAKER_00: But Heather, answer this question for me.
- 6:06SPEAKER_00: You know YouTube TV more than anybody I know because she she has it.
- 6:10SPEAKER_00: Does it have everything?
- 6:11SPEAKER_00: Does it have all the games?
- 6:12SPEAKER_00: Can I see all the NFL games?
- 6:14SPEAKER_00: Let's start there.
- 6:15SPEAKER_00: And do you know about college?
- 6:17SPEAKER_00: Because if there is one, if if YouTube TV is the platform that covers all of it, then get it.
- 6:23SPEAKER_01: Suck it up.
- 6:24SPEAKER_00: There's the one that drop Apple, get it YouTube TV.
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: Did you hear that, Zach?
