SPEAKER_05: Okay, y'all, before we get started, everybody show Tracy some love for the$50 donation,$49.99.

SPEAKER_05: But uh thank you so much, Tracy, and everybody show Tracy some love in the Chinnad Diddy$100 million Diddy.
• 8:16
  SPEAKER_05: Judge tossed it out.
• 8:21
SPEAKER_05: Uh let's go to uh Forbes.
• 8:24
SPEAKER_05: Let's go to the article.
• 8:26
SPEAKER_05: Did I get your thoughts?
• 8:30
SPEAKER_05: Okay, Lazy Baby, as we get into this article, Lazy Baby just did a$15 donation.
• 8:37
SPEAKER_05: That puts us at y'all making me do some math.
• 8:41
  SPEAKER_05: $60 remaining.
• 8:44
  SPEAKER_05: $60 remaining.
• 8:46
  SPEAKER_05: Everybody show Lazy Baby.
• 8:48
SPEAKER_05: Some some some uh some love.
• 8:51
SPEAKER_05: She said, I'm a woman of my word, back with another donation.
• 8:55
SPEAKER_05: Thank you for your dedication, flow.
• 8:58
  SPEAKER_05: $15.
• 8:59
SPEAKER_05: Thank you so much, Lazy Baby, and show Lazy Baby some love along with Tracy in the chat, keeping this live alive.
• 9:06
  SPEAKER_05: We only$60 away.
• 9:09
  SPEAKER_05: $60 away, y'all, from our$250 goal.
• 9:15
SPEAKER_05: So this comes from Forbes.
• 9:20
SPEAKER_05: Judge dismisses Sean Diddy Combs$100 million defamation lawsuit against NBC against NBC.
• 9:37
  SPEAKER_05: What's going on, Angelique?
• 9:41
SPEAKER_05: So a New York judge dismissed rapper Sean Diddy Combs'$100 million defamation lawsuit against NBC over a documentary it aired last year about his career and sexual assault allegations on Peacock.
• 10:01
SPEAKER_05: This documentary, which Combs had allegedly, shamelessly alleged shamelessly advances and endorses conspiracy theories that he is a serial killer.
• 10:14
SPEAKER_05: So Diddy was upset with the people that made the documentary.
• 10:21
SPEAKER_05: He said it make him look, it made him look like a serial killer and advanced and endorsed conspiracy theories that he would that he unalived people.
• 10:31
  SPEAKER_05: Well, Diddy.
• 10:32
SPEAKER_05: All it did was explain stuff or put out stuff that people have been saying.
• 10:39
SPEAKER_05: If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, it ain't a fucking saber-toothed tiger.
• 10:46
  SPEAKER_05: Right?
• 10:49
SPEAKER_05: Diddy's story is so crazy, just telling his story causes him to want to sue you for defamation.
• 10:56
SPEAKER_05: We just telling your story.
• 11:04
SPEAKER_05: Or that's NBC the documentary.
• 11:06
  SPEAKER_05: That's all they did.
• 11:07
SPEAKER_05: So why did Comb sue NBC?
• 11:14
SPEAKER_05: Comb sued NBC and Peacock in February 2025, accusing the companies of releasing a documentary that spread conspiracy theories about him, including serial murder, sexual assault, and trafficking of underage people.
• 11:33
  SPEAKER_05: And extortion.
• 11:37
SPEAKER_05: To put it all out there.
• 11:39
SPEAKER_05: Knowing that there is not a shred of evidence to support them, this is what Combs said.
• 11:44
SPEAKER_05: Comb's complaint accused NBC and Peacock of racing to outdo the competition for the most salacious Diddy Expose, leading them to completely disregard sound journalistic practices.
• 12:33
SPEAKER_05: Am I supposed to say allegedly?
• 12:36
SPEAKER_05: Porter died of pneumonia in 2018.
• 12:39
SPEAKER_05: And the documentary includes an image of her autopsy report.
• 12:46
SPEAKER_05: Combs' complaint also says that the documentary includes an interview with Gene Deal.
• 12:51
SPEAKER_05: Now, before we get to that, let me just say something, man.
• 12:54
SPEAKER_05: And this is me speculating.
• 12:56
SPEAKER_05: I have no proof, no more proof than anybody else has.
• 13:02
SPEAKER_05: But I strongly believe that Kim Porter was unalive, y'all.
• 13:08
SPEAKER_05: I just, it's very, very hard for me to believe that she was just um, it's very hard for me to believe that she was perfectly fine.
• 13:26
SPEAKER_05: And then it just so happened she was about to put out a tell-off book about her life with Diddy.
• 13:36
SPEAKER_05: And then she gets this strange pneumonia that it almost seems like only celebrities get.
• 14:50
  SPEAKER_05: So, Diddy.
• 14:54
SPEAKER_05: This just looks bad, man.
• 14:56
SPEAKER_05: Uh, it's hard to believe all of this, just a coincidence.
• 15:04
SPEAKER_05: Diddy ain't gonna say, Diddy, come try to sue me for 100 million.
• 15:08
SPEAKER_05: See how much you get.
• 15:12
SPEAKER_05: Diddy gonna sue me for my$250 weekly goal this week.
• 15:18
SPEAKER_05: So, Denny complained about Gene Deal, his former bodyguard, who suggested Combs could have had something to do with the 99, 1999, 1997 murder of the notorious BIG, Combs said in a suit.
• 15:36
SPEAKER_05: Says he was heartbroken by the deaths of Porter and notorious B.I.G.
• 15:44
SPEAKER_05: And completely unfounded accusation that he murdered multiple of his closest confidants is deeply distressing, offensive, reckless, and malicious.
• 15:55
SPEAKER_05: But one thing, okay, so let's touch on this.
• 15:57
SPEAKER_05: One thing I can say about Gene Deal, he has told a lot of secrets, but he ain't been sued yet.
• 16:07
SPEAKER_05: Gene Deal has not been sued for defamation.
• 16:13
SPEAKER_05: If he's lying about all this shit, why hasn't he been sued yet?
• 16:20
SPEAKER_05: Somebody answer that question for me.
• 16:22
SPEAKER_05: Why hasn't he been sued for defamation?
• 16:25
SPEAKER_05: Gene Deal has spilled beans on all kind of people.
• 16:33
SPEAKER_05: Yet nothing has happened to him.
• 16:43
  SPEAKER_05: That's what I wonder.
• 16:46
SPEAKER_02: And so you see why this lawsuit got tossed out now.
• 17:03
SPEAKER_05: Jane Dills believes Diddy has something to do with the big Biggie's death and Kim Porter's death.
• 17:16
SPEAKER_05: So now we gotta get into why was Sean Diddy Mohawk head combs, why was his lawsuit dismissed?
• 17:33
SPEAKER_05: Let me count the ways.
• 17:38
SPEAKER_05: Perry Bond's order granting dismissal said Combs' lawsuit failed to establish a substantial basis regarding reputational harm.
• 17:50
SPEAKER_05: Noting the documentary was carefully curated and nuanced because it discloses interviewees' biases and includes counterstatements to the allegedly defamatory statements, she noted.
• 18:07
SPEAKER_05: The inclusion of Porter's autopsy report, which rebuffs claims that she was murdered, as well as statement from her family, which said there was no foul play in her death.
• 18:22
SPEAKER_05: Basically, the documentary gave both sides of the coin.
• 18:41
SPEAKER_05: But the documentary also followed up with factual evidence that she wasn't unalive.
• 18:51
SPEAKER_02: And so because of that, Diddy had no case.
• 19:39
  SPEAKER_05: No more.
• 19:39
  SPEAKER_05: Uh-uh.
• 19:44
SPEAKER_05: And a reminder, y'all, we are$60 away to keep this live alive.
• 19:49
SPEAKER_05: $60 away, so we can make sure this live is back live for everybody Monday at 8 30 a.m.
• 19:56
  SPEAKER_05: $60 away.
• 19:59
SPEAKER_05: Here's the link right here.
• 20:01
SPEAKER_05: Buy me a coffee, or you can do it like Tracy and just put it in the super chat.
• 20:06
  SPEAKER_05: Either way, we got$60.
• 20:09
SPEAKER_05: We need to get to.
• 20:12
SPEAKER_05: So if somebody out there can help us get towards that goal, please, please, please.
• 20:17
  SPEAKER_05: And thank you.
• 20:20
  SPEAKER_05: Now done with Diddy.
• 20:28
SPEAKER_05: Unless y'all have something in the comments.
• 20:30
SPEAKER_05: Any questions or comments on this Diddy mess?
• 20:36
  SPEAKER_05: Tracy says, documentaries.
• 20:39
SPEAKER_05: I went and saw Michael last night.
• 20:41
SPEAKER_05: I missed the show yesterday, so I didn't get to hear the gossip about it.
• 20:44
SPEAKER_05: I will say I learned a lot, but it also missed a lot.
• 20:49
SPEAKER_05: Um, uh, Tracy, do you know they uh they're working on they're already in works for a part two?
• 20:55
SPEAKER_05: They said Michael Jackson's story is so it's so much to it that you can, it's impossible to put it in one movie.
• 21:01
SPEAKER_05: So they are already working on the seek uh a part two.
• 21:05
SPEAKER_05: So I'm glad you got a chance to see it and gave us an honest opinion about what you saw.
• 21:11
SPEAKER_05: Uh, but I don't know if you know it, but I just they just I saw the announcement yesterday that they're working on a part two.
• 21:26
SPEAKER_05: Everybody shout out, black roses for$10 super chat, super sticker, keeping it alive.
• 21:35
SPEAKER_05: Love my flow show fan.

• 21:43
SPEAKER_05: Thank you for that, Black Roses.
• 21:45
SPEAKER_05: We are$50 away from our goal and black roses.

• 22:21
SPEAKER_05: Okay, it said it, it said it screen at the end.
• 22:24
  SPEAKER_05: Okay.
• 22:29
SPEAKER_05: Tracy says, Black roses, I like it.
• 22:32
SPEAKER_05: Uh Desi, did Desi, I don't know, did Desi, did you know uh C Tuck was dealing with the death of his close uncle, one of the closest brothers to his mother?
• 22:43
SPEAKER_05: So I'm sure they're doing funeral arrangements.
• 22:45
SPEAKER_05: I know it's a lot going on this week.
• 22:47
SPEAKER_05: So I'm sure C Tuck is handling that, Desi.
• 22:51
SPEAKER_05: Um, I don't know if you saw the show when we spoke, when C Tuck spoke about that, but I'm sure he uh it's a lot going on with his uncle's death this week.
• 23:03
  SPEAKER_05: So that's where C Tuck is.
• 23:07
SPEAKER_05: Yeah, uh side note, before we get into this Davis shit, the Michael Jackson uh documentary, Drace, they said Janet Jackson uh declined to be in it in any kind of way.
• 23:22
SPEAKER_05: Which that's that that's that's kind of sad because it's hard to tell the story of the Jacksons without of Michael Jackson without having his sister in it.
• 23:30
SPEAKER_05: But yeah, they said she respectfully declined to even be in it.
• 23:34
  SPEAKER_05: I don't know why.
• 23:36
SPEAKER_05: I didn't get any reason, but it is what it is.
• 24:29
SPEAKER_05: He definitely uh had Michael Jackson's voice down.
• 24:36
SPEAKER_02: Black Roses to the rescue.
• 24:51
SPEAKER_05: He got it, he got Michael Jackson's voice down.
• 24:55
SPEAKER_05: It's crazy how much he sound he he he killed that part of it.
• 24:59
SPEAKER_05: I did not know he would be able to talk like Mike like that.
• 25:03
  SPEAKER_05: That is crazy.
• 25:04
SPEAKER_05: I can't believe how much he got his voice down, Pat.
• 25:13
SPEAKER_02: But uh, what about this David character?
• 25:19
SPEAKER_05: As we are fifty dollars away from our goal, let's get into this David situation.
• 25:28
SPEAKER_05: This David case is going to be one for the ages.
• 25:35
SPEAKER_05: This David case, I don't know what to say.
• 25:45
SPEAKER_05: Well, let's start off with just playing my video that I made yesterday.
• 25:54
SPEAKER_05: Wait, so you're telling me about video?
• 25:56
SPEAKER_05: So not only did David chop Celeste Body up, but you're telling me they found wait, so you're telling me, so not only did David chop Celeste Body up, but you're telling me they found some crazy movies in his phone.
• 26:09
SPEAKER_05: I think you can guess what movies I'm talking about, but check this out.
• 26:13
SPEAKER_05: Y'all gonna hit the floor when you hear about those movies.
• 26:16
SPEAKER_05: But we already know that he was having an unappropriate relationship with Celeste sexually.
• 26:21
SPEAKER_05: And because he threatened to expose him and devastate his musical career, he combined it to his Hollywood field home on April 23rd, 2025.
• 26:31
SPEAKER_05: We get to the movies in a minute.
• 26:33
SPEAKER_05: When he got her to his home, he used a sharp instrument and basically cut arms, legs, and two fingers everything.
• 26:45
  SPEAKER_05: But now those movies.
• 27:00
SPEAKER_05: He had tons of child corn in his phone.
• 27:05
SPEAKER_05: His ass is grass, and I like it, but damn, this is crazy.
• 27:11
SPEAKER_05: What if I told you?
• 27:14
  SPEAKER_05: So that's David.
• 27:18
SPEAKER_05: Not only are we finding out that there are more victims, but the prosecutors have alleged that they have found a shit ton of child cornography in David's phone.
• 27:50
SPEAKER_05: Can y'all David is cooked?
• 28:02
  SPEAKER_02: David is cooked.
• 28:10
SPEAKER_05: I'm telling y'all, child adult movies, let's just call them child child uh adult movies or whatever.
• 28:22
SPEAKER_05: I don't want to say the word.
• 28:28
SPEAKER_05: This dude is disturbed, like Desi said.
• 28:30
SPEAKER_02: This is a disturbed cat.
• 28:40
  SPEAKER_02: Good morning, Sharon.
• 28:45
SPEAKER_02: How are you feeling today?
• 28:47
  SPEAKER_02: On this Friday.
• 29:04
  SPEAKER_02: This Friday.
• 29:32
SPEAKER_05: No, I definitely don't believe he did this by himself, ladies.
• 29:36
  SPEAKER_05: Not at all.
• 29:37
SPEAKER_05: Not for a second, am I gonna believe that?
• 29:42
  SPEAKER_05: Not for a second.
• 29:47
  SPEAKER_02: Not for a second.
• 29:57
SPEAKER_05: Oh man, fifty dollars away.
• 30:06
SPEAKER_05: Who got a fifty dollar super chat to save this live today, y'all?
• 30:11
SPEAKER_05: Y'all got me sweating bullets.
• 30:14
SPEAKER_05: Or you could donate it right here.
• 30:16
SPEAKER_05: Save this live, keep this live alive.
• 30:17
SPEAKER_05: We 30 minutes left in the show.
• 30:21
SPEAKER_05: But I definitely don't believe David did this by himself for sure.
• 30:25
  SPEAKER_05: I don't think he he's a coward.
• 30:28
SPEAKER_05: He is a coward, so he wouldn't even have the balls to do this by himself.
• 30:33
SPEAKER_05: But to think that he's running around with a lot of child pornography in his phone and then cutting bodies up, there's no telling what type of evidence this this DA, this uh, there's no telling.
• 31:03
  SPEAKER_05: There's no telling.
• 31:08
SPEAKER_05: There's no telling what's coming up in this case.
• 31:12
  SPEAKER_05: Shout out Tracy White.
• 31:14
SPEAKER_05: She said, come on, y'all.

• 32:09
SPEAKER_05: I do notice that there were a lot of people trying to say that David was gonna beat this case and they didn't have enough evidence.
• 32:18
SPEAKER_05: Well, those people are starting to be far, few and far in between.
• 32:27
SPEAKER_05: There are not many people now start, people are starting to understand that uh David's ass is in trouble.
• 32:36
  SPEAKER_05: It's too many dots.
• 32:37
SPEAKER_05: The dots are connecting too much.
• 32:44
SPEAKER_05: The dots are connecting too much.
• 32:49
SPEAKER_05: I don't see any kind of way, any plausible way that David gets out of this mess.
• 32:59
SPEAKER_05: They got too much evidence, and I'm telling y'all, he did not do this by himself, and I'm sure people are telling on him.

SPEAKER_05: Sharon says, David reminds of Blue, reminds her of Blue.
• 34:18
SPEAKER_05: Blue cut his ex-girlfriend up after they watched Dexter, left her in an empty house.
• 34:25
SPEAKER_05: Blue was a dancer a few years back.
• 34:27

• 40:02
  SPEAKER_05: Sorry about that, y'all.
• 40:03
  SPEAKER_05: Business is booming.
• 40:05
SPEAKER_05: But uh, I don't think it's just the franchise.
• 40:10
  SPEAKER_05: I don't think it's just the franchise.
• 40:12
  SPEAKER_05: I think it's all good.
• 40:13
SPEAKER_05: Let me know if you think you guys, it has happened quite yet, so can't make any promises.
• 40:18
SPEAKER_05: Yeah, they might just be making that up.
• 40:20
  SPEAKER_02: We'll see.
• 40:27
SPEAKER_02: Tasha said, does double meat come in come with that?
• 40:34
  SPEAKER_05: I don't know.
• 40:36
SPEAKER_05: I haven't even heard about the Chipotle.
• 40:38
SPEAKER_05: Uh I haven't even heard about the deal.
• 40:43
SPEAKER_05: But uh, I guess let's get back to this dismemberment.
• 40:48
SPEAKER_05: Let me pull this article about the child corn, man.
• 40:52
SPEAKER_05: It's this this is this is trigger warning.
• 40:57
SPEAKER_05: And we$35 away from our goal, y'all.
• 40:59
SPEAKER_05: As I get into this article, if everybody gave one dollar, we'd be at our goal right now.
• 41:10
SPEAKER_05: If everybody gave one dollar, we'd pretty much be at our goal right now.
• 41:14
  SPEAKER_05: Think about that.
• 41:19
  SPEAKER_05: Everybody has one dollar.
• 41:22
  SPEAKER_05: Uh, let's see.
• 41:23
  SPEAKER_05: David's cell phone contained.
• 41:25
SPEAKER_05: This is from the Los Angeles Times.
• 41:27
  SPEAKER_05: No, I don't know.
• 41:28
SPEAKER_05: Los Angeles Times tried to charge for that shit.
• 41:31
SPEAKER_05: Los Angeles Times, David's cell phone contained child pornography.
• 41:35
SPEAKER_05: Prosecutor in LA murder case says.
• 41:40
SPEAKER_05: A prosecutor said Thursday that the police discovered a significant amount of child cornography during a search of a cell phone belonging to David Anthony Burke.
• 41:55
SPEAKER_05: Better known as the singer David.
• 41:59
SPEAKER_05: Burke is charged with murder, of course, and sexual abuse of a child and corpse mutilation and the death of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez.
• 42:09
SPEAKER_05: A preliminary hearing in which prosecutors will make much of their evidence.
• 42:14
SPEAKER_05: Uh Burke public will make it public, is May 1st.
• 42:18
SPEAKER_05: Now, now, a cell phone belonging to David Anthony Burke, better known as David, contained a significant amount of child, unappropriate child movies.
• 42:39
  SPEAKER_05: How about that?
• 42:41
SPEAKER_05: Los Angeles County Deputy District Beth Silverman made the claim during a court proceeding to schedule a preliminary hearing on murder charges and the killing of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez.
• 42:54
SPEAKER_05: The images were uncovered as part of a broad series of search warrants executed on Burke's phone and iCloud account.
• 43:07
SPEAKER_05: Burke's attorneys have insisted he is innocent and are demanding the preliminary hearing to begin next week, meaning evidence in this closely followed case could become public as soon as May 1st.
• 43:27
SPEAKER_05: He appeared in court Thursday in an orange jumpsuit and walked into the court with his hands in his pockets.
• 43:34
SPEAKER_05: A status hearing was set for April 29th.
• 43:38
SPEAKER_05: Silverman and the district attorney's office spokesperson declined to comment outside the courtroom.
• 43:44
SPEAKER_05: The singer's attorney, Blair Burke, also declined to comment.
• 43:49
SPEAKER_05: The DA's office spokesperson declined to say if the child sex abuse material allegedly found on Burke's phone was related to Hernandez or another victim.
• 44:00
SPEAKER_05: Of course, we know Burke was arrested by Los Angeles police last week and charged Monday with murder, continuous sexual abuse of a child, and course mutilation.
• 44:12
SPEAKER_05: According to a criminal complaint, he has pleaded not guilty.
• 44:20
SPEAKER_05: Defendants have a right to have a preliminary hearing in which a judge determines whether prosecutors have enough evidence to bring a case to trial within 10 business days.
• 44:33
SPEAKER_05: But Burke's push to move quickly is unorthodox.
• 44:37
SPEAKER_05: She has publicly grilled Silverman about needing access to more discovery materials and the medical examiner's report detailing how Hernandez died was not made public until Wednesday.
• 44:53
SPEAKER_05: Joshua Ritter, a former LA County prosecutor, said Burke was playing a hell of a game of chicken, but she may be aiming to pressure test the prosecution's case.
• 45:05
SPEAKER_05: The defense might want to put the DA on their heels if they feel for some reason there was a rush to make an arrest, but his case is nearly the opposite of that, he said.
• 45:22
SPEAKER_05: They had more than adequate time.
• 45:24
SPEAKER_05: This does not mean like a situation where the DA had a hasty decision to file.
• 45:29
SPEAKER_05: Silverman said police amassed 40 terabytes of digital evidence in the case, which has made uploading and transmitting materials to the defense difficult.
• 45:41
SPEAKER_05: Silverman also said police had conducted a wiretap operation in the case, but did not disclose the nature of it.
• 45:50
SPEAKER_05: The veteran prosecutor said even she had not received anything related to that operation.
• 45:56
  SPEAKER_05: So they got wiretaps.
• 46:00
  SPEAKER_05: They got wiretaps, y'all.
• 46:05
SPEAKER_05: We don't know what's on those wiretaps.
• 46:12
SPEAKER_05: But they probably got some heavy shit on there.
• 46:15
SPEAKER_05: She also confirmed prosecutor convened.
• 46:21
SPEAKER_05: Prosecutors convened three secret grand jury hearings after Hernandez's death, two in November and December in 2025, and one in February.
• 46:33
SPEAKER_05: Those were investigative grand jury hearings, meaning prosecutors could use them to enshrine testimony against Burke, but could not use the proceedings to secure an indictment against Burke.
• 46:44
SPEAKER_05: Transcripts from all three hearings were also need to be unsealed.
• 46:50
SPEAKER_05: LA County Superior Court Judge Charlene Omedu.
• 46:56
  SPEAKER_05: Omito Omido Omito.
• 47:11
SPEAKER_05: What is this guy's name?
• 47:12
SPEAKER_05: Omito also warned Burke that if she does push, if she does push for the immediate preliminary hearing, she may not have access to the entire evidence before May 1st.
• 47:27
SPEAKER_05: Ritter also mused that Burke could be pushing his attorneys to fight the case without delay.
• 47:33
SPEAKER_05: Beyond that, he said the approach makes no sense.
• 47:38
SPEAKER_05: The defense is seven months behind the eight-ball on this.
• 47:41
SPEAKER_05: They not only have the grand jury transcripts to catch up on, but who knows what kind of digital forensics and wiretacts and everything else he said is going on.
• 47:53
  SPEAKER_05: I'm gonna stop right there, y'all.
• 47:55
SPEAKER_05: Let me put the link in there.
• 47:56
SPEAKER_05: We're getting close to the end of the show.
• 47:58
SPEAKER_05: We are$35 away from our goal.
• 48:00
SPEAKER_05: If we don't reach our goal, sad to say we won't be back here on Monday morning, live for everybody.
• 48:07
SPEAKER_05: Um everybody involved knows that that is uh the situation we're we're we are in right now.

SPEAKER_05: Anybody that's thinking he's getting away with this, you ain't paying attention, you're not reading the room.
• 48:42
SPEAKER_05: They got even more evidence than they're even telling us.
• 48:47
SPEAKER_05: As you can see, they just not letting the evidence leak out.
• 48:52
SPEAKER_05: And they trying to hold back the evidence as much as they can.
• 49:07
  SPEAKER_02: Let's see.
