  As you all know, geoengineering is a very complex, very confusing topic, and it's one much like with pandemic preparedness and with other government-based psyops that we have been subjected to over the years.

  It's deliberately confusing because you have all kinds of psychological operations, all kinds of disinformation projects and disinformation programs going on.

  The media is captured, and everything that we saw during COVID, the deception, the various attempts to sow confusion, uh, the limited hangouts, so on and so forth, all of this you'll see just as much or more with geoengineering.

  So this book will really help us to get our heads on straight, get a foundational understanding of the topic.

  So awareness is growing exponentially on this issue.

  So with that in mind and with those two hopeful updates, I would like to address two questions today regarding geoengineering.

  One, I'm just going to make a brief statement about a brief teaser, if you will, that we will hopefully be looking into in more detail in an upcoming podcast.

  And that question is what is happening to the bees and the other insects.
• 9:54
  As many of you, perhaps all of you know, there have been widespread reports.

  Of significant, perhaps catastrophic decreases in the numbers of bees and other pollinating insects in recent years.

  A number of years ago, this was presented as, I believe it was called colony collapse syndrome.
• 10:21
  And now we're getting reports, varying reports of what may be causing this continued reduction in bee populations and other pollinators.
• 10:35
  It's estimated that about one-third of human food basically requires pollinating insects.
• 10:42
  So we can only imagine what kind of problems in food production we face if pollinators can't do their job.
• 10:51
  And even beyond that, we have to look at the notion that if we see insect populations, and incidentally, there are reports that insect populations in general are much lower, not just pollinating insects, but insects in general.

  When we see animals at the low end of the food chain, like plankton, like insects being catastrophically affected, we see that harm transmitting up the food chain to creatures at the higher end of the food chain, such as ourselves.

  One would hope that the simple fact that any of the fellow creatures on the planet are being catastrophically harmed by our actions.
• 11:47
  One would hope that this would spur us to action, even independently of our own well-being.

  And if the birds and the bees go away, even if we can somehow survive in this sterilized environment, why would we allow that to happen?
• 12:11
  And even worse, why would we be complicit in causing that to happen?
• 12:18
  So at a philosophical level, this demonstrates just how evil some of the modern practices, modern technological practices that scientists, amoral or immoral scientists and our governments are doing, that they have so little regard for this planet that we live on and the inhabitants of this planet, which go beyond the level of just human beings or just themselves, that they would cause this type of harm and not care about it.

  Countless reports from beekeepers in recent years, and my sources have reported to me that this is a growing area of concern for farmers and for beekeepers.

  They describe catastrophic reductions in bee populations.
• 13:14
  We just received a report from a beekeeper that their bee populations were down 50%.

  And also that the lifespan of the bees that are surviving are reduced from, say, an average of eight weeks survival time for an individual bee down to five weeks.

  Furthermore, there are reports.
• 13:41
  I can't independently verify them, but there are reports that aluminum levels are found to be elevated in many bee populations.

  And of course, aluminum is one of the primary pollutants that is being sprayed over our heads on a daily basis through geoengineering activities.

  As we've talked about in the past, aluminum is a neurotoxin to humans.
• 14:05
  It crosses the blood brain barrier.
• 14:08
  It is implicated through an actual human model associated with the early days of hemodialysis with dementing illnesses.

  So the increase in Elzheimer's, the increase in Parkinson's disease, the increase in ALS and other conditions, is very, very likely attributable in part to this aluminum exposure that we are getting in.

  And again, we're not talking about aluminum cans.
• 14:38
  We're talking about aerosolized nanoparticulate aluminum, basically microscopic, very tiny particles that are able to cross the blood brain barrier and get into the central nervous system.

  Well, it appears that this there are reports, credible reports, that the same thing is happening in bee populations.
• 14:59
  And of course, bees are complex animals with very sophisticated systems of directional, their nervous systems are very sophisticated in terms of finding food sources, pollen sources, returning to the hive, and so on.

  And when these capabilities are impaired by a toxin, these animals are going to fail.

  And it appears that these geoengineering activities are a big part of the problem with regard to the destruction of our pollinators such as bees.

  They may not be the only one.
• 15:33
  Of course, pesticides are probably a role, and the associated electromagnetic frequencies, cell towers, other electromagnetic frequency operations that are involved in geoengineering may well be playing a role as well.

  Then when you go up the food chain, animals that eat insects, like birds, like bats, are also suffering significant declines in their populations.

  It's really time for us to wake up to understand that we cannot allow amoral and immoral forces.

  It doesn't matter if they're rich, it doesn't matter if they're powerful.

  We can't allow them to destroy our planet in this manner and just destroy our co-inhabitants of the planet, that is the animals and plants that we live among and live with and eat.

  We cannot allow this to go on any longer.

  So let's go to another topic that I think is a significant one for us.

  Uh related topic to geoengineering.

  And this is one that was a central concern of many, many people just about a year ago, and now it is oddly coming back.

  As you all may remember, around Christmas time, around the holidays last year, so this would be December of 2024 into early January of 2025.

  There were reports around the world in many, many countries of heavy fog that was inundating and hanging around many populated areas around the world.

  And I went back through Twitter and found some of the Twitter posts of that time to kind of review it.
• 25:51
  So there's one tweet that is Twitter post that was ex post that was uh posted on December 30th, 2024 by Wall Street Apes, which is a very large account with 1.2 million followers.

  And it shows film, a film clip, a video clip of fogs and apparent particular matter flying through the air in on the video.
• 26:28
  And the text reads If this heavy fog is happening near you, speak up.
• 26:34
  People are reporting this all over America, the UK, and the scene that they show there is reportedly Toronto.
• 26:43
  Residents say this is Fed up, it smells.
• 26:46
  Many people reporting a chemical smell, electrical smell, and even burning of the eyes and feeling sick.

  And I actually followed this at the time, and posted as a reply to that that this fog vid, as it was being called, uh a play on COVID.

  Fog Vid 24 was reported in Montreal, Quebec, Boston, Massachusetts, Rochester, New York, Charlotte, North Carolina, Amelia Island, Florida, Orlando, Florida, Tampa, Florida, Manchester in the United Kingdom, Amsterdam in Holland, Istanbul in Turkey.

  We had another report from Florida, Lady Lake, Florida, New South Wales, Australia, Minneapolis, St.

  Paul in Minnesota, Missouri, Benson, Arizona, Tulsa, Oklahoma, Coral Springs in South Florida, Innsbruck, Austria.

  A gentleman by the name of Omar Feldman said, I feel like I'm sheltering in place here in Innsbruck, Philly, the Dela Delaware River, Belgium in the Netherlands, Germany, Jacksonville, Florida, Maritimes in Canada, Calgary in Canada, Indiana and Kentucky, Ottawa, Canada, Sussex in the UK, Texas, Manitoba, and they describe Flucent symptoms along with it.

  Omanhaw, Nebraska, Charlottesville, Virginia, Columbus, Ohio, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Taipei, Thailand.

  So this was simply what people were saying at the time.

  So this was a very widespread complaint.

  Not imaginary.

  There's video describing what's going on.

  And now we're describing a recurrence of this problem, particularly in the central areas of California a couple of weeks ago, down in Florida right now as well.

  So what else did we did we find out last year with this?
• 29:09
  And I think that this is a very interesting development.

  Um individual with a private laboratory in Naples, Florida.
• 29:25
  Tested a sample of condensation from heavy Florida fog in his medical laboratory and reported that results showed Seracea Marques, which is a bacteria.

  It is a opportunistic, mostly opportunistically infected bacteria that can cause urinary tract infections, can cause pneumonia, and can cause wound infections.

  And it's hard to eradicate this particular bacteria when it has been introduced into a area.

  Now, why is Soracea Marqueskins?
• 30:21
  Which again can be pathological to humans, no question about it, but is not the most common bacteria for urinary tract infections or pneumonias by far.

  Why is that of significant interest?
• 30:38
  And the reason it's of significant interest is because Soracio Archeskins is well known to be for many decades, going back at least into the 1950s, a popular bacterial agent that the U.S.

  government has used when testing biological weapons systems.

  So let's think about that for just a second.

  We have a fairly specific type of bacteria, species of bacteria, Seracea Marqueskins, which was isolated through this fog vid fog in Naples, Florida.

  Last year, during the fog vid episodes of the holiday season of 2024 into 2025.

  And I'm going to go through because he actually wrote up a very detailed description of what he did.

  And we're going to go through what he found.

  Self-funded private company.
• 32:16
  Firsthand reports of an irregular and dense fog across several U.S.
• 32:20
  states on the social media news platform X created concern and sparked conversation amongst millions of Americans without any concrete evidence or explanation.

  The conversation quickly spiraled, and many individuals feared that there was something irregular about the fog.
• 32:32
  The purpose of his experiment was to collect condensation derived from the fog located in Naples, Florida, tested in the molecular laboratory for a wide variety of infectious diseases known to cause symptoms and illness in humans and animals.

  January 1st, 2025, intense heavy, high fog morning.
• 32:49
  A glass mason jar was run through dishwasher unsanitized.
• 32:52
  Upon completion, the jar was sanitized further with alcohol, set up in the fog to capture condensation.

  January 2.

  Two additional specimens were collected.
• 33:04
  They were handled with care according to a protocol which he describes.
• 33:12
  They received the shipment to their lab on January 4th.
• 33:20
  Five specimens were collected in total.
• 33:24
  And one of the detections they found was Seracia Marqueskins at 2.3 times 10 to the third copies per milliliter.

  He sends the laboratory report.

  And that is the report.
• 33:45
  Now I recognize that that is a independent individual working in a particular manner.

  But for a independent researcher that is a significant amount of data.

  And the finding was Seracea Marqueskins.

  Why is this important?
• 34:12
  Again, because Seracea is well known to have been in the past and may very well still be a favored bacterial agent of the U.S.

  government when it is conducting bioweapons research testing.

  And one of the bases for this, and this was actually something that again came up very, very prominently in the public consciousness last year, was the issue of is this what's happening again in 2025?

  Are these experiments or attacks being done on human populations?

  We don't know that that was the case, but it certainly is suspicious, and it certainly is very concerning.

  In our final segment, I want to take you through a rather shameful episode in American history that follows up on what happened last year around the so-called Fog Vid episodes.

  And it involves the United States government conducting secret bioweapons research upon its own people.

  And this is something that has been proven.

  It's something that's well documented.

  And it's something that hit the news last year, interestingly, in the wake of the 2024 fog episodes.

  It even has its own Wikipedia entry.

  So let's take a look at that.

  So Wikipedia, which we all know is a deep state operative outlet, states that FogVid 24 is a social media conspiracy theory, alleging that unusual winter fog in late 2024 and early 2025 was toxic or engineered, variously described as a chemical or biological weapon, smart dust or cover for hidden activity, and that it caused clusters of flu like symptoms.

  It states the term FogVid 24 was popularized on platforms such as TikTok and X during a period of widespread fog in North America and the United Kingdom.

  Fact checkers and meteorologists attributed this to reports to ordinary foggy conditions, seasonal respiratory illness, and misinterpretation of visual effects under lights, noting there is no evidence that the fog was engineered or that it contained harmful agents.

  So let's break down that paragraph for just a moment.

  First of all, let's think about the source.

  The source is Wikipedia, which is not a trustworthy source anymore than any other mainstream media outlet.

  But look at the terminology that's being used here, ladies and gentlemen.

  A social media conspiracy theory.
• 43:35
  Conspiracy theory.
• 43:36
  And as we many of you know, conspiracy theory was a term that was popularized in the wake of the John F.

  Kennedy assassination by the U.S.
• 43:52
  Deep State to discredit anyone who rejected the Warren report, the official determination that Lee Harvey Oswald had acted alone.

  And now, if you say anything that the mainstream media andor the government doesn't stamp with their approval, you are a conspiracy theorist.

  Remember that many of the people who spoke out against the COVID lockdowns were called conspiracy theorists.

  Of course, they were right about a great many things.
• 44:29
  They were right that six feet of separation, so-called social distancing, was based on absolutely zero evidence, as even Anthony Fauci admitted years later, that masking was useless, which it was, and that the COVID vaccines were both ineffective and unsafe.

  They were labeled as conspiracy theorists.
• 44:57
  They were marginalized and they were punished in many ways.

  So if you believe, if you have any suspicion suspicions about FogVid 24, then you are a conspiracy theorist, according to Wikipedia.

  Furthermore, they variably describe it as well, fact checkers and meteorologists attributed the reports to ordinary foggy conditions.

  Okay, well, that's fine.
• 45:26
  That's not proof, though, is it?
• 45:28
  Fact checkers.
• 45:29
  Who are the fact checkers and meteorologists are often wrong?
• 45:32
  We all know that they get the weather wrong all the time.

  So the fact that they attributed the reports to ordinary conditions basically means their opinion is that it was nothing special.

  So what?
• 45:47
  But that's being presented to you as fact, demonstrated fact.

  And it said, noting that there is no evidence that the fog was engineered or that it contained harmful agents.

  Well, that's patently untrue because we just spent most of the last segment describing how an independent researcher had determined that the fog, at least in Naples, Florida, contains Serratia Markeskins.

  I think the important thing for us to remember is that when we see a report like this in an untrustworthy source such as Wikipedia, it means probably at least two things.

  The first is that there's something there.

  If it was completely unimportant, completely useless, completely bonkers, they might not bother recording it.

  Secondly, if they go to great lengths right from the first one or two sentences to discredit the notion, to me, that gives added credence to the notion that there probably is something there.

  I can't prove it, but it sure makes me not less suspicious.

  It makes me more suspicious.

  The nothing to see here label is a sign that someone does not want you to think critically about a subject.

  And in specifics, they don't want you to think critically about this particular subject.

  Even at the end of this Wikipedia entry, they mention Operation C spray, which we're going to get to in more detail, and the dispersion of Seraceia Markeschins over San Francisco Bay.

  So we do know that they're well aware of what people are worried about, what people are legitimately concerned about.

  And in what I see as an absolutely classic disinformation campaign, Wikipedia is trying to use the usual discrediting the usual conspiracy theory statements to tamp down any interest in this problem.

  Of course, we're seeing it again this winter.

  Let's take a look from a documented source about Operation Seaspray for a few minutes.

  We'll close out with that.

  Book I'm looking at right now is called Clouds of Secrecy, The Army's Germ Warfare Tests Over Populated Areas by Leonard Cole, and it had a forward, a very positive forward by U.S.

  uh former former U.S.
• 48:37
  Senator Alan Cranston.
• 48:41
  And if you look in chapter 7, Edward Nevin in the spring of San Francisco, they describe Operation Seaspray.
• 48:50
  And essentially, a man named Edward Nevin died in 1950, November 1950 of complications of a prostate surgery that was only later identified to be caused by Serachio Markiskins.

  His descendants who put the pieces together almost by accident refused to just let the matter lie, despite efforts by the U.S.
• 49:31
  government to seal what they had done.
• 49:35
  And one of the reports that ended up being released in discovery for the case regarding the death of Mr.
• 49:44
  Nevin was called special report number 142, the San Francisco Test.
• 49:52
  It's titled Biological Warfare Trials at San Francisco, California, 20 to 27 September 1950.

  It had been prepared in January 1951 and was kept secret until Nevin obtained a copy from the Army 29 years later.
• 50:10
  And in the book, Leonard Cole writes, the report is introduced with an abstract that indicates a series of six experimental biological warfare attacks upon the San Francisco Bay Area were carried out with non-pathogenic organisms during the period 20 through 27 September 1950.

  These attacks consisted of generating bacterial aerosols from a ship located at various distances offshore.
• 50:38
  The assessment of the degree of success of these attacks was made by means of aerosol samples collected at 43 locations throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

  The test was successful according to the report, insofar as Bacillus globigia spores were detected in large numbers at the collection stations on the mainland.

  The fate of Seracio Marqueskins was less clear because difficulty was encountered in making positive identifications of the test organism after spraying.

  And the body of the report began with a statement of the test's three objectives.
• 51:28
  One was to study the offshore offensive possibilities of attacking a seaport city with a bioweapons aerosol from offshore to measure the magnitude of the defensive problem and to gain additional data on the behavior of a bioweapons aerosol as it is born downwind.

  So in this report, which was kept secret until it was finally forced to be brought out into the open, we have proof positive that the United States military conducted bioweapons testing against its own citizens.

  And this actually happened dozens and dozens of times.

  Finally in 1969, at least legally, President Nixon put an end to this.

  And one of the results of this was that even though they had difficulty identifying the Soracea Marqueskins at the time, Stanford University, which of course is in the San Francisco Bay Area, saw a significant increase in infections due to Suracea Marquesans around the same time.

  And by chance, some people wrote a paper about it.

  And Cole goes on to write that in October 1951, an article entitled Infection Due to Chromobacteria was published by Richard Wheat and Zuckerman and Lowell Rance in the American Medical Association's Archives of Internal Medicine.

  The authors were from Stanford University School of Medicine.

  They described an extraordinary epidemic of infections as Stanford's hospital in San Francisco caused by Suracia Marqueskins.

  11 patients were infected with their bacteria during a six-month period beginning September 29th, 1950.

  So beginning two days after the final of those six reported spraying episodes.

  The article was prompted by the fact that Soracea infections had never before been reported at the hospital, and that despite intensive efforts by hospital investigators, the source of the infections could not be found.

  Well, of course, they couldn't be found because it was a top secret military operation by the U.S.

  government against its own people.

  And going back, we know now that Surachia, of course, is not a non-pathogenic bacteria.

  The article goes on, or the chapter of Cole's book goes on to tell us just absolutely terrifying facts about the sheer bacterial counts that San Franciscans were inhaling as a result of this.

  Just absolutely unbelievably, frankly, I don't have a better word for it, evil actions by our government.

  And elsewhere in the book, he goes through numerous episodes, similar episodes happening at other times and other places.

  So if anyone thinks that our government isn't capable of doing this type of thing, of course they are.

  They've done it many, many times before.

  And the only reason episodes like Operation Cease Brake came to the fore was because individual citizens, such as the Nevin family, went to extraordinary lengths to find out what had happened.

  So where does this leave us now with the FogVid 14 problem?

  Excuse me, FogVid 24 problem.

  We don't know exactly what happened, but we do know three things.

  One, we know that worldwide individual citizens in various countries who have no reason to come to the same conclusion other than that something is going on and they have ability to critically think, came to the conclusion that some sort of toxic fog was being applied to them.

  Secondly, we know that the establishment media, including sources like Wikipedia, have demonstrated, and it's demonstrated right on their website that they are taking all of the standard disinformation propaganda tactics to discredit the notion that there was anything special about this occurrence.

  Thirdly, we have extensive evidence in our own national history, acknowledged now, begrudgingly acknowledged, but acknowledged, that our government has done this to us many, many times before.

  So as we pause for this week, I simply want to point out to listeners that number one, our history had our nation and other nations have a history of abusing technology without the consent or the knowledge of their own citizens against their own citizens on numerous occasions, both in terms of bioweapons and in terms of weather weapons.

  Number two, that suspicious occurrences, FogVid 24 only being one of them, are being reported with frequency.

  And number three, the standard tactics, disinformation tactics to quell individual critical thinking are being applied to them.
