- 0:00Speaker 1: Denise George is expanding her investigation once again in the
- 0:04Speaker 1: Virgin Islands. The Mirror is reporting tonight that Denise George
- 0:09Speaker 1: has subpoenaed the flight logs of Jeffrey Epstein's pilots from
- 0:15Speaker 1: all of the planes and the helicopters. Now, remember, we
- 0:21Speaker 1: only have a portion of the flight logs, right? We
- 0:24Speaker 1: don't have anything else. from Larry Vesosky. All we have
- 0:28Speaker 1: so far are the flight logs from David Rogers. So
- 0:34Speaker 1: this subpoena is going all the way back to the
- 0:38Speaker 1: 90s to get flight logs from the 90s all the
- 0:41Speaker 1: way up until Jeffrey Epstein's alleged suicide. Now, I am
- 0:48Speaker 1: not a fan of Denise George. Everybody who listens to
- 0:50Speaker 1: this podcast knows that. I think that it's real shifty
- 0:55Speaker 1: the way that she's positioning the Virgin Islands as a
- 1:00Speaker 1: victim in this case, as an entity that deserves reparations
- 1:05Speaker 1: for what Jeffrey Epstein did while in their territory. My
- 1:10Speaker 1: counter to that is, well, your colleagues, former or current,
- 1:16Speaker 1: were the ones who gave him them sweetheart deals. They
- 1:19Speaker 1: were the ones that hooked him up with those tax
- 1:22Speaker 1: havens and breaks. So why do you think that you
- 1:26Speaker 1: should eat at the trough twice? Your people already wet
- 1:31Speaker 1: their beak, right? Your colleagues already wet their beak one
- 1:33Speaker 1: time around. So now you're coming around for seconds. What
- 1:36Speaker 1: are you going to wear a mask and a bit
- 1:39Speaker 1: of a costume so you can get some seconds here?
- 1:42Speaker 1: It's just it's unseemly. Now, the Virgin Islands should not
- 1:47Speaker 1: get one single dollar out of any of this. But
- 1:52Speaker 1: if Denise George wants to continue with her investigation and
- 1:57Speaker 1: she wants to continue to let it mature and bloom
- 2:01Speaker 1: and keep subpoena, keep using the power of subpoena to
- 2:05Speaker 1: get these people to speak, then I'm all for that.
- 2:08Speaker 1: Because let me tell you what, there has to be
- 2:13Speaker 1: some real uncomfortable people who were on those flights, who
- 2:18Speaker 1: have denied being on those flights, that quite possibly are
- 2:21Speaker 1: on the logs that were kept by Vysotsky. Now, I
- 2:26Speaker 1: don't know for sure if that's the case, right? But
- 2:28Speaker 1: you would think that if we have seen what we
- 2:31Speaker 1: have seen with the limited amount of flight logs that
- 2:34Speaker 1: we have available to us, that what is contained in
- 2:39Speaker 1: the flight logs we have not seen yet could really
- 2:43Speaker 1: corroborate a lot of things moving forward about people who
- 2:46Speaker 1: were on those planes and who they were with when
- 2:50Speaker 1: they were on those flights. And that has to have
- 2:54Speaker 1: a lot of these people terrified, especially the ones that
- 2:58Speaker 1: have been playing the marathon game, right? The ones that
- 3:01Speaker 1: are playing the distance game, the kings of social distancing.
- 3:04Speaker 1: The people caught up in Jeffrey Epstein's fallout, these people
- 3:08Speaker 1: have social distancing down to a T, folks. But they're
- 3:14Speaker 1: distancing themselves from the truth. And it's going to boomerang
- 3:19Speaker 1: around and slap them right in the back of the head.
- 3:23Speaker 1: Because these documents are going to come out. Now remember also,
- 3:28Speaker 1: the 22nd, which is Tuesday, we have the appeals court.
- 3:32Speaker 1: So we have that coming as well. So there's a
- 3:35Speaker 1: lot coming down the pipe this week and in the
- 3:39Speaker 1: future as And anybody who was on this flight log,
- 3:42Speaker 1: especially the people who have lied and said they were
- 3:45Speaker 1: never on the flights or they couldn't have been there
- 3:47Speaker 1: at that time, those people definitely are not going to
- 3:51Speaker 1: sleep well knowing that this information has been subpoenaed and
- 3:57Speaker 1: that it is going to be in the hands of
- 4:00Speaker 1: the authorities. So let's see what the MIRA has to
- 4:03Speaker 1: say about these flight logs and them getting subpoenaed by
- 4:08Speaker 1: Denise George in the Virgin Islands. This article is from
- 4:13Speaker 1: the Mira. The author is Christopher Buckton. Headline, all passengers
- 4:19Speaker 1: on Epstein's flight logs to be named, sparking panic among
- 4:24Speaker 1: rich pals. Yikes. Now that's a pretty ominous headline, right?
- 4:28Speaker 1: And if that really happens and they go through with this,
- 4:32Speaker 1: and these logs are subpoenaed and we find out some
- 4:38Speaker 1: new tidbits perhaps that we didn't know that corroborate things
- 4:42Speaker 1: that we might think but can't prove fully, I'll tell
- 4:45Speaker 1: you what, it's going to take the investigation in a
- 4:48Speaker 1: whole new direction and open up a whole bunch of doors.
- 4:52Speaker 1: Because I know there are people out there that are
- 4:54Speaker 1: chomping at the bit to put these pieces together. People
- 4:58Speaker 1: that are way better at putting pieces together than I
- 5:01Speaker 1: am even. There are a lot of people that can't
- 5:04Speaker 1: wait to play that game, right? A ton of great
- 5:07Speaker 1: investigative journalists working on this case. And once all of
- 5:11Speaker 1: this stuff gets out and everybody gets to dig in,
- 5:14Speaker 1: I am sure that there are going to be some
- 5:18Speaker 1: connections made with people on those flight logs and people
- 5:23Speaker 1: who were at Epstein's Island or were accompanied by girls
- 5:27Speaker 1: who were trafficked by Epstein and Maxwell. Logs for every
- 5:34Speaker 1: flight made by Jeffrey Epstein's aircraft over 21 years have
- 5:38Speaker 1: been subpoenaed, sparking panic among his rich and famous pals.
- 5:43Speaker 1: Hell yeah, these people are freaking out. No doubt in
- 5:47Speaker 1: my mind that these people are freaking out. They understand
- 5:53Speaker 1: that the rug is being pulled out from underneath them.
- 5:56Speaker 1: They understand that they can no longer rely on their
- 5:59Speaker 1: lapdogs in the legacy media to gaslight the people. And
- 6:03Speaker 1: not because the legacy media has turned a new leaf.
- 6:07Speaker 1: Not that the legacy media cares now. It's that you
- 6:10Speaker 1: folks have woke up. All of us have taken a
- 6:12Speaker 1: look at what's going on, and we realize we're being
- 6:15Speaker 1: bullshitted every single time we turn on the TV. Every
- 6:19Speaker 1: single time we tune into one of these networks, we
- 6:23Speaker 1: know something. that they're lying to us, either directly or
- 6:27Speaker 1: they're lying by omission of truth. These people are professionals
- 6:34Speaker 1: at it, and they did it for Jeffrey Epstein for decades.
- 6:38Speaker 1: They lied about the girls. I mean, the New York
- 6:42Speaker 1: Post even got sued back in the day over it.
- 6:45Speaker 1: So these people have been laying down cover fire for
- 6:49Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein for decades. But now, They can't do that anymore, right?
- 6:55Speaker 1: Because the people see through their BS and the people
- 6:59Speaker 1: understand that there are independent content creators and journalists and
- 7:03Speaker 1: other forms of media now where the truth actually still matters.
- 7:11Speaker 1: The Attorney General for the U.S. Virgin Islands where Epstein
- 7:14Speaker 1: had a home has demanded logs for his four helicopters
- 7:17Speaker 1: and three planes from 1998 to his suicide last year. So...
- 7:23Speaker 1: That's going to be a lot of information, right? I
- 7:26Speaker 1: wonder how many flights were taken in that period of
- 7:30Speaker 1: time with these planes. I'm sure there's a way to
- 7:33Speaker 1: track that down and find out how many times they
- 7:37Speaker 1: took off and how many times they landed, etc., etc.
- 7:40Speaker 1: But I'm guessing that's going to be a lot of
- 7:44Speaker 1: paperwork and a lot of logs to go through for
- 7:48Speaker 1: these investigators. I'm curious to see what happens after they
- 7:53Speaker 1: have them, right? Are we going to see more subpoenas? Maybe.
- 7:57Speaker 1: It all depends on how serious Denise George is with
- 8:00Speaker 1: this investigation, right? Is she posturing here simply because she
- 8:05Speaker 1: wants to get her fingers dipped into that pie and
- 8:08Speaker 1: spread a little bit of that money around? We know
- 8:10Speaker 1: that a lot of states and territories and local municipalities
- 8:15Speaker 1: are up against it financially. Denise George certainly sees this
- 8:19Speaker 1: as a windfall, so that could definitely be motivating her
- 8:26Speaker 1: for trying to get money out of this. But if
- 8:30Speaker 1: we see more subpoenas after this one of people, specific people,
- 8:37Speaker 1: you would have to wonder if it's from these logs
- 8:40Speaker 1: or if these logs led to those other subpoenas being issued.
- 8:45Speaker 1: So it's a whole game of being a detective at
- 8:48Speaker 1: this point, following what's happening, right? Just trying to put
- 8:50Speaker 1: the pieces together and read between the lines. Denise George
- 8:56Speaker 1: has filed a lawsuit against Epstein's estate. alleging 22 counts
- 9:00Speaker 1: including aggravated rape, child abuse, and neglect, human trafficking, forced labor,
- 9:07Speaker 1: and prostitution. Now, remember, this is a RICO case that
- 9:10Speaker 1: they have going here, but the civil version of one. Now, again,
- 9:16Speaker 1: these civil cases can very easily become criminal cases if
- 9:19Speaker 1: the evidence presents itself in that direction. And if Denise
- 9:24Speaker 1: George and her team, which I'm not too familiar with,
- 9:27Speaker 1: I don't even know any of the other lawyers in
- 9:30Speaker 1: the office, to be honest with you. But if they're
- 9:32Speaker 1: really serious about pursuing justice here, if they're really serious
- 9:36Speaker 1: about digging in to what Epstein and in turn Maxwell
- 9:40Speaker 1: was about, then this is a surefire way to get there,
- 9:44Speaker 1: at the very least, to get on the trail. When
- 9:47Speaker 1: you start firing off all of these subpoenas and you
- 9:50Speaker 1: make all of these people speak under oath, it starts
- 9:53Speaker 1: making these rich scumbags real squirrely. as well as... the
- 10:00Speaker 1: passenger lists, Miss George is seeking any complaints or reports
- 10:03Speaker 1: of potentially suspicious conduct and any personal notes the pilots made.
- 10:09Speaker 1: So I don't know how successful she'll be with like
- 10:12Speaker 1: personal notes or anything. I'm sure that a lot of
- 10:15Speaker 1: these pilots will be... Like Vysotsky, we know how close
- 10:20Speaker 1: he is with Epstein. We know that he owns 40
- 10:22Speaker 1: acres on Zorro Ranch. And we also know that his
- 10:25Speaker 1: daughter got married at Zorro Ranch on those 40 acres.
- 10:30Speaker 1: So if Vysotsky has any personal notes, has he kept them?
- 10:34Speaker 1: Did he destroy them? I don't know one way or
- 10:37Speaker 1: the other, but you would think somebody that close to Epstein,
- 10:40Speaker 1: somebody that close to the action... And somebody who might
- 10:43Speaker 1: have some liability would go about cleaning up whatever sort
- 10:48Speaker 1: of loose ends they possibly could. But if he has notes,
- 10:53Speaker 1: and perhaps those notes were turned into wherever they turned
- 10:57Speaker 1: them in, I don't know, the FAA or something, maybe
- 10:59Speaker 1: she's trying to get those from there. Who knows? We'll
- 11:03Speaker 1: see how it turns out. The subpoena demands the names
- 11:07Speaker 1: and contact details of anyone who worked for the pilots
- 11:10Speaker 1: or who interacted with or observed Jeffrey Epstein or any
- 11:14Speaker 1: passengers associated with him. So I wonder if that's going
- 11:19Speaker 1: to go for the people who work at the airport
- 11:22Speaker 1: as well, because we know the ground crews. We know
- 11:24Speaker 1: people at the airports have all come out and said,
- 11:26Speaker 1: hell yeah, we saw these guys. We saw Jeffrey Epstein.
- 11:30Speaker 1: We saw Prince Andrew. We saw these famous people getting
- 11:33Speaker 1: off of the planes. So I wonder if she's going
- 11:36Speaker 1: to talk to them as well under oath. Pilot David
- 11:41Speaker 1: Rogers provided logs in 2009 showing Prince Andrew, Bill Clinton,
- 11:46Speaker 1: Kevin Spacey, and Naomi Campbell were among those who flew
- 11:49Speaker 1: on Epstein's Lolita Express jet. And again, it's going to
- 11:54Speaker 1: be interesting to get some more context, right? Some more
- 11:56Speaker 1: meat on the bone, try and see who was on
- 11:58Speaker 1: these planes and when. And... Let's try and corroborate some stories, right?
- 12:03Speaker 1: Let's put two and two together and let's see if
- 12:06Speaker 1: we come up with four. It's not suggested that they
- 12:12Speaker 1: were aware of Epstein's wrongdoing. Yeah, okay, whatever. I mean,
- 12:18Speaker 1: with Bill Clinton, Kevin Spacey, and Naomi Campbell, I'm willing
- 12:21Speaker 1: to say that, right? We don't have any evidence pointing
- 12:24Speaker 1: us otherwise in this specific case. But Prince Andrew, let's
- 12:28Speaker 1: not act like there's nothing suggesting that he didn't know
- 12:33Speaker 1: anything about wrongdoing. Old boy was engaging in wrongdoing, according
- 12:37Speaker 1: to Virginia. Old boy was busy abusing a trafficked girl
- 12:41Speaker 1: who was underage, according to Virginia. So I don't know
- 12:44Speaker 1: what that even means about they weren't aware of Epstein's wrongdoing.
- 12:49Speaker 1: Lawyers for the survivors say the 2009 logs did not
- 12:53Speaker 1: include flights made by chief pilot Larry Vesosky, who flew
- 12:57Speaker 1: for Epstein for more than 25 years. And this is
- 13:00Speaker 1: where the rubber is going to meet the road, folks.
- 13:04Speaker 1: Larry Vesosky is a key here. He's a very crucial
- 13:08Speaker 1: part of what's going on. I did a deep dive
- 13:11Speaker 1: into Larry Vesosky a while back. You can find that
- 13:13Speaker 1: in the catalog. And we went into his relationship with
- 13:17Speaker 1: Epstein and the mansion and the daughter and all of
- 13:21Speaker 1: that jazz. And still, Larry Vysotsky's name is coming up
- 13:26Speaker 1: as a crucial part of this case. This is a
- 13:29Speaker 1: guy who needs to be brought in and they need
- 13:32Speaker 1: to speak with him under oath. And he most certainly
- 13:35Speaker 1: needs to provide these logs. Zero doubt that he needs
- 13:39Speaker 1: to provide those logs and I'm sure can corroborate Even
- 13:43Speaker 1: more of the story... A legal source said... The records
- 13:49Speaker 1: that have been subpoenaed... Will make the ones Rogers provided...
- 13:52Speaker 1: Look like a post-it note... There is panic among many
- 13:55Speaker 1: of the rich... And the famous... And also... We have
- 13:59Speaker 1: seen the survivors talk about... How only a small portion
- 14:03Speaker 1: of these logs... Have been provided... Virginia has said that...
- 14:07Speaker 1: We've heard it from others... And we see it here.
- 14:10Speaker 1: We know that Rogers only provided a small portion of
- 14:13Speaker 1: these logs. And we know that Vesoski is playing a
- 14:17Speaker 1: huge role as far as ferreting these people around from
- 14:21Speaker 1: island to island, as far as being Epstein's chief pilot.
- 14:25Speaker 1: It's no different than someone like Adam Perry Lang, who
- 14:29Speaker 1: is the personal chef, or Indyke, who is the personal lawyer.
- 14:34Speaker 1: These people have intimate knowledge of Jeffrey Epstein. These people
- 14:38Speaker 1: know Jeffrey Epstein very well. Do you really think Jeffrey Epstein, Mr.
- 14:44Speaker 1: Privacy himself, would cut Larry Vesoski off a 40-acre parcel
- 14:50Speaker 1: at his hideaway in the middle of the desert if
- 14:53Speaker 1: Larry Vesoski was not a trusted confidant? I'll let you
- 14:57Speaker 1: stew on that for a few. Prince Andrew's friend, Ghislaine Maxwell, 58,
- 15:03Speaker 1: who was in jail awaiting trial on grooming and sex
- 15:06Speaker 1: abuse charges... often piloted helicopters to Epstein's private island. She
- 15:11Speaker 1: sure did. Did she have any logs? And not only
- 15:14Speaker 1: did she pilot the helicopters to the island, it was
- 15:18Speaker 1: also from the airport in Santa Fe and Albuquerque down
- 15:23Speaker 1: to the Zorro Ranch as well, according to sources. Also, remember, Dershowitz,
- 15:31Speaker 1: the Mr. I-kept-my-underpants-on man of... Such high ranking at Harvard University.
- 15:41Speaker 1: Scoffed at the idea that Ghislaine Maxwell was flying the
- 15:45Speaker 1: helicopters and bringing people back and forth. Just another little
- 15:50Speaker 1: bit of the story that Mr. Dershowitz, the Martha Vineyard
- 15:56Speaker 1: naked volleyball extraordinaire, can't keep straight. And we're going to
- 16:03Speaker 1: see more and more of that, folks, as this stuff
- 16:05Speaker 1: keeps coming out, as more information starts to leak, as
- 16:09Speaker 1: more information is brought forward by people who are in
- 16:14Speaker 1: the know and who have avoided coming forward for all
- 16:17Speaker 1: of these years because it was the comfortable thing to do. Well,
- 16:20Speaker 1: you're going to see it's not going to be so
- 16:23Speaker 1: comfortable anymore. Just take a look at Adam Perry Lang.
- 16:28Speaker 1: The writing is on the wall for the rest of
- 16:30Speaker 1: these people that enabled Jeffrey Epstein or who witnessed what
- 16:34Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell were up to. And the
- 16:38Speaker 1: writing says that you will either speak to the authorities
- 16:43Speaker 1: of your own free will or you will be subpoenaed
- 16:47Speaker 1: and compelled to do so. If you'd like to contact me,
- 16:51Speaker 1: you can do that at bobbycapucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I

- 17:08Speaker 1: this episode can be found in the description box. Alright,
- 17:12Speaker 1: the article was written on... January 23rd, 2015. And it
- 17:19Speaker 1: says by DailyMail.com reporter. It doesn't give a name. I
- 17:22Speaker 1: would like to give the credit to the reporter who
- 17:24Speaker 1: wrote the article, but they don't give me his or
- 17:27Speaker 1: her name to do so. So we'll just call it
- 17:30Speaker 1: the DailyMail.com reporter. The article just released flight records show
- 17:36Speaker 1: Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz has been flying with convicted
- 17:39Speaker 1: pedophile Jeffrey Epstein on the financier pedophile private jet dubbed
- 17:44Speaker 1: the Lolita Express since as early as 1997, despite public
- 17:49Speaker 1: statements that they were only acquaintances. Again, folks, it follows
- 17:53Speaker 1: the same pattern of Prince Andrew and the rest of them. Oh,
- 17:56Speaker 1: I hardly knew the guy. Come on, we hung out
- 17:58Speaker 1: at a couple of parties and we had some caviar.
- 18:01Speaker 1: I didn't know him, though. I had no idea he
- 18:03Speaker 1: was involved in this stuff. Meanwhile, these dudes are flying
- 18:06Speaker 1: on the plane with them. You don't think people talk?
- 18:08Speaker 1: Come on. Furthermore, furthermore, I don't know about you, but
- 18:12Speaker 1: I haven't showed up to any of my friends' houses
- 18:13Speaker 1: lately to watch the game or whatever to find them
- 18:16Speaker 1: hanging out in a towel with a harem of young
- 18:18Speaker 1: girls around them talking about, hey, let's get massaged. No,
- 18:21Speaker 1: if I'm going to get a massage, I go to
- 18:23Speaker 1: an actual facility to do so. The money that these
- 18:26Speaker 1: people have, they might not have to go to a facility,
- 18:28Speaker 1: but they could bring in the best masseuses in the world. Massage, uh,
- 18:32Speaker 1: masseuses that work on athletes and the start, blah, blah, blah.
- 18:35Speaker 1: But no, they have a harem of little girls, and
- 18:37Speaker 1: Dershowitz doesn't question it? Okay, yeah, sure, I believe that.
- 18:42Speaker 1: The flight records obtained by Gawker also show former President
- 18:46Speaker 1: Bill Clinton rode on Epstein's jet at least 11 times,
- 18:49Speaker 1: 26 now, when you go back and, you know, look
- 18:52Speaker 1: into the future. Remember, this article's from 2015. And often
- 18:56Speaker 1: with two of Epstein's female associates believed to have provided
- 18:59Speaker 1: dozens of underage girls to their boss and his well-connected friends. Again, folks,
- 19:04Speaker 1: I'm not... I'm not here to hatchet job Bill Clinton.
- 19:08Speaker 1: I'm not a big fan of Bill Clinton. But at
- 19:10Speaker 1: the same time, nobody has made any allegations so far
- 19:13Speaker 1: that he was abusing girls in Epstein's trafficking ring. Now,
- 19:18Speaker 1: we can all, you know, look at the evidence and
- 19:20Speaker 1: the optics do not look good for Epstein. Bill Clinton,
- 19:24Speaker 1: there is no doubt about it. The optics do not
- 19:26Speaker 1: look good for Bill Clinton. But until somebody mentions him
- 19:28Speaker 1: in one of these court filings or in one of
- 19:31Speaker 1: these batches of released documents, then we just have to
- 19:35Speaker 1: go with the line of thinking that he enabled Jeffrey Epstein, okay?
- 19:40Speaker 1: We definitely know that. But besides that, we don't know
- 19:42Speaker 1: anything else, right? We don't know if Clinton was what
- 19:45Speaker 1: he was engaged in. And that's all part of this
- 19:47Speaker 1: knot that needs to be unraveled. According to court documents,
- 19:52Speaker 1: Epstein's former assistant, Sarah Kellen, and socialite pedophile Ghislaine Maxwell
- 19:57Speaker 1: allegedly found and groomed the underage girls to pimp out
- 20:00Speaker 1: to Epstein and his friends. Kellen received immunity for her
- 20:04Speaker 1: part in the ring during Epstein's court case in the mid-2000s,
- 20:08Speaker 1: while Maxwell was never charged and has furiously denied involvement.
- 20:12Speaker 1: Kellen makes me ill, okay? This chick went on to
- 20:15Speaker 1: marry a NASCAR driver and live her very best life. Meanwhile,
- 20:20Speaker 1: all of these victims that she left in her wake
- 20:22Speaker 1: are still dealing with the mental trauma from what they
- 20:25Speaker 1: went through. If that doesn't get your blood pressure up,
- 20:28Speaker 1: if that doesn't get your blood boiling, folks, I do
- 20:31Speaker 1: not know what will. In court filings, Roberts maintains that
- 20:36Speaker 1: she never had sexual relations with Clinton or knew of
- 20:40Speaker 1: him taking an interest in any of Epstein's other massage girls,
- 20:44Speaker 1: though he was sometimes present on the banker's private Caribbean
- 20:47Speaker 1: island during her years of work. And again... Folks, that
- 20:51Speaker 1: means that Clinton was definitely enabling what was going on.
- 20:55Speaker 1: There's no doubt about it, right? But I'm not willing
- 20:57Speaker 1: to put him in the same category as I am
- 20:59Speaker 1: of Alan Dershowitz. We don't have that allegation by anybody
- 21:03Speaker 1: yet to do that. So he's on the ring of enablers.
- 21:08Speaker 1: He's right there on the ring of enablers with his
- 21:09Speaker 1: good buddy Donald Trump. On Thursday, Dershowitz appeared on the
- 21:17Speaker 1: Today Show to emphatically deny claims he had sex with
- 21:20Speaker 1: then underage Roberts, saying she was making the whole thing up.
- 21:24Speaker 1: I'm sure she was, Crypt Keeper. I'm sure she was.
- 21:28Speaker 1: I was never in the presence of a single underage woman,
- 21:30Speaker 1: he said. Oh yeah, he wasn't, huh? Did he check
- 21:32Speaker 1: everyone's ID? How does he know that? He's a 4,000-year-old,
- 21:36Speaker 1: basically walking, mummified human being, and he knows a girl's age?
- 21:41Speaker 1: Stop it. Nobody believes you. Nobody believes you. I never
- 21:44Speaker 1: saw Epstein doing anything improper. I was not a witness,
- 21:48Speaker 1: I was not a participant, and I will prove it. Well,
- 21:51Speaker 1: five years later, he still hasn't proved diddly squat, yet
- 21:55Speaker 1: he's rewarded by a place of prominence on Donald Trump's team?
- 22:01Speaker 1: It's an affront, folks. It is an affront. On Wednesday,
- 22:06Speaker 1: Roberts lodged fresh documents in Florida detailing the alleged abuse
- 22:10Speaker 1: she suffered at the Duke of York's hands, including how
- 22:13Speaker 1: she had an orgy with him and eight other young girls. Again,
- 22:17Speaker 1: who were these other young girls? I would really like
- 22:18Speaker 1: to hear from them. I would like to see where
- 22:20Speaker 1: their lives are at, what the trajectory of their lives
- 22:23Speaker 1: has been since the abuse at these monsters' hands. And
- 22:26Speaker 1: then I would like them to get a nice big
- 22:29Speaker 1: fat payout when all of these animals are in prison, okay?
- 22:33Speaker 1: But on Thursday, Dershowitz said that while Roberts claimed she
- 22:36Speaker 1: had sex with him at Epstein's Caribbean Island and his
- 22:38Speaker 1: New Mexico ranch. He had only been there briefly with
- 22:42Speaker 1: his wife and daughter. So again, when I'm in New Mexico,
- 22:46Speaker 1: one of the things I'm going to be talking about
- 22:48Speaker 1: and asking about is if anyone is, you know, if
- 22:51Speaker 1: any of the people that I'm going to be discussing
- 22:53Speaker 1: the case with are familiar with Alan Dershowitz and if
- 22:56Speaker 1: he had come to the ranch and if he had,
- 22:59Speaker 1: how many times? See, these are the questions that nobody's
- 23:01Speaker 1: asking and they're all pertinent, right? The accusations have been
- 23:04Speaker 1: put on him. All right. Virginia Roberts has made these
- 23:09Speaker 1: credible accusations and it is time for Alan Dershowitz to
- 23:13Speaker 1: get the same kind of look that the rest of
- 23:15Speaker 1: these people got. Again, we're not talking about just an
- 23:18Speaker 1: enabler here. He's that. But we're talking about somebody who
- 23:21Speaker 1: has been credibly accused by Virginia Roberts. OK, why this
- 23:25Speaker 1: man is being shown any favor and why he's being
- 23:28Speaker 1: handled with kid gloves is absolutely positively beyond me. He
- 23:34Speaker 1: claims that the third accusation, that he had sex with
- 23:36Speaker 1: Roberts on a private plane, is false and that flight
- 23:39Speaker 1: manifest will prove he was never aboard the plane with her.
- 23:43Speaker 1: I've never seen her and I've never met her, he insisted.
- 23:46Speaker 1: She is categorically lying and making the whole thing up.
- 23:49Speaker 1: This is Pinocchio's nose growing longer and longer. Oh, that's very,
- 23:53Speaker 1: that's very quippy, Mr. Dershowitz. Where'd you learn that? At Harvard?
- 23:56Speaker 1: Did you learn that, you know, in your fraternity house? Oh, hey,
- 24:00Speaker 1: the Pinocchio nose growing longer and longer. Shut up. Shut up.
- 24:04Speaker 1: Nobody believes you, Alan Dershowitz. Nobody. He insisted that his
- 24:07Speaker 1: relationship with Epstein had been entirely academic, and that he
- 24:11Speaker 1: had only ever met with him in the presence of
- 24:13Speaker 1: dignitaries and professors. He told the American lawyer that reports
- 24:17Speaker 1: that the two were chummy were a total bum rap.
- 24:20Speaker 1: So he only met with him when he was hanging
- 24:22Speaker 1: out with dignitaries and professors? You mean the other people
- 24:25Speaker 1: that are accused of abusing these girls? Makes sense. You know,
- 24:28Speaker 1: birds of a feather and all. Fellow travelers, huh, Mr. Dershowitz?
- 24:32Speaker 1: While Epstein did donate to Dershowitz University in 2003, flight
- 24:36Speaker 1: records show that they are familiar and it goes all
- 24:41Speaker 1: the way back to December 1997 when the lawyer first
- 24:45Speaker 1: rode on his jet from Palm Beach, Florida to New
- 24:47Speaker 1: Jersey's Teterboro Airport with Epstein's gal pal Maxwell and a
- 24:52Speaker 1: slew of women identified without their last names on the
- 24:55Speaker 1: flight log. Well, I wonder why that is. Why wouldn't
- 24:58Speaker 1: they have their full names on the flight log? Who
- 25:01Speaker 1: ordered that? And what was the reasoning? What were they
- 25:03Speaker 1: trying to protect? Who were they trying to protect? And
- 25:06Speaker 1: the poor girls? Well, has anyone tried to find out
- 25:10Speaker 1: who they are to see what the deal is? I mean,
- 25:12Speaker 1: has the prosecution ever reached out to them for witness statements?
- 25:17Speaker 1: I mean, we need more information, not just scratching the
- 25:21Speaker 1: surface articles. We need detailed information. Their names were simply
- 25:28Speaker 1: jotted down as Hazel, Claire, and one other anonymous female.
- 25:34Speaker 1: When confronted with the flight information by Gawker, Dershowitz admitted
- 25:37Speaker 1: that he had known Epstein since 1997 and wrote on
- 25:40Speaker 1: the banker's jet to attend Limited Brand's CEO Les Wexner's
- 25:44Speaker 1: 60th birthday. Oh, does that shock you? One member of
- 25:47Speaker 1: the mega group going to see another member of the
- 25:49Speaker 1: mega group? Boy, they are thick as thieves, these people, huh?
- 25:53Speaker 1: And they all have the same sick excuses when they're
- 25:57Speaker 1: asked about Epstein. It's like they've all circled the wagons
- 26:00Speaker 1: and they got together and they came up with a
- 26:02Speaker 1: defense that's pretty much mirrors the next guy's, because that's
- 26:05Speaker 1: what it is, the same defense for each one of
- 26:07Speaker 1: these enablers. It's sick, it's annoying, and I'm tired of it.
- 26:12Speaker 1: And the ride up to Wexner's birthday wasn't just a
- 26:15Speaker 1: one-off thing. Vlog show Dershowitz continued to fly on Epstein's plane,
- 26:19Speaker 1: including an October 1998 flight from Massachusetts to New Jersey,
- 26:23Speaker 1: and a 1999 trip from New Jersey to Martha's Vineyard.
- 26:27Speaker 1: A 2005 jaunt from Massachusetts to Montreal shows Dershowitz traveled
- 26:31Speaker 1: with Epstein, a woman named Tatiana, and others. Does that
- 26:35Speaker 1: sound like somebody that just has a very basic relationship
- 26:38Speaker 1: or somebody that only hangs out with Epstein amongst dignitaries
- 26:42Speaker 1: and scientists? No. Sounds like somebody that's, you know, palling
- 26:46Speaker 1: around with Jeffrey Epstein, someone who was a very good
- 26:48Speaker 1: friend of Jeffrey Epstein, and somebody who was obviously hiding
- 26:52Speaker 1: a whole lot and hiding... behind his reputation as the
- 26:55Speaker 1: famed Alan Dershowitz. Well, that dog don't hunt here on
- 26:58Speaker 1: the Jeffrey Epstein Show. I'm not buying it. Despite telling
- 27:03Speaker 1: Gawker that he has a very clear, unequivocal recollection of
- 27:07Speaker 1: never being on a plane with young women, he has
- 27:10Speaker 1: a hard time explaining who the single-name females are who
- 27:13Speaker 1: scatter the flight logs. He said he doesn't know who
- 27:16Speaker 1: Hazel or Claire were, and that Tatiana may have been
- 27:19Speaker 1: a 20-something woman who was friends with Epstein's girlfriend, but
- 27:22Speaker 1: that he never flew with her. What do you mean
- 27:24Speaker 1: his girlfriend? Jeffrey Epstein's girlfriend? Who was that? Who was that?
- 27:29Speaker 1: Eva Anderson? Dubin's wife? Because besides her and Ghislaine Maxwell
- 27:35Speaker 1: and one other lady from way back in the day,
- 27:37Speaker 1: we've never heard anything about Epstein being, you know, locked
- 27:40Speaker 1: up with a female. We've never heard anything like that.
- 27:44Speaker 1: So what do they even mean, Epstein's girlfriend? Yeah, right.
- 27:47Speaker 1: And he also finds it hard to explain why his
- 27:49Speaker 1: wife doesn't appear to join him on the flights, who
- 27:51Speaker 1: he publicly said accompanies him nearly everywhere in statements issued
- 27:56Speaker 1: in the wake of the lawsuits. She travels with me
- 28:01Speaker 1: all over. On occasion, she's working or travels separately. I
- 28:05Speaker 1: travel with her almost all the time. Not all the time,
- 28:08Speaker 1: he told Gawker. I have a very clear, unequivocal recollection
- 28:11Speaker 1: that I was never on a plane with any young women, period. Yeah, right.
- 28:15Speaker 1: The logs prove that you're on there with young women.
- 28:18Speaker 1: Why are you lying about it? If you have nothing
- 28:20Speaker 1: to hide, why is he lying about it? It should
- 28:24Speaker 1: be noted, though, that flight records are kept by pilots
- 28:28Speaker 1: mostly to keep time and could contain inaccuracy as to passengers.
- 28:32Speaker 1: That's true. They definitely could. But Dershowitz so far has
- 28:36Speaker 1: not come forward and disproved any of these claims. He's
- 28:40Speaker 1: talked about it for five years, but he's shown zero proof, folks.
- 28:45Speaker 1: Further discrediting Dershowitz's claim not to be close with Epstein
- 28:49Speaker 1: is a Vanity Fair story from 2003 in which he
- 28:52Speaker 1: says that he would stand by Epstein even if he
- 28:54Speaker 1: filed for bankruptcy. Absolutely. I would be as interested in
- 28:59Speaker 1: him as a friend if we had hamburgers on the
- 29:01Speaker 1: boardwalk in Coney Island and talked about his ideas, he
- 29:04Speaker 1: told the magazine. So in his own words, Dershowitz is
- 29:08Speaker 1: saying that him and Epstein, no matter what, would have
- 29:11Speaker 1: been homies. They would have been friends if Epstein was
- 29:13Speaker 1: broke or if Epstein had a pile of dough. And
- 29:17Speaker 1: There you go. He had a pile of dough and
- 29:18Speaker 1: they were friends. All right. Look, let's be honest, okay?
- 29:22Speaker 1: Dershowitz was very, very close to Jeffrey Epstein, despite what
- 29:27Speaker 1: he's saying. The evidence does not support Dershowitz's statements in
- 29:33Speaker 1: this case. I am sorry. He responded to the Vanity
- 29:37Speaker 1: Fair quote, telling Gawker, he was a friend with whom
- 29:39Speaker 1: I talked about ideas. We never discussed women or his
- 29:42Speaker 1: social life. Well, that's easy to say. Nobody can prove differently, right?
- 29:45Speaker 1: Nobody can say what you talked about in your private conversations.
- 29:48Speaker 1: And that's not what this is about. Nice way. Nice. Nice.
- 29:50Speaker 1: Try to deflect. But that's not going to work on me.
- 29:54Speaker 1: Why were you enabling him, Mr. Dershowitz? Why were you
- 29:57Speaker 1: hanging out with him, giving him credibility, and letting him
- 29:59Speaker 1: slide into the higher crust and upper end of society?
- 30:02Speaker 1: Why were you doing that? Also revealed in the flight
- 30:08Speaker 1: logs was the fact that former President Clinton rode on
- 30:10Speaker 1: Epstein's jet at least 11 times between 2002 to 2004,
- 30:14Speaker 1: and was sometimes accompanied by Maxwell and Kellan. No allegations
- 30:19Speaker 1: have been leveled at Clinton. His name has been mentioned
- 30:22Speaker 1: in the recent scandal because he vacationed on Epstein's private
- 30:25Speaker 1: island during the years when the sex crimes were thought
- 30:27Speaker 1: to have occurred. Roberts maintains that she never saw Clinton
- 30:30Speaker 1: do anything wrong or even appear to know about the
- 30:33Speaker 1: underage girls. That's significant, folks. That is a significant statement.
- 30:37Speaker 1: If we believe Virginia Roberts, and I do, then we
- 30:40Speaker 1: have to take her at her word for what she
- 30:42Speaker 1: says about Bill Clinton, right? If we're not being biased
- 30:45Speaker 1: and we leave all that crap at the door, we
- 30:47Speaker 1: leave our personal hatred of these people or dislike of
- 30:49Speaker 1: these people at the door, we have to be fair
- 30:52Speaker 1: with what we're doing here. And I have maintained that
- 30:55Speaker 1: I try to be as fair as I possibly can
- 30:57Speaker 1: be on this show. And I'm still unwilling to move
- 31:01Speaker 1: Clinton into the same category as Dershowitz because... Well, we
- 31:05Speaker 1: all understand that Bill Clinton was around, Bill Clinton was
- 31:09Speaker 1: enabling him, but we also understand that what Dershowitz is
- 31:14Speaker 1: being accused of here is on a whole different level.
- 31:19Speaker 1: He appears to have flown on Epstein's flight with several
- 31:22Speaker 1: curious women, including a young actress who used to work
- 31:25Speaker 1: in softcore porn. Who cares about that? As long as
- 31:28Speaker 1: she's of age, that's no one's business what somebody does
- 31:30Speaker 1: in their private life. If somebody wants to be a
- 31:32Speaker 1: porn star, that's fine. I do not care, okay? Clinton
- 31:36Speaker 1: booked Epstein's jet for a 2002 anti-poverty and anti-AIDS tour
- 31:40Speaker 1: of Africa with friends Chris Tucker, billionaire Ron Burkle, friend
- 31:44Speaker 1: Gail Smith, and actor Kevin Spacey. Joining them for five
- 31:48Speaker 1: days of the week-long tour were Maxwell, Kellen, and a
- 31:51Speaker 1: woman identified as Shantae Davies. Davies is also one of
- 31:56Speaker 1: some 160 women whose contact information he kept in a
- 31:59Speaker 1: handful of cities across the world, all listed as masseuse.
- 32:03Speaker 1: Though prosecutors believe some of the women on the list
- 32:05Speaker 1: may have been underage, underage prostitutes? Again, that's not even
- 32:09Speaker 1: a thing. How can you be underage and a prosecute?
- 32:12Speaker 1: It makes me so mad when they write that. Davies
- 32:14Speaker 1: was 23 at the time and has not been accused
- 32:16Speaker 1: of any crime. Her LinkedIn page shows an expertise in
- 32:22Speaker 1: Swedish massage. Well, we all know that Davies is now
- 32:26Speaker 1: on record saying that she was also abused by Jeffrey Epstein.
- 32:29Speaker 1: All right. So again, another young woman who comes into
- 32:33Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's orbit thinking that she's going to get some
- 32:36Speaker 1: benefit out of it and ends up with a lifelong
- 32:38Speaker 1: of trauma after being abused by this man. Sickening. It's
- 32:41Speaker 1: absolutely sickening. Davies has since achieved some success as an
- 32:46Speaker 1: actress with a role on HBO's Enlightened, but previously worked
- 32:49Speaker 1: as a lingerie model in a film produced by a
- 32:51Speaker 1: softcore porn company. Oh, who cares? She refused to comment
- 32:55Speaker 1: when asked by Gawker what she did on the Africa trip.
- 32:58Speaker 1: I really am not interested in being slandered in the
- 33:00Speaker 1: media for having known this person a time ago. Some
- 33:04Speaker 1: of the things being said are not things I have
- 33:05Speaker 1: information on, Davies said. At Davos on Thursday, Prince Andrew
- 33:10Speaker 1: made his first public appearance and refused to discuss the claims.
- 33:14Speaker 1: The palace previously issued a denial on Prince Andrew's behalf.
- 33:17Speaker 1: It is emphatically denied that the Duke of York had
- 33:20Speaker 1: any form of sexual contact or relationship with Virginia Roberts,
- 33:24Speaker 1: a spokesperson said. The allegations made are false and without
- 33:28Speaker 1: any foundation. Roberts called the denial false and hurtful to me. Good,
- 33:32Speaker 1: and the denial of Prince Andrew is the biggest canned
- 33:35Speaker 1: piece of junk I've ever seen in my life. And
- 33:38Speaker 1: looking back at this in retrospect now that we have
- 33:41Speaker 1: five years of information that's come out on top of this,
- 33:44Speaker 1: it just makes Buckingham Palace look even that more bad, right?
- 33:49Speaker 1: Even that worse. They're just so, it was such a
- 33:52Speaker 1: canned statement. It was like, there's no way that the
- 33:54Speaker 1: Prince could be involved in this. I'm sure they didn't
- 33:56Speaker 1: investigate it or anything. Following our most recent filing, a
- 34:00Speaker 1: Buckingham Palace spokesman added this week, we have nothing to
- 34:03Speaker 1: say in addition to our earlier comments on the issue.
- 34:07Speaker 1: Roberts claimed she had sex with the prince, a former
- 34:10Speaker 1: friend of Epstein, in New York, London, and the U.S.
- 34:13Speaker 1: Virgin Islands while she was being sex trafficked. Buckingham Palace
- 34:20Speaker 1: has denied all allegations. In the documents, she said her
- 34:23Speaker 1: lawyers had served a letter on the Duke last week
- 34:26Speaker 1: requesting he answer questions, but he refused to accept it.
- 34:31Speaker 1: She also described the alleged abuse in new and startling detail.
- 34:36Speaker 1: She claimed Prince Andrew correctly guessed she was just 17
- 34:39Speaker 1: when he met her and how she was instructed to
- 34:41Speaker 1: give him anything he wanted. His police bodyguards left her
- 34:46Speaker 1: alone with him the first time they had sex, she said.
- 34:48Speaker 1: That's significant in light of what we've heard now, the police,
- 34:52Speaker 1: the logs, the security logs, and how they refused to
- 34:55Speaker 1: release them. I think that little clip right there is very,
- 34:58Speaker 1: very significant, folks, and I'm glad we stumbled across it.
- 35:01Speaker 1: It is very significant to read that. The bodyguards left
- 35:04Speaker 1: her alone with Andrew the first time that they had sex? Wow.
- 35:11Speaker 1: Epstein made me have sex with Prince Andrew several times,
- 35:13Speaker 1: she said. I had sex with him three times, including
- 35:16Speaker 1: one orgy. I knew he was a member of the
- 35:18Speaker 1: British royal family, but I just called him Andy. After
- 35:22Speaker 1: they had sex, she was paid $ 15, 000, she said. Prince
- 35:25Speaker 1: Andrew's decision to pursue legal action, he has the right
- 35:28Speaker 1: to sue his accuser, will depend on whether the palace
- 35:30Speaker 1: is willing to subject him to depositions about his private life. Yeah,
- 35:34Speaker 1: we all know how that went, right? We all know
- 35:36Speaker 1: that Prince Andrew ain't challenging nothing in court. That guy's
- 35:40Speaker 1: crawled under a rock and he's in hiding at this point.
- 35:45Speaker 1: Dershowitz has also filed a motion in federal court to
- 35:47Speaker 1: enter in a lawsuit brought against the US government by
- 35:50Speaker 1: his accuser and other women who say Epstein sexually abused them.
- 35:54Speaker 1: The court has yet to decide whether to grant his motion.
- 35:57Speaker 1: The two lawyers representing Jane Doe No. 3, former federal
- 36:01Speaker 1: judge Paul Cassell, and Florida plaintiff's attorney Bradley Edwards have
- 36:05Speaker 1: now filed counter defamation charges against Dershowitz. And as you know, folks,
- 36:10Speaker 1: this is the case that's spinning through still. This is
- 36:13Speaker 1: still the case that's spinning through the courts as we
- 36:15Speaker 1: speak five years later. In an earlier article, he explained
- 36:19Speaker 1: that this will subject them and their client to sworn depositions.
- 36:22Speaker 1: If they repeat the charges under oath, and if they
- 36:24Speaker 1: are untrue, they will be subject to prosecution for perjury.
- 36:29Speaker 1: In a previous statement to DailyMail.com, Mr. Cassell said that
- 36:32Speaker 1: he and Mr. Edwards would not be responding to specific
- 36:35Speaker 1: claims of indignation by anyone. We have been informed by Mr.
- 36:40Speaker 1: Dershowitz's threats based on the factual allegations we have made
- 36:43Speaker 1: in our recent filing, he said in a statement. We
- 36:46Speaker 1: carefully investigate all of the allegations in our pleadings before
- 36:50Speaker 1: presenting them. We would be pleased to consider any sworn
- 36:53Speaker 1: testimony and documentary evidence Mr. Dershowitz would like to provide,
- 36:57Speaker 1: which he contends would refute any of our allegations. Well,
- 37:01Speaker 1: he hasn't done any of that. Mr. Dershowitz sure hasn't
- 37:03Speaker 1: shown any of that stuff, right? What he's done is
- 37:07Speaker 1: he's used the court to his advantage. He's made it.
- 37:10Speaker 1: It's this long, drawn-out process, and he hoped that everyone
- 37:13Speaker 1: would forget about it, that it would be on the
- 37:15Speaker 1: back burner. Finally, Dershowitz has also challenged his accuser to
- 37:19Speaker 1: file formal rape charges against him. If she were to
- 37:22Speaker 1: file a false rape charge, she would be committing a crime.
- 37:25Speaker 1: She has not done so. It comes a week after
- 37:28Speaker 1: Prince Andrew's ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson, slammed reports that he had
- 37:31Speaker 1: sex with an underage girl as salacious lies and defended
- 37:35Speaker 1: him as a humongously good man. In a passionate rebuttal
- 37:39Speaker 1: on the Today Show last Tuesday, the Duchess of York
- 37:42Speaker 1: said that she was standing by my best friend and
- 37:45Speaker 1: my best ex-husband ever. My best ex-husband ever, huh? Amid
- 37:49Speaker 1: the allegations. Boy, isn't that nice. Isn't that nice? His
- 37:52Speaker 1: people stand behind him even though he was engaged in
- 37:55Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's trafficking ring. That loyalty is something else, huh?
- 38:01Speaker 1: All right, folks, look, I don't even know what to
- 38:03Speaker 1: say at this point. It's very discouraging to see Alan
- 38:06Speaker 1: Dershowitz propped up into a position of prominence when all
- 38:11Speaker 1: of this is swirling around him. And I thought it
- 38:13Speaker 1: was fitting to use today's episode to give a little
- 38:16Speaker 1: bit more background to folks who might not be completely
- 38:19Speaker 1: locked into the situation with Dershowitz, a little bit more
- 38:22Speaker 1: background for them to understand why this has me so
- 38:24Speaker 1: fired up. It's just... unconscionable for me to think that
- 38:30Speaker 1: this man can be defending, not Donald Trump, forget Donald Trump, folks,
- 38:34Speaker 1: the office of the presidency. It's a stain on the
- 38:37Speaker 1: office from here to whenever. It's a stain on the office,
- 38:42Speaker 1: in my humble opinion. And there's a lot of people
- 38:44Speaker 1: that don't agree with me. There's definitely a lot of
- 38:46Speaker 1: people that don't agree with that. They, you know, and
- 38:48Speaker 1: that's fine. We're allowed to disagree on certain things and
- 38:51Speaker 1: we're allowed to disagree on, you know, our feelings on issues.
- 38:54Speaker 1: But for me personally, it's beyond the pale to have
- 38:58Speaker 1: Alan Dershowitz on your defense team when there are just
- 39:01Speaker 1: as many capable lawyers that don't have this funk on them.
- 39:05Speaker 1: And again, it's not like Dershowitz is being accused of
- 39:08Speaker 1: petty theft here, folks, all right? What he's being accused
- 39:11Speaker 1: of is beyond, beyond Gross, okay? So that's where I
- 39:18Speaker 1: stand with this whole entire Dershowitz thing, and it's made
- 39:21Speaker 1: me agitated all day, so I figured this would be
- 39:23Speaker 1: the perfect time for a little bit more background on
- 39:26Speaker 1: the situation. All right, folks, I hope that you all
- 39:29Speaker 1: enjoy your Friday night. I will be back later on
- 39:32Speaker 1: with a daily drop. And then tomorrow, you know what?
- 39:35Speaker 1: Tomorrow I had so much fun today. I guess I'll
- 39:37Speaker 1: be back again tomorrow so we can do it all
- 39:39Speaker 1: over again. If you'd like to get in contact with me,
- 39:42Speaker 1: you can do that at BobbyCapucci at ProtonMail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I
- 39:49Speaker 1: at ProtonMail.com. What's up everyone and welcome to another episode
- 39:54Speaker 1: of the Epstein Chronicles. The situation over in the UK
- 40:00Speaker 1: with Jeffrey Epstein and the new investigation that's been launched
- 40:05Speaker 1: has already produced some results. Because now... authorities over in
- 40:10Speaker 1: the UK are saying that evidence in the trafficking investigation
- 40:14Speaker 1: into Epstein and the flights that were coming to the UK, well,
- 40:19Speaker 1: that evidence has been destroyed. And it's just par for
- 40:23Speaker 1: the course, isn't it? Every time we turn around, something's
- 40:27Speaker 1: being lost, something's being deleted, someone's killing themselves, and it
- 40:32Speaker 1: all ends up in the favor of Jeffrey Epstein and
- 40:35Speaker 1: his friends. Nothing ever breaks the other way, does it?
- 40:40Speaker 1: Never an unfortunate coincidence that leads us closer to answers.
- 40:45Speaker 1: It's always the other way around. And that's because, in
- 40:48Speaker 1: my opinion, they aren't coincidences. It's all in furtherance of
- 40:53Speaker 1: the cover-up. And this cover-up's not just taking place here
- 40:56Speaker 1: in the United States. Unfortunately, this shit's global. This man
- 41:01Speaker 1: had tentacles that reached into just about every single country
- 41:05Speaker 1: on every single continent. So you have to go everywhere
- 41:10Speaker 1: he was at and you have to look at everything
- 41:12Speaker 1: he was doing. And there's just not the will for it.
- 41:16Speaker 1: Neither here in America or over in the UK. And
- 41:19Speaker 1: the more we hear about evidence that's being destroyed, about
- 41:22Speaker 1: things being misplaced, the more obvious it becomes, at least
- 41:25Speaker 1: to me, that we're watching one of the biggest cover-ups
- 41:28Speaker 1: in history play out in real time. And we've had
- 41:31Speaker 1: plenty of times where they've pulled the rug out from
- 41:34Speaker 1: under us. But in real time, like this? This is brazen.
- 41:40Speaker 1: And they really think that we're stupid. That's what it
- 41:42Speaker 1: comes down to. Either that we're too stupid or too
- 41:45Speaker 1: occupied to hold them accountable. But I don't think they
- 41:48Speaker 1: understand just how mad regular people are. And their usual
- 41:52Speaker 1: tactics of calming people down, I don't think they're going
- 41:55Speaker 1: to work this time. Today's article is from The Sun
- 42:01Speaker 1: and the headline. Evidence in trafficking investigation into Jeffrey Epstein's
- 42:05Speaker 1: Lolita Express flights to U.K., has been destroyed. They'll say
- 42:10Speaker 1: it's protocol, right? Oh, well, we destroy those files every
- 42:13Speaker 1: four years. And for them, that's the end of the conversation. Oh, look,
- 42:17Speaker 1: that's protocol. That's what we did. Does anyone really believe that, though?
- 42:23Speaker 1: You think the UK isn't keeping these records? I highly
- 42:26Speaker 1: doubt that. We are talking about the UK here. This
- 42:30Speaker 1: article was authored by John Rogers. Cops from the Metropolitan
- 42:35Speaker 1: Police are thought to be investigating whether further victims of
- 42:39Speaker 1: the pedophile financier were trafficked on his private jet into
- 42:43Speaker 1: UK commercial airports as well as RAF bases, including Northolt
- 42:48Speaker 1: and elsewhere. It's bad enough coming into these airports, right?
- 42:53Speaker 1: Commercial airports. But to the RAF bases? Really? If I
- 42:57Speaker 1: was a survivor and I was brought to an RAF
- 43:01Speaker 1: base to be trafficked, I'd sue the UK government just
- 43:05Speaker 1: like I'd sue the US government. You want to be negligent?
- 43:08Speaker 1: You want to act the fool? Cool. Let's get in
- 43:11Speaker 1: front of a jury and let's see what a jury thinks.
- 43:14Speaker 1: Because I have a funny feeling it's not going to
- 43:16Speaker 1: go the way that the government in the UK or
- 43:19Speaker 1: the US thinks. Can you imagine the bag a jury
- 43:23Speaker 1: would award somebody here? Especially with everything everybody knows now?
- 43:29Speaker 1: So I think that's going to be the next step.
- 43:31Speaker 1: We're going to see some class action suits going after governments.
- 43:35Speaker 1: Former Prime Minister Gordon Brown has asked six police forces
- 43:39Speaker 1: to investigate whether Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor used RAF bases to make
- 43:44Speaker 1: trips that could be associated with Epstein. Oh, there's no
- 43:48Speaker 1: doubt he did. The hard part, like usual, is proving
- 43:52Speaker 1: that something illegal occurred, right? And to do that, you
- 43:56Speaker 1: need records. But if the records are destroyed, makes it
- 44:00Speaker 1: a bit difficult, doesn't it? Some of the flights date
- 44:04Speaker 1: back as far as two decades ago. However, the RAF
- 44:08Speaker 1: keeps passenger manifest for only three months before being destroyed. Oh,
- 44:12Speaker 1: I'm sure that that's protocol. I'm sure that those documents
- 44:16Speaker 1: didn't find their way into the hands of some MI6 operative.
- 44:20Speaker 1: I'm positive that never happened. Other information, such as air
- 44:24Speaker 1: traffic control movement sheets, which detail aircraft tail numbers or
- 44:28Speaker 1: radio call signs, are kept for two years. Meanwhile, commercial
- 44:31Speaker 1: airline manifests for UK carriers are generally only kept for
- 44:35Speaker 1: six to seven years, the Civil Aviation Authority says. Well, look,
- 44:40Speaker 1: there's one way to get to the bottom of all
- 44:42Speaker 1: of it. Indict David Rogers and Larry Vesosky. You know
- 44:47Speaker 1: the two pilots that were ferrying all these girls everywhere?
- 44:51Speaker 1: Indict them. And once you threaten them with RICO, they'll flip.
- 44:55Speaker 1: They'll tell you everything you want to know. But that's
- 44:59Speaker 1: not the goal here, is it? Getting to the bottom
- 45:02Speaker 1: of this has never been the goal, because if they
- 45:05Speaker 1: wanted to, there is more than enough here for them
- 45:09Speaker 1: to upend this whole entire thing and expose it from
- 45:12Speaker 1: the ground up. While significant details of passenger manifests and
- 45:15Speaker 1: flight logs can be found in the Epstein files, which
- 45:19Speaker 1: were released by the U.S. Department of Justice, some are incomplete.
- 45:23Speaker 1: The policy of destroying documents will mean it's harder for
- 45:26Speaker 1: cops to fill in the missing details regarding who traveled
- 45:30Speaker 1: into the country and when. So you got to get
- 45:33Speaker 1: witness testimony and you have to have that corroborated by pilots.
- 45:38Speaker 1: Other people that might have been on the flight, other
- 45:41Speaker 1: Corps 4 members, Nadia Marcinkova, Sarah Kellan Vickers, Leslie Groff, whoever.
- 45:48Speaker 1: And this is why you charge everybody with RICO. Because
- 45:51Speaker 1: you make them flip on each other then, right? everybody's
- 45:53Speaker 1: facing a sentence from now till forever, then they're all
- 45:57Speaker 1: going to start flipping. Nobody wants to go to prison.
- 45:59Speaker 1: Look at what Glenn Maxwell's doing, trying to get out.
- 46:05Speaker 1: And if you want to take down a criminal enterprise,
- 46:08Speaker 1: the way to do it is use RICO. But that
- 46:12Speaker 1: was never the goal. And for me, that's one of
- 46:15Speaker 1: the biggest problems. So when people are out here saying, oh,
- 46:18Speaker 1: Epstein was never convicted of this or that or the
- 46:20Speaker 1: other thing, Well, that's because it was all by design,
- 46:24Speaker 1: because there's no way anybody can look at the evidence
- 46:27Speaker 1: here and do it in an independent fashion and not
- 46:31Speaker 1: come to the conclusion that there is something very, very
- 46:34Speaker 1: wrong here. And even if you think the overall story
- 46:37Speaker 1: is a little crazy, if you think that, you know,
- 46:41Speaker 1: there's not this huge trafficking ring, how can you look
- 46:44Speaker 1: at this and not understand that there is all kinds
- 46:47Speaker 1: of financial crime occurring? Does that not matter? Is that
- 46:52Speaker 1: not a big deal? Because I assure you, there are
- 46:54Speaker 1: plenty of people that are rotting in prison who think
- 46:57Speaker 1: it's a very, very big deal. And the way the
- 47:00Speaker 1: government prosecutes people for financial crimes, you would think that
- 47:04Speaker 1: they'd love to get their hands on these people. But
- 47:07Speaker 1: they can't, right? Because if they did, they'd implicate their
- 47:11Speaker 1: own donors. And we can't have that, can we? God
- 47:14Speaker 1: forbid the people in the financial sector ever answer for
- 47:19Speaker 1: anything they're involved in. Detectives may try to speak to
- 47:23Speaker 1: airport staff and other officials in their hunt for information,
- 47:27Speaker 1: according to the Times. Well, America should make Vysotsky available
- 47:32Speaker 1: to them. Guys, when we went through that deposition, do
- 47:36Speaker 1: you really believe that Vysotsky was telling the truth? Everything
- 47:40Speaker 1: he was saying was a lie, in my opinion, and
- 47:42Speaker 1: he's a lot closer to Jeffrey Epstein, or was, than
- 47:45Speaker 1: just about anybody. So I don't believe for a second
- 47:49Speaker 1: that Vysotsky told the truth. And I've always felt that
- 47:53Speaker 1: he was part of the core. I think that him, Indite, Khan,
- 47:58Speaker 1: and the core four especially should have all been charged
- 48:01Speaker 1: under Rico. And then from there, obviously, you start going
- 48:04Speaker 1: after other people. Once you get these people to flip,
- 48:08Speaker 1: they're going to turn on other people. Oh, yeah, this
- 48:10Speaker 1: one was there. Oh, that one did this. Oh, this
- 48:13Speaker 1: one likes girls from Russia. And that's how it works.
- 48:18Speaker 1: But that's why they didn't do it. And I hate
- 48:20Speaker 1: to keep repeating it, but it's very important. One of
- 48:23Speaker 1: the most important parts of this story. To understand what's
- 48:26Speaker 1: going on now, you have to understand what happened then.
- 48:29Speaker 1: And once you understand that, the rest of this starts
- 48:32Speaker 1: to fall into place. Mountbatten-Windsor was arrested by Thames Valley
- 48:35Speaker 1: Police on February 19th, the former prince's birthday, on suspicion
- 48:41Speaker 1: of misconduct in public office after allegedly passing on confidential
- 48:45Speaker 1: information to Epstein during his work as trade envoy. Meanwhile,
- 48:50Speaker 1: Prince William said he was not calm enough at the
- 48:52Speaker 1: moment to watch the film Hamnet when he attended the
- 48:56Speaker 1: BAFTA Film Awards on Sunday night, along with his wife,
- 49:00Speaker 1: Princess Cade. Well, yeah, this is his problem now. He's
- 49:03Speaker 1: going to inherit this, and he's going to have to
- 49:05Speaker 1: deal with it. And if William had his way, he'd
- 49:08Speaker 1: be sending Andrew to a leper colony somewhere in the Arctic,
- 49:12Speaker 1: as far away from the royal family as possible. That's
- 49:14Speaker 1: the goal. Unfortunately, this day and age, that's not possible.
- 49:18Speaker 1: But I promise you, William, he wants andrew to go
- 49:21Speaker 1: to prison he doesn't want to deal with this so
- 49:23Speaker 1: the best scenario for him is that andrew ends up
- 49:26Speaker 1: in prison before he takes the reins because he doesn't
- 49:29Speaker 1: want to deal with this nonsense i promise you that
- 49:32Speaker 1: i mean it's bad enough when you have an uncle
- 49:34Speaker 1: who's a drunken fool who ruins every single family event
- 49:38Speaker 1: right Dude comes over, starts yapping, gets drunk, falls all
- 49:42Speaker 1: over the place, you know, eats turkey with his hands
- 49:45Speaker 1: on Thanksgiving, whatever it might be. And then you have
- 49:49Speaker 1: Prince Andrew doing what he did. Makes you want to
- 49:52Speaker 1: invite Uncle Insert Name here over for that turkey dinner,
- 49:56Speaker 1: doesn't it? Much better than dealing with a diddler, with
- 50:00Speaker 1: a predator, with a liar, with a money launderer. because
- 50:04Speaker 1: that's exactly what Prince Andrew is alleged to be. So
- 50:07Speaker 1: if you think you don't want to be around your
- 50:09Speaker 1: uncle who causes the scene, what makes you think that
- 50:12Speaker 1: Prince William wants to spend any time with his family's
- 50:14Speaker 1: version of Uncle Eddie? The Prince of Wales did not
- 50:18Speaker 1: otherwise comment on the scandal surrounding his uncle. A total
- 50:22Speaker 1: of nine separate police forces are assessing claims relating to Epstein.
- 50:27Speaker 1: Among them are the allegations he moved exploited girls through
- 50:30Speaker 1: the UK. Gordon Brown has accused police of not properly
- 50:35Speaker 1: investigating decades-old allegations and has said Mountbatten-Windsor should be interviewed.
- 50:41Speaker 1: Is that asking too much? Again, I don't think anybody's
- 50:44Speaker 1: calling for, you know, pulling Andrew out of the house
- 50:48Speaker 1: and stringing him up. At least not me. Not anybody
- 50:51Speaker 1: who's sane. But an investigation? A good, hard look at
- 50:57Speaker 1: what happened here? That is more than necessary. The Met is...
- 51:02Speaker 1: decided against a full-blown inquiry into Epstein in 2015, but Mr.
- 51:06Speaker 1: Brown has called for the force to re-examine that decision,
- 51:10Speaker 1: given that the email suggests a number of British girls
- 51:13Speaker 1: were on Epstein's flights, organized from UK airports, using his
- 51:17Speaker 1: private jet, nicknamed the Lolita Express. Well, there's no doubt
- 51:21Speaker 1: girls from the UK were being abused, and certainly girls
- 51:25Speaker 1: from other countries were being flown into the UK to
- 51:28Speaker 1: be abused. Whether it was Virginia or those girls, without
- 51:33Speaker 1: a name, from places like Russia, it was happening. Mr.
- 51:38Speaker 1: Brown sent a five-page letter to police in London, Surrey, Sussex,
- 51:42Speaker 1: Thames Valley, Norfolk, and Bedfordshire last week. He is thought
- 51:46Speaker 1: to be concerned that Mountbatten-Windsor used chartered RFA flights to
- 51:51Speaker 1: transport him to personal engagements that could have included Epstein,
- 51:55Speaker 1: the former Labour Prime Minister, has also requested cops examine
- 51:59Speaker 1: if Epstein was given access to RAF bases. It has
- 52:03Speaker 1: been reported. The Met on Friday said it was aware
- 52:08Speaker 1: of the suggestion that London airports may have been used
- 52:11Speaker 1: and was assessing the information. Emails in the Epstein files
- 52:15Speaker 1: reveal that the Met approached the Federal Bureau of Investigation
- 52:19Speaker 1: in November for fresh details. Why didn't they just investigate previously?
- 52:25Speaker 1: That's a question that needs to be asked. And this
- 52:28Speaker 1: cover-up is not just in America. I'm telling you right now.
- 52:32Speaker 1: There's big problems in the UK too. 100%. And it's
- 52:36Speaker 1: not just Andrew. There's plenty of people that are up
- 52:39Speaker 1: to no good. RAF Northolt is used by both military
- 52:46Speaker 1: and civilian aircraft and is often used by members of
- 52:49Speaker 1: the Royal Family for travel. The base is referenced in
- 52:53Speaker 1: the Epstein files. On March 18, 2013, A private jet
- 52:58Speaker 1: linked to Epstein arrived at the West London Air Base
- 53:01Speaker 1: from Paris. The following day, it then left for Teterboro
- 53:05Speaker 1: Airport in the U.S. Northolt and other RAF bases were
- 53:10Speaker 1: used by Epstein's jet, according to flight logs. However, most
- 53:14Speaker 1: of the travel was through airports including Stansted. A BBC
- 53:18Speaker 1: investigation last year found that nearly 90 flights linked to
- 53:22Speaker 1: Epstein had arrived or departed from U.K. airports between the
- 53:27Speaker 1: early 90s and 2018. Three British women, who were allegedly trafficked,
- 53:32Speaker 1: appear in the records. Scotland Yard is likely to examine
- 53:36Speaker 1: private flight logs at Heathrow Airport to establish any connection
- 53:40Speaker 1: with Epstein. Former Met Officer Graham Weddon told the Times,
- 53:45Speaker 1: My understanding is that there is a VIP suite at Heathrow,
- 53:49Speaker 1: which has a dedicated police team. As a port of
- 53:52Speaker 1: entry and exit, there's a responsibility to document everyone who
- 53:56Speaker 1: passes through. He added that the general rule in policing
- 54:00Speaker 1: was that most records are kept for seven years, although
- 54:03Speaker 1: he said some documents were kept for longer if they
- 54:06Speaker 1: had referenced in a criminal or civil case. Mr. Watone
- 54:10Speaker 1: said the apparent destruction of RAF and commercial flight records
- 54:14Speaker 1: isn't helpful to the investigation. Yeah, no shit. Not helpful,
- 54:20Speaker 1: but expected. He said that these documents would allow the
- 54:23Speaker 1: Met to easily see who was on the flight, its
- 54:26Speaker 1: departure time, and its return time. If they do not
- 54:29Speaker 1: have these records, it's difficult to prove. That's true too.
- 54:33Speaker 1: Without the records, how do you prove it? Besides doing
- 54:36Speaker 1: everything I talked about previously, a Ministry of Defense spokesperson
- 54:40Speaker 1: said it's standard practice for spare capacity at RAF airfields
- 54:45Speaker 1: in the UK to be used for private commercial aircraft.
- 54:49Speaker 1: subject to regulatory requirements and fees which cover all costs.
- 54:55Speaker 1: Such use is not automatic and will only be approved
- 54:58Speaker 1: when there is no adverse impact to military aircraft and
- 55:01Speaker 1: where approval would not interfere with security or smooth running
- 55:05Speaker 1: of the airfield. The Sun Online has approached the Met
- 55:08Speaker 1: Police for comment. So this is a very interesting turn
- 55:13Speaker 1: and I think the investigation is certainly expanding to In
- 55:16Speaker 1: the UK. And that doesn't just mean. Into Prince Andrew.
- 55:20Speaker 1: But I'm talking about Epstein in general. So we'll keep
- 55:23Speaker 1: an eye on this one as well. And we'll see
- 55:25Speaker 1: what comes of it. As the UK. Begins to expand
- 55:29Speaker 1: its investigation. Into Jeffrey Epstein. And his alleged crimes. On
- 55:34Speaker 1: UK soil. All of the information that goes with this episode.
- 55:39Speaker 1: Can be found. In the description box.
