A Virginia pastor, 46-year-old Kenneth Baldwin, has been arrested on multiple serious charges including unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors, indecent exposure, and open lewdness. Allegedly, he sent explicit images weekly to a 17-year-old boy he met in November 2024, when the teen was just 15. The abuse reportedly continued for over a year until December 2025.
