- 0:06those court documents and this time we're going to take
- 0:09a look at the allegations made against the estate by
- 0:12plaintiff Jane Doe one thousand. So let's get back to
- 0:17the disgusting bullshit of Jeffrey Epstein. Plaintiff Jane Doe one
- 0:22thousand by her attorneys Boys Schiller Flexner, LLP for her
- 0:26complaint against defendants Darren kay Endyke and Richard d. kN
- 0:30in their capacities as the executors of the estate of
- 0:34Jeffrey Edward Epstein, upon personal knowledge as to her own
- 0:38acts and status, and upon information and belief, and to
- 0:42all other matters as follows. Nature of the action one
- 0:47this suitorizes out of Jeffrey Epstein's sexual abuse of Plaintiff two.
- 0:52Jane do one thousand, was sexually trafficked by Epstein as
- 0:55part of his organized ring of procuring young and underage
- 0:58girls for sex. One of Epstein's co conspirators contacted Jane
- 1:02Doe after a modeling appearance and arranged at Jane Doe
- 1:06meet Epstein under the false pretense that he was involved
- 1:09in the modeling industry and wanted to interviewer about opportunities.
- 1:14Rather than help her with her modeling career, Epstein manipulated
- 1:17and intimidated Jane Doe and subjected her to years of
- 1:20sexual abuse in his New York mansion. Three. Epstein's trafficking
- 1:25scheme involved recruiting young females by making false promises and
- 1:29using his wealth, power and threats to intimidate the females
- 1:32into submission to his demands. This same pattern was repeated
- 1:37numerous times with numerous young women. Four. As United States
- 1:41District Judge Kenneth Marra found from between nineteen ninety nine
- 1:45and two thousand seven, Jeffrey Epstein sexually abused more than
- 1:49thirty minor girls at his mansion in Palm Beach, Florida,
- 1:52and elsewhere in the United States and overseas. In addition
- 1:56to his own sexual abuse of the victims, Epstein directed
- 1:59a persons to abuse the girls sexually. Epstein used paid
- 2:04employees to find and bring minor girls to them. Epstein
- 2:07worked in concert with others to obtain miners not only
- 2:10for his own sexual gratification, but also for the sexual

- 2:27trafficking network to obtain hundreds of young females for himself
- 2:31for sex and also lent these females out to other
- 2:34powerful and wealthy individuals to be sexually abused. Six. Epstein
- 2:40conspired with others and hired staff to maintain and keep
- 2:44secret this network of sexual abuse for years, which sprawled
- 2:47throughout Epstein's residences in New York, Florida, New Mexico, the
- 2:52United States, Virgin Islands, and Paris. Epstein's preference was to
- 2:56have three different young females a day for his sexual pleasure. Seven.
- 3:01Despite his significant criminal activity, in two thousand and eight,
- 3:04Epstein received a shockingly minimal charge, pleading guilty to a
- 3:08single Florida state law charge of procuring a minor for
- 3:12prostitution and a non prosecution agreement with the U S
- 3:15Attorney for the Southern District of Florida. Unknown to the
- 3:19public and the victims. At the time, Epstein's lawyers were
- 3:22pressuring the government to commit to the NPA without informing
- 3:25the victims. Epstein's multiple victims were kept in the dark
- 3:29and told to be patient while Epstein's lawyers worked to
- 3:32protect them and to protect other potential co conspirators from prosecution.
- 3:38Epstein served one year in jail, but was afforded the
- 3:40privilege of being able to leave the jail to go
- 3:43to work for twelve hours per day, six days per week.
- 3:47Eight The NPA allowed Epstein to escape proportionate punishment for
- 3:50his actions and to continue operating his sex trafficking enterprise
- 3:54with Liberty nine. A few years later, Epstein flippantly referred
- 3:58to his sexual abuse of mine multiple miners and the
- 4:01slap on the wrist that he received for it. In
- 4:03a twenty eleven interview with The New York Post, billionaire
- 4:07pervert Jeffrey Epstein is back in New York City and
- 4:11making wise cracks about his just ended jail stint for
- 4:14having sex with an underage girl. I'm not a sexual predator,

- 4:37just one year before his death, Epstein told a New
- 4:40York Times reporter that criminalizing sex with teenage girls was
- 4:44a cultural aberration and that at times in history it
- 4:47was perfectly acceptable. James B. Stewart The day Jeffrey Epstein

- 5:35action arose a criminal action against Epstein with respect to

- 5:49action has also been timely filed pursuant to NYCPLR Section
- 5:54two thirteen C, which provides that a plaintiff shall have

- 6:01other injury or condition suffered by such person as a
- 6:05result of conduct which would constitute certain sex crimes under

- 6:13Maxwell sexually assaulted plaintiff by forcible compulsion within twenty years
- 6:18of filing of this complaint, and that sexual assault constitutes
- 6:23one or more sex crimes described in NYCPLR Section two
- 6:28thirteen C fourteen any statute of limitations applicable to Plaintiff's
- 6:33claims if any is told. Due to the continuous and
- 6:36active deception, duress, threats of retaliation, and other forms of
- 6:40misconduct that Epstein and his co conspirators used to silence
- 6:44as many victims, including the plaintiff, Epstein's actions deprived plaintiff
- 6:48of the opportunity to commence this lawsuit before his death.
- 6:52Until his death, plaintiff feared that Epstein and his co
- 6:55conspirators would harm her or family or ruin her life
- 6:59if she can forward. Fifteen defendants are equitably e stopped
- 7:04from asserting a statute of limitations defense. Allowing defendants to
- 7:08do so would be unjust. Epstein and his co conspirators
- 7:12intimidated each of his victims into silence by threatening their
- 7:16lives and their livelihoods. They therefore prevented plaintiff from commencing
- 7:21this lawsuit before his death. By using threats along with
- 7:24his wealth and power, Epstein was able to escape punishment
- 7:28for his intolerable and brutal crimes against countless young women
- 7:31and underage girls for the duration of his life. Parties sixteen.

- 8:57Many of the events giving rise to these causes of

- 9:11thirteen ninety one B two Factual allegations Epstein's sex trafficking
- 9:16enterprise twenty three. Jeffrey Epstein was widely renowned as a
- 9:20billionaire who used his vast connections to powerful individuals and
- 9:24seemingly unlimited wealth and resources to create a web of
- 9:28transcontinental sex trafficking that served himself as co conspirators and
- 9:33some of the most powerful people in the world. Twenty four.
- 9:38Epstein owned multiple residences and frequently traveled between them, including
- 9:43at nine East seventy first Street, New York, New York,
- 9:46where the illegal sexual crimes against plaintiff occurred. Epstein conservatively
- 9:51valued his New York townhouse at fifty five million, nine
- 9:54hundred and thirty one thousand dollars. Epstein conservatively valued his
- 9:58ranch at Stanley in New Mexico at seventeen million, two
- 10:02hundred and forty six thousand, two hundred and eight dollars.
- 10:05In addition, Epstein owned residences in the Virgin Islands, Florida, France,
- 10:11and even his own island, Great Saint James, where his
- 10:14transcontinental sex trafficking of hundreds of young girls servicing him,
- 10:19his co conspirators, and wealthy and powerful individuals around the
- 10:22world occurred twenty five. The allegations herein concerned Epstein's tortious
- 10:28acts against plaintiff while in New York, where Epstein was
- 10:31staying at his mansion twenty six. At all times of
- 10:35material to this cause of action, Jeffrey Epstein utilized his
- 10:38seemingly unlimited power, wealth and resources, as well as his
- 10:42deep connections to powerful and politically connected individuals, to intimidate
- 10:47and manipulate his victims of sexual abuse. Twenty seven. Epstein
- 10:52and his co conspirators had perfected his scheme for manipulation
- 10:56and abuse of young females. As part of this scheme,
- 11:00a female recruiter would approach a young female and strike
- 11:03up a conversation in an effort to quickly learn about
- 11:06the young female's background and any vulnerabilities they could expose.
- 11:10The recruiter would then manipulate the young female into coming
- 11:14back to one of Epstein's residences by offering the young
- 11:17female something that they needed. At times, the recruiters lure
- 11:21would be a modeling opportunity, money for education, help for
- 11:25the young girl's family, and the whole host of other
- 11:28related offers depending on their target situation. Once in the residence,
- 11:33the recruiter and Epstein would work in concert to impress
- 11:36and intimidate the young female with displays of vast wealth,
- 11:40including having employees that were butler's and maids formally dressed
- 11:44around the house. They would also strategically place photographs of
- 11:49very powerful political and social figures amongst photographs and art
- 11:53displaying nude females in an effort to normalize the sexual abuse.
- 11:58They would also normalize a sexual abuse by placing a
- 12:01massage table and spa related products around the massage area
- 12:06in an effort to legitimize the area where the abuse
- 12:09was set to occur. Once abused, Epstein and his co
- 12:12conspirators continue to manipulate the victims using their financial power, promises,
- 12:17and threats to ensure that the victim returned as directed
- 12:21and remained compliant to their demands. All right, folks, we're
- 12:25going to wrap up with part one there, and in
- 12:27the next episode we're going to pick up with part
- 12:29two and finish off with the allegations made by Jane
- 12:32Doe one thousand against Jeffrey Epstein and his state. All
