- 0:10script, no agenda and no clue what's.
- 0:12Coming next. If it's random, it's fair game.
- 0:17TuneIn. Laugh with us, argue with us, or
- 0:19just wonder what the hell did I just listen to?
- 0:22New episodes come out weekly and here Chaos is.
- 0:24Guaranteed. All right, Sergio, thanks for
- 0:30coming on here, man. I really, really appreciate you
- 0:32coming on here and. Yeah, man, yeah.
- 0:34I'm. I'm excited to come out.
- 0:36I know when I talked to you originally, I had turned down a
- 0:39couple podcasts and I just, I didn't feel like my life was
- 0:43cool enough to talk about yet. So like, yeah, when you hit me
- 0:46up, I was, I was like super interested and yeah, love the
- 0:49area out here. It's cool.
- 0:50It's kind of reminded me where I'm at.
- 0:52Or like I was telling you in Cape Creek.
- 0:53Yeah, just kind of away from the city and the the craziness a
- 0:56little bit so. It's cool.
- 0:57A little quiet, huh? So how do you guys know each
- 1:00other? Through high school.
- 1:02OK, yeah, Parties. A lot of parties.
- 1:04Yeah, so back in the day, I, yeah, was, was a wild animal and
- 1:10cactus. And Peoria kind of became
- 1:12friends because we used to get in fights every weekend with
- 1:15each other. And then all of a sudden, you
- 1:18know, we stopped fighting each other and became friends and.
- 1:22Started. Partying together, fighting
- 1:24other people. Right.
- 1:25Yeah, it was Ironwood. Yeah, cuz we were the other
- 1:27ones. Yeah, Ironwood, Sunrise, all
- 1:29sorts. Of yeah, we we became a little
- 1:31bit of a problem 1 cactus in Peoria became.
- 1:33Yeah so it would be crazy man cuz we would just mob up to a
- 1:36party like. Uninvited.
- 1:39Uninvited. Like as long as somebody had an
- 1:41address, man, we were there. Yeah.
- 1:43Or just mobbing up to QTS and everything.
- 1:45Yeah, yeah, long time ago. Man, that's crazy.
- 1:48Yeah, I, I, I talked to some of like my buddies kids, you know,
- 1:52like, hey, do you like party or like what?
- 1:55Like what do you guys do? They're like, no.
- 1:57It's all, it's all FaceTime and yeah, Roblox and you know,
- 2:01everything is virtual nowadays. They don't know when kids don't
- 2:04go out. No.
- 2:05Yeah, they lost the art of socialization.
- 2:07Right. And I think.
- 2:08The world's kind of a scary place to like, I don't know that
- 2:10I want my, you know, six and seven-year old kid running the
- 2:13street right now. Like it's it's weird like, but
- 2:16back in the day, I I don't, I just might be my perception of
- 2:19it too, but I don't know that it was as I guess scary for for
- 2:25kids to be running around the streets, but.
- 2:27I've always thought like, I feel like it's always probably been
- 2:30like that, but now it's like we have social media, news is right
- 2:36there, right in your face all the time.
- 2:38So you and then, you know, you got the news stations that are,
- 2:42you know, they want clicks, right?
- 2:43They want views. So what's going to get the views
- 2:45is all the scary shit so. It's also created helicopter
- 2:48parents, right? Is now everybody's so afraid
- 2:50that something is going to happen to their kid that they
- 2:52don't allow them to go be kids, right?
- 2:53We talked about that last night with.
- 2:54Yeah, that's how I feel I guess too.
- 2:56There's two. There's a lot of eyes now,
- 2:58right? So like you have access to so
- 3:00much information that like our parents maybe didn't, right?
- 3:03So, you know, for them, they didn't really know of the the
- 3:07scary stuff out there as much as we do.
- 3:10So you're probably right. Yeah, it definitely wasn't as in
- 3:12their face as it is now. Yeah, everywhere you turn
- 3:14there's some something bad going on that's visible, right?
- 3:18How many? How many kids you got?
- 3:202 So I've got my daughter, she's 6 and my stepson is 11.
- 3:24OK, cool. Yeah, nice.
- 3:26You're like, right in the thick of it, huh?
- 3:27Yeah, man, we're busy, dude. Our week is crazy, you know,
- 3:31Monday we've got cheer, Tuesday we've got football, Wednesday,
- 3:35football, Thursday, all three of us have jiu jitsu, Friday
- 3:40football games, Saturday jiu jitsu.
- 3:42And then Sunday's our only, our only day off.
- 3:44Plus obviously my business that we're running so.
- 3:47And that's 24/7, you know, the second I wake up to when I go to
- 3:51bed. So yeah, I got a lot going on,
- 3:53man. It's but that's kind of what you
- 3:54sign up for as a dad and you know, in your late 30s, that's
- 3:58kind of that's kind of how busy life gets so.
- 4:01How do your kids like jiu jitsu? Oh, dude, that's the, that's the
- 4:04best thing I could have done for them.
- 4:06And, you know, getting me back involved.
- 4:07I did it when I was younger and yeah, I don't, I don't think
- 4:10I'll ever take them out unless they truly just don't want to do
- 4:12it. But they love it.
- 4:13And it's like super good for structure, you know, getting
- 4:18them to be a little bit combative with other kids and
- 4:21like understand how to defend themselves and the mental chest
- 4:24side of it and physical side of it.
- 4:26It's, I mean, it's one of the best things you can do for a
- 4:29kid, I think. That's awesome, yeah.
- 4:32Now being that you guys are that busy, you got to have a strong
- 4:34support system at home. Yeah.
- 4:36You know what's crazy too, is that my wife owns a business, so
- 4:39we're both very busy. But being able to own your own
- 4:43business, you can kind of go back and forth a little bit.
- 4:45When I need her, she she jumps in.
- 4:47When she needs me, I jump in, right?
- 4:49Like if I need to run, you know, from work to grab the kids at
- 4:52school or drop them off, or I can do that right 'cause I can
- 4:55kind of work remote from wherever I am.
- 4:59So that's the biggest difference, obviously changing
- 5:02from 17 years in huge corporate world and being trapped in a box
- 5:07for 60 hours a week. Yeah.
- 5:09What does your wife do or what does?
- 5:11She owns a salon, so she owns a company called Mad Lashes.
- 5:14It's, you know, kind of beauty related eyelashes and eyebrows
- 5:18and spray tans and stuff like. That oh nice cosmetics.
- 5:22So you said you were 17 years in the corporate box.
- 5:25Where did you? I came from Discount Tire.
- 5:27Yeah. So Discount Tire, I spent 17
- 5:30years there. Yeah, that's, that's half my
- 5:34life, man. So it's, it's, there's a lot to
- 5:36talk about there, but I'm super appreciative of that time I
- 5:41spent there 'cause, you know, I built a lot of qualities that
- 5:44already kind of existed inside of me.
- 5:46But yeah, the work ethic side of it and structure and foundation
- 5:52is key there. And there's a lot of good
- 5:54things. That world I spent over 20 years
- 5:57in the car business. Yeah, so I get it.
- 6:00Yeah. No, it's, there's, there's a lot
- 6:02to talk about there. But Discount Tire is is a crazy
- 6:05place. You know, when I, when I first
- 6:07started it, I had never touched a car.
- 6:10I had no idea about tools. I had no idea about anything,
- 6:15but I luckily got a job through a friend and I stuck around
- 6:19really good at it. The work ethic was was kind of
- 6:22already there, but amplified quite a bit through the through
- 6:25the company so. Did you just start as like a
- 6:28grunt? Just.
- 6:29Changing tires changing tires When I was in college, I
- 6:33started, this is my kind of first real job, right?
- 6:36Like I was, I was young, stupid and taking care of myself
- 6:41outside of, you know, working so surfing couches and stuff.
- 6:45And my buddy was like, hey dude, you like you need a real job and
- 6:48to take care of yourself, you know what I mean?
- 6:50So he talked me into it, got a job.
- 6:52I was in college at the time trying to be a nurse and
- 6:55paramedic and EMT. And that was kind of my route.
- 7:00And then through college I was changing tires for three years
- 7:02and they kept pressing me a little bit to go into management
- 7:05and was really good at it. So once I found out how much a
- 7:09manager at Discount Tire could make versus what a nurse would
- 7:12make, I was like, all right, let's go, let's do it.
- 7:16That's what seems to suck everybody in is, is you can make
- 7:18a lot of money in the car business without a high level of
- 7:21education, right? The problem is, is you have to
- 7:24give up 60 to 70 hours a week to get there, right?
- 7:27And that's the part that that people don't realize is the
- 7:30money is very, very good, but the amount of time that you have
- 7:33to give to get it definitely is tough.
- 7:36Well, and I think that Discount Tire or, you know, any big
- 7:39corporate industry, they understand that, right?
- 7:43For you to ask someone to be in a building for 60 hours a week,
- 7:47you better pay them well, right. So that's, that's the lure,
- 7:52right? Like you, they, they, they've
- 7:53got some psychology built around that.
- 7:55And, you know, they want you to understand that you're making,
- 7:58you know, what doctors would make without a college
- 8:00education. And they remind you of that
- 8:02often and, and all the time. And so, yeah, you, you sit down
- 8:06on those meetings and you kind of become ingrained in that.
- 8:10You stick around for a long time.
- 8:11Yeah, there's a fear, right? Is there?
- 8:13And and I think we've talked about it before, but they're
- 8:15almost ingrained in your head. You're never gonna make this
- 8:17kind of money if you 100% right. Like there's a scare tactic to
- 8:21keep you there that you can't ever be successful outside of it
- 8:24and all these other things. And I, I just, I remember when I
- 8:27got out of the car business being told you you'll be back.
- 8:30Yeah, right. Like you'll come back.
- 8:32Well, you see it too. You do see it like at Discount
- 8:35Tire, like people would leave and they would try to come back,
- 8:38right? Like it's, it's hard leaving a
- 8:42job where I'm making that kind of money.
- 8:44I won't, I won't say how much, but it's a lot.
- 8:47And you got kids and you got, you know, a family to take care
- 8:50of. And you're like, OK, well I'm
- 8:52going to go start my own business and not know how much
- 8:55money I'm. So tell us a little bit about
- 8:56that. So you went from being a
- 8:57discount for 17 years. Now you own your own business
- 9:00and obviously it's it's kind of tied to that, but it's yours.
- 9:04So what it what is the business? It's called mobile tire and
- 9:06battery. It's, you know, it's for me,
- 9:10it's Discount Tire on wheels, right?
- 9:13Obviously the battery side of things, you know, Discount Tire
- 9:15doesn't do. But yeah, man, I just wanted to
- 9:19make everything easy. I have always been an
- 9:22entrepreneur at Spirit. And for me, Discount Tire was
- 9:26that until it wasn't, right. And then they started making it
- 9:29very scripted and planned and rules and regulations got really
- 9:35tight and I was just ready to go do my own thing, ma'am.
- 9:38So I just wanted to be able to build that.
- 9:43And and the kind of funny thing is when I left Discount Tire, I
- 9:46didn't want to do anything tire related.
- 9:48I just wanted to go like let go of it and figure it out for a
- 9:54while. I got my life insurance license
- 9:56was going to do that in the time, you know, between, I
- 9:58figured when I started my business and after about two
- 10:04weeks, I had so many missed calls and texts and social media
- 10:09requests and DMS from all the time I spent, you know, with the
- 10:13tire world that I was like, I'm just throwing away money if I
- 10:17don't do anything with this. So that was the motivation
- 10:19behind starting and well, not starting MTB.
- 10:23The the background of MTB is my business partner Wilson did it
- 10:28right. He was doing mobile tires, but
- 10:31it was just him and another guy in a van kind of thing.
- 10:34So the, the original conversation I had met him
- 10:38through Doug and some of the guys playing poker.
- 10:41I just sat down at lunch with him.
- 10:42I was like, hey, man, I, I've got all this, you know, business
- 10:45coming in. Let's let's try to figure out a
- 10:47way to help each other. And after a while, you know,
- 10:50short story, you know, shorter is it just made sense to partner
- 10:54up and, and pour gas on it and, and really ignite it.
- 10:57So yeah, that was that was just the motivation there.
- 11:01I I had no idea I was going to, you know, do tires again, but
- 11:04that's awesome. It just makes sense.
- 11:06So is it on the commercial side too or like I guess I should say
- 11:10fleet accounts or are you doing just mostly like your average
- 11:14consumer? Yeah, So we do a lot of retail.
- 11:18I feel like a, a lot of people in the kind of blue collar, not
- 11:22just blue collar, but a lot of people understand how much their
- 11:25time and energy, you know, is meant it means to them.
- 11:28So we do have a lot of retail, but on the fleet side of things,
- 11:31it's, it's kind of a no brainer, you know, especially for us
- 11:35because we don't charge like a convenience fee, right?
- 11:37We, we want to make sure that you're getting a, you know, a
- 11:40good deal on top of saving time and energy.
- 11:43So a lot of the times we'll just match any big box store and then
- 11:47you, you know, save the time and energy and we just come out to
- 11:50you and you pay what you would pay anywhere else.
- 11:52So we we. We kind of use that model of why
- 11:55would you buy tires anywhere else, right?
- 11:57Like we're going to come to you, we'll take care of all the hard
- 12:00stuff. You don't have to go anywhere.
- 12:03And you just, you know, paying what you would pay anywhere
- 12:05else. What it where, where I think
- 12:07it's very, very smart is people don't value their time enough,
- 12:11right until they get it back right.
- 12:14It's the little things like like doing that, you know, you know,
- 12:18everybody's doing mobile oil changes and things like that
- 12:21now, right? So you're not sitting at a
- 12:22dealership for two hours waiting to get your oil change.
- 12:24So like the idea and the concept of it is is great because it
- 12:28gives people their time back, kind of like what you were
- 12:29wanting by getting out of the. Disk air pace, right?
- 12:32Yeah, is you're giving that back to others?
- 12:34Yeah, it was crazy too 'cause like when I was at discount, I
- 12:36would pay for convenience and pay for efficiency because I was
- 12:39so busy and I didn't have time for myself at all.
- 12:41So I would pay for the, the poop cleaning service.
- 12:44I would pay for the, you know, the, the maids and not maids,
- 12:47but like the home cleaning stuff and anything mobile where I
- 12:51didn't have to go. And do, you know, two or three
- 12:54hours worth of work just to get, you know, what I needed done?
- 12:59So that again, part of the motivation there too, is just to
- 13:02build some efficiency around people's lives and value.
- 13:05Yeah, no, that's, that's huge because you know, we partner
- 13:08with mobile oil, we partner with mobile detailing, anything
- 13:13mobile, you can kind of contact us and and get it taken care of.
- 13:17Very cool. What I like is how your
- 13:21customers still went to you when you weren't at discount, right?
- 13:25I mean, that shows a lot about you than it does, you know.
- 13:29Oh, I just want to go to Discount Tire.
- 13:30No, they they want to go to Sergio.
- 13:33Yeah, so that's a that's kind of a story too.
- 13:34I was always kind of a social butterfly when I was like young.
- 13:37And that's like meeting you, right?
- 13:39Like, you know, most people just kind of stay in their bubble in
- 13:41high school or grade school or whatever.
- 13:44I was always like super adventurous.
- 13:45I wanted to travel. I wanted to go try this, try
- 13:48that meet, you know, everybody everywhere, You know, there's
- 13:52people that I used to roller skate with like 12 when I was 12
- 13:55years old that buy tires for me now.
- 13:57And I had no contact between time, right?
- 14:01But yeah, now this kind of the for me, like I've always been
- 14:04non traditional and kind of like fluid and an open minded human.
- 14:08So like I did things outside the box a little bit, right?
- 14:12So I think that that's part of where I built my clients and you
- 14:16know, I've always been accommodating to them and did
- 14:18what was right for the customer kind of thing, not just what
- 14:21corporates had to do. So, you know, and then a lot of
- 14:26people like at Discount Tire, they let Discount Tire feed
- 14:30them. I was always like, well, how do
- 14:33I get better? I need people coming in outside
- 14:36of the Geo locked area that Discount Tire's in.
- 14:39So I was always pushing social media from like when Facebook
- 14:43first started. There's memories that pop up 15
- 14:46years ago from me. Hey, we got a sale going on this
- 14:48week. Come see me, right?
- 14:49So those are those are cool to see when when they pop up.
- 14:54Yeah, well, I do remember seeing a lot of your posts when you
- 14:57when you were at Discount Tire, you know, 'cause I mean, social
- 15:01media is pretty powerful these days.
- 15:03Yeah, and that, you know, in manager meetings back in the
- 15:05day, they would ask me how how's my store doing so well 'cause
- 15:08you know, I'm not. Again, not trying to be
- 15:10arrogant, but everywhere I went there was records going on.
- 15:13And, you know, each store had a lot going on and people were
- 15:16getting promoted and, you know, record and sales record and
- 15:19profits and, well, there was that organic network following
- 15:23every store I went. So.
- 15:24Yeah. You're building customers for
- 15:26life, right? And that's the, I think going
- 15:28back to what you were saying, Jane, that's how you can build a
- 15:31business to scale is when it's not about the environment that
- 15:34you work in, it's about the environment that you create as
- 15:36an individual. It's about the person and I tell
- 15:38people, I tell my sales people that all the time.
- 15:40And I go, you know, you should just try to network organically
- 15:42as much as you can just then that way like down the road if
- 15:46you want to start your own business, right?
- 15:47Like if you want to move on from selling tires or whatever, you
- 15:51could go sell lamps or flooring or whatever you you're doing.
- 15:54Those people are going to follow you wherever you go.
- 15:56Yeah. How many people have you?
- 15:59Do you guys have employed? There's three executives, I have
- 16:054 sales reps and then we have 6 installers or techs, so about 15
- 16:12of us. Nice.
- 16:13Very cool. And how many did you guys have
- 16:16when you started? Well, when I joined Wilson, it
- 16:20was Wilson was just with, he had two techs, so it was just us 4.
- 16:26Oh wow, so. What's the vision for it?
- 16:28How big do you want it to get? I mean, I mean, I'm not trying
- 16:32to take over the world, right? Like there's, there's places
- 16:34that, you know, we're not trying to compete with.
- 16:37We're just trying to coexist kind of.
- 16:38But I don't have like a regulator on it, right?
- 16:41I want to get as big as we can. I would like to provide, you
- 16:44know, a different platform for other people to do the same
- 16:48thing in different states. You know, there's conversations
- 16:50with people that want to start this up in Texas and South
- 16:54Carolina and. Really.
- 16:56So franchise opportunities I. Don't know that we're going to
- 16:58go the franchise route, but similar.
- 17:02Yeah, yeah, no, I think that the way that we're building things
- 17:05is is really cool. We're doing things very non
- 17:09traditionally. So, you know, being able to have
- 17:12sales reps that work from home at their, at their, you know,
- 17:17however much they want to work, you know, providing like, I
- 17:22don't know if you've ever been in a Discount Tire, but those
- 17:27kids are working on 100 vehicles a day, right?
- 17:31You know, our techs are working on probably 5:00 to 6:00, but
- 17:34it's a full day. So, you know, the, the space
- 17:37between time you're going from house to house, you get a little
- 17:39bit of time to yourself to kind of decompress between cars.
- 17:43Not that they don't work hard or anything, but you know, the
- 17:47grind of working on car back-to-back to back-to-back, it
- 17:50needs to be done in 15 minutes. Every car, right?
- 17:52Like it's like a, you know, it's like a sweatshop kind of.
- 17:56But again, that that's I, I don't want to discredit it
- 17:58because like that did build my work ethic, you know what I
- 18:01mean? So, but again, we're doing
- 18:03things very different. So to be able to provide that
- 18:07kind of platform for more people is, is exciting.
- 18:10So to go back to the original question, I, I don't know that
- 18:13there's like a, you know, a limit.
- 18:16I just want to keep growing as much as we can and, you know,
- 18:19keep going. Yeah, and it's funny because I,
- 18:21I actually used to recruit a lot out of Discount Tire when I was
- 18:24still running service departments and body shops
- 18:25because. I yeah, you get Discount Tire on
- 18:27your Yeah, you get Discount Tire on your on your resume, man.
- 18:31Like, you know, you're getting a badass, Yeah.
- 18:33Most times and I would go look for them right, Like I was
- 18:35constantly getting my tires rotated and I would do it in a
- 18:38little oil change, Lube places and stuff like that.
- 18:40I always look for whoever the the best communicator was in the
- 18:44facility and then I give my business card.
- 18:45I'm like, if you ever want to make a ton of money, give me a
- 18:47call and then I'd recruit him to come work.
- 18:49For me that that happened to me all the time.
- 18:50Again, I was a manager for like the last eight or nine years and
- 18:53people would try to poach my people all the time and I was
- 18:55never offended. Like that's that's what happens
- 18:58when you work hard and your, your, your kick ass, you know,
- 19:00at your job and you communicate well.
- 19:03And I mean, you're just, you know, you people want you people
- 19:06want you to come work for them too.
- 19:07So. So you said earlier that you
- 19:09have that entrepreneurial like attitude, spirit or whatever.
- 19:15Where did where did that come from?
- 19:18I was always, so when I was a kid, I kind of raised myself and
- 19:23you know, I think my mom did a great job.
- 19:25I didn't really have AII, didn't have a dad growing up.
- 19:27So but my mom had to work a lot to raise me and put a, you know,
- 19:32roof over my head and so on and so forth.
- 19:34So like I kind of just had to take care of myself.
- 19:37So from the time I was 12, I was making my own money.
- 19:41Again, we won't disclose how that how that happened, but but
- 19:44yeah, no, I, you know, I just raised myself and I think that
- 19:47that's kind of where that comes from.
- 19:49I had to figure everything out on my own, right?
- 19:51Like whether it's good, bad and different.
- 19:55Yeah, I think that's kind of where it started.
- 19:58But then when I got to Discount Tire, I saw the business and I,
- 20:01I was always interested in, you know, how businesses worked and
- 20:04how to make money and so. Even when I was changing tires,
- 20:08I was always interested on the business side.
- 20:11And Discount Tire back in the day when you started you when
- 20:16you got keys to your own store, that meant you had keys to your
- 20:18own store, you ran your own business.
- 20:21So I was always excited about that, getting my own keys.
- 20:23And I think the origin story is just, you know, I think that my
- 20:28upbringing forced me to be an entrepreneur.
- 20:31Like I, I had to figure out how to make money.
- 20:33I had to help my mom with bills. I had to.
- 20:37And by the time I was 17, I was living on my own, right?
- 20:39Couch surfing, but living on my own.
- 20:41And I never had anyone to turn to and be like, hey, I need
- 20:45help. You know what I mean?
- 20:46I just had to figure it out. Did you have any like mentors
- 20:49growing up or? Yeah, yeah, I'll try to.
- 20:53I'll try to keep it brief because I don't want to get too
- 20:55emotional here, but both my mentors are now gone.
- 20:58My grandfather was, you know, the only father figure really I
- 21:02had. And then if you've ever heard
- 21:04the ballet Big Brother, big sister program.
- 21:07I had a Big Brother when I was when I was eight, I was adopted
- 21:10as a little brother. He recently this year passed
- 21:14away in a skydiving accident. And those were my 2, my 2 father
- 21:21figures in life. They were never really like in
- 21:25the same home or anything right over a phone call away or but
- 21:29yeah, that's those are my my mentors, I guess growing up.
- 21:32Your Big Brother, what was his name?
- 21:34Kirk. Kirk.
- 21:35And then your grandfather's name, Frank.
- 21:37Frank. Yeah, that's cool, man.
- 21:40Yeah, yeah, I know that's I owe everything to them for sure.
- 21:44They they did as best they could for me and I was a wild animal
- 21:48again, so they they had their their hands full for sure.
- 21:51My mom again, did her best for sure, but yeah, they had a big
- 21:56impact on my life. That's good, man.
- 21:58Yeah. The Big Brother, big sister
- 22:01thing, Is that something that your mom enrolled you in or?
- 22:03Yeah, it's for Valley Big Brother.
- 22:05Big Sister program is an amazing program for people that don't
- 22:09have a parent growing up. Right.
- 22:12Excuse me. So for example, like I didn't
- 22:15have a dad growing up. So, you know, they would enroll
- 22:17someone like a little boy that needs a dad or you know, father
- 22:20figure growing up into that program or vice versa for a a
- 22:23little girl that doesn't have a mom, you know they have a big
- 22:26sister program. OK.
- 22:28So. Yeah, it really is a special
- 22:30program. That is pretty cool.
- 22:31I didn't. I didn't even know about that.
- 22:33Yeah, and it and it's not even just about the mentorship piece
- 22:36of it. It's just the the I think it's
- 22:39the the support that that you didn't know that you needed
- 22:41100%. You know, yeah, I kind of hit
- 22:44the lottery with mine. A lot of the times that doesn't
- 22:47work out, right. Like, you know, just like a
- 22:49relationship sometimes, like, you know, not not compatible or
- 22:53something. But yeah, I mean, this guy was,
- 22:57you know, world's coolest man. Like he, you know, F16 pilot,
- 23:01you know, 22 master's degrees. He's got an engineering degree
- 23:05and a, you know, Stanford business degree, and he's just,
- 23:08you know, invented his own airplane.
- 23:10And, yeah, I mean, that's awesome.
- 23:12Curt Hawkins, Right. Right.
- 23:14Rest in peace. But he he's, yeah.
- 23:17The same dude. I mean, coolest thing that could
- 23:20have happened to me. Yeah.
- 23:21That's very cool. Yeah, and I mean, just hearing
- 23:24your story too is like, I could see some of him coming out
- 23:28there, you know? Yeah, he always taught me that
- 23:30everything is manageable, man. And, you know, he would push me
- 23:33just because I was his little brother.
- 23:35He like did not take it easy on me, right?
- 23:37Like he always let me know when I was fucking up.
- 23:39And he just really, really pushed me the best, you know, to
- 23:44be the best person I can be. And I was at a young age, dude
- 23:47like he he would teach me, you know, some of the mannerisms
- 23:52that I have now super, super early on.
- 23:55Push the boundaries and, you know, never settle.
- 23:59Those are those are things that just are part of my part of my,
- 24:03you know, life now. So that's cool, man.
- 24:06I mean, 'cause you could have went the opposite way, you know?
- 24:11Yeah. Yeah, no, I was definitely
- 24:13destined for a kind of failure like it was my my life was set
- 24:16up to be in in jail or dead for sure by the by this age.
- 24:20So. But here you are, two kids doing
- 24:23jiu jitsu. Yeah, yeah, I'm doing my best.
- 24:25Got a wife her own business. That's awesome, man.
- 24:28Good for you, dude. So yeah, I always.
- 24:29Tell people like I'm doing better than I deserve.
- 24:31You know what I mean? Like I I that's, that's a common
- 24:33thing I said to people like how you doing like better than I
- 24:35deserve, Like that's, that's truly.
- 24:37That's such a cool statement. Yeah, yeah.
- 24:39Yeah, but also you do deserve it man.
- 24:41Like you don't get to where you're at by not busting your
- 24:44ass and working hard. Yeah.
- 24:46No, I agree with that. I had.
- 24:48I got lucky along the way a little bit.
- 24:50But yeah, it is ultimately choice and up to me to to put
- 24:54those things into effect. And and I think that, you know,
- 24:57for me, like I don't really get the joy in like being
- 25:01successful. Like I truly like, love helping
- 25:04people. So for me like to be able to be
- 25:07in a position to kind of like maybe do the same thing for
- 25:10others like that Kirk did for me, You know, that's, that's
- 25:14what's exciting for me like in my daughter and my, you know,
- 25:17my, my, my stepson Maddox and, you know, be able to help Lexi
- 25:21with everything. And that's, that's for me, like
- 25:23all I want to do is help people's life get better, so.
- 25:27Have you ever read the book? Start with Why?
- 25:29No, OK. Need to read that.
- 25:31I'll have this audio version. You can get it audio.
- 25:34I'm a terrible I can read well but like comprehension wise
- 25:39it'll take me 17 times to read the book to really get it.
- 25:42Listen to it because what you just said, that book will help
- 25:45you dive dive even deeper into that, right, like the whole
- 25:48idea, because I think the entrepreneurial piece is great,
- 25:51right? We all go into business because
- 25:53we want to be successful and we want to make money.
- 25:55What you just said is more important than any dollar amount
- 25:57you're ever going to make is, is what you pour into people,
- 26:01right, and helping people get to the next level, right.
- 26:04And I, and I, and I say this because I, I didn't know what
- 26:08understanding your why was until reading it and really processing
- 26:11it. But I'm telling you, once you
- 26:12do, you will take your her ability to lead people and to
- 26:16develop people to such another level.
- 26:18Yeah, I mean, that was part of, again, like, I do it because I
- 26:22truly want to. And like, for me, I outfitted my
- 26:25truck to help people, right? Like on the side of the road.
- 26:27I stopped two nights ago before Thanksgiving, Lady stuck on the
- 26:31freeway, right? Like just pull over and help
- 26:34little things like that, man. Like I, I just genuinely like
- 26:37doing, I don't video it. I don't, I do it just because I
- 26:41right, I don't, right. There's a lot of people that
- 26:44will, you know, film giving homeless people money and shit
- 26:47like that. That's yeah, that's, that's
- 26:50counter counterintuitive to me, right?
- 26:52Like I, I, I do it 'cause I want to help people, not because I
- 26:54want people to see me helping people right.
- 26:58And I sorry your phone off here, but yeah, no, I, I truly like, I
- 27:04think it's sick when people do that because it's, you know,
- 27:07you're, there's a hidden narrative there, right?
- 27:10Like our hidden agenda, like you're doing it for you, not
- 27:13them. So.
- 27:15Yeah, it's not supposed to make you feel better, right?
- 27:18And it's not about making yourself look good.
- 27:20It's about doing things out of the kindness of your heart.
- 27:22And I and I agree with you 100%. It just drives me nuts.
- 27:26I've seen, I've seen some some people that really use social
- 27:29media the wrong way. That's really just to build a
- 27:31clout for themselves. And I'm like, man, if you would,
- 27:34if you would pour this much energy into other people instead
- 27:37of just trying to make yourself look good on social media, the
- 27:40world would be such a better place.
- 27:41Yeah. Well, and I think that that's
- 27:43just kind of like the world we live in now.
- 27:45Like that's what people think they're supposed to do, is, you
- 27:48know, build their name and likeness.
- 27:52But doing the right thing should do that organically.
- 27:55So I agree with you, yeah. But there's also like, I mean, I
- 27:58don't know, you could also use, you could also like film
- 28:01yourself doing stuff like that and motivate other people.
- 28:04No, you can't. There is an argument for that.
- 28:06I agree with that. I think it's how it's done.
- 28:09Yeah, but you can see it, Yes, you can see it when people are
- 28:11doing it for themselves. You can see it, right, To build
- 28:16awareness around it. Sure.
- 28:17Like, I get that, but there's a fine line.
- 28:19So yeah, I, I agree with you there.
- 28:21Yeah, it's all perspective, man. Yeah.
- 28:23Well, I think it's how you how you present it too, right.
- 28:26Like if that becomes normal content for you that that's what
- 28:29you're going out and you're constantly doing that.
- 28:32It's no longer about giving back to the community.
- 28:34Right now, if you're doing a community service, like let's
- 28:37say you and I wanted to do something through the podcast is
- 28:39we're going to go give back to the community.
- 28:41It's not we're going out and every single time we're doing it
- 28:46right, showing that because that becomes the narrative, right?
- 28:50It's just it it, I don't know. I agree with you that I that I
- 28:53just, I think there's a time and a place and a way to do it.
- 28:56Yeah, I mean, we're doing a we're doing a little event.
- 28:58I think in February. We'll have to, we'll have to
- 29:00confirm that with Rick. But I think it's February.
- 29:02It's called Taco Fest, where we're going to put a bunch of
- 29:05people, you know, at a park and bounce houses and food trucks
- 29:09and all that stuff. But we're going to do like live
- 29:11demonstrations on how to jump start your battery, how to
- 29:14change your tire, how to put your spare on that kind of
- 29:17thing. Very educational.
- 29:20You know, things like that are the difference, right?
- 29:22Like that's do something with, you know, your caringness
- 29:26instead of like just posting a video online kind of thing.
- 29:29So yeah, no, I like that. That's that's actually a good
- 29:31idea. Great idea.
- 29:32Use your platform for good. You know what I mean?
- 29:35Yeah. It's not like you're doing that
- 29:36to monetize it. You're doing that out of the
- 29:38goodness of your. Heart yeah we're not going to
- 29:39charge people to get in right like we're just doing it as like
- 29:42a free event you show up you can you know obviously pay to get
- 29:45tacos and stuff like that but like yeah, not none of it is
- 29:49it's all free plus we're giving away tires and we're giving away
- 29:52a set of wheels and we're giving away you know very cool stuff so
- 29:57yeah that's check it out though by the way, Taco Fest February
- 30:02check out our socials for specifics but yeah.
- 30:04Get us all that information and we'll help you promote it.
- 30:06I mean, we're helping promote a rodeo that's coming up too, so
- 30:09we'll help you any way we can. I mean.
- 30:11That'd be cool. We'd bring out the trailer to
- 30:13the rodeo. Yeah, that'd be cool.
- 30:14Yeah, I talked to Rick yesterday and I was telling him about this
- 30:17rodeo that we got going or that we're gonna help promote.
- 30:20But they're gonna help us, or we're gonna.
- 30:22We're setting up. Do a podcast there.
- 30:24Oh cool. Yeah, we're gonna we're gonna
- 30:26try to go live and all that. So it's like 2 days.
- 30:29January 30th, the 31st. Grit and Glory Rodeo.
- 30:33I wouldn't either. Yep, promo code rad cast.
- 30:37Oh yeah, I forgot. About that, Yep, get a discount,
- 30:38but no, we'd love to support it. I mean, I think that's kind of
- 30:43why we did started this whole thing right, was to give a
- 30:46platform for people to come in and and and tell their story,
- 30:49but also pour back into the community.
- 30:51I mean, you know, it was never about 'cause I know in the
- 30:56beginning we were asked like, oh, what famous people?
- 30:58Are you guys going to try to get on them?
- 30:59We're like nobody, nobody like. We want random ass dudes.
- 31:04That's all we want. We.
- 31:05Just want real people telling real stories about real shit.
- 31:09Yeah, that's that's a cool concept.
- 31:10And like I was telling you guys before we started, like I love
- 31:13the Joe Rogan podcast for that specific reason.
- 31:15There's no rhyme or reason for the people he has on there, just
- 31:17cool people that can give cool information.
- 31:20Yeah, and he has, you can tell he truly doesn't have a
- 31:23narrative or an agenda when it's starting.
- 31:26He's just talking, right. Like, and that's, that's kind of
- 31:29why I was excited about doing this, right?
- 31:31Like that's organic conversation, no rules, no
- 31:35regulations, no boundaries, right?
- 31:37Like just just have a good conversation.
- 31:39And that's that's what I like to listen to.
- 31:41So. I one of the things that I loved
- 31:44about this is like, you know, I feel like I'm surrounded by a
- 31:47bunch of like awesome people like yourself, right, that start
- 31:51businesses or can sing or can ride a horse really well, you
- 31:56know what I'm saying? And I just feel like like we
- 31:59need more of the middle class bad asses that can come out and
- 32:06you know, like tell your story you.
- 32:07Know well it's cool because they that's true like there's you
- 32:10know a lot of the people that are doing cool stuff and that
- 32:13are not like, you know famous they have a cool story too but
- 32:16no one really gets to hear it because they're on the platform
- 32:18so. This well, you don't know what
- 32:19who you're going to inspire next, right, right.
- 32:21Like how many people are are not listening to the Joe Rogan show,
- 32:24but may listen to this that are like, man, I never thought about
- 32:28going and and busting tires right as a teenager and learning
- 32:31the art of business and stuff like that and seeing where I
- 32:34could potentially go. Like, you know, I, I mean, I
- 32:37don't know about you, but I wasn't told in high school, hey,
- 32:41go work at a car dealership and you're going to make a piss ton
- 32:43of money, right? It's go to college or work at
- 32:45McDonald's or go in the military, right?
- 32:48And again, that's not my like, that's not my lane like I
- 32:50college was it never made sense for me.
- 32:52School never made sense for me. Again, there's too many rules,
- 32:54regulations and like for me, like I was always like, analyze
- 32:58and make the best decision possible for what's in front of
- 33:01you. And that's again, a, a, a
- 33:03Kirkism, but luckily I had that, that role model to, to kind of
- 33:08teach me that because I truly didn't want to live in a
- 33:12confined like lane. Like that's, that's just for me,
- 33:16the sheep or whatever. Like I don't like using that
- 33:18term because it's, it's degrading, I guess.
- 33:21But like for me, like I always wanted to kind of pave my own
- 33:23way, so. Well, I think there's a
- 33:25generational shift that's going on right now.
- 33:27And we kind of talked about it a little bit last night at
- 33:29Thanksgiving. But you know, you think about
- 33:31our generation has kind of become super entrepreneurial,
- 33:34right? Everybody's doing something to
- 33:37try to try to be an entrepreneur, whether it's
- 33:39social media, whether they're starting their own businesses.
- 33:41You're right. And you, you see, like all of us
- 33:44are trying to build that into our our kids.
- 33:48Yeah. Is like, hey, listen, you don't
- 33:50have to go to college, right? When we were coming up, it was
- 33:53like, no, you go to college or you go in the military.
- 33:56Those those are the options, right?
- 33:57Because that was what our. Parents, I tried to go to the
- 33:59military too. I'm glad that it didn't because
- 34:01again, that was even more tight rules and regulations there.
- 34:04But yeah, no, I agree with you. Like if my daughter wants to go
- 34:07to college, like I'll I'll embrace it.
- 34:09I'll try to, you know, shift her mindset to make sure it's like
- 34:12engineering or something you really need college for.
- 34:16But if it's like, you know, business or you know, something
- 34:20vague, I don't, I don't know that I'll, I'll just, you know,
- 34:22maybe invest in her starting her own business.
- 34:24Kind of. I saw a cool thing on a podcast
- 34:27the other day actually, where the guy was saying I'm going to
- 34:30save up what, $200,000, what college would cost.
- 34:33And you know, for the first year, like I'm going to give her
- 34:3650 grand and tell her to go travel the world and experience
- 34:39and learn. And you know, when she gets
- 34:41back, like, you know, hopefully she has an idea of what she
- 34:44wants to do and what makes her happy.
- 34:47And then I'll try to invest in her business, right?
- 34:49So that's, that's what's important to me.
- 34:51And I think that's what would be beneficial for her too.
- 34:54So. Yeah, that's smart.
- 34:56I mean, you know, I, I'm my kids are 20 and 21.
- 34:59You guys have young ones. And I just remember like when
- 35:03they came in, they're like, hey, we're going to go to college.
- 35:04I'm like, OK, cool. They're I think they were
- 35:08waiting for me to be like, oh, yeah, let's do it.
- 35:10And I'm like, like, no, this is a decision.
- 35:12You guys are adults now. These are the decisions you can
- 35:14make. I didn't go to college until I
- 35:15was 45, right? I didn't think it was necessary.
- 35:19I figured out how to be successful just like you did
- 35:21without a college education, right?
- 35:24Doesn't mean that I, I devalue a college education.
- 35:27It just wasn't my path. Like it wasn't your path.
- 35:29A. 100%. Now my son goes, you know, he
- 35:31was gonna go be a mechanical engineer, starts really doing
- 35:35his research, gets up there and gets ready to enroll in college.
- 35:37And he's like, I don't wanna do this shit.
- 35:38And I'm like, good. So now he's gonna be a cop,
- 35:41right? So there was a big pivot, you
- 35:45know, and, and talking about your kids is that's where you
- 35:48have the opportunity, you know, to, to really show them by
- 35:52example, like, hey, listen, you can really do whatever it is
- 35:55that you want. To do and, and it's just, it's
- 35:57always a cliche thing, 'cause you heard that you can be
- 36:00whatever you want to be, right? With the right effort you can
- 36:05absolutely kind of do whatever you want to do man like and you
- 36:08should focus on what makes you happy.
- 36:10But The funny thing is like what makes you happy now doesn't make
- 36:13you happy in 10/15/20 years. So understand that you can
- 36:17change. Like at. 40 like if you're not
- 36:20fucking happy, do something different, you know what I mean?
- 36:23And I don't know that tires like made me happy, but now that I'm
- 36:26doing tires on my own terms and weigh, I'm absolutely happy,
- 36:31right? Like I get a chance to like
- 36:33build something cool, you know, allow other people to make money
- 36:37doing it. And then on top of that, like I
- 36:39can be there for my family. So like that's that was my shift
- 36:43too. And like, you know, when I'm
- 36:464550 like and if that changes, that's fine.
- 36:49You know what I mean? Like go do something different.
- 36:51But the tire is the widget, right?
- 36:52Like that's the piece of it that I think a lot of people don't
- 36:55understand is you don't sell tires, you sell an experience,
- 36:58right? The tire happens to be the
- 37:00product that you that you use to create an experience that
- 37:04consumers will never, ever forget. 100%.
- 37:06And that's that's the part that most entrepreneurs miss.
- 37:09It's like, I'm gonna go into business because I wanna make a
- 37:11punch a bunch of money and I'm gonna sell this specific
- 37:14product. Most of those businesses fail.
- 37:17Like I think it's, it's a scary rate.
- 37:19It's like damn near close to 90% of businesses failed, right?
- 37:23And it's usually in year 1. They don't even make it through
- 37:25year one, but they're so focused on being profitable and making
- 37:29money that they forget about why they went into business in the
- 37:31beginning. Yeah, that's a scary
- 37:33conversation. And again, when when I have
- 37:35often with my business partner that like we're building, we're
- 37:39building something right now to sustain us for the future,
- 37:42right? Like the first year we didn't
- 37:43make a ton of money. This we're going on, this is
- 37:46about a year and a half of me and him merging as partners.
- 37:50So year one, it was scary, dude. Like we talked about earlier, I
- 37:53was making a lot of money. Now we don't know how we're
- 37:55going to pay our guys every week.
- 37:56Now. We don't know how I'm going to
- 37:57pay myself every week or Wilson every week.
- 38:01But here we are going into like our second full year and the
- 38:05projections look really good. So if you put good people and
- 38:11hard working people around you, even though you're not like
- 38:14really making a ton of money, you're building a good team that
- 38:17is sustainable. That's super important for
- 38:21anybody building a business, by the way, like hire the right
- 38:23people. Again, Rick was a a huge
- 38:26acquisition for us. And I know that you know Rick
- 38:28really well and he went to school with him, but having him
- 38:32involved is is a game changer for us.
- 38:34Oh yeah? Well, you know his bearded
- 38:38mortgage commercials that he did for social media?
- 38:41Man, those were so funny. He's just a, he's a, a
- 38:45personality and now he's, you know, he's really working on the
- 38:49marketing and he's working on helping us with, you know, doing
- 38:53our QuickBooks. And he's, he's really taking an
- 38:55executive role seriously. And that's again, something that
- 38:59me and Wilson really, really needed because like I said, as a
- 39:04small business CEO and COO, we're doing a lot like literally
- 39:11everything, you know, from scheduling to ordering to bills
- 39:15to going out. And I went shit on Tuesday, I
- 39:17went out and changed the tire, you know what I mean?
- 39:19So like it's you're still really, really, really involved
- 39:23at a small business like this so.
- 39:25And you don't know what you don't know when you start your
- 39:27business. You don't know what gaps you're
- 39:29going to have. Yeah.
- 39:30And the better people you can get to fill those gaps, the
- 39:32better the business will be and the more sustainable. 100% and
- 39:35like, yeah, like I know that hiring him cost us X, but is
- 39:39going to mean, you know, this much money down the road because
- 39:42I have way more time to do what I need to do.
- 39:46And him taking on some of those responsibilities like the
- 39:49marketing stuff is huge. Fixing our Google page, huge,
- 39:53building our website huge, right?
- 39:55Like, and having somebody in house where I can call and be
- 39:58like, hey, what do you think about this?
- 40:00Or, you know, give me your thoughts on why we did this and
- 40:02help me understand why you did it this way instead of calling a
- 40:05contractor and be like, hey, we pay you $300 a month.
- 40:08I'll talk to you next week on X. Like no, I need to be able to
- 40:12call you now and figure out what the fuck we're doing.
- 40:14Yeah, strategic partnership, yeah.
- 40:16Yeah. That's cool.
- 40:17Do you do you drive around and look at people's tires all the
- 40:20time? Oh, it's a problem.
- 40:21Yeah. Yeah.
- 40:24I mean, I've just been trained to look at tires my whole life.
- 40:26Yeah. Like, it's funny because I go
- 40:27down the road, I can tell you by the year, make and model, like
- 40:30what size tires are on it. Or I can tell you by the tread
- 40:33pattern what tire it is. Like it's, it's, it's bad.
- 40:37Well, hold on. So what do you mean?
- 40:38Like I can look at the back of your tread, right?
- 40:41Like not looking at the side where I can read the letters.
- 40:43I can tell you by the tread design on the tire what tire it
- 40:46is. Like the brand?
- 40:47Yeah. Really, when you look at tires
- 40:50all day, every day for as many years as you have I.
- 40:53Yeah, what? What is?
- 40:54What is something that people don't realize about tires?
- 40:57What's? They're finicky, man.
- 40:59Like, you know, like especially here in Arizona, a cool fact is
- 41:03like the most of the reason why tires fail are heat related,
- 41:08right? Like, so for example, if your
- 41:10tires are under inflated, that builds up friction in the side
- 41:13well, and that's why you get the, you know, explosions on the
- 41:15freeway. Or for example, if your tires
- 41:18are worn really bad, the circumferential grooves that are
- 41:21built into the tire, right? There's 3 or 4 circumferential
- 41:24grooves that are, you know, pretty thick, and that's how you
- 41:26get your tread depth reading right.
- 41:28If they're too low, there's not enough air being passed through
- 41:32there to cool down the tire. So as your tires wear out, they
- 41:35start running hotter and hotter and hotter.
- 41:38Dude, I didn't know. That I didn't know that I
- 41:39actually 20 years in the car business.
- 41:41I thought that was just like for water.
- 41:43So water that's. A dual purpose, right?
- 41:44It does help. Yeah, damn.
- 41:46Yeah. I did not know that.
- 41:49What about like the side walls? Like how?
- 41:50How does all that air get on the side?
- 41:53How does the air get in? Like on like how like bubbles up
- 41:56on the on the side. That's a loose.
- 41:58Build that's a no. So that's typically called an
- 42:00impact break. So like if you hit a curb or if
- 42:03you get a pothole that's good enough, it it creates a, a
- 42:06pocket in that rubber and it starts building and building and
- 42:08building. Gotcha.
- 42:10Damn, those are dangerous too, right?
- 42:11Like those will pop at some point just with heat and
- 42:14expansion. But yeah, like right now it's
- 42:18chilly outside, so a lot of people's air pressure lights are
- 42:20going on. We have a cool sub business or,
- 42:24you know, sister company that we just built called Mobile Air
- 42:26Check. I know you guys have seen the
- 42:29crazy long lines waiting for air pressure.
- 42:33So the motivation, excuse me, the motivation there was to help
- 42:38people with that. So we'll go to your house.
- 42:41You sign up, it's free, literally free.
- 42:43You just sign up, we'll go to your house every quarter, check
- 42:46your air pressure, tread depth reading and yeah, absolutely
- 42:49tread depth reading and check the age of your tires.
- 42:51Another important factor, tires that are in Arizona, you know
- 42:57especially when they get 6 plus years old, they start to lose
- 43:00their elasticity and as they expand and contract they can you
- 43:04know be susceptible to failure there too.
- 43:07So let me ask you, I know the big attraction to discount is
- 43:09their lifetime or not lifetime tire, right?
- 43:12But their replacement, do you guys do something similar?
- 43:15So again, I'm a discount guy, right?
- 43:18Like I came from discount. There's a lot of similar bones
- 43:22and structure. Our Rd. hazard is almost
- 43:26identical, except the added value is when you have a tire
- 43:30problem, what what do you have to do?
- 43:32You have to bring it there. So we still come to you, right?
- 43:35Like you're still paying the same amount as what you would
- 43:38anywhere else for a road hazard. You know, and every tire comes
- 43:42with like a prorated Rd. hazard. But this would be like we come
- 43:45out, replace your tire for free. It's a convenience factor.
- 43:48Right. Well, and the fact that you
- 43:49don't have to put your spare on or get it towed to wherever you
- 43:52have the warranty. We just come to you and we take
- 43:55care of it. So the average lifespan of a
- 43:58tire here is about 6 years, would you say?
- 44:01No, I mean that's really dependent on the driver.
- 44:04If you're driving, you know, 10,008 thousand miles, maybe six
- 44:10years. Yeah, but most people drive 12
- 44:12to 15,000 a year. So you're probably looking 2-3
- 44:16years. How important are the weights in
- 44:19the in the rims they're? Important when you get something
- 44:22rotating that fast, every little imperfection you can feel for
- 44:26sure, especially if it's up front where your steering wheel
- 44:28is. Yeah, they're definitely
- 44:31important. You know, the bigger and bigger
- 44:33and bigger the assembly gets though, the harder and harder
- 44:35and harder it gets to balance something.
- 44:37So just depending on your application, like if you've got
- 44:40a truck, I wouldn't be super, super inclined to be like, oh,
- 44:43it's got a little shimmy. You're you're going to have that
- 44:45no matter what, especially if you've got like big mud tires or
- 44:48something like that where that tires are super heavy.
- 44:51The last thing you want to do is stack like a pound of weight on
- 44:54a wheel, you know what I mean? So yeah, it's important, but not
- 44:59not critical. I guess it's more for like, you
- 45:01know, ride comfort. So you guys, so as far as your
- 45:05mobile service, you guys have the ability to spend?
- 45:07Everything that you would get at a regular server shop, we have
- 45:10available at your home. How cool is that?
- 45:12Yeah. So tires, batteries, oil
- 45:14changes, car wash. Yeah, lattes.
- 45:19You guys do coffee? Yeah, actually, you know, if we
- 45:22we did a, a coffee shop, mobile coffee shop the other day.
- 45:27So we should tell them to just join us.
- 45:28But no, yeah, you know, at at some point, yeah, we, we, we
- 45:33kind of do it all. Yeah, and you guys don't do just
- 45:35vehicles, right? You have to do trailers.
- 45:37Oh yeah, campers. Yeah, everything and everything
- 45:41with tires on it. We'd like to take a moment and
- 45:44thank our sponsors for all of their support.

- 47:44Wheelbarrows. We just dropped off a a huge
- 47:46stack of wheels and tires for a a big grocery company the other
- 47:50day. They're probably as tall as
- 47:53this, you know, as as the roof here.
- 47:57Yeah. I mean, we, we do it all.
- 47:59Dang, how many? So you guys run out of a trailer
- 48:03too, right? We've got three vehicles.
- 48:05We've got a van, we've got a box truck.
- 48:08We have a trailer, custom trailer.
- 48:12It's kind of my baby. The the trailer is awesome.
- 48:14Like you get a chance to see it at the rodeo or something.
- 48:17Like you go inside there, you'd be like, this is fucking cool.
- 48:20Everything in there like it's got AC, It's got, you know,
- 48:23water, it's got it's, it's badass.
- 48:25So if I were to call you to come out and change my tire, how
- 48:28quick can you guys change the tires?
- 48:31Well, that's, that's dependent as well.
- 48:33So like if you, if you need a specific tire, we don't stock
- 48:38anything. We, I, I take that back, we just
- 48:40stock some things that are very, very popular, but there's so
- 48:43many skews that like, for example, like a Discount Tire,
- 48:46they have to carry 4000 tires at all times.
- 48:51For us, it's kind of like, you know, special order stuff.
- 48:54So for example, like if you call me and go, hey, I need 4 tires
- 48:57this size, Depending on how busy our day is, two or three hours
- 49:02is like the short end. Typically what we would like is
- 49:06all those warehouses that we deal with drop off tires to us
- 49:10two times a day. So like once in the morning,
- 49:12once in the afternoon. So like half of a day notice is
- 49:15best for us or you know, next day is, is best.
- 49:20Most people that need us right away or like somebody that had
- 49:23to blow out on the freeway or tires flat in the parking lot
- 49:26kind of thing. And then we can come out, put a
- 49:28spare on or something like that or just fix the tire.
- 49:33Those are pretty quick. So for example, the other day I
- 49:35was telling you I went out and did it.
- 49:38She was about 30 minutes from me.
- 49:40So it took 30 minutes for me to get.
- 49:42There, nice. Damn, I'm buying tires from
- 49:44these guys now and I was, it's funny talking about tires.
- 49:47I was talking to my wife about this the other day and I was
- 49:49like I don't think we realized how much money we have in tires
- 49:52sitting at my house. Trailer side by side truck.
- 49:56Horse trailer. Quads.
- 49:58Quads. We do a lot in Cave Creek.
- 50:00I'm surprised we're not out here a lot in Whitman too, just
- 50:03because of the nature of what you guys do with, you know,
- 50:05horses and trailers and all that stuff.
- 50:07Like, no one really wants to hook up a damn trailer and take
- 50:10it somewhere to get the tires done.
- 50:12That's, you know, that just seems like a lot of extra work,
- 50:15especially when you're paying the same amount for me to just
- 50:18come out here and do it. I I'll be honest, I've never
- 50:21even remotely thought about looking for a mobile.
- 50:23I know many company I was I was telling Rich.
- 50:26It's you're, you're used to it at this point.
- 50:28You just got to go somewhere and it's just part of the
- 50:30inconvenience. And I'm going to sit there for
- 50:32two or three hours where I could just sit at my house and you
- 50:35guys can do whatever you want. I will never.
- 50:38I mean, like even that, like, yeah, you can schedule a time to
- 50:42go to a tire company, but you're still going to sit and wait.
- 50:44But you're still going to sit and wait.
- 50:45I could we you could schedule MTB and then you could wait at
- 50:48your house or go do run other errands, you know?
- 50:52Yeah, no, it's, it's crucial. And again, I, I we kind of
- 50:55coined the phrase like, why buy tires anywhere else?
- 50:57Like we truly, I give my my sales Rep that and I go just,
- 51:01you know, ask him that question because there there should be no
- 51:04reason why you would want to go do that.
- 51:07Yeah, right. So let.
- 51:08Me ask you this, I don't now you got my mind working.
- 51:11So the free air service that you're talking about, that's
- 51:13quarterly, is it every vehicle they own or is it specific to?
- 51:18Yeah. So there's tiers, right?
- 51:19Like we have a free tier where we come out to your house and we
- 51:22can do up to three vehicles, air, air checks while we're
- 51:24there, right. And then, you know, there's
- 51:27tiers where you can do it every month, right?
- 51:29There's people that want it specifically done every month.
- 51:31So my business owner life, my phone is blowing up here.
- 51:34I apologize. But yeah, we can come out and do
- 51:37it every month. And then there's tiers that have
- 51:39like we'll shine your tires for you while we're there.
- 51:41We'll, you know, include a free flat repair.
- 51:43We'll include like rotations on your vehicles too.
- 51:47And that's a subscription you pay for every month.
- 51:50But the highest subscription we have is like 20-4 dollars, 2499.
- 51:55So every month if you wanted to pay 2499, you know that you have
- 51:58a, a flat repair, you know that you have a rotation balance.
- 52:02And then you know that you have us coming out every month to
- 52:04check your air. Or if you just want the free
- 52:07option, there's a free option. We come out every three months,
- 52:11check your air pressure, you know, age and treadmill.
- 52:14And the 24 bucks is for three vehicles.
- 52:16OK, that's cool. Man.
- 52:19I have to count all my cars, huh?
- 52:21I'm gonna have to count all the cars.
- 52:22Well, and here's the thing dude, like again, we're not corporate,
- 52:24so I'm not like we're fluid. Like if you have 4, I'm not
- 52:28gonna go. Sorry man, you gotta pay for
- 52:30another one, you know what I'm saying?
- 52:31Like, like, I'm thinking how convenient it would be to have
- 52:33you guys come out on a regular basis and just check the tires
- 52:35on the horse trailer. The one thing that I always
- 52:37worry about is that damn horse trailer.
- 52:39Yeah. It's just.
- 52:40So you've got horses on. Yeah.
- 52:42And, you know, I mean, I sold my boat.
- 52:44What was it last summer? Did I got rid of it Surf boat
- 52:49right back-to-back to back weekends blew a tire and I.
- 52:53Trailers are notorious for that because they're old, right?
- 52:56You don't use a trailer, you don't think of it.
- 52:58Oh, by the way, the tread looks great, Fine, You know what I
- 53:00mean? Like, you have to understand how
- 53:02old they are. And on trailer tires, 3-4 years.
- 53:06Like you don't want to be driving around on them that
- 53:08long. And trailer tires are built
- 53:10differently. And they they cause so much
- 53:13damage when? They explode.
- 53:14They're, they're taking off fenders and, you know, jacking
- 53:18up the axle and you know, the, the, the rubber's getting
- 53:21wrapped up in there and yeah, it sucks.
- 53:23You just trailers are super important to make sure that the
- 53:26the tires are good. Yeah, it's so funny.
- 53:28I'm more worried about those tires on that horse trailer than
- 53:30I am about the tires. On the trailer, well, and the
- 53:32cool thing is too like you, like I, I built it this way for a
- 53:36reason. Like you could FaceTime me and
- 53:37be like, hey, will you look at my tires for me?
- 53:39Oh, that's cool. You know what I mean?
- 53:41Like your sales Rep, if I assigned you Adam or Jenny or
- 53:44Michael or Tony or any of our any of our sales reps, they have
- 53:48the same, you know, you could do the same thing with them.
- 53:51Yeah, that's very cool call. Let us look at them.
- 53:53You know, we'll show you the, the, where you can look at the,
- 53:55the age on them and everything. We can.
- 53:57We can't measure the tread via FaceTime, but like we've all
- 54:01been looking at tires long enough to understand when tires
- 54:03are bad, right. Like that's again tradition,
- 54:07right? Like, oh, let me measure your
- 54:08tires. Like no, just look at them.
- 54:10They're fine. Or they're.
- 54:11Not red. Right.
- 54:13Yeah. Do you guys sell rims as well?
- 54:15We do, yeah. So again, we operate out of a
- 54:19Full Auto shop. So like if you wanted to get
- 54:21your truck lifted, put wheels and tires on it and all that
- 54:24stuff, like we do all that, too. OK, cool.
- 54:26Obviously the bread and butter is the mobile, you know, but we
- 54:30have the autonomy to do that too.
- 54:33So yeah. But we can do wheels and tire
- 54:34packages at your house too. Like we can put the wheels,
- 54:38sensors and tires and mount them all up, you know, where we're at
- 54:41or on the van, and then bring them to you and install.
- 54:44Takes like 6 minutes, you know what I mean?
- 54:46We Jack them up, put them in there, relearn the TPMS and
- 54:49we're gone. Damn.
- 54:51God, what a cool business model. I know how did OK.
- 54:54How does that work? How does the so the TPMS?
- 54:57Right, that's your monitoring system.
- 54:58Yeah. How does that?
- 54:58How does that work? Yeah, it's everybody's headache.
- 55:00So like back in 2000 I, you know, they had vehicles starting
- 55:05to do that, like Corvettes and stuff like that.
- 55:07But in 2008 they made it mandatory.
- 55:10It was like a safety mandatory thing.
- 55:13So every vehicle has a sensor that reads your air pressure.
- 55:17Some vehicles do it through ABS. Some people, they have a remote
- 55:21sensor in the wheel. That's the majority of it.
- 55:24But they send a radio frequency that they, you know, the, the
- 55:26computer and tell you when your tires are low.
- 55:30So each each wheel has a sensor in it, unless it's like a Honda,
- 55:35Audi, some other vehicles just do it through the ABS which that
- 55:39detects overall rolling diameter.
- 55:41So if one is dragging ass a little bit, you know you have
- 55:43low pressure. Yeah, so they don't.
- 55:47So some of them don't actually check the pressure.
- 55:49They just. Yeah, they.
- 55:49Call it indirect system, it's just there's no sensor in it.
- 55:52They just they know when 1 tires rolling slower.
- 55:55OK, Yeah, I always, you know what, the only time I check my
- 56:02tire pressure is when I go on a bit on like a long trip.
- 56:05Yeah, of course. Well, and again, like, that's,
- 56:08that's how I grew up too. You know what I mean?
- 56:10Like, but now everybody's so hyper focused on it because it
- 56:13has a, your screen pops up and it tells you, oh, I got 1 tire
- 56:16that's 2 lbs lower than the other one.
- 56:18Like I get, I get it all the time, right?
- 56:20Like it's it's everybody freaks out.
- 56:22Especially when it gets cold. Yeah, well, and again, just
- 56:25educational purposes, right? Like every month, and even not
- 56:28with the temperature change, like your, your tires are gonna
- 56:31lose 3 lbs of pressure. Rubber's not airtight, right?
- 56:34They, you know, air dissipates through rubber and it's just
- 56:38natural. So yeah, no, it's, it's
- 56:41important to get your air pressure checked.
- 56:44Well, you sold me on the service that's.
- 56:45Your nature just from a. Convenience perspective like it
- 56:48would save time. Yeah, absolutely.
- 56:50And then I don't have to go out and fire up the, you know.
- 56:53The compressor. Or if you're going to go to a
- 56:55gas station and find one that's actually fucking working right.
- 56:57Like how many times have you been to a gas station trying to
- 57:00put air in your tires and fucking hose?
- 57:01Is leaking. Or it just doesn't work.
- 57:03Or you got to pay for air. I know, $0.25.
- 57:06Crazy, yeah. And then you got to try to get
- 57:09the park in the right place so that you can get the hose to, I
- 57:11know, all four tires. Flip it around and get the
- 57:14other. Side I hope you can do it
- 57:15quickly because you like. Somebody's going to come in.
- 57:18Yeah. Or or do you have to wait there
- 57:21for somebody to do it and they take freaking forever to?
- 57:23Well, that's what I'm saying. So like I, I had a little video
- 57:26the other day and I was like when you guys pull up to these
- 57:29lines like and I pulled up to a line the other day or I drove by
- 57:33a line anyway, the other day I had 15 people in the line.
- 57:35OK, I won't say any names or where it is or anything, but
- 57:40each car they require you to do XYZAB and the other, right?
- 57:47So your air check is taking 7 minutes at a minimum, right
- 57:52times 15 cars. That's crazy.
- 57:55That's an hour and a half of waiting in line to get air
- 57:58pressure in your tire. 'Cause sometimes you only need
- 58:01just enough to get the sensor to turn off too.
- 58:04It's not like you're crazy low. Yeah, that's pretty.
- 58:06That's that's actually pretty cool Yeah, you guys should
- 58:09definitely try to market out here a little bit more
- 58:11especially like during like the seasons here, all the roping all
- 58:15like all the ropers come down, you know and.
- 58:18Well, and it's just getting eyes on the vehicles too.
- 58:20Like, you know, where we're at is so saturated.
- 58:22They've everybody's seen us, so they call us.
- 58:24Right. Where do you guys normally
- 58:27operate? We're pretty heavy on North
- 58:31Phoenix, West Phoenix, Central Phoenix.
- 58:34We're not as saturated in like the Easter EE Valley yet or out
- 58:39here or anything like, you know, kind of like remote outside of
- 58:42the metro Phoenix area. OK.
- 58:44I will tell you that this time of year is where you want this
- 58:46customer base. Yeah, there are more horse
- 58:49trailers per capita in between Whitman, Morristown and
- 58:53Wickenburg right now than anywhere else in the country.
- 58:56Yeah, you know, and it's, it's crazy too, because like when
- 58:58we're not that busy, I just have the guys go out and help people,
- 59:01right? Like I have a park at a gas
- 59:02station and help do air checks or whatever, drive around and
- 59:06just go look for somebody to help, right?
- 59:08That's kind of what I do. I'm like when I'm, when I'm at
- 59:10work, if I'm in the office and I've got kind of caught up on
- 59:13things I need to do, like I'll just go drive around.
- 59:16I'll stop in at HVAC companies, I'll just hand out my card and
- 59:20I'm not selling anything. I just tell them what I do.
- 59:22And here's here's my name and info.
- 59:23And if you're interested, let me know.
- 59:25Like service UC value and give me a call.
- 59:27Absolutely. And I tell that to all my
- 59:29salespeople too. But like, just driving around
- 59:32and talking to people like that's, that's something we do
- 59:35all the time, yeah. You guys could literally go to a
- 59:38rodeo and just go up and off our air.
- 59:40Well, that's what I'm saying I would, we could and and I'll
- 59:43pull up with the trailer so they can kind of see what it looks
- 59:45like for us to come out there. You know, I'm going to probably
- 59:49bring it to cars and coffee and little things like that.
- 59:52And the trailer again, is is, is super cool.
- 59:56People love to go inside and kind of see like all the
- 59:58machines and like how it works and so.
- 1:00:02Yeah, well, it doesn't even have to be like a actual rodeo.
- 1:00:05Like here at Dillon's, they have like roping events, right?
- 1:00:10So there's tons of ropers. There's horns and hooves right
- 1:00:12down the road too. You know, they have not.
- 1:00:15Well, I can't, I don't want to say hundreds, but like, you
- 1:00:18know, a pretty good amount of trailers and trucks and and then
- 1:00:22and. Then you go, that's the ideal
- 1:00:23market for people that want our business.
- 1:00:25They want us to come out man like trailers and trucks.
- 1:00:29And you know, we do all kinds of, you know, heavy trucks and
- 1:00:3319 fives and 22 fives and all that we do, we do all of it.
- 1:00:37And again, the more you have going on like a truck trailer
- 1:00:41set up with an RV and or you know, you got the side by side,
- 1:00:46you can't drive it all the way to the the service facility.
- 1:00:48Like, it just makes sense to have us come out there.
- 1:00:51Yeah, 'cause it's a total pain in the ass to pull the tire off
- 1:00:53of a side by side to. Get it with all the travel and
- 1:00:56all that stuff. We were talking about that last
- 1:00:57night, yeah, been some cinder blocks on floor shacks thinking
- 1:01:02I'm going to kill myself. But no, like the you know, the
- 1:01:06reason that I was bringing up the the rodeo thing is like
- 1:01:08horns and hooves for example, which is right here in
- 1:01:10Morristown where Sam rides. We went out to the night rodeo 2
- 1:01:15weeks ago and there was probably shit. 70 horse trailers, maybe
- 1:01:2180. Horse.
- 1:01:21Trailers so and every one of them's getting towed by a full
- 1:01:24size truck, some of them dooleys and I'm just saying double axle
- 1:01:29trailers, you're 77, call it 70 trailers times.
- 1:01:33Every trailer is going to be at least tandem axle right.
- 1:01:37You have so much opportunity just in that one parking lot to
- 1:01:40go, Yeah. Well, and we, we were doing that
- 1:01:45kind of stuff like for holiday weekends and people are going
- 1:01:47out and stopping at the gas station on the way out to the
- 1:01:49lake, you know, stopping there just to help people out, You
- 1:01:53know, when we know people are travelling to a certain
- 1:01:55destination kind of thing, we'll stop, you know, and, and just
- 1:01:58try to help people where we can to try to get their name out
- 1:02:00there. You know, it's all about brand
- 1:02:01recognition. Like you talk to anybody in the
- 1:02:03world right now, like, oh, where do you get your tires?
- 1:02:05And it's immediate Discount Tire, right?
- 1:02:07Well, why? Right.
- 1:02:09Because everybody knows Discount Tire, not because of, you know,
- 1:02:12anything else other than brand recognition.
- 1:02:15So for us, that's why we try to just go out and help people as
- 1:02:18much as we can. So they see the logo, they see
- 1:02:20what we do, and they see the kind of value in what we do.
- 1:02:24Not only that, but like the guys that I have working for me are
- 1:02:27the best. Like I have nothing but the best
- 1:02:29working for me because I train them, you know what I mean?
- 1:02:32Like they've been with me for five or six years and I didn't
- 1:02:35poach them from Discount Tire. They left on their own, you
- 1:02:38know, Accord and then called me and asked me if, you know, they
- 1:02:41could come work for me again. And again, that goes back to me
- 1:02:43being not so rigid, right? Like I'm a graceful leader.
- 1:02:48So like, I expect a lot from you, but I'm not going to freak
- 1:02:51out that you're 6 minutes late to a job where I know you have a
- 1:02:54lifetime of hard work that you've given me.
- 1:02:57So I'm pretty gracious and empathetic in a lot of ways, but
- 1:03:02I also push really hard to make sure that the expectation is
- 1:03:05risen. So that's kind of going back to,
- 1:03:09like, I'm not a traditional person.
- 1:03:11I operate with my own, like, you know, mind.
- 1:03:14And in the moment, like, I assess the situation and make
- 1:03:16the best decision. And I think that's why a lot of
- 1:03:19people want to continue working for me.
- 1:03:21Yeah. I just think this is a service
- 1:03:23that not a lot of people know of.
- 1:03:25No. Like, I thought discount was the
- 1:03:27convenience factor, right, 'cause I, like I said, I spent
- 1:03:3020 years in in car dealerships, right, and selling a shit ton of
- 1:03:34tires. But if you wanted to buy tires
- 1:03:36for me, you were dropping your car off the whole day.
- 1:03:38Yeah, like all day. That's crazy for.
- 1:03:40You know what I mean? Like it takes us 30 minutes on
- 1:03:43the long end to do your tires. So like why, why should you have
- 1:03:47to wait? You know, I used to think about
- 1:03:49that with like my stuff when I would take my truck to the
- 1:03:52dealership for something little They want your truck there all
- 1:03:55day for something that they're going to do for 45 minutes.
- 1:03:59I'm like, why do you need my truck that long?
- 1:04:01Tell me when you want it. I'll bring it to you.
- 1:04:04You do the thing and I. I I go, I know, right?
- 1:04:07It's. Wild.
- 1:04:08And they're like, well, yeah, we just need it available because
- 1:04:10we don't know when we're going to get to it.
- 1:04:12I'm like, just call me then. Yeah, exactly.
- 1:04:15Or set an appointment. And again, my, my analytical
- 1:04:18brain just starts like working. I'm like, why?
- 1:04:20Like it's just about rules and regulations.
- 1:04:23And well, that's just that's just.
- 1:04:25What our rules are, yeah. Well, fuck your rules.
- 1:04:27Yeah, like, like, this is what make logical sense.
- 1:04:31And it's more rational to do it this way.
- 1:04:33So just do it this way. I can't.
- 1:04:34I'm sorry. I got my boss, Will.
- 1:04:36Yeah. No, fuck that.
- 1:04:37Just do the right thing. That's where the fake waiters
- 1:04:39come from. Yeah, well, I also hate like,
- 1:04:43you know, sometimes if I'm in a pinch, I'll go and get my oil
- 1:04:46changed somewhere, right? And it's like, hey, I just want
- 1:04:48my oil changed. Oh well, what about your air
- 1:04:52filter? You know, you got your tire.
- 1:04:54It's like, dude, just do what? I asked man.
- 1:04:56Yeah. And again, towards the end, like
- 1:04:59I don't, I really don't want a badmouth Discount Tire 'cause I
- 1:05:01love them and everything they did for us.
- 1:05:03But it started to get way too corporate like that, right?
- 1:05:06Like. Get quotas you got to hit. 100%
- 1:05:09your percentage on doing this is too low.
- 1:05:12Why? Well, because this, this
- 1:05:16customer didn't need it, right? Well, it doesn't matter.
- 1:05:18Your, your, your, your percentage needs to be here.
- 1:05:21OK, all right, fine. But and then they, you know, for
- 1:05:24managers, they started making like you got to you got to plan
- 1:05:27your day out, you know, from 8:30 to 9:30, you're going to be
- 1:05:31doing this. Well, I don't know how my day's
- 1:05:33going to look yet. Every day is different.
- 1:05:36So I need to be able to make a decision for where my business
- 1:05:39needs me, not what I think is going to happen for the day
- 1:05:43because that doesn't make any sense to me.
- 1:05:44Like if I've got, you know, 20 people standing in line to buy
- 1:05:48tires, I'm not going to go outside and help with workflow.
- 1:05:52That's silly, right? I want to make sure that the
- 1:05:55customers that are waiting in line are getting helped in a,
- 1:05:58you know, in getting what they need.
- 1:06:00So again, I've always been fluid like that and that's just how my
- 1:06:03brain works. I've never been like, plan your
- 1:06:06day out, do XY and Z and say this while you're doing XY and
- 1:06:10Z, right? So I feel bad for some of the
- 1:06:15corporate stuff because I understand it, right, right.
- 1:06:17Like the, you know, the general population needs to be able to
- 1:06:20do this and that. And when you have thousands of
- 1:06:24employees, there has to be some guideline.
- 1:06:27But don't handcuff people, right?
- 1:06:29They need to be able to listen actively, right, to your
- 1:06:32customers. When you have a script, you have
- 1:06:36this, this and this, you need to say you're not listening.
- 1:06:39So when you go to one of those facilities nowadays, you get
- 1:06:43kind of the scripty sales shit. So I, I again, I've built our
- 1:06:49company just to make sure that you're getting people, helping
- 1:06:52people. Yeah, I like that.
- 1:06:55That's awesome. You're a Niners fan, huh?
- 1:06:58Yeah, yeah, yeah, it's been, it's been a rough life.
- 1:07:04You know, I always say that like I know that we on the outside
- 1:07:06and it, it seems like a good thing to be a 49ers fan 'cause
- 1:07:09we're always doing good, but like it also sucks ass because
- 1:07:12we get so close and never win it.
- 1:07:14So I've lived through one Super Bowl in my life and we have 5,
- 1:07:17right? Like I don't, I didn't witness
- 1:07:19any of that except for one when I was a child, right.
- 1:07:22I've been a Niners fan since I was like, you know, damn near in
- 1:07:25diapers but. You know what's funny is.
- 1:07:28I'm a Cardinals fan so I don't feel bad for you at all.
- 1:07:30Yeah, but here's the thing, your expectations are low.
- 1:07:33Well, I don't know that it's low.
- 1:07:36The results are always low every.
- 1:07:38Year, Do you ever go into the year where you're like I'm?
- 1:07:40Every year, every year, every year.
- 1:07:42Stop it every year. Stop it every.
- 1:07:44Year. I think it's false hope.
- 1:07:45Come on, it's definitely false hope.
- 1:07:46But yeah, I, you know, I don't know.
- 1:07:50I just am not a believer in Kyler and I haven't been since
- 1:07:52day one. Well, I've, I've been a, I've
- 1:07:54been super happy that the Cardinals thought Kyler was a
- 1:07:56guy for a long time because you guys are, you know, in division
- 1:07:59rivals. So I've, I've always known that
- 1:08:02Kyler is absolute trash. So he's a good athlete.
- 1:08:06He is very good, but he's not. A good I'll play baseball.
- 1:08:08He's not a quarterback. Right.
- 1:08:09Yeah, so, and he's not a good leader.
- 1:08:12So that's one of those things that, like I always say when
- 1:08:14people bring up Kyler, he's just not a good leader.
- 1:08:16Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:08:17He doesn't have the the the the make up to be like the, you
- 1:08:21know, run through the brick wall first kind of guy.
- 1:08:24So but I also think you look at the results of those that were
- 1:08:27elite quarterbacks in college that come into the NFL and
- 1:08:30struggle and then you have the Brock Purdies of the world,
- 1:08:33right, that didn't play at the biggest programs and they had to
- 1:08:36learn to win with average athletes where like.
- 1:08:39Character. Work ethic.
- 1:08:41And everything but you have the Kyler's of the world, right?
- 1:08:44Or the Matt Leinerts when he came out of SC where these guys
- 1:08:46are playing with fucking pros in the college.
- 1:08:48They have the best of the best of the best surrounding them in
- 1:08:51college. And then they get to the pros
- 1:08:53and they're their number one pick and they go to the
- 1:08:55shittiest team in the league and they can't fucking win because
- 1:08:58they never learned how to lead. They never really learned how to
- 1:09:01to build around, you know, build a team around them or build
- 1:09:03culture. Well, that's a good example for
- 1:09:06like, look how good Matt Stafford's doing right now.
- 1:09:09He played in Detroit for 10 years.
- 1:09:11He had nothing for a long time. And now he's got some.
- 1:09:14He's got Devante and Puka and you know, Kyron Williams, right?
- 1:09:18Like, of course he's doing well. He had to play at a disadvantage
- 1:09:22for a long time. I don't have.
- 1:09:23Weapons around him, dude. He had Calvin Johnson, man.
- 1:09:25That's it. Yeah, that's all he.
- 1:09:27That's it. Well, he also had now.
- 1:09:29Yeah, you're right. You'll name another one, right?
- 1:09:31Like that's that's it. But you, I mean, you look at the
- 1:09:35the Cardinals, right? We'll just talk about that for a
- 1:09:36minute. But Jacoby Brissett has played
- 1:09:38well. He's put, he's put them in
- 1:09:40positions to win. He's the leader and he's used
- 1:09:43the guys the way they're supposed to be used.
- 1:09:46'Cause you guys have talent, correct, Except for the fact
- 1:09:48that you guys never address your offensive line.
- 1:09:50Never. Oh, I know.
- 1:09:51And our defense doesn't know how to play defense in the fourth
- 1:09:53quarter. Sure.
- 1:09:54To prevent defense is the stupidest thing ever.
- 1:09:56That's a coaching thing. Yeah, I hate that too.
- 1:09:58Coaching. Thing it's, you know,
- 1:10:00conservative bullshit. But how do you have like one of
- 1:10:02the best defenses for 3/4 and then you get to the fourth
- 1:10:05quarter and let's give everybody 21 points in the fourth quarter?
- 1:10:08That's that's the Cardinals though, man.
- 1:10:10Yeah, man. Yeah, that's the Cardinals.
- 1:10:12I will say for. Example like the 49ers man, like
- 1:10:15I, I love Kyle Shanahan. I think he's a mastermind, but
- 1:10:18like he plays conservative when we have a lead, like just keep
- 1:10:21playing the way that we got the lead score seventy 100% stop,
- 1:10:25stop thinking about what will happen and how do we just all
- 1:10:28right, we got a lead. We got 10 points as fourth
- 1:10:30quarter like run the ball and run the ball and oh, we should
- 1:10:33run the ball again, right? Like, don't do that.
- 1:10:35You haven't been running the ball for 3/4.
- 1:10:37We haven't won a Super Bowl yet. We've got to three of them in
- 1:10:40the last like 5 years, right? Like it's.
- 1:10:42That's where you need a high school head.
- 1:10:44Coach Kansas City does that. Kansas City does that, Yeah.
- 1:10:48And they know how to make the right decisions when it counts,
- 1:10:52right? Like they, they just stay in the
- 1:10:53game, stay in the game, stay in the game.
- 1:10:54And they know they're going to make the right play calls in the
- 1:10:57fourth quarter, right, Right. They play it a little bit
- 1:10:59backwards than most people do. They don't want to jump out on a
- 1:11:01lead and and give all their good shit away right away.
- 1:11:04They want to stay in it and then win at the end.
- 1:11:06Yeah. But you think about like in high
- 1:11:08school, there was no mercy. No.
- 1:11:12We'd put up 70 on teams. Where did you go again?
- 1:11:14I went to Ironwood and we were in back-to-back state
- 1:11:16championships my junior and senior year.
- 1:11:19I know that you you had a couple good years too at Peoria, but at
- 1:11:23your what year did you graduate? 05.
- 1:11:25Yeah, you were a couple years ahead of me, Cactus.
- 1:11:27We were good, too. Yeah, but at Peoria, I remember
- 1:11:30like and Herring and all those guys back in the day.
- 1:11:33You guys had a, had a, had a good setup?
- 1:11:35Dude, we had the three fastest kids in the state of Arizona on
- 1:11:40our team. Yeah, Cactus.
- 1:11:42We didn't have like the flashy talent.
- 1:11:44We just had the, again, hard work grinded out.
- 1:11:48Our coach was like relentless. Dude, what I really respected
- 1:11:51about Cactus was that like, I know and it showed that, you
- 1:11:58know, all the players went to workouts during summer time, you
- 1:12:02know, and you guys. Had practice 2 a day.
- 1:12:04Too, Yeah. And you guys went, went, went,
- 1:12:06you know what I'm saying? And I get so like jealous 'cause
- 1:12:09it's like. If you guys had like that kind
- 1:12:11of. Structure exactly, man, and we
- 1:12:13didn't have that, you know. Yeah, there was no room for
- 1:12:16knuckleheads, man. Like we, we were, we were
- 1:12:19grinded into oblivion for sure. Like, and we were required to
- 1:12:22have weight training as one of our classes.
- 1:12:24Yeah. Like not only that, but like 2A
- 1:12:26days and, you know, weight training during the day and and
- 1:12:30then they would take us to hell week.
- 1:12:31And that thing was that. Where'd you guys do yours?
- 1:12:35Heber Heber, AZ We went up there with three other schools every
- 1:12:42year and it was called Camp Toro.
- 1:12:43It was literally hell on earth. The last one that I did, 7-7 or
- 1:12:50eight people out of three schools finished it like did
- 1:12:54every workout. We had kids getting taken out
- 1:12:57and ambulances and you know, you'd, you'd wake up on the gym
- 1:13:02floor on a little mat right at 2:00 in the morning, the kids
- 1:13:06screaming, cramping up in the middle of night.
- 1:13:08Oh shit, it was, it was torture. But again, you know, worth it,
- 1:13:12right? The work ethic and the
- 1:13:13experience and it sucked back then, but like it it, it
- 1:13:16ingrains work ethic and you I. Remember and discipline.
- 1:13:19I remember my first summer when they were like, hey, we're going
- 1:13:21to go train in California on the beach.
- 1:13:23And I was like, fuck yeah, right.
- 1:13:26Receiver and tailback. We fucking ran for days in the
- 1:13:30sand. And I was like, every day I was
- 1:13:33like, this is awful. I never want to see the beach
- 1:13:36again. And it was every summer they'd
- 1:13:39fucking kick our ass in the. Yeah, we never had that.
- 1:13:41I was kind of bummed out. Oh.
- 1:13:42You'd think you were bumped out. It was not fun.
- 1:13:44Yeah, Peoria was pretty Wild West, man.
- 1:13:48Our biggest fight in high school was against you guys.
- 1:13:50Oh, really? Oh God, we.
- 1:13:51Were probably there. No, I'm a lot older than you.
- 1:13:54Guys so. I graduated in 97, but no, we
- 1:13:58beat the brakes off of Peoria and they ended up coming up and
- 1:14:01throwing fireworks in our bus. As soon as we like we got into a
- 1:14:04fight, we get out. Oh, like on the football field?
- 1:14:06On the football field, we got into a fight.
- 1:14:07On the football field. They usher us into the buses.
- 1:14:10We get into the buses and they literally littered us with
- 1:14:13fireworks inside the buses. That's crazy.
- 1:14:15So the coach is like, fucking get out.
- 1:14:17And so we got out. We all fought again, cops.
- 1:14:19Probably got your ass whooped. The only bad one that we had is
- 1:14:23we went to Prescott one time and played and they hated us.
- 1:14:27Like we didn't really like think of them as rivals.
- 1:14:29So like it was kind of 1 sided hate.
- 1:14:32Like they just hated us because we were good maybe, I don't
- 1:14:34know. You were just there.
- 1:14:35Yeah, so we went up there one time and like, we're, you know,
- 1:14:39we're killing them. And it's actually, you know
- 1:14:41what? I think they were somewhat in
- 1:14:43the game. I might have been like A2 score
- 1:14:44game down by 14 or something. But at one point they were
- 1:14:48throwing so much shit on the field that they had to like get
- 1:14:51us into the middle of the field because they were hitting all of
- 1:14:53our players with bottles and like all kinds of shit.
- 1:14:56So they had to pause the game, and then like, obviously pushing
- 1:15:00all the players in the middle of the field caused fighting,
- 1:15:02right? So like, it's snowing, people
- 1:15:04are fighting, There's bottles being thrown on the field.
- 1:15:06It's a high school football game.
- 1:15:08I'm like, dude, this is crazy. Prescott's crazy.
- 1:15:11But it's also ear piles, so like, this is kind of fun.
- 1:15:13Oh, I loved it back then. You, I mean, you again, you knew
- 1:15:16me back in the day. Like that was just something
- 1:15:18that we did all the time. Every weekend there was a fight
- 1:15:21and like that was just something we enjoyed.
- 1:15:22I don't know, back in the day, like that's way different than
- 1:15:26now. I feel like more people need to
- 1:15:27get touched in the face. I was talking.
- 1:15:30I I coached my stepsons flag football and I got kicked out
- 1:15:34the other day and I didn't even say anything bad.
- 1:15:36Like I just told the rest that they're ruining the game.
- 1:15:38I was like, you're ruining the game.
- 1:15:39It's a kids game, let him play. I said it loud, but like I
- 1:15:42wasn't in his face. I wasn't pointing at him.
- 1:15:44I wasn't cussing at him or anything.
- 1:15:46And he's just like, you know, probably a 20 year old kid and
- 1:15:48he's like, you're out of here. But like the point is, the world
- 1:15:53is so soft and it bothers me, but if people grew up in our era
- 1:15:57a little bit, not saying our era was better or anything, but like
- 1:16:00if people grew up in our area, our our era, it'd be a lot
- 1:16:04different like. I totally agree.
- 1:16:05You watch what you say because you know that a fight is around
- 1:16:08the corner and you have to deal with what the fuck you say,
- 1:16:10right? Like now you can type some shit
- 1:16:12on the Internet and deal with nothing.
- 1:16:14Or I mean, just like in your situation, you go out in public
- 1:16:18and, you know, you you say what you know, and people can't take
- 1:16:22that. Right.
- 1:16:23Yeah. Like, if I was a ref, I'd just
- 1:16:24be like, all right. Like, I wouldn't even listen to
- 1:16:27you. Yeah, right.
- 1:16:28I could just take it. Yeah.
- 1:16:29All right. Cool.
- 1:16:30I mean, unless you said something about my Mama, right?
- 1:16:31And that way. Exactly right.
- 1:16:33Exactly. No, just.
- 1:16:33Kidding. No, no, yeah.
- 1:16:35I mean, you bring up a good point.
- 1:16:36You know, like people need to learn how to like take criticism
- 1:16:39or some, some sort of. Everything offends everybody
- 1:16:42nowadays and like, it's for me again, I just, I grew up and it
- 1:16:47wasn't as soft. I like you had to fight.
- 1:16:49You had to fucking deal with adversity.
- 1:16:51And that's my thing is like dealing with adversity like you
- 1:16:54should, you should embrace that. You know what I mean?
- 1:16:57Like have the have the tough conversations.
- 1:17:00I tell my, my team knows this all the time or hears this all
- 1:17:02the time. Like embrace the tough
- 1:17:05conversations. Don't don't let it fester and
- 1:17:08have these inner narratives like just put it on the table and
- 1:17:11deal with it now and everything is manageable.
- 1:17:14That's just my concept of life is everything is fixable or
- 1:17:17manageable. So for me, like it's important
- 1:17:20to have the conversation, the tough conversations early and
- 1:17:24often, yes. So it's.
- 1:17:25Those crucial conversation skills that you have to have.
- 1:17:28Well, not only does it it, it builds intelligence, it builds
- 1:17:31character right it it allows you to critically think, it allows
- 1:17:35you to fix things on the spot instead of letting it get bigger
- 1:17:38and bigger and bigger. So, well, I think like conflict
- 1:17:41brings you closer, right? Like kind of what we were
- 1:17:44talking about earlier, Cactus PR used to fight and then we were
- 1:17:48all buddies, right? It's it's the same thing.
- 1:17:50And like a tough conversation, you know, like maybe feelings
- 1:17:53might get a little hurt, but at the end of it and.
- 1:17:55It builds respect. Exactly.
- 1:17:56You come out stronger, you know you have that better
- 1:17:58relationship with the with that person.
- 1:18:01Absolutely. So yeah, yeah, man.
- 1:18:06No, it's been fun. It's kind of funny to talk
- 1:18:08business and then raising kids and now we're talking about high
- 1:18:11school football. Like we like superstars, but no,
- 1:18:14it's, it's, it's cool. Again, I just appreciate the
- 1:18:17organic conversation like you can go on podcasts and have a
- 1:18:20script in front of you, then it just you know, you're, you're
- 1:18:23putting your agendas out there and there's just.
- 1:18:25Well this fucker can't read so we couldn't give him a script.
- 1:18:28Well, that's what I was saying earlier.
- 1:18:29Like I can read. But I just can't comprehend it
- 1:18:32right. Same.
- 1:18:32Same. Yeah.
- 1:18:33Ask him to remember a song. Oh hell no I can't.
- 1:18:36Do that. Oh my memory is my memory is bad
- 1:18:38too man. But we we also partied a lot.
- 1:18:41Exactly. But seriously, we want to help,
- 1:18:43you know, get the word out on the business.
- 1:18:44I'm definitely going to be a customer, I will tell you that.
- 1:18:47Well. I thank you man.
- 1:18:47Just simply. Because of the you know, not
- 1:18:51only is it easy, right, but it also creates safety for me and
- 1:18:54my wife. And.
- 1:18:55Kids and my horses and. Well, and we want to make tires
- 1:18:58buying, like buying tires easy. Yeah, Right.
- 1:19:00And that's kind of the model and the motivation.
- 1:19:03And like, it shouldn't have to be this big process.
- 1:19:06It's already a huge purchase. Yeah, right.
- 1:19:08Like when you're buying tires, no one wants to buy tires,
- 1:19:10Correct. No one, unless you're getting a
- 1:19:12big cool wheel and tire package. But then your second set of
- 1:19:15tires, you're like, fuck this I. Don't want to spend?
- 1:19:16That kind of money. On tires, I was just going to
- 1:19:18say they want to buy them the first time.
- 1:19:19They do not want to replace them.
- 1:19:21So like the idea is just like, let's make it as easy as
- 1:19:25possible, right? You can call and talk to an
- 1:19:27expert, right? Like what tire do you think I
- 1:19:29should get? And we'll walk you through Y and
- 1:19:31we're not biased to XY or Z. There are some tires out there
- 1:19:35that we kind of stay away from just because like there's
- 1:19:40there's a lot to it, but they're kind of monopolized and we can't
- 1:19:42really as a small business do it because the big companies will
- 1:19:46sell them at a net loss to get the rebate money on the back
- 1:19:50end. So yeah, absolutely.
- 1:19:55And again, I don't want to put any names out there because down
- 1:19:57the road, if you know, they fix the problem, I don't want to
- 1:20:00badmouth anybody. But yeah, some of the big, big
- 1:20:02names. Yeah.
- 1:20:03We, we can't as a small business support doing it at a net loss
- 1:20:08like that. That doesn't make any sense for
- 1:20:10us. Because now you're carrying the
- 1:20:12cost until you get rebates. Yeah.
- 1:20:14You're cash flowing it, right? Yeah.
- 1:20:16And those big companies can sit on, you know, millions of
- 1:20:18dollars worth of product, but they're getting, you know, $100
- 1:20:22million in rebates, right? So, yeah.
- 1:20:24What do you guys see MTB next year 2026?
- 1:20:29Well, some cool numbers like we, you know we 2 Xed this year, if
- 1:20:34we 2X again next year, we'll be in a crazy spot, probably one of
- 1:20:40the biggest mobile tire companies that is out there.
- 1:20:46So if that happens, you know, I would like to again get the
- 1:20:49South Carolina project going and maybe sustain it for a year at
- 1:20:53that kind of growth. So that way we can get some, you
- 1:20:56know, legit cash flow on our belt and grow it to Texas.
- 1:21:01And yeah, just again, just keep going as best we can.
- 1:21:06So next year like I would, I would like to maybe add, you
- 1:21:09know, another vehicle and just just keep, keep growing.
- 1:21:14Nice. Kick ass.
- 1:21:16So just to reiterate, you guys got Taco Fest is that is that
- 1:21:21February, February 2024, so. Keep tires.
- 1:21:25Yeah, tacos and tires. Heck yeah, man.
- 1:21:28Yeah, look out for that. We, you know, check out our
- 1:21:31socials. We're definitely active and we
- 1:21:33have some funny videos out. I don't know if you've seen them
- 1:21:35lately, but Rick's been doing a good job getting the, the humor.
- 1:21:38And you know, we just want to, we want the people connect with
- 1:21:41us again. We're we're, we're all about
- 1:21:43people helping people and you know, be able to like know who
- 1:21:46you're talking to and like connect with those people is
- 1:21:49important. But yeah, check out our mobile
- 1:21:52air check. That's, I mean, again, it's
- 1:21:54free. It's all it is is benefit to
- 1:21:56you. So is it an app or what is it?
- 1:21:59Yeah. So you can go to
- 1:22:00mobileaircheck.com, you can sign up for that or you can just give
- 1:22:04us a call at 623-343-5551 and talk to any of our sales reps
- 1:22:10about getting on it. You can contact us through our
- 1:22:13website that I mean we've got every Ave. that you can get a
- 1:22:15hold of us for sure. Awesome.
- 1:22:17Excellent. But yeah, I, I, we're, we're
- 1:22:20definitely here to help. I and I'm super grateful for you
- 1:22:23guys putting us on the podcast and hopefully, hopefully we can
- 1:22:27continue to grow your guys's podcast too, because I know that
- 1:22:29that's important, you know, build the platform so more and
- 1:22:32more and more people can get their stuff out there.
- 1:22:35Let us know how we can support in February too, yeah?
- 1:22:37Yeah, just come out and then and you know, put up a booth or
- 1:22:40whatever you want to do. Question for you guys, where do
- 1:22:44you guys see yourself in a in a year?
- 1:22:47I don't really know to be honest with you.
- 1:22:48Like I don't have any. And that's OK too.
- 1:22:50Like, yeah, like keep pushing and like, see where it goes.
- 1:22:52Yeah, I, I mean we obviously want more followers, more people
- 1:22:55to listen, you know, but and that's more so to help, you
- 1:23:00know, you guys and to help other, the other people that we
- 1:23:03bring in to, to grow their business or their raise or
- 1:23:07awareness or their stories or something like that.
- 1:23:09But. I, I know for me, and I think
- 1:23:12one of the things that we're working on that's kind of behind
- 1:23:14the scenes right now is the rad bash thing.
- 1:23:17I think one of my goals for next year is to continue that process
- 1:23:23and bringing past guests back together.
- 1:23:25And I think that it's an opportunity to create a group
- 1:23:29that supports each other. A little community.
- 1:23:31You know what I mean? Like a community.
- 1:23:32Yeah. Yeah, let's.
- 1:23:33Get together on that cuz I think that like getting a bunch of rad
- 1:23:36ass dudes or random ass dudes right together and doing like a
- 1:23:39little network style, you know, not like yeah like a partnership
- 1:23:43group. So and you know, there's
- 1:23:44networking groups and all that shit, but like I don't, I'm not
- 1:23:48trying to build something to make money off of, but like
- 1:23:49getting cool humans together in a room once in a while always is
- 1:23:53going to be good for for each other people in the.
- 1:23:56Room and I'm even thinking like the sunset custom stuff that we
- 1:23:59have going on, right? Like you, you're in garages all
- 1:24:02the time where we do custom garage flooring in cabinets,
- 1:24:04right. But how many houses are we in
- 1:24:06where we're doing the garages and the floors and we and we're
- 1:24:09dealing with custom cars and all these other things where we
- 1:24:11could help collaborate and that's exactly promote each
- 1:24:14other's business. Just teach Nate how to, you
- 1:24:15know, tread depth. Yeah.
- 1:24:17Dude, I I can trust me, I hate checking tread depth doing the
- 1:24:21walk arounds on the cars yeah I did that for 20 years.
- 1:24:25But no I, I think. Networking one O 1 right, like
- 1:24:27it's just like, you know, having a good group and A and a good
- 1:24:30foundation where somebody goes. Hey, do you know somebody that
- 1:24:32does a roof? Yes, yes, I do actually, you
- 1:24:35know somebody that does floors. Yes, I do actually here's, you
- 1:24:38know info. So building a good group like
- 1:24:40that where like, you know, you're not paying a membership
- 1:24:43fee and you're not pitching to each other every week.
- 1:24:47And you know, there's, there's kind of the cringy stuff that's
- 1:24:51out there like that, like the business networking groups and
- 1:24:54stuff like that, I think. But I just want to, you know,
- 1:24:57get get a a cool group of people that that meet once a month kind
- 1:25:00of thing and talk about problems or how can I help you kind of
- 1:25:04thing. So yeah, I think, you know, kind
- 1:25:08of thinking about it a little bit more, like I feel like, oh,
- 1:25:12it's may get a little weird, but it's all right.
- 1:25:14I'm all about weird. Like during COVID, right?
- 1:25:18It's like I feel like the the big corporations are trying to
- 1:25:25take out the little guys, right? Because you saw it during COVID,
- 1:25:28right? Oh, you know, you couldn't go to
- 1:25:30the mom and pop restaurants, but you go to Olive Garden, you
- 1:25:34know, you could go to all these big restaurants.
- 1:25:36You could go to Walmart, you could go to Fry's, right?
- 1:25:39And it just dismantled like the middle class, like the like us,
- 1:25:44you know what I'm saying? And that's what I want here is
- 1:25:47like, I want that middle class, like those middle like you guys,
- 1:25:51I want that to be more of a thing than going to the big
- 1:25:55corporations. You know, and like getting
- 1:25:58again, getting all these business owners and people like
- 1:26:01yourselves like together fighting for each other is, is
- 1:26:04the way we do that. Well, I think in the beginning
- 1:26:06when we when we started this thing, it was like, hey, we're
- 1:26:08going to record twice a week and we're going to, we're going to
- 1:26:10launch all these podcasts and stuff.
- 1:26:12And then it got to the point where we're like, I don't want
- 1:26:15to just put out a podcast to put out a podcast.
- 1:26:17Like I want to get cool people on that have a story that they
- 1:26:19can tell that are engaging that, that we can help support, right?
- 1:26:24And and and in return, just help support the podcast because
- 1:26:27we're not trying like you were talking about not trying to
- 1:26:29monetize things. This is never, we didn't start
- 1:26:32this about monetizing it. No, all of this shit's paid for
- 1:26:34by us. Yeah, right.
- 1:26:36Like, well, and all that does is like it's a result.
- 1:26:38So like if money comes in great, then you can support it getting
- 1:26:41bigger and then you can get more people on and like, you know,
- 1:26:45broaden the horizon a little bit.
- 1:26:47That's all it. And it was really a passion
- 1:26:48project of his that he was like, hey, we should start a podcast
- 1:26:51because we just sit around and talk shit anyway.
- 1:26:53And it's like, fuck, let's put some mics in front of us.
- 1:26:55And I get paid to travel around and speak anyway.
- 1:26:57So I was like, fuck it, let's do it.
- 1:26:58Let's have some fun with it. Beautiful.
- 1:27:00But no, we're looking forward to helping.
- 1:27:02And like I said, watching your business grow, I'd love to kind
- 1:27:06of recap it again a year from now and see where you're at
- 1:27:08against your. Goals.
- 1:27:08Let's do it. Yeah.
