- 0:00Speaker 1: She tried to elaborate to me, and then I was
- 0:01Speaker 1: like not focusing because I was just like.
- 0:04Speaker 2: I was starting to listen or something. She says, I
- 0:06Speaker 2: don't pay attention. I don't know. I wasn't paying attention and.
- 0:09Speaker 1: I have to read the chart every once in a while.
- 0:10Speaker 1: But then I even told her. I was like, hey,
- 0:11Speaker 1: I haven't read a book in forever, and she's like, oh,
- 0:13Speaker 1: you know a lot of people didn't. They might only
- 0:15Speaker 1: read like one book a year. And I was like, yeah, yeah,
- 0:17Speaker 1: she goes this, last time you read a book, and
- 0:19Speaker 1: I was like two thousand and six, probably, I would say,
- 0:23Speaker 1: And she's like high school and I was like, yeah.
- 0:28Speaker 2: Stay out of my fish, it's sound. I laugh. I
- 0:35Speaker 2: agree with you. All the best coaches were drunk. We
- 0:38Speaker 2: were talking backstage about old school coaching, bad news bears,
- 0:43Speaker 2: and how these days you couldn't even have like I'm
- 0:47Speaker 2: a coach, you're a coach. I couldn't even fathom having
- 0:50Speaker 2: a sip or having a smell or even going in
- 0:54Speaker 2: hungover these days because of all the Facebook warriors and
- 0:58Speaker 2: how it's frowned upon. I mean, I don't know how
- 0:59Speaker 2: many times I went into a basketball practice pretty sure.
- 1:03Speaker 2: My coach was more hungover than some of us on
- 1:05Speaker 2: the team, you know.
- 1:06Speaker 1: And it was a little bit more obvious back in
- 1:08Speaker 1: the day if somebody was filming you, they had the
- 1:10Speaker 1: giant cam quarterer on the shoulder. You know, they're like, hey,
- 1:13Speaker 1: I'm I might be on camera. Nowadays, you know, you
- 1:16Speaker 1: know you're always being filmed. It's convinced me to be
- 1:19Speaker 1: a better person. You know, rightfully, I should just be
- 1:21Speaker 1: a good person. No, I'm fearful that I might get
- 1:24Speaker 1: film one day.
- 1:25Speaker 2: Have you seen the metaglasses?
- 1:27Speaker 1: Are they bringing back like Google goggles again or not?
- 1:29Speaker 1: Google goggles? Google glasses again?
- 1:31Speaker 2: Google goggles are fun to say that five times fast.
- 1:34Speaker 2: They so these are the and they've actually partnered up
- 1:38Speaker 2: from what I what I found from ray band glasses,
- 1:41Speaker 2: so you can be fancy with like a ray band.
- 1:43Speaker 2: I've never afforded one of those. But my dude, Chris,
- 1:47Speaker 2: who does a lot of content and stuff, and it
- 1:50Speaker 2: happened to be with like cats, He ended up years
- 1:53Speaker 2: ago get taking in a stray cat and then apparently
- 1:56Speaker 2: the cat was pregnant, so he instantly became like an
- 1:59Speaker 2: eight dad and then next thing you know, he didn't
- 2:01Speaker 2: have the hard to get rid of him. But now
- 2:02Speaker 2: he is pretty much a content creator with all sorts
- 2:05Speaker 2: of domains and Amazon and he's pretty damn and he's
- 2:08Speaker 2: really good at that stuff. Well he's like, bro, I'm
- 2:11Speaker 2: telling you Google glasses, get on it now, And I'm like,
- 2:15Speaker 2: son of a bitch. I mean, you can just ask.
- 2:16Speaker 2: It's more or less AI built into your glasses. You
- 2:19Speaker 2: can just sit there and have a conversation. You can
- 2:21Speaker 2: do this, you can listen, you can record, So it's
- 2:24Speaker 2: I guess it'd be like the higher end of the
- 2:25Speaker 2: Google glasses or the Snapchat glasses.
- 2:28Speaker 1: What was the ones that we had what were they
- 2:30Speaker 1: called Google glasses back in the day, like in two
- 2:33Speaker 1: thousand and forty.
- 2:35Speaker 2: I don't remember anything like that. I'm not saying that
- 2:38Speaker 2: they're not like even these ones. You can just press
- 2:40Speaker 2: the capture button or you could just be like, hey,
- 2:42Speaker 2: I meta take a picture. Take a photo, and it's
- 2:45Speaker 2: got a twelve megapixel camera, a five mic system to
- 2:49Speaker 2: right built into glasses. Like instantly you're going those creeps
- 2:52Speaker 2: are going to have a day. Like that's the first
- 2:55Speaker 2: thing that cross my mound. How creepy is it? But
- 2:57Speaker 2: I mean, hands free video recording.
- 3:00Speaker 1: Dude, I'm telling you that this came out eleven years ago.
- 3:04Speaker 1: All right. They were glasses. They had like this little
- 3:07Speaker 1: lens on there, and it was called Google Glass.
- 3:09Speaker 2: Right, Google Glass.
- 3:11Speaker 1: Yeah, it did the same thing, but it was way
- 3:13Speaker 1: before its time, like it was revolutionary. And then now
- 3:17Speaker 1: I was like, one of these days, like they're going
- 3:19Speaker 1: to bring it back because just to the technology and
- 3:22Speaker 1: how much it's increased since we were younger. But yeah,
- 3:25Speaker 1: I'm looking at it and it had remind you again,
- 3:28Speaker 1: eleven years ago a five megapixel camera that still pretty good,
- 3:32Speaker 1: but it would displayed information using a head up display,
- 3:35Speaker 1: allowed voice control for communication, and included a five megapixel camera.
- 3:40Speaker 1: It faced criticism for privacy concerns as it could record
- 3:44Speaker 1: video photos, raising concerns about potential misuse.
- 3:49Speaker 2: But now, I guess eleven years later, when you have
- 3:51Speaker 2: these things, these weren't really relevant. I guess in two
- 3:53Speaker 2: thousand and four were privacy. You still had a little
- 3:55Speaker 2: bit of privacy. I think in oh four, those glasses
- 3:58Speaker 2: they were gone. But what I hearing and I know
- 4:01Speaker 2: for a fact that you can actually translate text in
- 4:03Speaker 2: real time on those which is pretty cool. You know,
- 4:05Speaker 2: if you travel and leave the country and stuff like that.
- 4:08Speaker 2: But what I'm hearing, I don't know if it's on
- 4:11Speaker 2: the specifically or maybe down the road. It's gonna start
- 4:15Speaker 2: having like virtual reality stuff. It's gonna start having you know,
- 4:20Speaker 2: where you can you know, see some things, play some
- 4:22Speaker 2: maybe even play some games eventually. But it's gonna start
- 4:25Speaker 2: like really evolving in Zuckerberg was on the Theo Vonn podcast
- 4:31Speaker 2: and they started talking about some stuff like that, and
- 4:33Speaker 2: I was like, oh, these shit, Like of course THEO
- 4:37Speaker 2: asked the questions that guys like me and you would ask,
- 4:39Speaker 2: which is brilliant. And I mean it's probably within the
- 4:42Speaker 2: next five years things are going to get wild in
- 4:45Speaker 2: that aspect.
- 4:47Speaker 1: That kind of remind have you ever seen Ready Player one?
- 4:51Speaker 2: I never saw.
- 4:51Speaker 1: I know what, dude, That's why I think we're entering
- 4:55Speaker 1: that type of territory.
- 4:57Speaker 2: Just getting spooky about time the jets since predictions caught up.
- 5:02Speaker 1: I know, I'm trying to see You know what, though,
- 5:03Speaker 1: just give me a robot I can have sex with
- 5:05Speaker 1: and I'm gonna be a Okay.
- 5:07Speaker 2: Don't they have those already? I'm pretty sure they're not.
- 5:10Speaker 1: One that can clean as well. Like I'm talking about
- 5:12Speaker 1: the one that rolls on wheels can speak to me,
- 5:15Speaker 1: address me as mister whacking off. I don't want one
- 5:18Speaker 1: that's just gonna lay there until I'm ready to use it.
- 5:22Speaker 1: Have wives for you?
- 5:24Speaker 2: And you don't want it to look like a person.
- 5:26Speaker 2: You want it to look like an actual robot.
- 5:28Speaker 1: Right, Yes, that's where I'm saying, like, I don't want
- 5:30Speaker 1: They're like, hey, it looks so realistic.
- 5:31Speaker 2: Ugh.
- 5:32Speaker 1: No, I want it to look like, I don't know,
- 5:34Speaker 1: like that, like a toaster or something of all the things.
- 5:38Speaker 1: A toaster, yeah, I don't know, just like just anything.
- 5:41Speaker 1: The shininess of it. I don't know what she looks like.
- 5:43Speaker 1: She had a box head. Let me look like what
- 5:46Speaker 1: it was.
- 5:46Speaker 2: Yeah, it was definitely pretty boxy from what I remember.
- 5:49Speaker 2: And I don't even remember the name of the uh.
- 5:51Speaker 2: I think we looked it up one time.
- 5:54Speaker 1: I can't remember it now either.
- 5:55Speaker 2: Meet the Jetsons. I can hear the theme song Rosie, Right,
- 6:00Speaker 2: it was Rosie, That's what I thought.
- 6:01Speaker 1: Is that what it is?
- 6:02Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm pretty sure it was Rosie.
- 6:04Speaker 1: Okay, so now I want to see a picture of
- 6:06Speaker 1: Rosie to see.
- 6:07Speaker 2: It didn't didn't Rosie have those like really mean creepy eyes.
- 6:11Speaker 1: Though she did, and that's all she was a fixing
- 6:15Speaker 1: is what it was, dude. I mean she she knew
- 6:17Speaker 1: what she was doing. Had the made outfit on. Come on, bro,
- 6:22Speaker 1: just setting me up for failure. The daughter was super cute. Nah,
- 6:27Speaker 1: give me the robot, give me.
- 6:29Speaker 2: Rosie the old XB five hundred shout out to Rosie
- 6:33Speaker 2: the XB.
- 6:33Speaker 1: I'm getting I might need some w D forty here
- 6:36Speaker 1: in a little bit because things are getting stiff.
- 6:41Speaker 2: It's funny to me, I always make the jokes I
- 6:43Speaker 2: have all these books right. Well, I actually started getting
- 6:46Speaker 2: into reading, so I'm like, oh, you know, so for
- 6:48Speaker 2: me to get into reading, I was like, you know
- 6:50Speaker 2: what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna buy myself one of
- 6:52Speaker 2: those kindles and I'm gonna put it off like, hey, wife,
- 6:55Speaker 2: here it is whenever you don't want to use it. Well,
- 6:58Speaker 2: then she made the switch. She he's really into audio books,
- 7:02Speaker 2: and I'm like, oh, let me get that. Turns out
- 7:04Speaker 2: I really like the audio books a lot better than
- 7:06Speaker 2: reading them. And I'm like, you know what, I'm gonna
- 7:08Speaker 2: start substituting like audio books instead of podcasts, because to
- 7:11Speaker 2: be honest, all the podcasts they kind of, you know,
- 7:14Speaker 2: at least the celebrity ones that I like, they kind
- 7:16Speaker 2: of still all the guests rotate, they promote the stuff.
- 7:19Speaker 2: It's funny, it's good, but I'm like, you know what,
- 7:21Speaker 2: So I just started at the time of the recording
- 7:22Speaker 2: today the band No FX if you ever listen to
- 7:26Speaker 2: with like fat mic in them. Yeah, they have an
- 7:28Speaker 2: audio book and the members of the band read and
- 7:32Speaker 2: apparently they even have special guests like Tommy Tommy Chong
- 7:35Speaker 2: and stuff in it. So I just started with chapter
- 7:38Speaker 2: one and the first friggin thing spoiler alert is he's
- 7:42Speaker 2: chewing food, burping, taking a drink. He's like, oh shit,
- 7:45Speaker 2: am I not allowed to do this? And then he talks.
- 7:47Speaker 2: He starts right off with how his girlfriend at the time,
- 7:52Speaker 2: which I guess ended up being his wife, pissed in
- 7:56Speaker 2: his mouth and that was the first time he's ever
- 7:58Speaker 2: drank pee, and then he escalates to how he milked
- 8:00Speaker 2: a woman and he just like that's how he started
- 8:02Speaker 2: the book. And then he's like, oh, yeah, well, you
- 8:04Speaker 2: guys want to talk about my because it was supposed
- 8:06Speaker 2: to be about him and his life and that's just
- 8:08Speaker 2: what he went with. I'm like, I think I'm going
- 8:11Speaker 2: to like this book.
- 8:12Speaker 1: I not to. You know, I'm not gonna kink shame
- 8:15Speaker 1: anybody piss it in the mouth might be a line
- 8:18Speaker 1: that I don't think I'm gonna cross anytime soon. No,
- 8:21Speaker 1: thank you, I.
- 8:23Speaker 2: Can I can one guarantee that it is a line
- 8:26Speaker 2: that I will never cross. That is and it's and
- 8:29Speaker 2: he described it as it tasted like some kind of tea,
- 8:32Speaker 2: and I'm like, no, well, then, you know, he really
- 8:35Speaker 2: escalated things. I mean, he would drink pea on stage
- 8:38Speaker 2: his own p like he just abused the hell out
- 8:40Speaker 2: of his body. I think it's a miracle, if you
- 8:43Speaker 2: look at it that way, that that fat mic is
- 8:45Speaker 2: still around. And thankfully because he's, you know, on a
- 8:47Speaker 2: record label of a lot of bands that I like.
- 8:50Speaker 2: And I recently found out my favorite band, Teenage Bottle Rocket,
- 8:54Speaker 2: coming out with a new album, so I got a
- 8:56Speaker 2: new vinyl to buy in September. They really least one
- 9:00Speaker 2: of the songs, She's the Ship. So I think it's
- 9:03Speaker 2: funny because the youngest one she's like, I just listened
- 9:06Speaker 2: to Teenage Bottle Rocket. I'm like, which song she's the
- 9:10Speaker 2: you know, I'm like, what is it? You know? And
- 9:12Speaker 2: I'm like you can say it? No, no, no, you
- 9:14Speaker 2: know she's eight, so I'm like no, no, no. So we'll
- 9:16Speaker 2: be playing it and I'll be like she's the and
- 9:18Speaker 2: I'll hold up the mic like you can say it.
- 9:20Speaker 1: She's like, it's fun enough. It's fun when kids do
- 9:23Speaker 1: step out of that boundary and they're like, you know what,
- 9:25Speaker 1: I'm gonna curse, And like even with the asker permission,
- 9:27Speaker 1: they're like, hey, can I say this? And it's like, yeah,
- 9:30Speaker 1: why not?
- 9:30Speaker 2: Go ahead?
- 9:31Speaker 1: Go ahead? And you know, it's a slippery slope after that,
- 9:33Speaker 1: like that's once you start there, there's no turnet back,
- 9:36Speaker 1: you know what I mean. Like even my youngest he
- 9:38Speaker 1: hears the older kids and so he's like can I
- 9:41Speaker 1: say that? And I'm like, no, you can't say that,
- 9:43Speaker 1: and then he proceeds to say it anyways, and I'm like,
- 9:45Speaker 1: what was the point even asking? Like I somewhat of
- 9:48Speaker 1: a respect level, but even though you know, damn well,
- 9:50Speaker 1: you're not gonna listen anyway.
- 9:51Speaker 2: It's one of those rhetorical questions. They probably got it
- 9:54Speaker 2: from us because we tell them one thing and we
- 9:57Speaker 2: ask them even though they know, like hey, you're gonna
- 9:59Speaker 2: go clean your room. If and ended up you're gonna
- 10:01Speaker 2: go clean your room, we should have just stopped the
- 10:03Speaker 2: sentence there. Do you ever just have a weird day
- 10:06Speaker 2: in your house where like the kids all get along,
- 10:09Speaker 2: they all seem happy, and then they all do their
- 10:11Speaker 2: chores without asking, because that happened to us yesterday. And like,
- 10:15Speaker 2: I thankfully I got this new cool phone that I
- 10:17Speaker 2: can take like temperatures with, and I'm going around like
- 10:20Speaker 2: trying to take their temperature. I'm like, am I like?
- 10:22Speaker 2: And then am I delirious? Am I having like a
- 10:24Speaker 2: fever dream or some shit? Like? It was weird. It
- 10:27Speaker 2: was freaking weird.
- 10:28Speaker 1: What do they want?
- 10:30Speaker 2: That's the thing I was. It's been over twenty four hours.
- 10:33Speaker 2: Still haven't asked for anything. I don't know.
- 10:35Speaker 1: And you know they would give up immediately as soon
- 10:38Speaker 1: as you praise, like hey thanks guys, yeah, man, like
- 10:42Speaker 1: we owe you what that you mentioned that? Uh I
- 10:44Speaker 1: think I need you know what I mean? Like, it's
- 10:46Speaker 1: immediately they need something.
- 10:48Speaker 2: I don't know. There was nothing, there was no consequence,
- 10:51Speaker 2: no asking. It was just as huh. It was weird.
- 10:56Speaker 1: It's been i'd say probably before Christmas is because and
- 10:58Speaker 1: again it was because we see That's what I'm saying,
- 11:01Speaker 1: like they diebocle kids.
- 11:03Speaker 2: You know, I was wondering if I missed a holiday
- 11:06Speaker 2: or something. I mean, obviously at the time of the
- 11:08Speaker 2: recordings it's Sinko to Mayo, but it's not like they're
- 11:10Speaker 2: pumped for that. They don't drink tequila, and we have
- 11:13Speaker 2: tacos on Tuesdays, and I was like, maybe they're going
- 11:17Speaker 2: to try it back to back Taco night, which I'm
- 11:19Speaker 2: cool with, which I didn't even check. I know you're
- 11:21Speaker 2: an app guy. I wonder if the old Taco bells
- 11:24Speaker 2: got some Sinko to Mio deals going on.
- 11:27Speaker 1: Our local restaurant does, and you know you have local
- 11:30Speaker 1: restaurants twenty miles away, sorry, the nearest restaurant to us.
- 11:36Speaker 1: They have some specials and we just had them like
- 11:40Speaker 1: three days ago, and I was like, no, we can't
- 11:43Speaker 1: go again, and the missus like or and I'm like,
- 11:47Speaker 1: oh man, even the kids are like that, we don't.
- 11:50Speaker 1: We have practices and everything, and we're already going to
- 11:52Speaker 1: be in town and I'm like, oh, the convenience is there,
- 11:56Speaker 1: and they were super excited. We were talking about bringing
- 11:59Speaker 1: your lunch to school before the show, right, and my
- 12:02Speaker 1: kids normally they they don't like eating the school lunch
- 12:04Speaker 1: because apparently it's gone severely downhill.
- 12:07Speaker 2: And what do they say, what's what's the saying? It's what?
- 12:10Speaker 2: It's booty cheeks, booty cheeks, booty cheeks.
- 12:13Speaker 1: They say, it's booty cheeks. And they today was supposed
- 12:17Speaker 1: to be super nachos for sink of to Mile and
- 12:20Speaker 1: they were like, they're right, Dad, don't pack a lunch
- 12:22Speaker 1: like it's nachos today. So I pick them up and
- 12:25Speaker 1: I always asked them like, hey, you know, how is
- 12:26Speaker 1: your lunch? And they're like and so I was like, hey,
- 12:29Speaker 1: how are those super nachos? And they're like, we don't
- 12:31Speaker 1: even have it today. They switched it up and I
- 12:34Speaker 1: was like what what what would they have? What they
- 12:36Speaker 1: replaced Super Nachos and secret O Mile with and they
- 12:38Speaker 1: go cheeseburger And I was like, oh.
- 12:42Speaker 2: They couldn't even put like grande or like a fun
- 12:44Speaker 2: play on super.
- 12:46Speaker 1: Like a like make it loose meat sandwich is a
- 12:48Speaker 1: taco burger, you know what I mean?
- 12:50Speaker 2: Like what something we put a little salce on a
- 12:51Speaker 2: hamburger patty? You gotta gotta creative.
- 12:54Speaker 1: They make salsa dogs when not salsa bergs, you know,
- 12:57Speaker 1: just go ahead and just make it a little festive. Nope.
- 13:00Speaker 1: So the kids were super disappointed about that and sucks,
- 13:03Speaker 1: I know. And I like, if it's like everything was fine,
- 13:06Speaker 1: they're like, oh, dad, he was fine. You know. My
- 13:07Speaker 1: son thought he had map testing, which I don't know
- 13:09Speaker 1: if you guys have that over there, but it's like the.
- 13:12Speaker 2: State testing or something. Yeah, state testing just the season here.
- 13:16Speaker 1: That's and they he was just he didn't want to
- 13:19Speaker 1: go to school to day. He's like, oh, well, gotta
- 13:21Speaker 1: do that all day. And I was like, I look
- 13:22Speaker 1: forward to that back whenever I was a kid. I
- 13:24Speaker 1: was saying, that's a whole day. You already know what's
- 13:26Speaker 1: going on. They usually have snacks, they always have the
- 13:28Speaker 1: stuff going on. I was like, easy, easy, And.
- 13:30Speaker 2: Teachers are extra nice because it makes them look good
- 13:33Speaker 2: if you do.
- 13:33Speaker 1: Good exactly, they're more willing to help you too, you.
- 13:36Speaker 2: Know what I mean. They're always like they're not supposed to.
- 13:38Speaker 1: They're like, what do you mean they're right? And I
- 13:40Speaker 1: was like, ah, they're like, oh, you know, do you
- 13:42Speaker 1: see what I see? And I'm like I understand what
- 13:44Speaker 1: you're saying right now.
- 13:45Speaker 2: Yah, careful, don't get stung by that be that's flying around.
- 13:49Speaker 2: We had a teacher that allegedly they would walk by
- 13:52Speaker 2: and you'd be in the middle of We had like Regents,
- 13:54Speaker 2: which is like state testing, so if you want to
- 13:56Speaker 2: get a Regents diploma in New York, you have to
- 13:58Speaker 2: pass a certain amount of state tests, and of course
- 14:00Speaker 2: they can't help you. So he'd walk by and he'd
- 14:02Speaker 2: be like, oh, I don't know if you see that,
- 14:05Speaker 2: but and then he walked by and he always he
- 14:08Speaker 2: had something no yeah, I know. Sometimes the Canadian comes
- 14:12Speaker 2: out of me, stupid one liners and you're just like, thanks, Doc.
- 14:16Speaker 1: It's like, I appreciate you, hoping. Those teachers were always
- 14:19Speaker 1: like the ones that are really really cool and like
- 14:21Speaker 1: and it's sad whenever they pass away. If they're they're
- 14:23Speaker 1: older ones, but you see how big their funerals are
- 14:26Speaker 1: just because they're like, hey, he was a real one,
- 14:28Speaker 1: like he was or she was I don't know. We
- 14:32Speaker 1: always had those teachers that you always respected, and then
- 14:35Speaker 1: you had those ones that were just pieces of crap
- 14:38Speaker 1: and you couldn't wait until we're like, hey, do you
- 14:39Speaker 1: have tenure. I hope not. I hope you get fired.
- 14:43Speaker 1: I hope you get caught peeping or something like we need.
- 14:45Speaker 2: I hope you get finally caught for that bottle of
- 14:48Speaker 2: whiskey you have in your jawer. Then I know you're
- 14:49Speaker 2: sneaking little knippers out of all day.
- 14:53Speaker 1: And I and speaking of the school too, I had
- 14:55Speaker 1: to send them like a note because I went to
- 14:59Speaker 1: go on the track and they have like these bleachers
- 15:02Speaker 1: that are what it's like the metal or the aluminum bleachers,
- 15:05Speaker 1: I think aluminum. And then they have these old wooden
- 15:08Speaker 1: bleachers that I think were the original ones when the
- 15:10Speaker 1: school was built, that they have like the students sit
- 15:12Speaker 1: on and stuff. And so I'm over there and I
- 15:14Speaker 1: went to go, like do a little bit of stretches.
- 15:16Speaker 1: So I sat down and I barely even scoot and
- 15:20Speaker 1: next thing I know, it feels like I sat on
- 15:22Speaker 1: a porcupine. It have a whole bunch of splinters deep
- 15:27Speaker 1: into my ass cheeks. And I'm like, this can't get
- 15:31Speaker 1: much worse.
- 15:31Speaker 2: And I'm before working out or after before.
- 15:34Speaker 1: My run, and I'm like this sucks. And while like
- 15:38Speaker 1: nobody's ever there. When I always go after school plenty
- 15:41Speaker 1: of time after their practices and everything else. And I'm
- 15:45Speaker 1: over there, just digging out on a Sunday afternoon, thirty
- 15:48Speaker 1: splinters out of these cheeks and whenever I look up,
- 15:51Speaker 1: and of course I ripped my pen before I write
- 15:54Speaker 1: on because I do that mile high run club.
- 15:57Speaker 2: Finally someone that I know gets a run.
- 16:01Speaker 1: If that's the only way that I can baby. And
- 16:04Speaker 1: but I'm like dazed out and I'm just sitting there
- 16:06Speaker 1: just like, okay, there's another one, just feeling my cheeks
- 16:09Speaker 1: to see if I could find another one, and I'm like,
- 16:11Speaker 1: a great, it almost looks aggressive at this point.
- 16:13Speaker 2: I'm just yes, I'd assume, right, yeah, yeah, so.
- 16:17Speaker 1: And I'm like feeling my shorts that I got on
- 16:19Speaker 1: and just rubbing the cheeks trying to see if I
- 16:21Speaker 1: can find anything like poking at my hand.
- 16:23Speaker 2: And shorts you rocking basketball shorts like late nineties, early
- 16:25Speaker 2: two thousands, long long shorts still.
- 16:29Speaker 1: Oh yeah, they're still from that. I think these I
- 16:32Speaker 1: purchased probably in two thousand and five. Nice and I
- 16:37Speaker 1: still have them, do you remember that? And one brand? Yeah,
- 16:41Speaker 1: out a Bang that's pretty much what I'm still rocking.
- 16:43Speaker 2: I still had those original ones, but they're so old
- 16:46Speaker 2: that the that the draw string in them finally gave out,
- 16:50Speaker 2: and now I can't wear them just because they're just
- 16:53Speaker 2: so goddamn big and heavy that if I try to
- 16:55Speaker 2: wear them, and I'm not gonna be the fold over
- 16:57Speaker 2: guy like the girls do and roll up my shorts
- 17:00Speaker 2: and I'm not gonna do. They make short belts because
- 17:04Speaker 2: that maybe you know, you know how they have the belt, buddy,
- 17:06Speaker 2: there's no loops in them, so you can't really rock
- 17:08Speaker 2: the belt, buddy. But imagine nice little remember way back
- 17:11Speaker 2: in the day before our times, I used to wear
- 17:12Speaker 2: the short shorts with the belts as a basketball uniform.
- 17:17Speaker 2: Maybe try to normalize belt short How many times you've
- 17:19Speaker 2: been in Walmart see a big old ass crack hanging
- 17:22Speaker 2: around somebody probably one shorts.
- 17:26Speaker 1: I almost guaranteed every single time, you're gonna see a
- 17:29Speaker 1: just gigantic ass crack hanging out. And I hate it too,
- 17:33Speaker 1: because whenever I get ready to run, every single pair
- 17:35Speaker 1: of pants or like jogging pants or whatever that I wear,
- 17:40Speaker 1: they still always seem to slide down, no matter how
- 17:42Speaker 1: tight I'm putting those jaws strings on, you know what
- 17:45Speaker 1: I mean. And I can't stand it because if there's
- 17:49Speaker 1: no drawstrings in the shorts, I'm not bringing them because
- 17:53Speaker 1: I'm gonna be running trying to pull up my pants
- 17:56Speaker 1: the entire time. I'm not about that life. That's frustrating
- 17:59Speaker 1: as hell.
- 18:00Speaker 2: That's why we need short belts.
- 18:01Speaker 1: I think there was one that I think it used.
- 18:04Speaker 1: There was something that used to clasp on the waistband
- 18:06Speaker 1: that would like go from one endo the It's like
- 18:09Speaker 1: a little mini ratchet strap.
- 18:11Speaker 2: Hmmm. Man, I mean, maybe it's not the right terminology.
- 18:15Speaker 2: But I just did a quick little google and I
- 18:16Speaker 2: put shorts belts and I'm just getting normal belts. Probably
- 18:21Speaker 2: needed to do, like basketball short.
- 18:24Speaker 1: Belts, no loop belt.
- 18:27Speaker 2: Maybe that's the right thing there is. Oh geez I
- 18:31Speaker 2: So I googled basketball short belts and the first thing
- 18:35Speaker 2: is a relaxed fit tactical and it's a guy that
- 18:38Speaker 2: has a pew pew tucked inside his belt. Apparently it's
- 18:42Speaker 2: made for tucking that in there.
- 18:46Speaker 1: I believe it's for tucking other things as well.
- 18:49Speaker 2: You can't convince me this one's interesting though. Right here
- 18:53Speaker 2: a athletic shorts basketball that has like a belt built
- 19:00Speaker 2: into them. That is interesting. Let me show you here.
- 19:05Speaker 2: Look at this. It's got like the belt. I don't
- 19:08Speaker 2: know if you can see it or not built into it.
- 19:11Speaker 1: It's all blocks me.
- 19:12Speaker 2: Yeah, because it is all Let me see if I
- 19:14Speaker 2: can just bring up it's almost like the clasp. I'm
- 19:18Speaker 2: trying to think of what else it would be. I'm
- 19:20Speaker 2: like almost like on a book bag or something. All
- 19:23Speaker 2: of the sudden, let me see if I can purple Okay, yeah,
- 19:26Speaker 2: that's smarter purple shorts, very nice plastic, probably like twenty
- 19:32Speaker 2: five cents to make. Mm hmm.
- 19:36Speaker 1: Surely there's something, because man, that's that's got to be
- 19:38Speaker 1: a common issue, right, it can't. It's no matter how
- 19:41Speaker 1: tight I'm sitting there, I'm trying with all my might
- 19:43Speaker 1: to get this thing as tight as possible. And by
- 19:45Speaker 1: the time maybe I tie my shoes like it like
- 19:48Speaker 1: an idiot. But by the time I'm able to get
- 19:50Speaker 1: to that bunny loop and I release that finger from
- 19:53Speaker 1: the inside, and like might release the finger from the inside. Hey,
- 19:56Speaker 1: and I pulled those bunny loops apart. It always like
- 19:59Speaker 1: releases a little bit and that's just enough to slide
- 20:03Speaker 1: down a little bit. When these and when these booty cheeks.
- 20:06Speaker 2: Are running booty chicks running man. I don't know. I
- 20:10Speaker 2: don't think there's basketball. I think we got an invention here,
- 20:14Speaker 2: basketball short belts. I don't know if anybody would actually
- 20:19Speaker 2: buy them.
- 20:21Speaker 1: Probably like, hey, at least for me, they might you uh,
- 20:25Speaker 1: you fat ass. That's the reason why doesn't fit. It
- 20:29Speaker 1: is because I have very nice love handles.
- 20:33Speaker 2: It's yeah, and it's a problem, I mean obviously with us.
- 20:37Speaker 2: I wonder, all right, any if there's any adults that
- 20:39Speaker 2: listen to this, because there's no chance in how the
- 20:41Speaker 2: kids are listening to this, if you would benefit from
- 20:44Speaker 2: a from a basketball short mess short runner short belt.
- 20:49Speaker 2: They're probably think, why don't you just buy a pair
- 20:51Speaker 2: that fits you? Sometimes things happen, you know, when you
- 20:55Speaker 2: wash them, when you when you dry them, and sometimes
- 20:58Speaker 2: we get a little bit bigger and a little bit smaller.
- 21:01Speaker 1: And that's the thing is, you know, I'd rather have
- 21:02Speaker 1: a little bit bigger than a little bit smaller.
- 21:06Speaker 2: That's how we grew up. Like it, all right, we
- 21:07Speaker 2: got a new invention. We're gonna be millionaires.
- 21:10Speaker 1: Dude, billionaires. Jeff Bezos. Actually I kept looking at my
- 21:14Speaker 1: phone there because he won't stop calling, because he was
- 21:16Speaker 1: overhearing our talk, and he wants in and actually corrected
- 21:19Speaker 1: both of his eyes at the same time.
- 21:21Speaker 2: I think we can skip Shark Tank. We're not even
- 21:23Speaker 2: have to go on Shark Tank. We're just gonna do
- 21:25Speaker 2: you remember the phase where people would use shoe strings
- 21:28Speaker 2: as belts. I never could use a shoe string as
- 21:32Speaker 2: a belt, but me neither. I just was like, you
- 21:35Speaker 2: know what, I'm not gonna wear And there was a
- 21:36Speaker 2: stage in my life I just didn't wear a belt.
- 21:38Speaker 2: And now I'm like, I can't picture my life now.
- 21:40Speaker 2: I'm at the point I got real big, and then
- 21:43Speaker 2: I really only have one belt, so I when I
- 21:46Speaker 2: lose some weight, now I have to break and get
- 21:48Speaker 2: a screwdriver and stuff and add extra holes into it.
- 21:51Speaker 2: And I'm like, god, damn, maybe I shouldn't be so cheap.
- 21:54Speaker 2: But I don't really know how to buy a belt
- 21:57Speaker 2: other than like going to a store trying it on.
- 21:59Speaker 2: But then I'm like trying on a belt, and I
- 22:01Speaker 2: always feel like they're gonna be like, why are you
- 22:03Speaker 2: trying to steal this belt right now, sir? And I'm like,
- 22:05Speaker 2: I'm not trying to steal it. But then how do
- 22:06Speaker 2: you defend yourself like, no, I'm just trying to I'm
- 22:08Speaker 2: just trying it on, you know, and it's just like, oh,
- 22:11Speaker 2: you're just gonna try on the belt, Well, you just
- 22:13Speaker 2: go try on those shirts, so those shorts underneath your
- 22:15Speaker 2: pants and put that shirt on under it. I don't know,
- 22:18Speaker 2: I just that's a weird thing. That's gotta be. It's
- 22:20Speaker 2: got to be a tism, right.
- 22:22Speaker 1: It maybe because I think shop for belts relatively easy
- 22:26Speaker 1: because you have like the little hooks that they usually
- 22:28Speaker 1: hang on. And maybe maybe it's just state thing. I
- 22:31Speaker 1: don't know, but it has the size of your waist,
- 22:33Speaker 1: so if you know your waist size, it'll say, hey,
- 22:36Speaker 1: this belt is up to you know, for this size,
- 22:38Speaker 1: and then you can gauge you that you want to
- 22:39Speaker 1: go a little bit lower, a little bit bigger, just in
- 22:41Speaker 1: case again fluctuates. Okay, But what I've noticed too is
- 22:45Speaker 1: if I choose my size, I'm still using the very
- 22:49Speaker 1: last hole, right, so I'm like like the tidest setting
- 22:54Speaker 1: on it, right, So I have all of this extra
- 22:57Speaker 1: belt and it just looks stupid, especially if I'm tucking
- 23:00Speaker 1: in my shirt for work, if I'm wearing dress pants
- 23:04Speaker 1: and stuff. It's just an unnecessary amount of belt. And
- 23:07Speaker 1: I'm like, well, that's if I'm choosing my size. That's
- 23:11Speaker 1: the only thing I would say that it's kind of
- 23:13Speaker 1: difficult is because it does say it is one size.
- 23:17Speaker 1: And now that you think of you know what I
- 23:19Speaker 1: think about it. I'm on your side the belts.
- 23:21Speaker 2: I think we're two grown at adults that don't know
- 23:25Speaker 2: how to buy a belt. I've never bought a belt
- 23:27Speaker 2: for myself. I don't I have one belt in my
- 23:29Speaker 2: house and I don't know where it came from. I
- 23:31Speaker 2: don't know if somebody gave it to me. I don't
- 23:33Speaker 2: know if maybe it was a present years ago, or
- 23:35Speaker 2: maybe you know what I mean, even my parents might
- 23:37Speaker 2: have bought it for me, like twenty thirty years ago.
- 23:40Speaker 2: I've never bought a belt, and I don't know now
- 23:42Speaker 2: that we're talking about this, I don't know if I
- 23:43Speaker 2: know how to buy a belt.
- 23:45Speaker 1: I buy all my belts, but apparently I'm sporadic and
- 23:48Speaker 1: buy some that are good and some that are bad.
- 23:50Speaker 1: I like the ones that are reversible hold the belt.
- 23:54Speaker 2: I had a reversible brown on one side, black on
- 23:57Speaker 2: the other, but at a time just broke apart, just
- 24:02Speaker 2: was cheap. I'm assuming and just I'm down to one
- 24:05Speaker 2: and I only have a black belt and it's not
- 24:07Speaker 2: from karate.
- 24:10Speaker 1: What were those belts made out of that didn't have
- 24:12Speaker 1: the holes? That were like the woven Damn? Do you
- 24:16Speaker 1: know what I'm talking about? That you can clasp it
- 24:19Speaker 1: on any setting, like it didn't matter what size. That
- 24:22Speaker 1: What happened to those belts?
- 24:23Speaker 2: I want one of those there, let's see you put
- 24:26Speaker 2: them up here. There's canvas, elastic, fabric, woven belts like this.
- 24:33Speaker 2: There's all sorts. I mean, apparently you go to Beltology
- 24:36Speaker 2: or you can just go to Amazon for nine ninety nine.
- 24:40Speaker 1: It's a braided belt, that's what it's called.
- 24:42Speaker 2: Then you got those like marine green ones. I remember
- 24:45Speaker 2: some people that wore like military style belts never were
- 24:49Speaker 2: in or decided to go military. Probably the punk rock stage,
- 24:54Speaker 2: grunge stage of the nineties. Yeah, those are pretty smart, though,
- 24:58Speaker 2: those woven belts, because you don't need a whole, You
- 25:00Speaker 2: just stick it through the material and then that's your size.
- 25:04Speaker 1: See that's not bad, but it does you almost need
- 25:06Speaker 1: a rock cowboy boots with it. To me, I don't know.
- 25:08Speaker 1: Maybe is that the braided belt kind of gives me
- 25:11Speaker 1: a western look. I don't know why. Maybe I'm an
- 25:14Speaker 1: agree with that, But I also do.
- 25:16Speaker 2: The stupid belts with like the two metal ends that
- 25:18Speaker 2: you had to like I was raising the.
- 25:21Speaker 1: Flag football type one at first. Of all, don't call them.
- 25:24Speaker 1: I still rock that belt all the time. It's one
- 25:26Speaker 1: of my favorite belts now. The only thing the two
- 25:29Speaker 1: rings or husky dividu. Whenever you're bending over it is
- 25:33Speaker 1: like two little fists just jabbing you right, and you're right,
- 25:36Speaker 1: and you got Amazon.
- 25:39Speaker 2: Baby. Look at the color choices. You got Carolina blue, brown, gray,
- 25:45Speaker 2: safety green, yellow, any color. I think I might just
- 25:50Speaker 2: might just get one. The reason I say stupid one,
- 25:53Speaker 2: I just didn't have the brain to be able to
- 25:55Speaker 2: figure out how to tighten when you get through there.
- 25:57Speaker 2: And we wore them, I think in like baseball one
- 25:59Speaker 2: year until we went with like the real like the
- 26:01Speaker 2: stretchy ones that just had the like belt loops and
- 26:05Speaker 2: the normal class, but it only had like this much
- 26:08Speaker 2: of like a cheap plasticky rubber thing that you put
- 26:11Speaker 2: the thing through.
- 26:11Speaker 1: Yeah they're not fine, man, Like that's now. I will
- 26:15Speaker 1: say that whenever I used to drink heavily wearing those
- 26:17Speaker 1: two ring belts and stuff like that, almost like a
- 26:20Speaker 1: Rubik's cube, trying to get that bud going out of there.
- 26:22Speaker 1: I'm just like, hey, I'm like I'm about to piss
- 26:24Speaker 1: my pants. I was like about to give up. This
- 26:26Speaker 1: is taking too long. But now now cargo shorts my
- 26:30Speaker 1: dad shorts, my kids call it always. That's the belt
- 26:33Speaker 1: that I rock with it every time.
- 26:36Speaker 2: I like that. See, I had to downgrade closets when
- 26:39Speaker 2: we put the addition in. The wife got the nice
- 26:42Speaker 2: big walking closet and all that stuff, and I went
- 26:45Speaker 2: from a nice, big walking closet to a closet that
- 26:48Speaker 2: I still haven't put a door on. And it's like
- 26:50Speaker 2: two feet in depth, maybe like four foot long. Not
- 26:55Speaker 2: a great closet. So I didn't have room to put
- 26:57Speaker 2: any goddamn clothes. So I ended up getting rid of
- 26:59Speaker 2: like ten bags of clothes, pants, shorts, shirts, lots of
- 27:04Speaker 2: shirts that I got for free. My short collection is weak,
- 27:08Speaker 2: and I'm pretty sure I got rid of some classic cargo.
- 27:11Speaker 2: Now I'm thinking, like, if I don't have a pair
- 27:13Speaker 2: of cargo pants, like, do you go out and just
- 27:15Speaker 2: try to buy a new style pair? Do they make
- 27:17Speaker 2: them as durable or do you just move on from
- 27:20Speaker 2: like I got a kind of like a I kind
- 27:22Speaker 2: of say they're like golf shorts, you know, like fancy
- 27:24Speaker 2: golf shorts, just your normal you know, just a pair
- 27:27Speaker 2: of black, maybe a pair of brown or something, just
- 27:30Speaker 2: casual shorts, because we once we hit April or May
- 27:34Speaker 2: at my place of employment, you can start wearing shorts
- 27:37Speaker 2: until like October. You know, it's their business attire. But
- 27:42Speaker 2: it's still like fifty forty five, fifty years so I'm
- 27:44Speaker 2: still rocking them pants.
- 27:46Speaker 1: It was eighty two whenever I locked you. It was
- 27:50Speaker 1: only supposed to GetUp like seventy five todays what they said,
- 27:52Speaker 1: But only it got I know, I'm just I'm enjoying
- 27:55Speaker 1: it this week, not to brag. We're not even supposed
- 27:58Speaker 1: to get rain or anything. It is supposed to be seventh.
- 28:01Speaker 1: I don't know if you can tell, I got a
- 28:02Speaker 1: little sunburn, I got a little red, you know, I
- 28:04Speaker 1: got a little got a little color, but it was yeah,
- 28:09Speaker 1: it's I stayed out all weekend, dude, it's been We're
- 28:12Speaker 1: gonna have a good seven day stretch of beautiful weather
- 28:17Speaker 1: and my wien is finally gonna get a break because
- 28:19Speaker 1: I'm gonna be outside so much. It's not gonna get
- 28:21Speaker 1: abused for me being indoors.
- 28:23Speaker 2: It's still you'll find time.
- 28:25Speaker 1: Yeah, for sure, speaking witch, go ahead, I'm gonna say
- 28:28Speaker 1: I went to the doctor on Friday and was gonna
- 28:32Speaker 1: get on some medication kind of help me with my
- 28:34Speaker 1: mental state, right, and they were also gonna test me
- 28:37Speaker 1: for eighty HD or.
- 28:38Speaker 2: A d D. And now, like, holy what did you do?
- 28:43Speaker 1: They checked out every time the drum and blood gotcha.
- 28:46Speaker 1: They're like, hey, this guy looking a little positive, if
- 28:49Speaker 1: you know what I mean. But then I was like,
- 28:52Speaker 1: joke's on you depressed. But they uh, they did the
- 28:56Speaker 1: test or whatever and they're like, hey, dude, add for sure.
- 29:01Speaker 1: And I was like, oh for real and they're like
- 29:03Speaker 1: here's some stuff. Try it out. See what happens. And
- 29:05Speaker 1: I'm like, oh, okay, cool, and they're like it's gonna
- 29:08Speaker 1: it's gonna mess with your sex drive. And then I was
- 29:10Speaker 1: like negatively and they're like oh yeah, and they're like
- 29:14Speaker 1: you might be able to perform, but you ain't gonna finish.
- 29:17Speaker 1: And I was like, oh shit, that sucks. I was like,
- 29:20Speaker 1: you know, I was like man, and so I was like,
- 29:22Speaker 1: if I wasn't gona myself now, now I'm definitely gonna
- 29:25Speaker 1: do it.
- 29:25Speaker 2: That's big pharma. They're like, listen, you're not quite depressed,
- 29:29Speaker 2: so we're gonna call it this and then by the
- 29:31Speaker 2: time you're done with this, you're gonna move into depression.
- 29:34Speaker 1: Yeah. It's like, do you hate yourself, You're gonna hate
- 29:37Speaker 1: yourself even more.
- 29:39Speaker 2: But the difference between ad D, I don't know, so
- 29:43Speaker 2: that's what because I can't.
- 29:44Speaker 1: I said that I thought it was ADHD, and then
- 29:47Speaker 1: after speaking with the like or and doing the testing,
- 29:49Speaker 1: they're like, hey, it's actually a d D. And I
- 29:52Speaker 1: was like, oh, okay, so I'm not. I don't hyper focus,
- 29:56Speaker 1: so like I'm able to if like I struggle to
- 29:59Speaker 1: get motivated and excuse me, and so I can like
- 30:03Speaker 1: ghost and avoid things at all costs, even though I
- 30:06Speaker 1: know I need to do them right or something I forget.
- 30:09Speaker 1: I don't know. She tried to elaborate to me, and
- 30:11Speaker 1: then I was like not focusing because I was just like.
- 30:14Speaker 2: Start listen or something. She says, I don't pay attention.
- 30:17Speaker 2: I don't know. I wasn't paying attention.
- 30:19Speaker 1: And I have to read the chart every once in
- 30:20Speaker 1: a while. But then I even told her. I was like, hey,
- 30:21Speaker 1: I haven't read a book in forever, and she's like, oh,
- 30:24Speaker 1: you know a lot of people didn't. They might only
- 30:25Speaker 1: read like one book a year. And I was like, yeah, yeah.
- 30:27Speaker 1: She goes, this was the last time you read a book,
- 30:29Speaker 1: and I was like two thousand and six, probably, I
- 30:33Speaker 1: would say. And she's like high school and I was
- 30:37Speaker 1: like yeah, yeah. She's like why, and I was like,
- 30:39Speaker 1: I don't know. They said every time I took a test,
- 30:41Speaker 1: they said I was a very like or my vocabulary was,
- 30:44Speaker 1: you know, decent, and.
- 30:46Speaker 2: I could speak well. I don't need them books.
- 30:48Speaker 1: Yeah, well, I could read well, but it was just
- 30:50Speaker 1: whenever I would read, I would just read the words
- 30:54Speaker 1: and I'd follow along with and everything else. But in
- 30:56Speaker 1: my mind, I'm just like, damn, I can't. They didn't
- 30:58Speaker 1: have super nachos at lunch today. Very upsetting sinkle to mayo,
- 31:02Speaker 1: you know. And by the way, then you hear the
- 31:04Speaker 1: pages turn and you're like, oh shit, like what what
- 31:06Speaker 1: the hell did I just even read? Like what? I
- 31:09Speaker 1: don't know. So I'm reading the same page three or
- 31:11Speaker 1: four freaking times, and I think I have it. That's
- 31:15Speaker 1: what I'm saying.
- 31:16Speaker 2: Unless I'm interested in a book, I'm gonna I'm going
- 31:18Speaker 2: I'm gonna be very honest with you. I didn't read
- 31:21Speaker 2: a book in high school. I probably read kid books
- 31:24Speaker 2: when I was little or something, because you do. I
- 31:26Speaker 2: don't remember, but probably part of whatever. This is the
- 31:29Speaker 2: first book that I was able to actually get through
- 31:33Speaker 2: was Tucker Max. I hope they serve beer in hell.
- 31:35Speaker 2: It was the first book I've ever read. When did
- 31:37Speaker 2: that come out? I mean probably, let's say twenty ten
- 31:41Speaker 2: for easy math, I don't know. And I still got
- 31:42Speaker 2: it over here and I read through all the series
- 31:44Speaker 2: because I was into it. It was funny, it was relatable,
- 31:47Speaker 2: Like do I want to sit down and try to
- 31:49Speaker 2: read of Mice of Men or nineteen eighty four or
- 31:52Speaker 2: any of the shit you know what I mean that
- 31:54Speaker 2: they tell too? Yeah, the mocking Bird one, you know,
- 31:58Speaker 2: and to.
- 31:58Speaker 1: Kill a Mocky Bird? Are you talk about Atticus Finch?
- 32:02Speaker 2: I never read it?
- 32:03Speaker 1: Yeah, Uh it was. It was a group reading alongs
- 32:06Speaker 1: in school. That's the only reason why I remember some
- 32:07Speaker 1: of these books. There was one book I was the
- 32:09Speaker 1: Spark Notes. We always gonna do a novel test.
- 32:13Speaker 2: Spark notes.
- 32:14Speaker 1: See we did and it was amazing and so you
- 32:19Speaker 1: just have like the little cliff note version of the
- 32:21Speaker 1: book and it helped me with my essays. It helped
- 32:24Speaker 1: me with my studying of this test because.
- 32:26Speaker 2: You have to do like a book tell you can't
- 32:27Speaker 2: say that anymore on synco to MYO especially.
- 32:30Speaker 1: Dang I did say it, you know what essay? You
- 32:34Speaker 1: know they know I was gonna say joke and.
- 32:36Speaker 2: I saw you, I saw you filter that look at me.
- 32:40Speaker 1: That's called growth, ladies and gentlemen, that's growth.
- 32:42Speaker 2: Not that I had my hand on the mouse to
- 32:44Speaker 2: clip it, but.
- 32:46Speaker 1: That pause button is going to be uh or that
- 32:48Speaker 1: that feature is gonna come quite handy. So damn now
- 32:51Speaker 1: I forgot what can say.
- 32:53Speaker 2: Yeah, we're talking about spark notes, cliff notes.
- 32:56Speaker 1: You would take the test and I would. I would
- 32:58Speaker 1: get like a ninety something percent. You know, there'd be
- 33:00Speaker 1: one question on them and going shit, that wasn't in
- 33:03Speaker 1: the notes at all, like what is this? You know,
- 33:05Speaker 1: because that's what she would do. She would throw a
- 33:07Speaker 1: little bit in there. And then you're sitting at his
- 33:09Speaker 1: guest and you're like, all right, well I just put
- 33:11Speaker 1: two seas in a row. So she wouldn't do three seas, Like,
- 33:14Speaker 1: there's there's no way she would do that. And I'm like, well,
- 33:17Speaker 1: maybe she would see wrong. Damn it. I knew she
- 33:21Speaker 1: wouldn't do three seas, damn it.
- 33:24Speaker 2: That's why. That's why I think I have carpal tunnels
- 33:26Speaker 2: from filling out them goddamn little circles with a pencil
- 33:29Speaker 2: and all the tests that they made us take. Remember those, God,
- 33:31Speaker 2: did you still have to take those on our test?
- 33:34Speaker 2: When I was in school? Yes, I'm that old. We
- 33:37Speaker 2: had the little you had the answered thing that was
- 33:38Speaker 2: like abc D and when you took it, you read
- 33:41Speaker 2: the ship. And then because you know, Heaven forbid that
- 33:43Speaker 2: they have to reprint some shit that you can write
- 33:46Speaker 2: on or just write the answer. Get the goddamn answer
- 33:48Speaker 2: keys you do and just and then if you didn't
- 33:51Speaker 2: put them in there all the way and you didn't
- 33:52Speaker 2: do it right, then you had to give it back.
- 33:54Speaker 2: You'd have to fix it. Because I think some of
- 33:55Speaker 2: the state shit they just ran through a machine. I'm like, yeah,
- 33:58Speaker 2: sons of bitches.
- 33:59Speaker 1: You went just a little over the line here. We
- 34:01Speaker 1: were really confused. There's there's three white circles and then
- 34:05Speaker 1: there's one fully covered in circle with a little bit
- 34:08Speaker 1: sticking out? What do you think I picked?
- 34:10Speaker 2: You feel? Yeah, And it's like my knowledge and the
- 34:13Speaker 2: reason why I'm also gonna kind of go to war
- 34:16Speaker 2: here with this. I didn't have to read a book,
- 34:18Speaker 2: like you said. They just taught you how to take
- 34:21Speaker 2: a test. They taught you the answers that are going
- 34:24Speaker 2: to be on there in different orders and how to
- 34:26Speaker 2: write them, like even if they were like like the
- 34:28Speaker 2: English ones for us and the readings, they're like, well,
- 34:30Speaker 2: you have to reference a book and it's going to
- 34:32Speaker 2: be a short answer and you have to base it on, say,
- 34:34Speaker 2: to kill a mockingbird. But all you have to do
- 34:36Speaker 2: is just put this and say this. And it's like, okay,
- 34:39Speaker 2: so I don't have to read the book. No, you
- 34:40Speaker 2: need to read the book, but you just said all
- 34:42Speaker 2: I got to do is just describe this of the book. Well, yeah,
- 34:45Speaker 2: but you got to read the book to understand it.
- 34:47Speaker 2: I don't have to read the book to understand it.
- 34:48Speaker 2: I just got to understand how to take the test.
- 34:50Speaker 2: And it's like they all these people read it took
- 34:52Speaker 2: all the time to read a goddamn book. When they
- 34:55Speaker 2: just give you the practice test, and then you just
- 34:57Speaker 2: know what to put Like, I don't get I don't
- 34:59Speaker 2: get that it's gonna read the goddamn.
- 35:00Speaker 1: Book because you know what you want for the end result.
- 35:03Speaker 1: It's like, hey, if I can get there quicker, I'm
- 35:04Speaker 1: not reading the whole damn book for that. I can
- 35:06Speaker 1: take the test. I can get my result.
- 35:08Speaker 2: I'm good. It's like, are you going to put in
- 35:10Speaker 2: an address in the GPS and follow all the steps?
- 35:13Speaker 2: Are you just going to press go and just go
- 35:15Speaker 2: with it? I mean, who does that. I'm not going
- 35:17Speaker 2: to do that. Hell no, I do rely on the
- 35:21Speaker 2: Google Maps pretty heavily. I'm not gonna lie. It's probably
- 35:23Speaker 2: like to a fault maybe, but I can go to
- 35:27Speaker 2: the same guy. Like, even when I go to the
- 35:29Speaker 2: kid's school, it's fifty five minutes away, I still put
- 35:31Speaker 2: it in there just in case there's a little bit
- 35:34Speaker 2: of a detour, and I just like to know, like,
- 35:36Speaker 2: oh shit, I'm gonna be there in thirty seven minutes.
- 35:38Speaker 2: I'm gonna be there in twelve minutes. Same route every
- 35:40Speaker 2: goddamn time, But I put it on. I don't see.
- 35:45Speaker 1: Excuse me. I do the same thing, but for a
- 35:47Speaker 1: different reason. I like when it notifies you if there's
- 35:50Speaker 1: a police officer nearby, because there's homies that use Google
- 35:53Speaker 1: Maps that put the alerts on there and they're like, Hey,
- 35:55Speaker 1: is this stalled vehicle still here? Is the police car
- 35:58Speaker 1: still here? And it's like, how do you do that?
- 36:00Speaker 1: That doesn't it doesn't automatically pop up? Is it like
- 36:03Speaker 1: a filter that I have?
- 36:04Speaker 2: I mean, so if I'm like an actual well populated
- 36:08Speaker 2: area I've seen speed trap ahead or something like that,
- 36:11Speaker 2: they'd say that. But where I am, I drive by
- 36:14Speaker 2: the goddamn cops all the time, just sitting there and
- 36:16Speaker 2: I don't get any warning. But if I see them,
- 36:18Speaker 2: I wouldn't mind putting them on there, you know what
- 36:20Speaker 2: I mean. If I figure out how I can do it,
- 36:22Speaker 2: I'll be the guy. Yeah, although if you're a cop listening,
- 36:25Speaker 2: I don't want to be that guy. I want to
- 36:26Speaker 2: make sure you hit your quota in New York because
- 36:28Speaker 2: God forbid you go. You got numbers to hit. I
- 36:31Speaker 2: understand it. And you can always tell when you guys
- 36:33Speaker 2: are behind in your numbers because late in the month
- 36:36Speaker 2: you're going pretty heavy.
- 36:37Speaker 1: Yeah, that's the first in the last of the month.
- 36:41Speaker 1: I'm like, I'm gonna go with this speed limit, and
- 36:43Speaker 1: I know exactly where their traps are all the time,
- 36:45Speaker 1: but I still use the Google Maps to verify it,
- 36:48Speaker 1: and so on my vehicle it has like a little
- 36:51Speaker 1: plus sign, so I imagine it the same way on
- 36:53Speaker 1: the phone. You hit that little plus sign and it'll
- 36:55Speaker 1: say like a yield or.
- 36:58Speaker 2: It's not your ADD button? Is it?
- 37:01Speaker 1: Probably? Maybe I don't know, Am I am I hallucinating
- 37:04Speaker 1: this whole goddamn thing.
- 37:05Speaker 2: No, but it's shit if it goes away when you
- 37:07Speaker 2: take your medicine, you know it was there the whole.
- 37:10Speaker 2: So just just not to go back to that because
- 37:13Speaker 2: we're going to But apparently ADD is like an older term,
- 37:17Speaker 2: so they're just using ADHD as like then it's ADD
- 37:21Speaker 2: was like outdated or some shit. According to the Google
- 37:24Speaker 2: when I quick did it.
- 37:25Speaker 1: This nurse practitioner is an old lady. So maybe I
- 37:28Speaker 1: don't know.
- 37:29Speaker 2: I don't know, So just to let you know, I mean,
- 37:31Speaker 2: you could still have ADD, but I think it's just big.
- 37:34Speaker 2: They're like, you know what, we can't call it that anymore.
- 37:36Speaker 2: It's like, you know, developmentally disabled. That's the new term
- 37:40Speaker 2: for some words that we might have used back in
- 37:43Speaker 2: the day that people don't like to use anymore. So
- 37:45Speaker 2: I think I think that's what it is.
- 37:48Speaker 1: That's actually making a comeback, which is wild because you
- 37:51Speaker 1: hear it a lot now, Like whenever I'm in the schools,
- 37:53Speaker 1: I just hear kids calling each other and again, I'm like,
- 37:55Speaker 1: and I kind of just like, Okay, who said that,
- 37:58Speaker 1: you know, And I'm like, I'm not gonna say. You're
- 38:00Speaker 1: not gonna catch me slipping again. Cameras everywhere preverywhere.
- 38:04Speaker 2: I know. I tried to explain to the kids like
- 38:06Speaker 2: if like that was normal for us, we didn't mean
- 38:09Speaker 2: it in a mean way, like you know what I mean.
- 38:12Speaker 2: And let's be honest, you know, there wasn't as you know, many,
- 38:17Speaker 2: at least in our area, like at all of kids
- 38:20Speaker 2: that had a lot of these disabilities. It seems like
- 38:23Speaker 2: there's a lot more these days, you know what I mean.
- 38:26Speaker 2: And I don't know, we could probably take guesses and
- 38:30Speaker 2: get into a weird rabbit hole about stuff like that.
- 38:32Speaker 2: But because I was listening to something the other day
- 38:34Speaker 2: and they were even talking about how you know, oh
- 38:36Speaker 2: it was my grandma. She just we just had a
- 38:38Speaker 2: birthday party for her. She's turning ninety this week, and
- 38:41Speaker 2: the shit that she went through. And she was even
- 38:44Speaker 2: like we were just kind of talking because I heard something.
- 38:45Speaker 2: I'm like, how many of your friends or how many
- 38:47Speaker 2: people like as you got older were diagnosed with cancer?
- 38:51Speaker 2: She's like, not really, you know every once in a while.
- 38:55Speaker 2: And I'm like, nowadays, you know, your twenties, there's cancer everywhere,
- 38:58Speaker 2: but there wasn't a lot of older people. She's like,
- 39:01Speaker 2: it's that goddamn food, Jerry and my Yeah, you know,
- 39:05Speaker 2: you're one hundred percent right, But it's just crazy to
- 39:07Speaker 2: think about ninety. Could you imagine the shit she's seen
- 39:10Speaker 2: ninety years.
- 39:11Speaker 1: I know, I think if I'm lucky to even live
- 39:14Speaker 1: that long, I don't know. I just can't imagine how
- 39:16Speaker 1: much everything's gonna advance by the time that we're ninety, you.
- 39:19Speaker 2: Know what I mean. There's a chance they're saying that
- 39:21Speaker 2: people might be able to live forever, probably like our kids.
- 39:25Speaker 2: I think we'll have a really good chance with the technology.
- 39:27Speaker 2: Like the Zucks, the Musks, all these people on podcasts
- 39:30Speaker 2: are like, it's it's gonna happen, like people will start
- 39:33Speaker 2: living forever. They're just like, we're not sure if we're
- 39:36Speaker 2: quite there. And I'm like, well, some of the billionaires
- 39:39Speaker 2: aren't quite there. We're screwed. But I think there's gonna
- 39:42Speaker 2: be a point in time, which is probably not a
- 39:44Speaker 2: good thing, right, if people can just live forever and
- 39:47Speaker 2: then more and more and more. I feel like eventually
- 39:49Speaker 2: we're gonna run onto some room.
- 39:52Speaker 1: Right then you're here to start getting into the areas
- 39:54Speaker 1: where they're like, hey, you can only have two children,
- 39:56Speaker 1: you know.
- 39:57Speaker 2: China, aren't they like that? Kind of?
- 40:00Speaker 1: I think so there was like a going back to
- 40:02Speaker 1: the whole book thing. I remember one when I was
- 40:04Speaker 1: like in fifth grade where they had a book that
- 40:07Speaker 1: was like they were hiding the child from this rule
- 40:11Speaker 1: that they had. I think they can only have so
- 40:12Speaker 1: many one gender or something.
- 40:14Speaker 2: I can't remember, but it was.
- 40:15Speaker 1: It was a book about that. I remember being fascinated.
- 40:17Speaker 1: I was like, ah, what have we ever got to that?
- 40:19Speaker 1: And I lived in such an overly populated area that
- 40:22Speaker 1: I was like, we're getting close, We're getting close. And
- 40:24Speaker 1: then I moved out of here and I was like, man,
- 40:26Speaker 1: not even remotely close. It's like there's too much space
- 40:29Speaker 1: around here.
- 40:30Speaker 2: Yeah. I got talking speaking of kind of like that
- 40:33Speaker 2: with Burley earlier, because I was like, man, I think
- 40:36Speaker 2: I'm going to get into decal and cars. I just
- 40:39Speaker 2: found out that there's some people around here. They get
- 40:41Speaker 2: like two hundred dollars to clean the inside of your car,
- 40:43Speaker 2: and I'm like, so I looked into it. I'm like,
- 40:46Speaker 2: I really need as an air compressor, a shop back,
- 40:49Speaker 2: and like a carpet cleaner, like a portable one. I
- 40:52Speaker 2: already got all those, So I bought an attachment that
- 40:55Speaker 2: all the pros use a couple of little things a cleaner.
- 40:57Speaker 2: I'm like, you know what, I spent one hundred and
- 40:59Speaker 2: ten dollars on top of the stuff I already have.
- 41:01Speaker 2: I'm like, I could be interiory. So I told the kids,
- 41:04Speaker 2: I'm like, here's your hustle. You're gonna work. So I'm
- 41:06Speaker 2: gonna said, I'm gonna teach out. We'll do it on mine.
- 41:08Speaker 2: You're gonna do the wife's, we'll do the grandparents. And
- 41:11Speaker 2: I said, listen, maybe every once in a while people
- 41:13Speaker 2: bring them out instead of charging two hundred, hey stop over,
- 41:17Speaker 2: lose seventy five bucks. I'll take twenty five, You take
- 41:19Speaker 2: twenty five, and the other kid take twenty five to three.
- 41:22Speaker 2: There we go. We'll make some extra money just as
- 41:25Speaker 2: is come over a couple hours of work and I'm
- 41:27Speaker 2: just like, so I was explaining to him. I was like,
- 41:30Speaker 2: you know, anybody does that. He's like eh, and he's
- 41:33Speaker 2: like he just got stuck on like the outside, like
- 41:35Speaker 2: washing the cars and as salt and shit like that.
- 41:36Speaker 2: I'm like, yeah, I'm not gonna want to do the outside,
- 41:39Speaker 2: you know, with liability, the kids probably scratch him shit.
- 41:41Speaker 2: And I'm like, you can go to a car wash
- 41:42Speaker 2: for like twelve bucks, right. He goes, I've never washed
- 41:45Speaker 2: my car. And I'm like ever, He's like, nah, dude.
- 41:48Speaker 2: He goes my dealership. When you get an oil change,
- 41:51Speaker 2: they wash your car for you. I'm like what. He's like, Bro,
- 41:56Speaker 2: you gotta get out of this country. He goes. I
- 41:58Speaker 2: was like, well, I only have two dealers ships, ones
- 42:01Speaker 2: like a Chevy and one's like a Dodge Jeep. And
- 42:03Speaker 2: I was like that's all we got. And they've never
- 42:05Speaker 2: washed a car with an oil change. And he's like,
- 42:08Speaker 2: have you ever lived in a city. I'm like I
- 42:10Speaker 2: did as a kid, but I don't know if it counts.
- 42:11Speaker 2: He's like, get yourself to a city, man. I'm like
- 42:15Speaker 2: I don't think I could. Like you could you right
- 42:17Speaker 2: now move and live in like a big city. Like
- 42:21Speaker 2: he's like Houston. I'm like, there's no goddamn way. I couldn't.
- 42:25Speaker 1: No, no. And the fact that one getting a car
- 42:27Speaker 1: wash after getting your oil change sounds awesome too. Also,
- 42:30Speaker 1: them getting into my vehicle to go take it to
- 42:32Speaker 1: go get it washed. Probably I'm just gonna you know.
- 42:36Speaker 2: I'm like these car dealerships and my buddies of the GM,
- 42:38Speaker 2: I want to I'd be like, dude, why not upsell
- 42:40Speaker 2: like you when new vehicles come in or you sell one,
- 42:43Speaker 2: you're gonna wash the shit out of it for me.
- 42:45Speaker 2: Like if you were to be like, all right, here's
- 42:47Speaker 2: an oil change and oil chains are on a truck
- 42:49Speaker 2: or what fifty sixty bucks? Now, just be like, yea,
- 42:51Speaker 2: how about we do seventy five eighty bucks. We'll wash
- 42:54Speaker 2: it for you, right you haven't you already have all
- 42:56Speaker 2: the shit? Like just give a little upsell shit. I
- 42:58Speaker 2: bet you people they can get a her.
- 43:00Speaker 1: Bucks for a car wash and oil change, Oh yeah, easy,
- 43:03Speaker 1: especially if they hear a combo and that says, oh,
- 43:05Speaker 1: you saved this, even when if you probably marked up
- 43:07Speaker 1: everything to make it the hundred bucks. But whatever, do
- 43:11Speaker 1: you change your own oil? No, I'm not that manly, Okay,
- 43:14Speaker 1: so I do it occasionally. But like with the with
- 43:18Speaker 1: the Missus car, she has the warranty right, So sometimes
- 43:20Speaker 1: if you have that, you don't even want to do
- 43:21Speaker 1: it yourself because.
- 43:22Speaker 2: Do you really save that much change in it? Or
- 43:24Speaker 2: is it just like you And I'm not trying to
- 43:26Speaker 2: like be like I'm I'm asking you because oil is
- 43:28Speaker 2: expensive and they don't really mark up the oil, you
- 43:31Speaker 2: know what I mean. But like for me in the
- 43:32Speaker 2: state that I live in, lovely New York, I think
- 43:34Speaker 2: I would pretty much lose money because then I have
- 43:36Speaker 2: to dispose of it properly. I know I don't have to,
- 43:39Speaker 2: but if I'm not just gonna keep jugs of oil
- 43:41Speaker 2: laying around And by the time you buy the filters
- 43:44Speaker 2: and this and that, like, is it around the same
- 43:47Speaker 2: thing or do you think you really do save some money?
- 43:50Speaker 1: To me, it seems like you do save money, okay,
- 43:54Speaker 1: by the time you purchase the oil and the oil filter,
- 43:56Speaker 1: Like you don't need to get an air filter every
- 43:58Speaker 1: single time. Just pat that bad boy on your knee
- 44:00Speaker 1: and called a day. But like, I don't know, like
- 44:02Speaker 1: there's something about like changing your own oil. You're it's like, yeah,
- 44:04Speaker 1: that way if you can notice something underneath your own vehicle,
- 44:06Speaker 1: you know, if you see any problems with it, kind
- 44:08Speaker 1: of you know, look at it. Is it terrifying sometimes? Yeah,
- 44:10Speaker 1: because I'm just like these jack stands, these are older
- 44:14Speaker 1: than me, Like.
- 44:14Speaker 2: Is this do you use the thing that you used
- 44:17Speaker 2: to like change your tire or do you have you
- 44:19Speaker 2: have like different things you got to drive up? Remember
- 44:21Speaker 2: those yellow drive up the ramps?
- 44:23Speaker 1: I do have the ramps. Don't trust them apparently, I'm
- 44:26Speaker 1: just got good with them. I don't like those at all.
- 44:28Speaker 1: I would much rather use a jack and they get
- 44:30Speaker 1: a jack stand on each side.
- 44:32Speaker 2: Got you. No.
- 44:33Speaker 1: Luckily, with my truck, if I want to change it,
- 44:35Speaker 1: I can just get right underneath it. I even have
- 44:37Speaker 1: a what is it called a creeper with the little
- 44:39Speaker 1: wheels that you can lay back on down and the
- 44:41Speaker 1: little sliding Yes, sir.
- 44:43Speaker 2: Do you got a paved driveway?
- 44:45Speaker 1: No? I do not. But if I pulled into the
- 44:47Speaker 1: shop here concrete floor, yes, sir, I don't.
- 44:50Speaker 2: Have a shop, I don't have a garage, and I
- 44:52Speaker 2: got a dirt driveway.
- 44:53Speaker 1: See that's this one makes it a little bit easier,
- 44:55Speaker 1: Like otherwise I would put down, I got a piece
- 44:58Speaker 1: ofly wood, I would just lay down and just do
- 45:00Speaker 1: the old change that way. I don't know it's it
- 45:02Speaker 1: does save you some money, but I like going to
- 45:04Speaker 1: the one. I don't know if you guys have these,
- 45:05Speaker 1: but there's an vaveline. I'm probably seen that in correctly,
- 45:09Speaker 1: but express Mark Martin.
- 45:10Speaker 2: That's the first thing that pops in my mind when
- 45:12Speaker 2: I think of that race.
- 45:16Speaker 1: The you don't even get out of your car, you
- 45:19Speaker 1: just drive up, goes through this little garage door. They
- 45:22Speaker 1: have the spot underneath where you can see people's hands,
- 45:26Speaker 1: like hey, you know, keep coming, keep coming, and there'd
- 45:28Speaker 1: be people walking around they're like, hey, what do you need?
- 45:29Speaker 1: Might just change like cool, cool, cool, And within ten minutes,
- 45:34Speaker 1: top dude, I don't think I've ever taken longer than that.
- 45:36Speaker 1: You're you're out of there. You don't get out even
- 45:39Speaker 1: the winter time. You're just pulling up and you're gonna
- 45:41Speaker 1: have to get out of your truck. You're just over there.
- 45:43Speaker 1: You rolled down your window. They're okay, here's the card.
- 45:45Speaker 1: And they always give you a couponch like fifteen bucks
- 45:47Speaker 1: off and stuff. I love it is.
- 45:49Speaker 2: Oh shit, I would here, will you dude, I'm you,
- 45:55Speaker 2: I'm gonna looking up now, I'm gonna see that's the thing.
- 45:57Speaker 2: It's called why you're doing that? And before we get
- 45:59Speaker 2: out of here, I googled how much do you actually
- 46:02Speaker 2: save changing your own oil? It says doing your own
- 46:04Speaker 2: oil can save you potentially hundreds of dollars a year.
- 46:10Speaker 1: See, I mean, I would say, judging by how much
- 46:13Speaker 1: I spent on the oil and the filter, like like
- 46:15Speaker 1: you said, I think it's like seventy bucks for an
- 46:16Speaker 1: oil change, I could buy the stuff for less than
- 46:19Speaker 1: forty I mean easily easily.
- 46:22Speaker 2: They said the cost of oil and filter is about
- 46:24Speaker 2: thirty to forty five bucks, obviously not including text, depending
- 46:27Speaker 2: on what state you are in. And you can find
- 46:29Speaker 2: you know, about the same sometimes better quality parts than
- 46:32Speaker 2: auto stores than if you synthetic oil. It's obviously much
- 46:35Speaker 2: more expensive, but they said more or less, what you're
- 46:37Speaker 2: saving on is the labor. So if you bring it
- 46:40Speaker 2: to the garage that they charge one hundred an hour,
- 46:42Speaker 2: you're out on that. If you're going to a place
- 46:43Speaker 2: that's like thirty forty bucks an hour.
- 46:46Speaker 1: Interesting, it looks like there are some how you go
- 46:51Speaker 1: Staton Island to get your change, just hop and a
- 46:53Speaker 1: skip away.
- 46:54Speaker 2: Yeah, driving around there, Yeah I got I got nothing.
- 46:57Speaker 2: Maybe Burley's right, maybe I need to or they're just
- 47:00Speaker 2: business opportunity. So if anybody listening has like something that's
- 47:03Speaker 2: super popular like this and our whole belt thing doesn't
- 47:06Speaker 2: work out, shoot some business ideas that are really standard
- 47:10Speaker 2: in your area because we don't have them, and something
- 47:13Speaker 2: that I might enjoy doing, and then we'll start that
- 47:15Speaker 2: business up here. Shit, we got a Monroe muffler, and
- 47:19Speaker 2: then a couple like auto places, and then one or
- 47:22Speaker 2: two dealerships. And the dealerships, I'm not trying to speak
- 47:26Speaker 2: on their behalf. I don't think they give it. They
- 47:27Speaker 2: don't want your oil changes. They want you to come
- 47:28Speaker 2: in and buy a new vehicle. They have a service thing.
- 47:31Speaker 2: They're going to make some money. But if I was
- 47:33Speaker 2: to call right now, the one that's right near me,
- 47:36Speaker 2: it'd be three weeks out before I could get an
- 47:37Speaker 2: oil change. And I'm going to forget in three weeks.
- 47:40Speaker 2: I'm a last minute guy, Like, how am I going
- 47:41Speaker 2: to plan out how many miles I'm going to drive?
- 47:43Speaker 2: And then wait another three weeks I just had a
- 47:45Speaker 2: goddamn transmission go bad. So now I'm like, you know what,
- 47:48Speaker 2: I'm only going to dealerships so that way they can
- 47:51Speaker 2: check all the levels, they can check all the shit,
- 47:54Speaker 2: make sure because I you know, it's every once in
- 47:56Speaker 2: a while, like the last one, I needed one real quick.
- 47:58Speaker 2: I was going on a trip, lost track of it,
- 48:00Speaker 2: went to a wall fart and then next thing, I'm
- 48:03Speaker 2: not saying they didn't they changed the oil like whatever,
- 48:06Speaker 2: but I'm just like, hmmm, I wonder if they would
- 48:08Speaker 2: have checked the transmission oil, the fluids and you know,
- 48:11Speaker 2: ran something a little bit if I went somewhere else.
- 48:13Speaker 2: So I'm only doing that from now.
- 48:16Speaker 1: While I'm in there too, They're checking my tire pressure,
- 48:19Speaker 1: they check the fluids and everything for the winch of
- 48:21Speaker 1: wiper fluid, the transmission or they're they're they're doing it
- 48:25Speaker 1: all too.
- 48:25Speaker 2: That's why I'm like, you know what, it's worth the money.
- 48:28Speaker 1: Yeah, So I mean they do change sometimes. I am
- 48:30Speaker 1: forgetful about the winch of wiper fluid until I go
- 48:33Speaker 1: to use it and there's just nothing, and I go,
- 48:35Speaker 1: mother y, gotta go get something.
- 48:36Speaker 2: You know, it's worse in the winter. But then you
- 48:39Speaker 2: just get out and you throw some friggin snow on
- 48:40Speaker 2: there and hope that works for a little bit.
- 48:44Speaker 1: But a brother, I know want more snow.
- 48:46Speaker 2: I looked at the clock. I know you're a busy man.
- 48:48Speaker 2: Best of luck in your coaches versus kids game tonight
- 48:51Speaker 2: and anybody else that's here. I can't thank you enough,
- 48:54Speaker 2: and it's all I got.
- 48:55Speaker 1: Anything else, brother, No, I'm about to whoop these kids out.
- 48:58Speaker 2: You all right, I don't know. Stay out of our fridge,
- 49:02Speaker 2: you know what I mean. It costs money to have
- 49:03Speaker 2: that goddamn light on, and electric bills are high, and
- 49:07Speaker 2: I don't have solar power. So we'll see you next week.
- 49:10Speaker 2: Take care, be good to your wieners. Bye bye knocking.
- 49:14Speaker 1: Who's there? It's the podcast shop the doors.
- 49:17Speaker 2: Stay out of my fridge.
- 49:19Speaker 1: Well that ready to store.
- 49:21Speaker 2: Gotta tell the tale, Gonna make you laugh and make
- 49:23Speaker 2: you smile, So fuck up, tie, it's gonna be up.
- 49:28Speaker 2: You're tiding deep into your fish with SECRETI
