- 0:00Speaker 1: All right, Rich, today's national what?
- 0:29Speaker 2: Well, today is National Main Character Day, which I think
- 0:34Speaker 2: we are covering in horoscopes. Yes. And who could be
- 0:37Speaker 2: more of a main character than Aaliyah? Not very many.
- 0:42Speaker 3: There's a few out there, though.
- 0:43Speaker 2: It's also National TV Dinner Day, which, you know, that
- 0:47Speaker 2: was my whole childhood. Salisbury steak. National Swamp Idea Day.
- 0:52Speaker 2: And this is great. And I think we need to.
- 0:54Speaker 3: Dig ours up.
- 0:55Speaker 2: It's National School Picture Day.
- 0:58Speaker 3: I think we need to post our school pictures. I
- 1:00Speaker 3: feel like we just posted those when it was fall.
- 1:02Speaker 3: We did.
- 1:02Speaker 2: We did back to school, but today is National School
- 1:05Speaker 2: Picture Day. Right. So we should post our best school pictures,
- 1:09Speaker 2: of which I guess Kyle hasn't done. No, she does.
- 1:11Speaker 3: We posted them a month ago for first day of school.
- 1:13Speaker 3: We all posted our first day of pictures.
- 1:15Speaker 1: I didn't have my first day of school picture, but
- 1:17Speaker 1: I had my school picture.
- 1:19Speaker 3: Well, anyway, that's what it is. Candice, good morning. You're
- 1:22Speaker 3: on the air.
- 1:23Speaker 2: How are you?
- 1:23Speaker 3: What's up?
- 1:24Speaker 2: Good morning.
- 1:25Speaker 3: Hey, you guys.
- 1:26Speaker 2: I just wanted to call in to invite you to
- 1:28Speaker 2: my wedding. I'm getting married on 1010 up in Cave Creek.
- 1:33Speaker 3: And we're going to have a taco bar, like buffet,
- 1:38Speaker 3: photo booths.
- 1:39Speaker 2: Like Western style if you want to wear your boots.
- 1:42Speaker 3: But we're going to have lots of different kinds of
- 1:43Speaker 3: music and it's going to be.
- 1:45Speaker 2: A good time.
- 1:46Speaker 3: Hey, I'm telling you right now. I'm looking at my calendar.
- 1:47Speaker 1: 10-10.
- 1:47Speaker 3: I am a veil. I am a veil.
- 1:49Speaker 1: And I'm loving the Western style.
- 1:52Speaker 3: I have these super cute red cowboy boots. And I
- 1:54Speaker 3: love a taco bar. Okay. Well, you have a mechanical bull.
- 1:57Speaker 3: That sounds dreamy.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Oh, a mechanical bull. You know, there might be one nearby. Uh-huh.
- 2:03Speaker 3: Because it is Cave Creek. Oh, yeah. So we don't
- 2:05Speaker 3: have one at the wedding. Oh, at Denims and Diamonds
- 2:07Speaker 3: or whatever? You don't have a real bull. Hey, where's
- 2:09Speaker 3: the venue in Cave Creek? Savannah? Savannah?
- 2:11Speaker 2: It's right there.
- 2:12Speaker 1: It's right behind Frontier Town.
- 2:15Speaker 3: It's called Arizona Rustic Weddings.
- 2:17Speaker 2: Oh, cool.
- 2:18Speaker 3: If you know where El Encanto is, the Mexican restaurant,
- 2:21Speaker 3: it's right across the street. Hey, that sounds great.
- 2:24Speaker 1: It's beautiful.
- 2:24Speaker 2: Yeah, so we'll have a margarita machine and, yeah, drinks and, yeah.
- 2:29Speaker 3: Is the wedding happening there, too, and the reception? Like,
- 2:31Speaker 3: all of it happening right there?
- 2:32Speaker 2: Yes.
- 2:33Speaker 3: Well, that'd be kind of fun.
- 2:35Speaker 2: And tell us about who you're marrying.
- 2:36Speaker 3: What's going on there? So his name is Chad. We've
- 2:39Speaker 3: been together for five years.
- 2:41Speaker 1: I actually met him because he lives at the same
- 2:43Speaker 1: apartment complex as my.
- 2:44Speaker 3: Brother and they were friends first.
- 2:48Speaker 2: He has a pool cleaning business so he stays busy
- 2:52Speaker 2: all year round.
- 2:54Speaker 3: But we got engaged almost a year ago up in.
- 2:56Speaker 1: Prescott and we've just we're.
- 2:58Speaker 3: Still looking forward to the celebration and just having a
- 3:02Speaker 3: great time with all of our friends and family.
- 3:04Speaker 2: And of course you guys, if you're available.
- 3:05Speaker 3: Well, thank you for inviting us. Can you hold on
- 3:08Speaker 3: so we get more of the details?
- 3:09Speaker 2: Hold on.
- 3:10Speaker 1: Enrich the bar with the mechanical bowl is Buffalo chip.
- 3:14Speaker 2: And I think it's like riding cave.
- 3:15Speaker 3: Yeah. After the wedding, you got to go hit the
- 3:18Speaker 3: country bar.
- 3:19Speaker 2: I'm already injured.
- 3:20Speaker 3: Might as well.
- 3:21Speaker 2: Just tear the other meniscus.
- 3:23Speaker 3: You'll be fine. So if I'm being real, Cave Creek's
- 3:29Speaker 3: a little bit of an inconvenience.
- 3:30Speaker 2: How so?
- 3:31Speaker 3: Just outside of the bubble? It's a long drive. The
- 3:34Speaker 3: last time we all went to a wedding, it was
- 3:36Speaker 3: downtown and that was okay. Now, I'd be open to
- 3:39Speaker 3: Cave Creek, but it's funny because I was like, boy,
- 3:42Speaker 3: it's so inconvenient. And then, this is awesome. Guess what?
- 3:45Speaker 3: An article about everyday inconveniences is topical right now. Okay,
- 3:51Speaker 3: so here are some everyday inconveniences that drive everyone crazy.
- 3:55Speaker 3: Buying scissors... Only to realize you need another pair of
- 3:58Speaker 3: scissors to open the package of scissors. Yes, I know.
- 4:01Speaker 2: Yeah, totally.
- 4:02Speaker 3: I don't like any. What do you call those?
- 4:04Speaker 2: Blister packs?
- 4:04Speaker 3: I don't like any of those. They're all impossible. The
- 4:07Speaker 3: 10 hot dogs, eight buns dilemma. One of life's greatest mysteries.
- 4:12Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 4:13Speaker 3: Why do they do that?
- 4:14Speaker 1: Why do industries not communicate? Because I personally, along those
- 4:19Speaker 1: same lines, would like the baseball pant people to talk
- 4:23Speaker 1: to the baseball belt people to have them actually fit
- 4:27Speaker 1: through the loops.
- 4:27Speaker 2: Yes.
- 4:28Speaker 3: Very frustrating. That's what I'm talking about. A little inconvenience.
- 4:31Speaker 2: Here's another one. There's never a printer that works all
- 4:34Speaker 2: the time. They all don't work. They're all junk. Printer people,
- 4:39Speaker 2: make a printer that works.
- 4:41Speaker 3: Everyday inconveniences. A bag of chips that's mostly air. Damn
- 4:45Speaker 3: new shrinkflation. This is a big one. This is such
- 4:48Speaker 3: a big one. And I bet you it's happened to
- 4:50Speaker 3: everybody in here. It's happened to me many times. But
- 4:52Speaker 3: the phone charger that you think is charging your phone,
- 4:54Speaker 3: but it never was. Yes. You go grab it. It's
- 4:57Speaker 3: like 5%. You're like, wait a minute. It's been charging
- 4:59Speaker 3: for four hours. The grocery bag that rips on the driveway.
- 5:03Speaker 2: Oh, yeah.
- 5:05Speaker 3: Yeah. This is a big one, too. This has happened
- 5:08Speaker 3: back then. Back when I used to not care what
- 5:09Speaker 3: I ate. Trying to open a can or trying to
- 5:12Speaker 3: open Capri Sun.
- 5:13Speaker 2: You really got to be a ninja to be able
- 5:16Speaker 2: to stab that just right. Get that stratic poke.
- 5:18Speaker 3: Actually, this is a big one, too. This is actually huge.
- 5:21Speaker 3: Mismatched Tupperware lids and containers. You're looking for the rectangle lid,
- 5:24Speaker 3: but you can only find the oval ones.
- 5:25Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 5:27Speaker 3: Losing the end of the tape. And then when you
- 5:30Speaker 3: find it. It shreds in long, annoying pieces. Oh, yeah.
- 5:34Speaker 3: Like the patching tape. That's the worst. That's the worst. Anyway,
- 5:40Speaker 3: that was just a fun little thing I saw on
- 5:41Speaker 3: BuzzFeed about everyday inconveniences. If you got one, you know,
- 5:45Speaker 3: shoot us a text or call us at 877-937-1047. Minor
- 5:46Speaker 3: everyday inconveniences.
