Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
0:03
Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're gonna hop across the
0:06
pond and we're gonna check in on Kiras Starmer. And
0:10
as you all know, he's under incredible pressure over the
0:14
fact that he was the guy who appointed mister Mandelsson
0:19
to be the ambassador to the United States, especially considering
0:23
that Kara Starmer knew exactly the kind of scumbag that
0:27
mister Mandelsson was and is now. Of course, Kira Starmer
0:31
he's not gonna take real responsibility for it. He'll say
0:35
I'm sorry, he'll say that he was misled, he'll pass
0:38
the buck, but he's not gonna resign. And if they're
0:43
gonna get rid of Kari Starmer over in the UK,
0:46
they're gonna have to force him out. Is that gonna happen?
0:49
I don't know, but the pressure is certainly cooking and
0:53
Karas Starmer is feeling that heat. Today we have an
0:57
article from Time and the headline he cannot conceivably continue.
1:02
UK Prime Minister Starmer faces drown calls to resign. This
1:06
article was authored by Callum Sutherland. British Prime Minister Kuris
1:12
Starmer has fiercely denied accusations that he deliberately misled lawmakers
1:16
over his appointment a former UK ambassador to the US,
1:20
Peter Mandelsson. No I did not mislead the House of Commons.
1:24
I accept an information that I should have had, an
1:27
information that the House should have had should have been
1:30
before the House. But I did not mislead the House,
1:32
Starmer said Monday, when asked if he inadvertently misled the
1:36
Lower House of Parliament. Of course he didn't. Everything's a
1:40
big accident. Mister Kiis Starmer had no idea that Mandelsshon
1:45
and Jeffrey Epstein were buddies. I mean, how could you
1:47
expect him, the Prime Minister of the UK, to know that.
1:51
Meanwhile the rest of us knew exactly what Mandelson was
1:55
and how deeply he was intertwined with Jeffrey Epstein. But sure,
2:00
mister big shot over in the UK m I six
2:03
Scotland yard. God knows what else had no idea? Does
2:08
anybody believe that the arousing session in Westminster unfolded amid
2:14
mounting calls for Starmer, the leader of the ruling Labor Party,
2:18
to resign, after it was revealed last week that Mandelsson
2:21
failed the security vetting in January of twenty twenty five,
2:25
only for his appointment as ambassador to go ahead the
2:28
following month. Anyway, on account of the Foreign Office overruling
2:32
the decision, seems pretty clear cut. Somebody overruled the decision
2:38
and decided that Mandelssohn was the perfect guy to send
2:41
to DC. I mean, maybe they were thinking if they
2:45
sent another Epstein class individual to deal with the other
2:48
Epstein class individuals, it would behoove the UK. But short
2:54
of that, what in the ever living hell was Kure
2:57
Starmer thinking? Only Robbins, a top civil servant at the Foreign,
3:04
Commonwealth and Development Office, was sacked after the sequence of
3:07
events came to light. Always have to have a fall guy, right,
3:11
Somebody like Cure as Starmer, he can't take responsibility for anything,
3:15
so aways somebody else's fault. In this case it's Ali Robbins.
3:20
When it comes to geopolitical issues, somebody else's fault, right,
3:24
Never cure a Starmer's. Starmer denied having prior knowledge of
3:32
the initial failed vetting process, telling Parliament that a deliberate
3:35
decision was taken to withhold that material from him, you know,
3:38
and that might be a bigger problem. Do you mean
3:42
to tell me that the people inside of his government
3:44
think it's okay to withhold material from him and pull
3:48
end around decisions? And if so, do those same people
3:51
have access to the nuclear codes? And I only say
3:54
that half jokingly, Like what's even going on here? The
4:01
embattled Prime Minister said that he only learned last Tuesday
4:04
that the Foreign Office officials granted Mandelson developed vetting clearance
4:08
against the specific recommendation of the UK security vetting. That
4:13
should not be able to happen if the vetting system
4:15
says that somebody shouldn't be in a position breaking news,
4:19
they shouldn't be able to be overridden. And who decided
4:22
to override that decision? Well, they're going to tell you
4:24
that it was Ali Robbins, But I have my doubts.
4:28
Do you really think that Ali Robbins just decided on
4:30
his own to do that? I mean maybe, but if
4:34
he's anything like the bureaucrats here in America, there's no way.
4:38
Because the bureaucrats here in America, they know they got
4:41
to kick that shit up, send that up to somebody
4:43
else to make the decision, and then they'll just implement it,
4:46
you know, like alex Acosta did. But it never fails
4:49
that the government has to have a fall guy, and
4:51
I guess in this case it's mister Robbins. If I
4:55
had known before he took up his post that UKs
4:57
V recommendation was that developed vetting clearance should be denied,
5:01
I would not have gone ahead with that appointment. He insisted.
5:05
What we all believe you, mister Starmer, another guy that
5:08
deserves our trust, right, a very trustworthy individual. Starmer said
5:13
that the correct vetting process had been followed and that
5:16
a review of the process took place in September after
5:19
MANDELSSHN was sacked from the role when a newly released
5:23
batch of the files revealed he shared a closer than
5:26
previously disclosed relationship with the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
5:32
Come on, we've been talking about mandelsonn and Epstein for
5:36
five or six years. You mean to tell me that
5:39
mister Kure Starmer had no clue what was going on,
5:41
had no idea whatsoever that mister Mandelsson and Jeffrey Epstein
5:45
were BFFs. And any way you chop it, it doesn't
5:48
look good for Kure Starmer either. He's a dumbass who
5:50
doesn't have control of the vetting process or his own people,
5:54
or he looked the other way, which is it. But
5:57
Starmer's defense did little to abate calls for him to resign,
6:00
with leader of the Conservative Party Keemi Badnock telling him
6:04
his reputation is at stake. Taking issue with the timeline
6:08
of events put forward. Opposition leader a bad Knock argued
6:12
that if Starmer found out about the fell vetting process
6:15
on Tuesday, he should have told Parliament at the earliest
6:18
opportunity in accordance with the Ministrel Code, which he argued
6:21
should have been during the Prime Minister's questions on Wednesday.
6:25
And it's not only members of the Opposition who are
6:28
holding Starmer to task, as he's also facing stern criticism
6:32
from some of his Labor peers, and he should If
6:35
you want to hold other people accountable, you have to
6:37
hold your own people accountable. So if Labor wants to
6:40
be taken seriously when it comes to Epstein, they have
6:43
to make sure they do the right thing when it
6:45
comes to Starmer, the question is will they. As the
6:50
UK leader navigates the growing crisis, Here's what to know
6:53
about the series of events that led to Monday's tents
6:56
parliamentary session and where things currently stand. Mandelssohn was announced
7:03
as the incoming ambassador to the US by Starmer in
7:06
late twenty twenty four. Having served in a number of
7:09
cabinet and advisory positions under multiple Labor governments since the nineties,
7:14
the season politician was viewed by some as a strong pick,
7:18
although his previous resignations did raise some concerns. In nineteen
7:23
ninety eight, he resigned his Trade and Industry Secretary after
7:26
a secret loan from a fellow minister was revealed. In
7:29
two thousand and one, he resigned again, this time from
7:33
his position as Northern Ireland Minister, over allegations of misconduct
7:37
related to a passport application for the Hinduja Brothers. An
7:42
inquiry later cleared him of any wrongdoing. Of course it did.
7:47
They're not going to put somebody like mister Mandelssh on
7:49
the rack. Just not going to happen. He was also
7:54
known to have some type of relationship with Epstein, which
7:57
Starmer initially defended prior to additional information coming to light
8:01
such bs don't buy it. Starmer's lying, and there's an
8:04
active cover up, right now as we speak in the UK,
8:10
we have parallel cover ups going on right now, and
8:13
it's wild and bananas to me that more people aren't
8:15
hip to it. The ambassador has repeatedly expressed his deep
8:22
regret for his association with him. I have confidence in
8:25
him and he's playing an important role in the UK
8:29
US relationship, said the Prime Minister. Wow, talk about being
8:33
tone deaf, talk about not understanding the optics, talk about
8:37
not caring about the survivors and the people that were
8:40
harmed by Jeffrey Epstein. Mandelsson officially started the role in
8:46
February of twenty twenty five, but in September he was
8:49
fired after emails between himself and Epstein were published, unveiling
8:54
a closer than previously the vulge relationship. The correspondence also
8:59
showed that Mandelson maintained a relationship with Epstein after the
9:03
disgraced financier pedophile was first convicted of procuring an underage
9:07
girl in two thousand and eight. Upon his dismissal, MANDELSSN
9:13
told embassy staff that he felt utterly awful about his
9:16
association with Epstein. No, he felt awful about being outed.
9:21
Please tell the truth like at least dig up that
9:24
much humility and be honest. Now you've been caught, you've
9:28
been outed, Stop bullshitting. In January, when over three and
9:34
a half million more pages of the Epstein files were released,
9:37
further correspondence came to light that proved even more damning. Mandelssh,
9:41
when serving as Business Secretary under former Prime Minister Gordon
9:45
Brown from two thousand and eight to twenty ten, appeared
9:48
to tell Epstein he would lobby other government officials in
9:51
an effort to reduce attacks on a banker's bonuses. In
9:55
another email, he appeared to have forwarded an internal government
9:59
report to ABSO which showed ways the UK might raise
10:03
funds after the two thousand and eight financial crisis. He
10:07
also seemingly tipped off Ebstein that Brown would be resigning
10:10
in twenty ten and that the EU would announce a
10:13
five hundred billion pound ball out the stem the Greek
10:17
debt crisis. And that might sound like mundane information to you,
10:21
but it's not to Epstein. That's how you get insider
10:25
trading tracks, that's how you're ahead of the game, that's
10:28
how you make a fortune. In February, Mandelsson was arrested
10:32
on suspicion of misconduct in public office, and was released
10:36
after questioning set to remain under investigation. Well, he should
10:40
be under investigation. He should be charged. I think there's
10:43
enough evidence to charge him. A government inquiry into the
10:48
former ambassador's appointment to Washington was launched, with initial findings
10:52
published in March. In a significant blow for the Prime Minister,
10:57
one of his labor appeers as joined calls for him
10:59
to resign. He cannot conceivably continue as a credible prime
11:04
minister any longer. Lord Maurice Glassman told the Telegraph, if
11:08
you can't own your mistakes, you can't move. All he
11:11
needed to say was we made an error. But he's
11:14
completely stuck in saying he hasn't done anything wrong. So
11:17
this can't go away. And that's the truth. You have
11:20
to own it, especially if you want to be somebody
11:23
that's taken seriously suspended. Labor lawmaker Diane Abbott also criticized
11:29
Starmar's handling of the situation. Ordinary people don't really care
11:33
about process and procedure. They want transparency, She said. He
11:37
insists on saying nobody told me anything. Nobody told me.
11:40
The question is why didn't the Prime minister, ask bingo,
11:45
that really is the question, and Diane Abbot, whoever she is,
11:49
hit the knell on the head. You gotta be more inquisitive.
11:53
The buck stops with you ask some questions. On Monday,
11:57
Opposition leader bad Knock doubled down on our argue in
12:00
that Starmer had misled Parliament. I'm only holding the Prime
12:04
Minister to the same standard to which he held others,
12:07
she said, referring to a previous occasion where Starmer stated
12:10
if a prime minister misleads Parliament, they should resign. Does
12:14
he stand by those words or is there one rule
12:17
for him and another for everyone else? Well, we know
12:20
the answer. Starmer's part of the club, folks, you are not.
12:24
So yeah, there's a different set of rules for mister Starmer.
12:29
Bad Knock previously said that Starmer's position was untenable following
12:34
Robin's dismissal. Leader of the Liberal Democrats at Davy has
12:38
voice similar concerns. He blames his officials, He says he
12:41
has no idea. He gives every impression of a prime
12:44
minister in office, but not in power. Davy said in
12:48
the House of Commons on Monday, we need a government
12:51
of honesty, integrity and accountability. So will the Prime Minister
12:56
finally accept that the only way he can help deliver
12:59
that is to resign? Well he should, the question is
13:03
Willie My opinion he won't. People like Kias Starmer, they
13:09
don't seed power, They have to have it wrestled from them.
13:12
And if you think that Cure of Starmer is any
13:14
different and that he's just gonna give power up, you
13:16
got another thing coming. So what do you folks think?
13:19
Do you think that Kure of Starmer is going to
13:20
be forced out? Or do you think that he's gonna
13:22
weather the storm? Shoot me some emails and let me know.
