HubSpot Credits spend limits: set your ceiling first | Shipped Sep 2026
HubSpot now sets a monthly credit ceiling once you buy extra HubSpot Credits, and lets you cap single tools and, for buyer intent and customer agent, single actions. First thing to try: open the HubSpot Credits tab in Account and Billing and read your overage setting and maximum monthly credits.
Who it's for: HubSpot admins, Super Admins, and Billing Admins, operations and finance leads who approve software spend, and anyone running Customer Agent or other credit-based features.
