- 0:11Speaker 1: Everybody.
- 0:11Speaker 2: Welcome to another edition of the NFL Fantasy Football Show.
- 0:14Speaker 2: It's me your man, NAMG. Marcus Grand joined by Michael
- 0:16Speaker 2: f Florio and Lakwan Jones. Welcome to Week four, gentlemen,
- 0:20Speaker 2: let's go. I would say we're a quarter of the
- 0:22Speaker 2: way through the season, but now, like the math is,
- 0:25Speaker 2: the math, math is not mathing. Thanks guys for putting
- 0:29Speaker 2: seventeen games in there. Even when it gets to eighteen,
- 0:31Speaker 2: the math still doesn't math right because I don't I
- 0:35Speaker 2: guess we gotta.
- 0:36Speaker 1: Go to twenty. Fortunately, we don't have jobs.
- 0:40Speaker 2: Firstly, we don't have jobs that involve math or statistics
- 0:42Speaker 2: or anything like that. So it's fine. It is week four.
- 0:46Speaker 2: Of course, we're gonna hit you with a bunch of
- 0:47Speaker 2: starts and sets. Also get you some game previews for
- 0:50Speaker 2: Sunday Night Football and a pair of Monday night games
- 0:53Speaker 2: as well, So we'll dive into that and some other
- 0:57Speaker 2: things as we get going.
- 0:59Speaker 1: But let's start with the starts in sets.
- 1:00Speaker 2: Of course, you can see all of them via Michael
- 1:03Speaker 2: f Florio at NFL dot com slash start sits.
- 1:06Speaker 1: You can go check those out.
- 1:07Speaker 2: But we're gonna dive into the quarterbacks, right now take
- 1:09Speaker 2: us through the guys.
- 1:10Speaker 1: Who are starting. The guys you are sitting. Justin Herbert
- 1:13Speaker 1: I think is a must start this week. I think
- 1:15Speaker 1: Jordan Love is the biggest must start on this list
- 1:18Speaker 1: because Cowboys, and he also is a knack for going
- 1:21Speaker 1: off on Sunday Night football. I think if Justin Fields
- 1:23Speaker 1: plays for the Jets, which it's looking more and more
- 1:26Speaker 1: likely that he should be in your starting lineups. Bo
- 1:29Speaker 1: Nicks has a chance to bounce back. He left a
- 1:31Speaker 1: lot of production on the field last week. I don't
- 1:33Speaker 1: think that happens again against the Bengals. And then Caleboyams,
- 1:37Speaker 1: coming off his best day as a pro, gets another
- 1:40Speaker 1: team that doesn't generate a ton of pressure, and then sits.
- 1:44Speaker 1: You might have heard Dak Prescott going up against Micah
- 1:46Speaker 1: Parsons and Packers defense. I know we really haven't talked
- 1:50Speaker 1: about it much this week, but I think Dak should
- 1:51Speaker 1: sit Kyler Murray. I think he should be a sit
- 1:55Speaker 1: Daniel Jones for me because the Rams create a lot
- 1:58Speaker 1: of pressure. I know on things differently though. On that one, CJ. Stroud,
- 2:03Speaker 1: I'm curious to see if Stroud could bounce back against
- 2:05Speaker 1: a team that doesn't do a good job getting after
- 2:07Speaker 1: the quarterback and then Aaron Rodgers. He's just running hot
- 2:11Speaker 1: touchdown wise, but I don't expect.
- 2:14Speaker 2: They are a low volume passing offense. They're spreading the
- 2:16Speaker 2: ball around and if he doesn't have spite to fuel him,
- 2:21Speaker 2: then I don't know.
- 2:21Speaker 1: If he has the same level of production at all.
- 2:24Speaker 2: Let's start though, with bow knicks there, Lakwa, I mean
- 2:27Speaker 2: you are a bow leaver.
- 2:29Speaker 1: I think we're all bow leavers. I think you were.
- 2:30Speaker 1: You were the leading bow leaver.
- 2:32Speaker 2: Though Floya mentioned he missed a couple of deep throws,
- 2:35Speaker 2: it probably would have changed the trajectory of things, but
- 2:37Speaker 2: it does feel like the Bengals defense is.
- 2:39Speaker 1: The cure for what ails you at this point.
- 2:42Speaker 3: Yeah, that's funny, man, because Scott Porter front of the show,
- 2:45Speaker 3: I mean the great show Genie and Georgia on Netflix
- 2:47Speaker 3: right now. He hit me up on Sunday Aaron his
- 2:49Speaker 3: grievance about bo missing a lot of this downfield throws,
- 2:52Speaker 3: and honestly, man, he has not looked great throwing downfield.
- 2:55Speaker 3: But with his matchup against the Bengals, I think that
- 2:58Speaker 3: there may be a lot of opportunities for him to
- 3:00Speaker 3: go downfield. Kind of set his feet with Scott Porter
- 3:03Speaker 3: was actually talking about his frustrations with bo But I
- 3:05Speaker 3: think having the Bengals defense, you're going to be able
- 3:08Speaker 3: to use and abuse that deep ball with Courtland Sun.
- 3:11Speaker 3: So I do think that the Bengals offense is pretty terrible.
- 3:13Speaker 3: They're putting the ball a ton. They're turning the ball
- 3:15Speaker 3: over a ton as well with Jake Browning. So there's
- 3:17Speaker 3: gonna be a lot of opportunities for bo Nix to
- 3:19Speaker 3: go out there to make the bow Leavers happy. Yeah.
- 3:22Speaker 2: I do think this is a good bounce back look,
- 3:24Speaker 2: and it's extremes right because last week he got a
- 3:27Speaker 2: very good Chargers defense to deal with. This week he
- 3:30Speaker 2: gets a very bad Bengals defense to deal with. So
- 3:32Speaker 2: I think it's going to be a much different situation.
- 3:35Speaker 1: Maybe the QB one last week if he connects on
- 3:37Speaker 1: those deep throats. Yeah, there was three of them that
- 3:39Speaker 1: he just missed and.
- 3:41Speaker 3: He's not under pressure, So it doesn't make sense. It
- 3:44Speaker 3: does not make sense, man, like just throw the ball,
- 3:46Speaker 3: set your feet.
- 3:47Speaker 1: Hey man.
- 3:47Speaker 2: It's part of part of the development process, right, I mean,
- 3:50Speaker 2: bo Nix is progressing well still, obviously you have some
- 3:53Speaker 2: things to work on there. Is just getting that deep
- 3:55Speaker 2: ball down. Dak Prescott has no problem throwing the deep ball.
- 3:58Speaker 2: The problem is can he complete it, especially against this
- 4:02Speaker 2: Packer defense. I mean, look, Lakwan volume is there right.
- 4:06Speaker 2: One hundred and thirty one throws through three games is
- 4:09Speaker 2: kind of an insane number, but insane the Packer defense,
- 4:13Speaker 2: It's good. I mean, how are you feeling about Dak
- 4:15Speaker 2: this week? Uh?
- 4:17Speaker 3: I'm kind of staying away from Dak this week.
- 4:19Speaker 2: Man.
- 4:19Speaker 3: Look, he was kind of with CD. Now without him
- 4:23Speaker 3: going against the Packers defense. Man, I think Michael Parsons
- 4:26Speaker 3: has a night feasting on Dak.
- 4:27Speaker 4: Man.
- 4:28Speaker 3: I do think Dak not having the touchdowns to kind
- 4:30Speaker 3: of back him as reason to put him in starting
- 4:32Speaker 3: lineups this week. I think George Pickens has a solid game,
- 4:36Speaker 3: but I do think that Dak suffers getting sacked and
- 4:38Speaker 3: being able to have that deep ball With CD Lamb,
- 4:41Speaker 3: It's going to be very one dimensional for this Cowboys
- 4:44Speaker 3: offense against his Packers defense. So if I can get
- 4:46Speaker 3: away from Dak and start somebody else, I will this week.
- 4:49Speaker 1: I mean Floria.
- 4:50Speaker 2: During draft season, we talked a lot about Dak sort
- 4:53Speaker 2: of being underdrafted. It was kind of a movement. I
- 4:55Speaker 2: think across fantasy like, hey man, why isn't Dak going earlier?
- 4:58Speaker 2: And we sort of pushed him up draft boards through
- 5:00Speaker 2: three weeks he's QB eighteen.
- 5:02Speaker 1: Did we maybe have it right the first time around? Uh?
- 5:06Speaker 1: I do think it's partly because he's faced a couple
- 5:09Speaker 1: of good defenses, although last week was very disappointing against
- 5:13Speaker 1: the Bears. The thing I'll say, though, is, like you said,
- 5:16Speaker 1: volume is on his side, and this Cowboys defense isn't
- 5:20Speaker 1: gonna do anything to change that. Right, Like they're going
- 5:22Speaker 1: to be trailing in a lot of games this year,
- 5:24Speaker 1: which means Dak is going to have to air it
- 5:26Speaker 1: out a bunch. So I do think there's better days
- 5:29Speaker 1: ahead for Dak. It's just this Packers defense without Ceedee
- 5:33Speaker 1: Lamb is not the week I think to get to me. Yeah,
- 5:36Speaker 1: it's it's gonna be tough. I wouldn't mess around with
- 5:38Speaker 1: Dak this week if you have some other options.
- 5:39Speaker 2: Which if you drafted Dak, you probably have another option,
- 5:42Speaker 2: so you should probably look into that.
- 5:44Speaker 1: Let's get over to the running backs though.
- 5:46Speaker 2: These starts and sits here, who you have, who's up
- 5:49Speaker 2: and who is down?
- 5:50Speaker 1: This week? You're gonna notice. I think the Dolphins are
- 5:52Speaker 1: a defense we could pick on. Uh Breeze Hall is
- 5:54Speaker 1: a start for me, and then rookies right like Omarion
- 5:57Speaker 1: Hampton is a must start for me against the Giant.
- 6:00Speaker 1: I think Ashton Genty because he has struggled with getting
- 6:03Speaker 1: hit behind the line of scrimmage. The Bears have allowed
- 6:06Speaker 1: the most yards before contact running backs in the NFL.
- 6:09Speaker 1: Quinnshaw Judkins took over that backfield and did it against
- 6:13Speaker 1: a tough Packers run defense last week, so I think
- 6:15Speaker 1: he's in play again. And then this If it's not
- 6:18Speaker 1: this week, when is it for Trevion Henderson coming off
- 6:20Speaker 1: of three fumbles for the other backs and maybe the
- 6:23Speaker 1: best matchup a running back could have on the other
- 6:26Speaker 1: side of that game. Though, I know this is a
- 6:27Speaker 1: little spicy, not a mustit, but if you have another option,
- 6:30Speaker 1: I would try to get away from Chewba Hubbard last
- 6:33Speaker 1: week with after putting two O linemen on ir they
- 6:36Speaker 1: didn't create any yards before contact and David Montgomery is
- 6:40Speaker 1: in a Really I think the Browns are the best
- 6:43Speaker 1: run defense in football. They shut down Jacobs and Henry
- 6:46Speaker 1: Isaiah Pachecko. Look, I know on paper it looks like
- 6:49Speaker 1: a good matchup. I still don't see how you could
- 6:51Speaker 1: trust him, and I'm a Pachecko guy, and then Bill
- 6:54Speaker 1: a lot of other guys getting touches there and RJ Harvey.
- 6:58Speaker 1: The matchup looks so appealing, but until he gets more usage,
- 7:01Speaker 1: there's just no way you could start.
- 7:03Speaker 2: Yeah, I just think with Pacheco and Harvey, they're in
- 7:05Speaker 2: similar situations and that the usage is not there. Even
- 7:08Speaker 2: last week when we thought it was a Pacheco week,
- 7:11Speaker 2: he had just eleven touches overall, He's just not getting
- 7:13Speaker 2: the ball, and then.
- 7:14Speaker 1: The valuable touches are going to Kareem Hunt. Yeah, I
- 7:17Speaker 1: mean that's part of it. And then RJ Harvey.
- 7:19Speaker 2: We've talked about before Sean Payton does not have our
- 7:21Speaker 2: best interests at heart when he talks about RJ Harvey.
- 7:24Speaker 2: So until further notice, you kind of got to move
- 7:26Speaker 2: away from that. But I'm talking about Quinshawn Judkins because
- 7:31Speaker 2: I mean that first week he was just coming back.
- 7:33Speaker 1: They sort of eased him in.
- 7:34Speaker 2: Then last week it looks like the takeover is complete.
- 7:38Speaker 2: I mean, or we had a point where he's just
- 7:39Speaker 2: is he just an RB two Now for the rest
- 7:42Speaker 2: of the season.
- 7:43Speaker 3: Yes, that guy is bulling his way into my starting lineups.
- 7:47Speaker 3: There's a guy, a lot of guys on Florial's list
- 7:49Speaker 3: that I am benching like a Chuba Hubert for Quinn
- 7:52Speaker 3: Shawn Jenkins. I definitely think him hitting the ground running
- 7:56Speaker 3: is one of the best things to see to do
- 7:57Speaker 3: it against this Packers defense. It wasn't that he was
- 8:00Speaker 3: just getting the hard yards. He was explosive in his runs.
- 8:03Speaker 3: He was breaking tackles. He just kept chugging along, and
- 8:06Speaker 3: it looks like they are handing him the keys completely,
- 8:09Speaker 3: giving him majority of the touches out of that Brown's backfill.
- 8:12Speaker 4: So yeah, he's the real deal, and.
- 8:14Speaker 3: I'm glad I stash him because he's been bulling his way,
- 8:16Speaker 3: like I said, into starting lineups.
- 8:19Speaker 2: My question to watch this week is if the Lions
- 8:22Speaker 2: get out to a multiple score lead, how does that
- 8:25Speaker 2: impact his usage? Is he still going to be involved
- 8:27Speaker 2: in the passing game. That's That's the only.
- 8:29Speaker 1: Thing I'm really worried about. I think in terms of
- 8:31Speaker 1: running the ball, we know.
- 8:31Speaker 2: He's got that gig on lock, but you know, if
- 8:35Speaker 2: the Browns suddenly find themselves down fourteen seventeen points, is
- 8:39Speaker 2: he still going to be a part of it, and
- 8:41Speaker 2: we don't know the answer to that.
- 8:42Speaker 1: We would find Nichol has started calling him half and
- 8:45Speaker 1: half because I drafted him on her team and then
- 8:47Speaker 1: his picture his half each half of hair, like should
- 8:51Speaker 1: I start half and half this week? And I was like,
- 8:52Speaker 1: who are you talking about?
- 8:54Speaker 2: I love that. That's gonna be. It's gonna be his
- 8:56Speaker 2: nickname from now on. He's half and half on this show.
- 8:58Speaker 1: For sure. I'm either side of that game that you got.
- 9:01Speaker 2: David Montgomery had the huge game against the Baltimore Ravens
- 9:05Speaker 2: last week, in a game where he had fewer snaps
- 9:07Speaker 2: and touches than Jamiir Gibbs. He just had a couple
- 9:10Speaker 2: of big, explosive runs, which by the way, helped me
- 9:13Speaker 2: to a win in the league. So thank you David Montgomery.
- 9:16Speaker 2: But this week, LaQuan, do you like knuckles to knock
- 9:21Speaker 2: out or get knocked out?
- 9:22Speaker 1: I mean, that's sort of extreme, but you know where
- 9:24Speaker 1: I'm going with this.
- 9:26Speaker 3: In this fight, I'm not having David Montgomery on my
- 9:28Speaker 3: side and fighting the Browns. They're one of the defenses
- 9:31Speaker 3: that you don't want to get in a bar fight with.
- 9:33Speaker 3: They are the ones that just do not go down.
- 9:35Speaker 3: You see this guy take a poll stick to the head.
- 9:37Speaker 3: He is still up and going. This Browns defense is
- 9:40Speaker 3: very vicious, and I don't think David Montgomery is the
- 9:43Speaker 3: guy I want to go into this week with the fight.
- 9:45Speaker 3: And again this goes into a perfect example. Personally, I'm
- 9:48Speaker 3: sitting David Montgomery, like Florial and everybody else that should
- 9:51Speaker 3: for Quinn shot Jenkins in this same game.
- 9:54Speaker 2: I didn't think that analogy was going to turn into
- 9:55Speaker 2: the pool hall scene from Rush Hour.
- 9:57Speaker 1: But okay, here we are my exact thought. So there
- 10:02Speaker 1: it is, all right.
- 10:03Speaker 2: So David Montgomery, maybe in a void if you can
- 10:06Speaker 2: this week, even after coming off the big game last
- 10:08Speaker 2: week against Baltimore. That gets us to the first of
- 10:12Speaker 2: our weekend previews. This for Sunday Night Football between the
- 10:15Speaker 2: Packers and the Cowboys, we talked about Dak Prescott's and
- 10:20Speaker 2: whether or not he is startable this week. Florio says, no,
- 10:23Speaker 2: you seem to agree, Lakwan, But I'm gonna ask you
- 10:25Speaker 2: now about Javonte Williams, who's been hot to start the season.
- 10:30Speaker 2: Would you run him out there though against the Green
- 10:32Speaker 2: Bay Packers this week?
- 10:34Speaker 4: Absolutely?
- 10:35Speaker 3: Man, I don't think he kind of buils his way
- 10:37Speaker 3: into the end zone like we've seen him do the
- 10:39Speaker 3: last couple of weeks. I think this might be the
- 10:40Speaker 3: down week, that down the Earth week for Javonte Williams,
- 10:43Speaker 3: because again, when we drafted him, he wasn't even supposed
- 10:46Speaker 3: to be a weekly starter. He was one of those
- 10:48Speaker 3: guys we had in our bench that was getting drafted
- 10:50Speaker 3: late in rounds and he made his way to the
- 10:52Speaker 3: flex position and some graduated him to the RB two position.
- 10:55Speaker 3: But I do think this is the week I kind
- 10:57Speaker 3: of pivot to other options because I do not think
- 11:00Speaker 3: say floor time to.
- 11:01Speaker 2: Check out the first to score odds for Sunday Nights
- 11:04Speaker 2: Packers Cowboys matchup here.
- 11:06Speaker 1: Though surprise, Josh Jacobs is the.
- 11:09Speaker 2: Top option here, followed by Javonte Williams, George Pickens, Matthew Golden,
- 11:13Speaker 2: and Tucker Craft Florida. Do you like any of these
- 11:16Speaker 2: guys to find the end zone first?
- 11:18Speaker 1: I'm gonna go with Matthew Golden here. I think they're
- 11:20Speaker 1: gonna he's gonna get some deep shots from Jordan Love.
- 11:22Speaker 1: I think the Packers are gonna want to come out
- 11:24Speaker 1: swinging in this game, and Golden being their deep threat
- 11:28Speaker 1: as we saw last week. I think he's starting to
- 11:30Speaker 1: take over more so. Yeah, I know Josh Jacobs is
- 11:33Speaker 1: the one that's like, oh he's gonna score, but no,
- 11:35Speaker 1: let's have some fun. Let's go Matthew Golden. All right,
- 11:37Speaker 1: Matthew Golden is the option here.
- 11:38Speaker 2: They've tried to hit some deep shots, as you mentioned,
- 11:40Speaker 2: they just haven't quite connected.
- 11:42Speaker 4: Jet.
- 11:42Speaker 1: We'll see everyone connects against the couch. Everybody connects against
- 11:45Speaker 1: the Cowboys.
- 11:46Speaker 2: So we'll see if if Jordan Love and Matthew Golden
- 11:48Speaker 2: can make it happen this week. Time to take a
- 11:50Speaker 2: quick break, but when we come back, we'll preview the
- 11:52Speaker 2: Monday night games and give you our wide receiver and
- 11:55Speaker 2: tight end start. Since we got to Monny night doubleheader
- 12:02Speaker 2: coming up. The first game is the Jets at the Dolphins.
- 12:05Speaker 2: You can see that at seven fifteen pm Eastern Time
- 12:08Speaker 2: on ESPN and ESPN Deportes. I'm both teams kind of
- 12:13Speaker 2: struggling out the gate in this one. I would go
- 12:16Speaker 2: you went it, took the bold step on Fantasy Live
- 12:18Speaker 2: this week and made it.
- 12:19Speaker 1: Your Game O the Week the week.
- 12:21Speaker 2: All right, anybody you're particularly keeping an eye on in
- 12:24Speaker 2: this one.
- 12:25Speaker 1: The Jets. Like Jets, Justin Fields and Breeze Hall Toomey
- 12:30Speaker 1: are the two big players in this one because the
- 12:33Speaker 1: Jets quarterback, regardless if it's been Fields or Tyrod Taylor,
- 12:36Speaker 1: has ran for forty or more yards in every game,
- 12:38Speaker 1: So that to me seems like it's part of their
- 12:40Speaker 1: game plan. The Dolphins have a lot of the most
- 12:42Speaker 1: rushing touchdowns to quarterbacks. They get torched through the air.
- 12:45Speaker 1: They struggle against the run and stopping running backs, and
- 12:48Speaker 1: the Dolphins side of things, it's out that I don't
- 12:50Speaker 1: want to talk about them. It's like, Okay, you're playing
- 12:53Speaker 1: Devon h Chan, you're probably playing Tyreek Hill. Maybe you
- 12:57Speaker 1: have to use Jalen Watto. You don't feel great about it,
- 12:59Speaker 1: and that's it. You know, Like if you want a sleeper,
- 13:02Speaker 1: maybe Ali Gordon because he's getting goal on work now
- 13:04Speaker 1: and he had three of the full red zone touches
- 13:06Speaker 1: last week. But if he doesn't get a touchdown, you're
- 13:08Speaker 1: looking at less than five fantasy. So like that's a
- 13:11Speaker 1: little He's someone I want on my team, but not
- 13:13Speaker 1: in my lineup. Yeah.
- 13:15Speaker 2: Yeah, the Dolphins are pretty easy evaluation. As you mentioned,
- 13:19Speaker 2: like there are guys you're starting there's one guy maybe
- 13:21Speaker 2: you're starting, depending on who you have on your roster,
- 13:23Speaker 2: and after that, that's it. By way, I almost I
- 13:25Speaker 2: almost cursonally like the Jets. I thought about the line
- 13:27Speaker 2: from Big Daddy the Jets like, I.
- 13:31Speaker 1: Use that gift a lot.
- 13:33Speaker 3: You guys are missing the Jersey Shore reference in Reunion
- 13:36Speaker 3: right here. Last year I cooling the Jets as the
- 13:38Speaker 3: Jersey Shore cast of the chaos that they had. Now
- 13:41Speaker 3: we had the Jersey Shore Miami cast joining back with
- 13:43Speaker 3: the Jets. I mean, this is going to be a
- 13:45Speaker 3: game that I think is going to be.
- 13:46Speaker 1: All over if the Jersey Shore Season one and two
- 13:49Speaker 1: cast fought. I mean, I know it's themselves, but that's
- 13:52Speaker 1: what this is.
- 13:53Speaker 4: This is what it is like.
- 13:54Speaker 3: I think this game is going to be all over
- 13:56Speaker 3: the place, like you're going from Jersey to Miami.
- 13:59Speaker 4: There you go.
- 14:00Speaker 2: Wow, all right, that I kind of missed the whole
- 14:05Speaker 2: like I was. I think I aged out. I'd stop
- 14:06Speaker 2: watching him TV like that's.
- 14:08Speaker 1: On Hulu if you want to watch it. But I'm good.
- 14:10Speaker 1: I appreciate that. This not I'm pretty good on that.
- 14:13Speaker 1: I appreciate that.
- 14:14Speaker 2: Though the other money Night gained Bengals at the Broncos.
- 14:17Speaker 2: That one gets started at eight to fifteen pm Eastern.
- 14:20Speaker 2: You can see that on the American Broadcasting Company. Look on,
- 14:23Speaker 2: will we get a Jamar Chase bounce back? It was
- 14:25Speaker 2: not great last week and now he's likely going to
- 14:28Speaker 2: have to deal with the PS two. Not the fun
- 14:31Speaker 2: kind on which you could play video games, but the
- 14:32Speaker 2: kind that tends to lock you up.
- 14:34Speaker 1: Are we going to get the Chase bounce back this week?
- 14:37Speaker 4: Listen?
- 14:37Speaker 3: My expectations are a order, okay. I mean, look, we
- 14:40Speaker 3: know this Bengals offense, they're going to struggle. There's no
- 14:43Speaker 3: Joe Burrow, but man, Jamar Chase Is ceiling is way
- 14:46Speaker 3: lower in expectations. I think it's very scary to go
- 14:49Speaker 3: the entire weekend and if you need a Monday night
- 14:52Speaker 3: miracle and you're depending on Jamar Chase or even a T.
- 14:55Speaker 3: Higgins that kind of gets you to win. I don't
- 14:57Speaker 3: know if I'm going to be sitting pretty. I don't
- 14:59Speaker 3: know if I'm going to be cool calmon collected Monday
- 15:01Speaker 3: and hoping for a high ceiling from Jamare Chase.
- 15:03Speaker 4: Because this is the Denver's defense.
- 15:05Speaker 2: Like T.
- 15:06Speaker 3: Higgins and Jamar Chase, floors are scary, man terrifying. There's
- 15:09Speaker 3: cockroaches on the floor, old piece of from like two
- 15:13Speaker 3: years ago on the ground. The floors are scary. That
- 15:15Speaker 3: can really lose your league. So the folks that are
- 15:17Speaker 3: zero and three, one and two on back to back losses, like,
- 15:20Speaker 3: I'm okay if you're pivoting, and again I've said this
- 15:23Speaker 3: on the last episode.
- 15:25Speaker 5: I'm doing it. I'll be the guineagig for the fancy streets.
- 15:30Speaker 5: I'm putting a manor in my starting lineups. I'm sitting
- 15:33Speaker 5: Jamaar Chase because i need a win.
- 15:35Speaker 1: We never thought of a bet between me and La
- 15:37Speaker 1: kwand waer for three weeks.
- 15:41Speaker 4: Next three weeks, man, But.
- 15:42Speaker 2: You have to screen screenshot it or it didn't happen. Yeah,
- 15:45Speaker 2: we need to screenshot out.
- 15:46Speaker 1: The thing I thought was like eating something really hot
- 15:49Speaker 1: on the pod or something like that. We got to
- 15:51Speaker 1: figure something out.
- 15:52Speaker 4: Next three weeks.
- 15:53Speaker 1: Some team Jamar Chase, your team elk Iomner apparently.
- 15:56Speaker 3: Like, I know it's fire content only you see the
- 15:58Speaker 3: flat flame of my emoji.
- 16:00Speaker 4: But I don't like spicy stuff.
- 16:01Speaker 3: So we're gonna have to we want to talk off
- 16:03Speaker 3: camera about how spicy we're gonna do it.
- 16:05Speaker 1: We'll figure this out as can be.
- 16:08Speaker 2: Doing some doing some some hot ones challenges here.
- 16:12Speaker 1: Who knows, We'll see.
- 16:13Speaker 5: Uh.
- 16:13Speaker 2: Anyway, we'll see if Jamar Chase can bounce back coming
- 16:16Speaker 2: up this week against the Denver Broncos. Back to our
- 16:18Speaker 2: starts and siths speaking of wide receivers, Uh, Florio, who
- 16:22Speaker 2: are your starts and sits at the wide receiver position?
- 16:24Speaker 1: This way? I think Roman doingsa is just a must
- 16:27Speaker 1: start option at this point, but I want to drive
- 16:29Speaker 1: that point home a Mecca Abuca to me, I'm just
- 16:32Speaker 1: riding it out until the wheels fall off, even with
- 16:34Speaker 1: Mike Evans out.
- 16:36Speaker 5: Uh.
- 16:36Speaker 1: I don't worry about that all the chargers receivers. I
- 16:40Speaker 1: have just a gut feeling. I think this is going
- 16:42Speaker 1: to be Lady mcconkey's week as opposing defenses start to
- 16:46Speaker 1: finally pivot and realize they have to actually be worried
- 16:49Speaker 1: about the other guys out there. And then rookie week
- 16:52Speaker 1: continues with Ted McMillan, sorry tetaroa McMillan his mom does
- 16:55Speaker 1: not like to call him tet and Matthew Golden already
- 16:58Speaker 1: kind of spoke about I think those are two good
- 17:00Speaker 1: matchups for the rookies there. Lakwan just was talking about
- 17:03Speaker 1: how he doesn't really want to be waiting on te
- 17:05Speaker 1: Higgins Monday. I agree. I think t Higgins is a
- 17:08Speaker 1: sit Travis Hunter, to me, is a sit key on Coleman,
- 17:13Speaker 1: just because I think the Bills could win however they
- 17:16Speaker 1: want in this one. I'm not sure it's going to
- 17:18Speaker 1: be airing the ball out and then Calvin Ridley, Like,
- 17:22Speaker 1: I'm not dropping Ridley, but until we see any signs
- 17:25Speaker 1: of life, you cannot start well.
- 17:27Speaker 2: They have made a change in play calling down there
- 17:29Speaker 2: in Tennessee, Brian Callaghan giving up play calling duties. We'll
- 17:32Speaker 2: see if that gets Calvin Ridley going, but so far
- 17:35Speaker 2: it has been disappointing, to say the least. Back to
- 17:38Speaker 2: the Packers, though, Lakwan florio big on Matthew Golden this week.
- 17:42Speaker 1: Where you call it falling on.
- 17:43Speaker 3: Golden, it's breakout week, it's the golden ticket error. I
- 17:47Speaker 3: definitely think they're going to have a lot of opportunities
- 17:49Speaker 3: in practice to get that deep ball connected. I think
- 17:52Speaker 3: last week was very encouraging to see that he led
- 17:54Speaker 3: the Packers and receiving yards. You see how they want
- 17:56Speaker 3: to utilize him all over this offense. So I'm really
- 17:59Speaker 3: excited this match of that they get a soft defense
- 18:01Speaker 3: where they can utilize him a lot more downfield, and
- 18:04Speaker 3: him and Jordan Love can build on that chemistry with
- 18:06Speaker 3: this practice game against that terrible cowboy secondary.
- 18:10Speaker 2: On the other side, Travis Hunter, who obviously has been disappointing.
- 18:15Speaker 2: This is your chance to continue your your Trevor Lawrence
- 18:19Speaker 2: anti Trevor Lawrence crusade. But the other part of this
- 18:22Speaker 2: lak On is Travis Hunt just playing a lot more
- 18:24Speaker 2: defense as well. He's got to be benchable at this point, right.
- 18:30Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm not going to take the victory.
- 18:32Speaker 6: Life.
- 18:33Speaker 1: I can smile a little.
- 18:34Speaker 5: Bit because I've said Travis Hunter is going to be
- 18:39Speaker 5: a fantasy headache.
- 18:40Speaker 4: And ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Week four. Here
- 18:42Speaker 4: we are. It is the fantasy edache that is on
- 18:44Speaker 4: the rise.
- 18:45Speaker 3: He's near the drop zone for a lot of people
- 18:46Speaker 3: that are hitting in the dms of what to do
- 18:48Speaker 3: with him. I don't know if you could trade him,
- 18:50Speaker 3: I don't know if you could star him. But he's
- 18:51Speaker 3: going to be playing a lot more defense, and whila,
- 18:54Speaker 3: the Shack's defense is actually pretty good. At taking the
- 18:56Speaker 3: ball away. I'm not sure it's his presence on the
- 18:58Speaker 3: field helping that, but I do think if he's making
- 19:00Speaker 3: one area of the field better, I mean one side
- 19:02Speaker 3: of the ball better, I don't see him really flexing
- 19:05Speaker 3: as much as we want him to be fantasy relevant
- 19:07Speaker 3: on offense.
- 19:08Speaker 4: If Trevor mid Lawrens can't get it together.
- 19:11Speaker 2: That's the thing for me is it's mostly the quarterback situation.
- 19:14Speaker 2: But I am just paying attention to how much more
- 19:16Speaker 2: defense he's playing, and that has been very notable over
- 19:19Speaker 2: the last couple of weeks. Floy over to the tight
- 19:22Speaker 2: ends your starts and since at the tight end position
- 19:25Speaker 2: for this week.
- 19:25Speaker 1: I think this is the Tyler Warren blow up game
- 19:28Speaker 1: that we have been waiting for. We've seen the floor.
- 19:30Speaker 1: I think I think we get to see you talk
- 19:33Speaker 1: about it all the time, how you guys can't guard
- 19:35Speaker 1: tight ends. Tucker Craft must start option against the Cowboys.
- 19:40Speaker 1: I think Jake Ferguson is a muscle. Like in the
- 19:42Speaker 1: article I listed tight ends that I'd rather play over
- 19:44Speaker 1: Ferguson this week and it's less than five. Hunter Henry
- 19:48Speaker 1: looking like a very strong start moving forward, and dal
- 19:52Speaker 1: Kin Kate sneakily has been the top target in the
- 19:54Speaker 1: last two games for the Bills and then David and Joku.
- 19:58Speaker 1: He is not top forty yards double digit Fantasy points
- 20:01Speaker 1: in the game this year. Zach Ertz is more of
- 20:03Speaker 1: a floor play, but it's a tough matchup and floors
- 20:06Speaker 1: tend to get lowered in tough matchups. Kyle Pitts Senior now,
- 20:10Speaker 1: uh just with Darnel Mooney being back, he's kind of
- 20:14Speaker 1: falling to third in the target pecking order. Love Wind,
- 20:17Speaker 1: I joked, is like the squid word meme where he's
- 20:18Speaker 1: watching all the other rookies get to run out and
- 20:20Speaker 1: play and he just doesn't get to because they don't
- 20:22Speaker 1: use him. And then John new Smith like there, Arthur
- 20:26Speaker 1: Smith hates this guy. He's like, you had a career year,
- 20:29Speaker 1: you're coming back with me and you're playing the tight
- 20:31Speaker 1: end two role again, Like it's just unusable with him
- 20:34Speaker 1: and Pat Fryan with splitting work like that.
- 20:36Speaker 2: Arthur Smith continues to be publican, I mean number one
- 20:38Speaker 2: for Fantasy.
- 20:38Speaker 6: Many streets, Boogeyman, just oh Man Hunter, Henry though Lakwan,
- 20:44Speaker 6: I mean, I know Drake Mason's they want to get
- 20:45Speaker 6: Stefan Digs more involved, but Hunter Henry continues to be
- 20:48Speaker 6: that guy they look for.
- 20:49Speaker 1: Near the end zone and we just love that touchdown upside.
- 20:53Speaker 3: Absolutely, I'm always gonna chase those hids if it's a
- 20:55Speaker 3: high touchdown presence. I really think that he is the
- 20:58Speaker 3: command of this offense wing. Really, you look at the
- 21:00Speaker 3: wide receivers, there's no real identity of a wide receiver
- 21:04Speaker 3: one in this offense. Hunter Henry looks like his top
- 21:06Speaker 3: option that Drake may is going to target when he
- 21:09Speaker 3: needs to in the time.
- 21:10Speaker 4: If they're down or if they're driving.
- 21:11Speaker 3: I think that Hunter Henry is wildly under roster right
- 21:14Speaker 3: now in less than fifty percent of league. So I
- 21:16Speaker 3: picked him up as a tight end two if he
- 21:19Speaker 3: needs to take over, if my guy like George kidto
- 21:21Speaker 3: A isn't back yet, or if I have Travis Kelcey,
- 21:24Speaker 3: that's disappointing. I think he could save a lot of
- 21:26Speaker 3: rosters for the rest of the season just based on
- 21:28Speaker 3: him being the top function of this Patriots offense.
- 21:32Speaker 2: I mean, speaking of Hunter henraymy leading the team in
- 21:35Speaker 2: targets and receiving yards. I actually had to check to
- 21:38Speaker 2: see that Stefan Diggs was healthy I'm like, I have
- 21:40Speaker 2: not heard his.
- 21:41Speaker 1: Name at all this year. He's healthy here, not in
- 21:44Speaker 1: a football sense, you're in a very other difference, in
- 21:47Speaker 1: very different sense.
- 21:48Speaker 2: I really was like, maybe he's hurt and I just
- 21:50Speaker 2: missed it somewhere, but no, he's just not getting the.
- 21:52Speaker 1: Ball in any real way there in New England.
- 21:55Speaker 2: So anyway, for more starts in six, you can go
- 21:57Speaker 2: to nfl dot com slash Start sit. Check out all
- 22:00Speaker 2: of Florio's picks for this week, get a little bit
- 22:02Speaker 2: of analysis for them as well. Get the biggest glass
- 22:05Speaker 2: of horchata you can find. Time for our spicy takes
- 22:07Speaker 2: for week four. Maybe not too spicy because Lakwan doesn't
- 22:10Speaker 2: really like spice, but you got some spot.
- 22:13Speaker 1: I see your bold prediction. I'm on board with your
- 22:15Speaker 1: bold prediction this week.
- 22:16Speaker 4: Let's goal. We're on the same side of defense man,
- 22:19Speaker 4: my hot take, my bold prediction.
- 22:21Speaker 3: I just say Arondez Gaskin is going to put up
- 22:24Speaker 3: fifteen plus Fantasy points this week.
- 22:26Speaker 4: And I think at Jim.
- 22:28Speaker 3: Rball giving him the praise, the confidence praise that we've
- 22:31Speaker 3: seen give to QJ and where he's stepping up. I
- 22:34Speaker 3: think Ronde Gass is coming in on his debut, putting
- 22:37Speaker 3: up seven targets, five catches boarding Lambcocky. I do think
- 22:41Speaker 3: Aronde Gascuz the second is going to be put in
- 22:44Speaker 3: very favorable positions to put up big fantasy points this week.
- 22:47Speaker 2: Made his debut, got targeted seven times on twenty routes.
- 22:50Speaker 2: That's a pretty good ratio, and with those other three
- 22:53Speaker 2: receivers balling out, you get some open up opportunities there.
- 22:56Speaker 1: Florio your hot take for this week. Every single is
- 23:00Speaker 1: gonna play well pretty much like I think Week four.
- 23:02Speaker 1: I keep saying it. We're gonna look back and be like,
- 23:04Speaker 1: that is the week that this rookie class arrived. I
- 23:06Speaker 1: think Ashton Genty, Traveon Henderson, Quinnshaw, Judkins, Tyler Warren, Tetuo, McMillan,
- 23:12Speaker 1: and Matthew Golden all have their best games fantasy wise
- 23:16Speaker 1: through their first month of the season and everything Hampton,
- 23:19Speaker 1: Abuca and cam Skataboo have. They've already had like big,
- 23:23Speaker 1: huge games, but I think they continue and stay hot
- 23:26Speaker 1: as well.
- 23:26Speaker 2: Yeah, it's taking a while for some of these guys
- 23:28Speaker 2: to break through, but maybe this is the week it
- 23:29Speaker 2: finally happens.
- 23:30Speaker 1: I also noticed he didn't mention RJ. Harvey just saying
- 23:33Speaker 1: you need to see the field to break out. That's
- 23:35Speaker 1: true for me.
- 23:37Speaker 2: You might be waiting all day for Sunday Night, but
- 23:39Speaker 2: it's gonna be a worthwhile wait. If you have one
- 23:41Speaker 2: of the two tight ends in the game you saw
- 23:43Speaker 2: on Florio start sit list both Tucker Craft and Jake Ferguson.
- 23:47Speaker 2: I think both of those guys give you twenty plus
- 23:49Speaker 2: points on Sunday Night football. They're both the most targeted
- 23:52Speaker 2: guys in their respective offenses. The Packers struggle against tight ends,
- 23:56Speaker 2: the Cowboys struggle against everybody. I think both those guys
- 23:59Speaker 2: are gonna get a lot of targets. They both have
- 24:01Speaker 2: touchdown upside, and they absolutely should be in your lineups
- 24:04Speaker 2: for this week. So there you go. That is it.
- 24:07Speaker 1: We are done.
- 24:08Speaker 2: We appreciate you hanging out with the NFL Fantasy Football Show.
- 24:11Speaker 1: You know the drill.
- 24:11Speaker 2: Tell two friends to tell two friends rate review and
- 24:14Speaker 2: remember instant gratification takes too long. Be safe, take care
- 24:17Speaker 2: of yourselves, enjoy week for everybody. We'll talk to you
- 24:19Speaker 2: again on Monday.
