- 0:00[SPEAKER_01]: It's fuck ya Friday.
- 0:01[SPEAKER_01]: Fuck ya!
- 0:02[SPEAKER_01]: Get ready for some wins!
- 0:05[SPEAKER_01]: Welcome to the Beat till you see it podcast, where we talk about taking messy action, knowing that perfect is boring.
- 0:12[SPEAKER_01]: I'm also Logan, Ply's instructor and fitness business coach.
- 0:16[SPEAKER_01]: I've trained thousands of people around the world, and the number one thing I see stopping people from achieving anything is self-doubt.
- 0:24[SPEAKER_01]: My friends, action brings clarity.
- 0:28[SPEAKER_01]: And it's the antidote to fear.
- 0:31[SPEAKER_01]: Each week my guests will bring bold, executable, intrinsic, and targeted steps that you can use to put yourself first and be it till you see it.
- 0:40[SPEAKER_01]: It's a practice, not a perfect, let's get started.
- 0:47[SPEAKER_01]: Hey, be it babe.
- 0:48[SPEAKER_01]: How are you?
- 0:49[SPEAKER_01]: Welcome to our Friday episode.
- 0:51[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god.
- 0:51[SPEAKER_01]: And on this Friday, it is a special.
- 0:54[SPEAKER_01]: It's my dad 74th birthday.
- 0:55[SPEAKER_01]: So there's that.
- 0:56[SPEAKER_01]: That's not the stuff the so it's about.
- 0:58[SPEAKER_01]: So we've used to celebrate and inspiring the internet, but let's be real the internet.
- 1:04[SPEAKER_01]: not someone's wiring and usually it makes me pissed off, someone's rights we're losing.
- 1:09[SPEAKER_01]: So we're changing it to something we actually do in our community.
- 1:12[SPEAKER_01]: So if you're an agency member and elevate member, you know the drill.
- 1:15[SPEAKER_01]: You are allowed to need a moment.
- 1:17[SPEAKER_01]: Sometimes you can complain, but you have to immediately have a win.
- 1:20[SPEAKER_01]: So it's going to go, but the thing I need a moment about.
- 1:23[SPEAKER_01]: then my win, so I don't just like vomit on you or it could be someone else's moment and they are win, but like Brad's or friend who says anything.
- 1:30[SPEAKER_01]: And then it's your win.
- 1:31[SPEAKER_01]: And if you want to need a moment and have win, you can send that into bapod.com slash questions.
- 1:37[SPEAKER_01]: We'll have to change that.
- 1:38[SPEAKER_01]: that link for for now, be a part of dot com such questions.
- 1:41[SPEAKER_01]: We'll allow you to fill the form and then we can chat your wind and nip moments out if you want.
- 1:46[SPEAKER_01]: But you can't send a moment in without a wind.
- 1:47[SPEAKER_01]: So don't come complaining at me and I have a win.
- 1:51[SPEAKER_01]: Don't make me come ask for it.
- 1:51[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just going to go, not even listening, not here to just take the dump.
- 1:55[SPEAKER_01]: You got to have both.
- 1:56[SPEAKER_01]: So my moment right now is okay.
- 2:00[SPEAKER_01]: I am at the airport on this date.
- 2:02[SPEAKER_01]: And it's like,
- 2:04[SPEAKER_01]: I think about this airport, I actually like the airport that I have to fly out of, but what annoys me is that this TSA is different than other TSAs and how come like in the US?
- 2:13[SPEAKER_01]: How come every airport, whether I have TSA pre-check, clear?
- 2:16[SPEAKER_01]: I'm shoved in with the regular people, sorry people who regular people.
- 2:19[SPEAKER_01]: I'm shoved into the regular security, but with a sign that I have TSA, how come it's different?
- 2:24[SPEAKER_01]: How come, like, sometimes your shoes are on?
- 2:26[SPEAKER_01]: Sometimes your shoes are off.
- 2:27[SPEAKER_01]: Sometimes there's a computer in, and sometimes it's not.
- 2:30[SPEAKER_01]: And then they yell at you, like, you should know.
- 2:32[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, oh, should I take the computer out?
- 2:34[SPEAKER_01]: No.
- 2:34[SPEAKER_01]: And it's like, okay, right, but the last airport I was just at, yesterday, one of my computer, these are, I'm not stupid questions.
- 2:41[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not an idiot.
- 2:42[SPEAKER_01]: I can hear you, you know, I'm sure, and here's like, I know your job sucks.
- 2:46[SPEAKER_01]: We don't pay you, but our government doesn't do its fucking work, so I get it, but also most of, especially if I'm in TSA pre-check or clear, I clearly am someone who flies a lot.
- 2:58[SPEAKER_01]: So treat me a little bit like it's a legit question.
- 3:01[SPEAKER_01]: That's what I'm saying.
- 3:02[SPEAKER_01]: And also, is it too much to ask that we're either keeping the shoes on, we're keeping them off, we're putting the computers in the bags, we're taking them out, just have a sign, then that would be really easy.
- 3:12[SPEAKER_01]: All of the signs they have are outdated.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_01]: So you're doing what the sign says,
- 3:16[SPEAKER_01]: there are said so.
- 3:17[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, just pissing me off.
- 3:19[SPEAKER_01]: My win since I just got old at my win that I'm celebrating though is that last month I taught at this really amazing massive event.
- 3:29[SPEAKER_01]: I taught the most people I've ever taught in my life in one space.
- 3:33[SPEAKER_01]: I had the most fun doing it.
- 3:35[SPEAKER_01]: I got out of my comfort zone in a massive way, a massive way.
- 3:39[SPEAKER_01]: I stood up later than I normally ever would and I had a
- 3:43[SPEAKER_01]: And I just want to say, like, you know what, this, this old dog can do new tricks, right?
- 3:47[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm just really, I'm really celebrating the fact that, like, you know, it put myself into a situation that was a little bit out of my comfort zone, a lot of it outside of my comfort zone, but in order to spread the word of Pilates, and I got to do it in a big massive way.
- 4:00[SPEAKER_01]: And now I'm like, how can I do it all the time?
- 4:03[SPEAKER_01]: That was a cool stage.
- 4:04[SPEAKER_01]: I want to do that all the time.
- 4:05[SPEAKER_01]: So you never know, the things that scare you are like, the things that you're supposed to be doing, you know?
- 4:10[SPEAKER_01]: So, okay, you're a win.
- 4:12[SPEAKER_01]: Leah sent my first Classical Reformer Tower combo and when to share were delivered this week.
- 4:18[SPEAKER_01]: Cool, Leah, that's so cool.
- 4:21[SPEAKER_01]: I'm excited for you.
- 4:22[SPEAKER_01]: Let me know if you have any questions on how to use it.
- 4:24[SPEAKER_01]: I can't wait to see if you're an OPEC member in videos of you doing exercises that you're confused on and I'll give you feedback on that.
- 4:30[SPEAKER_01]: And then just shields wrote, the latter is able to remain active or covering from three surgical procedures this year.
- 4:37[SPEAKER_01]: You get that shields, you know what?
- 4:39[SPEAKER_01]: That's a...
- 4:40[SPEAKER_01]: Sometimes we just have health years, right?
- 4:41[SPEAKER_01]: We just have them.
- 4:43[SPEAKER_01]: And we have to go, okay, well, look, can't I do?
- 4:45[SPEAKER_01]: All right, thanks for that.
- 4:47[SPEAKER_01]: And then focus on what you can do.
- 4:49[SPEAKER_01]: And then really lean into that.
- 4:50[SPEAKER_01]: So way to go, shields, I'm so grateful for you.
- 4:53[SPEAKER_01]: I'm also grateful that you join us each and every week on Sundays.
- 4:56[SPEAKER_01]: Your feedback is wonderful.
- 4:57[SPEAKER_01]: Your questions are great.
- 4:58[SPEAKER_01]: And your support is lovely.
- 5:00[SPEAKER_01]: And I know that you're, even though your body might be still recovering from saying something, it's learning it.
- 5:04[SPEAKER_01]: It's hearing it.
- 5:05[SPEAKER_01]: And it's going to embody it when the time is right.
- 5:06[SPEAKER_01]: So
- 5:08[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, send your wind send guys because it's fun because when you hear it, it's like a month or two after you send it in and you're like, oh, probably having a bad day and you're like, oh gosh, this is annoying.
- 5:17[SPEAKER_01]: And then you hear your wind.
- 5:17[SPEAKER_01]: You're like, oh, I had a great day the other day.
- 5:20[SPEAKER_01]: How cool is that?
- 5:21[SPEAKER_01]: All right, your mantra.
- 5:23[SPEAKER_01]: My uniqueness is a beautiful part of me.
- 5:26[SPEAKER_01]: My uniqueness is a beautiful part of me.
- 5:28[SPEAKER_01]: My uniqueness is a beautiful part of me.
- 5:30[SPEAKER_01]: Babe, your uniqueness is a beautiful part of you because, oh my God, if you were same as everyone else, it would be boring and you'd still have imposters in drum.
- 5:36[SPEAKER_01]: So, ditch all those feelings, focus on your uniqueness because it is a beautiful part of you.
- 5:41[SPEAKER_01]: And until next time, be it till you see it.
