- 0:00Speaker 1: This is the Ben and Ashley I Almost Famous podcast
- 0:03Speaker 1: with iHeartRadio.
- 0:06Speaker 2: We're back.
- 0:06Speaker 3: It's been here on the Almost Famous podcast from San
- 0:09Speaker 3: Francisco for the Big Game, and I'm with Rachel Reccia,
- 0:13Speaker 3: Joan and Trista. Let's jump back into what's been going
- 0:16Speaker 3: viral this week now. I want to step to you, Rachel.
- 0:20Speaker 3: You just took over the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast.
- 0:23Speaker 2: That's a big deal.
- 0:24Speaker 3: Congratulations to you.
- 0:27Speaker 2: You have a great co host.
- 0:28Speaker 4: I know, I'm so lucky. She makes things so easy.
- 0:31Speaker 3: Now, you've been on the Almost Famous show, You've co
- 0:33Speaker 3: hosted it, You've been here with us many of times.
- 0:36Speaker 3: You're always a great co host. But what are you
- 0:40Speaker 3: hoping to bring the Bachelor Happy Hour?
- 0:43Speaker 2: It's so funny.
- 0:43Speaker 5: I was just talking to Joan and trist I'm like,
- 0:45Speaker 5: this is so much harder than I thought. I think
- 0:48Speaker 5: when I've always co hosted with you, Ben, we always
- 0:50Speaker 5: just have a plan.
- 0:51Speaker 6: We go in, we know what we're.
- 0:52Speaker 4: Going to talk about.
- 0:54Speaker 5: But I think the thing that's going to be a
- 0:55Speaker 5: little different with me and Charity is we're definitely not
- 0:58Speaker 5: afraid to hold back aurinion, even if it's not the
- 1:02Speaker 5: popular one. I think I'm blocked by several of Jen's
- 1:06Speaker 5: men from her.
- 1:07Speaker 6: Season just for going on Almost Famous mens.
- 1:09Speaker 5: I'm not going back, so I'm gonna try to be
- 1:13Speaker 5: as you know, polite as I can.
- 1:15Speaker 4: But I think me and Charity, we're.
- 1:17Speaker 5: Just gonna say it how it is so good bring
- 1:20Speaker 5: a little bit of controversy.
- 1:22Speaker 2: If it creates the headlines, how are you going to
- 1:24Speaker 2: handle that? Though? I mean it does.
- 1:26Speaker 5: I do have to damage control a little bit when
- 1:28Speaker 5: I see him in.
- 1:28Speaker 4: Person, for sure.
- 1:30Speaker 3: Sure, yeah, sure, I mean it is a thing, yes,
- 1:33Speaker 3: But I think the thing that the two of you
- 1:35Speaker 3: can bring is the honesty, right Yeah. Almost Famous is
- 1:39Speaker 3: set up to have the interviews to try to get
- 1:42Speaker 3: to the heart of the matter, but we really don't
- 1:44Speaker 3: have that freedom. Neither Ashley or myself feel like super
- 1:48Speaker 3: comfortable just blatantly being like this is ridiculous because usually
- 1:52Speaker 3: my takes are wrong, I think.
- 1:57Speaker 2: But it will come at you fast.
- 2:00Speaker 3: But if people are listening and want to keep listening,
- 2:02Speaker 3: you're gonna do interviews, You're gonna break down episodes. Obviously, Taylor,
- 2:06Speaker 3: Frankie Paul seasons coming up, You Were You and Trista
- 2:10Speaker 3: both were a part of that kind of reunion that
- 2:13Speaker 3: now is getting talked.
- 2:13Speaker 2: About and shared.
- 2:14Speaker 3: Oh you were there too, all there, Oh amazing. I
- 2:17Speaker 3: would love for the three of you to like talk
- 2:19Speaker 3: about that. Obviously we saw it posted on social media.
- 2:21Speaker 3: I think I knew it was happening because maybe just
- 2:25Speaker 3: like I had heard rumors. But it looks awesome. It
- 2:28Speaker 3: looked incredible. So what did you guys take away from
- 2:30Speaker 3: that kind of gathering?
- 2:32Speaker 4: It was bad, it was amazing.
- 2:35Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 2:35Speaker 6: I mean like there's kind of two parts of it.
- 2:37Speaker 6: Like it was the first time that we had all
- 2:39Speaker 6: gotten together, and then we also all got to meet
- 2:42Speaker 6: Taylor Frankie Paul, So like the reason we were there
- 2:44Speaker 6: was to talk to her and to give her advice.
- 2:47Speaker 6: But we had some time. We had a lot of
- 2:49Speaker 6: time with just us and not with her. She was busy,
- 2:52Speaker 6: so we got to spent a lot of time together,
- 2:54Speaker 6: and I think we really got to know each other
- 2:55Speaker 6: and kind of solidified. We have this group chat that's
- 3:00Speaker 6: really special, but like you're having it with people that
- 3:02Speaker 6: you don't really know, Like we've watched each other seasons,
- 3:04Speaker 6: but we don't really know them. And we got to
- 3:06Speaker 6: really spend an entire day with each other in the
- 3:09Speaker 6: mansion like kind of where like a lot of us,
- 3:12Speaker 6: like our whole bachelor journeys began and really like solidifi
- 3:16Speaker 6: our friendships. So now in fact that we even had
- 3:19Speaker 6: a little group part of our group chat like give
- 3:22Speaker 6: each other our addresses because we got Christmas cards from
- 3:25Speaker 6: each other. I loved it. So it was like it
- 3:27Speaker 6: kind of kind of took all of our relationships to
- 3:29Speaker 6: a different level. But then we also got to hang.
- 3:31Speaker 3: Out with you now, Trista, I know that, like this
- 3:35Speaker 3: had to make your heart so full because knowing.
- 3:37Speaker 2: You through the years, you have.
- 3:40Speaker 3: Not only been the first bachelorette, but then you kind
- 3:43Speaker 3: of wrap your arms around any bachelorette coming through the
- 3:46Speaker 3: whole group.
- 3:48Speaker 2: It feels like you've really.
- 3:49Speaker 3: Kind of owned Hey, I want to like make this
- 3:52Speaker 3: feel like a family. And for years this show helped
- 3:54Speaker 3: with this. The show would bring us together different events,
- 3:57Speaker 3: we'd have reunions, and it.
- 3:58Speaker 2: Kind of stopped.
- 3:58Speaker 3: Of the last six years, I would say, we haven't
- 4:01Speaker 3: had any though, So this was the first time in
- 4:03Speaker 3: a while.
- 4:04Speaker 4: So we did one ten years ago, ten.
- 4:06Speaker 2: Years ago threats Yeah, okay.
- 4:08Speaker 7: Ten years before and it was Hannah Brown was filming
- 4:11Speaker 7: her season, so was everybody up to that point, or
- 4:15Speaker 7: almost everybody.
- 4:17Speaker 4: But I love that you said that, because I do.
- 4:21Speaker 4: I try to be very.
- 4:22Speaker 7: Intentional about just loving on everyone. I've said this like
- 4:30Speaker 7: a million times.
- 4:31Speaker 4: We literally just talked.
- 4:32Speaker 7: I was just on her podcast and I said almost
- 4:36Speaker 7: exactly like that, that my heart is just so full
- 4:40Speaker 7: and I feel very maternal towards all of you, like
- 4:43Speaker 7: anybody who has been on the show after me, which
- 4:47Speaker 7: was which is everybody, all of us, I just feel
- 4:51Speaker 7: I just feel very maternal. So being able to be
- 4:54Speaker 7: in a room with I think there were sixteen of
- 4:57Speaker 7: us or yeah, writing seventeen seven Taylor, Okay plus Taylor,
- 5:02Speaker 7: So having all of us together, it just it truly
- 5:06Speaker 7: is a sisterhood and.
- 5:10Speaker 4: It just makes my heart so happy.
- 5:13Speaker 7: And meeting Taylor, I I don't watch. I haven't watched
- 5:18Speaker 7: Mormon Wives, not to say that I won't before her
- 5:21Speaker 7: season because I have to, but I feel like there's
- 5:25Speaker 7: so much talk about who she is on Mormon Wives,
- 5:28Speaker 7: and you know how it's gonna be messy and chaotic
- 5:31Speaker 7: and all these things, and I feel like everyone is
- 5:34Speaker 7: probably going into it with this like preconceived notion of
- 5:37Speaker 7: who she's going to be and how she's going to
- 5:39Speaker 7: act and like all of these things.
- 5:40Speaker 4: But you, guys, she is. She was so genuine.
- 5:44Speaker 7: She was so grateful to be there with all of us, Like,
- 5:46Speaker 7: didn't you feel the gratitude?
- 5:48Speaker 4: And she was to say yes, she It was like
- 5:52Speaker 4: genuine she was.
- 5:53Speaker 7: She wasn't looking around like wondering who the next person
- 5:58Speaker 7: was that she was going to talk to, or like
- 6:00Speaker 7: focusing on her producers. She was like when she was
- 6:03Speaker 7: in a conversation, she was invested and present and I
- 6:09Speaker 7: AM very serious, yes, and truly like she wasn't like
- 6:12Speaker 7: she was taking it seriously.
- 6:14Speaker 6: She was justice.
- 6:15Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 6:16Speaker 4: So I.
- 6:18Speaker 7: Loved meeting her. I love welcoming anyone new.
- 6:22Speaker 3: Well, I mean, that's funny you say that, because I
- 6:25Speaker 3: don't know if you knew this. God works in the
- 6:26Speaker 3: most incredible ways. I'm announced as the Bachelor. You guys
- 6:31Speaker 3: probably don't know this story, and I don't know if
- 6:32Speaker 3: anybody actually does. I'm announced as the Bachelor, and my
- 6:36Speaker 3: aunt is a huge fan of the show, and they're
- 6:38Speaker 3: out visiting Denver, Colorado, and they take me to breakfast
- 6:43Speaker 3: like a week before my filming starts.
- 6:45Speaker 2: And guess who's at the same breakfast spot as me.
- 6:47Speaker 3: That day, Trista and Ryan and I get to meet
- 6:51Speaker 3: Trista for the first time. Another Hoosier go I U
- 6:55Speaker 3: whose arts at the breakfast spot a week before my
- 6:59Speaker 3: filming starts, and you can tell then I remember exactly
- 7:02Speaker 3: where I was at.
- 7:02Speaker 2: It was right outside the door.
- 7:04Speaker 4: I can literally pull up a picture that.
- 7:05Speaker 3: She was going to care for me well, which is
- 7:08Speaker 3: one of those reminders of hey, I can do this
- 7:11Speaker 3: because you kind of feel like you don't. It's like
- 7:13Speaker 3: a mystery world. It was a big deal to me.
- 7:16Speaker 3: I want to go back to Taylor for a second.
- 7:18Speaker 3: I want to hear after meeting her. I've always had
- 7:20Speaker 3: this idea that she's going to be very similar to
- 7:23Speaker 3: Caitlin Bristow, who was the Bachelorette when I was on
- 7:25Speaker 3: the show, who I love dearly, and I love her
- 7:28Speaker 3: because she was chaotic in the sense of she did
- 7:32Speaker 3: her own thing. She did it how she wanted to
- 7:34Speaker 3: do it. But she was honest, she was vulnerable, she
- 7:36Speaker 3: was open, and she was there for the right reasons.
- 7:38Speaker 3: She really wanted to meet her partner and her lifelong
- 7:43Speaker 3: like partner through the show, but she just did it
- 7:47Speaker 3: in a way that nobody else had done.
- 7:48Speaker 2: It before, right, and I have to respect that.
- 7:51Speaker 3: And I've always thought Taylor was going to do something similar,
- 7:53Speaker 3: which I'm excited for. But two, you three have met her.
- 7:57Speaker 3: I haven't met her. So let's start with you, Rachel.
- 8:00Speaker 3: How do you think the season or will go? How
- 8:02Speaker 3: do you think she'll be as the bachelorette?
- 8:04Speaker 5: I think, I mean, it's such a good point because
- 8:06Speaker 5: we have all spoken in talking about how she would
- 8:09Speaker 5: be the most similar to Caitlin, just in an amazing way.
- 8:11Speaker 5: But I think the advantage that Taylor has that no
- 8:15Speaker 5: one else has is that she's going in and she
- 8:18Speaker 5: doesn't want to be the perfect bachelorette at all. And
- 8:20Speaker 5: I think everyone goes in and they say, oh, I
- 8:22Speaker 5: don't care about that, but you really you do. You
- 8:24Speaker 5: want the viewers to be happy, you want the producers
- 8:27Speaker 5: to be happy. You want to give a good season.
- 8:28Speaker 5: They chose you. Why would you not want that? And
- 8:31Speaker 5: I think she's going in knowing that she can do
- 8:33Speaker 5: whatever she wants. People are going to love her, people
- 8:35Speaker 5: are gonna hate her, and she's gonna get what she
- 8:37Speaker 5: wants to get out of it. And I think that's
- 8:38Speaker 5: going to give a season where she gets what she
- 8:41Speaker 5: wants and it's entertaining. Yeah, so I'm very excited to
- 8:43Speaker 5: watch her.
- 8:44Speaker 6: Yes, Joan, I feel the same way. You're so right,
- 8:48Speaker 6: Like she doesn't have to be somebody else, because everybody's
- 8:51Speaker 6: already seen who she is. She's been on Secret Lives,
- 8:54Speaker 6: and she's been unapologetically herself. She was part of the
- 8:57Speaker 6: Swinging scandal, She's had rougher relationships with other women, she's
- 9:01Speaker 6: had terrible relationships with the men. So I feel like
- 9:06Speaker 6: she's going in with everybody knowing who she is. I
- 9:09Speaker 6: was actually very surprised when I met her. I love
- 9:12Speaker 6: her on the show. I actually really really like her
- 9:14Speaker 6: on Secret Lives. I think she's so incredibly honest, and
- 9:17Speaker 6: I think like people's go to is usually to lie
- 9:19Speaker 6: if it makes them look bad, and she does not
- 9:21Speaker 6: do that. If it makes her look bad. She puts
- 9:23Speaker 6: it right out there and moves on.
- 9:26Speaker 3: Amazing for us the viewer, because we'll get to know
- 9:27Speaker 3: where which we haven't gotten to know, you know, like
- 9:29Speaker 3: it's been a bit since we've kind of gotten to
- 9:31Speaker 3: feel like, I get this girl.
- 9:33Speaker 6: And when they were safe, you know, they always cast
- 9:35Speaker 6: somebody from her previous season because they want you to
- 9:37Speaker 6: know them, and we kind of be invested. They had
- 9:40Speaker 6: this person already because we all know her from Secret Lives.
- 9:43Speaker 6: But the person that I met at the mansion surprised
- 9:46Speaker 6: me a little bit. She was way more thoughtful, and
- 9:49Speaker 6: she I remember asking a certain question and I can't
- 9:51Speaker 6: repeat it, but it sounded like she knew what her
- 9:54Speaker 6: shortcomings were and she was asking. Three of us were
- 9:57Speaker 6: together actually when she was talking to us, and just
- 10:00Speaker 6: like how we thought she could overcome this, you know,
- 10:03Speaker 6: personality trait that she had, and like she was really
- 10:06Speaker 6: very thoughtful. I really feel like she's there for the
- 10:09Speaker 6: right reason, honestly, Joe, and I also think that she
- 10:12Speaker 6: didn't need to go on the show. She already had
- 10:13Speaker 6: Secret Lives. She would have just gone right on filming
- 10:15Speaker 6: that she did not need the show. I feel like
- 10:17Speaker 6: she's there because she wants to find somebody.
- 10:19Speaker 2: Yeah, Trista, I do too.
- 10:22Speaker 7: I think that she's going to be incredibly entertaining. I
- 10:25Speaker 7: mean incredibly entertaining. I think she is dropped at gorgeous,
- 10:29Speaker 7: so just that I mean, just with that out there,
- 10:32Speaker 7: and she comes with this huge following that I think
- 10:37Speaker 7: we've talked about on almost famous is. You know, the
- 10:40Speaker 7: ratings have been lower these days, and I feel like
- 10:44Speaker 7: with her following, I have friends who are like, I
- 10:47Speaker 7: haven't watched it in years, but I am watching this
- 10:49Speaker 7: season because of who.
- 10:52Speaker 4: Is the Bachelorette.
- 10:53Speaker 7: So I'm really excited for the franchise to kind of
- 10:56Speaker 7: see this.
- 10:59Speaker 4: Yes, Like yeah, it's like.
- 11:02Speaker 7: A new spark that we can be excited about it
- 11:04Speaker 7: again for different reasons, you know, like back in my day,
- 11:07Speaker 7: it was all innocent. We had no idea what we
- 11:10Speaker 7: were doing and what people were going to get. Now
- 11:13Speaker 7: everyone just I think we're just desensitized to everything about
- 11:19Speaker 7: the show, Like we've seen it a million times, and
- 11:22Speaker 7: she is just she'll She's just going to throw everything
- 11:25Speaker 7: out the window and.
- 11:26Speaker 4: Do it her way.
- 11:26Speaker 3: So yeah, I don't think anybody has a doubt that
- 11:29Speaker 3: this will be a very successful season. The question that's
- 11:32Speaker 3: looming is where will the show go from here? Yeah,
- 11:35Speaker 3: and that's a big question because we all want this
- 11:38Speaker 3: franchise to continue. It's one that we were part of,
- 11:40Speaker 3: It's one that we found love through you and I.
- 11:50Speaker 6: I've failed enough in this franchise. I can give advice
- 11:53Speaker 6: for days.
- 11:53Speaker 2: That's why.
- 11:55Speaker 3: And you're great at it speaking of love though, Joan,
- 12:07Speaker 3: we are moving to you. I saw a post that
- 12:10Speaker 3: Chock made this week sharing that you two are still together.
- 12:15Speaker 4: Oh yeah, okay, there was talk that you weren't.
- 12:17Speaker 3: Now there was talk, Yeah, there was talk through the
- 12:20Speaker 3: internet that Joan and Chalk were no longer together.
- 12:23Speaker 2: People were wondering and questioning.
- 12:25Speaker 3: You know, usually I would actually say this in my
- 12:28Speaker 3: many years of being a part of the franchise, when
- 12:29Speaker 3: people start asking that question, most of the time points
- 12:32Speaker 3: to it being true. But Chock came out and said, no,
- 12:36Speaker 3: the floor is yours. Are the two of you together?
- 12:38Speaker 3: If so, why are people questioning it?
- 12:41Speaker 6: So we are absolutely together. I think they are question
- 12:44Speaker 6: it because I do a really so he's not like
- 12:46Speaker 6: a big social media person. So there's going to be
- 12:48Speaker 6: a social media moment of the two of us in it.
- 12:51Speaker 6: I have to like initiate it and like we're just
- 12:54Speaker 6: like a regular old couple now, Like I don't post
- 12:57Speaker 6: all the time. I don't feel like every time we
- 12:59Speaker 6: go out we should take a pic sure of us together.
- 13:01Speaker 6: I don't feel like we're just living We're just living
- 13:03Speaker 6: like a normal life as a normal couple, and we
- 13:05Speaker 6: are just not great about like posting, so it's like
- 13:10Speaker 6: kind of on me. I think it's my fault because
- 13:13Speaker 6: I'm the one that would have to do it, So.
- 13:14Speaker 4: It's not and you don't know anything.
- 13:18Speaker 6: And they love to just come up with your broken
- 13:21Speaker 6: up because I'm just not good about social media.
- 13:24Speaker 3: I mean, the two of you then are together, and
- 13:27Speaker 3: you're strongly together. Give us an update on your relationship, Like,
- 13:31Speaker 3: what have you learned about each other now? I mean,
- 13:34Speaker 3: it's been how how long since you been?
- 13:35Speaker 6: So it's been so we got engaged, it was a
- 13:37Speaker 6: year in August, and so you know, my finale wasn't
- 13:41Speaker 6: until November, so we were in public until November. So
- 13:43Speaker 6: it's been you know, it's been over a year, year
- 13:45Speaker 6: and a half of like eighteen months. We are we
- 13:49Speaker 6: are great. Like we actually spent a whole month together
- 13:51Speaker 6: in New York City at the month of December, and
- 13:53Speaker 6: so that was the first time we actually kind of
- 13:55Speaker 6: lived together. So we don't live together. He still lives
- 13:57Speaker 6: in Kansas. I still live in Maryland. But we see
- 14:00Speaker 6: each other all the time. In fact, I'm seeing a Monday,
- 14:02Speaker 6: we're going to put to Connor for a couple of days.
- 14:03Speaker 6: Then we're flying to La to do a thing that
- 14:06Speaker 6: we're doing there, so we'll be together for a week.
- 14:08Speaker 6: Then we had a week in December. Like we see
- 14:11Speaker 6: each other, We truly do. We just are not great
- 14:14Speaker 6: about Joan.
- 14:14Speaker 4: You're to defend it. You guys are living the dream.
- 14:17Speaker 5: You're going on vacations, you're spending time in New York,
- 14:19Speaker 5: you're spending time with your own families.
- 14:21Speaker 6: And I just don't want you to feel like you
- 14:22Speaker 6: have to defend these do because if I don't, then
- 14:25Speaker 6: they say we're broken up. Or I meant one point
- 14:27Speaker 6: I died and one point he bought me two houses.
- 14:30Speaker 4: And it's on Facebook.
- 14:31Speaker 7: Yeah, facebo, you hear that I have Alzheimer's my son
- 14:36Speaker 7: my son is actually pregnant. Yeah, and I'm pregnant and
- 14:40Speaker 7: we broke up and it's all on Facebook.
- 14:43Speaker 6: It is I tragically died in a car accident.
- 14:45Speaker 2: Oh yeah, it's it's brutal out there. We've talked to him.
- 14:49Speaker 3: A long listener this podcast said, don't trust any of
- 14:51Speaker 3: that anymore. But I do think it's great. I mean,
- 14:54Speaker 3: moments like this remind the listeners and the fans of
- 14:56Speaker 3: the show that you two are happy. I always have
- 14:59Speaker 3: thought in my own life. I don't like social media.
- 15:03Speaker 3: The less couples really share about each other, the stronger
- 15:07Speaker 3: I actually think they are.
- 15:08Speaker 2: You're living it, you know.
- 15:10Speaker 3: And if I was to show my life with my wife,
- 15:12Speaker 3: it's like a lot of walks with the dog.
- 15:14Speaker 2: Like, I don't know how cool that is. I don't
- 15:16Speaker 2: know what to do with that.
- 15:19Speaker 6: Yeah, I mean, I totally agree that's how our life is.
- 15:22Speaker 6: I mean we have great times like we like when
- 15:24Speaker 6: we were in New York, we did really fun stuff,
- 15:25Speaker 6: but mostly we walked to like a deli to get
- 15:27Speaker 6: a bagel. I mean, it's just not that it's yeah.
- 15:30Speaker 2: You don't have to defend it. I'm with Rachel on this.
- 15:32Speaker 3: I mean I think that world, you know, but it
- 15:36Speaker 3: is because we come from the world that we do.
- 15:38Speaker 3: It is always good to get the update on how
- 15:41Speaker 3: things are progressing.
- 15:43Speaker 6: And I do feel like I owe it a little bit.
- 15:44Speaker 6: I mean, I'm very flattered that people care and that
- 15:47Speaker 6: they are invested in our relationship, just like they're rested
- 15:51Speaker 6: in yours and yours and yours. They you know, they
- 15:55Speaker 6: bought into the whole concept of we dated in public
- 15:58Speaker 6: and now we're a public I do owe them, like
- 16:02Speaker 6: every once in a while, a reassurance that we're still
- 16:04Speaker 6: together or that we're not.
- 16:05Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 16:06Speaker 3: Sure, that's a good point before we go back to
- 16:08Speaker 3: the game, because I know you all are kind of
- 16:10Speaker 3: on the edge of your seat, so ready to talk
- 16:11Speaker 3: about this game to that's happening Sunday. It's a big
- 16:14Speaker 3: game again. We're at Radio Row at the super Bowl.
- 16:17Speaker 3: There's stars all around us. People I recognize people that
- 16:21Speaker 3: still are playing, people that have retired coaches. Trista, my
- 16:26Speaker 3: question for you is we just kind of got off
- 16:28Speaker 3: this Taylor Frankie Paul conversation and what you think shall
- 16:31Speaker 3: be as the Bachelorette and what this season will do.
- 16:34Speaker 3: I also know that you do deeply care for the
- 16:36Speaker 3: people involved in the show, which makes me think you
- 16:38Speaker 3: also very much care about the show. Where do you
- 16:41Speaker 3: hope the show goes after the Taylor Frankie Paul, you know, season?
- 16:46Speaker 3: What do you hope changes or stays the same? What's
- 16:49Speaker 3: your hopes for this franchise?
- 16:50Speaker 7: I guess I just feel I wanted to renew people's
- 16:53Speaker 7: love of the show. You know, I love love and
- 16:55Speaker 7: that's why I I mean, obviously I have history with
- 16:59Speaker 7: the show, but I love love, and that's why I
- 17:02Speaker 7: signed up to do the show, you know, for something
- 17:04Speaker 7: fun and exciting that is an escape from normal life
- 17:09Speaker 7: that you can just tune, you know, put in your
- 17:12Speaker 7: living room and and see somebody else fall in love.
- 17:15Speaker 7: And I think at the core of it, that's what
- 17:18Speaker 7: I hope that people get back to. But I really
- 17:21Speaker 7: feel like she's gonna infuse you know, followers into Bachelor
- 17:26Speaker 7: Nation from her show. At least that's what I hope,
- 17:30Speaker 7: because it's been going for so long that I can't
- 17:35Speaker 7: see it ever ending. And and mind you, I think
- 17:38Speaker 7: my daughter kind of wants to be part of it
- 17:41Speaker 7: somehow someway.
- 17:43Speaker 6: I think.
- 17:47Speaker 7: She would be like I mean, truly, she would love
- 17:54Speaker 7: to be on the show.
- 17:55Speaker 6: I mean, and she's part of it so much like
- 17:58Speaker 6: she came on my season.
- 17:59Speaker 2: Yes, yeah, yeah, a little wish. That's a headline Blake's
- 18:03Speaker 2: leave from Bachelorette.
- 18:04Speaker 7: I think we should make it the second Bachelor baby
- 18:08Speaker 7: becomes the Bachelor, and then what if she had about
- 18:10Speaker 7: your baby, and.
- 18:13Speaker 4: Then I would be a Bachelor grandmother.
- 18:15Speaker 3: No, I don't all right to close up here, team.
- 18:19Speaker 3: I think the spread at least the last time I
- 18:21Speaker 3: checked was four and a half h for the.
- 18:24Speaker 2: Game tomorrow night?
- 18:26Speaker 4: What's spread?
- 18:27Speaker 3: I think the over was. I got forty seven and
- 18:30Speaker 3: a half. Maybe maybe a little lower than that.
- 18:31Speaker 6: Let's just not a high scoring game.
- 18:34Speaker 2: Let's just check. No, I don't think they expected. Super
- 18:36Speaker 2: Bowls typically are not a high scoring uh. I want
- 18:40Speaker 2: to hear your picks.
- 18:41Speaker 3: I want to see if you're taking the money line,
- 18:43Speaker 3: if you're taking the spread tomorrow night, and who you're
- 18:46Speaker 3: picking for the game.
- 18:47Speaker 4: The only reason I'm picking.
- 18:49Speaker 2: For five and a half is the is the over.
- 18:54Speaker 7: The only reason I'm picking who I'm picking is because
- 18:56Speaker 7: Ryan played for them for a split second, and also
- 19:00Speaker 7: because Molly Mesnik would kill me if I did so.
- 19:04Speaker 3: Seattle Seahawks money line taking them the win?
- 19:08Speaker 2: Yeah, taking them the win?
- 19:09Speaker 3: Wow?
- 19:10Speaker 6: Beat this bread? Huh Yeah, Okay, I'm just Seahawks. But
- 19:12Speaker 6: I don't think they're going to beat this bread.
- 19:14Speaker 2: You don't.
- 19:15Speaker 3: Well, no, there they would if they win plus four
- 19:18Speaker 3: and a half. So or no, the Seahawks are favored
- 19:20Speaker 3: by four and a half. Actually, yes, so you don't
- 19:22Speaker 3: think they'll cover the four and a half, but you do?
- 19:25Speaker 2: Okay.
- 19:26Speaker 5: I will pick whichever team has the hottest players, and
- 19:29Speaker 5: I will go home tonight.
- 19:31Speaker 3: No, I need you to do that here as we're
- 19:33Speaker 3: closing up here. Just go ahead and scroll through the
- 19:35Speaker 3: rosters and I need to get that by the You
- 19:38Speaker 3: just hilarious.
- 19:39Speaker 2: You just got excited.
- 19:42Speaker 4: We're going to find her husband here, by the way.
- 19:44Speaker 5: Yeah, I have two amazing wing women women.
- 19:48Speaker 3: What's what's the strategy as Rachel finds out who the
- 19:50Speaker 3: hottest players and the Seahawks and Patriots are. What is
- 19:54Speaker 3: the strategy to find Rachel a husband tonight?
- 19:57Speaker 6: So we talked about her type. Yeah, I'm not positive
- 20:00Speaker 6: we're going to find him here because your type is not.
- 20:04Speaker 7: Yes, pretty boys, boys, we can find a pretty boy.
- 20:07Speaker 6: The most football players are not like pretty man.
- 20:11Speaker 3: Your Cooper Dejene is here and he's kind of a
- 20:15Speaker 3: pretty boy.
- 20:16Speaker 2: Plays for the Philadelphia Eagles. He was walking around here
- 20:18Speaker 2: a little bit ago.
- 20:19Speaker 4: Okay, you are going to be here. Who any hoosiers?
- 20:23Speaker 2: Uh, Fernando is here somewhere.
- 20:25Speaker 4: Oh my god, we have to find him.
- 20:27Speaker 2: I know I've heard rumors that Fernando Mendoza is the body.
- 20:30Speaker 4: Tell me where Fernando is?
- 20:32Speaker 2: I have I don't know if I could talk to him.
- 20:34Speaker 4: Well, I'm going to talk to him for you and
- 20:36Speaker 4: then we're getting a picture.
- 20:37Speaker 2: Yeah, I think I get very clammy.
- 20:39Speaker 4: No, I think I just called you Bob almost.
- 20:43Speaker 6: I don't picture you as getting nervous running.
- 20:45Speaker 4: We are finding Fernando. I'm on a mission.
- 20:47Speaker 2: You're on a mission, all right, Rachel, what do we got?
- 20:49Speaker 4: I feel like the Patriots. I feel like they're a
- 20:52Speaker 4: little hotter.
- 20:53Speaker 3: Okay, so you're picking the Patriots the win? Yeah, who's
- 20:56Speaker 3: standing out to you? On the Patriots?
- 21:01Speaker 6: He's cute. I can't Cardi B. He's Cardi B. He's
- 21:04Speaker 6: a baby daddy right now.
- 21:08Speaker 4: I don't even know that. I'm so bad.
- 21:11Speaker 3: Rachel's having way too much fun with this game. Our
- 21:13Speaker 3: final vote is the Patriots, though Patriots, Patriots for the win.
- 21:18Speaker 2: Mike Vrabel their coach, absolute stud Okay, okay, he's he's
- 21:23Speaker 2: the man.
- 21:23Speaker 3: He you know, just got fired two seasons ago and
- 21:26Speaker 3: now leads his team to the super Bowl. It is
- 21:28Speaker 3: a great environment here in San Francisco. Radio Row is
- 21:32Speaker 3: exciting and energetic. We have so much to do today.
- 21:36Speaker 3: You got to walk around, you got to find a husband,
- 21:38Speaker 3: We got to do some interviews. Have a blast this week.
- 21:44Speaker 6: We gotta go hard.
- 21:47Speaker 2: We need to start.
- 21:47Speaker 7: Singing the song and maybe he'll come to us.
- 21:50Speaker 5: The Bachelor to be invited to this event, to meet
- 21:53Speaker 5: my husband.
- 21:54Speaker 6: Everyone always comes back.
- 21:55Speaker 3: To the Bachelor and to get the job as the
- 21:58Speaker 3: new host of Bachelor Happy Er. If you want to
- 22:00Speaker 3: listen to Rachel, make sure you go check that out,
- 22:02Speaker 3: but don't do it. In replacement of the Almost Famous
