  Speaker 1: have best of our vacation days. People complain about that.

  Speaker 1: We've tried everything. So this is this is what we're

  Speaker 1: doing now. This is the same week of vacation that

  Speaker 1: we take every year or it's live so I can

  Speaker 1: you know, have my kids see their grandparents and you know,

  Speaker 1: all of us have like some family stuff for some

  Speaker 1: other plans that we got gone on because we can do.

  Speaker 1: Because when you have a job, part of the job

  Speaker 1: comes with some benefits, like you know, your medical coverage

  Speaker 1: and things like that, and also vacation. And when you

  Speaker 1: wake up in the middle of the night the way

  Speaker 1: that we do and you're on some weird schedule all

  Speaker 1: the time, it does mess with you mentally, physically and

  Speaker 1: everything else. And so it's important that you take the

  Speaker 1: time that you're given because it's technically part of your compensation.

  Speaker 1: That's why you ask for it's why you negotiate for it.

  Speaker 1: And when you're given and you don't use it, well

  Speaker 1: that's on you. And I was one of those people

  Speaker 1: for many years, right, We didn't use the vacation that

  Speaker 1: we were given. And it serves no real purpose other

  Speaker 1: than to just like completely end up pissing you off,

  Speaker 1: yeah and uh and burning you out on other what

  Speaker 1: is otherwise a fantastic job. Yeah, it's it's it's a

  Speaker 1: great job. But these these breaks are good for us

  Speaker 1: to you know, just kind of be able to like reset, recharge,

  Speaker 1: sleep in normal life. Yeah right, you know, to go

  Speaker 1: out on a week night or that's so weird, wake

  Speaker 1: up and have a cup of coffee on your own

  Speaker 1: like front it's like front patio or something like that.
