- 0:56SPEAKER_01: Hello and welcome back to Beyond Limits.
- 1:00SPEAKER_01: Today, we are talking about how to stop settling and build an extraordinary life.
- 1:06SPEAKER_01: And specifically the five shifts to do to make that happen.
- 1:10SPEAKER_01: So in the last episode, we talked about the cost of being realistic.
- 1:14SPEAKER_01: I want you to go back and listen to that episode.
- 1:16SPEAKER_01: Even if you've listened to it already, listen to it again.
- 1:19SPEAKER_01: Because I guarantee, since you've listened to it and since you are now listening to this one, you've probably slipped back into realistic.
- 1:26SPEAKER_01: So it's gonna wake you up a bit.
- 1:28SPEAKER_01: But in this episode, I want to dive deeper into it, specifically around settling.
- 1:35SPEAKER_01: Because when it comes to settling, most people don't settle, you know, this this one big time.
- 1:41SPEAKER_01: The settling happens over all these little micro moments or all these little habits and way of being that you may not even realize in the moment that you're settling, but each time you do, you end up limiting yourself.
- 1:55SPEAKER_01: You slowly negotiate down, you slowly compromise with what you want, you slowly accept less.
- 2:01SPEAKER_01: And then all of a sudden, you don't realize that time has passed and you've settled in all these different areas of your life.
- 2:08SPEAKER_01: And so settling almost always follows a pattern.
- 2:11SPEAKER_01: And we're gonna dive into the five shifts that pull you away.
- 2:16SPEAKER_01: It kind of are making you settling.
- 2:18SPEAKER_01: And the beautiful part of this is that you can apply these shifts at any point.
- 2:21SPEAKER_01: So shift number one is becoming radically honest.
- 2:26SPEAKER_01: You cannot shift your life if you are not first becoming radically honest with yourself and what the current set like circumstances are.
- 2:34SPEAKER_01: And that's the reason most people start settling, is they stop telling themselves the truth.
- 2:40SPEAKER_01: They stop telling themselves the truth about what they actually want.
- 2:44SPEAKER_01: You know, what they're pretending doesn't matter, where they've lowered their standards, where they've convinced themselves that they don't want anymore, they stop telling themselves the truth.
- 2:55SPEAKER_01: Similar to uh one thing we were talking about the previous episode in terms of pretending they don't want the thing, they stopped telling themselves the truth about what they is that they desire.
- 3:03SPEAKER_01: They stopped being radically honest with themselves, where they've maybe been accepting something less than they want, where they've been in dynamics that they know they should be in, where they've been settling in terms of how they've been treated.
- 3:18SPEAKER_01: And so when they stop being honest, this is where they start editing themselves and they start, well, I should just be happy with what I have.
- 3:25SPEAKER_01: Maybe I don't need that.
- 3:27SPEAKER_01: All of those things are you not telling yourself the truth.
- 3:30SPEAKER_01: So I want you to ask yourself, first and foremost, if I'm being radically honest, where have I not been telling myself the truth in terms of the extraordinary life and business that I want to build?
- 3:41SPEAKER_01: Like, where have I not been honest about what I actually do want?
- 3:45SPEAKER_01: Where have I lowered my standards?
- 3:47SPEAKER_01: Where have I been pretending that I'm fine or that I actually don't want it or that this is enough?
- 3:53SPEAKER_01: Number one, because if you cannot be honest with yourself, I mean, nothing else is gonna stick, but it's the firm most foundation.
- 4:00SPEAKER_01: Have to be honest.
- 4:02SPEAKER_01: And the reason people struggle to be honest with themselves is that, well, in being radically honest, you also have to take a responsibility.
- 4:12SPEAKER_01: That's why people avoid being radically honest.
- 4:14SPEAKER_01: Because when you're honest, well, then you have to acknowledge the role you have.
- 4:18SPEAKER_01: When you're honest, you have to acknowledge whether you didn't make the best choice in that situation.
- 4:23SPEAKER_01: When you're radically honest, it creates a little bit of that tension because then you stop pretending anymore, right?
- 4:28SPEAKER_01: And stop soothing the wound on the surface.
- 4:30SPEAKER_01: But the crazy part is, is that when you start settling in all these different areas of your life, and I know this pre-2020, I was settling.
- 4:42SPEAKER_01: And I there comes to a point, when you're settling in your life, it may not happen immediately, but over time, because where you settle in one place, you'll end up settling in multiple of different places.
- 4:58SPEAKER_01: You settle, you may be in your business a bit, or you settle in your relationships, and you settle here, and you settle there, and your environment, and you settle, and you settle, and I don't know, maybe you settle for the breeze who didn't quite make your latte right.
- 5:10SPEAKER_01: You settle, you settle, you settle.
- 5:13SPEAKER_01: You shrink, you shrink, you shrink, and things get smaller.
- 5:20SPEAKER_01: And then you either spend your life lying to yourself, or it starts feeling empty, quote unquote not enough, but not enough because you're not grateful for what you have, but then not enough because you know you've been settling when you're meant for more.
- 5:44SPEAKER_01: You know you've been making yourself smaller, and it will get agonizing, it will get painful.
- 5:50SPEAKER_01: When you are not honest about what it is you desire and you settle for less, you end up miserable.
- 5:58SPEAKER_01: Think about if you ever settled into a job that you didn't love, you eventually it eats away you you end up miserable.
- 6:05SPEAKER_01: You settle into a relationship with the person that's not your person, you eventually get the agonizing and you get miserable.
- 6:14SPEAKER_01: And this is where people sometimes just distract themselves, or they distract themselves from a relationship with work.
- 6:20SPEAKER_01: I know I did that pre-2020.
- 6:23SPEAKER_01: My pattern was just well, let me dive into work.
- 6:29SPEAKER_01: So they either distract themselves from their home life or family life with work, or they distract their work life or vice versa.
- 6:37SPEAKER_01: Or maybe they use food, right?
- 6:39SPEAKER_01: Emotional eating or watching Netflix till 2 a.m.
- 6:44SPEAKER_01: Or maybe it's drinking or you know, smoking or smoking weed, all of these things.
- 6:49SPEAKER_01: It's all a distraction.
- 6:54SPEAKER_01: Because if you're doing all that, then you're trying to mitigate that feeling of that, oh well, I haven't I've been settling and I also don't want to be radically honest with myself.
- 7:04SPEAKER_01: So that's why it's shift number one.
- 7:06SPEAKER_01: Shift number two, after you become radically honest with yourself, is to stop negotiating with yourself.
- 7:13SPEAKER_01: So this is where you stop saying things like, I'll do it one day, it's not the right time, I don't need that, it doesn't really matter, right?
- 7:20SPEAKER_01: All these things are little negotiations, and we're speaking about these tiny negotiations in the previous episode as well.
- 7:26SPEAKER_01: But this is where you would stop making those tiny negotiations.
- 7:30SPEAKER_01: Because every time you do, it's like, oh, instead of, I don't know, starting the podcast now, uh, maybe next season, maybe in the fall, maybe in the new year, instead of doing the event now, it's like, oh, I'm gonna push you back.
- 7:42SPEAKER_01: Uh instead of going for it now, now's not the right time.
- 7:45SPEAKER_01: You may not even have generated an excuse as to why now is not the right time, you just say now's not the right time.
- 7:52SPEAKER_01: All these little ways that you're deferring because you're actually just uncomfortable.
- 7:57SPEAKER_01: Because when it comes to not settling and building something extraordinary, it's going to be bigger than your current life, which means it's going to be uncomfortable for the nervous system.
- 8:08SPEAKER_01: And anything that is unfamiliar to the nervous system, bing bing, it's a threat.
- 8:13SPEAKER_01: Bread and fly doesn't like it, as we know.
- 8:16SPEAKER_01: So it's supposed to feel that way.
- 8:19SPEAKER_01: When you have all these like tiny negotiations, A, it's creating distrust in the nervous system because you're telling your whole system, right?
- 8:29SPEAKER_01: Your brain, your nervous system, that my truth is optional.
- 8:35unknown: Right.
- 8:35SPEAKER_01: Every time you do it, it's like, oh, you're you're invalidating yourself.
- 8:39SPEAKER_01: So settling is actually just thousands of these tiny negotiations that you make that you end up then building distrust in yourself.
- 8:48SPEAKER_01: And that's why when people are like, well, how do you feel confident in going after it or confident when there's no proof yet, or moving before there's proof?
- 8:55SPEAKER_01: Well, if you have a history of settling and you're always negotiating with yourself, well, of course you have no trust.
- 9:01SPEAKER_01: Of course you have no confidence or certainty behind it.
- 9:04SPEAKER_01: Why would your nervous system have conviction and certainty behind you when you've been abandoning it and ignoring the truth and settling all this time?
- 9:14SPEAKER_01: It doesn't, because every time it told you exactly what you wanted, exactly what was true, you didn't listen.
- 9:19SPEAKER_01: And that's why when it comes to building an extraordinary life, you have to stop negotiating with yourself.
- 9:25SPEAKER_01: So that's shift number two.
- 9:26SPEAKER_01: Shift number three, right?
- 9:27SPEAKER_01: Once you have been radically honest and you stop negotiating, you kind of go on to shift number three, which is like, okay, well, now stop negotiating.
- 9:36SPEAKER_01: I realize all of the things that I actually do want.
- 9:39SPEAKER_01: And now you need to expand your nervous system to hold more.
- 9:44SPEAKER_01: Because when it comes to an extraordinary life, right?
- 9:46SPEAKER_01: Something that's unrealistic or delusional as people call it, or delulu.
- 9:52SPEAKER_01: And it comes to something that is the Lulu to make it trulu to your nervous system, your nervous system has to be able to hold more.
- 10:00SPEAKER_01: Whether that's more money, more love, more joy, more aliveness, more life, it needs to be able to hold more of that.
- 10:06SPEAKER_01: Because when it can hold more, then it no longer sees that thing as threatening.
- 10:10SPEAKER_01: And this is where people think that they're making logical decisions when actually they're just making familiar decisions.
- 10:17SPEAKER_01: So I want you to really ask yourself, the decisions that I'm making, are they logical or are they familiar?
- 10:23SPEAKER_01: Or my both.
- 10:26SPEAKER_01: Right?
- 10:26SPEAKER_01: Normally it's just the familiar decision.
- 10:28SPEAKER_01: Oh, it's familiar because my pattern is to always procrastinate.
- 10:32SPEAKER_01: Oh, it's familiar because my pattern is to always put things off.
- 10:36SPEAKER_01: Oh, it's familiar because every time I have this new opportunity to expand or to put myself in this room or this space, I don't do it.
- 10:43SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 10:44SPEAKER_01: You think it's logical, but it's actually just what is familiar.
- 10:47SPEAKER_01: And if you start operating, especially when it comes to being able to hold more and expanding your system, if you start searching for what's familiar and then actively do the thing that is unfamiliar, you expand your nervous system.
- 11:02SPEAKER_01: And this goes for the micro and the macro.
- 11:05SPEAKER_01: For example, the hotel we are at now, we have never been at this hotel before.
- 11:10SPEAKER_01: It is unfamiliar.
- 11:12SPEAKER_01: But I know things that are unfamiliar for the system, even though they introduce change, they introduce new environments, new lighting situations, new room setups, is positive for the system.
- 11:26SPEAKER_01: Because if it's always, you know, the familiar place that you stay, if it's always the familiar conversations, the familiar rooms, the I mean, even the familiar things you're eating, you're never going to be expanded.
- 11:38SPEAKER_01: So through this, I want you, especially when it comes to holding more, and this is a lot of the deep work that I do with my clients, is yes, look for what's unfamiliar.
- 11:46SPEAKER_01: That's something I can tell you to do right off the bat now.
- 11:49SPEAKER_01: And one of the biggest things that stops people from expanding their capacity to hold more is they got caught up in the how or a lot of the mental noise of it.
- 12:00SPEAKER_01: So that's kind of your alarm bell because the but how only happens when you're exiting familiar territory and when you're exiting what your nervous system currently believes is not possible, because it might be like, oh, that's possible.
- 12:18SPEAKER_01: I just don't know how, but what it thinks is probable.
- 12:21SPEAKER_01: So it's actually a great question of like, oh, but how would that happen, or how would that work, or how would I good?
- 12:28SPEAKER_01: It's actually a good signal that you are going to more something that is more unfamiliar and something that's going to expand you because it's something different.
- 12:37SPEAKER_01: Shift number four is curating your environment.
- 12:41SPEAKER_01: I am so good at curating my environment.
- 12:46SPEAKER_01: This is one of the things that I've been doing this for, oh my god, five years.
- 12:52SPEAKER_01: Oh, six years.
- 12:53SPEAKER_01: Oh god, 2020's like six years.
- 12:55SPEAKER_01: This may I feel so long now.
- 12:57SPEAKER_01: I feel like anything that happened during COVID, it just feels like so long.
- 13:01SPEAKER_01: Six years I've been actively curating my environment.
- 13:04SPEAKER_01: I'm looking around the room right now because it's so important the environments you put yourself in, the conversations you're having, the people, because your nervous system constantly is scanning for evidence based on what's around you, right?
- 13:19SPEAKER_01: That's how we perceive our reality.
- 13:20SPEAKER_01: We're looking around, what are other people doing?
- 13:23SPEAKER_01: How are they doing it?
- 13:24SPEAKER_01: What's going on around me?
- 13:26SPEAKER_01: Then you have these reference points as to like what's possible for you.
- 13:30SPEAKER_01: Environments matter so much.
- 13:33SPEAKER_01: And so it even like the podcasts that you listen to in terms of, you know, I don't know, someone said maybe you want to become a mom and you're pregnant, and someone said that they had a horrible birth, and like this is how birth goes, and it's not realistic to have an orgasmic birth.
- 13:48SPEAKER_01: And then you go off thinking that you can't have an orgasmic birth.
- 13:52SPEAKER_01: And then that becomes your experience because that's what's realistic to you, right?
- 13:56SPEAKER_01: If what's normal to somebody else, they'd be like, oh my God, I can't.
- 14:02SPEAKER_01: I actually think about one of my clients um who just bought her dream wedding dress.
- 14:06SPEAKER_01: It's absolutely beautiful.
- 14:07SPEAKER_01: She sent me a picture, it's a$15,000 wedding dress.
- 14:12SPEAKER_01: That for a lot of people is unrealistic.
- 14:14SPEAKER_01: She had a lot of pushback of like, the dress is how much?
- 14:17SPEAKER_01: Oh my God, you spent how much?
- 14:19SPEAKER_01: Jesus Christ, Bob.
- 14:21SPEAKER_01: Like it was a lot because for them, that's unrealistic.
- 14:26SPEAKER_01: But for her to get less than that, she would be settling.
- 14:29SPEAKER_01: She looks extraordinary.
- 14:30SPEAKER_01: And so this dress for her was the that.
- 14:34SPEAKER_01: And we had to do a lot of coaching through it because her and her partner, they have a lot more money than a lot of the people they surround themselves with.
- 14:44SPEAKER_01: So she began to be like, oh my God, should I like not get the dress?
- 14:49SPEAKER_01: Should we not be?
- 14:49SPEAKER_01: And she started feeling, I mean, about the wedding in general, she starts feeling all these types of ways about you know, wedding decisions, but it's also something as simple as when they were moving in and she was getting her home decor.
- 15:00SPEAKER_01: I think, I don't know if it was Crate and Barrel, West Elm, one of the two, both beautiful design stores.
- 15:05SPEAKER_01: It's like, well, her family would make comments about the glasses she wanted and this and that.
- 15:10SPEAKER_01: Like, there's there's always going to be comments.
- 15:12SPEAKER_01: And so, luckily, I mean, if she has she has me, so we can't rewire this, but imagine she didn't have a place to plug into where she could be expanded as to what's realistic and like normalize something different.
- 15:25SPEAKER_01: And then she made herself smaller and closed herself off by what other people around her deemed was realistic or thought was what she should do or what was good, then she would be get smaller and smaller and smaller, and she would start people pleasing.
- 15:39SPEAKER_01: And you know, I've worked with so many different women on this.
- 15:42SPEAKER_01: I think about another private client who contorts herself or has not shown things that she loves or either is because it's extraordinary compared to people around her, and you know, it's like hiding purchases or hiding designer things and avoiding being like that, right?
- 16:00SPEAKER_01: If everyone around you plays small and everyone around you settles, then you start believing that's what you need to do because we have a very tribal mentality, right?
- 16:09SPEAKER_01: Our nervous systems, especially as women, are built to fit into the tribe.
- 16:13SPEAKER_01: So the rest of the tribe that is surrounding ourselves with are thinking small, settling.
- 16:19SPEAKER_01: I don't know, maybe they're partying, going drinking a lot, they're not eating healthy.
- 16:23SPEAKER_01: Well, then anything that's extraordinary feels separate from the tribe, and we're not going to want to do that.
- 16:29SPEAKER_01: So if everyone around you starts treating extraordinary as possible, the extraordinary becomes inevitable.
- 16:39SPEAKER_01: And this is where impossible in one person's room it's completely realistic in someone else's environment.
- 16:48SPEAKER_01: What someone thinks is like never gonna happen to someone else, it's like, oh yeah, I could see that.
- 16:54SPEAKER_01: And so this is why ship number four is so important because your environment is constantly, constantly curating your expectations and what you think is possible and what is quote unquote realistic.
- 17:07SPEAKER_01: And I had seen this, it doesn't matter who you are, doesn't matter how much money you're making after coaching thousands of women.
- 17:13SPEAKER_01: I've seen the most successful people get thrown off by environment.
- 17:21SPEAKER_01: Environment is huge.
- 17:23SPEAKER_01: How can it not be?
- 17:25SPEAKER_01: Because what we can see and smell and taste and touch, our our brains are always interpreting information around us.
- 17:32SPEAKER_01: Always.
- 17:34SPEAKER_01: It's doing it unconsciously when we're awake.
- 17:36SPEAKER_01: We're just always doing that.
- 17:38SPEAKER_01: So if you're not curating your environment of what you're listening to, you know, the podcasts or even the TV, or like sometimes I just like to watch, you know, those Dubai bling shows on TV.
- 17:50SPEAKER_01: Yes, they're really funny.
- 17:51SPEAKER_01: I like it for the wealth vibes.
- 17:52SPEAKER_01: I like it, but like, yes, we have 12 different colors of Birkins.
- 17:57SPEAKER_01: Yes, why not?
- 17:58SPEAKER_01: Like, that's no big deal.
- 17:59SPEAKER_01: Sure, we're gonna put the dog in the birkin.
- 18:00SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah, we put the birkin on the floor.
- 18:02SPEAKER_01: Yeah, uh huh.
- 18:05SPEAKER_01: Why not?
- 18:06SPEAKER_01: Right?
- 18:06SPEAKER_01: Because all of that it signals normal, normal, normal, normal, normal.
- 18:11SPEAKER_01: This all the times.
- 18:12SPEAKER_01: Why I also follow a lot of accounts on Instagram that are all about private jets.
- 18:16SPEAKER_01: Just found this new one, new Canadian one.
- 18:19SPEAKER_01: That uh it's called Nectair, like N-E-C-T.
- 18:23SPEAKER_01: I think it's like Nectair, lie nectar, something like that.
- 18:27SPEAKER_01: Anyways, apparently it flies from the Toronto Island to a bunch of different cities, and it's like brand new.
- 18:33SPEAKER_01: So I was like, follow along looking into this.
- 18:36SPEAKER_01: Oh, okay, that's how much a leg is.
- 18:38SPEAKER_01: Oh, okay.
- 18:38SPEAKER_01: That always, always, always I'm always looking for ways to wire my nervous system in and to start exposing myself and normalizing it.
- 18:50SPEAKER_01: Like all of these things.
- 18:51SPEAKER_01: Okay, and shift number five is to, which is the last one.
- 18:55SPEAKER_01: You can see how they're all building, right?
- 18:57SPEAKER_01: So we had be radically honest, and when you're radically honest, you can stop negotiating.
- 19:05SPEAKER_01: Uh second one, you stop negotiating, then you build a nervous system that can hold more, right?
- 19:10SPEAKER_01: When you can hold more, then you can curate your environment.
- 19:14SPEAKER_01: And then we go to number five, which is living from expansion, not permission.
- 19:19SPEAKER_01: And the reason this is so important is you can be radically honest, you can curate your environment, right?
- 19:31SPEAKER_01: You can expand your system to hold more, you can stop negotiating, but if you don't give yourself permission, you'll end up in the waiting room.
- 19:42SPEAKER_01: If you do all the ships number one through four, and then you get to ship number five, and you enter the waiting room, kind of like if you were to enter the waiting room of like a doctor's or dentist's office, you'll end up in the waiting room, kind of just sit it.
- 19:52SPEAKER_01: When it comes to building the extraordinary library, extraordinary people do not wait for permission.
- 19:57SPEAKER_01: They don't wait for someone or something to tell them they can go and get the thing.
- 20:00SPEAKER_01: They go and they do.
- 20:02SPEAKER_01: They move before the certainty, they move before the proof and they become the proof.
- 20:06SPEAKER_01: But if you're always waiting for something outside of you to give you permission to go either be extraordinary or do extraordinary things, then you're never gonna get it.
- 20:15SPEAKER_01: And you can end up actually dying in the waiting room because you didn't give yourself permission in the first place.
- 20:23SPEAKER_01: Because maybe you think that someone else gave them permission, that someone else told them, okay, you can now go do the thing.
- 20:30SPEAKER_01: Every single person who's created something extraordinary.
- 20:34SPEAKER_01: And when I say people who create something extraordinary, I also like to give like really big examples.
- 20:39SPEAKER_01: I think about Oprah, JK Rowling, you know, people who've created, I'm a big ringing in my ears.
- 20:46SPEAKER_01: Hundred million dollar companies.
- 20:48SPEAKER_01: Some people, I mean, you could even use examples as like Jeff Bezos or Elon Musk, whether you like them or not, you have to agree that nobody gave them permission.
- 20:58SPEAKER_01: They just decided that they were gonna go and do the thing.
- 21:01SPEAKER_01: They just decided to go and create something extraordinary.
- 21:04SPEAKER_01: And they didn't just decide once.
- 21:06SPEAKER_01: They didn't just decide because they felt vibey after a morning walk or morning meditation.
- 21:11SPEAKER_01: It's embedded into who they are.
- 21:14SPEAKER_01: They decide every single day to go and do something extraordinary because expansion will always ask you to be that person first, to give yourself permission to go and do it before it arrives.
- 21:27SPEAKER_01: And I'm when I'm coaching my clients, I'm always telling them this this is not something that you learn once.
- 21:32SPEAKER_01: It's not like we learn to do it once for this launch or this month and then we never do it again.
- 21:36SPEAKER_01: It's like you always have to be ahead of it.
- 21:38SPEAKER_01: So this is one of the most important skill sets you have to learn because, all right, right now you might be giving yourself permission to make$100,000 this year.
- 21:46SPEAKER_01: Then it's gonna be going to extraordinary and creating a million dollars in a year, and then$10, and then maybe a hundred, whatever you want to do.
- 21:53SPEAKER_01: Or maybe it's launching a line of products at William Sonova, maybe it's a magazine, maybe it's writing a best-selling book, maybe it's having an event, maybe it's becoming the next Taylor Swift.
- 22:04SPEAKER_01: Doesn't matter what it is, whatever it is, you always have to give yourself not only permission, right, in the first place before anything else does, but you actually have to be the one to then go and do the thing.
- 22:15SPEAKER_01: So remember, extraordinary lives aren't built by people who are somehow more special.
- 22:20SPEAKER_01: They are built by people who decided that they were not going to be limited, who refused to settle, who stopped abandoning themselves, stopped negotiating, definitely curated their environments.
- 22:32SPEAKER_01: And they did that over and over and over again.
- 22:36SPEAKER_01: Right?
- 22:36SPEAKER_01: They stopped lying to themselves.
- 22:37SPEAKER_01: They surrounded themselves with evidence as much as they could of what as to what's possible.
- 22:44SPEAKER_01: They didn't settle because they didn't have the answers or they didn't know the how or they didn't see the how right away.
- 22:50SPEAKER_01: Like, okay, I will figure out the how.
- 22:52SPEAKER_01: You will wake up one day and you will realize that anything and everything is possible, right?
- 22:57SPEAKER_01: The extraordinary is available in the micro moments and in the macro, in the small and in the vague.
- 23:03SPEAKER_01: When it comes to, you know, realistic and adaptation, you can adapt to less, which means you can also adapt to more.
- 23:09SPEAKER_01: That's the beautiful thing.
- 23:10SPEAKER_01: Through all of the things we've talked about in terms of, you know, how settling costs you and all of that, it also works the opposite way.
- 23:19SPEAKER_01: That's why it's so powerful.
- 23:21SPEAKER_01: So I want you to take yourself through all five of these shifts, not just once, but do it over and over again.
- 23:26SPEAKER_01: Do it for different areas of your life, different situations.
- 23:29SPEAKER_01: Come back to this either every month, save the episode, you know, like it on YouTube so you have it in that folder, download it, save it to your Apple or your Spotify.
- 23:38SPEAKER_01: So you can at least come back and do this every single quarter.
- 23:41SPEAKER_01: Start applying this.
- 23:42SPEAKER_01: And I cannot wait to see just how good life and business get for you.
- 23:46SPEAKER_01: And with that, I will see you in the next episode.
