- 0:00Speaker 1: Everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Well, folks,
- 0:04Gallayne Maxwell, her family, and her lawyers are finally getting
- 0:09their wish. Gleane Maxwell has now been moved from solitary
- 0:13confinement into a dormitory style setting with other inmates. Now
- 0:22we've talked about this quite a bit, and this is
- 0:25a very very dangerous road for miss Maxwell to be
- 0:29walking on. All of these inmates are well aware of
- 0:33who she is. They all know that she has big money,
- 0:37and they all know that she's in there for crimes
- 0:40against children. Now, you can think what you want about inmates,
- 0:44but they have their own code of conduct, their own
- 0:47code of behavior. And if you're somebody who comes into
- 0:51jail or prison and you have committed crimes against children,
- 0:56or if you're a man and you've committed crimes against
- 0:59women or girls, you're going to be targeted. And you
- 1:04add to that how rich Maxwell is. And I'm guessing
- 1:07that there's going to be a glut of top ramen
- 1:11and other commissary products in this dormitory before long. If
- 1:18it was me, I'd want to stay in solitary for
- 1:20my whole entire sentence. The last thing I want to
- 1:23do is smell other people. Listen to their body sounds,
- 1:27as you know they fart or burper or whatever, Smell them,
- 1:32and then deal with all of the nonsense that's going
- 1:35to come with it. I would want to stay in
- 1:37solitary if I was her. My guess is when she
- 1:42gets to actual prison. Remember she's just in jail here.
- 1:45But when she gets to actual prison, she's going to
- 1:48have to show up. And that's the secured housing unit
- 1:53where they put the inmates who are going to be
- 1:55targeted or perhaps you know, robbed or extorted or any
- 2:03number of schemes and plots that the inmates can come
- 2:06up with. But for how long have we heard from
- 2:10Maxwell and her team about her being in solitary and
- 2:13she's being tortured and this that the other thing. Well,
- 2:16you now got your wish. Let's see how hard you
- 2:20really are. This article is from the Telegraph and the
- 2:25headline is Glenn Maxwell moved out of solitary confinement after
- 2:29two years of torture. Give me a break. You want
- 2:32to talk about torture, Khalif Browder was tortured, go back
- 2:36into the catalog, go to the search function and look
- 2:39up the episodes about Khalif Browder and then compare his
- 2:45experience with Maxwell's. And you tell me who was tortured
- 2:49British socialite child trafficker? You mean who is in prison
- 2:55awaiting sentencing. She's in jail after being convicted of sex trafficking,
- 2:59is now also entitled to visits from family. You know,
- 3:03the Telegraph has been relatively favorable to Glainne Maxwell throughout
- 3:09this whole entire thing. They've wrote a lot of these
- 3:12kinds of oh poor Glaine type articles. What about her victims?
- 3:17What about the people who have had to live their
- 3:19lives with this over their heads, over their shoulder, and
- 3:23they've never had a moment's peace? What about them? How
- 3:26about some compassion for them? You can't even call her
- 3:29a human trafficker? Huh? A socialite? Well, the guy is
- 3:34named the reporter, Robert Mendick, and it sure looks like
- 3:38just from the headline alone, he's living up to his name.
- 3:44Glene Maxwell has finally been removed from solitary confinement after
- 3:49almost two years of torture. Her family have disclosed two
- 3:54years of torture and finally removed. I mean, she thinks
- 3:58that the grass is greener, but she doesn't understand the
- 4:01grass isn't greener and the commissary is more expensive. Also,
- 4:07I hope she likes to do laundry, and I hope
- 4:09she likes to fold clothes and clean because she's gonna
- 4:12have to do all of that. What do you think
- 4:13She's gonna walk into this dorm and the inmates are
- 4:16going to welcome her. She's going to be cheered for.
- 4:20She's going to have a rough existence. Maxwell sixty, who
- 4:26was awaiting sentencing after being convicted of sex trafficking, is
- 4:30now sharing a dormitory cell with fellow inmates, and for
- 4:33the first time, is entitled to visits from relatives and friends.
- 4:37What I will say is this, whenever someone's in solitary
- 4:40confinement for their own safety, and they're not in solitary
- 4:44because they hurt somebody else or they're you know, selling
- 4:47drugs or whatever in the jail, you should have access
- 4:49to visits from your family for that whole time. You
- 4:52shouldn't have to be in GP for that to happen.
- 4:55I find that to be of all the things that
- 4:57she talked about, all the complaints, that that's the only
- 5:00one that I find to be valid. You shouldn't be
- 5:04cut off from your friends. You shouldn't be cut off
- 5:06from your family. You should be able to talk to them,
- 5:10to you know, get letters from them and whatever. As
- 5:13long as you're in solitary because you're being protected, right,
- 5:17not because you're a violent criminal or you've done something
- 5:20to put yourself there. But besides that, I think that
- 5:24inmates or people being held in jail or whatever should
- 5:27have access. Her older brother, Ian accepted there were dangers
- 5:32in Maxwell now living with the general prison population, but
- 5:36it brought to an end or inhumane treatment while in isolation.
- 5:40You know, if I was a cynic, I'd say to myself,
- 5:42the whole entire point of this is they're hoping that
- 5:45Maxwell gets assaulted. They're hoping that something happens to her
- 5:48on the main line, so they can point to that
- 5:50and say, look, see what happens, See what happens when
- 5:52you put Maxwell in prison. Well, that wouldn't have happened
- 5:56if you folks didn't go so hard in the paint
- 5:58to try and get her on the main line. So
- 6:01if something does happen, keep that in mind. Keep in
- 6:04mind that it was Maxwell's family, Maxwell's team that pushed
- 6:08for it. He said. He was looking forward to visiting
- 6:13her in jail, having managed only snatched conversations during her
- 6:17high profile court case. You know what else is hilarious?
- 6:20All of a sudden, the Maxwells are so keen on
- 6:22hanging out with Glaine, so keen on having her a
- 6:25part of their lives. Where were they when she was
- 6:27hanging out with Epstein? Where was Ian? Where was Kevin,
- 6:30with their great advice being a good older brother, showing
- 6:33up and busting Jeffrey Epstein in the grille? None of
- 6:36that happened right now, all of a sudden, they're so
- 6:39concerned because their name is being dragged through the mud.
- 6:43These dudes aren't fooling anybody. Well, they're not fooling me,
- 6:46that's for sure. Maxwell remains in the Metropolitan Detention Center
- 6:52in Brooklyn, where she was taken following her dramatic arrest
- 6:56in July twenty twenty. Maxwell, the daughter of the disgraced
- 7:00media tycoon Robert Maxwell, is due to be sentenced on
- 7:04June twenty eighth. She faces a maximum fifty five year
- 7:07prison term, with her lawyers pushing for her to be
- 7:10transferred to a low security jail and its relative comforts.
- 7:14Imagine that shit, she'll probably get that too. They'll probably
- 7:19end up getting her in one of these cakewalk federal facilities,
- 7:23that's my guess. But even there, it's not going to
- 7:26be fun for there's going to be inmates there that
- 7:29look at her, and there's going to be inmates there
- 7:32that wish her ill will. During twenty two months in
- 7:38solitary confinement, Maxwell has complained of brutal and degrading treatment.
- 7:42She was placed on round the clock suicide watch, woken
- 7:45up by guards every fifteen minutes, and confined to a
- 7:48six feet by nine feet cell that comprized a concrete
- 7:52bed and a laboratory. Yo, mister Mendick over here is
- 7:56gushing for his girl Maxwell. Oh, Glaine, Oh, what a
- 8:00terrible situation you found yourself in. Nobody cares, bro who
- 8:04has empathy for this lady. She claimed to have been
- 8:08physically abused by a guard and ordered to scrub down
- 8:11the walls of a shower block in retaliation for a
- 8:15lodging a complaint. You notice he just gives her complaints, right.
- 8:18He doesn't say that there was an investigation and none
- 8:21of this was true. None of this was caught on camera,
- 8:24No guards were named, so mister Mendick, nice, try running
- 8:29cover for your girl Glaine here. But that shit, don't
- 8:32you know? That ship is seld. People like me are
- 8:34gonna be out here running their mouths and calling you
- 8:37to account. And originally this is the reason I started.
- 8:41I use the Legacy media's articles because they were all
- 8:44running this kind of bullshit for Maxwell and Epstein. So
- 8:48this is nothing new, this puff piece here by mister Mendick.
- 8:53She claimed to have been physically abused by a guard
- 8:56and ordered to scrub down the walls of a shower
- 8:58block and retaliation for a lot of complaint. Her family
- 9:01had filed a legal claim with the United Nations over
- 9:04the dehumanizing conditions. I wonder if any of the survivors
- 9:08filed a claim with the United Nations about the dehumanizing
- 9:13conditions that Maxwell kept them in prison. Authorities feared Maxwell
- 9:18would take her own life following the suicide of her
- 9:20ex boyfriend, co conspirator fellow scumbag Jeffrey Epstein in August
- 9:25twenty nineteen, and for whom she procured underage girls for sex. Oh,
- 9:31I'm surprised that mister men Dick even added that part
- 9:35to the story. Maxwell's brother Ian told the Telegraph, I
- 9:39am finally going to be able to see Golane. Apart
- 9:42from a few seconds of snatched conversation I had with
- 9:44her at the bar of the court, we have not
- 9:47had any meaningful interactions. I will be able to do
- 9:50that because she has been released into the general population. Again. Really, bro,
- 9:55where were you, mister concerned big brother, when your sister
- 9:59was hanging now with Epstein, when she was procuring these children.
- 10:03Now all of a sudden, you're the concerned family member.
- 10:06Shut up, dude, Lucky. She is still in the MDC,
- 10:10but in general population. There are dangers in it. But
- 10:13she has come out of being in that shoe segregated
- 10:17housing unit and out of that torture she has suffered.
- 10:20She has kept her head held high, and I admire
- 10:22her determination. I thought she was all beat up. I
- 10:26thought she had gray hair, and she wasn't eating and
- 10:28she lost weight. Oh poor gawayne Zero chance anyone's buying it.
- 10:36Maxwell was moved out of solitary once the trial judge,
- 10:39Alison Nathan upheld the conviction at a hearing a week ago.
- 10:43Maxwell's lawyers had attempted to have the guilty verdict overturned
- 10:46after it emerged a juror had failed to disclose childhood
- 10:50sexual abuse during the jury selection process. You notice the
- 10:54author says that right, but doesn't mention about the investigation
- 10:58about the names that the guard abused Maxwell, And it
- 11:03shows you the tone and what this author is trying
- 11:06to get across here. Ian Maxwell's sixty six said it
- 11:13was frustrating that it was taking six months to sentence
- 11:16his sister, delaying her transfer from MDC, but he said
- 11:20family and friends would be desperate to see her, although
- 11:23many friends had declined to offer public support because of
- 11:26cancel culture that would lead them to being destroyed in public. Oh,
- 11:31I can't do you think that people aren't gonna know
- 11:33who goes to see her? Now? It's gonna be some
- 11:35big surprise. Does Ian Maxwell live in reality, folks? Or
- 11:40is he still suffocating on all of that money that
- 11:43him and his family pilford from pensioneers. There are nasty
- 11:49internet trolls out there continuing to lead a lynch mob
- 11:52against her, said mister Maxwell. Oh, a lynch mob, is it?
- 11:55Why would you use that sort of terminology? Why are
- 11:58you trying to take away turn monology from one of
- 12:01the most disgusting periods of American history and use it
- 12:06for your own designs here, stupid idiot. He said he
- 12:11was unclear about her current conditions in jail, but he
- 12:14understood she was now sleeping in a dormitory style cell,
- 12:18adding she finally has access to things she has not
- 12:21had for almost two years, starting with human company. The
- 12:25prison guards were told not to talk to her. She
- 12:27has had no human interaction, She has had no human company. Bullshit.
- 12:32She had access to her lawyers all day, every day.
- 12:34How many of these other people do not have access
- 12:36to their lawyers or never had access to their lawyers. Again,
- 12:40I'm referring to Khalif Browder's story here. If you're not
- 12:44familiar with it, it's in the catalog. Search his name
- 12:47out in the catalog for the podcast and you'll find it,
- 12:50or just Google search them and read the story for yourself.
- 12:56Maxwell was found guilty on five charges relating to the
- 12:59recruitment of teenage girls for sex for sex for Epstein,
- 13:03the disgraced financier pedophile between ninety four and two thousand
- 13:07and four. She was a close friend of Prince Andrew
- 13:10and introduced him to Epstein. She was also found guilty
- 13:13of partaking. Don't forget that, mister Mendick. Allegations that Prince
- 13:18Andrew had sex with Virginia Roberts in London in two
- 13:21thousand and one at Maxwell's house prompted a civil lawsuit,
- 13:25which he settled in February. The Prince, who has consistently
- 13:28denied any wrongdoing, is alleged to have paid Miss Roberts
- 13:32twelve million pounds in a full final settlement. Maxwell last
- 13:37had contact with Prince Andrew in June twenty nineteen, a
- 13:41month before Epstein's arrest on child's sex abuse charges. Epstein
- 13:46never stood trial, and Maxwell was detained a year later.
- 13:50He had to get that last dig in right. Basically,
- 13:53what this author is trying to say, at least from
- 13:54what I'm getting from it, is that Maxwell got a
- 13:57raw deal here, and that's pretty absurd. If anyone got
- 14:01a raw deal, it's the girls that she abused and
- 14:04helped abused for decades. So let's see how this all
- 14:08works out for them, These smug, ridiculous morons. You wanted
- 14:14Glenn Maxwell in general population, well you got your wish.
