A 31-year-old man, Andell Daniel, charged with capital murder in the June 24th killing of 25-year-old Marcus Anthony Seawright Jr., is facing a grim legal reckoning. Already on probation for a 2017 murder conviction — where he received a 20-year sentence with five years served and five years probation — Daniel was arrested just days after the new shooting.
