- 0:10Speaker 1: Warning, The Root, The Root, The Roots on Fire. You're

- 0:16Speaker 1: metal controversial show of your life. Please buckle up and
- 0:20Speaker 1: hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:23Speaker 1: This is Wayne Allen Root, direct from the entertainment capital
- 0:27Speaker 1: of the world, Las Vegas. What time is it?
- 0:30Speaker 2: It's time war War.
- 0:34Speaker 3: Here's your host.
- 0:35Speaker 1: One hundred percent raw truth, one hundred percent American made
- 0:39Speaker 1: the Warrior, Wayne Alan Roots.
- 0:54Speaker 4: All right, Wayne Alan Root, The Root, The Root, The Root.
- 0:58Speaker 2: Is on fire. Welcome to show. A lot going on, Man,
- 1:02Speaker 2: a lot going on? What a wild weekend. It's just
- 1:06Speaker 2: how do I explain it? Because people tune in just
- 1:09Speaker 2: to hear what does Wayne say about all this?
- 1:12Speaker 4: And I can't tell.
- 1:13Speaker 2: You that I think that Ice murdered the guy. I
- 1:18Speaker 2: can't tell you that I think Ice was wonderful and
- 1:21Speaker 2: they should have shot the guy.
- 1:23Speaker 3: I don't know what.
- 1:24Speaker 2: The answer is yet because we all need to wait
- 1:27Speaker 2: for the investigation. But he didn't look good. Now I'm
- 1:31Speaker 2: on the side of Ice ninety nine of the time,
- 1:36Speaker 2: and I think whatever happened, even if the Ice agents
- 1:38Speaker 2: should not have fired, even if they should not have
- 1:41Speaker 2: shot the guy. If the guy is dead, and I
- 1:45Speaker 2: wish he wasn't dead, no matter what I think, it
- 1:49Speaker 2: doesn't matter. It looks bad. The public perception is horrible.
- 1:53Speaker 2: I know he shouldn't have been there. I know you
- 1:56Speaker 2: cannot allow people to I mean, picture local police, picture
- 2:00Speaker 2: Metro in Las Vegas. Can you even imagine Metro police
- 2:05Speaker 2: in Las Vegas allowing well, they're trying to arrest a criminal,
- 2:10Speaker 2: allowing people to be taking photos, taking videos, sittanding in
- 2:16Speaker 2: their face, screaming f you, blowing whistles, a cars blocking
- 2:21Speaker 2: their way. You can't do that with police, so why
- 2:25Speaker 2: can you do it with ice? So I have lots
- 2:28Speaker 2: of feelings on this thing. First of all, they brought
- 2:30Speaker 2: it upon themselves. And I've said this before, this is
- 2:35Speaker 2: a human shield situation.
- 2:38Speaker 4: The left is organized, The left wanted this.
- 2:41Speaker 2: The Left is looking for human shields, just like ams
- 2:46Speaker 2: in Gaza was looking for human shields so they could
- 2:49Speaker 2: blame Israel and blame the Jews.
- 2:52Speaker 4: And it's the exact same thing as what happened in Gaza.
- 2:55Speaker 2: If you put people in harm's way and they die,
- 2:58Speaker 2: then you blame the other guy. That's a strategy. They
- 3:02Speaker 2: want someone to die. At the hands of ice. They'd
- 3:05Speaker 2: love it if I shot ten people at once and
- 3:07Speaker 2: nine of them died, and they could announce that to
- 3:09Speaker 2: the world. But they don't see anything about neighborhoods all
- 3:12Speaker 2: across America where every single Friday and Saturday night, gangbangers
- 3:17Speaker 2: shoot ten people and kill nine of them. They don't
- 3:19Speaker 2: say anything about that. They don't say about the women
- 3:22Speaker 2: being raped, the women being murdered, the men being murdered,
- 3:25Speaker 2: the children being murdered, the children.
- 3:27Speaker 4: Being raped, pedophiles raping.
- 3:29Speaker 2: Them who are illegal aliens, nothing about that. The women
- 3:34Speaker 2: being raped one hundred times in Mexico before they even
- 3:36Speaker 2: get to the open border, and then working off the
- 3:39Speaker 2: money they owe the cartel by becoming prostitutes in the
- 3:42Speaker 2: United States and becoming drug addicted. They don't talk about
- 3:46Speaker 2: all the kids who died from drugs because of.
- 3:48Speaker 4: The open border.
- 3:49Speaker 2: All they care about is one person. It's what I
- 3:52Speaker 2: used to say.
- 3:52Speaker 4: About BLM Black Lives Matter.
- 3:56Speaker 2: One black criminal committing a crime, shot and killed by
- 4:01Speaker 2: police is more important to activists on the left, i e.
- 4:06Speaker 2: Black Lives Matter and Democrat politicians than all the thousands
- 4:10Speaker 2: of blacks killed every day by other blacks. In Detroit
- 4:14Speaker 2: and Chicago and Baltimore, in Memphis and Cleveland and Newark,
- 4:17Speaker 2: in every big American city run by Democrats, Blacks killed
- 4:21Speaker 2: blacks day and night.
- 4:21Speaker 4: It's a pandemic.
- 4:23Speaker 2: It's a black on black pandemic, far worse than COVID
- 4:26Speaker 2: ever was. And nobody says a thing. But if one
- 4:30Speaker 2: black Liy's killed by one white comp it's the biggest
- 4:33Speaker 2: story of the world. And it's the same thing all
- 4:35Speaker 2: over again. So many people are raped and robbed and
- 4:38Speaker 2: murdered and drug addicted and prostituted and a thousand other ways.
- 4:43Speaker 2: They're harmed by illegal immigration, and the only thing they
- 4:48Speaker 2: could talk about the whole nation is transfixed.
- 4:50Speaker 4: On one shooting.
- 4:53Speaker 2: So obviously I'm on IS's side. Don't let anyone say otherwise.
- 4:57Speaker 2: But I will say I told you so. I said
- 5:00Speaker 2: this is a human shield strategy. I said this would happen.
- 5:03Speaker 2: And how many times if I sit on the air
- 5:05Speaker 2: live that I don't think we should be going into
- 5:09Speaker 2: blue cities. We should only be going into red cities
- 5:12Speaker 2: where we're welcomed. It's not a matter of abandoning blue cities.
- 5:15Speaker 2: They don't want us there. They're not asking for us
- 5:18Speaker 2: there they're telling us to go away, and when you
- 5:21Speaker 2: get there, they tell their citizens to attack us, attack us,
- 5:28Speaker 2: and they tell their citizens where we are, where ICE is,
- 5:31Speaker 2: they can go attack us, and they take their side,
- 5:36Speaker 2: not ours. So why would you go in a situation
- 5:38Speaker 2: like that. I want to only go where we're welcome,
- 5:41Speaker 2: where they're cooperating with us, and where the local police
- 5:44Speaker 2: will agree to provide escorts for the ICE officers, ICE
- 5:48Speaker 2: agents so that they're not surrounded. So you can't attackle
- 5:52Speaker 2: with your cars, with guns, with knives, and yes, with
- 5:55Speaker 2: cameras and with whistles. Do you know what an intimidating
- 5:59Speaker 2: scene that is? So we never should have gone in
- 6:02Speaker 2: a city like that in the first place. I called it.
- 6:06Speaker 2: But having said that, I would not surrender, now that
- 6:08Speaker 2: you're in that city, I would not surrender. I would
- 6:11Speaker 2: not pull out all the troops and let them think
- 6:14Speaker 2: they won. You can't do that either. So it's unclear
- 6:19Speaker 2: what's going on other than the fact that Trump has
- 6:21Speaker 2: relieved Greg Bovino of his leadership in a border patrol
- 6:27Speaker 2: of his leadership in Minnesota. Minneapolis, He's pulled him out
- 6:30Speaker 2: and he's brought in Tom Homan. He chose Homan over
- 6:33Speaker 2: Christy Nome, who appears to be on our way out
- 6:35Speaker 2: at the Trump administration. And I'll blame Trump because the
- 6:38Speaker 2: pr is awful. The pr is terrible. This is all
- 6:43Speaker 2: about pr. Everything's about pr, everything's about perception. You don't
- 6:47Speaker 2: know what you're doing. You should be out there with
- 6:50Speaker 2: advertising day and night, by ads all over the United
- 6:54Speaker 2: States that show the victims and their parents and their
- 7:00Speaker 2: and their wives and their children, saying, ICE just arrested
- 7:05Speaker 2: one guy named, you know whatever, Caesar Romano yesterday in Minnesota.
- 7:10Speaker 2: Here are the parents of the person Seesar Romano murdered.
- 7:14Speaker 4: He killed my boy. Thank you Ice.
- 7:17Speaker 2: That should be an ad running all day long, twenty
- 7:20Speaker 2: four hours a day, of every illegal that ever committed
- 7:23Speaker 2: a crime that you've arrested. Go find the parents and
- 7:27Speaker 2: the children, and the spouses, the sister, the brother of
- 7:31Speaker 2: that victim and put them on TV and put them
- 7:34Speaker 2: at TV ads.
- 7:35Speaker 4: But you're not doing that. That's number one.
- 7:37Speaker 2: Number two. Think about that. I did this over the weekend.
- 7:39Speaker 2: I said, think about the Republican and Democrat convention. Did
- 7:45Speaker 2: we allow protesters anywhere near the Republican or Democrat convention? No,
- 7:48Speaker 2: we set up a protest zone five miles away, and
- 7:53Speaker 2: they were allowed to protest all they want in that
- 7:55Speaker 2: protest zone, but you couldn't get near the convention. Everywhere
- 7:59Speaker 2: ICE goes, you should set up a protest zone a
- 8:01Speaker 2: mile away, and you could protest all you want in
- 8:04Speaker 2: that protest zone, but you cannot get in the middle
- 8:06Speaker 2: of ICE operations. Brilliant idea, right, why not? Why not?
- 8:12Speaker 2: I get so many ideas of my fans that one
- 8:14Speaker 2: just came from me. I woke up in the morning
- 8:16Speaker 2: over the weekend and I said, protest zone, Democrat convention,
- 8:19Speaker 2: Republican convention.
- 8:20Speaker 4: Nobody let any protesters near them because it could have
- 8:23Speaker 4: been a disaster.
- 8:24Speaker 2: They would have killed us, they would have beaten us,
- 8:26Speaker 2: they would have raped women. You don't let anybody near
- 8:28Speaker 2: the cavet Why do you let anyone near ICE officers.
- 8:31Speaker 2: So you could protest all you want five miles outside
- 8:35Speaker 2: the operation in one zone and let the media go
- 8:38Speaker 2: there and interview people.
- 8:39Speaker 4: But if you leave that zone and you go near
- 8:42Speaker 4: the ICE officers.
- 8:43Speaker 2: Instant arrest, instant arrest. You cannot have hundreds of people
- 8:48Speaker 2: interfering in an ICE operation. So send them to the
- 8:51Speaker 2: protest zone and if they want to do anything more
- 8:53Speaker 2: than that, that's it. They're under arrest. See I'm being nice.
- 8:58Speaker 2: I'm giving you a chance to live. It's obvious you're
- 9:00Speaker 2: gonna die. If you confront ice officers in the fog
- 9:04Speaker 2: of war. Bad things are gonna happen. That's what happened
- 9:06Speaker 2: in Minneapolis on Saturday.
- 9:08Speaker 4: Fog of war.
- 9:09Speaker 2: He had a gun. Was he gonna use it?
- 9:11Speaker 4: I don't know, maybe maybe yes, maybe no. Was he
- 9:15Speaker 4: pulling it out? Maybe yes, maybe no. See they pull
- 9:18Speaker 4: it out first and it misfired.
- 9:19Speaker 2: I don't know, maybe yes, maybe no. Fog of war
- 9:22Speaker 2: happened so fast. I can't tell. I know, you can't tell.
- 9:25Speaker 2: If you say you can tell, you're lying.
- 9:27Speaker 4: No one could tell.
- 9:28Speaker 2: My guest this hour will be Randy Sutton, the most
- 9:30Speaker 2: decorated police officer in the history of Vegas when he
- 9:32Speaker 2: left the force a few years back, and he now
- 9:35Speaker 2: speaks all the time on Fox News about situations like this.
- 9:39Speaker 4: Let's hear what he has to say.
- 9:40Speaker 2: I'll bet you he says he doesn't know when he
- 9:42Speaker 2: watches it and needs to be investigated.
- 9:45Speaker 4: But it doesn't look good. The perception's bad, so.
- 9:48Speaker 2: It's killing the perception of deportations, killing, the reputation of
- 9:52Speaker 2: ice killing Republicans in the midterms. All mistakes, terrible mistakes.
- 9:58Speaker 2: So I'm gonna write a column. I've had time today.
- 10:00Speaker 2: But number one in that column is that we need
- 10:03Speaker 2: protest zones. And number two is we need to show
- 10:07Speaker 2: the victims parents and siblings and spouses and see the
- 10:11Speaker 2: ads all over the United States of America so people
- 10:13Speaker 2: start thinking of the reason why we're doing the deportation.
- 10:16Speaker 2: We are heroes, not enemies. And what was the third one? Oh,
- 10:20Speaker 2: the third one is January sixth? Why aren't we giving
- 10:23Speaker 2: them the January sixth treatment? You know, in January sixth,
- 10:26Speaker 2: Conservatives were peaceful protesters and then it turned into a riot.
- 10:30Speaker 2: Turned into a riot because I believe, in every boat
- 10:32Speaker 2: of my body and every cell in my body, it
- 10:34Speaker 2: was all orchestrated by the Capitol Police, the mayor of Washington,
- 10:37Speaker 2: and Nancy Pelosi, all Democrats, gumbags who set everybody up
- 10:41Speaker 2: and asked undercover agents in the crowd to stir people
- 10:44Speaker 2: up and to cause trouble at to start fights, and
- 10:47Speaker 2: to maybe even show weapons. And then they asked the
- 10:50Speaker 2: Capitol police to start shooting projectiles and tear gas right
- 10:55Speaker 2: at the people right and start clubbing people and it
- 10:58Speaker 2: turned into a meli and a riot. And then they
- 11:00Speaker 2: blame the January six ers, who did nothing wrong. In
- 11:03Speaker 2: this case, these are people that are doing something wrong.
- 11:06Speaker 2: So they should get the January sixth treatment. They should
- 11:09Speaker 2: be sent to prisons three thousand miles away. They should
- 11:13Speaker 2: wait two years for a trial, and then they should
- 11:16Speaker 2: get ten years in prison, federal prison. Give them the
- 11:19Speaker 2: January sixth treatment and this will stop and bring out
- 11:22Speaker 2: the water cannons. It's the and arrest the Democrat politicians
- 11:27Speaker 2: that are coordinating with these groups, these communist groups, and
- 11:32Speaker 2: all these paid protesters and these communist protesters. So there's
- 11:36Speaker 2: my answer.
- 11:37Speaker 4: But was the shooting good? No, I don't think it
- 11:39Speaker 4: was good.
- 11:40Speaker 2: I think it looked horrible. I don't know what it
- 11:41Speaker 2: was or wasn't, but I think the perception is terrible.
- 11:44Speaker 2: Can't let citizens be killed in the streets. So put
- 11:46Speaker 2: them in a protest zone and if they leave, arrest them.
- 11:52Speaker 3: Hi.

- 15:12Speaker 2: right way down the route. So you know, when I
- 15:14Speaker 2: say something looks bad, it's bad. You know when I
- 15:16Speaker 2: feel like we're sinking in public perception, I'm always right
- 15:21Speaker 2: and I'm telling you. And that's why Trump got hysterical
- 15:24Speaker 2: over the weekend, because he saw what Greg Bavino, the
- 15:28Speaker 2: Border Patrol leader, was saying. He saw what Christinolman was saying,
- 15:33Speaker 2: and they just didn't sound right. You could see the
- 15:35Speaker 2: guy was Guy's a nurse. Now by the way the
- 15:40Speaker 2: Left makes him out to be an ICU nurse and
- 15:42Speaker 2: a nurse that took care of veterans.
- 15:43Speaker 4: Oh, you should cry for him.
- 15:45Speaker 2: He was a nurse that was involved with a communist
- 15:48Speaker 2: organization that was harassing and hounding ICE agents. So he
- 15:53Speaker 2: wasn't just a wonderful nurse, but he also wasn't a
- 15:56Speaker 2: terrorist about to commit mass murderer. That's ridiculous. And he
- 16:01Speaker 2: didn't have a gun. It appeared to me when he
- 16:03Speaker 2: was lying on the ground he had a gun, but
- 16:05Speaker 2: they quickly disarmed him and pulled the gun away, and
- 16:09Speaker 2: they shot him ten times. Fog of war.
- 16:12Speaker 4: No guilty of murder.
- 16:14Speaker 2: That's why that word. There's no murder. No ICE agent
- 16:17Speaker 2: murdered someone. No ICE agent wakes up wanting to murder someone.
- 16:22Speaker 2: But it looks horrible to the average American, especially women
- 16:26Speaker 2: who are emotional cry. They don't notice that there are
- 16:32Speaker 2: thousands of women raped and murdered by aliens and we
- 16:36Speaker 2: try to protect them, just like they don't notice we
- 16:39Speaker 2: try to say thousands of millions of female babies, but
- 16:43Speaker 2: they just go murdering them all. And Republicans are fighting
- 16:46Speaker 2: for little daughters that are gonna grow up someday and
- 16:50Speaker 2: vote Democrat. But we don't want to kill him. We
- 16:52Speaker 2: want them to live. They want to murder them. They're
- 16:54Speaker 2: mad at us for trying to stop them from murdering them.
- 16:57Speaker 2: So you're dealing with people that don't appreciate anything you do.
- 17:00Speaker 2: So we're trying to stop women from being raped and
- 17:03Speaker 2: murdered by illegal aliens. And the women's reaction is.
- 17:06Speaker 4: Oh my god, an Ice agent killed that man.
- 17:11Speaker 2: I mean so, I mean, you could have two things
- 17:13Speaker 2: at the same time that are both wrong. By the way,
- 17:16Speaker 2: it may have been a bad incident. That's why Trump
- 17:18Speaker 2: replaced Bavino. That's why he didn't send Christine Ome. He's
- 17:20Speaker 2: had it with Christine Ome. That's why he sent Tom Homan,
- 17:23Speaker 2: who's always the right guy at the right time homand
- 17:26Speaker 2: knows what he's doing. Christinom, by the way, she's a
- 17:29Speaker 2: bright woman, she's a beautiful woman.
- 17:31Speaker 4: She's a former governor, she's a former.
- 17:33Speaker 2: I think congressman too, I think, But she never has
- 17:37Speaker 2: any background in homeland security or border patrol or Ice.
- 17:41Speaker 4: That's not her background.
- 17:42Speaker 2: Tom Holman is a better person to send in a crisis.
- 17:46Speaker 2: But it looks like Christy Home's probably seen her last daze.
- 17:49Speaker 2: I'm sure she's on the way out. A lot of
- 17:52Speaker 2: controversy going on there with how this was handled. Again,
- 17:55Speaker 2: it's about perception, and none of us want citizens to
- 17:59Speaker 2: get killed. I don't care how liberal they are. I
- 18:01Speaker 2: don't care how troublesome they are. I want him to
- 18:04Speaker 2: be bashed in the head with a club, dragged away
- 18:07Speaker 2: into a patty wagon and taken to a prison.
- 18:10Speaker 4: But I don't want him to be killed.
- 18:13Speaker 2: You don't deserve to die for being a stupid liberal protester.
- 18:17Speaker 2: So it is a mistake. Mistakes were made, just admit it.
- 18:21Speaker 2: Mistakes were made, But they were made. Because the blame
- 18:24Speaker 2: goes on Governor Walls and Mayor Frey and Attorney General
- 18:29Speaker 2: Ellison and all the liberals out there causing trouble, and
- 18:33Speaker 2: all the organizers and all the people, the doters who

- 23:09Speaker 2: gained four new TV shows and podcasts past the age
- 23:13Speaker 2: of sixty one until now.
- 23:15Speaker 4: Amazing.
- 23:15Speaker 2: I mean, miracle doesn't happen on TV never, And I
- 23:18Speaker 2: know why it happened, because they reversed aged me. The
- 23:21Speaker 2: fat melted off my face and melted off my body.
- 23:24Speaker 2: And I look younger now than I did at age fifty.
- 23:26Speaker 2: You could put that up on the screen me at
- 23:28Speaker 2: age fifty fifteen years ago meet today in the gym.
- 23:31Speaker 2: It's really an incredible difference. I owe it all to

- 24:06Speaker 2: and he agreed to interrupt his busy day to be
- 24:09Speaker 2: with us, so we thank him. He's retired Las Vegas
- 24:11Speaker 2: Metro Police lieutenant, twenty four year career, one of the
- 24:14Speaker 2: most decorated police officers in the history of Las Vegas,
- 24:17Speaker 2: and founder of the Wounded Blue. The website's the Woundedblue
- 24:20Speaker 2: dot Org. I just made a big contribution to the
- 24:23Speaker 2: Woundedblue dot Org.
- 24:24Speaker 4: I hope all of you do so as well.
- 24:27Speaker 2: And Randy has a lot of thoughts on what happened
- 24:29Speaker 2: in Minnesota over the weekend.
- 24:30Speaker 4: You know, the story's been breaking as we speak, Randy.
- 24:33Speaker 2: You know that Trump has basically replaced Greg Bovino and
- 24:37Speaker 2: gotten him out of Minnesota as the head of ICE there.
- 24:39Speaker 2: He's brought in Tom Holman to be the guy with
- 24:41Speaker 2: handles this crisis situation.
- 24:44Speaker 4: He jumped over Christy Nome, which means.
- 24:46Speaker 2: She could be either on the way out or she's
- 24:48Speaker 2: certainly very weakened her standing. Tom Holman as a veteran
- 24:52Speaker 2: of Border and ICE and all of that law enforcement
- 24:55Speaker 2: guy his whole life. Any thoughts on what you've seen
- 24:58Speaker 2: going on over the weekend, what's been going on in
- 25:00Speaker 2: the last few.
- 25:01Speaker 5: Hours, Yeah, Wayne, So let me let me give you
- 25:05Speaker 5: my perspective of what I've seen. I actually was on
- 25:07Speaker 5: the ground in Minneapolis for six days last week.
- 25:10Speaker 3: I got back just a few days ago.
- 25:12Speaker 5: And and I got an opportunity to speak to a
- 25:15Speaker 5: lot of people up there, a lot of police officers,
- 25:17Speaker 5: law enforcement folks, and you know, there is this situation
- 25:22Speaker 5: is up there is absolutely untenable. What has been created
- 25:26Speaker 5: there is is a lose lose for everyone, and it's
- 25:30Speaker 5: been created by the governor Waltz, by the Mayor Fry
- 25:35Speaker 5: and by.
- 25:36Speaker 2: The journey J. L.
- 25:38Speaker 4: Elison and Ellison as well.
- 25:40Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, it's a ball of vipers up there that
- 25:45Speaker 5: care nothing about the safety of the people nor the
- 25:49Speaker 5: safety of law enforcement. So what they what they have done,
- 25:53Speaker 5: and this is this is state sponsored really in every
- 25:57Speaker 5: in every way, shape and form. This is states sponsored
- 26:02Speaker 5: basically insta resident So yeah, basically it is. Now, so
- 26:09Speaker 5: you have a situation that's been made possible because law enforcement,
- 26:15Speaker 5: local law enforcement has been basically stopped from doing what
- 26:20Speaker 5: they normally would do, which would be the regular law
- 26:23Speaker 5: enforcement function. So ICE they have a federal mandate. Their
- 26:29Speaker 5: job is to go and arrest and detain illegal aliens.
- 26:34Speaker 5: That is the job, and it's a federal law. It's
- 26:37Speaker 5: been an immigration law since we started this country, and
- 26:41Speaker 5: it's nothing new.
- 26:42Speaker 3: However, what is new is that the state.
- 26:46Speaker 5: Government in Minneapolis or in Minnesota has decided to absolutely
- 26:53Speaker 5: come unglued and fail to honor federal law. And so
- 27:00Speaker 5: the the ICE officers simply can't do it by themselves,
- 27:04Speaker 5: so they brought in other federal agencies like Customs, Border Patrol.
- 27:09Speaker 5: There's FBI up there, there's a there's a lot of
- 27:11Speaker 5: different federal agencies that have been pressed into service. But
- 27:15Speaker 5: here's the thing, Wayne, they are not local law enforcement.
- 27:19Speaker 5: They are they are That is not their job to
- 27:24Speaker 5: uh to to create crowd control. So what's happened is
- 27:29Speaker 5: the streets are absolutely out of control.
- 27:33Speaker 3: Out of control.
- 27:34Speaker 5: In fact, the other day that when when Minnesota actually
- 27:40Speaker 5: did Minneapolis did deploy their their police officers and the
- 27:44Speaker 5: state patrol as well. They the streets were beginning to
- 27:49Speaker 5: get taken over by the by the by the crowd,
- 27:52Speaker 5: by the mob, and it is a mob, and they
- 27:55Speaker 5: they declared an unlawful assembly. Well, Wayne, if you declare
- 28:00Speaker 5: they're an unlawful assembly, that means you have to start
- 28:03Speaker 5: arresting the people that are being unlawful. There was no
- 28:07Speaker 5: plan to do that whatsoever. There was no buses, there
- 28:12Speaker 5: were no arrest made.
- 28:13Speaker 3: So what happened.
- 28:14Speaker 5: If you're going to make a threat like that, it's
- 28:16Speaker 5: an unlawful assembly, you have to take action.
- 28:20Speaker 3: They didn't.
- 28:21Speaker 5: They lost the streets and then they surrendered and gave up.
- 28:24Speaker 2: Well, don't forget they did that BLM too, the exact
- 28:26Speaker 2: same thing in the exact same city. Matter of fact,
- 28:29Speaker 2: they lost the police bracinct. It was brought to the crowd, Brandy.
- 28:33Speaker 2: I've never heard of anything like this in Minnesota. You know,
- 28:36Speaker 2: I think I don't know if the police are bad.
- 28:38Speaker 2: I think they're probably good, and their leadership is bad,
- 28:41Speaker 2: and it tells them stand down all the time. And
- 28:43Speaker 2: when you tell a cop stand down, he has no choice.
- 28:45Speaker 2: You stand down, you get fired, and you lose your
- 28:47Speaker 2: job and you're pension. So they keep telling him to
- 28:49Speaker 2: stand down. So the cops are spineless. The cops are toothless.
- 28:53Speaker 2: The cops can't do a damn thing. They know they'll
- 28:55Speaker 2: go to jail if they shoot somebody. They know their
- 28:58Speaker 2: life is over if they kill somebody, so they're afraid
- 29:00Speaker 2: to even get out of their cars, probably in Minneapolis.
- 29:04Speaker 5: So the situation with the Minneapolis Police Department is they
- 29:07Speaker 5: have basically been rendered useless. And why because they have
- 29:14Speaker 5: a legal strength of nine hundred police officers to police
- 29:19Speaker 5: that city. They have less than six hundred. They have
- 29:23Speaker 5: about five hundred and fifty. Now that's five hundred and
- 29:26Speaker 5: fifty total that includes everybody. They only have two hundred
- 29:30Speaker 5: and sixty five patrol officers wow to police the entire city.
- 29:34Speaker 3: Then they by the way.
- 29:36Speaker 5: They are still under federal consent decree that happened under
- 29:41Speaker 5: the Biden administration, and they are basically it's impossible to
- 29:49Speaker 5: accomplish the police function when you are so undermanned understaff.
- 29:54Speaker 5: And I can tell you this, these guys are working
- 29:56Speaker 5: their mandatory overtime every single day. You cannot, you cannot
- 30:03Speaker 5: do this to people. It destroys their health, It destroys
- 30:07Speaker 5: their their physical and their emotional well being.
- 30:10Speaker 2: The morale toilet right absolutely is Minneapolis. It can't be
- 30:16Speaker 2: a city much smaller than Vegas. In Vegas, we have
- 30:19Speaker 2: three thousand cops. How could you run a city like
- 30:21Speaker 2: that with six hundred cops?
- 30:24Speaker 5: You can't. And they have a population of about a million.
- 30:27Speaker 5: And then they they they absolutely cannot police. They're basically
- 30:33Speaker 5: going to call to call. There is no proactive policing.
- 30:37Speaker 5: So if their function is to protect the ICE officers
- 30:43Speaker 5: when they are performing their function, that has been now denied. Plus,
- 30:50Speaker 5: remember all of this began because they are a sanctuary city,
- 30:54Speaker 5: meaning that when people get when when the illegal aliens
- 30:58Speaker 5: are arrested, the federal government, ICE puts in a detainer
- 31:02Speaker 5: at the jail saying please notify us forty eight hours
- 31:06Speaker 5: before you're going to release this guy so we can
- 31:08Speaker 5: take our action.
- 31:09Speaker 3: Well, they're not doing that.
- 31:10Speaker 5: So what happens these offenders and I mean we're talking
- 31:14Speaker 5: everything for murderers to rapists, to child to pedophiles are
- 31:19Speaker 5: being released back into the population. The ICE has to
- 31:23Speaker 5: then go and deploy and search for these people, which
- 31:27Speaker 5: is what is causing all of this incredible anger. This
- 31:31Speaker 5: is manipulated by Waltz, by Fry, by the political machine.
- 31:36Speaker 5: And funny, you haven't heard one damn thing about the
- 31:40Speaker 5: billions of dollars in fraud that suddenly we don't even
- 31:43Speaker 5: hear about anymore.
- 31:44Speaker 2: Well, and you know, let me bring up another point,
- 31:46Speaker 2: because I don't know whether the ICE officer was justified
- 31:49Speaker 2: or not. I know it looked bad. I know the
- 31:51Speaker 2: perception's horrible. Whether you should have shot that guy, whether
- 31:54Speaker 2: she's shot him ten times, whether his gun had just
- 31:57Speaker 2: been disarmed and therefore you didn't even have a gun
- 31:59Speaker 2: and shot them ten times. It looks awful. But I
- 32:03Speaker 2: call the whole thing the fog of war. It's easy
- 32:06Speaker 2: to look in slow motion. It's hard to be the
- 32:09Speaker 2: guy who's there while it's happening fast and your fellow
- 32:12Speaker 2: Asian screams gun, maybe grabs it and you don't realize
- 32:16Speaker 2: it and you start shooting. It's the fog of war.
- 32:19Speaker 2: It can't be easy, Randy, to be law enforcement while
- 32:22Speaker 2: hundreds of people are screaming fu and blowing whistles and
- 32:27Speaker 2: cars are headed for you, all while someone's screaming gun
- 32:30Speaker 2: and a guy who's rolling on the ground with a gun.
- 32:33Speaker 2: Fog of war. Right.
- 32:35Speaker 5: So I watched that videotape just like you know millions
- 32:38Speaker 5: of people have, and I can't tell what's going on.
- 32:41Speaker 5: And for people to make pronouncements about it, they're fools
- 32:45Speaker 5: because you cannot tell what's going on. This is why
- 32:48Speaker 5: you have an investigation, because what really counts what I saw,
- 32:52Speaker 5: that was the most telling part of that video was
- 32:56Speaker 5: they have the suspect on the ground. By the way,
- 32:59Speaker 5: he interjected it himself into this entire right, Yes, why
- 33:04Speaker 5: he did it?
- 33:05Speaker 3: Who knows what? Raddy?
- 33:06Speaker 4: Hold on, Randy, hold on, could I grab you for
- 33:08Speaker 4: another segment.
- 33:09Speaker 2: We're going to an ad break. You have time, okay,
- 33:11Speaker 2: so save before we get back your interpretation of what
- 33:14Speaker 2: you saw when that guy with a gun was rolling
- 33:17Speaker 2: on the ground and the officers were forced to shoot him.
- 33:20Speaker 2: Let's wait for a second here for Randy Sutton's uh
- 33:23Speaker 2: you know id here.
- 33:24Speaker 4: We'll be right back, Wayne Lerude warn Zone.
- 33:31Speaker 2: All right, a special treat for you. I want to
- 33:33Speaker 2: introduce you to a real hero of the American energy industry,
- 33:36Speaker 2: a legend.
- 33:37Speaker 4: Mark Brunner, founder and CEO of Lost.
- 33:40Speaker 2: Soldier Oil and Gas in the United States. Lost Soldier
- 33:43Speaker 2: is the last major BCGA basin centered gas accumulation. This
- 33:50Speaker 2: is code for a monster field where gas or oil
- 33:53Speaker 2: is in a basin, which makes the drilling and production
- 33:56Speaker 2: much easier. Mark, you're a legend in the oil industry
- 33:59Speaker 2: and gas industry.
- 34:01Speaker 4: Tell us about your track record.
- 34:03Speaker 6: Well, I'm a second generation oil and gas guy. My
- 34:06Speaker 6: father in the early nineteen fifties started a company called
- 34:09Speaker 6: tech Star. It later became Texas Oil and Gas. When
- 34:12Speaker 6: it sold out to US Steal, it was the largest
- 34:14Speaker 6: independent in the world. Dell High Pipelines was the largest
- 34:18Speaker 6: gas distribution system in the United States when it sold
- 34:21Speaker 6: out to a US STEAL. I worked with him for
- 34:24Speaker 6: four years. I've been in the oil and gas ever since.
- 34:27Speaker 6: You would probably know me better as this chairman of
- 34:30Speaker 6: Ultra Petroleum and Ultra had a pretty good track record,
- 34:34Speaker 6: which you're very familiar with.
- 34:36Speaker 2: I think, well, I think ten thousand dollars investor in
- 34:39Speaker 2: Ultra turned it into thirteen million dollars. Is that correct
- 34:43Speaker 2: in the nine year run of your publicly traded company.
- 34:46Speaker 6: Yeah, at the high that's true.
- 34:48Speaker 2: Ten thousand dollars turned into thirteen million. That means one
- 34:50Speaker 2: hundred thousand dollars turned into one hundred and thirty million.
- 34:53Speaker 2: That's an incredible track record. Now tell me why this
- 34:56Speaker 2: deal lost soldier. This project is so speci so I
- 35:00Speaker 2: hear about projects and deals all the time. What makes
- 35:03Speaker 2: this one special? Mark?
- 35:05Speaker 6: What's special about this is all the other basins of
- 35:08Speaker 6: the United States have been drilled. We've known for fifty
- 35:10Speaker 6: years what they are. This one could not be drilled
- 35:13Speaker 6: because there was a uranium mine out here. Until it
- 35:16Speaker 6: was reclimated three years ago, no one could drill it.
- 35:19Speaker 6: This is surrounded by large oil and gas fields with
- 35:23Speaker 6: billions of dollars of infrastructure that at this point of
- 35:26Speaker 6: eighty five percent empty.
- 35:28Speaker 3: So we made this discovery.
- 35:29Speaker 6: We are the only operator in this field, and right
- 35:33Speaker 6: now we can see that we've got enough room for
- 35:35Speaker 6: five hundred horizontal wells out here with what we drilled
- 35:38Speaker 6: so far, very exciting. It's the new basin in the
- 35:41Speaker 6: United States, and as far as I'm concerned, this is
- 35:45Speaker 6: an order of magnitude bigger than Ultra petroleum, the one
- 35:48Speaker 6: that I did.
- 35:49Speaker 3: All right.
- 35:50Speaker 2: The website is Lost Soldier dot Com. Pretty simple stuff.
- 35:54Speaker 2: Lost Soldier dot Com. The project forty thousand acres took
- 35:58Speaker 2: forty years to piece together. It's called Lost Soldier Oil
- 36:01Speaker 2: and Gas LLC. That's the company that's the project. But
- 36:05Speaker 2: the website Lost Soldier dot Com. If you're an a
- 36:08Speaker 2: credit investor, Mark wants to hear from you. If you
- 36:11Speaker 2: want to hear more information, check it out. Fill out
- 36:13Speaker 2: the form and you get the Lost Soldier Mark and

- 36:59Speaker 2: and click on it. And you were on the podcast
- 37:03Speaker 2: That's Simple every day from six to apm East Coast time,
- 37:06Speaker 2: three to five pm West Coast time. Here I am
- 37:08Speaker 2: in Las Vegas, West Coast. Randy Sutton on a business trip,
- 37:11Speaker 2: took time out of his precious travel day to talk
- 37:14Speaker 2: to us. So let's go straight to him. Randy Sutton,
- 37:17Speaker 2: let's finish up your thoughts on the fog of war.
- 37:20Speaker 2: As I was saying, you know, what did you see
- 37:23Speaker 2: when you watch that agent and the confrontation on the
- 37:25Speaker 2: streets of Minneapolis on Saturday?
- 37:29Speaker 5: So what I saw the initial you know where they
- 37:32Speaker 5: took him down to the ground in order to try
- 37:34Speaker 5: and get him into custody. He was resisting arrest. He
- 37:37Speaker 5: was resisting being taken into custody. There were numerous officers
- 37:41Speaker 5: that were trying to control him. Now, this is another
- 37:45Speaker 5: situation that I want to talk about. Being taking down
- 37:51Speaker 5: a suspect like that. It can be very, very difficult
- 37:55Speaker 5: if someone doesn't want to go in handcuffs, even if
- 37:58Speaker 5: they're a ninety five woman, it is exceedingly difficult. It
- 38:04Speaker 5: takes more than one person to do it. Sometimes it
- 38:07Speaker 5: takes three, sometimes it takes four. In this case, there
- 38:10Speaker 5: was five or six that were involved in this takedown
- 38:15Speaker 5: trying to get him into custody.
- 38:16Speaker 3: Now, because of all the movement.
- 38:19Speaker 5: That was taking place, I couldn't tell what was going
- 38:22Speaker 5: on in that pile. It was impossible to see. But
- 38:25Speaker 5: what I did see, and this is the critical moment here,
- 38:29Speaker 5: is when one of the officers, the one who shot
- 38:32Speaker 5: the suspect, You could see him suddenly react to something
- 38:37Speaker 5: that he saw and then he quickly stood up and
- 38:41Speaker 5: went for his firearm. Now that didn't happen in vacuum.
- 38:45Speaker 5: He saw something that he believed to be a threat.
- 38:48Speaker 5: And that is the perception that is required by law
- 38:53Speaker 5: when considering the use of deadly force. Every law enforcement
- 38:57Speaker 5: officer has the right and the duty to protect themselves
- 39:00Speaker 5: from death or serious bodily injury.
- 39:03Speaker 3: And it all the way the law reads.
- 39:06Speaker 5: Would a reasonable officer believe that that that he or
- 39:11Speaker 5: she was in imminent danger? And so it's all based
- 39:15Speaker 5: on the perception. What did he see? Did he see
- 39:18Speaker 5: that individual? Did he have the gun in his hand?
- 39:21Speaker 5: Was he trying to pull the gun? We don't know,
- 39:24Speaker 5: And so to make pronouncements is fruitless. And yet you
- 39:29Speaker 5: see the smoke hadn't cleared quite literally when Fry and
- 39:34Speaker 5: Walls declared this murder and Ellison now, so yeah, here's.
- 39:40Speaker 2: So forget to be fair and remember I'm on your side.
- 39:42Speaker 2: I'm on ICE's side. I hate Walls, I hate all
- 39:44Speaker 2: of them. They never should have been put in this position.
- 39:46Speaker 2: The Ice Agent's terrible, none of them. The guy didn't
- 39:49Speaker 2: murder someone, that's ridiculous. His life was in danger. Even
- 39:53Speaker 2: if it was a bad shooting, it's not murder. His
- 39:55Speaker 2: life was in danger.
- 39:57Speaker 4: Tough situation. But Christy Noman shouldn't have said the guys.
- 40:00Speaker 2: Terrorist, he was there for a mass murder, because we
- 40:02Speaker 2: don't know that. I doubt that's really the case. I
- 40:04Speaker 2: think that was a silly thing she said. And I
- 40:07Speaker 2: think that's probably why Trump said, Tom Holman, go there
- 40:10Speaker 2: and pass over Christy Nome.
- 40:11Speaker 4: That'd be my guest.
- 40:12Speaker 3: Well she was.
- 40:14Speaker 5: So you got you got the bouncing act here too, right,
- 40:17Speaker 5: So you got, on one hand, you got the morons
- 40:20Speaker 5: on the left that you know, announced that this is
- 40:23Speaker 5: a murder. On the other side, you have another leader
- 40:30Speaker 5: who doesn't know what took place and yet is coming
- 40:33Speaker 5: out with the pronouncement. This is you see, the American
- 40:37Speaker 5: public has gotten used to instant information.
- 40:41Speaker 3: They crave it, they demand it.
- 40:43Speaker 4: Instant gratification, instant gratification.
- 40:46Speaker 5: Sometimes you just got to shut the hell up and
- 40:49Speaker 5: wait till you have the answers, and then that way
- 40:51Speaker 5: you don't lose credibility.
- 40:53Speaker 3: I've seen this over and over again, Wayne.
- 40:56Speaker 4: Shockingly, you know did that?
- 40:58Speaker 2: You know, did it right? Trump? Usually he's the instagratification
- 41:01Speaker 2: guy who makes it off the cuff from Mark. But
- 41:03Speaker 2: he said, I'm not happy with what happened, and I
- 41:06Speaker 2: don't like either side. He said, basically, does look good.
- 41:08Speaker 2: I don't like when someone gets killed. I also don't
- 41:11Speaker 2: like it when people are attacking my officers. But let's
- 41:14Speaker 2: wait and see. We'll look at the investigation.
- 41:16Speaker 4: I was shocked.
- 41:16Speaker 2: Trump handled it exactly the way you would like it
- 41:20Speaker 2: to be handled. Trump did it right.
- 41:22Speaker 5: And so you got to look at it. There's two
- 41:24Speaker 5: things that are going to be the test here. One
- 41:27Speaker 5: is did it meet the the the law as far
- 41:33Speaker 5: as was he justified based on his perceptions.
- 41:38Speaker 3: That's one prong.
- 41:39Speaker 5: The other prong is did it fit into the policy
- 41:43Speaker 5: of Now, this was a border patrol officer, so they
- 41:46Speaker 5: would be going by their policies. Not the policies of say,
- 41:52Speaker 5: you know the.
- 41:54Speaker 3: Right.
- 41:55Speaker 5: So there's there's two aspects that they're going to be
- 41:58Speaker 5: investigating now. Ellison and Fry and Walls are demanding that.
- 42:07Speaker 3: And they went to court to and this was very,
- 42:10Speaker 3: very strange to me.
- 42:11Speaker 5: They went to court to get a judge to rule
- 42:16Speaker 5: that the Feds could not destroy evidence.
- 42:19Speaker 3: They're not going to destroy the evidence.
- 42:21Speaker 5: It's absolutely ridiculous even to get a judge to say that.
- 42:27Speaker 3: It makes no sense to me.
- 42:30Speaker 2: It's not hard to get a judge to say to Minneapolis.
- 42:32Speaker 2: They're all communist judges, so you know, they're all the
- 42:35Speaker 2: same team. And by the way, I think all of this,
- 42:37Speaker 2: you know what you can use describe all this, Randy.
- 42:40Speaker 4: It's just to cover up and a distraction, to distract
- 42:43Speaker 4: you from looking at all the fraud.
- 42:44Speaker 2: They've been stealing billions and billions of dollars in Minnesota
- 42:47Speaker 2: while no one was looking. So this is their distraction
- 42:50Speaker 2: to get Trump quiet and to get it off the news.
- 42:53Speaker 4: And they've done a good job because that's what they're
- 42:55Speaker 4: good at.
- 42:56Speaker 2: Communists are great at public relations, at organizing case and
- 43:00Speaker 2: crisis and never let a crisis go to waste. Randy,
- 43:03Speaker 2: we gotta run.
- 43:04Speaker 4: We're at the top of the hour.
