Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
• 0:03
Speaker 1: In this episode, we're going to dive right back into
• 0:06
Speaker 1: those court documents and keep providing those receipts. And in
• 0:10
Speaker 1: this batch of receipts, we're going to be hearing from
• 0:13
Speaker 1: Juliet Bryant about her allegations against Jeffrey Epstein and Jeffrey
• 0:18
Speaker 1: Epstein's estate. So let's get to it. Plaintiff Juliet Bryant,
• 0:24
Speaker 1: by her attorneys Boyce, Schiller, Flexner, LLP, for her complaint
• 0:28
Speaker 1: against defendants Darren K. Indyke and Richard D. Kahn in
• 0:32
Speaker 1: their capacities as the executors of the estate of Jeffrey
• 0:36
Speaker 1: Edward Epstein, upon personal knowledge as to her own acts
• 0:40
Speaker 1: and status, and upon information and belief, and to all
• 0:44
Speaker 1: other matters as follows. Nature of the Action 1. This
• 0:49
Speaker 1: suit arises out of Jeffrey Epstein's sexual abuse of plaintiff
• 0:53
Speaker 1: beginning when plaintiff was 20 years old that lasted years
• 0:57
Speaker 1: and included trafficking plaintiff to each of his homes in
• 1:00
Speaker 1: the United States and Paris. 2. Plaintiff was a young
• 1:04
Speaker 1: girl living in South Africa with hopes of becoming a
• 1:07
Speaker 1: model when she was approached by one of Epstein's recruiters
• 1:11
Speaker 1: about a prospective modeling opportunity in the United States and
• 1:15
Speaker 1: invited to a restaurant to meet Epstein, who was dining
• 1:18
Speaker 1: with a former high U.S. government official, a famous actor,
• 1:21
Speaker 1: and a well-known comedian. So, Bill Clinton... Kevin Spacey, and
• 1:28
Speaker 1: Smoke Dog himself, Chris Tucker. What appeared on the outside
• 1:32
Speaker 1: as a legitimate opportunity to break into the modeling business
• 1:36
Speaker 1: in the United States turned into years of horrific abuse
• 1:40
Speaker 1: and manipulation at the hands of Jeffrey Epstein. 3. Epstein's
• 1:45
Speaker 1: trafficking scheme involved recruiting young females by making false promises
• 1:50
Speaker 1: and using his wealth, power, and threats to intimidate the
• 1:53
Speaker 1: females into submission to his demands. The same pattern was
• 1:56
Speaker 1: repeated numerous times with numerous young women. 4. As United
• 2:01
Speaker 1: States District Judge Kenneth Mara found, from between about 1999
• 2:07
Speaker 1: and 2007, Jeffrey Epstein sexually abused more than 30 minor
• 2:11
Speaker 1: girls at his mansion in Palm Beach, Florida, and elsewhere
• 2:15
Speaker 1: in the United States and overseas. That's what the judge
• 2:18
Speaker 1: is telling you, not me. The judge is saying that.
• 2:21
Speaker 1: Keep that in mind. In addition to his own sexual
• 2:24
Speaker 1: abuse of the victims... Epstein directed other persons to abuse
• 2:28
Speaker 1: the girls sexually. Epstein used paid employees to find and
• 2:32
Speaker 1: bring minor girls to him. Epstein worked in concert with
• 2:35
Speaker 1: others to obtain minors not only for his own sexual gratifications,
• 2:40
Speaker 1: but also for the sexual gratification of others. Doe 1 v.
• 2:44
Speaker 1: United States 359F. SUPP. 3D 1201-1204 Southern District of Florida 2019 So
• 2:56
Speaker 1: who are all these others that he was gratifying, and
• 2:59
Speaker 1: how come nobody else has been arrested? 5. Epstein organized
• 3:03
Speaker 1: this sex trafficking network to obtain hundreds of young females
• 3:06
Speaker 1: for himself, for sex, and also lent these females out
• 3:10
Speaker 1: to other powerful and wealthy individuals to be sexually abused. 6.
• 3:16
Speaker 1: Epstein conspired with others and hired staff to maintain and
• 3:19
Speaker 1: keep secret his network of sexual abuse for years. which
• 3:23
Speaker 1: sprawled throughout Epstein's residences in New York, Florida, New Mexico,
• 3:28
Speaker 1: the United States Virgin Islands, and Paris. Epstein's preference was
• 3:32
Speaker 1: to have three different young females a day for his
• 3:35
Speaker 1: sexual pleasure. 7. Despite his significant criminal activity, in 2008
• 3:41
Speaker 1: Epstein received a shockingly minimal charge pleading guilty to a
• 3:45
Speaker 1: single Florida state law charge of procuring a minor for prostitution,
• 3:50
  Speaker 1: and a non-prosecution agreement with the U.S. Attorney's Office for
• 3:53
Speaker 1: the Southern District of Florida. Unknown to the public and
• 3:57
Speaker 1: to the victims at the time, Epstein's lawyers were pressuring
• 4:00
Speaker 1: the government to commit to the NPA without informing the victims.
• 4:04
Speaker 1: Epstein's multiple victims were kept in the dark and told
• 4:07
Speaker 1: to be patient, while Epstein's lawyers worked to protect him
• 4:11
Speaker 1: and other potential co-conspirators from prosecution. Epstein served one year
• 4:16
Speaker 1: in jail but was afforded the privilege of being able
• 4:19
Speaker 1: to leave the jail to go to work for 12
• 4:21
Speaker 1: hours per day, 6 days per week. 8. The NPA
• 4:26
Speaker 1: allowed Epstein to escape proportionate punishment for his actions and
• 4:29
Speaker 1: to continue operating his sex trafficking enterprise with liberty. 9.
• 4:34
Speaker 1: A few years later, Epstein flippantly referred to his sexual
• 4:38
Speaker 1: abuse of multiple minors and the slap on the wrist
• 4:40
Speaker 1: that he received for it in a 2011 interview with
• 4:43
Speaker 1: the New York Post. Billionaire pervert Jeffrey Epstein is back
• 4:47
Speaker 1: in New York City and making wisecracks about his just-ended
• 4:50
Speaker 1: jail stint for having sex with an underage girl. I'm
• 4:54
Speaker 1: not a sexual predator. I'm an offender, the financier, pedophile,
• 4:58
Speaker 1: told the Post yesterday. It's the difference between a murderer
• 5:01
Speaker 1: and a person who steals a bagel, said Epstein. Amber Sutherland,
• 5:05
Speaker 1: billionaire Jeffrey Epstein. I'm a sex offender, not a predator,
• 5:09
Speaker 1: New York Post, February 25th, 2011. Number 10. In August 2018,
• 5:15
Speaker 1: just one year before his death, Epstein told a New
• 5:17
Speaker 1: York Times reporter that criminalizing sex with teenage girls was
• 5:22
Speaker 1: a cultural aberration and that at times in history it
• 5:25
Speaker 1: was perfectly acceptable. James B. Stewart, the day Jeffrey Epstein
• 5:29
Speaker 1: told me he had dirt on powerful people. Number 11.
• 5:32
Speaker 1: When plaintiff was 20 years old, Epstein added her to
• 5:35
Speaker 1: his long list of victims by committing sexual assault and
• 5:38
Speaker 1: battery against her. As such, Epstein is responsible for battery
• 5:43
Speaker 1: an intentional infliction of emotional distress pursuant to New York
• 5:46
Speaker 1: common law. The damage to the plaintiff has been severe
• 5:50
Speaker 1: and lasting. 12. This action has been timely filed pursuant
• 5:55
Speaker 1: to NYCPLR Section 215-8A, which provides that a plaintiff shall
• 6:00
Speaker 1: have at least one year from the termination of a
• 6:03
Speaker 1: criminal action against the same defendant to commence an action
• 6:06
Speaker 1: with respect to the event or occurrence from which the
• 6:09
Speaker 1: criminal action arose. A criminal action against Epstein with respect
• 6:13
Speaker 1: to the same-sex trafficking enterprise from which plaintiff's claims arise,
• 6:17
Speaker 1: was terminated on August 29, 2019. Number 13. This action
• 6:24
Speaker 1: has also been timely filed pursuant to NYCPLR Section 213C,
• 6:30
Speaker 1: which provides that a plaintiff shall have 20 years to
• 6:32
Speaker 1: file civil claims for physical, psychological, and other injury or
• 6:37
Speaker 1: conditions suffered by such person as a result of conduct
• 6:41
Speaker 1: which would constitute rape in the first degree, as defined
• 6:45
Speaker 1: in Section 130.35 of the Penal Law. Epstein raped plaintiff
• 6:50
Speaker 1: within 20 years of filing this complaint. 14. Any statute
• 6:54
Speaker 1: of limitations applicable to plaintiff's claims, if any, is told
• 6:58
Speaker 1: due to the continuous and active deception, duress, threats of retaliation,
• 7:03
Speaker 1: and other forms of misconduct that Epstein and his co-conspirators
• 7:07
Speaker 1: used to silence his many victims, including plaintiff. Epstein's actions
• 7:11
Speaker 1: deprive plaintiff of the opportunity to commence this lawsuit before
• 7:15
Speaker 1: his death. Until his death, plaintiff feared that Epstein and
• 7:19
Speaker 1: his co-conspirators would harm her or her family or ruin
• 7:22
Speaker 1: her life if she came forward. 15. Defendants are equitably
• 7:29
Speaker 1: e-stopped from asserting a statute of limitations defense. Allowing defendants
• 7:33
Speaker 1: to do so would be unjust. Epstein and his co-conspirators
• 7:37
Speaker 1: intimidated each of his victims into silence by threatening their
• 7:40
Speaker 1: lives and their livelihoods. They therefore prevented plaintiff from commencing
• 7:45
Speaker 1: this lawsuit before his death. By using threats along with
• 7:49
Speaker 1: his wealth and his power, Epstein was able to escape
• 7:52
Speaker 1: punishment for his intolerable and brutal crimes against countless young
• 7:56
Speaker 1: women and underage girls for the duration of his life. Parties. 16.

• 9:18
Speaker 1: Many of the events giving rise to these causes of

Speaker 1: action occurred in the Southern District of New York, where

• 9:30
Speaker 1: B and 2. Factual Allegations. A. Epstein Sex Trafficking Enterprise, 23.
• 9:41
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein was widely renowned as a billionaire who used
• 9:45
Speaker 1: his vast connections to powerful individuals and seemingly unlimited wealth
• 9:49
Speaker 1: and resources to create a web of transcontinental sex trafficking
• 9:54
Speaker 1: that served himself, his co-conspirators, and some of the most
• 9:58
Speaker 1: powerful people in the world. 24. Epstein owned multiple residences
• 10:03
Speaker 1: and frequently traveled between them, including 9 East 71st Street,
• 10:07
Speaker 1: New York, New York, and 49 Zorro Ranch Road, Stanley,
• 10:11
Speaker 1: New Mexico, where the illegal sexual crimes against plaintiff occurred.
• 10:15
Speaker 1: Epstein conservatively valued his New York townhome at $ 55, 931, 000. Epstein
• 10:22
Speaker 1: conservatively valued his New Mexico ranch at $ 17, 246, 208. In addition,
• 10:29
Speaker 1: Epstein owned residences in the Virgin Islands, Florida, and France,
• 10:35
Speaker 1: and even his own island, Great St. James Island, where
• 10:39
Speaker 1: his transcontinental sex trafficking of hundreds of young females servicing him,
• 10:43
Speaker 1: his co-conspirators, and wealthy and powerful individuals around the world occurred. 25.
• 10:50
Speaker 1: The allegations herein concern Epstein's torteous acts against Plaintiff while
• 10:55
Speaker 1: at Epstein's mansion in New York, his home in Florida,
• 10:58
Speaker 1: his home in the Virgin Islands, and his apartment in Paris,
• 11:01
Speaker 1: and his New Mexico ranch. 26. At all times material
• 11:05
Speaker 1: evidence To this cause of action, Jeffrey Epstein utilized his
• 11:09
Speaker 1: seemingly unlimited power, wealth, and resources, as well as his
• 11:13
Speaker 1: deep connections to powerful and politically connected individuals to intimidate
• 11:18
Speaker 1: and manipulate his victims of sexual abuse. 27. Epstein and
• 11:23
Speaker 1: his co-conspirators had perfected a scheme for manipulation and abuse
• 11:27
Speaker 1: of young females. As part of the scheme, a female
• 11:30
Speaker 1: recruiter would approach a young female and strike up a
• 11:33
Speaker 1: conversation with in an effort to quickly learn about the
• 11:36
Speaker 1: young female's background and any vulnerabilities they could expose. The
• 11:40
Speaker 1: recruiter would then manipulate the young female into coming back
• 11:44
Speaker 1: to one of Epstein's residences by offering the young female
• 11:47
Speaker 1: something she needed. At times, the recruiter's lure would be
• 11:51
Speaker 1: a modeling opportunity, money for education, help for the young
• 11:55
Speaker 1: woman's family, and a whole host of other related offers
• 11:58
Speaker 1: depending on their target situation. Once in the residence, the
• 12:02
Speaker 1: recruiter and Epstein would work in concert to impress and
• 12:06
Speaker 1: intimidate the young female with displays of vast wealth, including
• 12:10
Speaker 1: having employees that were butlers and maids formally dressed around
• 12:14
Speaker 1: the house. They would also strategically place photographs of very
• 12:18
Speaker 1: powerful political and social figures among photographs and art displaying
• 12:23
Speaker 1: nude females in an effort to normalize the sexual abuse.
• 12:27
Speaker 1: They would also normalize the sexual abuse by placing a
• 12:29
Speaker 1: massage table and spa-related products around the massage area in
• 12:34
Speaker 1: an effort to legitimize the area where the abuse was
• 12:37
Speaker 1: set to occur. Once abused, Epstein and his co-conspirators continued
• 12:41
Speaker 1: to manipulate the victims using their financial power, promises, and
• 12:46
Speaker 1: threats to ensure that the victim returned as directed and
• 12:49
Speaker 1: remained compliant with their demands. Alright, we're going to finish
• 12:53
Speaker 1: up with part one here. And we'll finish this off
• 12:56
Speaker 1: in the next episode. All of the information that goes
• 12:59
Speaker 1: with this episode can be found in the description box.
• 13:03
Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
• 13:07
Speaker 1: We're going to pick up where we left off with
• 13:10
Speaker 1: Juliet Bryant complaints against Jeffrey Epstein's estate and against Jeffrey
• 13:15
Speaker 1: Epstein's bitch ass himself. So let's get back to it. B,
• 13:20
Speaker 1: the arrest, prosecution, and death of Epstein. 28. The sexual
• 13:26
Speaker 1: trafficking ring described herein started at least as early as
• 13:30
Speaker 1: 1995 and continued up until at least July 2, 2019,
• 13:35
Speaker 1: when the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of
• 13:37
Speaker 1: New York charged Epstein with sex trafficking conspiracy and sex
• 13:41
Speaker 1: trafficking in violation of U.S. Code 18, Section 1591. He
• 13:44
Speaker 1: was arrested on July 8, 2019. pursuant to the SDNY-sealed
• 13:51
Speaker 1: two-count indictment, which is attached as Exhibit A. 29. The
• 13:56
Speaker 1: indictment described Epstein's conduct and his abuse and trafficking of
• 13:59
Speaker 1: females in the same trafficking operation he used to abuse
• 14:03
Speaker 1: and traffic plaintiff. 30. Epstein's last will and testament, the will,
• 14:08
Speaker 1: was executed on August 8, 2019, at the Metropolitan Correctional Center.
• 14:13
Speaker 1: The witnesses were Mariel Colon Miro and Golnora Talley. The
• 14:18
Speaker 1: will included affidavits from Darren K. Endyke and Richard D.
• 14:22
Speaker 1: Kahn in which they swear an oath of willingness to
• 14:25
Speaker 1: serve as executor and appointment of local council. 31. Epstein

• 14:39
Speaker 1: was filed on August 15, 2019 in the Probate Division

• 14:49
Speaker 1: Endyke and Richard D. Kahn filed a Certificate of Trust
• 14:52
Speaker 1: in the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands for Epstein's
• 14:55
  Speaker 1: 1953 trust on August 26, 2019. C. Certificate of Trust

• 15:07
Speaker 1: Epstein's will was entered into probate On September 6, 2019,
• 15:19
Speaker 1: and the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands accordingly authorized
• 15:23
Speaker 1: Darren K. Endyke and Richard D. Kahn to administer Epstein's estate.
• 15:27
Speaker 1: See Order for Probate in the Matter of the Estate

• 15:57
Speaker 1: directs Epstein's executors to pay from my estate all expenses
• 16:01
Speaker 1: of my last illness, my funeral and burial expenses, the
• 16:05
Speaker 1: administration expenses of my estate, and all of my debts
• 16:09
Speaker 1: duly proven and allowed against my estate. The will further
• 16:12
Speaker 1: directs that after the payments and distributions provided in Article 1st, Epstein,
• 16:18
Speaker 1: give all of my property, real and personal, wherever situated,
• 16:22
Speaker 1: to the then-acting trustees of the 1953 trust. 36. Following
• 16:28
Speaker 1: Epstein's death, SDNY submitted proposed order in a criminal matter
• 16:33
Speaker 1: against him because it was required by law to do
• 16:36
Speaker 1: so after Epstein was deceased. On August 29, 2019, U.S.
• 16:41
Speaker 1: District Judge Richard Berman formally dismissed SDNY's indictment against Epstein,
• 16:46
Speaker 1: terminating the criminal action against him. Plaintiff's claims are therefore
• 16:50
Speaker 1: timely under NYCPLR Section 215.8a. C. Juliet Bryant 37. Plaintiff
• 17:00
Speaker 1: Juliet Bryant was born on July 23, 1982, in South Africa. 38.
• 17:06
Speaker 1: In 2002, Juliet was 20 years old and an aspiring model.
• 17:11
Speaker 1: In Cape Town, Najah Hill, an American model, approached Juliet
• 17:15
Speaker 1: in an attempt to befriend her. Hill asked Juliet if
• 17:18
Speaker 1: she would like to meet Epstein, who she called the
• 17:21
Speaker 1: King of America. Hill described Epstein as a well-connected billionaire
• 17:26
Speaker 1: who could help her with her modeling career and explained
• 17:29
Speaker 1: that he was visiting Africa with a former U.S. government official,
• 17:33
  Speaker 1: a famous actor, and a well-known comedian. 39. Juliet considered
• 17:38
Speaker 1: meeting Epstein an amazing opportunity because modeling in New York
• 17:42
Speaker 1: City had always been one of her biggest dreams. Hill
• 17:45
Speaker 1: brought Juliet to a restaurant to meet Epstein, who at
• 17:48
Speaker 1: the time was dining with a former high U.S. government official,
• 17:52
Speaker 1: the famous actor, and the well-known comedian. Juliet had never
• 17:57
Speaker 1: met a celebrity before. She was invited to attend a
• 17:59
Speaker 1: speech the former high U.S. government official, a.k.a. Bill Clinton's
• 18:04
Speaker 1: bitch ass, was giving in Cape Town the next day
• 18:07
Speaker 1: and was escorted to the speech by police cars with
• 18:10
Speaker 1: individuals associated with the former official. Forty. Later, Epstein asked
• 18:16
Speaker 1: Juliet to bring her a modeling portfolio to his hotel
• 18:19
Speaker 1: for casting. Epstein told Juliet that he owned a modeling
• 18:23
Speaker 1: agency and would get her an agent in New York,
• 18:26
Speaker 1: and he also mentioned that his good friend, Les Wexner,
• 18:29
Speaker 1: owned Victoria's Secret, a lingerie conglomerate. 41. Within a few days,
• 18:34
Speaker 1: Leslie Groff began calling Juliet. Groff told Juliet that Epstein
• 18:39
Speaker 1: wanted to bring her to New York City to model.
• 18:41
Speaker 1: Groff who was in New York at the time, helped
• 18:44
Speaker 1: Juliet get a visa, passport, and airline tickets. It was
• 18:48
Speaker 1: Juliet's first time traveling overseas, so she was nervous. Epstein
• 18:52
Speaker 1: called Juliet's mother from New York to assure her that
• 18:55
Speaker 1: Juliet would be safe with him in New York. 42.
• 18:59
Speaker 1: Within two weeks, Juliet arrived in New York. A car
• 19:02
Speaker 1: picked her up from the airport and brought her to
• 19:04
Speaker 1: her apartment building on 66th Street. where Epstein housed some
• 19:08
Speaker 1: of the other models who he was abusing. But Juliet
• 19:12
Speaker 1: was not there for long. Shortly after arriving at the apartment,
• 19:15
Speaker 1: Sarah Kellan, another one of Epstein's co-conspirators, called and told
• 19:19
Speaker 1: Juliet that Juliet was going to the Caribbean. Juliet did
• 19:23
Speaker 1: not understand why she was traveling to the Caribbean so
• 19:26
Speaker 1: soon after arriving in New York City, but hoped it
• 19:29
Speaker 1: was for a modeling job. 43. Juliet was taken on
• 19:33
Speaker 1: Epstein's private plane During the flight, Epstein began sexually touching
• 19:37
Speaker 1: Juliet's leg. She felt trapped and terrified, and feared that
• 19:41
Speaker 1: she would be killed. 44. When they arrived at Epstein's
• 19:45
Speaker 1: home in the Virgin Islands, Epstein's abuse of Juliet there
• 19:48
Speaker 1: began when Kellan, sent Juliet to Epstein's room to massage him.
• 19:53
Speaker 1: For the rest of the trip, Epstein repeatedly raped Juliet
• 19:56
Speaker 1: by a forcible compulsion. Kellen repeatedly sent Juliet to Epstein's
• 20:00
Speaker 1: room where he would touch her, use massage devices on her,
• 20:04
Speaker 1: force her to perform oral sex on him, and sexually
• 20:07
Speaker 1: force himself on her. Juliet also witnessed another young girl
• 20:11
Speaker 1: performing oral sex on Epstein in front of Juliet while
• 20:14
Speaker 1: they were watching a movie. Juliet was terrified of Epstein
• 20:18
Speaker 1: and his power. No one knew where she was, and
• 20:20
Speaker 1: she believed that if anything happened to her, no one
• 20:23
Speaker 1: would ever know. 45. Instead of fulfilling her dreams of
• 20:28
Speaker 1: becoming a model in New York City, Juliet was subject
• 20:31
Speaker 1: to extreme and repeated sexual abuse. Epstein's sexual abuse of
• 20:35
Speaker 1: Juliet was humiliating and degrading and caused Juliet to cry
• 20:40
Speaker 1: herself to sleep each night. She fell trapped and alone
• 20:43
Speaker 1: on Epstein's private island. Juliet learned very quickly that Epstein
• 20:47
Speaker 1: was incredibly powerful and that she should not disobey his demands. 46.
• 20:53
Speaker 1: Epstein's abuse of Juliet lasted for years. Epstein forced her
• 20:57
Speaker 1: to travel to the United States many times to see
• 21:00
Speaker 1: Epstein and be subjected to repeated sexual abuse for one
• 21:04
Speaker 1: to two weeks at a time, sometimes staying in his
• 21:07
Speaker 1: New York apartment. Epstein never introduced Juliet to a modeling agent,
• 21:11
Speaker 1: and she was never hired for a modeling job. 47.
• 21:15
Speaker 1: For those years, Juliet felt like a prisoner and was
• 21:18
Speaker 1: afraid of betraying Epstein because of his money and his power.
• 21:21
Speaker 1: She was afraid he would hurt her or her family.
• 21:24
Speaker 1: In fact, the very first time Epstein brought Juliet to
• 21:27
Speaker 1: the United States was In order to scare her, he
• 21:30
Speaker 1: told her when another woman had accused him of rape,
• 21:32
Speaker 1: he planted drugs in the woman's apartment and had sent
• 21:35
Speaker 1: her to prison. 48. Epstein made very clear to Juliet
• 21:39
Speaker 1: that he was incredibly wealthy, powerful, and regularly in contact
• 21:43
Speaker 1: with world leaders. In fact, in his New York mansion,
• 21:47
Speaker 1: he had photographs displayed of significant political figures to ensure
• 21:51
Speaker 1: that any young females entering the home would know that
• 21:53
Speaker 1: he had extensive government connections. Epstein was not to be
• 21:57
Speaker 1: disobeyed and he made this clear by his words and
• 22:00
Speaker 1: his actions, and there would be consequences if Juliet did
• 22:04
Speaker 1: not comply with his demands. 49. Juliet was also forced
• 22:09
Speaker 1: to travel to Epstein's home in Paris, where she had
• 22:12
Speaker 1: to stay with Ghislaine Maxwell, one of Epstein's main recruiters
• 22:15
Speaker 1: of young females, and where Sarah Kellen forced her to
• 22:19
Speaker 1: be photographed nude for Epstein. During that trip, Juliet witnessed
• 22:23
Speaker 1: that young females were on call to sexually pleasure Epstein. 50.
• 22:28
Speaker 1: Juliet's final trip to the United States was in 2004.
• 22:32
Speaker 1: She flew to see Epstein at his New Mexico ranch
• 22:35
Speaker 1: called Zorro Ranch. Epstein abused Juliet at Zorro Ranch. During
• 22:39
Speaker 1: that trip, Epstein took Juliet with him to meet another
• 22:43
Speaker 1: important government official. Juliet complied and went with Epstein. At
• 22:48
Speaker 1: the meeting, Juliet believed Epstein had brought her there so
• 22:51
Speaker 1: the official could look her over. Juliet felt very uncomfortable
• 22:55
Speaker 1: and she and Epstein began to fight because he claimed
• 22:57
Speaker 1: she was not being obedient. Epstein then informed Juliet that
• 23:02
Speaker 1: he wanted her to travel with him on his plane
• 23:04
Speaker 1: to California and serve drinks to some of his scientist
• 23:07
Speaker 1: friends who were going to be flying with him to California.
• 23:10
Speaker 1: But before the flight, after an argument with Epstein, Juliet
• 23:14
Speaker 1: flew home to South Africa. That was the last time
• 23:16
Speaker 1: Juliet visited Epstein. 51. Epstein attempted to keep in contact
• 23:21
Speaker 1: with Juliet through email over the years. For example, in 2016,
• 23:27
Speaker 1: Epstein emailed Juliet to ask if she knew Sarah Ransom,
• 23:31
Speaker 1: another woman who was a victim of Epstein's sex trafficking scheme.
• 23:35
Speaker 1: In June 2019, only two months before his death, Epstein
• 23:39
Speaker 1: sent Juliet an email asking her to send him nude photographs. 52.
• 23:44
Speaker 1: Juliet was deeply affected by her harrowing experiences at the
• 23:48
Speaker 1: hands of Epstein. She developed eating disorders that affected her
• 23:51
Speaker 1: for years afterwards. She also suffered from substance abuse, debilitating
• 23:56
Speaker 1: panic attacks, and severe anxiety. 53. Epstein's sexual assault and
• 24:01
Speaker 1: battery of Juliet continues to cause her significant distress and harm.
• 24:05
Speaker 1: First cause of action, battery. 54. Plaintiff repeats and re-alleges
• 24:10
Speaker 1: the allegations stated above in paragraphs 1 through 53 as
• 24:15
Speaker 1: if fully set forth herein. 55. Epstein intentionally committed battery
• 24:21
Speaker 1: by sexually assaulting plaintiff on numerous occasions at his homes
• 24:25
Speaker 1: in New York, New Mexico, Florida, France, and the U.S.
• 24:29
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands. As described above, on multiple occasions over a
• 24:33
Speaker 1: years-long period, Epstein raped plaintiff and intentionally touched intimate parts
• 24:38
Speaker 1: of her body in an offensive and sexual manner without
• 24:41
Speaker 1: her consent. 56. Epstein's actions constitute sexual offenses, as defined
• 24:47
Speaker 1: in New York Penal Code, Article 130, including but not
• 24:51
Speaker 1: limited to rape in the first degree as defined in
• 24:54
Speaker 1: Article 130.35, inasmuch as Epstein engaged in sexual intercourse with
• 25:00
Speaker 1: plaintiff by forcible compulsion, CNY CPLR Section 213c. 57. A
• 25:07
Speaker 1: criminal action against Epstein with respect to the same trafficking

• 25:27
Speaker 1: As a direct and proximate result of Epstein's conduct, Plaintiff has,

Speaker 1: suffer extreme emotional distress, humiliation, fear, anxiety, panic attacks, psychological trauma,

Speaker 1: loss of dignity and self-esteem, and an invasion of her privacy.
• 25:46
Speaker 1: Second Cause of Action intentional infliction of emotional distress. 59.
• 25:51
Speaker 1: Plaintiff repeats and re-alleges the allegations stated above in paragraphs
• 25:56
Speaker 1: 1 through 53 as if fully set forth herein. 60.
• 26:01
Speaker 1: As a direct result of these allegations as stated, Epstein
• 26:04
Speaker 1: committed intentional infliction of emotional distress against plaintiff. 61. Epstein's
• 26:10
Speaker 1: actions described above constitute extreme and outrageous conduct that shocks
• 26:15
Speaker 1: the conscience. Epstein's plan to recruit, entice, rape, and assault
• 26:19
Speaker 1: plaintiff on multiple occasions goes beyond all possible bounds of
• 26:23
Speaker 1: decency and is intolerable in a civilized community. 62. Epstein
• 26:29
Speaker 1: knew or disregarded the substantial likelihood that these actions would
• 26:33
Speaker 1: cause plaintiff severe emotional distress. 63. A criminal action against
• 26:39
Speaker 1: Epstein with respect to the same-sex trafficking enterprise from which

Speaker 1: plaintiff's second cause of action arises was terminated in on

• 27:36
Speaker 1: demands a trial by jury on all causes of action
• 27:40
Speaker 1: asserted within this pleading. This was dated November 14th, 2019
• 27:44
Speaker 1: and signed by Joshua Schiller. All right, folks, that's going
• 27:49
Speaker 1: to do it for this one. All of the information
• 27:51
Speaker 1: that goes with this episode can be found in the
• 27:54
Speaker 1: description box. What's up, everyone? And welcome back to the
• 27:57
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. On Monday, a new documentary is set to
• 28:03
Speaker 1: premiere over on BBC, and that documentary is called House
• 28:08
Speaker 1: of Ghislaine. Well, in that documentary, they talk to some
• 28:12
Speaker 1: of the survivors and And one of those survivors that
• 28:16
Speaker 1: they chatted with was Juliet Bryant. And her story? Absolutely soul-crushing.
• 28:24
Speaker 1: What this young lady went through while she was held captive,
• 28:28
Speaker 1: because that's what happened, she was held captive, on Epstein's
• 28:31
Speaker 1: Island is just unbelievably horrible. And the fact that Jeffrey
• 28:37
Speaker 1: Epstein was allowed... To operate for so long. Is just. It's.
• 28:44
Speaker 1: There's no words really to describe. How maddening it is.
• 28:49
Speaker 1: And again. This is another example. Another reason. Why I'm
• 28:53
Speaker 1: so adamant. About the Virgin Islands. Not getting any money.
• 28:58
Speaker 1: As a territory. As a claimant. Against Jeffrey Epstein's estate.
• 29:05
Speaker 1: Because all of this stuff. Like what happened to Juliet Bryant.
• 29:09
Speaker 1: happened down there in the Virgin Islands. And let's remember
• 29:13
Speaker 1: that it was the officials in the Virgin Islands that
• 29:16
Speaker 1: set Jeffrey Epstein up with all of these different benefits
• 29:21
Speaker 1: that none of us would ever get. All kinds of
• 29:24
Speaker 1: tax loopholes, this, that, the other thing. And on the
• 29:27
Speaker 1: flip side, he was supposed to pump some of that
• 29:29
Speaker 1: dough back into the community. Did that ever happen? Of
• 29:33
Speaker 1: course not. But I guarantee you, politicians enrich themselves You
• 29:39
Speaker 1: want it? bet? So where is the investigation into all
• 29:43
Speaker 1: of those people that enrich themselves on the back of
• 29:47
Speaker 1: abuse to girls like Juliette Bryant? And that's why it's so...
• 29:54
Speaker 1: absurd to think that any state or territory should be
• 29:58
Speaker 1: a claimant against the estate. Girls like Juliette Bryant, Annie Farmer, Virginia,
• 30:06
Speaker 1: and the rest of them, the girls we don't even know,
• 30:09
Speaker 1: all of them deserve to have every last penny from
• 30:13
Speaker 1: this estate. Because what went on down here on this island,
• 30:19
Speaker 1: it's the stuff right out of a horror movie. So
• 30:24
Speaker 1: let's dive into this article from thedailymail.com and let's see
• 30:29
Speaker 1: what Juliette Bryan had to say to this BBC documentary. Headline,
• 30:36
Speaker 1: Epstein fed off the terror of a girl being scared.
• 30:40
Speaker 1: Sex trafficking survivor speaks for the first time in BBC's
• 30:44
Speaker 1: House of Maxwell, revealing how she was lured to his
• 30:47
Speaker 1: island and raped three times a day as part of
• 30:50
Speaker 1: his factory of abuse. I mean, every time we read
• 30:56
Speaker 1: something like this, it just takes a little bit more
• 31:00
Speaker 1: of a chunk out of me as far as me
• 31:03
Speaker 1: believing in humanity. That somebody would have the, I don't
• 31:08
Speaker 1: even know, the desire to do this to another human
• 31:12
Speaker 1: being is just so depraved and so disgusting that words
• 31:18
Speaker 1: can't even begin to explain it. and raped up to
• 31:22
Speaker 1: three times a day? Sheesh. This article was authored by
• 31:29
Speaker 1: Monica Greep. A survivor of Jeffrey Epstein has spoken out
• 31:34
Speaker 1: for the first time in a BBC documentary describing how
• 31:38
Speaker 1: she was lured to his private island, where she was
• 31:41
Speaker 1: forced to visit his ice-cold, pitch-black bedroom and raped up
• 31:45
Speaker 1: to three times a day as part of his factory
• 31:48
Speaker 1: of abuse. Now, remember... How many women have not come forward?
• 31:52
Speaker 1: How many of these girls and who are women now
• 31:55
Speaker 1: were abused by Epstein? And we don't know their their
• 31:58
Speaker 1: full story, right? Like we always talk about, it's only
• 32:02
Speaker 1: a little drop in the bucket what we have heard.
• 32:05
Speaker 1: And that's why you know that this went much deeper
• 32:09
Speaker 1: than the authorities even want to let on. Juliette Bryant,
• 32:14
Speaker 1: from Cape Town, South Africa, was a 20-year-old aspiring model
• 32:18
Speaker 1: when she was first introduced to the billionaire pedophile, eh,
• 32:22
Speaker 1: billionaire is debatable, who told her she had the most
• 32:25
Speaker 1: beautiful figure he had ever seen, and promised a flyer
• 32:28
Speaker 1: to New York to launch her career. Where have we
• 32:31
Speaker 1: heard this story before? One of Epstein's go-to moves, right?
• 32:35
Speaker 1: Remember in the show Seinfeld, the episode about the go-to move?
• 32:39
Speaker 1: Jerry had the go-to move. And then, you know, Putty
• 32:42
Speaker 1: stole his go-to move. This is Epstein's go-to move right here.
• 32:46
Speaker 1: All of these scumbags like him and Jean-Luc Brunel, they
• 32:50
Speaker 1: love this one. Oh, we'll launch your modeling career. You
• 32:53
Speaker 1: can trust us. Look, we're big shots. Look at all
• 32:55
Speaker 1: the people we know. Look at all the friends we have.
• 32:58
Speaker 1: Look at all of our connections. So you're thinking as
• 33:01
Speaker 1: a young lady, hey, look, this is my shot. I'm
• 33:04
Speaker 1: going to make it. I'm going to finally be able
• 33:05
Speaker 1: to make it in Hollywood or New York, whatever it is.
• 33:08
Speaker 1: And I'm going to chase my dreams. Because that's what
• 33:11
Speaker 1: these models are doing. What do you think? They wake
• 33:13
Speaker 1: up and they're like, oh, well, my goal is to
• 33:16
Speaker 1: go and be exploited by people like Epstein and Jean-Luc Brunel.
• 33:20
Speaker 1: Let's be real. Have you seen Epstein and Jean-Luc Brunel?
• 33:23
Speaker 1: If these dudes weren't rich, you really think that they'd
• 33:26
Speaker 1: have any chance with any of these girls? And the
• 33:29
Speaker 1: only reason they had any girls around them is because
• 33:33
Speaker 1: they had money and power. And they were able to
• 33:37
Speaker 1: exploit that money and power and used it as a
• 33:40
Speaker 1: tool and a vehicle to abuse people, to traffic people,
• 33:45
Speaker 1: to rape people. But instead, Juliet was taken on his
• 33:54
Speaker 1: private jet to his Caribbean island where she became trapped
• 33:57
Speaker 1: in the sex trafficking operation run by Epstein and operated
• 34:02
Speaker 1: by Ghislaine Maxwell. Speaking in BBC series House of Maxwell,
• 34:06
Speaker 1: which premieres on Monday night, Juliet tells how she watched
• 34:11
Speaker 1: other survivors perform sex acts on Epstein and was sexually
• 34:15
Speaker 1: assaulted by the predator on a number of occasions over
• 34:18
Speaker 1: almost two years. She estimates she saw 60 girls and
• 34:22
Speaker 1: women in the time she was there. Now think about
• 34:25
Speaker 1: that for a minute, folks. And again... When we're talking
• 34:29
Speaker 1: about this story, I just, I have to reiterate that
• 34:32
Speaker 1: the most important thing to do is listen to the survivors.
• 34:35
Speaker 1: They were there. They lived through this. Not secondhand knowledge,
• 34:40
Speaker 1: not from me or anyone else. That's why whenever we
• 34:43
Speaker 1: can hear from one of these survivors, you know, on
• 34:46
Speaker 1: their own terms and telling their story, it's important because
• 34:50
Speaker 1: when you listen to all of their stories and you
• 34:53
Speaker 1: see how they all match up, it's rather obvious that
• 34:57
Speaker 1: What was going on here. And it's crazy to think.
• 35:02
Speaker 1: That everybody else around them. All the supposedly smartest people
• 35:06
Speaker 1: in the world. Had no idea. That Epstein and Maxwell
• 35:10
Speaker 1: were up to this. Things happened there that scared me
• 35:15
Speaker 1: so deeply. That I can't even talk about them. She says.
• 35:18
Speaker 1: He fed off the terror. That was something about the energy.
• 35:21
Speaker 1: There was something about the energy of a girl being scared.
• 35:24
Speaker 1: That he liked. One of those, like, energy vampires they
• 35:27
Speaker 1: talk about, right? And these depraved lunatics, these maniacs, these sickos,
• 35:32
Speaker 1: they get off on having this power over people. And
• 35:37
Speaker 1: when you have somebody like Jeffrey Epstein, who is not
• 35:40
Speaker 1: only somebody who is sadistic, but he has very depraved
• 35:45
Speaker 1: and twisted proclivities, you add that all up, and you're
• 35:50
Speaker 1: dealing with somebody who has the potential to be a monster.
• 35:55
Speaker 1: And folks, make no mistake, that is exactly what Jeffrey
• 35:58
Speaker 1: Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell are. Well, Epstein in past tense anyway,
• 36:04
Speaker 1: but monsters. She also shares never-before-seen photos she took on
• 36:12
Speaker 1: Epstein's island, including one of Maxwell and one of an
• 36:15
Speaker 1: artwork depicting a woman being raped by a sea monster. Boy,
• 36:19
Speaker 1: that sounds like a pleasant place, huh? artwork of a
• 36:23
Speaker 1: woman being raped by a sea monster. It's hard to
• 36:30
Speaker 1: even try and understand the psyche of people like Jeffrey
• 36:34
Speaker 1: Epstein and Glenn Maxwell. And you just look at their
• 36:37
Speaker 1: artwork and it's telling, right? Remember at the townhouse, how
• 36:41
Speaker 1: he had the chess board with the chess pieces carved
• 36:44
Speaker 1: in the likeness of his staff and workers. And he's
• 36:47
Speaker 1: just a creepy dude. and this whole entire class of
• 36:50
Speaker 1: people are creepy as well. Juliet, who in 2019 filed
• 37:00
Speaker 1: a lawsuit against Epstein's estate alleging the former financier, pedophile,
• 37:05
Speaker 1: had repeatedly raped her numerous times, explained she and other
• 37:09
Speaker 1: survivors had been too afraid to speak out because Epstein
• 37:13
Speaker 1: threatened her and her family. It was just like a factory,
• 37:16
Speaker 1: she says. He was running a machine and Ghislaine Maxwell
• 37:20
Speaker 1: was operating it. People ask why I went back. Nobody
• 37:23
Speaker 1: disobeyed Epstein. And that's the thing, right? It's easy for
• 37:26
Speaker 1: people to sit around and judge and say, oh, why
• 37:28
Speaker 1: would you go back? Why didn't you just leave? You're
• 37:31
Speaker 1: a grown ass woman. What's wrong with you? Well, when
• 37:34
Speaker 1: you start adding all the other stuff to it that
• 37:36
Speaker 1: goes along with situations like this, I've said it a
• 37:40
Speaker 1: million times and I'll say it a million more. I'm
• 37:42
Speaker 1: certainly not qualified to break down the psyche. You know,
• 37:46
Speaker 1: all of the things that go into that, the trauma bonding,
• 37:50
Speaker 1: the Stockholm syndrome, you know, there's a lot. And then
• 37:53
Speaker 1: you add the threats on top of that. And when
• 37:56
Speaker 1: you're dealing with somebody like Epstein, who is, you know,
• 37:58
Speaker 1: very powerful, has a lot of powerful friends, you know,
• 38:02
Speaker 1: it quantifies everything. So when you're someone like Juliet Bryant, who,
• 38:07
Speaker 1: South Africa, young, aspiring model, certainly doesn't run in the
• 38:11
Speaker 1: same circles that Jeffrey Epstein did, of course you're going
• 38:14
Speaker 1: to be fearful, and of course you're going to do
• 38:17
Speaker 1: what he wants you to do, especially once he has
• 38:19
Speaker 1: his hooks into you. Now, however, she wants to shed
• 38:23
Speaker 1: light on the industrial scale of the abuse she witnessed,
• 38:26
Speaker 1: which involved carefully coordinated visas and travel plans for dozens
• 38:30
Speaker 1: of girls and women from around the world... Over a
• 38:33
Speaker 1: number of years. Yo, can we get a real investigation, please,
• 38:37
Speaker 1: into all of this? Where's the Rico at? Yo, SDNY.
• 38:44
Speaker 1: Southern District of New York. Are you ever going to
• 38:46
Speaker 1: redeem yourselves? Stop with the BS and go after these people.
• 38:53
Speaker 1: We're talking, you know, a survivor here going on the
• 38:56
Speaker 1: record with the BBC talking about an intricate trafficking operation.
• 39:02
Speaker 1: So again, when we're talking a trafficking operation, it wasn't
• 39:06
Speaker 1: Epstein and Maxwell trafficking these girls back and forth to
• 39:09
Speaker 1: each other. Where are all of the other moving parts?
• 39:12
Speaker 1: And where are all of the Johns being outed like
• 39:15
Speaker 1: they're being outed over in the Sarah Lawrence sex cult trial?
• 39:20
Speaker 1: We've heard some names over there. Let's get some more
• 39:22
Speaker 1: names going here. And these people who have been fighting
• 39:27
Speaker 1: tooth and nail for their privacy and have been in
• 39:30
Speaker 1: the luxury of not being scrutinized by the American press,
• 39:34
Speaker 1: I think it's time for that to change. How many
• 39:37
Speaker 1: more stories like this do you need to hear? Yo,
• 39:43
Speaker 1: that is a very highly charged statement. And again, it's
• 40:07
Speaker 1: something we can't discount. How many of these unnamed girls
• 40:11
Speaker 1: that would show up if we're talking about the thousands,
• 40:13
Speaker 1: where did they all go? Has anyone done a real
• 40:18
Speaker 1: look at, you know, the travel nexus of all of
• 40:23
Speaker 1: these girls? You know, it takes resources to do that
• 40:27
Speaker 1: kind of stuff, though. And, you know, these outlets out
• 40:30
Speaker 1: here that are always pumping their gums, this is a
• 40:33
Speaker 1: perfect opportunity for them to really dig in. Because there's
• 40:37
Speaker 1: a story here. There is definitely a story here. And
• 40:40
Speaker 1: Juliet is not the only one with these tales to tell.
• 40:44
Speaker 1: But her coming forward here, hopefully it gets the ball
• 40:47
Speaker 1: rolling again. BBC2' s House of Maxwell charts how Ghislaine Maxwell
• 40:54
Speaker 1: went from a multi-millionaire's daughter to a woman convicted of
• 40:58
Speaker 1: grooming and trafficking underage girls. Juliet's ordeal started in 2002
• 41:04
Speaker 1: when Juliet was approached by a beautiful American girl asking
• 41:08
Speaker 1: if she was a model and whether she wanted to
• 41:10
Speaker 1: meet her friend who she claimed had links to Victoria's Secret. Again,
• 41:15
Speaker 1: another tie that binds to Les Wexner. When's this dude
• 41:18
Speaker 1: going to be held accountable? Running around like the king
• 41:21
Speaker 1: of New Albany, Ohio. Dude's never been held accountable for
• 41:25
Speaker 1: anything in his life. His company... Victoria's Secret was directly
• 41:32
Speaker 1: used by Jeffrey Epstein to commit criminal activity. I don't
• 41:36
Speaker 1: understand how these people avoid prosecution. Go ahead and get
• 41:40
Speaker 1: involved with one of your friends who's selling drugs and
• 41:44
Speaker 1: get caught up in the investigation via phone call or
• 41:47
Speaker 1: whatever and see how quickly your life becomes miserable. But,
• 41:51
Speaker 1: you know, you use a company like Victoria's Secret and
• 41:54
Speaker 1: you can traffic girls through there, use it as a lure,
• 41:57
Speaker 1: all of it. And it's no big deal. No one
• 41:59
Speaker 1: will ever get in trouble. And it'll take 20 years
• 42:01
Speaker 1: for there to be any kind of real, you know,
• 42:05
Speaker 1: just a justice, if you if you'll call it even
• 42:07
Speaker 1: that on a civil level where people lose their jobs
• 42:11
Speaker 1: and shit at Victoria's Secret like we've seen. But how
• 42:14
Speaker 1: long did it take? How long did these people continue
• 42:18
Speaker 1: to enrich themselves, continue to promote a poisonous culture at
• 42:23
Speaker 1: Victoria's Secret from the top down? I was just a
• 42:29
Speaker 1: young girl with hopes and dreams, and I thought I
• 42:31
Speaker 1: could really make something of my life. Sort of a
• 42:34
Speaker 1: modeling career, she said. Soon after, she presented her modeling
• 42:37
Speaker 1: portfolio to Epstein in a hotel room, where he told
• 42:40
Speaker 1: her that she had the most amazing figure I've ever
• 42:43
Speaker 1: seen in my life. So she's in this room with Epstein,
• 42:47
Speaker 1: and obviously her goal is to be a model, right? Look,
• 42:50
Speaker 1: come on. That's like, at least when I was young anyway,
• 42:53
Speaker 1: that was the dream of a lot of girls I knew. Oh,
• 42:56
Speaker 1: I want to be a model. I want to walk
• 42:58
Speaker 1: the runway. I want to be, you know, in this
• 43:01
Speaker 1: magazine or in that magazine. Just like young boys, I
• 43:04
Speaker 1: want to be an athlete. You know, I want to
• 43:06
Speaker 1: be a baseball player. I want to be a football player. Bro,
• 43:08
Speaker 1: you're 5'2. You're not playing football. Sorry. But that's the dream, right?
• 43:13
Speaker 1: So this girl... meets this guy and he says to her, hey, look,
• 43:17
Speaker 1: we can make this happen. I'm a big shot. I
• 43:19
Speaker 1: can hook you up. Come into my web here and
• 43:23
Speaker 1: I'll make sure that your dreams come true. And of course,
• 43:26
Speaker 1: when we want something to be real, we want something
• 43:29
Speaker 1: to be true. Our confirmation bias plays a role, right?
• 43:33
Speaker 1: And we, you know, sometimes we're swayed. And especially when
• 43:37
Speaker 1: you're young and you're naive and you don't have as
• 43:39
Speaker 1: much experience in the world. A lot easier for these
• 43:42
Speaker 1: predators to make these kinds of moves. And you see,
• 43:45
Speaker 1: Epstein was very particular about the kind of girls he
• 43:48
Speaker 1: went after. Epstein said he wanted to take Juliet to
• 43:53
Speaker 1: New York to launch her modeling career, offering to pay
• 43:55
Speaker 1: for her visa and ticket. I thought it was going
• 43:58
Speaker 1: to be the most amazing opportunity of my life, Juliet recalls.
• 44:02
Speaker 1: Now remember, she's from South Africa. So she's coming from
• 44:06
Speaker 1: a different country, coming to America, and that's the dream
• 44:09
Speaker 1: of a lot of people. Get to America and pursue
• 44:12
Speaker 1: your goals, pursue your dreams with nobody bothering you. That's
• 44:16
Speaker 1: how it used to be anyway. And she thought she
• 44:19
Speaker 1: was doing that. But instead of flying to the U.S.,
• 44:24
Speaker 1: Epstein's office phoned Juliet and said she would be flying
• 44:27
Speaker 1: to Epstein's Island in the U.S. Virgin Islands. She assumed
• 44:30
Speaker 1: the purpose of the trip was for a photo shoot
• 44:32
Speaker 1: and immediately said yes. Yeah, that's what you would think, right?
• 44:35
Speaker 1: You're a model. You meet this guy. He works at
• 44:37
Speaker 1: Victoria's Secret, he says. He has an island. Common sense
• 44:41
Speaker 1: would dictate that you're going to have a photo shoot.
• 44:45
Speaker 1: Juliet recalls being astounded by the beauty of Epstein's notorious
• 44:49
Speaker 1: island when she arrived. She discovered a pile of discarded
• 44:52
Speaker 1: disposable cameras, which she used to take photographs of her
• 44:56
Speaker 1: time on the Caribbean island. The photographs shown for the
• 45:00
Speaker 1: first time in the documentary include ones of her posing
• 45:03
Speaker 1: by the docks, photos of the small chalet in which
• 45:08
Speaker 1: she stayed near the port, and a disturbing artwork showing
• 45:11
Speaker 1: a deformed sea creature clambering on top of a naked
• 45:15
Speaker 1: young woman. Man, that's crazy. She has all of these
• 45:18
Speaker 1: photos still, and this is the first time that she's
• 45:20
Speaker 1: releasing them. Look, it takes time. And each one of
• 45:24
Speaker 1: these survivors of Epstein or survivors in general, they're going
• 45:28
Speaker 1: to go at their own pace. And people just need
• 45:30
Speaker 1: to respect that. When they're ready to go on the
• 45:32
Speaker 1: record or they're ready to speak out, they'll do it.
• 45:35
Speaker 1: But with somebody like Juliette Bryant, she's had these pictures
• 45:38
Speaker 1: for a while. And obviously now, with this documentary coming out,
• 45:42
Speaker 1: Maxwell going to prison, Epstein dead, Jean-Luc Brunel in a
• 45:46
Speaker 1: jail cell, she felt a little more comfortable sharing them, obviously.
• 45:50
Speaker 1: But it gives you a little bit of a look
• 45:51
Speaker 1: behind the curtain and what was going on behind the scenes.
• 45:56
Speaker 1: Because remember, these girls, they're the ones who lived it.
• 46:00
Speaker 1: We're the ones just talking about it. It was a
• 46:04
Speaker 1: naked girl, and there was like a big walrus it
• 46:07
Speaker 1: looked like. The walrus was trying to rape her. It
• 46:11
Speaker 1: was a very disturbing picture. I've never seen a picture
• 46:14
Speaker 1: like that ever, she says. Other images show Juliet with
• 46:18
Speaker 1: a camera inside Epstein's island home, Maxwell eating a meal
• 46:21
  Speaker 1: on a table, and Epstein's bedroom, which included a four-poster
• 46:26
Speaker 1: bed with white bedding and mosquito netting. He had a
• 46:30
Speaker 1: lot of weird stuff around his house. There were just
• 46:33
Speaker 1: pictures of naked girls everywhere. And there were a lot
• 46:36
Speaker 1: of naked pictures of Ghislaine, too. How many times do
• 46:39
Speaker 1: we hear that? It was like they were, you know,
• 46:42
Speaker 1: very upfront about it, right? Very brazen about Ghislaine Maxwell
• 46:47
Speaker 1: and her being naked and the pictures of her being taken.
• 46:50
Speaker 1: And for my money, that was all part of the
• 46:52
Speaker 1: normalization process to groom the other girls. Well, you see,
• 46:56
Speaker 1: head honcho Ghislaine does it. Look, we got pictures of
• 46:58
Speaker 1: Miss Fancy Pants Ghislaine up here naked. It's no big deal.
• 47:01
Speaker 1: It's just like Playboy. These are taken in taste. And
• 47:04
Speaker 1: then each time, in increments, you know, you push the envelope.
• 47:09
Speaker 1: Some girls, obviously, they worked faster. But it goes along
• 47:12
Speaker 1: with the grooming process, right? Makes it easier for the
• 47:15
Speaker 1: sick pervert to normalize things. But shortly after arriving on
• 47:21
Speaker 1: the island, it became clear the trip was far from
• 47:24
Speaker 1: the dream destination photoshoot she had imagined. Juliet was asked
• 47:28
Speaker 1: to watch a movie with Epstein and another girl. To
• 47:31
Speaker 1: her horror, the girl began performing a sex act on
• 47:34
Speaker 1: the pedophile. I was absolutely petrified, Juliet recalls. I was
• 47:40
Speaker 1: so young. I'd never seen anything like that. I was crying.
• 47:44
Speaker 1: I just ran out of the room. I didn't know
• 47:46
Speaker 1: what to do. Now again, remember, She says a girl.
• 47:51
Speaker 1: I wonder who. And I can't help but wonder what
• 47:54
Speaker 1: happened to these unnamed women. Girls. Then women now. There
• 48:00
Speaker 1: was no hope of getting away. I was in a
• 48:02
Speaker 1: foreign country with no money or cell phone or means
• 48:06
Speaker 1: of communication. I just realized then I was completely trapped
• 48:10
Speaker 1: and there was nothing I could do. Ghislaine was running
• 48:13
Speaker 1: the girls and would tell us when we needed to
• 48:15
Speaker 1: go to his bedroom. You couldn't say no. There was
• 48:18
Speaker 1: just no option. She remembers his bedroom as being pitch
• 48:22
Speaker 1: black and ice cold and says she disassociated with her
• 48:26
Speaker 1: body as he silly assaulted her. It's really painful to
• 48:30
Speaker 1: read that kind of stuff, honestly. I mean, I don't
• 48:33
Speaker 1: know Juliet from any other stranger on the street, but
• 48:36
Speaker 1: just basic human empathy. And to think about what my
• 48:42
Speaker 1: sister or my girlfriend or my mother could have easily
• 48:46
Speaker 1: been in the hands of somebody like this. And that
• 48:52
Speaker 1: there was no justice for so long. It's just... How
• 48:58
Speaker 1: do you, as a law enforcement person who worked on
• 49:02
Speaker 1: this case, how do you look yourself in the mirror, right?
• 49:04
Speaker 1: How do you come to terms with that? Then again,
• 49:06
Speaker 1: a lot of these people are just... They don't have
• 49:09
  Speaker 1: a moral compass. It's just a job to them. I
• 49:16
Speaker 1: tried to escape in my mind. I tried to pretend
• 49:19
Speaker 1: it wasn't happening. Things happened there that scared me so
• 49:22
Speaker 1: deeply that I can't even talk about them. He fed
• 49:25
Speaker 1: off the terror. There was something about the energy of
• 49:27
Speaker 1: a girl being scared that he liked. Well, that's typical
• 49:31
Speaker 1: for bullies in general, but for these kind of people
• 49:34
Speaker 1: who exploit women or boys or people who are more
• 49:37
Speaker 1: vulnerable than them, They definitely get off on this. It's
• 49:41
Speaker 1: all part of it. And the power play was definitely
• 49:45
Speaker 1: something Epstein was into. We saw it with his whole life.
• 49:48
Speaker 1: He used his money to manipulate people. He used these
• 49:51
Speaker 1: depraved sexual acts to manipulate people. That was just in
• 49:55
Speaker 1: his nature. When Juliet was first introduced to Ghislaine, she
• 50:00
Speaker 1: was told that there were a couple but remains unconvinced
• 50:05
Speaker 1: their relationship was ever romantic. The thing is... I didn't
• 50:09
Speaker 1: see them hold hands or kiss once, she said. I
• 50:12
Speaker 1: never saw them give each other a hug. To be honest,
• 50:15
Speaker 1: I never saw them come close, so it definitely was
• 50:17
Speaker 1: not a romantic relationship. Man, it's nice to hear Juliet
• 50:21
Speaker 1: confirm what I've been thinking. I've said that for how long, folks?
• 50:24
Speaker 1: There's no way these two were in a romantic relationship.
• 50:27
Speaker 1: for my money, it's like the Americans, the show, the Americans,
• 50:31
Speaker 1: when they put the two Soviets together and they acted
• 50:33
Speaker 1: like they were a married couple kids and all of it. Well,
• 50:37
Speaker 1: that's how these intelligence agencies work, right? They're, they're very shrewd.
• 50:41
Speaker 1: They'll put together people and they'll have a whole entire
• 50:44
Speaker 1: template built for them. And I'm convinced at this point,
• 50:48
Speaker 1: that's what went down with Maxwell and Epstein, at least
• 50:51
Speaker 1: on some level. Before she was sent home, Juliet was
• 50:56
Speaker 1: threatened by Epstein, who told her of another girl who
• 50:59
Speaker 1: had accused her of rape and ended up in jail
• 51:02
Speaker 1: because he had planted drugs in her home. Juliet was
• 51:13
Speaker 1: also warned her family was on a list. And we
• 51:16
Speaker 1: know that Epstein had lists. Look what he did to
• 51:18
Speaker 1: Bradley Edwards' family. Do you think he wasn't going to
• 51:21
Speaker 1: follow these girls around? What about what Maxwell said to
• 51:24
Speaker 1: Maria Farmer about where Maria Farmer liked to jog and
• 51:27
Speaker 1: how Maxwell knew where she was? These people weren't above that,
• 51:32
Speaker 1: making these threats. I just did as I was told,
• 51:41
Speaker 1: she says. I was petrified of him. Who he was?
• 51:44
Speaker 1: I knew crossing him would be a very bad idea.
• 51:47
Speaker 1: Juliet was forced to return to the island for various periods,
• 51:50
Speaker 1: on and off, for nearly two years. I was so
• 51:54
Speaker 1: broken at that point. I just sort of went along
• 51:56
Speaker 1: with it, she says. I never felt okay again after that.
• 52:00
Speaker 1: Everything just fell to pieces. It's very, very hard to understand.
• 52:04
Speaker 1: I am still trying to piece it all together. I
• 52:07
Speaker 1: can't imagine. You know, she goes through her life and
• 52:10
Speaker 1: has to deal with these memories, and I'm sure some
• 52:13
Speaker 1: of them were repressed, and then all of this blows up.
• 52:17
Speaker 1: She has to deal with it again. Has to be
• 52:19
Speaker 1: a lot of trauma. Epstein killed himself in prison in
• 52:24
Speaker 1: 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges, allegedly. Maxwell
• 52:28
Speaker 1: was convicted of trafficking girls in December last year, but
• 52:31
Speaker 1: her lawyers are requesting a new trial after information emerged
• 52:36
Speaker 1: about one of the jurors. Series producer Siri Isfren said
• 52:41
Speaker 1: Juliet felt ready to come forward and tell her story
• 52:44
Speaker 1: on camera after Epstein's death. Juliet is a remarkable woman.
• 52:49
Speaker 1: She's a very strong, independent woman. Series producer Isfren said
• 52:53
Speaker 1: ahead of the program's premiere. I think the arrest of
• 52:56
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell spurred her on to feel less scared of
• 53:00
Speaker 1: speaking out and less ashamed of speaking out. She really
• 53:03
Speaker 1: felt strongly that she wanted to speak for those women,
• 53:07
Speaker 1: those who were girls, some of them at the time
• 53:09
Speaker 1: who can't. So look, she felt it was to the
• 53:13
Speaker 1: point and she was at a point in her life
• 53:16
Speaker 1: where it was time for her to step forward and
• 53:18
Speaker 1: tell her story and add her voice to the other
• 53:20
Speaker 1: voices that are demanding that enough is enough. So mad
• 53:26
Speaker 1: props to Juliet for finding the courage to do this
• 53:30
Speaker 1: because it's not easy. It can't be. Obviously, I have
• 53:33
Speaker 1: no idea. I wouldn't even begin to try and project
• 53:36
Speaker 1: what it must be like, you know, laying there at night.
• 53:38
Speaker 1: Do I want to bring this stuff out in public?
• 53:40
Speaker 1: I'm going to have to deal with a bunch of people,
• 53:42
Speaker 1: you know, interviews and my life could change all kinds
• 53:45
Speaker 1: of stuff. But sometimes the truth is so important and
• 53:50
Speaker 1: the information you have is so important that it's it's
• 53:53
Speaker 1: worth it. navigating the minefield. I think the other thing
• 54:01
Speaker 1: she felt she wanted to get across was the complexity
• 54:04
Speaker 1: of this sex trafficking operation in terms of when she
• 54:07
Speaker 1: describes the visas, traveling. If you just look at how
• 54:11
Speaker 1: many different women from different countries, from different years, and
• 54:15
Speaker 1: I think she really wanted to convey how masterful they
• 54:17
Speaker 1: were at grooming women and girls and how well they
• 54:21
Speaker 1: did that for such a length of time. And it's
• 54:25
Speaker 1: very important to point that out. This has never been
• 54:28
Speaker 1: a conspiracy theory, folks, as far as the core principles
• 54:32
Speaker 1: of what Epstein was up to. This has always been
• 54:36
Speaker 1: an international criminal enterprise. And there's more people out there
• 54:42
Speaker 1: like Brunel. You really think that Brunel was the only
• 54:44
Speaker 1: one who was procuring for Epstein over in Europe? Stop it.
• 54:49
Speaker 1: So who's running the next big ring? Where are these
• 54:53
Speaker 1: next psychos hanging out? And are the remnants of Jeffrey
• 54:58
Speaker 1: Epstein's operation ever going to be brought to justice? If
• 55:05
Speaker 1: you'd like to contact me, you can do that at

• 55:26
Speaker 1: All right, everybody, I'll be back later on. I will

Speaker 1: talk to you then.
