- 0:01Silver and gold investors, we're going to learn why we have such
- 0:04good times ahead for us today. This is the biggest live stream
- 0:09in the history of Ron's basement.
- 0:11There's it it never ends every single day.
- 0:14Are you noticing that like the good news, the good setup that
- 0:17we have in the precious metals is truly second to none.
- 0:21We're going to talk about OK oil shock and why this could be a
- 0:24rocket for for silver and gold. We're going to talk about this
- 0:28speculation about what the the government might do next week
- 0:31with silver. We've got Rashad with an
- 0:34unbelievable silver prediction going down the road.
- 0:37We have two top analyst 2 talking about $10,000 per oz
- 0:43gold. We got big interesting data
- 0:47coming out of the COMEX. There's so much more.
- 0:49Let's just get started by talking about this oil shock and
- 0:54what it could mean if we look at history, what what it could mean
- 0:58for the price of silver and gold.
- 0:59Before we do that, thank you for joining us down here in the
- 1:01basement. Everything here is free, free,
- 1:04free. All we ask you to do is press
- 1:06subscribe, leave a comment in the comment section and give the
- 1:09video a thumbs up. And by the way, upstairs, Susie,
- 1:13everyone's favorite, she's in IA today.
- 1:16I don't know if somebody left a comment in the comment section.
- 1:18Maybe she ran off with one of you guys, but she will be better
- 1:23and thank you to everybody who was so kind to her Hold on
- 1:27having some tech issues. There we go so kind to her
- 1:29yesterday on her birthday, Let's go talk about the good news for
- 1:33gold and silver and get right to this.
- 1:37Just Dario shared this and we've been there's a reason why this
- 1:40is huge. We've been talking about this.
- 1:42He said it only took one month for the mainstream media to
- 1:45figure out that this this out after I posted it for the first
- 1:50time. How nobody is prepared.
- 1:53OK, now we're gonna look at a chart below.
- 1:55Gold and silver did is gonna do exactly now what it did during
- 2:00the 1970s oil shock, he said. I might have been early, but I'm
- 2:04not wrong. OK, so remember the this is the
- 2:08recent headlines. Remember the oil shocks of the
- 2:101970s? This is going to be worse, much
- 2:13worse. But here's why it's good news
- 2:15for gold and silver. Just Dario did post this on
- 2:19March 2nd, one month ago. Oil, gold and silver in the 1979
- 2:25during the second oil crisis that coincided with the Iranian
- 2:29revolution. Again, this is 1979 what, 47
- 2:34years ago? Nobody is prepared for this,
- 2:37even if the current market is perfectly set up for this to
- 2:40happen. So look at this chart.
- 2:42OK, the red line is the oil price right where he has it
- 2:46circled there in the 1979 oil shock of the blue line.
- 2:51As you can see, the rocket ship is the silver price and the
- 2:55green line is the gold price. But what makes this OK, even
- 2:59more incredible now that we're having a modern day oil shock in
- 3:04the entire world #1 the entire world is much bigger.
- 3:09The total addressable market of silver and gold is much huger.
- 3:13But on top of that, guys, this oil shock, when you compare it
- 3:17in size to what happened back then, the actual oil shock is
- 3:21even like multiples more severe. Think about it.
- 3:25We sat down here in the basement for two years, three years, and
- 3:29said that we were going into a period of time very similar to
- 3:32the 1970s when the silver price went from under $1.50, $1.50,
- 3:39under $1.50 per oz all the way to $50 per oz.
- 3:44I'm telling you right? And we're going to talk about
- 3:46$56 silver, don't you worry. But I believe the upside based
- 3:51on what we've been talking about for years is truly, truly
- 3:55incredible. OK, in the interest of Fair and
- 3:58balanced reporting, I'm going to share with you someone who
- 4:00thinks that Silver's going to go to $56.
- 4:04But does his story have a happy ending?
- 4:08Let's go out here. And then we got more charts,
- 4:11some really cool charts to look at for Silver, But this came
- 4:14from the economic office, OK, who shared with us Silver at
- 4:20$70. Way for correcting in its final
- 4:23stage, the wave W dropped this all this wave stuff, whatever
- 4:27the red trend line is still not broken.
- 4:31Without a break of this line, no upward move begins.
- 4:34OK, but when wave Y completes, wave 4 ends, then wave 4 begins.
- 4:44OK, that makes a lot of sense. But what I like is how he ends
- 4:47it. Wave 5 target $150.00.
- 4:50So I think this is that Elliott wave theory type stuff.
- 4:54Here's his chart right here. What he's saying is we got this
- 4:57big, but we got other charts to look at that are good news for
- 5:00Silver. He's saying we could go all the
- 5:03way down here into the mid 50s. However, according to his
- 5:08analysis, after that's completed, which would be
- 5:11painful, then we go wee way up. OK, way up.
- 5:16And he's saying $150.00 per oz silver.
- 5:21OK, we got more really fun charts to look at.
- 5:24Before we do that, I got to mention there's speculation.
- 5:28Let's put on our tinfoil hats for a second.
- 5:31Speculation. I'm hearing whispers of this and
- 5:35I don't I'm not predicting this is going to happen.
- 5:37It would be wild if it did. But there's some people
- 5:40speculating that next week the US government could officially
- 5:44set a price floor for silver. OK, this has to do with the with
- 5:49silver being included in the what is it called critical
- 5:52minerals list that's published by the United States Geological
- 5:56Survey. Remember that huge move?
- 5:58They finally, after decades of a saying silver's critical, put it
- 6:02on the critical minerals list. Here's a post that refers to
- 6:07this, and again, I will categorize this under
- 6:10speculation, but the guy's got an MBA economics.
- 6:14Quick question for the CME Group in the Comex.
- 6:17By any chance, will you be declaring a force, force
- 6:21majeure? That means we give up basically
- 6:24this weekend as Monday, April 6th marks the day that the
- 6:28United States of America and Mexico potentially announce a
- 6:34price floor on silver just in case.
- 6:37I plan, I plan to go very viral with this quote, tweeting this.
- 6:42So again, guys, hey, nothing's out of the realm of possibility,
- 6:46but like he said, potential and a lot of people are talking
- 6:49about this. If that were to happen, it would
- 6:52be wild. But we don't need that to happen
- 6:54because we got a falling wedge on the silver chart and that's a
- 6:58good thing. And we're going to look at that
- 7:00and then we're going to do a little bit of education.
- 7:02We're going to learn together. I learned about falling wedges.
- 7:05And there's some really cool, interesting things about a
- 7:08falling wedge pattern that we need to remember when we look at
- 7:13silver. But let's go out here and look
- 7:16at the falling wedge and then we'll do our little classroom
- 7:19session. Gold predictors says silver is
- 7:22compressing within a within a descending wedge after a sharp
- 7:26decline from recent highs. Price rebounds from support at
- 7:30$67, a $0.50 silver price while descending resistance near 77
- 7:38continues OK to compress the range, suggesting a potential
- 7:43breakout. Now, what I love about this,
- 7:47this is a wedge, OK? And, and don't worry, we're
- 7:49going to go. I got a whole nother thing to
- 7:51that. We're going to learn about
- 7:52wedges, but see how that's like a wedge, like a piece of wood
- 7:55that's cut like a wedge you could use for a doorstop,
- 7:57whatever. What I love about these is that
- 8:00is time goes on, right? There's time on the X axis.
- 8:05It's like the one, the one technical analysis tool that
- 8:10always has to resolve itself one way or the other.
- 8:13It's either price, because as this compresses, right,
- 8:17eventually it goes down to here. So the price has to either go up
- 8:21or sometimes it'll go down, break below what he's saying
- 8:26right now, right? Is that what we have is this
- 8:30wedge and eventually, right, we're going to look for an
- 8:35upward breakout. Now this is where it gets very
- 8:38interesting. I'm going to bring you out here.
- 8:41I did some research for us so we could learn together about
- 8:44falling wedge patterns. They're typically hold on, I
- 8:50need to get my crayons out bullish, which is good as they
- 8:54usually signal a reversal from a downtrend.
- 8:59OK, that's number one, but it gets more interesting or a
- 9:04continuation of an uptrend while the price makes lower highs and
- 9:09lower lows, the narrowing range suggest sellers are losing
- 9:14momentum before a potential upward breakout.
- 9:19OK, and check that out. OK, does that, that looks
- 9:22exactly that's not the exact same chart I just showed you,
- 9:26but it looks exactly the same. So as people get down here,
- 9:30right, and they, the sellers get exhausted because you're getting
- 9:36a lower lows but also lower highs and we're building a
- 9:40foundation from which the price right can break out.
- 9:44Now the other interesting thing, and I'm going to go back to this
- 9:47chart about wedge patterns besides wrong 1.
- 9:52Hold on, there we go. Besides them being typically
- 9:55bullish, another thing that I read is that the trend going
- 9:59into the wedge pattern, which here obviously we were on an
- 10:02uptrend, right, Going into the wedge pattern, that typically is
- 10:07how the wedge is then resolved. Meaning instead of going down,
- 10:12which is not going to do OK, since you went into it on an
- 10:17uptrend, you typically gets resolved to an uptrend.
- 10:20And when we think about all, I mean think about all the other,
- 10:25I'm not it. Look, I like looking at charts
- 10:27and I love wedge patterns because they always get resolved
- 10:29one way or the other. But when you think about all the
- 10:31other fundamental reasons in a big nutshell, the fiscal
- 10:37monetary reasons supporting silver and the industrial
- 10:41reason, supply and demand reason supporting silver, doesn't it
- 10:45make sense that it might break out to the upside?
- 10:48I think it will. If you want to get your hand on
- 10:50some silver now, check out channel sponsor first meant I've
- 10:53got this back out again. This is their five ounce poured
- 10:57bar. It is absolutely awesome man.
- 11:00I love silver and this bar is 1 is my favorite silver bar of all
- 11:05time. You can check them out here at
- 11:09first mint.com and oh they got their new Liberty Liberty bar up
- 11:14and running. Wow that is awesome.
- 11:17Check that out there's the year of the horse OK and there is a
- 11:24discount code that you can use. You guys love first meant VIPRB
- 11:30like very important person Ron's basement great great prices,
- 11:34great selection, fast shipping, premium retail experience.
- 11:37Most importantly to me because I'm down here talking about
- 11:41them. I've had a great experience with
- 11:43them, but you have to the basement dweller community has
- 11:46absolutely loved their experience with First Met.
- 11:50OK. Also thank you to Brixton
- 11:52Metals, Canadian Metals exploration company and our
- 11:56friends at First Mining Gold, Canadian gold development stage
- 12:00company with two huge projects in Canada, Spring Pole in
- 12:04Ontario and Duparque in Quebec. We're going to talk about Rashad
- 12:07next, OK? And we love Rashad.
- 12:10He's one of the best analysts out there.
- 12:13But before I do that, my disclaimer, I'm not a
- 12:15stockbroker. I'm not a financial advisor.
- 12:18Always do your own research, buying and selling anything,
- 12:21stocks, bonds, mutual funds, bullying crypto currencies,
- 12:23anything is always there's always risk involved.
- 12:26So please be responsible. Now let's go to Rashad Rashad.
- 12:31Rashad has, and this is, I'll tell you what's cool about what
- 12:35Rashad's going to tell us about. He's, he's not talking about two
- 12:38or three months, two or three years.
- 12:40He's talking about two or three weeks in the future, right?
- 12:44Like right around the corner for the silver price.
- 12:47And Rashad has had this kind of annoying habit lately of being
- 12:52real accurate about things. And this is what he says.
- 12:56This is what I expect silver to do in the coming two to three
- 13:00weeks. By the end of next week, it
- 13:03could reach 80 to $85 per oz silver price area.
- 13:08And then by the third week of April, he's not even going out
- 13:14to the end of April. It could be challenging the
- 13:18triple digit figure. Take a look at this chart that
- 13:21he put together again, that looks like an ascending wedge,
- 13:25but nonetheless, he's talking about a breakout into that 85
- 13:28range and then obviously moving back up to $100 per oz silver.
- 13:34You may be saying, Oh, yeah, well, wait a minute.
- 13:38Remember what we looked at at the beginning of the show about
- 13:41what happened during the last time we had an oil crisis, that
- 13:44silver skyrocketed, OK, Gold skyrocketed.
- 13:48And remember, very important. The reason why we're paying
- 13:51attention to that is because this oil crisis is magnitudes
- 13:56larger, and it's happening more on a worldwide basis in the
- 14:01silver and gold market. Think about it back in 1979,
- 14:05yeah, China was important. India was important, the Soviet
- 14:09Union was important, but those countries now are much larger.
- 14:14India and China, I bet their economies are 50 times bigger
- 14:18now than they were back then. So when we look at an oil crisis
- 14:21on a worldwide basis, we got to broaden our lens, right?
- 14:26And the gold and silver market on a worldwide basis, it could
- 14:29get real interesting real quickly because guess what,
- 14:33guys? Gold and silver are a worldwide
- 14:36market that the United States is not.
- 14:38We're nothing like what we're, how do I say this, relatively
- 14:42speaking, It's a whole different game now comparing how the
- 14:47United States rules the world, even from a precious metals
- 14:50perspective now, as opposed to the way it was in 1979.
- 14:55Buckle up, butter cups. Did I beg you to subscribe?
- 14:59Please subscribe. OK, let's let's move on.
- 15:02OK, All of this is happening right now.
- 15:07Right now as we are in the absolute worst historic time
- 15:12period on a monthly basis, OK, for gold, this is gold price
- 15:18seasonality brought to us by Co relation economics.
- 15:22And as you can see right we are on this chart right here, this
- 15:27is like typical returns on the gold price for different months.
- 15:32We are right there, right where I circled right where that green
- 15:35arrow is, is around a early April, as you can see.
- 15:39Then we move into a summertime period.
- 15:44It could be a really great summer, huh?
- 15:47I can see you driving around in a convertible just absolutely
- 15:51loving it. OK, Top analysts are calling for
- 15:54$10,000 gold. What's good for gold is good for
- 15:57silver. But this is Jim Rickards best
- 16:00selling author. He worked for, like, I think he
- 16:03worked in the Reagan administration.
- 16:05Jim Rickards is super respected, like a big macroeconomic
- 16:09analyst, but he also loves gold. Let's listen to what he has to
- 16:13say about what we can expect for gold because Mr. Rickards,
- 16:18right, is about to knock it out of the park.
- 16:21And this came from, oh, wow. OK.
- 16:25He's calling for gold to hit 10,000 and silver 200 when
- 16:31right? I think him and Rashad are in
- 16:32the same camp by the end of 2026.
- 16:36I present to you Jim Records. Yeah, I've got gold going to
- 16:40$10,000, which at this point is it's going to hit $10,000 a lot
- 16:43faster than people think. And there's some interesting
- 16:46reasons for that. I mean, I we can win the
- 16:47fundamentals and explain why gold's going up.
- 16:49I'm happy to talk about that. But in terms of that price
- 16:50target getting there probably in 2026 and maybe not even that far
- 16:53into the year, there's a behavioral psychological
- 16:55phenomenon called anchoring. And the idea is you get an idea
- 16:57in your head, it could be a number theme or whatever, and
- 16:59you anchor one, and then you begin to filter all the data
- 17:01you're getting through that anchor.
- 17:02And it can change. But that's a very, very common
- 17:04phenomena. So people will look at gold and
- 17:05they'll have a number, let's say $1000 an ounce.
- 17:07So it goes from $2000 an ounce to $3000 an ounce.
- 17:10Now it's made its way to $4000 an ounce.
- 17:12And that took a while, took a couple years.
- 17:13I mean, percentage wise, these are good games, but that took a
- 17:15couple years. So they go, Oh well, $10,000 it
- 17:17seems like the dark side of the moon is going to take forever to
- 17:20get there. But the the math is that each.
- 17:21So if you have if you have 50 oz and it goes up $1000 an ounce,
- 17:24you made $50,000. OK, it goes up another $1000 an
- 17:26ounce, you made another $50,000. So you ranking on the 1000
- 17:29thousand dollar steps and the $50,000, which is all true, that
- 17:31doesn't change. But when you go from 2000 to
- 17:323000, that's a 50% gain. When you go from 3:00 to 4:00,
- 17:35that's only a 33% gain. Well, when you go from 9:00 to
- 17:3710:00, that's only an 11% gain. That's like a good month way
- 17:39gold's trading lately. So the point is people can't
- 17:41lose sight of that. So, yeah, three to four made it
- 17:434 to 5 getting there. But you're going to 78910 really
- 17:45quickly because. Because those are smaller
- 17:46percentage gains. Yeah.
- 17:47And that's something that people, you know, they
- 17:48extrapolate 2 to 3 how long it's gonna take the other.
- 17:51The answer is probably not very long.
- 17:52We're not at the frenzy stage yet, which is important because
- 17:54retail is not all in. And that was just down in
- 17:56Australia not long ago with the friends from ABC, Billy.
- 17:58And they've at an office in the central CBD central business
- 18:00district. And friend of mine sent me a
- 18:01picture. They were queued up around the
- 18:03block trying to waiting to get in to buy physical gold.
- 18:05But that's recent, very recent. Yeah.
- 18:06The. Well, that's right.
- 18:07Doesn't happen around here. It doesn't.
- 18:08It does not happen in the United States. the US probably be the
- 18:10last to get there. You know, it's happening in
- 18:12China because they don't have too much else to invest in.
- 18:14And it's sort of called on Australia, bearing in mind, I
- 18:16think their currency is going down against the dollar.
- 18:18So gold's going up even more in terms of their currency.
- 18:20So these are kind of at least mild psychological effects that
- 18:22that go beyond the fundamentals. And again, we've talked about
- 18:24the fundamentals, but yeah, it's if you take 1971 to 1980, so
- 18:29gold went up 2300%. But if you but another way of
- 18:33thinking about it is gold didn't do anything.
- 18:34It's gold atomic number 79. It's an element as you can put
- 18:36it into where it come back a year later, the same amount of
- 18:38gold. So what's really happening when
- 18:39gold does something like that? Well, what's happening is the
- 18:41dollar is collapsing. So if you measure by weight of
- 18:43gold, and that's, it's not arbitrary, but it's just a
- 18:45metric measured by weight of gold, the dollar declined 95%,
- 18:49approximately 95%. So there's your dollar crash.
- 18:51I was like, what's the dollar crash?
- 18:52Well, it did measured by weight of gold.
- 18:54So that's starting to happen again.
- 18:56That gets into a much bigger narrative.
- 18:58The dollar did crash. You got to love it.
- 19:02I mean, we don't love it. I don't love it.
- 19:04I don't agree with President Nixon and what he did back in
- 19:071971. But he's talking about gold
- 19:10getting to 10,000 dollars way faster.
- 19:14He said 2026 silver later on talks about $200 per oz.
- 19:19Way faster than most of us, even us, right?
- 19:22Can really, I think realize and accept.
- 19:25But he brings up an important point, right?
- 19:27When or when gold went from 3000 to 4000, that's like a 33%
- 19:33increase that feels really big, but it's only $1000.
- 19:37When it goes from 9000 to 10,000, that's only like what, a
- 19:411011% increase? So the higher the price gets,
- 19:45that $1000 increase, while it's still nominally the same amount,
- 19:50it's a much smaller increase on a percentage basis.
- 19:54The other thing that he brought up, which is absolutely true,
- 19:56and we know this to be true, those of you who are joining us
- 20:00today in the United States. That in the United States there
- 20:03has not been a frenzy for gold and silver, maybe in Australia,
- 20:08just starting, maybe in Asia right there, the demand for
- 20:12physical, we know all those stories, we've seen all those
- 20:14pictures. It hasn't yet started in the
- 20:16United States. And when that happens, guys,
- 20:20it's not going to take a lot because right now you and me, us
- 20:24basement dwellers that are into gold and silver, we are a small,
- 20:28tiny fragment of the overall United States population in the
- 20:33United States is still the wealthiest country in the world.
- 20:35We're like one in 100 people. Those other 99% people, it's
- 20:39been a few weeks. So sheep noise warning, we like
- 20:42to call those people the the sheeple, the sheeple when they
- 20:49wake up, right? We're one in 100.
- 20:53If we get 5 in 100 people that decide in the United States that
- 20:57I better get my hands on some gold and silver, right?
- 21:01Well, guess what? That's like 4 to five times more
- 21:04money coming into the sector in the United States.
- 21:07And that's all new money. On top of that, these are, this
- 21:12is new money, right? A lot of us, we joked around
- 21:15over the last 5-10 years in the precious metal sector.
- 21:18We were like a gymnasium full of people trading silver and gold
- 21:21and precious metals mining stocks.
- 21:23If we go from that 1% to 5%, that's all brand new money
- 21:28coming in. But there's another little
- 21:30secret. They might have a hard time
- 21:33getting their little hands, their little sheep hooves onto
- 21:39silver and gold because the retail level of gold and silver,
- 21:44silver in particular, is very sensitive, very fragile.
- 21:48It's very slim. It takes just the smallest
- 21:51increase in demand. We saw it just recently back in
- 21:54January, February, right where the big online bullion dealers
- 21:58were saying there were 5-6 weeks delays to ship.
- 22:01Minimum order levels were raised up to 500.
- 22:04I think 1, even $5000. Think about it.
- 22:08Think about what's going to happen when those people in the
- 22:10United States, when they go to the grocery store and they're in
- 22:14their hubby or their wife says, could you pick up a gallon of
- 22:16milk And that gallon of milk cost them $12.00.
- 22:20And they freak out, right? That next wave of inflation when
- 22:24it hits, OK. But think about this other
- 22:27powerful fact. It's going to happen much
- 22:29quicker because we got these things, cellular telephones,
- 22:34right, where people communicate way faster now than they did in
- 22:3719, 79 way faster. But the other major kicker,
- 22:41which makes it so much more sad for them, but exciting for us
- 22:45that have already moved into silver and gold is now people
- 22:49buy silver and gold on these things on their phones, on the
- 22:53Internet, online bullion dealers, right?
- 22:56They don't have to get in the woody wagon and drive the local
- 22:59coin shop and wait in line and hope that there's some silver,
- 23:03right? That's kind of that's kind of
- 23:05like becoming more. I love local coin shops, but
- 23:08it's becoming a little more old fashioned now.
- 23:11People get the information instantaneously and they can buy
- 23:15the silver instantaneously on their phone and it wipes things
- 23:20out way, way faster. I don't hear anybody else
- 23:24talking about that. Like we talked about stagflation
- 23:27down here 3-4 years ago. Now everybody's talking about
- 23:31it, right? We've talked about the
- 23:32tokenization of gold way before, and I'm telling you the other
- 23:36thing that is absolutely going to happen is the retail silver.
- 23:42OK, I don't have a crystal ball. Maybe I'm wrong, but I know I'm
- 23:45not retail silver. When the real frenzy, as Rickard
- 23:50said, hits, it's going to be lickety split.
- 23:53It's going to be gone. All those people are going to
- 23:58say I can't find any silver, right?
- 24:01It's going to be wild. It's going to be interesting.
- 24:04The other thing that we want, oh, we need to talk about the
- 24:06Comex, very interesting situation at the Comex at the
- 24:10paper digital market for gold and silver.
- 24:14The other thing I want to touch on briefly this morning.
- 24:17So apparently some great jobs numbers came out.
- 24:20I don't even talk about that stuff anymore.
- 24:22To me, it's such fiction at this point.
- 24:25I think they claim they created 178,000 new jobs, whatever.
- 24:30Like the number of Americans that aren't working is at record
- 24:33highs. I'll ask you a simple question.
- 24:36How does the economy feel to you?
- 24:38I think we know the answer to that.
- 24:40I think things are slowing down precipitously right now.
- 24:44I'm getting word from my contacts out there in the
- 24:47employment field, in the construction field, and a lot of
- 24:51different fields that things are just in the last 3-4 weeks
- 24:55really slowing down. So they can print all these
- 24:58fantasy Bureau of Labor and Statistic numbers that they
- 25:02want, but I'm not buying it. OK, let's talk about why there's
- 25:08been some very peculiar, interesting developments at the
- 25:12COMEX in the LBMA. First, we have this, both silver
- 25:16and gold. Hold on, make sure I got it
- 25:18right. OK, here we go from our friend.
- 25:21Make gold. Great again, man.
- 25:22He is short. He is short with his tweets, but
- 25:25he is dead on. He says nothing.
- 25:28Nothing is more suspicious than nothing at all.
- 25:33And he retweeted this from Bob the billionaire.
- 25:36He says not an April Fool's day joke.
- 25:39OK this is serious. Comex Silvervault report showed
- 25:44zero activity all day yesterday. 0 deposits, 0 withdrawals, 0
- 25:51reclassifications. I can't recall the last time
- 25:54this has happened. The CME bank run took the day
- 25:58off I guess. OK, so very peculiar earlier,
- 26:02but then couple that with what's going on on the gold side.
- 26:06This comes from TF Metals report.
- 26:09On the gold side, he says, well, they did it.
- 26:11The total open interest for Comex Gold finished Wednesday at
- 26:16357,136 contracts. I have a spreadsheet where I
- 26:21posted every daily open interest total since January 8th of 2012
- 26:29and the and yesterday our Wednesday's total 357,000 is
- 26:34lower than anything I've recorded in 14 years.
- 26:39What does this tell us right? Several people have commented on
- 26:42this, right? Are the rats leaving the sinking
- 26:47ship of the COMEX? Are people realizing, as we
- 26:51know, activity on on the silver side on the COMEX has been very
- 26:54low as well? Are the rats leaving the sinking
- 26:58ship? Nobody wants to trade in a
- 27:02rigged casino. And we know the paper price on
- 27:06the COMEX and the LBM and the LBMA for that matter as well has
- 27:10been rigged and manipulated for years.
- 27:12We know that over the last decade there have been cases
- 27:17brought and successfully prosecuted that proved that some
- 27:21of the biggest financial institutions in the world rigged
- 27:25the price of silver. OK, people know.
- 27:28People are waking up. China knows.
- 27:31India knows. Think about what India just did.
- 27:34India said we are no longer using the LBMA price to LBMA
- 27:40silver price or gold price. I'm not sure about gold, but for
- 27:44sure silver to, to price our ETFs, right.
- 27:48People are waking up all around the world to what is really
- 27:52happening right now in the silver and gold markets.
- 27:56We are in a new era, guys. Congratulations to you if you
- 28:00bought silver in the 20s, thirties, 40s, even 50s.
- 28:07Look again, I don't have a crystal ball.
- 28:09Anything can happen. But we are set up, I think to to
- 28:14experience not just like a year, but I think a decade, right
- 28:19where we're we're having purchased physical metals,
- 28:23right? This stuff here it is again, 5
- 28:26oz bar, right? Look at that.
- 28:28How can you not love that having purchased this and holding this
- 28:33right is going to be something that you will be very grateful
- 28:36for, which you had done in the past.
- 28:39Thanks again for being part of this incredible community, The
- 28:43basement dwellers, right? Look, the main economy, the
- 28:47world, even the silver and gold markets, We will navigate these
- 28:51choppy waters together. There's going to be a lot of
- 28:54volatility, OK? I'm not going to sugarcoat it.
- 28:56There will be volatility. There will be days where we feel
- 29:01like, Oh my gosh, you know, I don't, you know, like, like gold
- 29:06and silver aren't, aren't a smart thing to do anymore.
- 29:09That is normal, OK? We always have to remember to
- 29:12take a step back, right? Communicate with each other and
- 29:16support each other and realize, right, that the big picture for
- 29:21silver and gold, the fundamentals, right?
- 29:23Ed Dowd, Jim Rickards, all these Pierre Lausanne, the the list
- 29:29goes on and on. Who's the guy that started
- 29:32Bridgewater? Ray Dalio, right.
- 29:35Who's the guy that started Double Line Capital?
- 29:37Jeffrey Gunlock. And my memory is actually
- 29:39working this morning. These people know, right?
- 29:43The it's a sinking ship. It's like, it's like Jim
- 29:46Rickards just said this thing. I don't know what it is. 95%
- 29:53paper dollar. Paper dollar, right, has lost
- 29:5695% of its value in just over what, the last 40 years.
- 30:01I mean, it'd be different if it lost 10% or 20%, but it's lost
- 30:05all of its percent. We know for sure one thing.
- 30:10Silver and gold are the world's original and always reserve
- 30:15currency. They are the original form of
- 30:18money. Some people call them God's.
- 30:20Might call it God's money. Nature's money.
- 30:22No matter what, no matter how you say it, right?
- 30:25Yeah. These little Fiat experiences,
- 30:27they pop up from time to time. They've happened, right?
- 30:30Gold and silver for thousands of years have seen all types of
- 30:34Fiat paper money come and go and gold and silver have always
- 30:39emerge merged, 100% successful, just like I think we will as
- 30:44well. Thank you for being here.
- 30:45Please don't forget to subscribe.
- 30:47Give it a thumbs up. That helps get the word out to
- 30:49more people. But most important, I want to
- 30:52see you down here in the basement again.
- 30:54Have a great day and I'll see you.
- 30:57And yes, I do see you. I'll see you soon.
- 31:00Bye bye.
