Mega Edition: Jeffrey Epstein's Inner Circle And The Compensation Fund Controversy (6/13/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

Speaker 1: Smith's fresh for everyone. We have an article tonight from
• 0:05
the Daily Beast and it's talking about one of the
• 0:09
co conspirators possibly suing Jeffrey Epstein's estate. I guess Elaine
• 0:15
Maxwell set a trend. Huh. She comes out and says
• 0:18
she's suing the estate. Now an alleged co conspirator might
• 0:22
be suing the estate. All of these people who were
• 0:26
involved in Jeffrey Epstein's criminal organization, the criminal enterprise, now
• 0:32
believe that they were victimized. That's what they would have
• 0:34
us believe. They would have us all believe that they
• 0:36
were victims. Now, all right, well, let's read the article
• 0:40
and see what the article has to say, and let's
• 0:42
see if any opinions are swayed. Like I said, it's
• 0:46
from the Daily Beast. The author, Kate Bricklett, is one
• 0:51
of Jeffrey Epstein's alleged accomplices suing his a state for damages.
• 0:55
Earlier this month, Epstein's accused Madam, oh God, accused Madam,
• 1:00
accused co conspirator Gelaane Maxwell filed a lawsuit against his
• 1:04
six hundred million dollar estate, saying she was receiving death
• 1:08
threats and that the financier pedophile promised to always provide
• 1:12
her with monetary support. Isn't that nice? Huh? You just
• 1:15
make all kinds of claims, you know. Well, I'll tell
• 1:18
you what. The King of Siam in the old days
• 1:20
said that I'm part of his family and I should
• 1:23
have some of his fortune. You make whatever claims you want,
• 1:26
all right. The Sultan of BRUNEI told me that he's
• 1:29
gonna drop off one hundred and fifty million dollars later
• 1:31
on tonight. Can you make sure that occurs. It's it's
• 1:35
crazy on its face. All of a sudden, we're supposed
• 1:37
to believe Gilaane Maxwell. All of a sudden, we're supposed
• 1:41
to feel bad for Gilaine Maxwell. We're supposed to look
• 1:43
at her like she's a victim in all of this,
• 1:45
like she's just some poor innocent that got swept up
• 1:48
in all of this. Sorry, that's not going to occur.
• 1:51
We know what you were up to, Gilane. We know,
• 1:54
and the authorities know too. For whatever reason they have
• 1:57
been dragging their feet. That's you know, that's their business,
• 1:59
ide guess. But don't think that the people don't know,
• 2:02
because everybody has seen the evidence. We all know the deal.
• 2:07
Now a mystery woman who spent time in Epstein's orbit
• 2:11
is also pursuing a case against the estate, saying her
• 2:14
reputation has been ruined and that she's virtually bankrupt from
• 2:18
having to defend yourself against false accusations relating to Epstein's
• 2:22
sex crimes. Now, that's pretty vague a mystery woman, right,
• 2:26
I can't have too strong of an opinion one way
• 2:28
or the other. But if it's one of the Core
• 2:29
of four, well, I don't even know what to say.
• 2:33
If it's one of the Core four, then that there's
• 2:36
gonna be a big problem because these those girls, the
• 2:39
ladies in the Corps four, have no business playing the victim.
• 2:43
The only one that you can make a case was
• 2:45
victimized out of them girls, in my opinion, would be
• 2:49
Nadiam Marsonkova. And like I said, I'm torn about what
• 2:53
her punishment should be if it's proven that she took
• 2:56
part in all of this. Right, So, the only one
• 3:00
out of the core four who I believe deserves any
• 3:03
sort of leniency maybe or half the sentence that the
• 3:07
other ones get, it's Nadiam marson Kova. If it's any
• 3:11
of the other three who have come out and they
• 3:14
think that they're going to sue over this, and they
• 3:16
think we're gonna feel bad because they're virtually bankrupt, or
• 3:19
that they had to defend themselves against false accusations. Really,
• 3:23
so what about the survivors? What about the girls who
• 3:26
for years had to fight off all of these charges
• 3:29
that they were drug addicts or liars or crazy or
• 3:32
all of the above. What about them? We're just supposed
• 3:37
to feel bad for people who these survivors are accusing. Sorry,
• 3:42
I can't do that, and I won't do that again.
• 3:45
We don't know exactly who this person is. She's just
• 3:48
going as Jane, going by Jane Doe right now. So
• 3:51
all of this is pure speculation. Obviously. What I'm saying is,
• 3:55
if it's any of the three Leslie Groff, Adriana Ross
• 3:59
or Sarah Kell and Vickers who are coming out and
• 4:02
suing this estate, I just that's beyond the pale of gross.
• 4:07
But it's not shocking considering what their best friend, Helene
• 4:10
Maxwell did right The plaintiff, identified only as Jane Doe,
• 4:16
quietly filed a federal lawsuit on March seventeenth. She alleges
• 4:20
Epstein sexually abused her, starting when she was twenty two
• 4:23
years old in the early two thousands and destroyed her
• 4:26
reputation and career prospects. Now we can do the research
• 4:32
and try and pinpoint who it is, but I'm not
• 4:34
going to do that her name. She wants to go
• 4:36
under Jane Doe. That's what she filed as. And if
• 4:39
it's not one of these cores for if it's somebody else,
• 4:42
then you know, I'm not going to try and put
• 4:45
them on blast and find out who they are. We'll
• 4:48
just call them Jane Doe like this article does. And
• 4:51
when I first started this podcast, I wasn't naming any
• 4:54
of these girls by their name. I was calling them
• 4:57
Jane Doe one, two, three, et cetera, et cetera, till
• 5:00
they started coming out in the papers more prevalently and
• 5:03
and you know, saying who they were and stuff like that,
• 5:06
because you know, I wasn't there, right And if this
• 5:11
isn't one of the Core four, and this is just
• 5:13
some girl that was in Jeffrey's Jeffrey Epstein's orbit, well
• 5:17
I don't want to, you know, jump on jump on
• 5:21
her and criticize because I don't know right who this
• 5:26
person is. My point is, if it is one of
• 5:29
the Core four, which it's more than likely one of them, right,
• 5:34
more than likely. If it's one of them, it's gross.
• 5:38
The complaint, filed in the Southern District of New York,
• 5:41
seeks justice for the sexual crimes perpetrated against her by
• 5:44
Jeffrey Epstein over the course of many years, and for
• 5:48
the abuse, manipulation, and exploitation she suffered at his hands.
• 5:53
The lawsuit is about Jane Doe claiming her power, becoming
• 5:57
a survivor not a victim, and getting rested for the
• 6:00
sexual crimes perpetrated against her. The complaint states, Okay, well again,
• 6:09
I don't know who this person is. I don't know
• 6:13
if it's one of the Core four or somebody else,
• 6:17
so I don't really have much to add to any
• 6:19
of that. Let's see who this is. Let's see what
• 6:22
happens with the lawsuit and go from there. Right, Doe
• 6:27
is represented by the law firm of Kaiser, Souer, Born
• 6:31
and Mayor, which also represents Jennifer Arroz, who says Epstein
• 6:35
started sexually abusing her when she was fourteen. That's kind
• 6:39
of interesting, right, So they already are representing Jennifer Araz,
• 6:45
and now they've taken on this Jane Doe as one
• 6:49
of their clients as well, So that kind of gives
• 6:51
me pause. Is it a co conspirator like the headline suggests,
• 6:55
or could that just be you know, more of the
• 6:59
more of the clickbait same. I mean, this is a
• 7:01
good article, don't get me wrong, but that might be
• 7:04
a bit of sensationalism in the headline, because I don't
• 7:08
know if Kaiser, Souerborn and Mayer would represent this this
• 7:14
lady as well as at the same time as representing
• 7:17
Jennifer A. Roz. What if this is one of the
• 7:20
core for I don't know, it doesn't really make sense
• 7:22
to me, And hopefully as we continue to read the article,
• 7:25
maybe it will start to make sense. Because, like I
• 7:28
always say, I haven't read this article yet, we're reading
• 7:31
this for the first time together. I like to make
• 7:33
sure that my reactions are visceral, and I like to
• 7:36
make sure that you're not getting any canned statements from me. No, bs,
• 7:40
this is just as I'm reading it. This is the
• 7:43
way I feel about what I'm reading, and I try
• 7:45
and look between the lines usually in these stories, because
• 7:48
there's a lot of that, especially in this case. But
• 7:51
when we're going through it like this. These are just
• 7:53
my reactions as we read this together. So I don't
• 7:57
really I haven't studied this or you know, dug deep
• 8:01
into it, et cetera, et cetera. But my gut says
• 8:04
that the law firm would not represent Jennifer Araz as
• 8:09
well as one of the Core four. But again, who knows.
• 8:15
This is such a crazy case. Anything as possible. One
• 8:20
of Epstein's facilitators recruited arras outside are Performing Arts High
• 8:25
School in Manhattan. The lawyers who filed those complaints, Daniel J.
• 8:29
Kaiser and William H. Kaiser, did not return messages left
• 8:33
by The Daily Beast, So I'm guessing they were calling
• 8:37
to get a little context about what we were just
• 8:39
talking about. That would be the next step, you would imagine, right,
• 8:43
call and try and get some context about who this
• 8:45
person is, what her role was, if she was one
• 8:49
of the co conspirators with Epstein as far as you know,
• 8:52
and the very top the top echelon the Core four.
• 8:57
So I'm guessing that's what the Daily Beast was contact
• 8:59
content them about. And I would guess that the lawyers
• 9:04
just they have no desire to speak to the press.
• 9:06
As of yet, those complaint did not include a state
• 9:11
or country of residents. Still, some details about Doe's lawsuit
• 9:15
are raising eyebrows, in particular because the allegation seem to
• 9:19
match up with at least one of Epstein's alleged co conspirators.
• 9:23
So maybe they'll get into the meat of it here
• 9:25
if they talk about who want to excuse me, if
• 9:27
they talk about it being one of the co conspirators here, great,
• 9:31
But I'm not going to try and put the pieces
• 9:33
together right here on the podcast right now. And you
• 9:36
know out whoever it might be, I'll let you do
• 9:40
that for yourselves. I'm sure it's pretty uh, it'll be
• 9:43
pretty obvious as we read the article who it might be.
• 9:46
And again, there's only a few options, right if it's
• 9:50
one of the people who were a co conspirator or
• 9:53
somebody who was close to Epstein, we only have four
• 9:55
or five ways to go. So it shouldn't be too
• 9:58
hard to figure it out if this complaint was filed
• 10:03
by one of his co conspirators who played an outsized
• 10:07
role in Jeffrey Epstein's devastating abuse of miners and girls
• 10:11
that were of age. By the way, let's not minimize that,
• 10:14
all right. Just because somebody might have been of age
• 10:18
doesn't make it any less. Now, it's it's dastardly to
• 10:23
do it to children, of course, it's the worst crime imaginable.
• 10:27
But it's you know, abusing anybody is unacceptable and the
• 10:33
sort of thing that you must be held to account for.
• 10:36
And Jeffrey Epstein was a serial abuser. He didn't stop
• 10:41
at just young girls who were fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, you know, eighteen,
• 10:44
nineteen twenty, if you looked young, that was right in
• 10:47
his wheelhouse as well, played an outsized role in Jeffrey
• 10:55
Epstein's devastating abuse of miners for over a decade and
• 10:58
profited handsomely, including owning a company affiliated with Epstein. It
• 11:03
is a brazen abuse of our civil justice system, said
• 11:06
Sigurd McAuley, a partner at Boys Schiller Flexner LLP, who
• 11:11
represents multiple survivors of Epstein. But above all, it is
• 11:16
a shameless act and disgraceful insult to the real survivors,
• 11:20
you know, And that's exactly my gut reaction to this
• 11:24
as that as well, it's disgusting, right if it's one
• 11:27
of these co conspirators, it's absolutely beyond the pale of
• 11:30
gross it is. The words can't explain how much of
• 11:36
a slap in the face something like this is to
• 11:38
the survivors. They've been they've already been victimized by these people, right,
• 11:42
They suffered through that, they came out on the other side,
• 11:45
they became survivors, and now a co conspirator is trying
• 11:50
to victimize them again by acting like they deserve some
• 11:53
money from this estate, essentially stealing from the girls who
• 11:57
were abused by Jeffrey Epstein. And if it's one of
• 11:59
the core four, perhaps by the same person who's trying
• 12:03
to push the lawsuit. Now, how in the world is
• 12:06
that okay? As Sigurd McCauley says here, that's an absolute
• 12:11
disregard for our system and a black eye to it.
• 12:18
According to the lawsuit, Doe was recruited into Epstein's sex
• 12:21
trafficking operation almost nineteen years ago. That would be two
• 12:27
thousand and one. Jane Doe was a naive and uniquely
• 12:32
vulnerable twenty two year old when Epstein and Maxwell first
• 12:35
preyed upon her. The complaint says, at least one known
• 12:39
co conspirator would have been twenty two. In two thousand
• 12:42
and one, and she's also defended herself against accusations from
• 12:46
Epstein's victims for years. She has been named as a
• 12:49
defendant in multiple victims lawsuits since two thousand and eight,
• 12:53
and she was granted immunity in Epstein's non prosecution agreement
• 12:57
inked with the US Attorney's Office in Miami. Again, they're
• 13:02
trying to paint the picture for you here. I'm not
• 13:05
gonna take it a step further and put the pieces together,
• 13:08
and you know, tell you who I think it is.
• 13:11
Everybody on this that's listening to this podcast is it's
• 13:14
well within their ability to do that for themselves. I
• 13:17
think it's kind of obvious who they're talking about here,
• 13:20
but I'll hold back my opinion of that until we
• 13:26
find out for sure. But it's certainly looking like it's
• 13:30
one of the co conspirators, right, one of the core four.
• 13:34
In that secret document, the Feds agreed not to pursue
• 13:37
charges against any potential potential co conspirators of Epstein, including
• 13:42
but not limited to, Sarah Helen, Adriana Ross, Leslie Groff,
• 13:46
or Nadia marson Kova. Those accusations of abuse are deeply disturbing. Again,
• 13:54
these are the Core four that we've talked about. We're
• 13:57
in the middle of doing a series on them right now.
• 14:00
We just got done doing episode three recently, Episode four
• 14:05
that's going to be out on Sunday, and there'll be
• 14:09
one episode after that that'll be episode five, and that
• 14:12
will cover the whole Core four as well as an
• 14:15
overview in regards to what they did when it came
• 14:20
to Jeffrey Epstein's operation. So again, I don't want to
• 14:25
jump to any conclusions here because what if it isn't
• 14:29
one of the Core four, right, I don't want to
• 14:31
go scorched Earth yet, So I'll use the caveat that
• 14:36
if it is one of the Core for I'll keep
• 14:38
saying that because if it is one of these ladies
• 14:41
Sarah Kell and Adriana Ross, Leslie Groff or Nadia Marsenkova,
• 14:45
boy oh boy, that's just it's beyond gross. And I
• 14:52
don't even I don't even know how the court to
• 14:55
let something like this occur. I honestly don't even know
• 14:57
how any judge can let something like this occur. All right,
• 15:01
So let's read the accusations about what she says. What
• 15:06
do says happened to her? At Epstein's hands. And again,
• 15:10
if we're talking about Nadia marson Covia here, Look, I
• 15:15
know that she was involved in this operation. I know
• 15:18
that she had a leadership role in this operation. But
• 15:21
I also have empathy for a girl who was sold
• 15:24
by her parents to a man like Jeffrey Epstein, a
• 15:28
girl who was groomed from a very young age and
• 15:32
was reared in an environment where this sort of behavior
• 15:35
was okay, it was just the way things went around
• 15:38
Jeffrey Epstein. So Stockholm syndrome is a real thing, folks, right,
• 15:44
And I have to have some empathy for Nadia marston Kova.
• 15:47
So if that's who this is about, if it's Nadia
• 15:50
marson Kova who is filing this suit, then I will
• 15:56
reserve the harsh of this oration that I would would
• 16:00
give to somebody like Sarah Kellen or Adriana Ross, because
• 16:04
I believe that marsen Kova. While I think that she
• 16:07
should definitely be punished for her role, I think that
• 16:11
her punishment should not be as harsh as the other
• 16:15
three plusky lanes. So obviously I know there's some people
• 16:19
out there that might feel differently about that. For me, though,
• 16:22
I understand that the Stockholm syndrome situation is real, and
• 16:26
it was like a cult like following around Epstein for
• 16:29
girls like this, girls that were groomed from a young age.
• 16:32
So I have to have some empathy for her, and
• 16:35
I have to try and reserve the scorched earth policy
• 16:39
I usually have when it comes to people involved in
• 16:42
this case, because that whole, entire relationship is so complex.
• 16:47
And I've said it once, I'll say it a million times.
• 16:49
I am not a psychologist. I'm not capable of breaking
• 16:52
down the dynamic within that relationship, and I won't sit
• 16:56
here and act like I am. But I know for
• 16:59
sure that if it is Marsenkova, that it should be
• 17:03
looked at under a different scope than if it's one
• 17:06
of the other three. My opinion, obviously. The lawsuit states
• 17:12
Epstein would repeatedly enter Doe's room and get into get
• 17:16
into her bed while she was sleeping, and then fondle
• 17:19
or penetrate her with his fingers. This guy was so
• 17:23
sickened to pray, folks, he was such a disgusting individual.
• 17:27
Jane Doe was paid in part to be sexually available
• 17:31
to Epstein. The complaint adds Epstein controlled every aspect of
• 17:35
her life and dominated her psychologically. The lawsuit says this
• 17:40
pattern of sexual abuse took place in the US Virgin Islands,
• 17:43
New York City, London, Paris, and Palm Beach, Florida, as
• 17:48
well as Epstein's ranch in New Mexico and on his airplanes. Okay,
• 17:52
So what we can take away from that is it's
• 17:54
somebody that traveled with Epstein a lot, right, Okay, that's established.
• 17:59
Somebody that was in on all of his properties at
• 18:01
one point or another, that was on the plane with him.
• 18:04
So we know for a fact that all of the
• 18:08
gals traveled with them quite extensively. But we know that
• 18:13
Sarah Helen Vickers and Nadia Marsonkova traveled with him a lot,
• 18:18
a lot, especially considering marson Kova was a pilot. According
• 18:22
to the suit, Epstein frequently directed Jane Doe to turn
• 18:25
her head back during their sexual encounters, telling her that
• 18:28
he did not want to see her face. Epstein allegedly
• 18:32
laughed at Doe after he performed a sex act on
• 18:34
her in early twenty twelve at his Manhattan townhouse. This
• 18:38
guy was a sadistic predator. I mean how he wasn't
• 18:43
caught and thrown underneath the jail early in the mid nineties,
• 18:47
when Maria Farmer came out and told this guy, I mean,
• 18:51
and told everybody what this guy was about how he
• 18:53
didn't get arrested. Then is it's like I said, it's
• 18:56
one of the ages for I mean, one of the
• 18:59
mysteries for the ages. There's no plausible explanation that doesn't
• 19:06
reek of involvement of people at the higher levels. There's
• 19:11
no normal person gets away with something like that where
• 19:13
the police don't even show up to talk to you
• 19:15
after you're incredibly accused. That doesn't happen from normal people
• 19:20
like me or you. In her about January or February
• 19:25
twenty twelve, Epstein grabbed plaintiff by the hand while at
• 19:30
is New York City Residents and took her to a
• 19:32
small room on the third floor. The complaint says it
• 19:36
was a room with two chairs in it. He sat
• 19:38
her down, pulled her pants down, covered her eyes, and
• 19:41
used a vibrator on her. Epstein laughed afterwards. I don't
• 19:48
even know what to say about this stuff. Every time
• 19:50
I read stuff like that, it makes me ill. I
• 19:53
can't even imagine somebody being as sick and twisted as
• 19:56
Jeffrey Epstein roaming around amongst us sharing our air. This
• 20:00
is the kind of shit you're reading with Thomas Harris novel, right,
• 20:03
something that he would have one of the characters in
• 20:05
Silence of the Lambs or something. This isn't like real life.
• 20:09
I swear to god. We're living in a simulation, a
• 20:12
pandemic raging through the world, Jeffrey Epstein and his co
• 20:16
conspirators running around doing whatever they want. What reality am
• 20:20
I in Kellen forty is now married and traveling the
• 20:25
world with her husband, thirty six year old NASCAR driver
• 20:28
Brian Vickers. Must be nice. Huh, must be nice to
• 20:32
have to You're so close to being arrested and prosecuted
• 20:36
that you had to get a Dershowitz immunity deal dropped
• 20:39
over you, and now you're living the high life married
• 20:43
to Brian Vickers, the NASCAR driver. Boy, it must be nice, huh.
• 20:48
Vickers Instagram page shows the parent Italy, Greece, Japan, and
• 20:52
Austria in recent years. The couple who tied the knot
• 20:55
in September twenty thirteen is linked to addresses in North Carolina,
• 21:00
New York City, and Miami. Florida. Shocking that they have
• 21:03
two places of residents that are still in epicenters where
• 21:06
Epstein and his associates hung out. Huh where they did
• 21:10
their business from. I'm sure that has nothing to do
• 21:13
with that, right, more coincidence in this case. This is
• 21:15
just all coincidence. Folks. Sarah and Brian Vickers did not
• 21:21
return messages for comment. Neither did Darren k Endyke, one
• 21:25
of the executors of Epstein's estate, who also represented Sarah's
• 21:29
one time interior design business. As The Daily Beasts previously reported,
• 21:33
Indyke also did work for other women associated with Epstein. Boy,
• 21:38
isn't that funny? Huh? Isn't that funny? How that works?
• 21:42
The same lawyers, the same lawyers, huh, Indike and Khan,
• 21:46
the same guys that we should trust to administer this
• 21:50
money and to distribute it to the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein,
• 21:56
his two good buddies who were also on the payroll
• 22:01
to protect the co conspirators. These are the people we
• 22:03
were supposed to trust. Huh. Kellen was twenty two when
• 22:08
she joined Epstein's world. Tracy Schmaller, then a spokeswoman for Kellen,
• 22:13
told CNN last year. She when she met Epstein, Kellen
• 22:17
had been married at seventeen, divorced, and cast out of
• 22:20
the Jehovah Witness community in which she had been born
• 22:23
and raised, Smaller said. Schmaller said Epstein sexually abused Kellen
• 22:27
for years, and that she continues to struggle with the
• 22:29
trauma of her experiences and has chosen not to speak
• 22:32
publicly at this time. On Wednesday, Schmaller told The Daily
• 22:36
Beat she was no longer representing Kellen, despite saying hours
• 22:40
earlier that she check in with Kellen's legal team. Look,
• 22:47
I don't even know what to say about any of
• 22:49
that stuff, Sarah Kellen, all of these cores four, I
• 22:55
don't even know what to say about them at this point.
• 22:58
They're totally dunting now, right all of a sudden, They're
• 23:02
they're they're the they're the victims in this case. Why
• 23:06
did they go and vig Why did they go and
• 23:08
visit Jeffrey Epstein when he was behind bars seventy times combined?
• 23:13
Why didn't they rat him out? Why didn't the second
• 23:15
he was locked up? Why didn't they come forward and
• 23:17
rat him right out? Sorry, none of this stuff, this
• 23:20
stuff from Sarah kell and Vickers doesn't. I don't believe her.
• 23:23
I'm sorry to say it. I do not believe Sarah
• 23:26
kell and Vickers, not at all. Sorry, it just there's
• 23:30
she provides no evidence, nothing, just all of a sudden,
• 23:33
now because she's under the microscope, because the walls are
• 23:37
closing in on her, all of a sudden, she's a victim.
• 23:40
All of a sudden, Gilain Maxwell, She's a victim. Sorry,
• 23:43
I'm not buying it, folks, I am not buying it,
• 23:45
like I said, besides Nadia marsen Kova, I'm not buying
• 23:49
any of this other horseshit. Marti and COVID thirty five
• 23:53
is a licensed pilot and flight instructor. The X model
• 23:56
runs an aviation consulting business called ABA Loop, which is
• 24:00
registered to the Manhattan building where Epstein housed women. She
• 24:03
previously modeled for MC two, the agency founded by Jean
• 24:08
Luke Brunell, who was accused of procuring victims for Epstein. Well,
• 24:12
we know not. I don't even accused. I think it's
• 24:15
pretty much fact at this point. Where is Brunel? If
• 24:19
this was wrong, if this was a lie, wouldn't you
• 24:21
be screaming from every rooftop you could get your feet on.
• 24:24
Wouldn't you be looking for every platform or every outlet
• 24:27
that would give you a second of their time and
• 24:29
plead your case. You don't hide, you don't run away
• 24:33
to Brazil, you don't drop off of the map. It's
• 24:36
not an innocent man we're talking about here, folks. While Marsonkova,
• 24:42
who now goes by Marsinko, wasn't charged, Palm Beach police
• 24:46
identified her as an Epstein employee who repeatedly participated in
• 24:50
sex with underage girls. One survivor told cops that Epstein
• 24:54
claimed to have purchased Martienkova from her family and that
• 24:58
he bragged he brought her into the United time States
• 25:00
to be as Yugoslavian sex slave. Bam, right there, folks.
• 25:04
That's what gives me the pause with her, right And
• 25:07
I've come across some people who are not willing to
• 25:10
give her a bit of a break when it comes
• 25:13
to sentencing time, if it ever gets there. But it's
• 25:16
an argument that can be had, right. I'm not saying
• 25:18
that I'm one hundred percent right here or that what
• 25:21
I say is you know the word and it's the
• 25:26
word of God. It's not not at all. There's definitely
• 25:29
a room for interpretation here, and there are people who
• 25:32
are much more hardline than me when it comes to
• 25:34
Marten Kova. I understand that completely. And I know most
• 25:38
people usually usually expect fire and brimstone when they're talking about,
• 25:43
you know, me and my opinions of these people. But
• 25:47
I try and look at everything in its own I
• 25:52
guess what I'm trying to say is I kind of
• 25:54
I look at everything as its own unique situation, right,
• 25:58
So with each one of these women who are part
• 26:03
of the Core four, I looked at all of their
• 26:05
cases individually as well as well as the collective, and
• 26:09
I factored in a bunch of different things when I
• 26:11
was doing my research. And while it is certainly a
• 26:15
cult like situation, the only one that I came away
• 26:21
feeling even a bit of empathy for was Marsonkova. And
• 26:25
the more I've researched, the more that point has been
• 26:28
driven home for me. So again, I can totally see
• 26:31
that some people might not see it that way. Totally understandable,
• 26:35
and the argument can be made that she deserves the
• 26:37
full brunt of justice the same as the other Core four,
• 26:43
and that's definitely a debate that can be had one
• 26:50
victim toll cops that excuse me, We've read that last year.
• 26:53
Marton Cove's lawyers told CNN that like other survivors, Nadia
• 26:57
Marsinko isn't has been severely traumatized. She needs time to
• 27:03
process and make sense of what she has been through
• 27:05
before she is able to speak out. I know, I'll
• 27:09
never sit here and tell anybody what their timeline should
• 27:12
be after they've suffered trauma, especially you know, obviously, if
• 27:16
what we hear is true and she was sold to
• 27:18
Jeffrey Epstein, this lady certainly has some trauma that she
• 27:22
needs to deal with. Certainly should sit down with a therapist.
• 27:25
If she isn't already, she should definitely sit down with
• 27:27
a professional and help her navigate through all of this stuff,
• 27:32
  because it's bad news. I can't even imagine. I can't
• 27:37
imagine being sold by my parents to some guy, coming
• 27:40
to America and being involved in all of this shit. Crazy,
• 27:44
absolutely positively insane, One of her attorneys, Eric T. Dunbo,
• 27:50
told The Daily Beast in an email, Nadia is eager
• 27:53
to join the other survivors and speaking out about what
• 27:56
she has endured. She wants to express her compassion and
• 27:59
supp to those who have also fallen prey to Jeffrey
• 28:02
Epstein's pathologically controlling and abusive behavior. Unfortunately, she is not
• 28:08
yet able to comment publicly. And that's where I get agitated. Right,
• 28:13
He's dead and gone, Nadia, he is dead and gone.
• 28:17
Come forward, be the first one of the core Ford
• 28:20
to come forward and show that you're remorseful, show that
• 28:24
you're sorry. There's no other way, because if that doesn't
• 28:30
occur and the law is forced to bring you in
• 28:35
via subpoena or warrant or something like that, I don't
• 28:39
know how much sympathy or empathy you're going to get,
• 28:43
and I don't know if you deserve any at that point.
• 28:46
Because you have a chance right now, Nadia, you have
• 28:48
a chance to come forward and tell everybody your story,
• 28:52
at the very least, tell the prosecutors your story. Don't
• 28:57
let this be something that destroys you anymore than it
• 29:01
has already. You can come forward and be the first one,
• 29:05
and you can show people that even though you participated, right,
• 29:10
even though you were involved in this criminal enterprise, it
• 29:13
was against your will, almost you were groomed for it.
• 29:16
And now you know better, and it's time to come forward.
• 29:19
And unless you do that, Nadia Marsenkova, Nadia Marsenko, you're
• 29:24
just going to be one of the other Core four, unfortunately,
• 29:27
and you're going to have to face the full wrath
• 29:29
of the government. I would think that if anyone's going
• 29:32
to come forward and speak to the authorities and tell
• 29:35
their story, it would be Nadia marson Kova, right, she
• 29:39
seems like the likely one. And unless she does that, though, well,
• 29:44
she's going to face the same scrutiny as the other
• 29:48
three inside of the Core four, and what little empathy
• 29:53
people have for her is going to go by the wayside,
• 29:56
because now's her opportunity, this is the window, this is
• 29:59
her chance. Leslie Groff fifty three, served as Epstein's secretary
• 30:05
since at least two thousand and one. A spokeswoman for
• 30:08
Groff told The Daily Beast that Groff has not filed
• 30:11
a lawsuit against Epstein's estate, nor was she a victim
• 30:14
of Epstein's sexual abuse. We know that Groff wasn't his type.
• 30:19
She was older. Groff was more of the clerical Mavis,
• 30:25
the one who was in charge of all of that
• 30:26
kind of stuff, making sure that everything ran smoothly around
• 30:29
the office. Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. She
• 30:32
you know, she was somebody who was an executive assistant, right,
• 30:36
you know, she was involved with other other tasks according
• 30:41
to her, But she certainly didn't fit the bill as
• 30:43
somebody Epstein would sexually assault with. That said, she is
• 30:48
an enabler. She is guilty of facilitating his abuse of
• 30:52
these children, and she is one hundred percent part of
• 30:55
this criminal conspiracy in my opinion. In a deposition epstein pilot,
• 31:02
Epstein's pilot said Groff worked out of an East sixty
• 31:05
sixth Street office, the same building where Epstein kept young women. Today,
• 31:10
she's a married mom living in New Canaan, Connecticut, and
• 31:13
denies facilitating Epstein's abuse. We don't buy that here on
• 31:17
the Jeffrey Epstein Show. We just recently did our episode
• 31:20
about Leslie Groff and we read an article from her
• 31:24
local paper. Nobody's buying it on this podcast, Miss Groff,
• 31:27
that you didn't know what was going on. You were
• 31:29
another one with the keys to the kingdom. You were
• 31:31
another one that had all of the secrets as an
• 31:39
executive assistant to Epstein. Leslie worked as part of a
• 31:42
professional staff that included in house attorneys, accountants, an office manager,
• 31:48
and other office staff. Leslie's job included making appointments for
• 31:52
mister Epstein as directed by him, taking his messages, and
• 31:56
setting up high level meetings with CEOs, business excs, executives, scientists, politicians,
• 32:02
and celebrities. Oh so you mean his other co conspirators, gotcha?
• 32:06
So you're establishing our case for us? Huh, Because everybody
• 32:11
you name there, there's somebody from that walk of life
• 32:14
who was involved with Epstein and with this criminal trafficking ring.
• 32:17
So you're not doing yourself as service by mentioning these
• 32:20
people as you're trying to, you know, weirdly flex about
• 32:24
the kind of company Epstein kept, as if these people
• 32:27
couldn't be involved in stuff like this, where we now
• 32:30
we've learned that these are the most likely people to
• 32:33
be involved in something like this. That's right, I said it,
• 32:35
the most likely. At no time during Leslie's employment with
• 32:44
Epstein did she ever engage in any misconduct, but several victims,
• 32:49
Several survivors, including Jennifer Aarroz, who named Groff as a
• 32:52
defendant in a lawsuit against Epstein's estate, say, Groff typically
• 32:56
scheduled his massages again and credibly accused, Yet she is
• 33:02
not arrested. How is that possible? How is that okay?
• 33:08
How does that pass the sniff test? It's an embarrassment.
• 33:13
A civil suit by Anastasia Doe, who was fourteen when
• 33:16
Epstein started abusing her, allegas Groff was one of Jeffrey
• 33:19
Epstein's most trusted employees and would schedule Anastasia's visits to
• 33:24
Epstein's New York mansion. Of course she was Why else
• 33:27
was she making all that money? Why else did he
• 33:29
give her that ben Zito? It wasn't because she was
• 33:31
a fantastic personal assistant. I'm sure there are plenty of
• 33:35
those on Wall Street. In fact, I know they are.
• 33:39
But yet she's making two hundred grand a year. That's
• 33:41
a whole hell of a lot of money to schedule meetings.
• 33:46
She wasn't making that money to schedule meetings. Come on, folks,
• 33:49
she was made that That was protection money. That was
• 33:52
money that Epstein shelled out to all of his close associates,
• 33:55
all of his close allies, so that it was another
• 33:59
layer of protect When the time came for Epstein to
• 34:03
face justice, he knew it was coming eventually, so he
• 34:06
surrounded himself with people like this. Meanwhile, another Jane Doe,
• 34:12
alleges Kellen and Groff often asked Doe to bring other
• 34:15
girls with her to Epstein's home, and that both assistants
• 34:19
routinely paid her. Doe was believed to be minor victim
• 34:23
number one in the New York indictment against Epstein. Right
• 34:27
here is the case. In one paragraph they make the case.
• 34:32
Let's remember that when they when they went after alcohol
• 34:35
and they threw the whole kitchen sink at him, And
• 34:37
what did they get them? On? Tax evasion? Do you
• 34:40
know why? Because they were motivated and the prosecutors weren't
• 34:44
effing around In this one paragraph that we just read,
• 34:48
there is enough evidence there to bring these people in
• 34:51
and at the very least folks, at the very least
• 34:54
questioned them under oath. Juliette Bryant, who was twenty when
• 34:59
Epstein exploited her, mentions Groff and Kellen in her own
• 35:03
lawsuit too. Groff helped Juliette get a visa passport and
• 35:07
airline tickets so she could leave South Africa to become
• 35:10
a New York model. Brian accused Kellen of sending her
• 35:13
to Epstein's room to be sexually abused during a trip
• 35:16
to the US Virgin Islands and forcing her to be
• 35:19
photographed nude for Epstein in Paris. Not only was this
• 35:25
occurring in America, folks, this was an intercontinental sex trafficking
• 35:30
ring that spanned the globe, and they had the reach
• 35:34
to do it. They had the reach to do it.
• 35:36
They had planes, they had money, they had friends in
• 35:39
power who were involved, and you see the cover up
• 35:42
in real time as we add article after article to
• 35:46
the catalog. It's unbelievable what these people were up to.
• 35:53
For her part, Ross is keeping a low profile in
• 35:55
Florida with her husband. The thirty six year old former
• 35:58
model who went by Adriana Muchinska, came to the US
• 36:02
from Poland in two thousand and two. When her deposition
• 36:05
was taken in twenty ten, she said she was pursuing
• 36:09
a bachelor's degree in accounting from Florida International University in Miami.
• 36:14
Flight logs indicate Ross was on Epstein's private plane with
• 36:18
Bill Clinton. Again, Bill Clinton's name comes up, and I'm surprised,
• 36:22
honestly that The Daily Beast even mentioned it. I'll give
• 36:25
him their props for that. Seems like a lot of
• 36:27
publications is like to steer clear of the whole entire
• 36:30
Clinton aspect of this, but as you all know, I
• 36:33
am not going to do that. I think Bill Clinton
• 36:36
was a big old enabler. I think Bill Clinton and
• 36:38
Jeffrey Epstein were a lot closer than Bill Clinton likes
• 36:41
to let on. And I think that Bill Clinton has
• 36:43
a lot to answer for when it comes to this case.
• 36:48
Ross has never spoken publicly about Epstein's crimes. When The
• 36:51
Daily Mail approached her outside of her church late August,
• 36:54
and excuse me, outside of her church last August, a
• 36:58
man believed to be her husband and said, you don't
• 37:01
know anything. It's not for you to make a judgment.
• 37:03
You don't know anything about it. Now. I'm sorry, but
• 37:06
we do know a lot about it. We've read the documents, bro,
• 37:09
We've read them documents. I know you want to be
• 37:11
protective of your wife, but I hate to be the
• 37:14
one to say it, but you got some pretty bad taste,
• 37:17
my dude, getting with a girl like this. What could
• 37:21
possibly be wrong with you? Epstein's butler, jenouse Banasiak, claimed
• 37:29
Adriana removed computers from the pedophile's Palm Beach mansion before
• 37:33
a cops executed a warrant in two thousand and five.
• 37:36
Mister Berman, are you listening? Are you listening right now?
• 37:41
They removed evidence from a crime scene, They hit evidence
• 37:45
in an ongoing criminal conspiracy, They received funds from ill
• 37:51
gotten gains. And this is all before we even talk
• 37:54
about their involvement in the sex trafficking ring. How are
• 37:57
they still walking around? How come they have haven't been arrested?
• 38:01
Mister Berman, are you there? Hello? Are you at work? Sir?
• 38:07
Can we see some movement please? According to a twenty
• 38:13
ten deposition, Banasiak also said he was responsible for paying girls.
• 38:18
Sometimes I get a phone call from Sarah or Adriana
• 38:22
and they mentioned that such a girl show up at
• 38:25
the house and I should give them money, he testified.
• 38:28
As Palm Beach police investigated at Epstein, they were also
• 38:32
ready to charge Kellen two. A probable cause affidavid filed
• 38:37
in May two thousand and six, stated Kellen could have
• 38:40
faced four counts of first degree unlawful sexual activity with
• 38:43
a minor and one count of lewd and lascivious molestation.
• 38:47
Both of those charges were felonies. Sarah Kellen Vickers is
• 38:52
a victim. Huh, She's somebody that we should feel sorry for. Sorry,
• 38:56
I don't feel sorry for you, Sarah Kellen Vickers, and
• 38:58
I have a sneaking suspicion that most people listening to
• 39:01
this podcast do not feel sorry for you either. Investigator
• 39:08
said Kellen kt Epstein's rolodex of underage girls and called
• 39:12
them whenever Epstein would be in town. She allegedly met
• 39:15
the girls in the kitchen, then brought them upstairs to
• 39:18
a room with a massage table. She left the girls
• 39:21
alone with Epstein, who would masturbate and sexually assault them.
• 39:26
How much more evidence is needed? How many more little
• 39:29
girls have to come forward and say this before the
• 39:31
authorities kick their ass into action? What are they doing?
• 39:36
What could they possibly be doing? Why are you coming
• 39:39
out making statements about Prince Andrew not cooperating while he's
• 39:44
all the way over in London and out of your
• 39:46
reach for now? When you have people like Sarah kell
• 39:49
and Vickers, Adriana Ross, Leslie Groff, and Nadia Marsenkova right
• 39:52
here at home for you to go after. I would
• 39:55
just love to hear your strategy, sir, at some point,
• 39:57
I would love to hear you come out and let
• 39:59
us know. So what is going on in that office?
• 40:02
I mean, this is the SDNY. We're talking about, the
• 40:05
same office that took down the mafia for Pete's sake,
• 40:08
Yet they can't get rid of a few gals that
• 40:11
were involved in a sex trafficking ring. Makes you wonder
• 40:15
why folks, doesn't it. In his Affidavid, the late Palm
• 40:20
Beach detective Joe Riccari stated Sarah Kellen coordinated and aided
• 40:25
in the recruitment of miners to frequent Epstein's house so
• 40:28
that sexual services were provided to Epstein, scheduled the said
• 40:32
miners to return to the work for Epstein, secured their
• 40:35
appointments for the purpose of sexual activity and lude and
• 40:39
lascivious acts, and arranged the bedroom for said miners. This
• 40:44
is the police officer, the detective telling you this. This
• 40:49
isn't me making it up. This isn't me sitting around
• 40:52
eating mushrooms or some peote and going on a wild
• 40:56
trip and hopping on the podcast and saying, hey, this
• 40:59
is you know's what I think on my crazy peyote high. No, no, no,
• 41:03
this is what the detective said, this isn't his report,
• 41:08
this is what he wanted to do, and he was
• 41:12
denied by the prosecutors. Again, ask yourselves, why, folks. When
• 41:18
one underage girl named Jane Doe and her mother sued
• 41:21
Epstein along with along with Kellen and teenage recruiter Hailey
• 41:25
Robson in March two thousand and eight, the complaint described
• 41:29
Kellen as an integral player in Epstein's Florida scheme. Again,
• 41:33
these are court documents. This isn't just shit that was
• 41:36
thrown out the wall. Nobody just jumped onto four chan
• 41:39
and found this. This wasn't someone passing around a chain letter.
• 41:43
These are court documents and statements by very serious investigators,
• 41:49
very serious people. And you want me to believe that
• 41:54
Sarah Kellen Vickers is innocent. You want me to believe
• 41:57
that she had no part in this, that all of
• 41:59
these people lying, and Sarah Kellen Vickers is telling the truth. Sorry.
• 42:09
The victim who was fourteen when Epstein abused her in
• 42:12
two thousand and five stated Kellen laid out massage oils
• 42:16
and told her that Epstein would be in shortly. Another victim, elm,
• 42:20
said Kellen was Epstein's lieutenant who arranged for transportation for girls,
• 42:25
as they were often too young to drive themselves to
• 42:28
and from the mansion. According to a December two thousand
• 42:31
and eight a mended complaint filed in Palm Beach, the
• 42:35
lawsuits singled out marson Cova too, And that's it's interesting
• 42:39
that elm said Kellen was Epstein's lieutenant. I've been saying
• 42:42
that from the beginning. Considering the way I have it structured,
• 42:46
I look at it like it's the mafia. It's the
• 42:48
easiest way to explain it. And with that being the case,
• 42:51
we know that one hundred percent Kellen was a lieutenant,
• 42:55
a capo. She was definitely somebody who was in a
• 42:58
leadership role and who who was helping keep this whole
• 43:02
entire thing on the rails. Nadia marson Cova also served
• 43:10
as a recruiter and helped Epstein satisfy his criminal sexual
• 43:13
desires by, on occasion, directly participating in sexual abuse. The
• 43:18
complaint states. Epstein's former butler, Alfredo Rodriguez, testified in a
• 43:23
two thousand and nine deposition that Kellen instructed him on
• 43:26
how much cash to pay the girls who massaged Epstein.
• 43:30
And we know what massage means for Epstein, Sarah would
• 43:33
tell me who to pay and how much, and that's
• 43:35
the way we work. Rodriguez said, this is a whole,
• 43:39
entire criminal enterprise, folks, right here, laid bare for us
• 43:43
to see. How is there no arrests. I know I'm
• 43:47
beating a dead horse when I keep saying that, but
• 43:50
I have to drive the point home. I have to
• 43:52
drive the point home because it's so ludicrous. In twenty ten,
• 43:59
a survivor named MJ alleged Epstein and his associates ran
• 44:03
a criminal enterprise and included a Rico case statement with
• 44:06
their lawsuit. I never even knew that before. This is
• 44:08
the first time I'm hearing of that. But whoever, MJ
• 44:11
is right on, MJ, your lawyers know what's up. This
• 44:14
is a Rico case if I ever saw one. Every
• 44:17
single one of these girls should be attaching that. Every
• 44:20
single survivor should attach a Rico case to this. It's
• 44:23
like the light at the end of the tunnel for
• 44:24
me here, I mean, are you kidding me right now?
• 44:28
In twenty ten, a victim named MJ alleged Epstein and
• 44:32
his associates ran a criminal enterprise and it included a
• 44:36
Rico case statement with their lawsuit. Epstein, Kellen, and Marsenkova
• 44:41
all took steps to discourage the girls from reporting these
• 44:43
crimes to law enforcement, including making cash payments to the girls.
• 44:49
Bro I don't know anyone else who's been talking about
• 44:53
this being a Rico case the way we have been
• 44:55
here on this podcast, almost from the very first podcast
• 45:00
the way back, and I don't know August or whenever
• 45:02
Lee and I started this crazy adventure. I've been talking
• 45:05
about this being a reco case since then. And the
• 45:08
reason I know about RICO cases is because I've seen
• 45:11
them up close and personal. I've seen how the federal
• 45:15
government reacts when there's RICO involved. I've seen how hard
• 45:19
they charge, I've seen how they go after people. And
• 45:23
to read that right here that the survivor MJ attached
• 45:27
a RICO case statement to her lawsuit. Again, Look, we
• 45:30
learn new things every single day, folks, on this podcast
• 45:33
and on other podcasts, and when we read these articles
• 45:36
and on YouTube videos that are covering this case. There's
• 45:40
something to be learned every single day. And even somebody
• 45:43
who is locked into this case like myself, reads an
• 45:47
article like this and finds something out like that, and
• 45:51
I think it's very important, and I think it's important
• 45:53
that the RICO aspect of this does not get It
• 45:57
doesn't get enough play, it doesn't get enough airtime. And
• 46:01
I would love to ask mister Berman why this is
• 46:04
not they haven't filed RICO statutes. In January twenty seventeen,
• 46:13
Sarah Ransom sued Epstein and members of his inner circle,
• 46:16
Kellen Maxwell Groff and someone named Natalia malishev An. A
• 46:22
mended complaint filed under a pseudonym Jane Doe forty three,
• 46:26
called Groff an integral part of the illegal venture and
• 46:29
enterprise who coordinated visits between Epstein and the various young
• 46:35
females used for sex. Again, we're getting closer to your
• 46:38
illegal venture and enterprise. Just let's just call it what
• 46:41
it was. A criminal conspiracy and an ongoing criminal enterprise.
• 46:45
That's what it was. There's no reason a pussy foot
• 46:48
around that. There's no reason to try and finesse that.
• 46:52
That is exactly what it was. I've been calling it.
• 46:55
I've been calling it that from the very beginning, since
• 46:57
this all started. And I'm telling you, folks, this is
• 47:00
going to end up as a RICO case and when
• 47:03
it does. When one of these prosecutors decides to grow
• 47:06
a pair and drops the Rico hammer, it's going to
• 47:09
be a whole new world for these people. Ransom suit
• 47:17
called Kellen a recruiter who maintained Epstein's sex schedule in
• 47:21
order to ensure that he was not without young females
• 47:24
for any extended period of time. While Epstein and Maxwell
• 47:28
developed a sophisticated system of sexual abuse, Kellen and Groff
• 47:32
carried it out for years in exchange for significant pay
• 47:35
benefits and protection from prosecution. The complaint alleges again, I
• 47:40
said the same exact thing. That's how this works. That
• 47:44
is how this works. Epstein and Maxwell developed the system,
• 47:47
and then Kellen and Groff and marsen Kova and Ross
• 47:51
were their lieutenants who they were given the game plan, right,
• 47:55
the coach enacted the game plan, and the players had
• 47:57
to go out and play the game. And that's exactly
• 47:59
what we saw here and their answers to Ransom's complained,
• 48:04
Groff and Kellen pleaded the fifth Like in every other case,
• 48:07
that's all they did. That's all they did is plead
• 48:09
the fifth. Every single one of these core four members
• 48:12
pled the fifth after Epstein killed himself in a federal
• 48:16
lockup allegedly last August. More survivors began to file claims
• 48:21
for damages against his estate. One lawsuit filed by Mary
• 48:25
Doe sued Epstein's estate and Kellen under the name Sarah Vickers.
• 48:29
Kellen has not responded to the complaint. Record show, Well,
• 48:32
isn't that nice? It must be nice to not be
• 48:34
able to you know, to be able to pick and
• 48:36
choose what you respond to. I mean, you can just
• 48:38
go through life and you know, people sue you. But
• 48:41
since you're friends with Jeffrey Epstein, Nah, no big deal.
• 48:44
Be able to just skate right by, No big deal.
• 48:47
I got a whole cadre of lawyers that handles that. Boy.
• 48:50
It must be nice, huh. Mary Doe alleges Epstein began
• 48:56
exploiting her when she was sixteen and living in New
• 48:58
York as a refugee for from a war torn country.
• 49:02
Mary Doe attempted suicide multiple times as a result of
• 49:05
Epstein's sexual abuse. Her lawsuit states, I wonder how many
• 49:09
of these gals that we have never heard from or
• 49:11
heard of have tried to commit suicide or were successful
• 49:15
in the attempt It's not a very comforting thing to
• 49:21
think about. It's not a very pleasant thing to think about,
• 49:23
but I think it's important. I think it's important that
• 49:26
the nameless get named, and I think it's very important
• 49:30
that the nameless also get justice. Kellen, the complaint says,
• 49:37
would summon Mary to his Manhattan townhouse, order her to
• 49:40
give him massages, and subject her to sexual acts, the
• 49:43
severity of which increased over time. Kellen also allegedly purchased
• 49:49
Mary new underwear from Victoria's Secret. Purchased Huh, I'm sure
• 49:53
that they had those on lock. I'm pretty sure that
• 49:55
his buddy Les Wexner and Jeffrey Epstein, who was in
• 49:59
charge of his money by the was very capable of
• 50:02
supplying a pair of underwear from Victoria's Secret to whoever
• 50:06
he wanted. Kellen once Wents witnessed Epstein forcing Mary to
• 50:10
perform oral sex on him. The lawsuit continues. In late
• 50:14
two thousand and five, after being sexually abused by Epstein
• 50:17
yet again, she heard Epstein shout to Kellen that Mary
• 50:21
was the best. I'm not gonna say what that says.
• 50:25
It's a sexual act. I'm not gonna use that term here.
• 50:28
On the podcast shout to Kellen that Mary was the best.
• 50:33
Starts with the sea, ends with an R. Mary was
• 50:37
not mortified. Mary was mortified and ashamed, and in that
• 50:41
moment suddenly saw the truth. She was not even a
• 50:44
human being to Epstein. She was an object. The lawsuit,
• 50:48
which alleges assault, which alleges assault, battery, and intentional infliction
• 50:52
of emotional distress, says Kellen is liable for aiding and
• 50:55
abetting Epstein's actions. Yeah, no shit, no shit, she is.
• 51:00
Kellen's name also came up twice during during a federal
• 51:03
hearing last August, when US District Judge Richard Berman allowed
• 51:07
more than a dozen survivors to speak before he closed
• 51:11
the deceased Epstein's criminal case. Jeffrey is no longer here,
• 51:16
and the women that helped him are, said one survivor,
• 51:19
Teresa helm My experiences with Gelaan Maxwell and Sarah Kelln
• 51:23
and they definitely definitely need to be held accountable for
• 51:26
helping him, helping themselves, helping one another carry on this system.
• 51:32
And she is one hundred percent right about that. They
• 51:36
need to be held to account, folks. They need to
• 51:38
be brought to justice. All of these people and look
• 51:42
Sarah Kelln Vickers. If you're out there listening, come on
• 51:45
this podcast, go onto the radio program, go onto a
• 51:49
news program, and let's talk about it. I'll give you
• 51:53
some time, any one of the corps for I will
• 51:55
give you time on the podcast to explain your side
• 51:57
of things. But instead you hide, you duck behind you,
• 52:02
plead the fifth. You wait for some super powerful lawyer
• 52:05
to exploit some loophole to make sure you don't get busted.
• 52:09
Well that's over. You got your jail, you got your
• 52:11
one get out of jail free card. That ship is sailed.
• 52:14
Now you're in the deep water with the sharks. Let's
• 52:18
see how you hold up, because I'll tell you what, Ladies,
• 52:21
The walls are closing in. Don't count on the COVID
• 52:24
nineteen outbreak to give you any quarter. Don't count on
• 52:28
this story going away, and do not think that for
• 52:31
one single moment we're going to relax or stop until
• 52:38
justice is served. If you'd like to contact me, you
• 52:42
can do that at Bobby Kapuci at ProtonMail dot com.
• 52:45
That's bobbycap u Cci at ProtonMail dot com. You can
• 52:51
also find me on Twitter at b Well this article
• 52:54
we're going to talk about tonight, folks, is going to
• 52:57
enrage a whole lot of you of that, I am sure.
• 53:01
Now a little background, we know that one of the
• 53:06
Core four was suing the Epstein estate saying that she
• 53:12
was also a victim. Now, when you add up all
• 53:18
of the information that we had available to us, and
• 53:22
again just the information that is available publicly, and you
• 53:27
look at the ages and timeframes, it's obvious that the
• 53:31
person who was suing Jeffrey Epstein in claiming victimhood was
• 53:35
Sarah Kellen Vickers, one of the main members of the
• 53:40
Core four, Gilaine Maxwell's chief lieutenant, is claiming that she
• 53:47
was a victim of Jeffrey Epstein's and that she was
• 53:51
abused and coerced and basically she he had mind control
• 53:58
over her and put her in the position that she
• 54:02
was in and she was forced into that position because
• 54:05
of his extreme power. And while that is an argument
• 54:12
that I would be sympathetic of, right if the other
• 54:16
pieces would make sense, such as, after Jeffrey Epstein gets arrested,
• 54:22
why didn't she come forward? Then? Why did she wait
• 54:27
until now until the heat is really on her, until
• 54:30
she knows that the non prosecution agreement might be going
• 54:35
to the wayside. If you were abused by Jeffrey Epstein
• 54:40
like this the way she is claiming, then you would
• 54:43
think that you would have wanted to see him behind
• 54:46
bars for the rest of his life after that first
• 54:48
time around. You wouldn't be part of the non prosecution agreement, right,
• 54:54
I mean, I get it, Stockholm syndrome and all of that, Jazz.
• 54:57
I'm certainly not a psychologist, and and I can only
• 55:01
offer my opinion in this situation, just like in other situations.
• 55:06
And for me, I don't really buy this story by
• 55:13
we'll call her Jane Doe for now. But all of
• 55:17
the circumstantial evidence obviously adds up to it being Sarah
• 55:22
kell and Vickers, I would think, and the fact that
• 55:28
she's claiming to be a victim here, considering the depth
• 55:35
of the evidence against her as being part of not
• 55:40
only the grooming process but participating in some time in
• 55:43
some cases, it's she's gonna have to come with a
• 55:47
lot more than that, right. It is not a I
• 55:51
don't think this is going to work out for her.
• 55:53
I don't think that she's going to be able to
• 55:57
avoid the criminal side of this no matter what happens. Civilly,
• 56:03
and again speculation on my part, it could simply be
• 56:08
she is doing this to try and fortify herself for
• 56:12
a criminal case, to set the tone right. If she
• 56:15
gets a payout from the estate, she can use that
• 56:19
to beef up her own defense that she was also
• 56:23
a victim. Right, So that could definitely be a strategy
• 56:26
that they're looking at. Who knows, right, who knows what's
• 56:30
going on with these lawyers and what sort of back
• 56:34
room you know, manipulating and high wire act is taking place.
• 56:41
But to me personally, I find this obscene that this
• 56:46
person would think that she's going to get a payout
• 56:49
from the same people that she helped abuse. It's just
• 56:54
I don't understand how it could even be a conversation, right.
• 56:59
And it all goes back to the original deal, the
• 57:02
non prosecution agreement. If that was never put into place,
• 57:06
and these four girls, the core four, weren't named in
• 57:10
the non prosecution agreement, this could have all been rectified
• 57:13
a very long time ago. And that's why I think
• 57:17
one of the most crucial points of this case is
• 57:21
coming up on December third. I think that is going
• 57:25
to be a real fulcrum in this case and it's
• 57:29
going to really dictate how things move forward. So I
• 57:34
really hope that, you know, the December third hearing in
• 57:39
front of the Eleventh Circuit renders all of this kind
• 57:42
of stuff moot, because if the NPA goes out the window,
• 57:46
then it doesn't matter what sort of defense she's going
• 57:48
to use here claiming that she's a victim as well
• 57:52
or any of that other stuff. A jury of her
• 57:55
peers is going to see through it, and she's not
• 57:58
going to escape punishment here. I don't think think, in
• 58:00
my opinion anyway, does she maybe roll over on Maxwell.
• 58:05
I don't know. She's had all this time to come
• 58:07
forward and she hasn't done so, And for me, that's
• 58:10
a big red flag, a huge red flag. You would
• 58:14
think that if you were being manipulated into a situation
• 58:17
the way that she. You know, she claims that she
• 58:20
was that when Epstein was put behind bars, she would
• 58:24
come forward and help bolster the case against him to
• 58:29
ensure that he never gets out of prison again. But
• 58:32
instead she kept her pleasant relationship with him, she kept
• 58:36
working out of the apartment that was provided for. You know,
• 58:40
all of that stuff cannot be overlooked. So she's gonna
• 58:45
have an uphill battle when it comes to trying to
• 58:50
wriggle out of this and the audacity and the gall
• 58:55
it takes to try and get money out of this
• 58:59
victim's survivor. I mean, this victim's compensation fund is just
• 59:03
I don't even know what to say about it. It's
• 59:07
it's gross, right, I don't even know. I mean, she
• 59:11
sh all right, So let's jump into this article. This
• 59:15
article is from Okay magazine headline Jeffrey Epstein recruiter set
• 59:21
to get payout from victim relief fund. This article was
• 59:26
authored by Chris Spargo. A Jane Doe, who was twenty
• 59:31
two when she met Epstein is suing the estate. So
• 59:35
you look at the numbers. Who was twenty two when
• 59:37
they met Epstein according to the reports? Right? Not marsen Kova,
• 59:41
not Adriana Ross, not Leslie Groff. That just leaves us
• 59:45
with one person correct. This article is by Chris Spargo,
• 59:50
who once again is ahead of things. A woman who
• 59:55
helped recruit underage girls for Jeffrey Epstein has been approved
• 59:59
to submit her claim as to the Victim Compensation program
• 1:00:02
after claiming she was trafficked and raped for over a decade.
• 1:00:07
So she has been approved to submit her claims to
• 1:00:10
the fund. That doesn't mean that they're going to approve
• 1:00:13
dispersal of funds though. Is it possible that they do.
• 1:00:18
Look again, I'm very cynical about the whole process at
• 1:00:21
this point, and it would just be par for the
• 1:00:25
course if they did distribute money to this person, right,
• 1:00:29
So I wouldn't be shocked if they do. Should they
• 1:00:32
Absolutely not. The woman in question filed a lawsuit under
• 1:00:38
the pseudonym Jane Doe back in March. Then on November two,
• 1:00:43
her court case against Epstein's estate and its executors was
• 1:00:47
put on hold as her lawyers informed the judge that
• 1:00:50
their client was seeking a payout from the Victim's Compensation program.
• 1:00:55
This was all approved by the executor of Epstein's estate,
• 1:00:59
Darren In, who is named defendant in the case. And again,
• 1:01:03
here is a huge problem in my opinion, from my
• 1:01:06
vantage point of not being a legal expert, anyway, I
• 1:01:11
don't see how Darren, Endyke or Khan can be the
• 1:01:15
executors of this estate when they're named as co conspirators
• 1:01:19
by several several several different people. How does that jive?
• 1:01:25
How does that work? How is there no conflict of interest?
• 1:01:31
And is it a shock that Indike and Khan would
• 1:01:34
approve something like this if it would take some of
• 1:01:36
the heat off of them them. Perhaps they worked with
• 1:01:40
the Core four for all of those years very closely,
• 1:01:44
so it's not like this is somebody they don't know.
• 1:01:48
It is a very odd situation to me that Indike
• 1:01:52
and Khan would still be executors of this state, considering
• 1:01:57
their vast involvement. There is no name given and no address,
• 1:02:03
but the timeline provided by Jane Doe matches up with
• 1:02:07
one of Epstein's co conspirators. Her March complaint states, Jane
• 1:02:12
Doe seeks justice for the sexual crimes perpetrated against her
• 1:02:17
by Jeffrey Epstein over the course of many years, and
• 1:02:21
for the abuse, manipulation, and exploitation she suffered at his hands.
• 1:02:27
So again, when you look at the timeline, you look
• 1:02:31
at all of the other information that we have, and
• 1:02:36
you start going through the list of who it can't be,
• 1:02:40
you're only left with Sarah Kelln Vickers here, folks, And
• 1:02:44
it looks like Sarah Kelln Vickers is all in. She
• 1:02:47
just pushed all her chips to the middle of the table.
• 1:02:49
And she's rolling with this she was a victim routine
• 1:02:53
and defense. Now. I don't know how the prosecutors are
• 1:02:58
going to look at this, but if it was me, well,
• 1:03:04
she'd be in for a long day. And there is
• 1:03:09
no excuse for her not coming forward after Epstein was
• 1:03:13
arrested the first time or the second time, in my opinion,
• 1:03:16
huge red flag if you worked for somebody, or you
• 1:03:21
were put to some sort of servitude by somebody and
• 1:03:27
they were finally in the hands of the authorities the
• 1:03:30
second time around. I mean, the first time around, I
• 1:03:33
guess you could say, all right, well he was very powerful,
• 1:03:36
I was scared, But the second time around, there's just
• 1:03:40
no excuse the second time around. In my opinion, I
• 1:03:44
think that if you're in that situation where supposedly all
• 1:03:48
of this was happening, you wouldn't be benefiting still years
• 1:03:52
after the man was arrested, years after you supposedly had
• 1:03:56
no relationship with him anymore, still benefiting from your relationship
• 1:04:00
that you had with him. So according to you previously,
• 1:04:06
it just does not add up to somebody who was
• 1:04:09
abused in the manner that she's saying she was abused. Now,
• 1:04:13
am I saying that Jeffrey Epstein didn't have some sort
• 1:04:16
of control over her. No, I'm not saying that at all.
• 1:04:20
He was the one who was providing the money and
• 1:04:22
the lifestyle and all of that is it becomes infectious, right.
• 1:04:28
These people get a little taste of it and they
• 1:04:30
want more. So she was in love with the lifestyle.
• 1:04:35
She didn't want it to go away. She went in
• 1:04:37
with both eyes open, and she knew that what she
• 1:04:41
was doing, as far as recruiting and grooming and all
• 1:04:44
of this other jazz to help progress Jeffrey Epstein's proclivities
• 1:04:50
and his disgusting behavior, she knew it was all wrong,
• 1:04:53
and she engaged in it anyway for self benefit. And
• 1:04:57
now when all of the cards are humbling down, she's
• 1:05:03
thrown up the hel Mary here, hoping beyond hope that
• 1:05:06
she'll get some empathy from some quarter. Well, I'll tell
• 1:05:11
you what, I highly doubt the survivors who were abused
• 1:05:16
by Epstein, who were never part of his cabal. I
• 1:05:21
have a funny feeling they're not gonna be too happy
• 1:05:24
with the fact that one of the core four looking
• 1:05:28
like Sarah Kell and Vickers. Obviously, according to the data
• 1:05:31
that's available to US has applied to the victim's fund
• 1:05:35
and might get a payout. Now, is it certain she'll
• 1:05:38
get paid out? No, of course not. We have to
• 1:05:40
make sure that, you know, we don't get too carried
• 1:05:44
away until there's information saying that she does. All of
• 1:05:48
it's up in the air. We don't know what way
• 1:05:51
things are going to turn in this case. There's ups,
• 1:05:53
there's downs, there's cork screws, there's twists, there's turns, and
• 1:05:56
there's flips. Each day we get up and you never
• 1:06:00
know what you're going to see when I look at
• 1:06:02
the news. Who the hell knows what you're going to see.
• 1:06:04
Maybe you're going to see mass indictments, or maybe you're
• 1:06:07
going to see that you know, Gilain Maxwell is out
• 1:06:09
of jail now because of the coronavirus. Who the hell
• 1:06:12
knows anymore. All we can do is strap our goggles on,
• 1:06:18
swim upriver through the muck, and try and find some
• 1:06:22
clean water. The lawsuit is about Jane Doe claiming her power,
• 1:06:31
becoming a survivor not a victim, and getting restitution for
• 1:06:35
the sexual crimes perpetrated against her. Jane Doe then identifies
• 1:06:40
herself as a co conspirator in the complaint while listing
• 1:06:44
the damages she has suffered because of her ties to Epstein,
• 1:06:50
her capacity to pursue a professional career has been severely compromised. Well,
• 1:06:56
you were working with Epstein, what do you expect Again,
• 1:07:01
she's using the premise that she was coerced into this,
• 1:07:04
forced into this. And while it is a try that
• 1:07:12
I guess she has to make to try and make
• 1:07:16
sure she doesn't go to prison the rest of her life,
• 1:07:18
I don't think that this is going to be received
• 1:07:21
by empathetic ears. Her name and reputation has been ruined,
• 1:07:28
and she is virtually bankrupt, having been forced to spend
• 1:07:32
most of her resources defending herself against false accusations, all
• 1:07:36
of which stem from Epstein's crimes. Then why doesn't she
• 1:07:40
sue some of these people who have alleged this against her,
• 1:07:43
some of the girls who have pointed the finger at her,
• 1:07:45
sue them for defamation, get it into the courts' if
• 1:07:49
that's the case, if you've been defamed so badly. But
• 1:07:53
you notice these people never do that. She knows that
• 1:07:59
she's not that these claims have they have, they're they're credible,
• 1:08:05
they have credibility. She knows that she worked for Jeffrey Epstein.
• 1:08:09
And this is according to all of the reports, according
• 1:08:11
to the police report, That's what we're going by when
• 1:08:13
we're talking about the core of four. At least I
• 1:08:15
am you know, I'm I'm not here just pulling shit
• 1:08:20
off of a blog somewhere and you know, running off
• 1:08:23
with it. This is actually stuff out of the police report.
• 1:08:26
They're named in that non prosecution agreement. Why would Sarah
• 1:08:30
Kellen be named in the non prosecution agreement if she
• 1:08:33
was also a victim? Don't you think that she would
• 1:08:36
have been running to Chief Writer's office, balling, screaming and
• 1:08:39
telling them what was occurring. Or maybe she really loved
• 1:08:44
that life and she knew exactly what she was up
• 1:08:47
to and she didn't care as long as she was
• 1:08:50
benefiting from it personally. Of the four co conspirators identified
• 1:08:57
by federal prosecutors in Florida, two would have been much
• 1:09:01
younger than twenty two in two thousand and one when
• 1:09:04
Jane Doe met Epstein, while one was much older at
• 1:09:07
the time. The youngest, Nadia marsen Kova, was just fourteen
• 1:09:10
or fifteen and living with Epstein around this time, while
• 1:09:14
Adriana Muchinska did not start working for Epstein until the
• 1:09:18
following year. Leslie Groff would have been thirty four years
• 1:09:21
old in two thousand and one. Only one other person
• 1:09:25
of interest was named in that investigation, and that is
• 1:09:29
Sarah Kellen Vickers. Folks, That's where we're at. That's what
• 1:09:33
we're talking about in this complaint, and it is uh.
• 1:09:36
  I'll tell you, I just don't. I think it's obscene,
• 1:09:42
the whole entire move here, the whole try here, and
• 1:09:46
I really hope that the court looks on it the
• 1:09:48
same way. The complaint is chilling, and that it reveals
• 1:09:53
Epstein's predatory behaviors were constant. He also did not seek consent,
• 1:09:58
according to the initial fire Jane Doe's lawyers, right, So
• 1:10:03
in the complaint that Sarah Kellen Vickers turned into the court,
• 1:10:09
or we'll say Jane Doe won here turned into the
• 1:10:13
court in March, she spoke about the supposed abuse that
• 1:10:20
she received at the hands of Epstein. Now again we're
• 1:10:27
talking about somebody who was a psycho fan of Jeffrey Epstein,
• 1:10:33
a complete believer in the whole entire operation, according to
• 1:10:37
eyewitness reports and accounts, somebody who had ample chances to
• 1:10:44
go to the authorities after the fact, somebody who could
• 1:10:47
have stopped this at any time. Now she is saying
• 1:10:51
that she was also a victim, more than a decade
• 1:10:56
after the fact, after she's been on the non prosecution agreement.
• 1:11:01
But now when the heat is being turned up and
• 1:11:05
the frying pan is starting to warm under her feet, well,
• 1:11:09
all of a sudden, she is now also a victim.
• 1:11:13
Very interesting strategy, folks. Nineteen Jeffrey Epstein specifically targeted underprivileged,
• 1:11:21
emotionally vulnerable, and or economically disadvantaged young females exactly like
• 1:11:26
plaintiff to sexually molest and abuse. So yeah, that was
• 1:11:32
the strategy, no doubt. But your client was engaged in
• 1:11:37
that very same strategy. She was victimizing these other girls
• 1:11:40
from these schools according to reports, and partaking in the
• 1:11:45
abuse according to some of the girls. So yeah, she
• 1:11:50
would have a very intimate knowledge about what Jeffrey Epstein
• 1:11:58
was looking for, considering she was taking part twenty Epstein's
• 1:12:03
continuous psychological and physical control over Jane Doe facilitated his
• 1:12:08
sexual abuse of her on a relatively consistent basis for
• 1:12:12
many years. Well again, why didn't she come forward when
• 1:12:19
her name was being put on that non prosecution agreement,
• 1:12:22
when there was a real serious chance that Epstein could
• 1:12:25
have went to jail for the rest of his life,
• 1:12:27
when Chief Writer was engaging it was engaged in the investigation,
• 1:12:32
when they had all sorts of federal charges drawn up
• 1:12:36
for Epstein. Why didn't Sarah Helen Vickers come forward and
• 1:12:39
tell the prosecutors what these girls are saying is true.
• 1:12:45
You're gonna have to be the judge of that, folks.
• 1:12:48
You know, we all have our opinions. I guess in
• 1:12:50
my opinion is it's because she was a true believer
• 1:12:54
in what they were doing. She was a believer in Epstein,
• 1:12:57
she was a believer in Maxwell, and most importantly, she
• 1:13:01
was a believer in boosting herself up the ladder and
• 1:13:05
being part of what she was in love with, so
• 1:13:09
called polite society. The sexual abuse took many forms, including
• 1:13:15
Epstein's rape of plaintiff. Now, look, I don't think that
• 1:13:21
the raping anyone is okay, right, and if she was
• 1:13:24
raped by Epstein, well that's just absolutely disgusting to even
• 1:13:30
think about that. This monster was doing that as well
• 1:13:33
to even his you know, people like Vickers, right, but
• 1:13:38
the fact of the matter remains that Vickers played a
• 1:13:42
crucial part in abusing other people. Just because you're abused
• 1:13:48
or allegedly abused, doesn't give you the right to ape
• 1:13:53
that behavior and abuse other people. While I feel empathy
• 1:13:57
for people like that, no doubt about it, you still
• 1:14:00
have to suffer the consequences of your actions, and that
• 1:14:06
goes doubly for people who don't come forward and talk
• 1:14:10
to the authorities and try and help all of the
• 1:14:13
other people who were victimized. Right you were around, if
• 1:14:20
you were older than a lot of these girls, you
• 1:14:22
were being victimized to yourself. Epstein goes to jail or
• 1:14:26
the authorities finally started investigating him. You don't go on
• 1:14:29
the lolo to talk to them. You don't go and
• 1:14:31
talk to them hushed, hushed. Of course you do if
• 1:14:38
you really feel like your life's in jeopardy and you're
• 1:14:41
being abused this way. Several chances she let go, and
• 1:14:46
not only that, she was also still benefiting financially from
• 1:14:51
her relationship with Epstein. So it's not like somebody who was,
• 1:14:56
you know, living completely and show in a basement or
• 1:15:01
anything like that. She had ample opportunity to get away
• 1:15:04
from him. Look how Virginia got away into Thailand. So again,
• 1:15:12
I know that Jeffrey Epstein was a sick bastard and
• 1:15:15
he abused, like I said last night, probably hundreds of
• 1:15:19
women and girls. But this defense by Jane Doe one
• 1:15:25
here is not really going to cut it. I don't think.
• 1:15:29
I think people are going to see through it, and
• 1:15:31
I think people are going to punch a bunch of
• 1:15:33
holes in it. He would also enter Jane Doe's room
• 1:15:37
and get into her bed while she was sleeping, and
• 1:15:41
then fondle or penetrate her with his fingers. This occurred
• 1:15:44
often and repetialy. He often directed her to undress and
• 1:15:49
pose in certain ways, and or touch to him and
• 1:15:52
herself while he masturbated. This occurred often and repeatedly. Epstein
• 1:15:58
frequently directed Jane Doe to turn her head back during
• 1:16:01
their sexual encounters, telling her that he did not want
• 1:16:05
to see her face. Epstein also repeatedly required Jane Doe
• 1:16:09
to bathe with him and perform oral sex on him.
• 1:16:13
This occurred in New York, Palm Beach, New Mexico, London, Paris,
• 1:16:18
on Epstein's private island, on Epstein's airplanes, and other locations
• 1:16:24
twenty seven. Jane Doe was paid in part to be
• 1:16:27
sexually available to Epstein. So that's part of the defense too.
• 1:16:33
They're saying that Epstein was paying her, but it was
• 1:16:36
only paying her for the sex. It wasn't paying her
• 1:16:39
for her role within the criminal enterprise or the procurement
• 1:16:45
or grooming of young women. Now, two hundred and fifty
• 1:16:50
thousand dollars is what these gals were getting paid as assistants,
• 1:16:54
and we know that that's about three or four times
• 1:16:57
more than assistants were making on Wall Street. So I
• 1:17:01
doubt it was just for sex, considering all of the
• 1:17:05
women he had available to him, and women that were
• 1:17:08
much younger than Jane Doe here, Okay, and we know
• 1:17:12
that Jeffrey Epstein likes them much younger and likes them
• 1:17:15
to look much younger. Now, again, I'm not denying that
• 1:17:20
any sort of sexual encounters took place between Epstein and
• 1:17:25
this alleged victim here. Maybe they did. I don't know.
• 1:17:29
I have no idea, but I know for a fact
• 1:17:32
that there are more than a handful of survivors of
• 1:17:37
Jeffrey Epstein and this criminal enterprise that point the finger
• 1:17:41
directly at Jane Doe one slash Sarah Helen, victim of Vickers,
• 1:17:46
and the Core four. So again, we're the public, right,
• 1:17:51
We're all going to have our opinions on this. At
• 1:17:53
the end of the day, it's going to be for
• 1:17:55
the courts to decide, and hopefully the courts will be
• 1:18:01
able to see through the bs and they'll decide in
• 1:18:03
the right fashion, and this person will not get one
• 1:18:07
single dollar from this survivor's fund. This argument may very
• 1:18:14
well hold up in court and get Jane Doe a payout,
• 1:18:17
but it will likely not go down well with the
• 1:18:19
other survivors, some of whom have named Epstein's recruiters in
• 1:18:23
their lawsuits. The fact that this victim spent over alleged
• 1:18:29
victim spent over a decade working for Epstein could also
• 1:18:32
hinder her case. Exactly what I was talking about. When
• 1:18:36
you've been working for Epstein for so long and you
• 1:18:39
have a track record of being one of his lieutenants,
• 1:18:45
the jury's going to look at all of that. They're
• 1:18:47
going to take all of it into account, and I
• 1:18:50
don't see how she or her lawyers will be able
• 1:18:52
to convince a jury of her peers in a criminal case.
• 1:18:56
Mind you that she was a victim here and not
• 1:19:00
an abuser. So there you have it, folks. Jane Doe
• 1:19:07
one which looks like it is Sarah Kellen Vickers, is
• 1:19:13
applied to the survivor's fund looking to get a payout
• 1:19:18
and saying that she too was a victim. I will
• 1:19:22
leave it up to all of you to decide what
• 1:19:25
you think about that kind of statement. If you'd like
