Transcript
- 0:04They're using the sound of Charlie Kirk's execution as like
- 0:08a transition. And.
- 0:10Then you hear the gun like you literally hear the sound that
- 0:12took. His life.
- 0:13And then they stop the camera and they change.
- 0:14And then they show their ugly acne filled teen faces.
- 0:18I wish they got them. People just need to stop
- 0:19missing. They seem lovely.
- 0:23Hey guys, welcome back to Normal Gaze, where we take on insanity.
- 0:26I'm Brad Palumbo here with Clarkson Love.
- 0:28What's up guys? It's been a long time we haven't
- 0:31posted what's. Been it'll be like almost a week
- 0:33because of. We made an episode with Blair
- 0:39White and Amir Odom very drunk and the audio is not there.
- 0:44It's like almost unusable so. No, it's unusual, we and.
- 0:49We tried. We tried hard.
- 0:51Yeah, Brad edited. Well, Brad tried very hard.
- 0:54And then two, I I tried very hard to convince Brad that it
- 0:57was terrible because he was editing for so long that I think
- 1:00he thought it was better than it was.
- 1:02OK, but in fairness, your ears kind of get used to.
- 1:04Yeah, you can get used to hanging.
- 1:06Yeah, we had no microphones and it just, it was bad.
- 1:09So we can't release it and it's just going to be part of like
- 1:12the normal Gaze lore. That the lost episode.
- 1:15The Lost episode Drunk episode with blur.
- 1:17We are going to go over for just for the members, we're going to
- 1:19rehash the funniest moments from it and describe it.
- 1:22So do become a channel member if you haven't yet, but we're going
- 1:25to talk about something like low curcuingly, kind of serious.
- 1:28Stop. OK, but it's relevant to this.
- 1:32We're talking about the Charlie Kirk memes going too far.
- 1:35Oh Boo boring. I just got back from vacation
- 1:39and I'm like on a high. I just meditated so I'm going to
- 1:43be all nice today. Vacation With whom are we not
- 1:46releasing that information? We're not releasing that
- 1:48information yet, but I'll just say the last boy I was talking
- 1:52to irrelevant. Yeah.
- 1:54Well, because this one. Something new and different.
- 1:57This one picked me right out from a sea of profile pictures
- 2:01and said I want to take you on a date and it's been great.
- 2:05Ever. Since.
- 2:07Grinder. Wow, sometimes true love can
- 2:09start on Grinder. It can.
- 2:10Well, I wouldn't. It's not true love.
- 2:12He sees this. Well, obviously, yeah.
- 2:14I was talking about myself. Anyways, but I'm not gonna be a
- 2:16chatter box about this one, because sure, I'm not going to.
- 2:19Sure, Dan. Anyways, what's going on,
- 2:21Charlie Kerr? Okay, so the Charlie, you
- 2:24noticed this. We already discussed this off
- 2:26camera, but people started and we're gonna insert one, but I'll
- 2:30probably remove the audio. So we'll have our editor insert
- 2:34a sample of this, but we're gonna remove the audio, Just put
- 2:36music under it or something. Rao erupts over viral video
- 2:45using Charlie Kirk assassination audio for fashion transition.
- 2:49So gross. No empathy.
- 2:51A viral TikTok style video featuring a fashion transition
- 2:54is sparked backlash after using audio linked to the
- 2:56assassination of what in the chat 2 PT article is this?
- 2:59It's not the audio linked, they are.
- 3:01It is the audio of him being shot.
- 3:02They are literally all across TikTok and social media.
- 3:05They're using the sound of Charlie Kirk's execution as like
- 3:09a transition. OK, so for our older viewers who
- 3:12aren't necessary really like savvy with creating Tik Toks,
- 3:15like a transition in a TikTok, especially if it's a fashion 1
- 3:18is like something hat like a quick sound happens and then you
- 3:21stop the camera and then you get into a new outfit.
- 3:23So it switches very quickly. So the sound they're using to
- 3:26transition into like their what, prom clothes?
- 3:29A lot of it was prom, so these are like.
- 3:31It's, it's the gunshot sound. So it starts with Charlie Kirk
- 3:34saying. Counting or.
- 3:35Counting or counting and. Then you hear the gun like you
- 3:38literally hear the sound that took his.
- 3:39Life. And then they stop the camera
- 3:40and they change and then they show their ugly acne filled teen
- 3:44faces and they're like, I got this prom dress from JC Penney.
- 3:49Let me do it to Charlie Kirk's audio.
- 3:51But it's just really extremely messed up because it's literally
- 3:54the sound of him dying. And The thing is, is I love dark
- 3:58humor, but what's there's not, there's not really humor about
- 4:01this. Like I don't really find it.
- 4:03I'm OK with the joke about Charlie.
- 4:05Yeah, I make jokes about Charlie all the time.
- 4:07Which is fine. And he?
- 4:08And George Floyd. Yeah, completely.
- 4:11And Charlie Kirk himself was very open to make being made fun
- 4:13of. When South Park roasted him, he
- 4:15responded actually in a pretty chill way about it.
- 4:17And like, welcomed it. Right, Erica learned something.
- 4:20Sorry, sorry, it's true. Well, she did complain about her
- 4:24being put in white face with. That's what I'm saying.
- 4:26It's like, come on bitch. Like just relax.
- 4:28I mean, I feel bad for her for other reasons, not really for
- 4:31that. But not for that.
- 4:32Well, OK, let's not sidetrack into Erica Kirk.
- 4:35Out. Yeah, because yeah, I don't want
- 4:37to talk about. Her the real question, though,
- 4:39is like, the debate erupted over this, like TikTok audio sound
- 4:44and everything. And a lot of people were using
- 4:47it to suggest that these young people essentially want
- 4:51conservatives killed or like, support the death.
- 4:54And that was not really my read on it.
- 4:57My read was more that they're totally desensitized.
- 5:00I want to read you the statement from Turning Point USA.
- 5:03Turning Point USA condemns in the strongest terms the TikTok
- 5:06audio trend that uses or references the assassination of
- 5:09our founder, Charlie Kirk for entertainment.
- 5:11Charlie Kirk was the victim of a real act of political violence.
- 5:14Turning that into viral content is grotesque and dehumanizing.
- 5:17There's nothing harmless, funny, or acceptable about it it it
- 5:20reflects a culture that trivializes violence and reduces
- 5:24real human loss to a punchline. This has no place on Tiktok or
- 5:27anywhere this audio needs to be removed.
- 5:31What's your take on that? Because I basically agree.
- 5:34I mean on on the terms of service of any social media
- 5:37platform they would never allow the video of it to be shared
- 5:41except for Twitter. But like you couldn't post the
- 5:43video on Tiktok or X so why are they allowing the audio of
- 5:47someone dying? Brad thinks that Brigitte
- 5:49Mccrone has the penis and I I don't think that you actually
- 5:52think that. OK.
- 5:53I'm not saying that Brigine Mccrone does have a penis like
- 5:56Candace Owen says. I'm just saying that if she did,
- 5:59I wouldn't be totally shocked. I don't think, however, that
- 6:03Brigine Mccrone is going to succeed in her defamation
- 6:06lawsuit against Candace Owens, the podcaster and everything,
- 6:09because the Lulu is kind of a defense to defamation.
- 6:12But according to our channel partners at Calci, the vast
- 6:15majority of people disagree. The the question is, Brigine
- 6:18Mccrone wins defamation suit against Candace Owens before
- 6:222028. And they say there's a 62.5%
- 6:26chance of yes on that question, which I find to be quite high.
- 6:31But hey, that's where you can go to predict future outcomes and
- 6:36trade on the future of outcomes of events.
- 6:39But that was quite the sentence. Kaushi is the first CFTC
- 6:42regulated exchange dedicated to exactly that.
- 6:45And if you too have strong feelings about Brigitte's penis,
- 6:49you can get in on the action and you can get 20.
- 6:53What a sentence. Again, you can get $20 free when
- 6:56you place a $20 prediction today.
- 6:59Check it out at the link in the description or use promo code
- 7:01Brad P. Now back to today's.
- 7:03Show I'm conflicted on this because I really don't believe
- 7:06any political group like any time they try to like grandstand
- 7:11their morality on any issue you can always find some form of
- 7:14like hypocrisy specifically with turning point or just would like
- 7:17the right in general like making fun of people dying and not
- 7:19really caring about political violence like Paul Pelosi or
- 7:23George Floyd. Like the memes about him are are
- 7:25insane. So I just sure like, I agree
- 7:28with Turning Point, right? Like this shouldn't be be done.
- 7:31But I think people are just kind of look at politics now as like
- 7:33a video game. It's like a character died to
- 7:36them, especially young people. But that's where I got, yeah.
- 7:39That's where I'm going with this, is that I don't believe
- 7:42that that most of these young people are doing this because
- 7:46they're happy Charlie Kirk's dead, because they want
- 7:48conservatives murdered, because they're crazed leftist.
- 7:51I think a lot of them have just been so inundated with the memes
- 7:54and AI slop about his death and then they have been so totally
- 7:58desensitized through like constant news bombardment about
- 8:02death and suffering and dying gun violence.
- 8:05At some point shooting. Drills.
- 8:07Afford to care as a human about. Everything, the people that post
- 8:10this, I don't think they realized the severity of what
- 8:13they were doing. Most of them, I don't think
- 8:15they're evil and they did it to celebrate murder.
- 8:18I think they didn't think about it that deeply, and it was just
- 8:21a trend they hopped on. And because they're so
- 8:23desensitized, they didn't realize how, like, effing
- 8:26grotesque it is. Yeah, from an outsider's
- 8:29perspective. If you live on social media,
- 8:31your sense of empathy will be destroyed.
- 8:33And you just become desensitized.
- 8:35Yeah. And I think a lot of these young
- 8:37people are desensitized totally, yeah.
- 8:39And I'm even seeing like different political commentators
- 8:41be like it's just humor. I thought the right didn't or
- 8:44liked dark humor. And it's like it's like the
- 8:47redistricting thing. Like at some point somebody has
- 8:50to say, Hey guys, like you're I know it's a tit for tat who
- 8:53started what, but like at some point somebody's got to give and
- 8:56do the right thing here. It's also like, not humor you.
- 9:00Know what I mean? No, it's not.
- 9:01It's not funny. If a comedian wants to make an
- 9:04edgy joke about Charlie Kirk's death, what?
- 9:06Was the joke about George Floyd and the pregnant women?
- 9:08I don't remember but that was a good joke.
- 9:10I don't remember it either but I bet it was.
- 9:12But you get what I'm saying. It's like if, but just extreme
- 9:18stuff for its own sake is not humor.
- 9:20And that's how Shield. People, it's rage bait virality.
- 9:23Right. It's not a joke.
- 9:25There's no humor to it. But anyway, it has now been
- 9:28removed. So the audio, the audio has been
- 9:31removed from TikTok mostly. Oh yeah.
- 9:33So the turning point says update We've been informed that all
- 9:36known audio and videos have been removed.
- 9:38We thank TikTok for its prompt action.
- 9:40There's the the mediate headline.
- 9:42TikTok pulls all known viral outfit videos using Charlie Kirk
- 9:45assassination gunshot audio. Here's from that article.
- 9:49A TikTok A TikTok Rep told Fox News Digital the material
- 9:52breached its policies and had confirmed it was acting towards
- 9:55removing the content. This does violate our policies.
- 9:58The audio does. And of course the video, we've
- 9:59taken steps to remove them and any kinds of reposting or other
- 10:02content using that audio. We don't allow anything that
- 10:04glorifies violence or anything like that.
- 10:06Fact Check, not true. Maybe in theory.
- 10:08They definitely allow a lot of stuff that glorifies violence
- 10:10and practice. So we would take that down,
- 10:13which we are. And they they say they're going
- 10:15to continue doing so. I want to show how you like 2
- 10:18genders of unhinged Twitter opinions about this, but first
- 10:22you have any thoughts about it being taken down?
- 10:25No, I think it violates Tik Tok's guidelines, Yeah.
- 10:27But I mean, I don't expect TikTok to be on it that quickly
- 10:30until like, there's so much stuff that's happening on
- 10:32TikTok. Yes and no.
- 10:34Like they probably should have picked up well.
- 10:35They have to, yeah, or they have to balance the line because if
- 10:38they overly, like, restrict what you can post on there, then
- 10:42people claim that it's censorship.
- 10:44And then when they don't do it, things like this get through the
- 10:46cracks. And then it's like, I mean, a
- 10:48lot of there's a lot of pressure on social media, I.
- 10:50Agree they have a very difficult job like like for example
- 10:53YouTube like some crazy statistic I don't remember at
- 10:55the top of my head but it's like a billion hours of of content a
- 10:58day or some crazy statistic they're supposed to vet.
- 11:01Yeah, and algorithms don't do a very good job at betting things
- 11:05like one of my comments on TikTok got taken down and for
- 11:09like, bullying and it was nothing of the sort.
- 11:12Well we had an issue where we started posting on TikTok for
- 11:14normal gays and we posted a clip of us reacting to Nick Fuentes
- 11:18and like making fun of. Him.
- 11:20Hey, the Nick Fuentes video got talking.
- 11:22About talking struck and apparently they have a policy
- 11:24where you're not even allowed to post clips of him in any
- 11:27context. Under their damning.
- 11:30It. Got our got us a strike.
- 11:32And now I think it's hurting the account because now I posted 2
- 11:34fire edits of mostly you and they're like getting like 100
- 11:40views. So I reposted one of them.
- 11:42And it still didn't work. So thanks, Nick Fuentes.
- 11:46Yeah, not only are you a press bottom, you got a TikTok strike.
- 11:49Strike. That's annoying.
- 11:51I know, but it's fine TikTok, it's just, I mean, I only even
- 11:54set it up to just push our content out there a little more,
- 11:57but I will never based on after the terrible experiences I've
- 12:00had with it. I don't incorporate TikTok in
- 12:02terms of revenue or any sort of business model at all.
- 12:05I feel like that about Instagram.
- 12:07Really, I've never had any issues with Instagram.
- 12:09I just have issues with engagement.
- 12:12What do you mean feel like your videos?
- 12:13Do well, not on Instagram really well.
- 12:16I take down the ones that don't do.
- 12:17Well, OK, yeah. And yeah, you posted a TikTok
- 12:20about this Charlie Kirk thing. And I deleted it because it
- 12:23didn't perform well. I'm very self-conscious I know
- 12:26and insecure. But my new man makes me feel
- 12:30good about myself. That's.
- 12:32That's good. That's what they always say,
- 12:34that your sense of self worth and esteem should always be
- 12:37rooted in a potential new romantic.
- 12:39Relationship. It absolutely should.
- 12:42No, my glass is half full and it's going to be filled by
- 12:46Muslim Arabic man. And I did say, can we talk about
- 12:52the OF thing? No, OK.
- 12:54All right, we'll come back to that.
- 12:56That's me setting boundaries. Yeah, fine.
- 12:59So I want to read you this tweet from a conservative, Joel Berry.
- 13:03He said of this TikTok trend. It's like watching those videos
- 13:06of Islamic 6 year olds bragging about how they'll behead and
- 13:10stab infidels. These kids will grow up and
- 13:13become legislators and judges. They'll reward evil, punish good
- 13:17and cheer for your death. We have a serious problem.
- 13:21I don't know about you, but I think that's like a totally
- 13:23inaccurate, incorrect read of at least most of these kids.
- 13:26Yeah, I don't think that's necessary.
- 13:28They're really true. I understand his train of
- 13:29thought like being desensitized to people you ideologically
- 13:33disagree with, which is? Suggesting they're more than.
- 13:35Desensitized. Well, I'm saying that's how it
- 13:37starts. Like even in in religion, if
- 13:40you're if you think that you're like, the way you can kill
- 13:42somebody is to desensitize yourself to their humanity.
- 13:45And exactly dehumanize. Them.
- 13:46Yeah, yeah. Well, yeah, yeah.
- 13:47Dehumanize them. So I mean, I get what he's
- 13:49saying, but like. Might be reaching a little.
- 13:52A lot of these are just dumb 16. Year olds, I don't know if it's
- 13:54that serious, but like, yeah, they, they're just online.
- 13:58And I keep going back to the video game example.
- 14:00Like everything that's happening in the news to them is literally
- 14:03like playing a video game. Yeah.
- 14:05And that's like in Roblox, they were, what were they doing on
- 14:09Roblox? They were like recreating.
- 14:11They have like the characters with they had George Floyd and
- 14:14Charlie Kirk. Well, that's that's 2K as well,
- 14:17the video game that I play. But on Roblox, I think they do
- 14:20like all sorts of messed up stuff.
- 14:23I'm not even going to say. I don't know but one thing that
- 14:25always shocks me is like why are we pretending like humans
- 14:27haven't always been like murderous bloodthirsty people to
- 14:32who they disagree with? Like we used to watch people
- 14:34duel and and pay tickets to go watch people kill each other.
- 14:37Like this isn't something new that's happened.
- 14:40Tickets to Duels. Yeah.
- 14:42I thought people just did that as like a matter of honor.
- 14:45I'm assuming they sold tickets. How do you upkeep the Colosseum?
- 14:48Oh, well, you mean like I thought you meant like early
- 14:50American duels? No, I'm saying like throughout
- 14:53throughout mystery. Humans have killed each other
- 14:55for sport and watch their enemies get murdered and found
- 14:58Glee in it. This isn't something that's new.
- 15:00I think that we like to believe we have surpassed this form of
- 15:05humanity, but I I don't know, I think it sits in us all the
- 15:08time. Well.
- 15:09Civilization is actually remarkably fragile and people
- 15:13would. There's a book series I really
- 15:15like one second after and it talks about, it's written by
- 15:19like a former, like national security guy, but it's fiction
- 15:22writing. But he knows about this stuff
- 15:24and it's written. It's a fictional book about what
- 15:26would happen if an EMP was set off over the United States,
- 15:30which would destroy all the electrical grid and all electric
- 15:33equipment. I would I would go Oh my God if
- 15:35I couldn't get dopamine hits from getting.
- 15:37You would have bigger problems than that.
- 15:39I'd rather starve to death, honestly.
- 15:41I would feed myself. Well, basically everyone.
- 15:43And then get the virus that is transmitted through rat poop on
- 15:47that cruise. I would go there.
- 15:49What's it called? Hantavirus.
- 15:52I would go there and I would eat a rat to get the hantavirus and
- 15:56I would sit there and I would die because if I had.
- 15:59I'm putting that in the next Clarkson no context compilation.
- 16:02My life would have no purpose without you guys telling me how
- 16:06much you hate me or love me. So give me Hantavirus if then
- 16:10the MP goes off. Actually, you know what I would
- 16:14do? I'm going to go, I'm not done.
- 16:16I would find a way to hack the radio, the radio waves, because
- 16:20if I can't be seen, even though it'll be very hard for me not to
- 16:23be seen, I will be on your satellite radio somehow, some
- 16:28way, shape or form. Maybe I'll, you know what I'll
- 16:29do? I'll hijack a plane and then
- 16:32I'll somehow tune the, the planes frequency thing to the
- 16:36radio that everybody's getting their emergency broadcasts on.
- 16:38And I'll do like a 30 minute podcast at share everybody's
- 16:41spirits up, talk some about Lily Tino and then and then I'll go
- 16:46back to hanging with my rats. We should have like a Lily Tino
- 16:49counter where every time Lily Tino is mentioned we give her no
- 16:52no like the number goes up behind us.
- 16:54Oh my God. Running.
- 16:56I forgot to get my. Your what your cardboard cut out
- 17:01of the did. I tell you I had that of
- 17:02yourself, of myself. It's here.
- 17:04It's down in the package room. Oh, of course you didn't go get
- 17:07your package. Shocked.
- 17:08This is me shocked. I've got some packages.
- 17:11And stunned he's been too busy getting other packages and
- 17:13yelling. Allahu Akbar, I'm like, oh stop
- 17:16it. That is disrespectful to his
- 17:19religion. Bitch, you say much more
- 17:21disrespectful things to all religion than.
- 17:23That, no, I know. I know, I know.
- 17:26Anyway, more on this. So people are tweeting.
- 17:29You already mentioned this, like comedy is legal now, snowflake.
- 17:32That misses the point. To me.
- 17:34That's not really it. But then other people are doing
- 17:37this. And this, I think, is kind of
- 17:39psycho as well. Can anyone identify these three
- 17:42young women? They should be on every
- 17:44American's No Higher list. And then somebody, I'm going to
- 17:48actually have to our editor's going to have to blur over their
- 17:50names. But somebody said, I wonder what
- 17:53their parents do for a living and they share the information.
- 17:56Someone needs to find out where they're going to college.
- 17:58Their names left to right and Bleep this are and they all go
- 18:06to their Instagram accounts are and they put the AT&AT&AT and I
- 18:11just believed all the identifying information there.
- 18:14You have cycles on Twitter tracking down these 16 year old
- 18:18women, or girls really. Oh, they're 16.
- 18:21They're. 16 or 17, they're going to prom and they are trying to
- 18:25find their parents. Work.
- 18:27I'm not going to be mean to them, I don't believe.
- 18:28That they're trying to cancel their from going to college.
- 18:32I how does that help anything? Do you really that to me, that's
- 18:37cancellation. You're trying to cancel these
- 18:39people. They made a mistake.
- 18:40They did something stupid. They should take it down.
- 18:42They should apologize. Their parents should handle it
- 18:45and teach them a lesson. But it's not on cycles of on
- 18:48Twitter to try to destroy their parents jobs.
- 18:51Yeah. I've done a lot of things on the
- 18:53Internet as of like last week so I can't be on board with
- 18:58cancelling someone for that. They've said I don't know,
- 19:01especially a minor. Right.
- 19:03It's like. I mean, I was saying the N word
- 19:06left and right all over Twitter when I was a minor.
- 19:08I was. Like yo, what's up?
- 19:10Really. Yeah, of course I was.
- 19:12All my friends were saying it. I don't give a like I was what
- 19:15in 6th grade. All of my friends were like
- 19:16it's. So funny they literally
- 19:17destroyed people like it's now we're in this post era, like
- 19:21post cancel era where they still do it to little people like
- 19:23this. Which is why I actually think
- 19:25it's exponentially worse. Like just randos.
- 19:27Yeah, they try to cancel and it sometimes works, but big people
- 19:30can do anything and and get away with it.
- 19:32Well, that's because they already have their core audience
- 19:34to save them and if they're making money off of that.
- 19:37Tell me how James Charles and Chris Brown are just like, still
- 19:41doing their Chris. Brown pisses me off because
- 19:43these female artists thinking about Katy Perry.
- 19:45I was just going to say that me, I'm leaving.
- 19:48They get cancelled over everything but Chris Brown is
- 19:51over here like doing punching bitches in the face and then God
- 19:56forbid Katy Perry shows some cooch in a club that's actually
- 19:59sexual assault. The one wait, I sent you that
- 20:02video about somebody saying Kitty, our friend saying Katy
- 20:05Perry is a predator. Who said that?
- 20:07Believe the name. Don't get.
- 20:11Yeah, I love her, but that I knew that.
- 20:14Predator. The Predator for showing some
- 20:16cooch in a club on accident. She didn't even actually.
- 20:18Do that. My life hasn't shown some cooch
- 20:20in a club. On accident, like, come on.
- 20:23I mean, especially when you're rich, like you have the OK.
- 20:25I'm sorry, that does not entitle you to extra.
- 20:27I'm saying you can't be like showing cooch in the middle of
- 20:30the club, but if you've got your own section and like you're
- 20:32wearing a skirt and like, I don't know, you get up on it and
- 20:35you forgot to wear underwear or something.
- 20:37You know, I was going to say. Not that I wear skirts, it's.
- 20:40Just ground thing. It's just in my house.
- 20:42The only defense of Chapel Roan I've ever heard that actually
- 20:46makes a good point. That Chapel Roan.
- 20:48We've roasted this girl for all sorts of stuff and she does
- 20:52suck, but the fact? That actually I kind of regret
- 20:55roasting her because I don't even know if I fully formed my
- 20:57opinion on it before I just like went ham on her but anyways.
- 21:01Didn't we not didn't we record a video and then not Eric because
- 21:03it turned out to not be? It turned out to not be true,
- 21:05and that's. On responsible journalism.
- 21:07And then that's when I realized, oh wow, you really just talk out
- 21:10of your ass. We filmed a video about the
- 21:12Chapel Roan security guard situation and then.
- 21:14We and we were dead ass wrong about everything.
- 21:18But we kind of did the responsible thing, which was not
- 21:20published in the video. Thank God Well, that new
- 21:24information came out the next day.
- 21:26But all I'm saying is like Chapel Rhone sucks and I think
- 21:28she's awful and her personality is terrible but she gets micro
- 21:31analyzed for every little thing. But yet like Chris Brown selling
- 21:35out concert destinations. Sorry, what?
- 21:39I don't want to show the logo. Yeah, Starbucks is going to
- 21:43sponsor us. Yeah, sure.
- 21:46Well, I know that some people don't want to support Starbucks.
- 21:49Oh no, that's so the the the boycott Starbucks people are
- 21:52actually, so are they? There's literally nothing to
- 21:54that. There's no reasonable.
- 21:56Starbucks not like a huge like Zionist.
- 21:58Organization. No, that's totally fake.
- 21:59Really. That's. 100% made-up Starbucks
- 22:03doesn't even have stores in Israel.
- 22:05Oh. That is a TikTok brain rot
- 22:07thing. Well, this muffin is really good
- 22:10so. Anyway, back to me.
- 22:14This is a semi unrelated compilation video that I want us
- 22:18to react to. That is like it's just Jen's
- 22:21ears being unhinged about political violence.
- 22:24So it's sort of. I just had perfume on my fingers
- 22:27and I licked them and it tastes kind of good.
- 22:30Well, you eat do eat chalk. So.
- 22:32Oh. I forgot to get that again
- 22:34today. I'm sorry, there's no, you
- 22:37forgot to get it. It's not happening.
- 22:38You can bring it and I'll just look at it.
- 22:41Smelling your fingers. Yeah, that smell.
- 22:45That's from the weekend. No, it's girl shut up.
- 22:49I had a nice romantic weekend. It was not all about.
- 22:53We were literally texting and you were like, sorry, I'll text
- 22:55you back in 30 minutes. It's getting.
- 22:57Hot ahead Brad, I'm on a new chapter in my life.
- 23:03I'm being tamed. I found a nice man.
- 23:05Tamed, he said. He's being tamed.
- 23:08Tamed, I found a nice man. What are you, wild beasts?
- 23:11Yes, who treats me very well, pulling out all the stops.
- 23:16I feel very secure with him. Good.
- 23:19I don't think it's appropriate to talk about our sex life on
- 23:22camera. I'm just kidding.
- 23:24I'm gonna. Talk.
- 23:25I was gonna say what? What have you done with
- 23:27Clarkson? But The thing is, is like, I
- 23:30don't know. I've always said that once I if
- 23:33I find the right person like I'll calm down, but I've just
- 23:35been enjoying being single. Yeah, good for you.
- 23:37Yeah, but you would still have to be funny and chaotic and do
- 23:40stupid. I know I have a character to
- 23:42like to keep up with. Yeah, all right, let's watch
- 23:45this video. I wish they got him.
- 23:47People just need to stop missing.
- 23:48It was an assassination attempt on President Trump.
- 23:50Did you hear? Yeah, was so bad.
- 23:52I did, yes. Yeah.
- 23:53What's your initial thoughts? I wish they got him.
- 23:55People just need to stop missing.
- 23:57Why'd he miss? Yeah.
- 23:59He needs to be taken out like immediately.
- 24:01When you do things that the people don't agree with, they
- 24:03tend to fight back. Farm is real, you know what I'm
- 24:06saying? It's happening to a lot of
- 24:07Americans. Those people in power know how
- 24:08it feels. Now you know, I feel it's like
- 24:10I'm not true. It's like a manipulation.
- 24:12I hope the government. I can understand what you're
- 24:14saying, but the shooter, his manifesto came out.
- 24:16He was a radical left wing Democrat.
- 24:18He wrote that he wanted to kill the president, his
- 24:21administration and as many people in that room as possible.
- 24:23You think that's from the government?
- 24:27I don't know. I did read the manifesto and it
- 24:29seemed like that person was obviously making a decision that
- 24:32he felt really aligned with his values.
- 24:35He was intent on killing the president.
- 24:37I hope that he gets peace and the people who feel affected by
- 24:40the president. Get peace.
- 24:41Do you think political violence is ever justified?
- 24:43Yeah. Definitely yes.
- 24:45Yes, to a point I would say. I do think that it can be
- 24:48necessary and people shouldn't be surprised when it does
- 24:50happen. I don't want to make any
- 24:52statements on this because I'm 19 years old and I don't want to
- 24:54put myself in a situation where I regret what I say.
- 24:56Give us specifics. In what situations do you think
- 24:58political violence is justified? If we're going to let an
- 25:01administration take down the American people and other people
- 25:04in other countries, I do think that political violence is
- 25:07probably justified. Very much depends because if
- 25:10you're oppressed, the violence is like a daily thing you have
- 25:14to deal with. They seem lovely.
- 25:18I have a hard time with because the in theory I do think
- 25:23political violence can be justified.
- 25:25The The question needs to be in a democratic.
- 25:27Society in America right now, given the circumstances,
- 25:31obviously. There's some.
- 25:33Sort of political violence justified.
- 25:34And the answer is no. Exactly.
- 25:36But when you leave it so open-ended, it does leave a
- 25:38government. So you're against the American
- 25:40Revolution? No, because there's a freaking
- 25:42tyrannical king, right? And sometimes is, I mean, even
- 25:45you could make the argument that war is political violence.
- 25:48You know what I mean? Like, I mean, it is, it's
- 25:50violence that is in induce that is, you know, from politics.
- 25:55You could, it may be like inside your country, political violence
- 25:58could be a little different. But I, I do think that violence
- 26:01a lot of times when it's this coordinated and systemic, it is
- 26:04political. So.
- 26:05Sure, but it's not what we mean by political.
- 26:07Violence. No, it's not what they mean.
- 26:08And I've seen a lot of right wing commentators use this, this
- 26:11question and that type of answer as a way to frame Gen.
- 26:15Z as like super radical. But I, I, I do think those
- 26:18people are radical. Well, and also like, like, it's
- 26:20I, I don't like these kinds of man on the street videos, though
- 26:23I do react to them for the content in the sense that they
- 26:27need to be supported by polling. Because you could find, you
- 26:30could make a compilation to depict the generation as holding
- 26:33a belief that is not widespread. But this isn't one of those
- 26:36cases because there's actually ample polling that younger, more
- 26:40liberal Americans are much more likely to support political
- 26:43violence. That's not just a cherry pick
- 26:45thing. So I mean these people.
- 26:48Well, they're convinced that they're living in like the
- 26:50hardest of times where political violence is necessary because
- 26:54they're so it's like they're so privileged that they don't
- 26:56realize. What was some of them
- 26:59marginalized people experience? Violence every day?
- 27:02Well. According to them, we're
- 27:03marginalized. People, only violence you're
- 27:05experiencing is your dry ass scalp flaking with your greasy
- 27:09hair because for some reason your scalp is dry but your hair
- 27:13is greasy. Make it make sense.
- 27:16I don't know is that possible? You're a doctor is your Is it
- 27:19possible to have a dry scalp and greasy hair?
- 27:21Is that normal? I was trying to like be mean but
- 27:25it didn't make sense. And like, dandruffy and oily.
- 27:28Dandruff. That's what I meant.
- 27:30You've got a dandruffy scalp, scalp, scalp.
- 27:33And it's oily. Wait, I don't know what I'm
- 27:35saying. I just think the the kids are
- 27:38not in fact all right and we're just encountering the average
- 27:42Hassan stream viewer. And like, when you look at the
- 27:45polling on Luigi Mangione and all this stuff, we're heading
- 27:48somewhere ugly, I think. I don't know, I think that
- 27:50edgelord culture is kind of like just a thing now.
- 27:54So like, if people see a camera, they're going to say the most
- 27:57wild thing that they can because they think it's.
- 27:59Fun. I did appreciate that one girl
- 28:00being like, I'm not going to comment because I'm 19 and I
- 28:03don't want to get in trouble. People, what is it that you
- 28:05think that's going to get you in trouble, but also better to say
- 28:08nothing? I just think we spend so much
- 28:09time on social media that people are now incorporating the whole
- 28:12like rage bait personality. Into real life.
- 28:15Into real life. But I don't, I don't know yet if
- 28:18that's like, I can't confidently say that's going to translate
- 28:20into something really dark or if it's just like.
- 28:22I think it will because only maybe a tiny percentage of them
- 28:25have to take it too seriously for it to for like, right, you
- 28:29know, yeah. Yeah, yeah, A. 100 million
- 28:31people and get become infected with an attitude.
- 28:33You only need .0001% to actually do it.
- 28:37Yeah, right. That's valid.
- 28:38And then crazy happens. So I don't know, we'll see, but
- 28:42you guys will have to let us know what you think in the
- 28:44comments below about all the Charlie Kirk stuff and all the
- 28:47more serious stuff in this video.
- 28:48But thanks for tuning in. Make sure you're subscribed if
- 28:51you aren't yet and do consider reminding then why they should
- 28:54become a channel member. Oh my God, he already forgot we
- 28:58said it like. I don't remember.
- 29:03You should be struggling this episode.
- 29:04I can't pay attention. You should.
- 29:06Become a channel member. I just got back from vacation.
- 29:08To support special needs adults like Clarkson Lawson.
- 29:11Wait. Oh, I thought I was like, did we
- 29:14react to special needs adults? Oh no.
- 29:16We're not doing. Yes, we did.
- 29:20We did Valentina. Gomez I was going to say we
- 29:22talked about people with Down syndrome, but only positively.
- 29:25Well, you convinced me she can't have down.
- 29:27Syndrome because she's evil. That's what I need to talk
- 29:29about. Everybody freaked out over my
- 29:32bit about disabled people. Oh, you ate.
- 29:35OK, first of all. Oh God, I thought we were
- 29:37wrapping this episode up. I guess it's just going.
- 29:39To go disabled people listen, I know that.
- 29:42People remind them what the bit was.
- 29:44OK, so we were talk. What were we talking about?
- 29:46Oh, Tyler. Catastrophe.
- 29:48Yes, the tick tock. His bio was like doer maker of
- 29:51things and doer of stuff and he had the and he was handicapped
- 29:55saying he's disabled. So I jokingly said like,
- 29:58disabled people aren't really known for being doers of stuff
- 30:02You. Said they're not known for that.
- 30:03They're not known for that which is true.
- 30:05Which is it's objectively true, because if disabled people were
- 30:09known for being major contributors to society, we
- 30:12wouldn't have disability. But obviously your point wasn't
- 30:15that. That disabled people can't be.
- 30:17Maybe disabled? Most disabled people.
- 30:19That's what I said in. Response to Yes, obviously it's
- 30:23a bit, but these it was. Funny.
- 30:25It was funny. It was funny.
- 30:27And you guys, I'm sorry. I didn't realize how many of our
- 30:29viewers were disabled. Oh my God, let me issue my
- 30:32public apology. Oh God, that's your camera.
- 30:35I am so sorry for insulting my disabled viewers who really just
- 30:41have leg pain every once in a while and call it chronic
- 30:44illness. And I said that they didn't
- 30:46contribute to let me do it again.
- 30:48I'm being mean. I'm so sorry to our disabled
- 30:52viewers for making a joke that hit too close to home that you
- 30:57could not understand. I will be milk toast dry and
- 31:02boring from here on out whenever I crack a joke.
- 31:05Was that good? No, I do think we should put do
- 31:07you know how in South Park they have.
- 31:09That my mom's disabled too, but people like you've never
- 31:12experienced disability. My mom's got schizophrenia, also
- 31:15arthritis. Are you acting like?
- 31:16This is he like he is not. Oh also I I mean I do have ADHD
- 31:20but that's I don't consider that a disability.
- 31:23I consider you disabled. You think?
- 31:25Oh, I mean no, in the sense that.
- 31:27When I was thinking of disabled people, I'm thinking of like my
- 31:30mom's fingers being to the side when she can barely pick things
- 31:33up because of her arthritis. I'm not thinking of like I have
- 31:36chronic illness that like causes pain every day.
- 31:38I but also it was a bit and you were joking because the point is
- 31:42that disabled people are specifically known for the fact
- 31:44that they lack a certain ability.
- 31:46So then to put your bio in the door of things is a bit funny,
- 31:49but it wasn't serious commentary suggesting disabled people don't
- 31:53contribute to society. Obviously they do I it does.
- 31:57Trigger me a little bit when people laugh at all the jokes
- 32:00and tell us the one thing about them and then we get the 10
- 32:02paragraph comment. That said, as a long time normal
- 32:06gaze fan who happens to be paraplegic, I was deeply.
- 32:10I was deeply offended by this. I'm like you were I?
- 32:12Know we love you all. You should not be deeply.
- 32:15Offended by anything actually hate.
- 32:16You no, I don't I I don't mind that I'm buying this.
- 32:19I could take a joke like their like their identities have that
- 32:23one. I mean, they live, their whole
- 32:24identity is a joke, so they should be able to take one.
- 32:29That's a good one. I'm hitting my stride.
- 32:32We just needed to get warmed up. That's how I'll know if Clarkson
- 32:36is ever lost. Like if we is if I start to
- 32:38believe non binary. That's when we'll have to end
- 32:40the show because you'll have gone too far.
- 32:42I don't, I don't think I'm going to go too far.
- 32:44A lot of different opinions, but that's where I draw the line.
- 32:46No, I think that I'm going to have a.
- 32:49Wing reawakening. A trad wife era.
- 32:51Oh my God, but you can't keep baiting me to not bring up the
- 32:54thing I'm not supposed to talk about.
- 32:55No, we can't talk about that yet because as a trad wife, I don't
- 33:00disrespect my potential partner publicly because that's not very
- 33:05trad wife of me. I just make a sandwich.
- 33:08It's been less than two weeks. It has been.
- 33:10I'm joking, you guys. It's not that serious.
- 33:12But you know, I don't know, I feel like it'd.
- 33:14Be funny, by the time this comes out tomorrow, it's over.
- 33:16It might be, it honestly might be.
- 33:19I wouldn't be surprised because I get so delusional and I will
- 33:23change my whole belief system for a man.
- 33:26I will change. I'll change.
- 33:27I won't change my name, but I will.
- 33:31Oh really? I'm gonna change my name.
- 33:32Really. But I'm gonna keep a public
- 33:34stage name as Brad Palumbo. But I'll change my actual.
- 33:37My gosh, you heard it here first.
- 33:38Brad is a bottom. No, I ain't changing my name.
- 33:43I love my name. Yeah, my name is everything.
- 33:45It's my brand. It is a porn star name.
- 33:49What Clarkson, Pollard, Lawson. No, but not the middle name,
- 33:52just Clarkson. Lawson is very starry.
- 33:54Yeah, it's not. It's fancy.
- 33:56No, it's giving Helix Studios. Clarkson Lawson Yeah, I feel
- 34:01like Clark with an E is giving. That's giving.
- 34:05But Clarkson is like he's calling me anyways.
- 34:10We should probably in this episode.
- 34:12Yes, guys, do become a channel member.
- 34:14We're going to recap our drunk episode with Blair White and
- 34:16Amir Odom that we're never airing.
- 34:18So. Airing, well, we will spill some
- 34:20tea about it, but only for the members.
- 34:21So do become a channel member if you haven't yet.
- 34:23Thanks for tuning in. We'll be back with more real
- 34:25soon.
