A shocking video shows 27-year-old Jafar Isak allegedly hurling a concrete block at a pit bull, leaving it with a severe forehead wound and side injuries. Arrested two weeks prior for a parole violation and with a history of violent crimes, Isak denies the footage shows him and demands legal counsel. The dog, reportedly living with the owner’s ex-girlfriend, is now receiving veterinary care. Columbus Humane condemns the act and urges the public to report any animal cruelty.
