A celebrated Yaqui artist, Marcelino C. Flores III, has been chosen to create a monumental mural for the new Casino Del Sol Vahi Taaʿam, set to open November 15, 2026. Titled “Aniam Yo’orine” — “Respect the Worlds” in Yoeme — the artwork honors Pascua Yaqui culture through ancestral stories, desert landscapes, and spiritual cosmology.
