A deadly crash in Marysville, Ohio, claimed one life and injured four others — including two children — when a Honda CRV collided with a Mustang that caught fire. Now, nearly a month later, Javonte and Shania Henderson face serious felony charges: Javonte for aggravated vehicular homicide and endangering children, Shania for wrongful entrustment and child endangerment — after allegedly letting him drive at night despite his daytime-only license restriction.
